The Los Robles Greens is a golf club wedding venue located in Thousand Oaks, California. Renowned for its grand event spaces, scenic surroundings, and efficient service, this venue is sure to provide you with the space, time, and amenities for the most breathtaking wedding celebration. Facilities and Capacity: Los Robles Greens features two venues to celebrate your special day. The Gardens is an all outdoor venue, tucked away in a private part of the property. Enclosed with lush greenery, this venue is inclusive of a wedding suite to get ready, ceremony site, cocktail hour area and reception space. This charming venue can host up to 300 attendees. Los Robles Green's venue space is a beautiful site for more than just weddings. Engagement Parties, Bridal Showers, Rehearsal Dinners and Wedding Luncheons can also be hosted. The Sunset Ballroom boasts wall to wall windows that overlooks our golf course featuring countess oaks trees, which our city is proudly known for. Paired with our terrace strung with market lights and a picturesque view, the Sunset Ballroom is the perfects place to host your reception. The Gardens at Los Robles was an absolute dream venue for us! It had everything we were looking for. With the garden and romantic backdrop to the intimate sizing but big enough to host we were so happy! The food was immaculate and we got raves for months to come. Everyone complimented us on a lovely and amazing venue. If you’re looking for a venue you can’t go wrong! They have as simplistic as you want to as extravagant. The venue and florals were beautiful enough to not need much for decorating. Thank you Los Robles!

The Gardens at Los Robles was an absolute dream venue for us! It had everything we were looking for. With the garden and romantic backdrop to the intimate sizing but big enough to host we were so happy! The food was immaculate and we got raves for months to come. Everyone complimented us on a lovely and amazing venue. If you’re looking for a venue you can’t go wrong! They have as simplistic as you want to as extravagant. We just had our wedding here in August 2023! It was such a special day and we picked the perfect Venue. Los Robles was the ONLY venue we saw that let us be creative with our ideas and didn’t restrict us. They were so flexible - for example: we asked if we could do the “late night snack menu” as the main course since that’s the type of food we love AND they were happy to do it! No other venue allowed that option which was crazy to us. Not to mention LRG also is a stunning venue that is also very affordable especially in the area. We couldn’t say no! The planning process was only a little difficult since there was a change in staff , but we overcame . The venue also is pretty plain, but it was fun for us to dress it up with our decorations and pops of color. The greenery was beautiful, though! Our day wouldn’t be the same without LRG’s accommodations ! We highly recommend .

McKenna and her team were fantastic! We had several meetings to discuss our vision and had a great experience with the yummy food. Most of our vendors were found on their preferred vendor list, so if you are not sure where to look and feel overwhelmed, they can surely help you make your dream day come true!I especially loved this venue due to the stunning landscape and the access to the clubhouse. It was good for grabbing a bite to eat and some of our bridal party went there between rehearsal and the later rehearsal dinner. The bridal suite was nice and many of us fit in there with the ac and room to stretch. There were small items to improve on such as making sure the bathroom was fully stocked with paper goods. A little more attention to detail such as pouring champagne to the non-drinking bride (despite specifying Martinelli's). We can look past that and know that nothing is perfect. Our guests have raved about how the wedding was perfect and really enjoyed their time with us on our special day! Another perk was the grounds were good for seniors and folks who need handicapped access. No major leaps and bounds or obstacles to navigate. The parking was free and ample so no need to hire transport or wait times for a shuttle. Kids and folks alike got a chance to play corn hole and we rented some nice furniture from the venue, so we did not need to get extra rental from outside. It really was a one-stop shop! Thanks again McKenna, the hard-working Chef, and all the staff at The Gardens at Los Robles Greens! You made it a day and evening to cherish for years to come!

We had about 100 people and the venue felt perfect with plenty of room for our guests to mingle on and off the dance floor. Shannon, the lead bartender went above and beyond to make sure we had the perfect signature drink and even made a custom sample for us to try 2 weeks before our big day. We could not recommend The Gardens at Los Robles enough for your wedding. Thanks you to everyone for making all our dreams come true!!!! Best team hands down!

My husband and I got married here in May 2023, we absolutely loved our venue. The grounds are beautiful and well kept, very minimal decor required since it’s already a stunning garden venue with greenery everywhere. Everything was easy planning wise due to working with their preferred coordinators. The bridal suite is also super cute . We chose the duet plate and the food was so delicious, our guests loved it! Would highly recommend.

At first glance, Los Robles Greens is a very unassuming location for a wedding. Whoever did the layout and planning for this location was very clever in hiding a whimsical oasis of a wedding venue next to a clubhouse.Everything was perfect! The guys were able to hang out by the bar and the girls were comfortably in the bridal suite while we all waited for the ceremony to start. There was so much room for everyone to spread out as needed, since we were in the tailend of yet another COVID surge. The staff was very attentive to every need before, during, and after the event as we tied off any loose ends. Another perk was the location; only a couple minutes off of the main highway with so many stores, restaurants, and things to do for our guests to do leading up to the big day!

We booked the Gardens at Los Robles Greens in 2019 for our 2020 Wedding. Kelsey was amazing to work with, she was kind, patient, and supportive throughout the process. She really helped us calm down when we needed to postpone our wedding due to COVID in May of 2020. During such a crazy time and with it being a challenging decision, her support was invaluable! She helped us find a new date (October 9th, 2021) and made the whole process seamless. Anytime we had questions or concerns, Kelsey and Alex were responsive and understanding. The venue itself is gorgeous, we especially loved the vines (which were STUNNING in October) and that there was enough freedom to make the space our own with florals and décor. My husband and I enjoyed that it is a ceremony space, cocktail area, and reception space all in one! Also… we MUST talk about the food. We went with a duet plate of chicken and steak, and it was delicious. All the pass around appetizers were amazing, we also got to try them on the wedding day while doing our photos during cocktail hour. We were impressed with the service (wait staff, set up crew, management, coordination, and security) as well, as everyone was very kind and attentive throughout the evening. When looking for a wedding venue, honestly look no further, this is a fantastic and beautiful venue with caring folks behind the scenes. We highly recommend Los Robles Greens!

Everything about our wedding was amazing. We cannot say enough how much we LOVED our location. Weather was great and the staff was wonderful as well.Alex & Courtney were quick to respond and attentive to the changing times. 2 things that we wanted to provide feedback on was the lack of lighting- while it seems good when it’s bright out, but when it gets dark- TOO DARK for a wedding in my opinion. I am SO grateful my coordinator did a wedding there the week before so we knew to hire an external lightening company, but had our coordinator not been there before we would have been VERY upset.And the second was the food- it seemed like it took longer than normal for them to bring out the main course. We did have a bit of a larger wedding, but it definitely adjusted our timeline and pushed things back more than we would have liked.Overall- we have absolutely no regrets on our venue- it was a truly magical night!!!!

We loved LRG! The setting was beautiful and there was plenty of space. We ate and danced under the bistro lights. The food was delicious and so much of it!! And the venue was great working with food allergies. The only downfall was we weren't allowed to box up food to go and they wouldn't let us eat the food of guests who didn't show. That was a bummer since we paid for the food.

I want to say how incredibly kind and professional Chrissy and the rest of her staff were for in our time together. Throughout the planning process, Chrissy sent detailed emails, stuck to a timeline and was very detail oriented. However, we were not able to get married here as COVID-19 led to us having to cancel our wedding at the last minute. But when it came to change our plans, Chrissy did everything in her power to advocate for us, keep us in the loop and make us feel supported. Everyone there has shown so much grace even in the most difficult time of their careers, emphasizing again just how professional and lovely these people were. I would recommend to any and all! A joy to work with!

This place is just magical! If you're reading this, book now! My husband and I could not have been happier starting this new chapter in our lives at Los Robles Greens. The Gardens was the first venue we looked at and after checking out 2 more places, I couldn't get the beautiful greenery and the ceremony area out of my head, we knew we had to book. From our very first meeting with Kelsey to our wedding day and everything in between, the process went so smoothly. Kelsey was great at answering any questions we had and was so easy to work with (even when I had some last minute changes). Our guests loved the food The Gardens had to offer! We still hear about how great the food was till this day, 7 months later. Thank you Los Robles and the wonderful staff for making our wedding day a moment we will never forget!

The best place to get married! The staff is so kind and helpful--ESPECIALLY Kelsey. The menus had a ton of variety. The food was awesome. The place itself is so beautiful, pictures barely do it justice. If you're even remotely considering getting married here, do it!

To say our experience at Los Robles Greens was a dream, is an understatement. From the very beginning, Kelsey and her team were so helpful in making our wedding vision come together the way we pictured it. First of all, Kelsey did everything possible to make sure we could have our dream wedding at Los Robles Greens while keeping it within our budget, which was really important to us. The passion she has behind her job is unbelievable, and it definitely shines through. My husband and I were naive in a lot of ways during the wedding planning process, however, Kelsey was so sweet to always be available for any questions or concerns that we had. The day of our wedding was flawless thanks to the Los Robles Greens team. I received several compliments from our guests about how beautiful the grounds were, how amazing the food was, and that the service from the servers and bartenders was excellent. Thanks to them, it allowed us(the bride and groom) and our families to relax and just enjoy every moment of the evening. That was such an amazing feeling to have. We will forever be dreaming and reminiscing about our special day at LRG, and how beautiful it was. For those possibly hesitating on whether or not to have your wedding here, let me tell you, you will never regret having your wedding at LRG. My husband and I were naive in a lot of ways during the wedding planning process, however, Kelsey was so sweet to always be available for any questions or concerns that we had. The day of our wedding was flawless thanks to the Los Robles Greens team. I received several compliments from our guests about how beautiful the grounds were, how amazing the food was, and that the service from the servers and bartenders was excellent. Thanks to them, it allowed us(the bride and groom) and our families to relax and just enjoy every moment of the evening. That was such an amazing feeling to have. We will forever be dreaming and reminiscing about our special day at LRG, and how beautiful it was. For those possibly hesitating on whether or not to have your wedding here, let me tell you, you will never regret having your wedding at LRG. Trust me I know that sounds like an exaggeration but it’s not.The venue itself speaks for itself in beauty and it has an amazing staff to match. Chrissy was our point of contact from start to finish and we could not be happier. Chrissy is seriously so sweet and easy to talk to. She treated us like human beings and not just another couple walking through her door. She was there whenever we needed her and she truly took care of us from beginning to end. She answered ALL my questions and was so nice throughout the whole process, we freakn love you girl! HahaIf you thought the goodness stops there, it doesn’t. Aside from the venue itself being drop dead gorgeous (with all that greenery, you legit can save money and not even have to decorate that much) the food was to die for, from the appetizers to the main course! People were not stop telling us ALL night how amazing the food was. We chose a duet plate with salmon and chicken.. the salmon was cooked to perfection and the chicken was so damn juicy. To be quit honest, it’s damn near some of the best food we’ve ever had.Honestly people, if you’re looking for top of line, professional yet still affordable place to get married, please pick LRG. I’m not one to go all out here but this venue and staff deserves the recognition. Now a days people just try to make money off you and send you on your way but LRG really goes that extra mile to take care of you and give you the wedding of your dreams.. just like they gave us on 8/17/19. Picture it! November 14th 2018. Malibu is still on fire and I’m supposed to get married in Topanga Canyon(under mandatory evacuation, but completely safe) on the 15th. My honey and I realize that we aren’t going to have access to our venue and we don’t even know where to begin looking for a “plan B”. I call my friends Matt & Tara who are also my DJ & HMUA. They told us to give them an hour and within 30 minutes they had us connected with Kelsey! From the moment I spoke to her on the phone I just felt like we were heading in the right direction. We met her at the venue within an hour of that. As soon as we entered The Gardens we knew that this was EXACTLY where we were meant to get married! It was breathtakingly beautiful and immaculate! It was a GO for the new venue! Kelsey created a new time line and contacted all of our vendors and the wedding was on track to be nothing short of amazing! Fast forward to the next day and she had her staff on point! Seriously, where does this girl hide her cape?! Everyone was friendly, helpful, and well dressed. I confronted someone that I thought was one of my husband’s coworkers and he turned out to be security. He blended in with our friends so perfectly I literally thought he was a guest! If we ever decided to get married again(vow renewal of course), we would absolutely do it at Los Robles. Even my friends said we need a do over because it was so much fun. I’ve had so many people ask me what I would change about the day and cannot think of one single thing other than we wish we had known about this venue from the very beginning! Everything happens for a reason though, right?! Thank you thank you thank you to everyone that made this day perfect! xo

The venue is truly stunning and my wife and her bridesmaids loved the bridal suite they got to use on the day of the wedding to get ready. Kelsey, the event coordinator was extremely friendly, insightful and responsive and made the entire wedding planning process far less stressful than we thought it would be. The staff at Los Robles was also phenomenal during the day of the wedding. We could not be happier with our decision to have our big day at Los Robles and can't imagine planning a wedding without Kelseys help.

The Gardens at Los Robles was my favorite vendor to work with and I would back them 100%. They were the only venue we went to tour that actually looked even better than the pictures, and I just got all the feels while visiting. Our coordinator Chrissy was seriously the best! She honestly was also a big part in why I picked the venue. She was so quick to respond, lovely, and on top of it. I knew we were in such good hands. The food was delicious (except for I heard the eggplant, don't choose that one). They also graciously upgraded all of our tri tip to steaks for free, and gave us a free tee time. Most of our friends and family are from LA and the OC, so they thought Thousand Oaks was a little random; but once they got there, they understood why because everyone LOVED our event space and thought it was so beautiful. Thank you Los Robles for making our dream wedding come true!

It wasn’t planned and we had to be cautious about golf balls flying in the air, such a mind-blowing moment but a moment we will never forget. The venue itself is beautiful, and has tons of opportunity for you to make it your own. You can go rustic, elegant, chic, boho, romantic, etc. Though the Garden's is one of our favorites, we also love their ballroom. It's views are incredible and the room itself is extremely spacious! There are also a ton of beautiful spots for photos throughout the property! The sunsets are almost always a crowd pleaser and the nights are always starry! The Gardens at Los Robles is a beautiful outdoor venue. The floorplan flows nicely from the landscaped walkway, with it’s signature rot iron gate, to its picturesque wooden doors which have a Tuscany-inspired feel. The reception area is perfectly separated by a medium-height wall and rot iron gate. Surrounded by garden landscape and bistro lights, the reception area felt magical. The Gardens at Los Robles was everything I was looking for in a wedding venue. From the initial questions I presented by email to the day-of visit in my bridal suite, Kelsey assisted my Mom and I with all our venue needs. Two weeks prior to our wedding, she showed me such grace and patience when I got overwhelmed. When I asked for additional time to put the final details together for her, she agreed and it made all the difference. (So grateful for that!) The service staff on our wedding day was phenomenal. They were helpful, prompt, and joyful throughout the entire day. Bonus: Venue is conveniently located off the freeway and hotels. Things like cake cutting, champagne toast, sound, and white wooden chairs were included.

The floorplan flows nicely from the landscaped walkway, with it’s signature rot iron gate, to its picturesque wooden doors which have a Tuscany-inspired feel. The reception area is perfectly separated by a medium-height wall and rot iron gate. Surrounded by garden landscape and bistro lights, the reception area felt magical. The Gardens at Los Robles was everything I was looking for in a wedding venue. From the initial questions I presented by email to the day-of visit in my bridal suite, Kelsey assisted my Mom and I with all our venue needs. Two weeks prior to our wedding, she showed me such grace and patience when I got overwhelmed. When I asked for additional time to put the final details together for her, she agreed and it made all the difference. (So grateful for that!) The service staff on our wedding day was phenomenal. They were helpful, prompt, and joyful throughout the entire day. Bonus: Venue is conveniently located off the freeway and hotels. Things like cake cutting, champagne toast, sound, and white wooden chairs were included.

The moment we walked into The Gardens at Los Robles, I knew I had to have my wedding there. Not only was it perfect in ambiance, pricing was reasonable especially for Southern California where most places are insanely priced. Chrissy was absolutely wonderful and answered my million questions throughout the year leading up to my wedding. The day ended up being fantastic and we received so many compliments on our venue along with the food. Such a wonderful place to have the wedding of your dreams.

The moment we walked into The Gardens at Los Robles, I knew I had to have my wedding there. Not only was it perfect in ambiance, pricing was reasonable especially for Southern California where most places are insanely priced. Chrissy was absolutely wonderful and answered my million questions throughout the year leading up to my wedding. The day ended up being fantastic and we received so many compliments on our venue along with the food. Such a wonderful place to have the wedding of your dreams.

I cannot say enough good things about this venue! The accessible location, helpful staff, beautiful grounds, and amazing food are just a few things that Los Robles Greens contributed to our special day. I chose this venue because they handled a lot of the days' details right there on their grounds. They have a gorgeous outdoor ceremony space that can be transformed by decorations to any theme you are going for. They also have an awesome cocktail area that flows into the reception area when it is time for guests to start finding their seats. I mostly worked with Chrissy through my planning process and she was extremely helpful! She had great suggestions and was always eager to answer my many questions! I am still getting compliments on how beautiful this venue was, the delicious food, and how the staff went above and beyond everyone's expectations! I cannot recommend this venue enough! I am so happy my husband and I chose The Gardens at Los Robles Greens as our wedding venue. We could have not imagined a better place to have our wedding.

This place is AMAZING! My husband and I got married there in July 2017. The ability to have your ceremony, cocktail hour and reception all in one spot was so convenient, and the venue could not be more gorgeous! Not to mention rentals and linens included in your package and the food is awesome! We still have people talking about how good it was, which is impressive since it was a buffet dinner for 200!!! Also, the venue and golf course have so many picturesque back drops for photos - we are so in love with our photos (our photographer - Lucas Rossi - was a recommended vendor from The Gardens too!). The girls who work the weddings - Chrissy and Kelsey - are professional, responsive and above all else, make you feel like you are the priority! This place has lots going on all of the time, yet every time we were there, they focused on just us and our wedding day. The venue also helped my dad set up tee times for a little golf tournament he wanted to throw the day before. Our wedding day was everything we wanted and more! I cannot recommend this venue enough!

When we first walked into The Gardens at Los Robles, we were amazed at this garden oasis off the 101. The three best things about the Gardens were 1) the landscape and design, 2) the reasonably priced all-inclusive package, and 3) the staff – Kelsey was great! Landscape/design: While connected to the Los Robles Golf Course, it has its own entrance and pathway – perfect for the sparkler exit at the end of the wedding, and the foliage surrounding the venue separated it, making it feel like a secret garden. The landscaping is beautiful. The grass is imitation but that was a plus for us (high heels and real grass don’t mix well together). The Gardens also have amazing rental upgrades that you can select to personalize and make your wedding unique.Package: The Gardens offer three wedding package tiers which are suited to fit many needs. The packages can also be personalized once you start drilling down on options for your wedding. What sold us to the venue was that in the second and third tier packages, was that catering, an open bar, and the floral centerpieces were included in the total price. Flowers can get pricey and this was a great advantage to the Gardens package. We also upgraded items such as having wine barrels and antique French furniture that really tied our wedding look together. Staff: Working with Kelsey and the Gardens staff made it easy for us to focus on the details of the wedding. Kelsey was very responsive to all of our questions and we felt like we were in very experienced and capable hands.I would rate the Gardens a 10/10 and a big thank you to Kelsey and her team at the Gardens for making our wedding reception a wonderful experience!

It makes planning a breeze, and really helps to calm nerves and stress. Not to mention all the services they offer are Top-tier quality. They have a large variety of photo location options; multiple venues to choose from for reception, cocktail hour, and even the ceremony; and a huge varied menu of delicious food far above your traditional \"wedding food\". Our wedding was amazing and the Los Robles Greens venue was a huge part of making it so perfect!

I was so happy with this venue! My husband and I had wanted to marry in July, and I really wanted a location that felt like a garden. Los Robles had that beautiful, green secret garden feel and on the day off it was perfect temperature for my wedding party and guests, no heat strokes! The woman I worked with, Kelsey, was fantastic, she was always knowledgeable, and prompt in replying to my many questions and bridal freak outs as I planned. At one point, my now husband and I realized we had overestimated how many guests would be attending. We could not get a refund for the things we had already booked, but Kelsey offered to use the money we had put down to upgrade the menu for our guests. It really made an already lovely event spectacular. The food was delicious, and the decor was exactly what I wanted. After the ceremony you have the option to have photos taken on the golf course, which I highly recommend. You can't even tell it is a golf course, it looks like a cute little wooded area. The only thing I was not crazy about was having my guests have to compete for parking with the golfers, and before the ceremony there was a pack of random women wandering the venue, maybe security could have guided them elsewhere?... but everything worked out very well. Everything was straightforward and we had no unpleasant surprises when the bill came. Thank you again to the Gardens staff!

When we first visited this newly built outside venue I had already decided I did not want an outside wedding. After getting the tour from Christine, we absolutely changed our minds. We knew this is where we had to have our reception. The staff were very accommodating the day of and very helpful to our guests. They worked great with our wedding coordinator and just made the night so special. Christine and her team where great in making sure every detail was executed to our liking. The only hiccup of the night was the amount of food that was thrown away without our knowledge. We would have loved to give our guests an opportunity to have another go at the buffet. Overall this venue is beautiful, the staff is friendly and I would definitely recommend this site for any occasion in the future.
