The Gardens at Viola's is a wedding and event venue located in Flagstaff, Arizona. With the option to be indoor and/or outdoor this location is ideal for celebrations during any season. As a venue they encourage renters to make the space unique and allow external decorations and vendors. The Venue: The Gardens at Viola's has a 6,000-square-foot building that includes, a dining hall, a full-service bar, and an on-site bridal suite to get ready in. The indoor facilities can accommodate up to 150 guests, while still allowing room for dining, dancing, and other celebrations. Surrounding the building is a renovated patio and large flower garden. The staff provides the chairs and tables required for both the indoor and outdoor venue. Serendipity was perfect for my husband and I to have our wedding at. We truly couldn't picture a better setting. The staff was also impeccable, competent, and attentive. Jessie was our wedding planner, and we couldn’t recommend her more. She took so much stress off our shoulders from start to finish, from dealing with all the vendors to making sure everyone had what they needed the day of. She even sewed a groomsman's suit minutes before the wedding started. We couldn't have done it without her. The attention to detail made the wedding picture perfect and exactly what we had in mind. We highly recommend the venue as a whole and if you're looking to get married in Flagstaff this is the place for you!

I don't even know where to begin...we booked here prior to even touring the venue. Based on the photos and a conversation with Jessie, my husband and I knew it was the perfect fit. We do not live in flagstaff but Jessie and Stevie made the planning process so easy! I can honestly say our wedding day was perfect, it was such a dream and these wonderful ladies took care of EVERYTHING! I wish we could experience it all over again, we had so much fun! And as a huge plus your pup can be there as well! Thank you to everyone at the gardens for making our day so special!

If you are looking for a wedding venue in Flagstaff, you have found it. The Viola's team is absolutely incredible. From the very beginning, Jessie and the rest of the team made us feel so comfortable and welcome. Every single step of the way, we felt so happy and relaxed. As a type-A bride who knew what she wanted – working with a coordinator and venue like this was amazing. But, let's talk about the venue itself!! The Gardens at Viola's is BEAUTIFUL all year round. With its natural beauty, you barely even need to decorate the ceremony venue. And even then, you are allowed to move around plants/flowers/anything you want from their flower garden to use as centerpieces on tables, as aisle decor or to just spread about. The reception hall is spacious and beautiful and had the exact style I was looking for. It is a beautiful clean slate that can be spruced up to match your style. If you are getting married in Flagstaff, I urge you to work with the Viola's team either at the Gardens or at their new venue Serendipity. It's affordable, it's amazing, and the team is above and beyond. Jessie, the coordinator, and the rest of the team like Stevie who helped throughout our day truly did everything for us and more. They have a relaxed and happy demeanor that keeps everyone comfortable all day. My family lives in Phoenix and we looked at so many different venues but they were all far more expensive, less beautiful and did not have a team that was this kind, incredible and on top of it. My wedding was everything I ever dreamed of because of Viola's, Jessie and the entire team. Please get married here, you will not regret it!!

We absolutely loved having our wedding here in August 2022. Jessie and her team were fantastic. Jessie helped us all along the way with vendor recommendations, decor, and planning. It is obvious Jessie has worked with the other vendors extensively, she knew just what to expect! Our timeline had to be a bit extra flexible due to us having our 4 month old baby in tow. Jessie was extremely accommodating and even pushed her around in her stroller during our ceremony while she was having a meltdown.

She literally made our vision come to life, and took all the stress off of us by making sure the timeline went as smooth as possible, and set up everything for us (i.e. decorations). 10/10 would recommend booking your wedding here. There aren’t very many options to choose a place in flagstaff to host your wedding but this is one of the great ones! Jessi Bangle was our wedding coordinator and she made everything a breeze for my husband and I. We had everything taken care of with our vendors thru her coordination. We got married July 23rd during monsoon season and we had been anticipating rain all day. She did such a good job keeping an eye on the weather, and making good calls on what to do to navigate through those stressful decisions. She was reassuring and confident in helping make the best of our rainy wedding day! As well as her staff that we had. My husband and I were in good hands. The nice thing about this venue is that it can be indoor and out door so it worked out for us to have that flexibility to work with, weather wise. The garden is gorgeous and you can get AMAZING pictures here. From the smallest package you can get here, you have a lot that is included with coordinating your wedding. Needless to say, this is a great place to have a ceremony and reception.

I'll get to all the reasons why this venue is the perfect place to celebrate your love, but first I have to tell you all about Jessie (the venue coordinator), who is by far the best part of Viola's and who will make your vision come to life. Summed up in three words, Jessie is brilliant, kind, and a miracle-worker. She was the best thing to ever happen to our wedding! She helped us choose our vendors, create our \"day of\" timeline, and coordinate all the little details on the day of our wedding so we could just focus on getting ready and celebrating. She is so sweet and truly is the best at what she does! My husband and I are eternally grateful to Jessie, because our wedding day went by perfectly without a single issue (and if there was a problem, Jessie is taking it to the grave because we never heard about it).Viola's is such a wonderful and magical venue! The layout of the property makes for the perfect indoor-outdoor wedding. Plus you have the perks of being able to decorate with some of their decorations and plants! Initially, my husband and I had planned for a fun, relaxed brunch wedding in May. But due to an emergency, we were forced to push our wedding date back and celebrated in December instead. This ended up being the best decision ever! Since Viola's is a year-round venue which hosts multiple events, the venue is already decorated during the month of December for holiday parties. This was fine by us because it saved us so much stress, time, and energy worrying about those details on the wedding day. We were able to discuss our new holiday vision with Jessie, who was then able to relay what we wanted to Jana (the decorator). The day I saw the venue decorated for the first time, my jaw literally dropped! My Christmas wedding had come to life as I walked through the venue which was decorated like a Hallmark holiday movie set! While it didn't snow the day of our wedding, as we had hoped, the venue still felt like the perfect winter wedding. The outside ceremony area has such a beautiful view of trees and a pond, and the inside has such a warm and cozy air to it. The flow of the inside is very organic and makes it easy for guests to get to the different areas of the reception.If you still have any doubts about booking with The Gardens at Viola's - don't! I can promise that you will be taken care of by Jessie! Your wedding day will go without a hitch! And believe me when I say that having your wedding at Viola's will be the best decision you've ever made!

The outside is just as big with beautiful views of the mountains and their flower garden! Vioala’s Flower Garden makes for some stunning photos. I still can’t believe the amazing way everything came together with this place. If you have any hesitations about the venue then Jessie should sway you. She’s so thorough so informative and such a hard worker. She made this experience bearable and was with us every step of the way making sure to answer questions or assist in any way she could. Definitely an affordable venue as well. So worth it. They let you use all your out vendors as well. I cannot get over how perfect our day was and I never want to.
