With over 12,000 square feet of event space, The Grand is able to provide a wide variety of floor plans to accommodate the vision you have for your wedding ceremony and reception. This open space can accommodate up to 450 guests for a wedding. With its red draping tied back with gold tassels, red carpet and lighted marquee, you and your guests will feel as if it’s opening night in Hollywood on your special day. With its elegant and classic atmosphere, you will spend your special day having the time of your life and making memories you will be able to cherish forever. The Grand's team of consultants will work with you in order to bring your wedding vision to life. All staff members have an eye for detail. They will assure you that your event is exactly what you anticipated, if not more.

The Grand was able to give Jacob and I the most perfect wedding. It met our expectations and BEYOND! Tena and her team were so great and easy to work with, and we would do weddings over and over again if we could with them! Every guest that we have spoken to have said that this was the best wedding they have attended, and it couldn't have been done without this amazing venue and team. Everything from the food, the decorations, the wedding coordination, cleanliness, was top notch.

The Grand was the PERFECT venue for our wedding. It fit \"us\" so well. We looked at several other venues in Louisville and the surrounding area but The Grand met all of our needs AND wants. The venue was the cleanest and best maintained of all that we toured. It is already beautifully decorated so we hardly spent any time or extra money on decor. Tena was very kind and always readily available to answer any questions or make suggestions to help us make decisions. She was also amazing during the wedding! She made sure that we got to eat our dinner and checked on us and our families throughout the night. We had an excellent wedding ceremony and reception! We look forward to attending friends' weddings here in the future.

I had my wedding & reception here Sept 22nd, 2018. The Grand staff was phenomenal! I truly couldn't say enough great things about this venue & staff! They made my dream wedding come to life! We received SO many compliments on the venue, decor & food. They are worth EVERY penny! I wish I could relive my wedding day over & over again just to be back here. Brides- you don't have to lift a finger if you choose this gorgeous venue! They continuously check in on you, ask if you need anything, even collect your plate from the buffet line & walk it to your table so your hands free! I could go on & on about this place. But check this one out for yourself. You won't regret taking the time to meet the wedding planners they provide for you & what they have to offer.

The Grand is awesome! The team there can help you with everything. They have onsite catering and DJ services. They have the ability to create gorgeous flower arrangements. They helped me make my wedding magical on a smaller scale budget. The room where they hold ceremonies and receptions is beautiful.

The Grand. The name says it all. Imagine high vaulted ceilings, grand decor, settings, and lighting. Now picture it as a historic movie theater, greeting your guests with your name on the marque, red drapes and carpet with your engagement or favorite pictures used as movie posters. This is a fabulous venue with lots of space. The owner and team work hard to ensure that your day is exactly how you want it and within your budget. There's nothing they can't do from assisting in the wedding planning, to center peices and decor, officiating, to catering, to providing DJ services. They are very easy to talk to and are truly wanting everyone to feel at ease and offer suggestions when things go array (flower girl having trouble walking down the aisle, etc). Pleased does not even describe my thoughts on the services. Everyone who attended was in awe with staff and the venue. I would highly recommend.

It was love at first sight when we walked into the Grand. So we had our ceremony and reception there. The employees were completely amazing. They did everything from the set up, flowers, catering, music, and clean up. I didn't have to do anything and that was really helpful since our families live two hours out of town. I received so many compliments on how gorgeous the venue and ceremony was. I'll never forget how incredible our wedding was, and all the help we received that made it that way.

They did everything from the set up, flowers, catering, music, and clean up. I didn't have to do anything and that was really helpful since our families live two hours out of town. I received so many compliments on how gorgeous the venue and ceremony was. I'll never forget how incredible our wedding was, and all the help we received that made it that way.

Naturally, as mother-of-the-bride, I wanted everything to be perfect for our only daughters big day. I couldn't have picked a better venue to make sure that happened. With the team from The Grand, everything was taken care of well before the day of the wedding. Tena made sure that everyone that needed to know the plan for the day was in the know. Her team is incredibly professional and you hardly know they are there making it all happen behind the scenes. I cannot say enough great things about them.\rThe venue is absolutely beautiful inside. If you are in the search for a venue for any gathering of a large group of people, this is definitely the place. If you've never seen the inside of the building, don't let the outside fool you! I didn't grow up in this area and had never been in the building before we started looking for a wedding spot. I'm sure glad we went in and took a peek.\rAlso, when we started looking for other vendors, Tena was very helpful in giving us names of others to help with the day from cake to printers.\rWe shopped 3 or 4 other locations before we booked with The Grand, only because it was suggested by dad to check out all options available. Our daughter knew that The Grand and Tena's crew was what she wanted the minute she set foot in and sat down and talked about the plans for \"the day\".\rIf you're looking for a venue where you can sit back, visit with your guests, and know that everything and everyone is being taken care of while you have a great time, work with the amazing team at The Grand.

The Grand was an amazing venue. I got married on New Year's Eve and I'm still getting compliments. When you walk in and see the chandeliers and the elegant decor, it's stunning. Tina and her assistant made all of my wedding dreams come true. They organized everything for me, decorated everything, and anything else I asked them to do. The Grand even has it's original marquee out front and we put \"Now featuring Happily Ever After starring Jeff and Heather.\" They also still have the poster windows out front from old movies that used to show there and you can put pictures of your own in there. Our wedding ended up being a perfect blend of old hollywood glamour, fun, and elegance. Alcohol was expensive, but not anymore so than other vendors we checked out.

Meet the The Grand Team
Tena (Owner) Tena entered the wedding and event industry 27 years ago, since then she has evolved her business and her love for weddings has only grown. She began in a shop in Scottsburg, Indiana offering home decor consultations, home show decorating, wedding and reception decor, and floral arrangements. In 2006, Tena and her family purchased The Grand and have been seamlessly executing weddings and other events ever since. Her impeccable attention to detail will put you and you family at ease while planning one of the most important events of your life.
