This team's mission is to provide a charming backdrop where couples can celebrate their love with a classic and understated event. The Gathering is a venue brimming with a sense of romance. It features six guesthouses for up to 24 guests to stay the night, allowing you to turn your wedding into a retreat. Ceremonies can take place in the field, enveloped in the natural landscape's beauty. With the vows swapped by the creek bed, minimal decor is needed to enhance the setting. Dining and dancing can then take place on The Dance Pad, a concrete pad illuminated by string lights. It is approximately 600 square feet, making it well-suited for a cozy celebration under the stars. Other amenities include a full kitchen, an outdoor kitchen, a pool, onsite parking, a firepit, and more. Porch Light offers a range of services and packages. To make your stay at their guesthouses more memorable, they have collaborated with a number of local businesses to make your stay even more special. Some of these options include charcuterie spreads, spa packages, a personal chef, desserts, wine tours, and more. Couples can also book a photography session with the venue's partnered photographer. At The Gathering, the team welcomes elopements, weddings, rehearsal dinners, and other related events as well.

The Gathering was the perfect venue for the quaint Hill Country wedding I envisioned! Everything was stunning but my favorite parts were probably the landscaping and the gorgeous sunset. All the different guesthouses on property provided homey but spacious gathering spots for my guests. Plus, the field out back provided the perfect spot for a tent with sweeping Hill Country views. I loved how close to town it was while still feeling like it was in country. Can’t recommend enough!
