My husband and I got married in June at The Fountains Ballroom and we would recommend this spot to anyone!! The communication was consistent and clear, and the day of coordinators were so helpful and calm the entire process. It was so helpful having everything in the same place, and provided great recommendations for other vendors as well. The timing was perfect and the whole process was so smooth. Blaine and Macy, the bartenders, and everyone else were amazing!! Especially since we lived out of town, having the florals and decor and everything else there was so easy. Truly an amazing experience!

Blaine is absolutely amazing. She and her staff made our day the best day ever, one we will never forget and love looking back on. They are there from start to finish to make sure you don't have to worry about one thing during the day. They set everything up, Macy walks through the ceremony with your wedding party while you get ready, and they make the reception a total party!! Bartenders and the DJ, Brandon were a total hit! 100/10 stars if I could give them that! Bottom line, if you want to have the wedding of your dreams, choose The Fountains Ballroom!

The Fountains Ballroom absolutely made our wedding day the most special and memorable day I could have asked for! Blaine and her team handled everything from our florals, to centerpieces, decor & so much more! I had a vision for our day and was sending Blaine pictures of my dream bouquet/centerpieces, etc. and she knocked it completely out of the park!! Not to mention we had day of coordinators that were able to make sure our day went as smoothly as possible. Absolutely the full package and the most gorgeous venue on top of all of it! The second we stepped foot in the venue for the first time we knew that’s where we had to get married. The scenery speaks for itself, it’s close to Omaha/Council Bluffs so location was perfect, and it was easy to add/take things away from our wedding package leading up to the day! Overall 12/10, you absolutely will not be disappointed booking with Blaine and the girls at the Fountains!

Blaine & her team at the Fountains was an absolute dream to work with. They were so helpful in communication, professionalism, and the quality of service we received the best. Blaine is super helpful in going over EVERYTHING and understanding your budget, your needs/wants, and helps create the perfect vision for your day. The property is big and open and the bridal & grooms suites are so roomy which is a dream! Endless photo ops! They have a lot to offer and helps making the planning process that much more easy & seamless. We used their DJ, Blaine made our bouquets, and the set up was everything we could have dreamed of and more.

The Fountains Ballroom was our absolute dream wedding venue! Blaine and Macy were so amazing to work with, they did everything they could to make our day beyond perfect and run smoothly. Not only was the venue gorgeous and the girls were amazing to work with but one of our favorite parts was that they have everything there. The flowers, the decorations, and the DJ (who is a blast btw-definitely would recommend getting Brandon as part of your package). We will forever recommend The Fountains to everyone!

If you are looking for a beautiful wedding venue close to the Omaha/Council Bluffs area, this is it! We fell in love with the Fountains Ballroom from the minute we toured the venue. Blaine was so incredible to work with and she helped bring our wedding vision to life. She is very communicative/responsive, flexible and patient with our millions of questions and requests we had :) Macy, our wedding day coordinator was also incredible and helped everything run so smoothly on our wedding day. Every aspect of the venue is gorgeous - from the bridal and groomsmen suites, the ceremony site and the reception area. We got so many compliments from our guests regarding how incredible the venue was! We cannot recommend The Fountains Ballroom enough as your wedding venue!

Blaine and her entire staff truly helped make my daughter and son-in-law's wedding day a DREAM COME TRUE!! From the very first meeting until even after the wedding, they were always happy to answer any questions, offer advise, help keep us calm the day of the wedding, and just so very helpful and kind! We brought in a few personal items (pictures, signs, etc) but left the rest up to Blaine and the girls and it was seamless! The venue is SO BEAUTIFUL inside and out and if I could give them 100 stars, I would! Thank you all SO VERY MUCH!

We cannot say enough amazing things about our experience at The Fountains Ballroom! They helped make our wedding an absolute DREAM come true!!! The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous, but it’s the people who made it all possible and so easy. Throughout the entire wedding planning process, they were available to answer any questions, bounce ideas off of, and made it essentially stress free. I utilized their in-house floral & design as well which I would HIGHLY recommend! All I had to do was show them my Pinterest board, talk about budget, and they made it come to life :) not to mention that they set it all up and took it down themselves so you’re not scrambling to get it done or having to stay late to clean up! I felt like I could truly just enjoy my day and soak it all in without having to worry about the details; they took care of it all. My family and I will talk about this day forever and how fun/beautiful it was, thanks to The Fountains 🤍 I had the best experience and can’t say thank you enough!! If you book your wedding here, I promise you will not regret it!

Just got married here 11/12/22! My engagement was 2 years long and the most stressful event in my life! Lol, but thankfully this is all inclusive venue that you don’t have to worry about details or setting up and we had the best yet an OPEN bar ! Blaine & her girls were great to work with, the day off was handled effortlessly! Madison was on top of everything that day and always made sure I was taken care of and always to let her know if I needed anything! Once she left, maryssa was left taking care of everything and she was just as amazing, making sure I had everything I needed and everything was still taken care of! Blaine did amazing making sure that my vision came to life from the floral decor/ table settings & I could not be more thankful for that! The upgrades she has made to the venue continue to keep the human eye in tact, from the GRAND staircase to the stunning chandeliers you can not go wrong with this venue it’s so beautiful & elegant! 💗

The entire team at The Fountains were AMAZING!! Hands down our wedding was perfect because of them! Blaine, Madison and Maryssa have a keen eye for detail and made everything absolutely perfect! I loved having them there to answer questions and keep the stress from both my husband and I on the day of as well as long the way. When we had questions on hiring other vendors or needed support along the way, Blaine was honest, open and always willing to help. As a December bride, she reassured all my fears and kept me as calm as possible along the way. They were very accommodating for all of our needs and we could not Thank them enough! I will be honest, I wanted to keep things simple and elope, but my in laws weren’t keen on that idea… I was NOT looking forward to planning a wedding, and it was such an overwhelming feeling, until I met Blaine and her crew at a The Fountains Ballroom!!! The pay package is affordable and includes so many things. The venue itself so gorgeous that you really don’t need any “extras” unless you want to. I had some ideas as far as champagne wall, bounce house, shimmer wall, specific center pieces, etc. and Blaine took my ideas and knocked them right out of the park! She has so many connections in the business and was able to really simplify the process and add it into ONE invoice (so much easier). She handmade our centerpieces with the help of her crew and they turned out better than I could imagine. The bridal party suites are huge and GORGEOUS for getting ready. She has so many add ons available, like cold spark indoor fireworks and all sorts of decorations that she has on stock. The DJ and alcohol was already included in the price, so we just needed to book the caterer, cake, officiant and hotel/transportation separately. The actual wedding day ran so smoothly and the staff really helped keep things light and fun during what could be a VERY stressful time. They even helped me bustle my dress when no one else could figure it out. 🥹I will never forget or regret having an actual wedding, and I can’t say I would say the same if it was anywhere else. An absolute DREAM!! My husband and I just got married at Fountains last month and we could not have loved it more. From the beginning of the process to the end - we were listened to, communicated with, catered to, and felt all the love. Blaine and her team are INCREDIBLE! Blaine saw our vision plus added her own amazing visionary talent to create a literal dream of a wedding. The best day ever. The space, inside and out, is pure beauty! Blaine was so helpful in every aspect of our planning; from design, to florals, to a caterer, she's amazing! She has a keen eye for detail, is well-organized, and helped us every step of the way. Our wedding day was an absolute dream and our guests couldn't stop talking about what a beautiful venue The Fountains was. Some of our family also rented the air b and b that is on site and it was perfect for them to be so close to the venue! It was very spacious and our family loved it! Our wedding weekend was perfect and all thanks to the staff at The Fountains!

Venue: Fountains Ballroom: Ceremony & Reception- If you want your Pinterest wedding that you have been dreaming about since you were little – this is the place. The Fountains Ballroom is grand, magical and so elegant. It was able to accommodate our larger wedding guest list. All of the hard work that has gone into updating the venue shows and it is a must see for all looking at getting married soon. Wedding Coordinator, Florist, Decorator, Therapist: Blaine Muhle – Where do I start! Blaine is beyond amazing at what she does. She is so talented at taking an image and making it come alive. All she asked was for a few Pinterest photos to create all our floral for the wedding. She takes into account all the small details you ask for and goes above and beyond what we asked for. Her creative mind and unique abilities will make your dream wedding come true. She is caring and will even drink a glass of wine with you to calm all your wedding nerves. Her professionalism from the very beginning of booking with the Fountains Ballroom to the day of the wedding is going to take her far in this career. Known this girl since preschool and her talent will blow me away forever on how talented she is! You will not regret going with the Fountains Ballroom just to have Blaine being there right by your side the entire time!

I cannot say enough about how wonderful The Fountains Ballroom was at making our day absolutely MAGICAL! First, Blaine, our day wouldn't went off with a bang without her being there every step of the way! She is the most kind, talented, and caring person ever, and went above and beyond to make everything a dream come true! Her creative mind, and unique ideas brought our dreams to life. She is truly meant for this profession, and most importantly she makes you feel at ease from the moment you walk through the door and every step of the way. Second, the venue was perfect. All of the new amazing updates that have been made since the new ownership, make it absolutely beautiful for any style of wedding! The bridal & groom suites are gorgeous, along with that beautiful staircase! The outside venue is a perfect setting, and very well taken care of. Third, we hired our amazing DJ, Brandon, through the Fountains Ballroom, and he is the best of the best! He is super personable, outgoing, easy to talk to, and so much fun! He made our guests so comfortable, and made the night flow tremendously! All in all, the day was amazing thanks to the amazing staff at The Fountains Ballroom! You can check everything off your list by choosing this incredible venue. I would recommend them again and again for your special day!

11/10 recommend the Fountains Ballroom for your wedding. I was struggling to find a venue that was big enough for our guest list and was pretty on the outside and inside. As soon as we walked in the door for our tour, I knew Fountains was going to be it. My fiancé and I were planning our wedding for October 2022. Long story short, my grandma who had helped raise me since I was 2 years old got the news that the chemo drugs she was taking for cancer weren’t working anymore. I really wanted her to be there on my wedding day, so my fiancé was gracious enough to agree to move up our ceremony so that she could be there. We had a very small Sunday morning brunch wedding ceremony in February, in the middle of a snow storm. Blaine, the Owner and Coordinator at Fountains Ballroom, along with my amazing MOH, helped us pull together our ceremony in 5 weeks. Blaine is incredible. She put together the centerpieces, created my bouquet, the boutonnière’s and corsages, and I’m sure a million other things that I didn’t even know about. Everything about that day was perfect. It was absolutely gorgeous inside and out. We got 8.5 inches of snow that day! Everyone made it safely and it made for beautiful pictures. Matt at All Inclusive Catering was great to work with and made our brunch dreams come true. We can’t wait to be back at Fountains in October 2022 for our reception so we can celebrate with all of our friends and family.

The most beautiful venue I’ve ever seen. It was so, so perfect for our special day. The outside was gorgeous for our May wedding and there was plenty of room for kids to run outside during the reception. Blaine is the best person ever. She made sure the day ran smooth and got us anything we needed. This place exceeded all of our expectations. Everyone got stunning pictures because the views are breathtaking. Guests could have fun by our photo booth, bar, and dance floor or just hang out on the other side of the venue if they wanted to. The suites are perfect for getting ready. We never felt crammed or anything. There was so much room for us. My husband had so much fun playing pool while hanging out with his groomsmen, too. Our day was so, so perfect and we owe it all to Blaine and her team and her gorgeous venue.

Having a lot of the vendors at this venue (especially the DJ) or people who they work with closely (like All Inclusive Catering) really made things easy. The pandemic made things stressful, especially in the months leading up to the wedding and having to move our date, but we were able to get everything straightened out and otherwise make the best out of the situation. Blaine did a great job!

We loved not having to worry about multiple meetings with multiple vendors and we didn’t have to set up anything or worry about taking it down! Our day was filled with just having a good time with our favorite people all because Blaine took care of everything else for us! We had our oldest daughter’s wedding here and absolutely loved our experience. This year, our second daughter was to get married May 15. While Covid19 changed our plans, we were so blessed to work with Blaine. Thanks to her, my daughter had her dream wedding anyway. Minus about 200 people, it was actually a memorable intimate event that will always have a special place in our hearts. Our August wedding at the Fountains Ballroom was amazing and unforgettable! We cannot help but smile every time we think about our special day. The Fountains Ballroom amenities are outstanding and impressive. Having the ceremony, reception and dance all in one place was very convenient for the wedding party/guests. We selected Elegant Edge Events for our catering and could not have been more pleased. The food served was hot and delicious, service was efficient, staff was welcoming, and the pricing was reasonable. We received a great deal of positive feedback on the food at our wedding as well as from family/friends after. Mad Ox Bakery made our cake and created our fun donut stand—so amazing and delicious. Again, well-received by guests. Dezirae was our photographer and we could not be happier by her generosity, patience and photography talents. Dezirae captured our wedding day beautifully and made the process fun! Taylor Burkum was our entertaining and wonderful DJ. The music he played for our ceremony was great, facilitated the reception efficiently and was on-point with the music. The dance floor was never empty, and our family/friends had a blast dancing. We highly recommend Taylor for any event. Lastly, we cannot forget our wedding coordinator, Blaine Muhle. Hands down, so wonderful to work with throughout the entire process. It’s obvious Blaine has a passion for her work. She is very talented, kind, patient, flexible, and was very responsive. Blaine helped us coordinate the order of events, select the décor that fit our style and made sure every detail was covered. There was very little stress on our end. We are forever grateful. Overall, we are 100% happy with our decision to celebrate our wedding at the Fountains Ballroom and highly recommend anyone considering it!

We had both our ceremony and reception at the Fountains. We had several meetings throughout the wedding planning process with Blaine to discuss timeline, floral, and details. I went with Memrical for my decor and floral. Blaine is extremely talented at what she does, as she absolutely killed it with my floral and decor! She was very pleasant to work with. Blaine was also my wedding day of coordinator who kept things running smoothly. She made my wedding day dream a reality! I would highly recommend getting married at this stunning venue!

The Fountains was the first venue we looked at and immediately fell in love. From the size of the outdoor area, to the versatility of weather variability, to Blaine being so flexible, literally everything was perfect. My husband and I live in a different state and Blaine was always willing to chat over FaceTime or text me whenever there were any questions. Blaine made everything so easy and I really didn't have to stress about anything! We knew from the instant we walked in the door that it was the perfect place for us to get married. You give them an idea of what you imagine your wedding to look like and they will take it from there, doing all of the decorating and preparing! 3. They hold open houses which makes it simple to decide on other vendors such as catering, wedding cakes, etc. 4. They were super organized and made the entire wedding day go smoothly. The staff was amazing and I could not have had such a beautiful and memorable day with all the staff and the beautiful setting. This was such a stress free day knowing that everything was handled, I the bride was the one keeping my mother calm! I can not say enough good things about the Fountains and Memrical. Our wedding at the Fountains Ballroom was the wedding of our dreams!! The venue is beautiful, inside and out. It’s private, classic, elegant and provides the perfect outdoor ceremony space and indoor reception hall. If you’re looking for a wedding venue in the area, VISIT IT!! The minute we did, we fell in love. Our guests all thought it was beautiful and loved it. There are tons of spots to take photos which was important to us. Blaine was flexible and helpful throughout the whole process helping make all my visions and ideas for the day happen. The venue allows you to book everything through them or bring in your own vendors which I think is a fantastic option for people who don’t want to have to do a lot of research/choosing and also perfect for those who do!! Also, the Airbnb on the property is a PERFECT house for family or wedding party to all stay together. Our photographer was booked through the venue and Tammy did a wonderful job our pictures are more beautiful than I could’ve ever hoped for! Overall, would definitely recommend!!!

The bridal suites, table layout, table settings, the food and catering, photographer, DJ, and everything else were all professional and spectacular!Blaine was our personal planner and she was a true rock star! We cannot express how stress relieving and useful it was to have a professional like Blaine holding our hands throughout the entire process. By the end of it all, she really did become more of a friend than a planner; she even helped my now-husband put together some amazing wedding day gifts!I just wish there was a rating above 5 stars because The Fountains Ballroom managed to make the best day of our lives even better!

Overall the Fountains Ballroom venue, decorations, and experience the DAY OF were great! However, we felt that there was not great communication leading up to our big day which caused a lot of stress for both of us (groom & bride). A lot of this could have been avoided had things been more clearly stated in meetings/phone calls. Punctuality was questionable and the meetings we did have felt underprepared leaving us with more and more questions. We felt the coordinators were distracted and not communicating with one another to the best of their abilities. Price wise, some of the decorations were fairly priced and others were outrageous. We ended up bringing some of our own decorations due to this, but the ones we did get through the venue were stunning. In the end it was a fantastic venue for our big day and everything looked BEAUTIFUL, but if you have a lot of questions or are wanting answers right away it is highly unlikely you'll get those answers promptly, if at all.

Through offering a planner, a DJ, a photographer, and a list of caters, it truly takes away all the stress of planning a wedding. Blaine was absolutely a blast to plan our entire wedding with it; she truly is a gods sent! Tammy Mueke is the sweetest and hardest working photographer that we could have ever asked for. Brandon the DJ made the whole night run smoothly And made the reception one of the most fun receptions ever. Memrical designers made our entire day absolutely perfect with the floral and reception design. Our center pieces and my bridal bouquet was stunning. One huge reason we initially picked the Fountains Ballroom is because of the all inclusive package deal. We were able to customize a package that fit our budget. There lots of catering options to choose from and people still rave about the delicious food we had! The design choices were beautiful and we loved our wedding pictures. It was the most perfect day I could have imagined. My husband and I were both really pleased with the choice of this vendor! **A side note, this is a beautiful place to have your ceremony, however for a Catholic wedding we needed a church. So, for anyone considering this as just a reception venue, it can absolutely be done and my husband and I both felt this was still the perfect choice for just our reception!

We decided to do our ceremony and reception at The Fountains Ballroom for many different reasons. 1. The venue is absolutely gorgeous. The ballroom was so elegant and grand, and the site itself was breathtaking. We ended up spending less money on Flowers and decorations because the venue didn't need much and was beautiful on its own! 2. I loved the fact that it was a one stop shop. It was a huge relief to be able to come and get ready the day of, and not worry about having to delegate friends or family to set up the decor, flowers, tables, linens, china, DJ, and ceremony space. I showed a few Pinterest images of my vision to Blaine, and she and her team absolutely knocked it out of the park. 3. I wanted just one space where my bridal party and I could get ready at, do the ceremony, and have the reception at. The Fountains Ballroom was by far the best option. Although it was a little bit of a drive to the nearest hotel, we made it work by renting a bus to shuttle almost all our guests back to the hotel. We ended up fitting 80+ people on that bus and continued the party at the casinos! I can't thank Blaine and her staff enough on making our wedding planning process as seamless as possible. I truly cannot imagine doing it any other way. It was the wedding of my dreams, and I couldn't have been happier.

Fountains ballroom was the perfect wedding venue! I knew I wanted to get married there the second I walked in the door. A few months after we decided to get married at fountains, my husbands company decided to move us to Denver. I immediately began to panic because I just didn’t see how we could plan my dream wedding being in a different state. Luckily enough Blaine was AMAZING! She reassured me everything was going to fine and it was. Blaine is extremely accessible through email, phone and text. She even kept in touch with my aunt who was our florist for the wedding. The package deal at fountains allowed my husband and I to have our dream wedding while staying on a strict budget. We couldn’t be happier with the day, everything ran smooth thanks to Blaine and our day of coordinator.

I read other reviews about her \"getting\" brides' visions but I honestly was thinking, \"well thats nice but I think mine is too hard to explain, she won't really be able to do it\" but she DID! Exactly like I imagined it, actually better- I am very picky and I LOVED every detail she created from our discussions. She always responded to me and always made me feel important. I was a little difficult with back and forth emails and she never seemed to mind. The cost was also extremely reasonable for how much work they did. I was lucky to work with her!! Let me just say WOW! Seriously WOW. The venue was gorgeous. The planning was easy, they took care of all the details. They provided everything but the cake and caterer. The flowers were absolutely beautiful, more than I ever could have expected. We rented decor pieces from them and the tables were so elegant. All I had to do the day of the wedding was put my dress on and relax. They did it all. Everyone involved, Blaine, Katie, Tammy and Brandon worked together so smoothly. This venue was absolutely gorgeous!! I can’t say enough about this venue, it was perfect! Blaine was the coordinator from day one and she was so helpful. She answered all my questions and got back to me in a timely manner. She was great to work with! Katie the day of coordinator made sure the entire day went smooth and it did go smooth. There was never any issues the entire day. Tammy was the photographer and she was amazing to work with. She made sure everything got done and all the pictures we wanted were taken. I can’t wait to see the final pictures, I have seen some so far and I am so extremely happy about them! Brandon the DJ was so fun and accommodating. He made sure everyone was having fun the whole time. He made sure our wedding party had full drinks at all times. The venue also did the decor and flowers and oh my it was all gorgeous. The flowers were beautiful! I could not have asked for anything more! I got the wedding I always dreamed of!

THERE ARE NO WORDS FOR HOW AMAZING!!This place was a dream come true! We got married here this past June and not only did my heart stop when I visited the venue (and maybe shed a tear or two of joy for finding it..haha) but meeting with Blaine was AMAZING! She was truly talented and able to bring all of the ideas in my head to life on our wedding day! We had to worry about very little other than getting our cake and videography figured out which was a true blessing as there was sooo much to plan and I am a very busy woman running a business more than an hour away! ;) Blaine was super flexible on meeting times which was wonderful for our schedules! I highly recommend doing floral through Fountains as they did such a wonderful job and made EXACTLY what I had in my head! Gorgeous gorgeous gorgeous! We had sooo many of our guests tell us that our wedding was the MOST BEAUTIFUL they had attended so far!!! As for photography…. it was another HOME RUN with Tammy Muecke! She was so fun to work with and was also truly TALENTED! She had such great ideas and we were able to let her creative brain go wild! We had a bit of rain on our special day but she powered through and we got a load of AMAZINGLY BEAUTIFUL photos! With my mother passing away of cancer just a few short months after the wedding I am so grateful to her for her talent of being able to catch each person and especially my mother in her natural beautiful essence in all that she was! … and of course props to the DJ as well who was also awesome and kept us all going and everything running smooth the day of! During meetings they always took note and kept my input as a top priority. Playing into my Pinterest board and texted pictures, they made the dream decor. Memrical did AMAZING with the flowers, bouquets, and boutinerres. It was exactly how I pictured it.We had Brandon as our DJ. He was perfect for our type of style, and was willing to try something very different with us! (Dollar Dash!) Very laid back, very attentive, and kept the floor full of dancers all night! He even brought us drinks, and tended to any needs we had. Beyond what I could have asked for.Thank you to all involved with our special day. Forever will be remembered as the best day of my life :)

Our entire wedding experience at the Fountains Ballroom was absolutely amazing! It was so great that practically everything was included in the package, making our special day and the days leading up to it stress-free. This was the best day of our lives and so much of it was because of the fabulous work of the staff with The Fountains Ballroom. We worked with Blaine for the months leading up to the wedding and she was great answering all of our questions and addressing our concerns. Everything was so much easier as things were laid out so simply for us. Blaine helped us to pick the package that would work best for our wedding and made great suggestions! On the day of our wedding, we worked with Bethany who was also amazing in keeping everything going smoothly. We had to move our ceremony inside on the day because of rain and it was very smooth and easy to do with the help of the Fountains Ballroom staff. Our bartenders and security guard were so very helpful, personable, and fun! Bethany was amazing help in all aspects of the day. She helped with decorations, flowers, the ceremony, and dinner. She helped me, as a bride, to stay calm and feel totally cared for. We could not have asked for a more perfect day or a more perfect venue. Everything was fantastic and beautiful!

My husband and I got married at The Fountains Ballroom on October 6th of this year and we couldn't have asked for a better experience! We are both active duty military living apart from each other and across the country from the location of our wedding. I was worried this distance was going to make it difficult to plan everything, but I couldn't be more wrong! Blaine did an amazing job answering all of my calls, texts and emails in a timely manner. She also helped keep me on track with planning through the whole process. Brandon was our DJ and I can't even begin to explain how great he was for us! I had so many compliments about how friendly he was to everyone at the wedding and he did an awesome job getting everyone on the dance floor for a great time. Tammy was our photographer and I loved how calm she was throughout the whole process; it was evident that she knew what she was doing and we can't wait to see the pictures! We had originally planned to have an outdoor ceremony, but Midwest weather had other plans in store and it unfortunately rained all day. The week leading up to the wedding I could see this in the forecast and I was really bummed and felt that my wedding wasn't going to be everything I had imagined. Everyone working at The Fountains Ballroom made sure that this wasn't the case though and the wedding was even more beautiful than I could have imagined! I would highly recommend this venue!

I can't even begin to express how happy I am with The Fountains Ballroom!! It's was the best decision I could've made and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a venue. Magical, romantic and beautiful are just a few words that come to mind when I think of my wedding! I seriously loved everything about my wedding and can't stop smiling when I think of my special day! Blaine was easy and very pleasant to work with. Whenever I had a question Blaine would respond within hours which makes it great for brides. I also used their floral and design services through Memrical and they both were amazing!! Blaine and Bethany did an amazing job with my flowers!!! I couldn't have been happier with the flowers, they were everything I wanted and more!! Another on of my favorite parts about The Fountains Ballroom was how stress free they made my wedding experience! They put up all the beautiful decorations and put together all the flowers, they told my photo booth, food services, my cake, and the DJ where to set up so that I didn't have to do anything on my wedding day but relax and enjoy this once in a lifetime experience! The Fountains ballroom was absolutely amazing. We had both our ceremony and reception there and everything was perfect. They made wedding planning so easy. Half the time I felt like I hadn't even done a single thing. I'm so glad we chose to have our wedding there. It was so nice to have everything all in one place; from getting ready with hair and makeup, to taking pictures, and having both the ceremony and reception. The staff was awesome and so helpful, understanding, and creative. The property is beautiful and there are so many places to get good pictures. We had one miscommunication about bar packages, but Katie was very understanding and worked with us to get us exactly what we wanted and it was great. I couldn't have imagined our day going any smoother. It was everything we wanted it to be and more and I'm so glad our fountains family was there to help us celebrate.

Our daughter and son in law chose this venue for their March wedding because they originally wanted an outdoor ceremony yet an indoor option if the weather didn't cooperate. After looking at many in the area, they kept coming back to the Fountains. From the first meeting with Blaine to the moment we left the venue that night, everything was wonderful! She was nice to work with, answered the many questions we had in a timely manner and encouraged Julie and Alec as they planned. On the day of, they decorated just as we had discussed, let we moms of the kids relax and enjoy the celebration. Our photographer, Tammy, was incredible for us b/c we had many large family pictures with many children. The bridal party was also large, with young children and she was patient and very accommodating. The DJ Brandon was amazing with the reception afterwards and seemed to work closely with Tammy to help her capture the images we requested. One thing we liked about this venue is that they let us bring in our own caterer for a very low fee. This was important to us plus, they allowed chairs in rows for the ceremony indoors and then efficiently moved them into seating for the meal. We appreciated their adaptability. This venue is also close to the Omaha airport, many options for lodging and sight-seeing for guests while still offering a country like atmosphere. Amazing! Blaine and Bethany with The Fountains Ballroom made our wedding day a dream come true! They were very warm and welcoming in each of our pre-wedding meetings. Blaine took the photos and ideas I had and brought them to life! Flowers and decor were beautiful and the wedding day was so smooth thanks to their coordination and planning. The Fountains / Memrical have an amazing set up that makes wedding planning much easier less stressful. I would recommend them to anyone! The only mishap was scheduling conflicts with our DJ, but the DJ they found for us - Dave - was beyond qualified. He kept the crowd dancing and played a major role in keeping the scheduled events on track (impressive when you're talking 270+ people!) Thanks Blaine, Bethany and The Fountains Ballroom for helping to create a true fairytaile wedding!

We got married 5-27-17. The fountains in Glenwood, Iowa was amazing! A lot of my wedding guests kept commenting how beautiful everything was and that was thanks to the staff for making my wedding vision come true as well as the venue is nothing but gorgeous! Blaine always answered all of my questions timely and my flowers were beyond gorgeous better than I could have even imagined!!! Bethany was the day of coordinator and she was just as amazing helping with everything from last minute setting up to details of where we stand for ceremony. She was so very helpful and an essential part of making our day more than perfect. Our DJ was Dave who kept the party going all night long and knew exactly what songs to play and when. Our cater was Katy's catering out of glenwood. Her food was delicious! We got a lot of compliments from our friends and family! Lastly, our cake was from hyvee on Madison ave in council bluffs, IA. They also did our dessert brownies we had a unique unicorn wedding cake that they matched perfectly to the photo I showed them. It was also moist and everything you would want your wedding cake to be! The brownies were delicious as well. We got many compliments on both. If you want a stress free wedding. Please go with the Fountains, they will not disappoint :)

Our wedding was 4/8/17. & the best decision that we ever made was having our wedding/reception at the Fountains! The planning process was simple. I am pretty picky with design/decor. I sent pictures, met with Blaine and she knew exactly what we wanted and brought it to life. She is amazing to work with and didn't miss a detail.The staff on the day of our wedding made everyone feel like they were a part of something so amazing. They did everything from design, clearing plates/tables, to calming my nerves and assuring me that I could make it down the aisle without falling(seriously). We had compliments on everyone and everything. Brandon and Bethany kept the whole day running smoothly. I literally had nothing to worry about as a bride (can you even imagine). Brandon explained how everything was going to go, brought us drinks basically the whole day, and took care of everyone else all while dj-ing. I'm honestly not sure how he does it, but he does and does it well! Bethany also made sure my bouquet was exactly how I wanted it and was a complete joy to work with. One of the nicest people I have ever met.We left feeling overwhelmed with happiness at how everything went and have built relationships with wonderful people! They go above and beyond for their couples and their guests.

I had my wedding at The Fountains Ballroom last June and everything was perfect! I chose this venue because it was all inclusive; they offer a photographer, DJ, floral, decor, and more wrapped into a package you choose. This really took a lot of weight off my shoulders while planning my wedding. Blaine was very personable and made sure I was happy with all my decisions. The place is so spacious and beautiful as soon as I toured it I knew it was where I wanted to get married. On the day of my wedding everything went as planned. My bouquet was gorgeous as were my bridesmaid's flowers. The rooms used to get ready in were spacious and nicely decorated for those getting-ready photos! We had a great time and would do it all over again in a heartbeat!

We had our wedding at the Fountains Ballroom on September 16th. It was such a beautiful day (that went by way to fast) and we are still so happy about how everything turned out! Our day couldn’t have been more perfect. The staff was so helpful from the very beginning. Blaine helped our families to plan the perfect wedding since we had no clue even where to begin! We asked a TON of questions and the staff was always very responsive and helpful. The day before the wedding Bethany/Blaine allowed us to come in to drop off decorations and Bethany provided her expertise with what else we should pick up last minute for the final touches. We had a bit of a scare when the company we were going through for some rental pieces fell through and the Fountains Team was quick to provide help to ensure we had everything we needed. When we arrived at the fountains on the wedding day they had all the decorations completely set up and everything ran so smoothly throughout the entire day! We had two photographers Tammy and Hector and they captured some amazing moments and we are SOOO very thankful for all the pictures they took! I LOVE photos and I was so excited to see how amazing they turned out (the only thing we didn’t get to capture is the groom with each of his groomsman/ushers which I didn’t know till I got the photos back). Overall we were very impressed!!! Also Our DJ, Brandon, was able to keep the crowd engaged and dancing the entire night and he made sure we always had what we needed (drinks, cake, etc.) I had so many guests come up to me stating how gorgeous the entire wedding was and how our wedding was the most fun wedding they have ever been too! I would absolutely recommend to the Fountains Ballroom to anyone as they were able to give us the wedding of our dreams!

We got married here in September 2016. It was amazing! In addition to the venue being so beautiful the staff was great too! I chose this venue because they included so many vendors with their packages. They will handle all your flowers, centerpieces, table linens and settings, DJ, Bar staff, and Photographer. They also recommended the caterers, cake makers and officiants to us. It made it so easy for us! They are very flexible and easy going and will accommodate to your needs all day. On the day of the wedding all the vendors have all worked with each other many times so everything went so smoothly! I would recommend this venue to anyone getting married. I got so many compliments on our wedding!!

I had my wedding at The Fountains Ballroom on September 17th and I have to say I am still beaming with happiness about how it all turned out. From the very beginning Blaine and Katie were extremely helpful about helping me figure out the logistics of everything and were very transparent about cost and how the planning would go moving forward. They kept my mind at ease by answering all of my questions in a timely manner, listening to my millions of requests, and offering their expertise throughout the process. The entire staff at The Fountains Ballroom made my wedding day experience wonderful! I really didn't have to worry about anything on my wedding day which was such a relief. Everything was decorated even better than I imagined and all of the events throughout the night went off without a hitch. The DJ kept the crowd engaged, the photographer captured some truly amazing moments, and Katie (the wedding day coordinator) was there for me through everything throughout the day. I still can't get over how beautiful everything was. The location itself is beautiful, and combined with the talents at Memrical design studio, makes for a truly stunning day. I had so many guests come up to me and say that this was the most gorgeous wedding they had been to. I would absolutely recommend The Fountains Ballroom to anyone getting married and hoping for an outdoor/indoor wedding. My family all lives out of town and they truly made the whole process seamless for me. I can't recommend them enough!

I had my wedding at the Fountains Ballroom on September 9th! I couldn't have asked for a better day! It was a beautiful morning, but then started raining about picture time and ceremony time. We ended up having the ceremony inside after deciding not to wait an hour for the rain to stop! Katie was awesome to work with on my big day! Blaine was great help during the whole planning process & made planning my wedding a breeze! I am so thankful for their skills and determination for making our day beautiful! There were a few hick ups during the planning process but that it to be expected, only wish they would have told us all the details of the package we were purchasing, the package only came with 250 chairs (that the guest sit in) which means you will have to pay extra $$ for each seat inside & out! The photography situation isn't the greatest & needs to be looked at on their side to ensure you know what you're getting instead of coming down to the last month before your wedding & saying hey, you need to upgrade for what you want...when in reality you thought you were getting what you wanted until then! I loved Tammy & her love for photography, we were just a little frustrated with how things went! Just make sure you're asking A LOT of questions during the whole process! We also had a hick up with the DJ, we were forced to get a replacement (suggested by them) because they had a scheduling conflict with the other one. Loved my DJ - Joel! Played all the right music & listened to all my concerns before the day of! THANK YOU! I had Hy-Vee cater my wedding & couldn't have asked for better service. The food was great & the clean up process was un noticed! (Which was a good thing because they weren't in the way of our guests & photo's!) Thank you Josh Benson & Joiah Banfield (Madison Ave - CB) This place is gorgeous & doesn't take much to create what you want it to be! I loved the rooms to get ready in & loved how the whole place was ours for the day! Thank you to everyone who helped out that day! My family will forever remember this day! I also suggest reminding your guests to take LOTS of pictures because we kind of forgot to take some closer family pictures outside of the photographer & regret it! Just enjoy your day here, you wouldn't regret it!

My wedding happened at The Fountains Ballroom location in Iowa on October 8, 2016. From the very beginning, my experience with the facility and staff was amazing. Blaine and Bethany were so accommodating throughout our entire planning process. They got to know me and the style I wanted for my wedding very well and executed my theme well.The day before my wedding, my rose petals that I ordered from an outside floral shop didn't show up and I was devastated. I contacted Blaine to figure out a solution, and The Fountains Ballroom delivered by having rose petals for the day of my wedding. When my make-up artist spilled make-up all over the train of my dress, Bethany knew exactly how to get the stain out and did in a matter of minutes. I honestly don't know what I would have done if I had my wedding at any other venue.The venue is beautiful, and the staff exceeded my expectations.

I can't express how amazing my experience was with the Fountains Ballroom! We got married on April 23rd of this year, and Blaine and her team went above and beyond to make our day everything we wanted and more! The Fountains Ballroom was nothing short of a dream come true for my husband and I. We did things a little backwards and picked out the venue before we were actually engaged because we were on a crunched timeline (less than 3 months). Blaine was a miracle worker and helped us settle on a date and timeline to make things as smooth as possible as we were simultaneously planning a move to Germany, less than a month after the wedding. We were living in Virginia during the whole planning process and never even saw the venue until 3 days before the wedding. But Blaine and Katie brought my Pinterest vision to life and it was more than we ever could have hoped for! We did 2 skype dates and Blaine was very responsive to my calls/texts. They were also eager to bring our dream of having our pups in the wedding come to life! The day of was seamless, with the help of Katie (our day of coordinator), Tammy (our photographer), and Brandon (our DJ). Tammy was a pup lover and captured the most precious moments with our babies and I am beyond excited to see our pictures! She also helped keep on schedule so we could keep with tradition and not do a first reveal. Given that everything else about the wedding/planning process was not traditional, this piece was particularly important to us. Thank you, Tammy!Brandon was also a pleasure to work with and has a true passion for music and keeping the dance floor hoppin! We were unsure of a lot of songs we wanted for the ceremony, but he provided great suggestions and made it a mix of modern and traditional. He was also much more than a DJ, ensuring the bridal party had full glasses throughout the night and delivering cake to the guests. Thanks Brandon!As I said before, things could not have gone better. October 23, 2016 is one day we will cherish for forever and a large part is due to the great teamwork and passion of The Fountains Ballroom staff!

My husband and I were married on Aug. 6th 2016. We had our ceremony at a church in Omaha and the reception at The Fountains Ballroom in Glenwood. Memrical did all of our floral and design, even the floral for the ceremony at the church! Blaine is so passionate about helping brides figure out exactly what it is they want to see on their special wedding day and I was so thankful I had her to consult with! Brandon was our DJ and I can't say enough wonderful things about him. We had so many compliments on our DJ, I believe he is the very best there is!! Bethany was there on the day of to make sure everything was good to go and also offered to help in anyway she could!! If you are looking for a beautiful venue and a great all around service, I would highly recommend The Fountains in Glenwood!

I got married at the Fountains in Glenwood back in July and it was absolutely wonderful. Blaine was so helpful during our entire planning process and the day of the wedding. She even went out and bought cards for the groomsmen to play poker. Not only did she easy my nerves as a bride, but her staff also made everything so simple! Brandon our DJ was fantastic and even served as a personal bartender to the wedding party. Our wedding photographer, Tammy, was also wonderful and her pictures were absolutely stunning and also made sure to get us family pictures (just 2 weeks after the wedding) due to a family emergency. Every step of the process was enjoyable and stress free due to Blaine and her staff! I could not have asked for a better experience!

I had my wedding at the Fountains on June 11. From the beginning everybody was really nice and extremely helpful. About 6 months before my wedding I found out I was pregnant. The morning of my wedding I ended up in the hospital with kidney stones!! I told everyone in the wedding party to go to the Fountains and continue to get ready as planned and I would hopefully be there as soon as I could. I was planning on having my wedding outside but the nurse informed me that this was not a good idea due to the heat on that day. I had my mother-in-law inform the Fountains and they reset the inside to accommodate this with no problem!! I finally arrived at the Fountains at 1:30pm (I was supposed to arrive at 9 for hair and make up). Everything looked perfect!! They made sure the wedding party stayed on time and had already had them rehearsing!! I quickly had my hair and make up done, my wonderful photographer Tammy arrived and we got through all of the pictures I wanted with time to spare!! My day went off without a hitch (minus being in the hospital) and I owe that all to the Fountains and their wonderful staff!! It truly would not have been possible without all of you!! I know this is long but I need to mention DJ Q. He was the best DJ and kept the dance floor full all night long!! The one thing everybody has commented on about my wedding was how awesome the DJ was!! Thank you for making my reception the giant dance party I wanted it to be!!!.

We were married at The Fountains Ballroom in Glenwood, Iowa on 4/30/16. When we began the wedding planning process, we sought out a few vendors via telephone and e-mail. We visited both locations, but fell absolutely IN LOVE with the Glenwood location as it had breathtaking views and gave us the “middle of nowhere” atmosphere we were looking for. The other deciding factor for us was the customer service we received at our initial meeting. We did not feel pressured to book our date and did not feel that The Fountains was trying to sell anything to us.I do not believe there was ever a moment of stress when it came to the whole wedding planning process. The Fountains provides a wedding planner as part of their package, and you can choose how involved you want to be in the process. Blaine Muhle was our wedding planner and was so friendly and patient with ANY changes we made. We met three times prior to the wedding date to discuss all of the details leading up to our wedding day. When it comes to design and planning, Blaine definitely knows what she is doing. My bouquet and my bridesmaids’ bouquets were absolutely BEAUTIFUL. They were exactly what I imagined from the beginning design meeting where I showed Blaine what I pictures (from Pinterest!). As for the DJ, we met with Brandon once prior to the wedding to discuss order of events, our music, and our preferences. He did a phenomenal job of coordinating the events, keeping us on track, and entertaining our family and friends. We received so many compliments regarding the music played and how upbeat the reception remained ALL night. Between the wedding ceremony and the reception, Brandon also helped coordinate the family pictures and keep our guests entertained while we finished those. He brought the wedding party beverages during the whole process and really made us feel relaxed. NOT ONCE did we look at a clock/watch or worry about what we were supposed to be doing next.One thing that we did not plan on was the weather. Unfortunately, it rained on our wedding day, not allowing us to hold our ceremony outside. Our wedding was scheduled to start at 5:30 PM and although we had hoped for a break in the clouds for the ceremony, that did not happen. The day-of coordinator remained in communication with me through the morning, discussing the options if the ceremony was to be moved inside. They allowed us to wait until 3:45-4 PM to make the final decision to move the ceremony indoors. Within the hour, they transformed the reception set-up to a ceremony set-up, adding pillars and moving some of the decorations/flowers to create the ceremony site. Something that could have caused a “melt-down” was handled so well by the staff at The Fountains, and even though we were disappointed that the ceremony would not be outdoors, the inside of the venue still created a beautiful scene for us!Overall, we had an amazing experience with The Fountains and their staff. If we could re-do the day, we would not change anything about it! (Except maybe the weather!)

Everything on our special day went extremely smooth and I would highly recommend this venue to anyone who wants an outdoor ceremony and indoor reception without much hassle. Blaine, our wedding planner did an amazing job and my wife was SO pleased at all the work she did for us. I can only keep it short and sweet for the good stuff because there really is barely anything to knock about the establishment. I do, however, want to caution anyone who cares about the music at the reception to be very careful and perhaps bring in an outside DJ. Not only was he obnoxious to myself and the bride, but to some of our guests as well. We also provided him a list of several (and I do mean several) bands and songs to form some sort of playlist from weeks in advance, and those requests (byemail and text) were completely ignored. Instead, he played a playlist that he apparently plays at most weddings, consisting of songs he enjoyed dancing too (and he would). My now brother in law actually attended a wedding here 2 weeks prior and said this was nearly identical to the playlist he heard then. We repeatedly asked him to play some of the songs we provided to which he ignored throughout the night. Two things come up when we talk about our wedding with friends and family: the first is how perfect everything was. the second: except the DJ- \"where did you find him?\". I also feel obligated to mention that he did not have the song available that was requested for the groom/mother of the groom dance- which I found out on the dance floor, hand in hand with my mother. All in all this is not a matter of musical taste. I suppose my best example is this: the first song played when we sat down to have dinner at the reception was \"Mmmbop\" by Hansen. Overall, the fountains is a great establishment. I can only hope anyone elses wedding here doesnt suffer the same afterthought of such an important part of the reception.

My husband and I were married in October 2015 at a Catholic Church but we had the reception at the Fountains Ballroom in Glenwood. The entire day went perfectly! Our decorations were perfect, the reception was VERY organized (which was one of my top priorities-I HATE chaotic receptions) and the staff was on the ball with everything behind the scenes. We STILL have people tell us it was the most fun reception they've ever been to!! One of our family friends called the Fountains \"the Taj Mahal in the middle of a corn field.\" It is one of the most beautiful venues in this area and I will recommend it to anyone who is looking for venues!! Also, Tammy Muecke was our photographer and we absolutely loved her!! She took gorgeous photos of our wedding and reception and handled our drunk wedding party very well, bless her heart!! And Katy's Catering (from Glenwood) served the most phenomenal food!! We still have people tell us how amazing the food was at our wedding. Highly recommend her!! Our DJ was Q and he was seriously one of the best DJs I have seen at a wedding and I'm not just saying that. I told him I did not want any dull moments with people waiting around and trust me, there was never a dull moment. From the time we walked in things we're rolling, dinner was going, music playing, and he released tables for dinner by playing a trivia game...so clever!! Highly recommend Q!! I am so happy with the Fountains and will recommend it to anyone that asks!!

My daughter and I toured The Fountains Ballroom the summer of 2014, before she was even engaged. Once we saw the Fountains, we never looked at any other venues. We knew that this was the pace where we wanted Stacia and Zach’s wedding!Stacia and Zach were out of state at college until 5 weeks before the wedding. So as the mother-of-the-bride, I ended up coordinating a lot of the details with Blaine, the Fountains event coordinator Every question, concern or “we just need an opinion” comment that we sent Blaine’s way via email, was cheerfully and promptly answered. Stacia showed Blaine and her assistant, Katie, Pinterest pictures of the design look and floral arrangements she wanted at the wedding and they just got it! They had lots of design items for us to choose from and work with from heir Memrical Design Studio. But they were also fine with us supplying some of our own design items—like Zach’s grandmas green-tinted Mason jars and Stacia’s wrought iron bird cages. The wedding décor and floral was really personalized and The Fountains venue was transformed into Stacia and Zach’s beautiful June 10, wedding of their dreams. Brandon Stockton was our DJ and really was much more than a DJ! He was also the MC at the dinner. And because he works so many wedding at the Fountains Ballroom, Brandon just helped with the flow of events all evening. He was really about minimizing the wasted time so he could maximize the party and dance time. Stacia’s older sister, who lives in Seattle and has attended many weddings, said that Brandon was the BEST DJ at any wedding she’s ever attended in her life! He packed the dance floor and made the dance so much fun. Stacia and Zach’s friends and guests gave Brandon rave reviews. Tammy Muecke was the photographer for both Stacia and Zach’s engagement pictures and for the wedding. The engagement pictures turned out great and we used two of our favorite pictures for the Save the Date cards. The day of the wedding was warmer temperatures than we had hoped for – upper 90s. But Tammy had a game plan for the entire day and kept us all inside for pictures until she could move the wedding party outside when there was more shade and cloud cover. We just saw all the wedding pictures and they’re amazing! Tammy did a wonderful job and we are thrilled with the pictures that will forever preserve this day for Stacia, Zach, and four families.Katy, from Katy’s Catering in Glenwood, Iowa, did an amazing job with preparing and serving our dinner. It was some of the best food I’ve ever had at a wedding and we heard many positive comments from our guests about the delicious meal.In summary, we love the entire experience with hosting our daughter’s wedding at The Fountains Ballroom. I absolutely loved having our wedding at the Fountains Ballroom! The venue was gorgeous, the staff was so helpful, and it was so easy to have all of our wedding needs met in one place.Our wedding planner was Blaine Muhle and our day-of coordinator was Katie Ristow. The entire planning process was insanely easy! Throughout my engagement, many of my friends were also planning their own weddings. Watching them search for vendors and work with so many different companies made me so thankful to have all my needs met in one place. I often felt like there was something else I should be planning for the wedding, but everything was done already! Our wedding planners looked at my Pinterest boards so they could capture the style of décor and flowers I liked and were easily able to create a look I loved.Brandon Stockton was our DJ. He was so awesome! He made the night so much fun! I’ve been to seven weddings so far this year (three more to go!) and I have to brag that our dance was the best one I’ve been to! He packed the dance floor and had us out there until 11:30. He also did a great job during the ceremony. The music flowed so smoothly and he helped us time out my processional song perfectly. I was really amazed by how much more Brandon did than just the music. He was there to pour drinks for my wedding party and make sure our plates were in the right spot by the buffet so that there wasn’t a minute of wasted party time.Tammy Muecke took our engagement and wedding photos and did a wonderful job! We had very hot weather on my wedding day (upper nineties!) but Tammy handled it like a champ. She took many of our photos inside so that we wouldn’t melt. This worried me at first since I really love outdoor pictures, but they turned out great! When the lighting and heat cooperated, Tammy took us outside and snapped some beautiful photos that will definitely be hanging on my wall! I’m so thankful that we had Tammy to capture all the special moments of our day.I would definitely recommend the Fountains Ballroom! Leading up to our engagement, I always thought I would need at least a year to plan my wedding. I was wrong. The Fountains made it so incredibly stress-free and easy, they could have pulled this off in no time at all! But even though they’re so efficient, don’t wait too long to book the Fountains; their dates fill up fast!

I have worked for here for 10 years & officially took over ownership in March of 2019! Since then, we've made some updates esthetically, but the heart of our business remains the same!
