This property is owned by Harmony Weddings & Events, an event coordination company operating in the local area. Aneesa Glines, the owner, is supported by Hannah, director of client relations, Tara, director of sales and marketing, and Sydney, the venue’s host. Originally, Graham Mill was part of the larger Oneida Mill, construction of which dates back to 1934. It is situated in downtown Graham, just five minutes off of I-40. The city of Greensboro is a 30-minute drive away, while there are numerous hotels just a short distance from the venue. Guests can avail of nearby parking lots, in case their wedding shoes are not made for long walks. The Graham Mill can hold celebrations with up to 240 guests in attendance. To contrast with the industrial vibe of the main event space, the venue’s get-ready rooms are elegant and comfortable. They feature vanities and facilities for stylists, alongside storage space for belongings. One suite features a steamer and iron to erase the chance of appearing rumpled in wedding photos. Outdoor ceremonies can take place in the carefully landscaped garden space, with a high wooden fence to create a sense of intimacy. It is also available for holding cocktail receptions. The main hall, meanwhile, can hold ceremonies, cocktail hours, and receptions. Warm, romantic lighting can play against the industrial aesthetic of the mill for a unique, contemporary feel.
