Welcome! Situated on six acres surrounded by beautiful farmland in Carroll County, this event space is perfect for any special occasion including weddings, receptions, reunions, business meetings and retreats. The barn was originally built in 1916 and has been renovated into a modern event space with catering kitchen, 2 beautiful bathrooms, and heating and air conditioning for comfortable use in any season. Also coming in Spring of 2023 is a new outdoor space for outdoor ceremonies! Owner, Alyson Crabtree is an ordained wedding officiant who will get to know you and make your ceremony special and personal. She has 3 different price points: informal wedding (witnesses only), traditional wedding (day-of) and deluxe wedding (includes rehearsal) The traditional and deluxe packages include (2) Zoom or In-Person meetings with the couple. Kept in pristine condition and ready for your event, The Gathering Barn is the perfect venue for every occasion, from the simple to the sophisticated. We are located 2 miles North of Burlington, Indiana and 40 minutes East of Lafayette, 20 minutes West of Kokomo, 45 minutes North of Zionsville/Carmel. The barn, staff, and all around property were absolutely amazing. I couldn’t have chose a better place to have our special day. The staff helped with everything and were so kind! I couldn’t thank Alyson enough for all of the hard work she did and with helping set up everything. Bartenders, absolutely amazing, and fast! DJ’s, freaking amazing! Kept the party going and made the music fit perfectly for everything.

Alyson will be your initial contact at the Gathering Barn and will work with you to assure that everything goes smoothly for your special day. She is also an ordained wedding officiant.
