The Grand LV, in historic downtown Niles, is located in a former Elks Temple, built in 1928. Recently renovated, all of the original character of the building remains with a mix clean, modern design. The Grand LV can host ceremony and reception all at one location, with seating capacity of 200. No need to run from place to place on your wedding day! I had my wedding ceremony and reception at The Grand LV and absolutely loved the space. My husband and I actually shared our first date and got engaged at the coffee shop connected to the venue. Melanie was great to work with and is very on top of her communication, always responding in a timely manner! We created some of the best memories of our lives that night and will forever be thankful for this space. 10/10 would recommend :)

We loved the Grand LV. From booking to getting in contact with Melanie was so simple. Being able to use our own catering and bartenders is a huge help. If I needed any recommendations Melanie was so easy to get ahold of as well. The venue is stunning. They have done such a great job updating the place. Highly highly recommend!!! Perfect venue for our December wedding.

We loved the Grand LV. From booking to getting in contact with Melanie was so simple. Being able to use our own catering and bartenders is a huge help. LOVE the Grand LV!!!! The venue was perfect for us. We had just under 100 guests and the setting was perfect and cozy. Melanie was great in communicating and working with us to figure things out for our wedding. I would recommend this venue to anyone and everyone!!!

The Grand LV is absolutely beautiful! Melanie was great the whole time. I loved the bridal suite. It was bright and big enough for my bridal party. I had both my ceremony and reception here and I would not change a thing! I definitely recommend the Grand LV.

My husband and I absolutely loved having our wedding at the Grand LV. The beautiful building had so much charm. The Kull Memorial room was spacious enough for all of our guests and large wedding party! They take pride in not only the building, but making you feel comfortable during your day and leading up to it. I did not have a wedding planner and any questions I had Melanie had the answer and reassured me I wasnât a bother. I cannot say enough about the Grand LV. The night before, we found out my Grandparents had their wedding reception in that very basement 65 years prior, which made it that more special. The Grand LV is a beautiful and charming space, do not hesitate to book your wedding here. We wish wouldâve had both the ceremony and reception in this location. From the chivari chairs to the separate bride and groom suites to get ready everything was perfect.

The venue was beautiful and the owners were wonderful! The ceremony space has a lot of natural lighting, the getting ready space for the bride and groom were a good size, and the reception space was perfect for the 100 people we invited and our dj. 10/10 highly recommend!

The Grand LV is such an amazing and beautiful venue! We got married there in the evening of September 24th & all the natural light through the windows made for some AMAZING photos đ Melanie and her husband are very kind people who are wonderful to work with. We highly recommend renting with them!

We had a wonderful baby shower at The Grand LV. The beauty of the room speaks for itself. It was easy to book, great follow through and helpful owners. Deposit returned promptly. I highly recommend booking this for your wedding/ shower/ party. We will definitely book again! Thank you Grand LV

I ran across The Grand LV as I was grabbing coffee at Gabrizios in the same building. I fell in love with the venue. As a wedding photographer I was blown away by how much natural light was avaible and that made me excited. I contacted the owner, Melanie on shooting a styled shoot there. She was for it. I had so much fun capturing the many ways the venue can be used. They are great people to work with and have a beautoful venue. Did I mention the bridal suit is GORGEOUS?! You want to book them NOW.

The Grand LV was the first venue that we toured during our wedding planning and I immediately called and cancelled all other appointments. We were recently married on July 13 and this was the perfect venue for both our ceremony and reception. What sold us was the beautiful space (that bridal suite is every girlâs dream!), the freedom to bring in our own caterer and the ease of arranging for the linens. Melanie was prompt to answer questions we had or to allow us to come back in while we were planning. We are overjoyed with how our day turned out and have heard what a beautiful venue we had from our guests countless times!

We just got married June 22, 2019. We chose the Grand LV for our small intimate wedding reception, so we thought, however our numbers kept climbing up and up. The owner was extremely accommodating and even though we planned around 100-150 guests, we ended up with a little over 200. Melanie was amazing to work with. All the tables and chairs were provided and we ordered our linnins through her at such a reasonable rate. It was a cute and charming place with a large kitchen, adorable bar area and the perfect shabby chic feel for our rustic shabby chic theme! Also, changing tables in both bathrooms were so convenient bc we had tons of babies attend. I'd highly recommend checking it out. I wouldn't change a thing about our day. Also, her recommendations for hair and flowers made it super easy to complete our look the day of!Again, I can't stress enough how helpful, kind, and accommodating Melanie was. It really puts your mind at ease which was great when it came to the day of and I had a million other things going on! 5 Stars in my book!

Melanie & Donny Kennedy (Owner) We started our business early 2017 with major renovations & restoration of this historic building when close friends were struggling to find a local venue. We believe that you can have a beautiful wedding without breaking the bank, and that YOU should decide what caterer you use! We take pride in our work and do nearly everything ourselves; remodel, design, set-up/tear-down events, cleaning, tours, etc. Much thought and consideration was taken when designing this venue for future events. Our business model was to make something that WE, ourselves would want in a wedding venue.
