Staff focused on details; the restaurant has a wonderful view; the set up team was very helpful; if you have an event there get Joey to be your bartender; when there was a rush to the bar the staff jumped in to eliminate the delays. Reviewed on 19-09-2023

I worked with the Fontaine on a rehearsal spinner for my son’s wedding in July 2023 and the staff was wonderful! From communication, set up, food and service, they were excellent! The 40 guests loved the food and set up made it easy for conversation. Any needs during the evening were promptly addressed. We served the BBQ dinner and everything was excellent! I would definitely recommend the location and team for a trouble free evening! Reviewed on 21-07-2023

We chose The Fontaine as our wedding hotel. We did our room block here for our guests to stay and we stayed here for our wedding night as well. From the minute we walked in to the minute we left, we were greeted with amazing staff members with smiles on their faces. They were extremely helpful for our guests arriving and getting to their rooms. For the couples suite we were greeted with a nice bottle of champagne and handwritten note congratulating us on our upcoming marriage. We used the presidential suite as our getting ready suite for all of the bridesmaids on the morning of our wedding. It was extremely spacious and held everything we needed. We also did our welcome party for out of town guests in the Fontaine Hotel bar. It was an amazing atmosphere for everyone to gather after our rehearsal dinner before the big day! Hannah was our main point of contact and she was amazing to work with. She communicated with us efficiently and had an answer for every question we had. The Fontaine has such a great vibe and I loved seeing our guests all around the hotel during our weekend. It was an excellent choice for our hotel and we would recommend them to anyone in Kansas City! Reviewed on 18-07-2023

Our room was absolutely beautiful & it was very comfortable. I will be returning for sure! Reviewed on 19-11-2018

Becky Shaffer(bride)4 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 28-08-2016 Hotel Sorella is luxurious and inviting. We did a room block here for our wedding and they were wonderful. We had free champagne and strawberries our first night ans another bottle of champagne our second night! The breakfast is delicious and the attendant was so nice, the espresso bar is awesome too! We did have a mix up with the shuttle. My groom was late to our venue because the shuttle was supposed to be scheduled for us by the sales person Laurie, but for some reason wasn't, or the drivers weren't aware of it. And the shuttle driver was overheard bad mouthing my groom and I when he came to pick us up at the wedding venue at the end of the night and had to wait on us. Pretty rude considering they made my groom a half hour late to the venue! It all ended up working out and overall we and our guests enjoyed our stay. But if you're relying on the shuttle, beware. We had our wedding at Hotel Sorella Feb 6, 2016 and it was amazing! They made it perfect for us. We were not just another event, they treated it as if it was their own wedding and took such a great care of everything! The venue itself is beautiful. Staff was extremely helpful and provided a great service. The catering manager, Beth was very kind, knowledgeable, helpful and was always on point about everything. Banquet staff helped with everything, and even gave us great ideas on the decor. Everything was perfect, high quality and well worth it!\rWe are very happy that we chose this venue for our wedding.
