The venue was absolutely stunning, the staff was amazing, plus the ability to spend time with our wedding party and loved ones after the wedding while having the whole hotel to ourselves was beyond perfect. 10/10 would recommend if you're considering having your wedding here- DO IT. They did not provide any on-site staff to help oversee and manage any of the events. From the rehearsal dinner to the wedding ceremony to the reception, no support staff was there. The only person that was on-site was the security guard. Their website touts \"Top notch guest service, support and care. We are here for you.\" We did not find this to be true! While it is definitely beautiful, we would definitely not recommend it for your special event! However, it you do decide to book here, make sure you don't assume anything! Get EVERYTHING in writing in your contract, and definitely ask for on-site support for your event. As the parents of the bride, my husband and I ended up running around to help with issues that arose during the rehearsal and before the ceremony. I did not get to help my daughter get ready in her wedding dress because I was \"putting out fires\" that arose because the venue did not have anyone to help. Everything from the hotel rooms to the staff were awesome. Our guests will be raving about the reception for so long. Our ceremony was offsite a month prior and we rented the venue for the full 48 hours. Their list of recommended vendors were just as great. We had a little rain and it was still pulled off flawlessly. We even brought in a band from Las Vegas who had no issue setting up their equipment. Natasha was great getting us prepped for the day and Steve was a great help the day before and day of. With all the history and beauty this place offers, it’s so worth it. So many guests raved about the courtyard and the ballroom and with the hotel right next door, we were able to get ready the day of and stay the night of our wedding. The staff was quick to move everything indoors and make sure everything was in order. The night ran so smooth thanks to their staff. Beautiful venue, great staff and of course very affordable. There was plenty of room with close to 200 guests and everyone said it was the best wedding ever! Being outside and dancing under the stars and was wonderful. The staff worked with our vendors and everything went smoothly from the initial booking through the day of he event. We had been looking at multiple venues, and truthfully were planning to get married in Flagstaff, but we knew right away it was the venue for us. Nancy was super responsive and easy to reach, and the entire staff were so friendly and helpful. The staff was a big part of what sold us on the venue, since they made us feel so comfortable. We booked the entire hotel, courtyard, and hub. We actually booked before the indoor areas were available, and we are so glad we added them on! The venue prior to the indoor area being done, and we are so glad we added it on! The venue is in a great location being on whiskey row and just a walk away from hotels, restaurants, bars, and shops. It was nice for the guests to be able to walk over for the most part, or stay very close nearby without having to find rides home. The venue also needs barely any decoration with the lighting, flowers, and ambiance. The setup was nice with the beautiful indoor area and historic charm and everything that was included, it was definitely worth it for us. We had our bridal party stay in the hotel and we had a blast. It was nice to have everyone so close. The one thing we would suggest is to make sure you grab all of the items needed from the downstairs and outside area before leaving at midnight, because when we came back we were not able to go outside to the courtyard to grab the bottom layer of our wedding cake or remaining alcohol bottles until the next morning. We had the rehearsal dinner in the courtyard the night before the wedding with a food truck, Sugar Skull rolling cafe. It was nice having the whole space to ourselves for the weekend, and to be so close to the bars for after! The rooms are SO cute, and all have a different theme. They are seriously so adorable, everyone loved it! It is great to have a venue that allows you to stay late, and has such a good location and setup. We truly have nothing bad to say about this venue at all. They were above and beyond helpful with everything and made our day go so smoothly. We recommend this venue 100%. Reviewed on 11-02-2020

The ballroom was beautiful and included chairs/tables which really eased some of our costs and planning. The courtyard came with chairs and wooden benches. We couldn't of had a more perfect wedding! This venue was amazing! we got to bring in outside food and drinks which was exactly what we wanted. we had our whole wedding party stay at the hotel the night of the wedding and it was beautiful! the staff was amazing and so accommodating. That made us feel so special and our room was beautiful. the space was perfect for our 120 people for both the ceremony and the reception. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone wanting and outdoor wedding with some old school looks. Reviewed on 15-10-2018

The hotel is 12 rooms, which worked out perfectly to have our bridal party stay in those rooms, and each one is gorgeous- perfect for getting ready photos, and for enjoying the rooms over the weekend. The courtyard for the reception is stunning; it is a perfect blank canvas to decorate however you want. I absolutely loved working with Nancy and Ray, the owners/managers of the hotel, and everybody who worked there was super helpful with accommodating any questions or assistance we needed quickly. She has an extensive hospitality and wedding background coming to Prescott after working in Napa Valley, CA for over a decade and in Sonoma County, CA area before that. She is passionate about connecting with people and making them happy. She is excited to talk about your special day and how we can make your dream a reality.
