Weâre so thankful we stumbled upon the Grand Oak Villa to help plan and host one of the most important days of our lives! They were absolutely wonderful with everything straight across the board from communication all the way through to personal attendants the night of our wedding that were always near us with whatever we needed. Carol is awesome and very helpful with all of the planning and assistance before and the day of! (Thank you, Carol!) our guests still rave about the food here and the beautiful scenery. Itâs truly an amazing place. We had a great experience and we suggest it to anyone looking to celebrate any special day!

My husband and I had our wedding reception at the Grand Oak Villa on 11/17/23 and could not have asked for a better experience. From the start of our wedding planning experience, Angela and Tarin were absolutely amazing. They made my husband and I feel so welcome and treated us like family from the very beginning. About eight months before the wedding I tore my ACL and had surgery and Tarin even checked in with me to see how the surgery went and wish me well. As we got closer to the wedding, the girls made sure that everything went off without a hitch. They checked with us about our other vendors, gave us some advice, and helped us double and triple check all of our information right up to the day of the wedding. They reduced our wedding planning stresses by so much!!! The venue was absolutely gorgeous the day of our wedding, the food was beyond delicious, and all of the staff were so kind and friendly. Our personal server, Diana, was truly the star of the show on wedding day. She checked in with us at the exact right time, every time. She never made us feel like she was interrupting, but she was always there right when we needed her. And our drinks were never empty! We truly cannot say enough good things about the Grand Oak Villa and the lovely staff there. They really felt like family. Every single one of our guests remarked that the food was incredible, drinks were made perfectly, and the staff was so kind. Angela even personally greeted our parents the night of the wedding. Iâd give this place ten stars if I could!

The Grand Oak villa was the 2nd place I toured when searching for a venue and I could not have picked a better place to have my wedding reception. The grounds are beautiful! We chose to only have a reception there, but they have a beautiful ceremony space outside to utilize. We used their grounds for our photos and I canât wait to see how beautiful they look. Angela and her team is extremely knowledgeable about the Wedding industry. We set up a first meeting to go over packages and let me just say all of her packages are reasonably priced and offer lots of different options for every price point. we went with a mid tier package, which came with so many food options I had a hard time narrowing down my favorites. throughout the wedding planning process Angela allowed me to come in with any questions I had, as well as do a mock tables set up a month before the wedding. Two days before the wedding, Angela and her team allowed me to drop all of my decor off which are they were so helpful in setting up for me and allowed me to come back and take a look at the room once it was all finished The day of the wedding went very smoothly. Thanks to Angela and her team. My event coordinators for the day made sure I was never without a drink and weâre always checking in on me and my husband throughout the night. they set up the bridal suite for me and my husband to eat in during cocktail hour so we can unwind, and let me just say the food was phenomenal my guest raved about the food!! everything was delicious and there was so much food. Everyone went home with a full stomach. The bartenders did a great job making drinks and we had a signature cocktail, which was an espresso martini that the bar made absolutely phenomenal. I highly recommend a Grand Oak Villa if youâre looking to plan a wedding or wedding reception.

THEY HAVE THE BEST FOOD! Our wedding guest are still talking about how amazing the food is a month later. The atmosphere is perfect and you can feel the love in the air. The staff and owner were very attentive to my every need. Highly recommend having events here!

While our wedding was nothing short of amazing we will never forget how awful this venue was to work with. They are not accommodating or willing to make your day special in any way shape or form. If you want a cookie cutter wedding with absolutely nothing customized to your liking then I suppose this venue will be a right fit for you. Everything I asked for was a problem, and I didnât ask for much. We were told they do not do other events on the premises on the day of a wedding and to my surprise 2 weeks before my wedding (with plans for an outdoor ceremony) they tell me there will be a graduation party going on about 50 feet away from the ceremony area. This alone shows how they donât care to make your day special it really is only about the money to them. Their excuse for everything is âwe do 100s of weddings!!â. What they fail to understand is that while they âdo 100s of weddingsâ, we only get ONE wedding, one special day to plan and make special. The food was good, but they forgot to serve me and my husband a piece of our wedding cake. We had also left some decorations there and they stopped responding and refused to look for them when I stopped by. I can go on and on about the terrible experience I had with GOV.. Spend the extra money and go somewhere that values you as a customer but also as a bride and groom on their special day.

We had our 4/14/18 wedding here and the day couldnât have been more perfect! Carol and all of the other staff were such a pleasure to work with from the first meeting to wedding day!The whole process was stress free! All our guests keep raving about the food and the late night station option (Mac and cheese bar). I would recommend the Grand Oak Villa over and over again!

My husband and I just got married this past September and our recpetion was at The Grand Oak Villa. Everything was perfect! We knew as soon as we got engaged that the reception would be at The Grand Oak. We enjoyed planning our day and picking our menu. There was so many different options we could have chosen from. Mike helped us to decide what he thought was the best for us. They really had awesome ideas for us. We had a beautiful day, so they said we could even have our cocktail hour outside, which was perfect! They really truly went above and beyond of what we expected. We couldnt be happier with the way everything turned out. Food was delicious, staff was awesome,very friendly and, always around if we or guests needed something, landscaped very beautifully, pictures were perfect...AMAZING! My husband and I highly recommend having your special day at The Grand Oak Villa.

My husband and I got married this past summer and had our reception at The Grand Oak Villa. There is truly not one negative thing that I can say about this venue. We had a larger wedding, 350 guests, I was amazed at how spacious but yet intimate the space felt. The level of service was amazing. Every idea that was discussed and requested was executed beyond what I had ever envisioned. There are no words to describe how delicious ALL of the food was...from the cocktail hour to the main course to the dessert stations, it was all amazing! My husband and I had a great time selecting the menu for the evening, they offer something for everyone! I still have family and friends commenting on how wonderful the food was. As a bride you want a worry free wedding day and for you and your guests to have an unforgettable time; The Grand Oak Villa allowed that to happen for me! I highly recommend this venue for any event, especially a wedding!

I know Mike and his family personally and I must say they are the best. As for the wedding it was awesome. They went above and beyond anything my wife and I would have expected. The Venetian table was awesome, the food was great. We get compliments for a great wedding still when we see our friends and family who were there that day. I highly recommend the Grand Oak Villa to anyone who needs a hall for a special occasion especially a wedding.
