We hosted our wedding reception for 70 people at The Gant in September 2023 and could not have wished for more from this amazing team. Bree, Darian, Theresa and their teams exceeded every expectation. If you're looking for the Aspen charm and luxury without the stuffiness, then this is the place! The Gant is perfectly situated close enough to town that your guests will have plenty of lodging options (although, we would highly recommend staying at The Gant), but far enough away that you can enjoy a private space surrounded by aspens and looking straight up The Ute. We can't say enough good things about Theresa's food. Our dinner was elegant and delicious, and Theresa herself is just a wonderful person to work with. Darian went out of her way to help in every aspect of our reception. She always responded promptly, thoroughly, and has a clear eye for detail. Bree made the contracting easy and clear. We didn't have any surprises when the bill came. The whole team was fabulous and we can't recommend them enough.

We recently had a bridal luncheon at the Ute Terrace at The Gant. From the moment we booked it a year ago, Bree and her team made us feel like we didn’t have anything to worry about since we were three states away in planning this event. For Aspen, the cost was very reasonable, the food was delicious, beautiful view, and Bree and her staff’s professionalism and organization made the event perfect for the bride and us!

As locals to the valley (we live in Basalt), once we decided to get married in Aspen, the Gant was our first phone call. As a result, a majority of our guests stayed at the Gant for the wedding weekend and everyone was more than thrilled with their stay. It's a great complex (something for everyone), great location, with great service.

The Gant was instrumental in delivering our perfect wedding weekend! They went above and beyond for us and all our guests. When we decided to get married in Aspen, we immediately reached out to The Gant for guest accommodations since they have been a family go to for 25 years. They gave us a significant wedding discount same day, no strings attached. As we started to evaluate Aspen options for our 120+ person welcome party and farewell brunch, we quickly learned it could cost as much as our wedding day. The Gant came to the rescue again offering fantastic space and catering options (food and cocktails were excellent) with reasonable spend minimums and limited room fees. When it came to the actual weekend, we could not believe the quality they delivered and how easy they made it for us - from complimentary shuttle services to/from the airport, rehearsal dinner and around town to a notable number of room upgrades to accommodating last minute event requests. They truly took the guesswork out of our weekend for guests and made everyone feel special. We cannot thank the staff enough for everything they did and recommend The Gant whole heartedly for your wedding weekend.

I recently held my rehearsal dinner (we called it a \"welcome reception\") at The Gant, Aspen. and was delighted at their staff, services, and facilities. Here's the thing - vendors in Aspen are very nice but are also extremely flakey and, in my experience, terrible at communication - but not the Gant! I was utterly amazed at their team's ability to anticipate my needs, adhere to dietary restrictions for meals, and deliver when the weather turned and we needed to swap our outdoor terrace for their luxurious interiors (hallelujah!). Bree and Chelsea are especially skilled at their jobs. They were so kind and professional and best of all ORGANIZED! There were no surprises and they took care of everything so I could relax and enjoy myself. Trust me, if you book this vendor you will not be disappointed. :)

Perfect place for a wedding for up to around 60 people. Super easy to work with, very accommodating to us and our guests (both at the wedding and the entire year prior)The food is amazing. Great Value. Meg & Meredith made the entire thing so fun and easy. Our guests had the best time.

My husband and I were looking to give our guests (traveling from all across the country) more than the typical-basic hotel room experience for our wedding and The Gant fit the bill. The condos of The Gant are all finely decorated, updated and cared for, the front desk is responsive and helpful. \r\rThey have three tiers of condos-with varied levels of luxe, and number of bedrooms, which made it really easy for us to accommodate our guests without totally breaking the bank. \r\rThe shuttles are readily available, and amazingly quick. Truly the easiest way to get around town unless you want to walk. \r\rJust for starters they were able to accommodate our entire guest list ~ 25 people to and from our welcome dinner at a restaurant in town\r\rThey took my girls downtown for a girls afternoon, and on the day of- to the salon we selected. \r\rI even heard they shuttled my guests to and from the off-site reception which I thought was wonderful customer service considering we went with a different vendor for reception. Those are just the trips I know about. \r\rThe shuttle is free. Tipping is appreciated. \r\rThey have on-site dining options with a little cafe, you can order in from around town or have groceries delivered to use in the full kitchen. \r\rI began working with Sales Manager Meredith initially when looking for a reception venue and she was wonderful to work with all the way through. The only reason we didn't pick The Gant for our reception is because The Gant has a more sleek, modern feel to the property which didn't suit the ambiance we wanted for our day. \r\rWe had a few major issues with guests arrival plans changing due to family health crisis and I was afraid the reservation was going to be lost along with our deposits but Meredith came to the rescue and made everything work out seamlessly. \r\rI know they had two other weddings going on the same weekend, but we felt like the only one. \r\rWe can't wait to stay again.

Bree previously spent several years in wedding planning at a variety of luxury resorts. As the Senior Sales Manager for The Gant Aspen, she oversees and assists with the development and generation of group business, both corporate and social. When she is not assisting clients throughout the sales process, you can find her on the skiing or hiking in beautiful Aspen, Colorado.
