The meal can be served however your please, using fresh ingredients skillfully combined for a decadent meal rich in flavor. The Galaxy was perfect for our wedding ceremony and reception. Stephanie, the event planner, helped us from day 1 as well as Cassie and the rest of the team. They made the planning process and day of run so smoothly and made it way less stressful. Food and service was amazing the day of. We can’t thank them enough for making our wedding day so special!

The Galaxy is truly a hidden gem. We got married there in March, right as some of the restrictions from covid started to be lifted. We were a bit nervous but lowered our guest list to about 60 and it was perfect, with the Galaxy accommodating us and being flexible due to the pandemic. Stephanie, who is the banquet center manager, is the most amazing wedding and event planner and we firmly believe our day was so perfect because of all of her help. From day 1, she creatively helped us to plan the wedding of our dreams- and we even got to create a customized taco bar dinner menu for our guests. We were able to communicate our vision of having the ceremony and reception all in the same place and she went through every detail with us to make it happen! On the day before the wedding, we dropped off all of our centerpieces and decorations and Stephanie and her crew set up EVERYTHING for us after double-checking on what we wanted. It was absolutely stunning! During the wedding, she and the crew helped to coordinate with the DJ for when everyone should walk down the aisle, etc. They kept us on time for photos and even made sure our vendors all got a meal. When the reception was over, Stephanie’s counterpart Cassie helped us to make sure we had everything we needed to leave and then the Galaxy crew cleaned up our entire event. We were able to leave for our honeymoon and our family went to pick up all of the decorations, packed and ready to go, the next day. When I tell you that every single detail was planned out and went perfectly- I mean it more than I can say! I even accidentally left a family heirloom on a table and Stephanie found it and kept it safe for us until we came back a week later! The pricing here was also the cherry on top! It fit within our budget but we were still treated like royalty. Cannot recommend the Galaxy enough!!

We used the Galaxy for our rehearsal dinner, and it was perfect. We had a big enough party that we had a room to ourselves, and served food buffet style. It was very reasonably priced and the food was delicious! We even had our own bar tender for the night! Having the private room for when close friends and family get together was so nice, especially because we had a few little kids that could run around. We were able to bring in our own dessert, as well. Throughout the whole planning they communicated so well!

We used the Galaxy for our rehearsal dinner, and it was perfect. We had a big enough party that we had a room to ourselves, and served food buffet style. We had our rehearsal dinner and after party at The Galaxy. The rehearsal dinner was so great. The food was delicious and the wait staff were awesome. They also booked a band for after our reception so our guests could continue enjoying themselves. The bar staff and bar manager were phenomenal. Our family and friends had all positive things to say about the entire place!

We had our rehearsal dinner and after party at The Galaxy. The rehearsal dinner was so great. The food was delicious and the wait staff were awesome. They also booked a band for after our reception so our guests could continue enjoying themselves. The bar staff and bar manager were phenomenal. Our family and friends had all positive things to say about the entire place!

Wow! We had our ceremony and reception here! Seriously this place did an amazing job! David was incredible to work with! He made sure everything was perfect! Every single guest said how amazing the food was and how beautiful everything was! We will definitely recommend this venue to anyone looking for a wedding venue!

Wow! We had our ceremony and reception here! Seriously this place did an amazing job! David was incredible to work with! He made sure everything was perfect! Every single guest said how amazing the food was and how beautiful everything was! We will definitely recommend this venue to anyone looking for a wedding venue!

We could not have been more happy with how things turned out, the friendliness of David and the ENTIRE STAFF, and the food! (We had SO MANY compliments on the food - it was amazing!) The Galaxy went above and beyond to make our wedding just magical!! The day was just perfect with every little touch added by the Galaxy staff.\rThe serving staff were polite and efficient the food was quickly served and everyone enjoyed the evening. Prices were competitive with other venders in the area, BUT included alcohol. I would recommend Dave and his staff to anyone looking for an evening where every detail is handled and you can have a carefree evening to spend with family and friends.

The Galaxy went above and beyond to make our wedding just magical!! The day was just perfect with every little touch added by the Galaxy staff.\rThe serving staff were polite and efficient the food was quickly served and everyone enjoyed the evening. The Galaxy was very accommodating. It is elegant, efficient and well worth the money. The staff is excellent, and the food was delicious! We had a great time in a beautiful setting. We had our dream wedding because they are very helpful and caring. The woman in the office are a pleasure to work with along with the head director!

We held our reception for about 200 people at the Galaxy. They were so wonderful throughout the entire planning process and very organized and detail oriented. The food and atmosphere was fantastic, they decorated the tables exactly how we asked, and the food was delicious! They were so easy to work with and everything went very smoothly. I could have asked for a better place to host the reception and I highly recommend it to anyone!

We held our reception for about 200 people at the Galaxy. They were so wonderful throughout the entire planning process and very organized and detail oriented. The Galaxy made my wedding amazing! The staff were very helpful and fun. David was able to cater to all of my wishes even though there was some confusion at the start of the reception. The food was Awesome and all my guests loved it.

We chose this venue due to its large rooms and friendly staff. Prior to the wedding, they were great; however, the day before the wedding they were not easy to get ahold of, and there were several things they forgot the day of. Additionally, this restaurant is owned by the same individual that owns the Holiday Inn Express next door. The hotel was SEVERELY neglectful and double-booked over 20 of my guests rooms, leaving them with no where to stay! They also gave away my bridal suite! If you do book this venue, be diligent in reminding them of your preferences, and DO NOT use the hotel!

The rooms are very nicely decorated, nice wooden dance floor in the reception room, and all of the amenities available after the reception was over like the indoor sports bar and patio bar. The best thing is, the Holiday Inn Express is about 500 yards from the banquet area entrance! The Galaxy charges you all inclusive for the food, linens, set up, tear down and includes a night in the Honeymoon Suite at the HI, and what a room, it was awesome! My only negative for the Galaxy was their communication. It was hard to get to talk to someone sometimes and there were 3 different people calling back which confused things just a little. But all in all I would highly recommend this place. It's great when you have lots of out of town guests, they don't have to drive once they're here!

We had our rehearsal dinner at The Galaxy. The food, drinks, and service were awesome. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed and wanted. The food was delicious and well worth the money. The bartender was awesome and was on his game. You rarely had to go up to the bar, he just showed up and put another drink in your hand. The room we used was the Cellar Room. It was gorgeous! You can see into the wine cellar and there is a nice fireplace. A great, cozy, intimate room for a small group. Loved it!

We had our rehearsal dinner at The Galaxy. The food, drinks, and service were awesome. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed and wanted. The food was delicious and well worth the money. The bartender was awesome and was on his game. You rarely had to go up to the bar, he just showed up and put another drink in your hand. The room we used was the Cellar Room. It was gorgeous! You can see into the wine cellar and there is a nice fireplace. A great, cozy, intimate room for a small group. Loved it!
