Words cannot express how absolutely amazing our wedding at The Grand was. People are still talking to us about it two weeks later, and the words \"best wedding I've been to\" were stated by more people than I can count. The Grand's general manager Jason Baldanza was absolutely fantastic; patient, kind, extremely thorough, and willing to work with us to make the day personal and memorable. Our maitre d' Sal was so on top of things and made us feel completely taken care of. The food was phenomenal, and we'd highly recommend the Viennese Hour, our guests' jaws were on the floor when the saw the dessert room. The only negative was that I wish I could have been a guest at my own wedding so that I could have enjoyed it from that side too. 15/10, would recommend to anyone.

We got married here 10.7.23 and it was truly a fairytale! From the moment we had our tour with Jason (who is amazing) we fell in love! Everyone is still raving about the venue and how amazing THE FOOD WAS! My husband and I are so happy we chose The Grand for our happily ever after. The bridal suite is a must!!!!

We had our wedding reception at the grand in April 2023. We overall had a great experience working with them from start to finish. From the beginning, Jason the manager was always super reachable, always calling or emailing us back within 24 hours (if not sooner). They accommodated a major dietary restriction and allowed us to talk to the chef to make sure we were comfortable (only 2 out of the 10 wedding venues we looked at were willing to accommodate the dietary restriction). On the day of, Sal and Joanna were by our side making sure everything ran smoothly through the whole reception. 10/10 recommend!

We had our wedding 12/30/22. We can’t believe it has almost been a year already but we had to come on and finally leave a review. We have been to numerous weddings since ours and people are still talking about the food and venue. We couldn’t have asked for a better day, Sal and Jason were absolutely amazing. We had our wedding 12/30/22. We can’t believe it has almost been a year already but we had to come on and finally leave a review. We have been to numerous weddings since ours and people are still talking about the food and venue. We couldn’t have asked for a better day, Sal and Jason were absolutely amazing. Run don't walk to book your wedding at The Grand!! We had the absolute best day ever on 9/23/23. Our Maitre D, Mark, is a true gem and I can't say better things about him and the entire team at The Grand. From day one, Mark was there for us, making sure we were happy and had whatever we needed. From start to finish, everything was executed flawlessly, making it a dream-like experience.First and foremost, the service during the reception and cocktail hour was exceptional. The maître d', Sal, truly went above and beyond to ensure that every guest felt welcomed and taken care of. His attention to detail and professionalism were evident throughout the evening, and he made sure everything ran smoothly.Jason, who was responsible for organizing everything leading up to the big day was amazing to work with! He was understanding of any requests that we had and made no problems about the way we did things on the day of. Was a very professional gentleman and is always there for you when you need him.And let's not forget Joanna, who played a vital role in assisting the bride with her needs. Her dedication to making sure the bride's day was perfect was truly heartwarming. She was attentive, responsive, and incredibly helpful, making the entire process much smoother and stress-free.The Grand provided an exceptional experience that exceeded all of our expectations. I can't recommend The Grand enough!! If you haven't checked out this venue, it's a must! The first time my husband and I toured, we were blown away by the grounds, the upkeep of the venue, and the attention to detail by the staff/manager, Jason. Any questions that we had along the way were answered, and taken care of, and we were always reassured that we were in the best hands. Our actual wedding day was phenomenal...everything we could've wanted and more. The food was incredible, the staff did an amazing job taking care of our guests, and people are still talking about how it was one of the best weddings they've ever been to. If I could give more stars, I would. Jason and Sal are two of the best in the business; if you book your event here, you won't be disappointed!

I can't recommend The Grand enough!! If you haven't checked out this venue, it's a must! The Grand was the PERFECT venue. The staff was so incredibly accommodating and easy to work with. Jason and Sal took care of every detail so carefully. Joanna - my bridal attendant was also by my side all night long. Our guests complimented the venue, the food and the service all night long. The Grand helped to make all of our wedding dreams come true and helped us envision the perfect day. They were communicative right from the start, and always extremely accommodating. IMPECCABLE service. Just celebrated my amazing half century on 4/14/2023 there. I have not met a friendlier staff who provided TOP notch service, quality food and drinks. They've by far exceeded my expectations. I have heard from so many of my guests how they were treated so well and how attentive the staff and Jason (The General Manager) was to them. The assortment and quality of food during the cocktail hour, was incredible. And dinner, OMG -left us speechless. My guests were so amazed by every detail of my event. Leading up to the day of the event, Jason assured me that it would be a night to remember, and he delivered on EVERYTHING!!!!!!!! Thank you is insufficient. Our wedding at the grand was absolutely amazing. The venue itself is beautiful and our wedding guests were blown away by how pretty and breathtaking the venue was. There are so many beautiful places within and outside of the venue to take photos. Our reception entrance, by coming out of the floor was an absolutely incredible, and a once in a lifetime opportunity offered by the venue. Our wedding guests were completely blown away and surprised to see us rise out of the floor. The food was also amazing. There was such a variety of food and add-ons that you can choose from. Our guests were raving about the food. The new bridal suite was beautiful and spacious, as was the groomsmen suite. Jason, the venue Director was extremely helpful, patient, and made sure that our day was exactly how we envisioned it. He was very responsive, and make sure that all of our details were implemented. Sal, our matre De was phenomenal. He made sure that we, as the couple, were taken care of, and that everything was running smoothly. He even made sure that we had a candle for our ceremony that we did not bring and he made it work and happen. We felt like he went above and beyond to make sure that we had fun and didn’t need to stress over the small stuff. The bridal attendant also made sure that I was OK at all times and asked if I needed anything throughout the entire day and night. Needless to say, at The Grand, you definitely do not need to hire a day of coordinator. The Grand staff makes sure you are taken care of and followed all of my criteria from my (overly detailed) wedding binder. We are so appreciative of everyone who took part in making our wedding special.

My husband and I got married at The Grand in October 2022 and we have nothing but amazing things to say about this venue, the staff and the food. The venue is absolutely beautiful inside and out, our guests are still talking about how beautiful it was. But the staff, in particular Jason, really made our experience what it was. Jason went above and beyond for Dan and I, being so accommodating to our multi-culture wedding, and allowing us to have the wedding of our dreams. He was so easy to work with and was very attentive to our needs and wants. The day of, Jason, Sal and Joanna, also went above and beyond for us, attending to all our needs and making sure our day was 100% perfect no matter what. We truly cannot thank them enough for making our wedding day as memorable as it was and are so happy to have had our wedding at this stunning venue.

We had the absolute best wedding and experience at the grand! The bridal and groom suites alone are worth it! Our guests loved how gorgeous every room was and the staff cannot be beat. Jason, Sal, and Cheryl our bridal attendant were on top of everything. We had a day of wedding coordinator and I’m here to say don’t waste your money because everyone at The Grand was on top of it all. My bridesmaid ripped her dressed and our bridal attendant came in last minute to save the day and see her into the dress. I’m dying to throw another event here! 10/10 would recommend.

The Grand exceeded my expectations in every way. It was a dream. It was the most magical night of my life. From the ceremony, to cocktail hour, to the Grand Ballroom with our elevator entrance. It was an experience I will never forget. The location is absolutely beautiful and the staff is an absolute delight. Special thanks to Jason Baldanza, you stuck with us through the pandemic and gave us the wedding of our dreams. You will always be a friend and we are so grateful to you. I truly do not have enough words for this venue! From the moment we walked in and toured with Jason, we immediately fell in love!!! Not only was Jason & all the staff extremely attentive and always got back to me right away, they made sure my day went perfect. Our day was literally PERFECT! Not ONE hiccup that went wrong. The Grand is gorgeous, the food is incredible (everyone told me how they have never seen a cocktail hour like that), our Maitre’D, bridal attendant, servers bartender Etc. I cannot thank them enough for making our day beyond our wildest dreams!!

I cannot say enough good things about this venue. My husband and I were married here a week ago today on 10/01/2022 after almost 2 years of planning. When I tell you it was the best day of my life and I will never forget it, I mean that. I don’t think our guests will ever forget it either! I’m still getting messages from people about how beautiful this venue is and how great the food and service was and that it was the best wedding they have ever been to! We worked with Jason throughout the entire process. He made everything feel easy and stress free and was there for us every step of the way. On the day, we got the pleasure of working with Mark (our maitre de) and Sharol (my bridal attendant). These two were the real mvps! They were always 2 steps ahead of us, got us anything we needed and were just so fun to work with. We literally felt like royalty. This place is absolutely gorgeous and as soon as we walked in for the first time I knew this was the place for us. Seriously, look no further you will not regret it! Now I just need someone to get married here so we can experience it from the other side haha!

STOP looking further and book this venue for your wedding. My husband and I chose this venue before the pandemic hit. This venue (Jason) worked with us through 3 years of planning. It was well worth every minute of waiting. I have dreamed of feeling like a princess on my wedding day since I was a little girl and The Grand made me feel every bit of one. From day one, we have had clear and consistent planning and communication.During the day of the wedding it was absolutely seamless, breathtaking, beautiful, and we got to have the whole venue to ourselves. The staff including the two bridal attendants were amazing. From the second I walked in, I had constant support, a water bottle in my hand whenever I needed it, they thought of everything, fresh food and drinks ready in the bridal/groom suite, and just relaxation knowing that everything was going to be taken care of. They also took a lot of pressure off of my MOH's and mother which was great because they really were able to relax too since I had support.Sal was incredibly competent and worked Evan (Posh DJ), photographers and videographers throughout the whole night to ensure everything was on time, and he executed everything. My biggest worry prior to my wedding day was being stressed or running around dealing with questions or making sure everything that everything would go to plan. For once in my life, nothing was even able to stress me out at all because I knew the staff was 5 steps ahead and thought of everything. I could literally sit back and enjoy my entire night and just embrace my wedding day. For that I am eternally grateful.The cocktail hour was incredible, the ceremony was so nice even though it had to be inside. The entrance through the floor was unforgettable. The First dance with dry ice was magical. My husband and I had our drinks constantly refilled the whole night. Dessert was so great (especially the special coffee bar). The ballroom was decorated so beautifully and looked like a fairytale. The backlighting was great, the air conditioning kept me really comfortable in my giant dress. The sparkler send off was so amazing. The breakdown of the room by the staff was so helpful. We were able to pick up all decor, wedding cake, and extra food the next morning.Our guests have not stopped raving about the venue, the music, the food, the cocktail hour, the ceremony, the elevator entrance. I have heard 30+ times that this was literally the best wedding they have ever been to in their lives. I have heard about a lot of wedding disasters from venues. I will say after paying for this ourselves and saving for many years, I felt like every penny was worth the quality we received. You pay for quality, and you will not regret it.

The Grand is hands down the venue to choose for an amazing, beautiful, perfect wedding day. My husband and I booked weeks before Covid shut everything down in 2020 and as uncertain of a time that was, Jason and his team consistently reassured us everything would be fine and not to stress. When 2021 began we still didn’t think we would have the wedding of our dreams with the restrictions in place and without any hesitation Jason sat down with us, discussed all options, and supported us when we decided to reschedule to March 2022. Looking back now it was the best decision because when the day came everything was immaculate. The venue itself is gorgeous. The outdoor landscape and ceremony area are picturesque and the indoor ceremony area is just as beautiful. The cocktail hour is spacious and decorated with the most beautiful black chandeliers and has plenty of room for all your guests. The Grand Ballroom is stunning! Marble everywhere and all white walls give an elegant look, and you can choose any accent color you want which all compliment the space perfectly. There’s multiple options for a layout but all leave you plenty of room to dance all night long on a large dance floor. Overall it is a stunning venue that needs little to no extra decorations and photographs beautifully. The food … just wow. The cocktail hour has so many different options to choose and I’m confident you can’t make a bad choice. The pierogis and kielbasa were delicious ! The cowboy steak was top notch with some of the most delicious French fries and onion rings. It doesn’t stop there though, there is a huge assortment of different food from meats and cheeses, pastas, finger foods, seafood, and honestly anything you could think of. You even have multiple options for your dinner selections which were also delicious. The apple crumb cake with ice cream is divine for dessert. The best part and must to add on is the Jersey Diner exit station. Our guests still rave about the Taylor ham egg and cheese sandwiches, sliders,and fries. The smell alone when they start to cook it had everyone’s mouths watering. You can not go wrong if you pick The Grand for your wedding. Besides the amazing look of the venue, the impeccable food, the staff if OUT OF THIS WORLD. From the start Jason eased any and all stress about the wedding planning process. He is always available and answers every question you have. He goes above and beyond to make the whole process a breeze. On the day of I had THE BEST bridal attendant Natalie who was by my side at all times, made sure whatever I needed I had, and was just the sweetest person ever. Our maitre’D Chris was amazing and made sure the night ran smoothly. The bartenders were amazing and drinks were fantastic! Just an incredible staff hands down. We had the most amazing wedding! It was a fairytale! Our guests are still talking about it months later and it is all thanks to The Grand! I can’t wait to plan another event here!

If I could have every life event be hosted by The Grand, I would. Jason from the day we met him was fantastic. He made us feel comfortable while showing us the venue and continued to do so during our two year engagement process. We got married at The Grand on May 14, and we had an amazing day! We’re over two weeks out, and our guests are still raving about our wedding. We booked The Grand with Jason in June of 2020 because no other venue came close. Not only is the venue itself beautiful, but the staff are amazing and are definitely top tier in the industry.Every staff member at The Grand is a true professional, and they made us feel so comfortable and at ease about this important day. From start to finish, Jason answered all our questions and gave us suggestions about making the day easier or more enjoyable for our guests and ourselves. We dropped off our decor and other items a few days before the wedding, and they knew exactly where to put everything the day of without us telling them, which I was very impressed by. I was so calm on our wedding day, and a large part of that was because I knew the staff at The Grand would make our day go smoothly and be memorable.Sal was our maitre’d, and he was absolutely incredible. He answered our questions and overall helped our day be amazing. Sal and Jason are the best. Karolina was our bridal attendant the day of, and she is awesome. She is a professional and an important part of what makes The Grand the best place for your wedding.We made our grand entrance at the reception using the elevator in the floor, and our guests were blown away; they keep talking about it being the coolest entrance (and the best wedding)! This is an awesome feature and makes The Grand truly unique.I can’t say enough nice things about The Grand, Jason, Sal, and Karolina. We got married at The Grand on May 14, and we had an amazing day! We’re over two weeks out, and our guests are still raving about our wedding. We booked The Grand with Jason in June of 2020 because no other venue came close. Not only is the venue itself beautiful, but the staff are amazing and are definitely top tier in the industry.Every staff member at The Grand is a true professional, and they made us feel so comfortable and at ease about this important day. From start to finish, Jason answered all our questions and gave us suggestions about making the day easier or more enjoyable for our guests and ourselves. We dropped off our decor and other items a few days before the wedding, and they knew exactly where to put everything the day of without us telling them, which I was very impressed by. I was so calm on our wedding day, and a large part of that was because I knew the staff at The Grand would make our day go smoothly and be memorable.Sal was our maitre’d, and he was absolutely incredible. He answered our questions and overall helped our day be amazing. Sal and Jason are the best. Karolina was our bridal attendant the day of, and she is awesome. Where do I begin... The Grand is the ultimate package when it comes to wedding venues. We could not be happier with our experience. We planned our whole wedding from across the country in California and Jason made the entire process incredibly easy. It was like we were local the entire time. Jason was around for the full event on the day of, making sure everything was moving smoothly and we had everything we needed. The rest of the staff also went above and beyond to ensure everyone was having the best time. Specifically, our bridal attendant, Celeste was absolutely amazing. She made sure we were taken care of all day long. Our guests have repeatedly said our wedding was the best one they've ever been too. Some even said they were stuffed for days after the amount of food that was offered. The cocktail hour, the dinner, and the Viennese table far exceeded our expectations. And to top it all off, the staff packed up left overs for my wife and I to enjoy the next day. Which was exceptionally thoughtful as we were too busy to eat much during the actual day.If you trust the Grand to host your wedding, you will not be disappointed. They truly understand what it means to organize and put on the perfect wedding. The facilities are breathtaking that there's so many places for photos. We would do it all over again if we could because it was so easy and enjoyable! Thank you to everyone at the Grand for giving us the most perfect day!

Where to even start!!!! I booked the Grand for my wedding back in 2019 for a March 2020 wedding, I was 9 days away from my big day and it was canceled due to covid. As devastating as it was Jason was truly my light at the end of the tunnel. He was amazing to me, leading up to, during, and after. He took every phone call, every text, and every breakdown, always making sure I knew My day would come sooner or later and it would be even better then I originally planned. After 3 postponed dates I finally got my day! December 11, 2021, was a day I’ll never forget! Every single person at the Grand was phenomenal. I don’t think There is any wedding venue out there with better staff. Chris was my Maitre de, Jerry was his assistant and Karolina was my bridal attendant. Chris, Jerry and Karolina made sure I had every single thing I needed. I always had a drink in Hand, I was always asked if I was ok, if I wanted food, water, literally ANYTHING! They were just truly amazing and such a pleasure to be around, I couldn’t thank them enough. The FOOD…… I can’t tell you how many guests raved about the food! Everyone loved the venue, but the food is still being talked about. I heard countless times how usually the food at weddings is subpar, but not here, everything was to die for! (They packaged food for my husband and I to take home and they were right it was amazing!) Cocktail hour was one of the best I have ever seen (and I have seen a lot) food everywhere and I have a huge Italian family and that was a major plus. I’m so extremely happy I chose The Grand to have my wedding, I wish I could do it all over because it was just that great. If you’re looking for a stunning venue with amazing food and probably the best staff there is then this place is for you, just meet Jason once and your choice will be made. I can’t say enough about The Grand, I’ll forever be so grateful for every single person who worked with my husband and I to make our night one we will never forget!!!!!!

Where do I begin? The minute I met Jason I knew I found my wedding venue. When my fiancé and I began searching for venues in August 2019 I was in crutches so walking wasn’t easy for me at the time. Jason took his time with me and my family and he showed us the entire venue making sure I was safe all around. After that meeting, we booked The Grand for October 2020.COVID came and once we realized our October wedding wasn’t going to be what we envisioned, we decided to postpone to October 2021. Jason was ready with dates and MADE IT HAPPEN! He made the transition so easy and we were so surprised because we heard so many horror stories about other venues (NOT AT THE GRAND!) Throughout the year, Jason would call and ask how we were doing and kept us updated with everything we needed to know. He assured us that our wedding was going to happen.Come October 17, 2021 our wedding day finally arrived and it was magical! Jason & Sal made sure everything ran smoothly and on time. They were fun and just as excited as we were. My entire family LOVED them! Julia was the best bridal attendant any bride can ask for! She made sure I was ok throughout the day and helped me with my dress, veil, etc. She also made sure my husband and I ate before our grand entrance! Everyone made the day as stress free as possible!It’s been 2 months since my wedding and guests are still talking about it! The food was amazing, the venue was beautiful & the staff were excellent! The Grand made all my wedding dreams come true and I cannot thank them enough!I 100% recommend The Grand as your event venue! You will not be disappointed!

Wedding 11/14/21: We loved our entire experience at The Grand! We booked our day in January 2019 for May 2020 but COVID had other plans for us. General Manager Jason B. worked with us through several postponements until we were finally able to have it this past November 2021. The Grand never gave us a hard time about changing the date and went far beyond our expectations to ensure that we were happy through the entire process. Our guests absolutely loved the food, the service and the aesthetics of the venue. When we chose the venue in 2019, it was going through a transformation from its former name The Bethwood to The Grand and you have to see it in person to understand how beautiful it is. The entire facility looks brand new, because IT IS! The interior and the new garden is just under a year old at this point and newlyweds are going to be some of the first few couples to be married at what feels like a venue designed for the next generation in mind. One piece of advice I have for new couples is to have your DJ/MC increase the volume on the speakers when they get married. We had our ceremony outdoors and the water fall behind us muffled our vows quite a bit, to no fault of The Grand at all though. It was beautiful nonetheless but some of our guests couldn’t hear us. Thank you Grand for the most memorable wedding day and thank you Jason B. For the warmth, patience and friendship that you’ve provided us over the course of the last two years. We will always remember your kindness!

I don’t even know where to begin, we booked 2 and half years ago ! When The Grand was still being remodeled and it has been our best decision! Since day one Jason was simply amazing, wonderful personality down to either. He made us feel calm and comfortable til our wedding ! The day of was EVEN more great, my bridal attended couldn’t have asked for anyone better. She was with me every second making sure I’m okay finding me in the crowd to just simply ask “Everything okay? Need a drink or anything?” She saved the day with bustling to un bustling my dress all night to making sure I was comfortable and had my train out for pictures. Cocktail hour, dinner and Venetian dessert DELICIOUS and AMAZING. Presentation and service was on point. We have no regrets!! Our main entrance made our whole wedding even better , everyone was shocked with the elevator!! It was Not expected can’t top that ! We booked The Grand in 2018 for our November 27, 2020 wedding. When we booked, they were still in the middle of renovations and transitioning from The Bethwood to The Grand. We can not stress enough how beautiful the renovations came out. The day of the wedding was the most perfect day. We received so many compliments about how gorgeous the main ballroom was, how good the food was (so much food and huge portions!), and how great the staff was (super attentive, polite, and professional). The venue itself has some beautiful places for photos. The outdoor grounds were so pretty, even at the end of November. We got some really good photos outside right before the sun went down. When we originally booked, we booked with Olga, who no longer worked there halfway into the wedding planning process. I was nervous that things might get overlooked from when I talked to Olga, but I was quickly reassured that everything I spoke to Olga about for our wedding would still be included. Sal and Jason really do a fantastic job making sure you feel comfortable and confident in not only them, but the Grand itself. In the weeks leading up to the wedding, Sal was very reassuring and presented all options to us regarding Covid regulations and changes. I really appreciated that after hearing horror stories from other brides at other venues. Long story short, book The Grand for not only your wedding, but for other events because you will not regret your decision. To make a long story short, due to the Pandemic our wedding venue Royal Manor (sister-venue of The Grand) was unable to keep our wedding date due to new state laws regarding COVID restrictions. (After a long discussion, we made the hard decision to keep the wedding this year) Doug was beyond amazing in helping us keep our wedding close to the original date and moved us to The Grand. We worked with both Doug and Jason who worked with us to make our day very special. The week before the wedding, both Doug and Jason were absolutely amazing. We were in constant contact and they were able to make all the last minute changes (from COVID there were a lot). They gave us every possible advantage they could during the pandemic. (Such as setting up earlier-with decorations and backdrop, changing seating charts-even on the day of the wedding) They lifted so much stress off our shoulders. I highly recommend The Grand and Royal Manor to anyone who is looking for a venue. They are affordable (getting the most for your dollar), reliable (answer any messages fast and do what they said they were going to do), professional, kind, flexible and just overall amazing. They deserve more than the 5 stars. (Also, with COVID, they followed regulations to a T to make sure the wedding was the safest it could be. There was appropriate table and seating distance, all staff had masks and waiters were on top of their game in bringing drinks to the table so the bar didn't get crowded, plastic dishware (such as shot glasses) were used to make the event safer. Sanitizer and masks were available for guests).

My husband and I got married at Bethwood on 09/01/19. Choosing The Grand Bethwood as our wedding venue and Jason as our wedding coordinator was the best decision! Everything went very smoothly, beautifully, and the whole event was a complete hit! The event started on time, all the staff knew what they were doing, Jason, Sal and Larissa was on top of everything and it made the day so much better knowing that we didn’t have to worry about anything but having a great time. The cocktail hour and food are beyond delicious. I recommend The Grand Bethwood to everyone the venue is gorgeous, the outside space is stunning, no extra decoration is needed. Jason, Sal and Larissa are incredibly helpful, nice, polite, and they know what they’re doing! The event started on time, all the staff knew what they were doing, Jason, Sal and Larissa was on top of everything and it made the day so much better knowing that we didn’t have to worry about anything but having a great time. The cocktail hour and food are beyond delicious. I recommend The Grand Bethwood to everyone the venue is gorgeous, the outside space is stunning, no extra decoration is needed. Jason, Sal and Larissa are incredibly helpful, nice, polite, and they know what they’re doing! Larissa was my bride attendant and she literally made my day so easy and didn’t leave my side at all from when I walked in till I left. Don’t think twice when it comes to booking The Grand Bethwood!

My wife and I recently got married at the Grand Bethwood. We had an absolutely wonderful ceremony and celebration here! The venue itself was gorgeous, clean, and spacious. Our ceremony was supposed to be outside in the stunning, new garden, but we had to move the ceremony inside to avoid a severe storm. We were able to quickly switch locations of the ceremony to inside, and our ceremony went smoothly inside. We then had our cocktail hour in a large, newly renovated room. The atmosphere of the room was excellent for the cocktail hour and was big enough to hold all our guests and the seemingly endless amounts of delicious cocktail hour delicacies. They even opened the outside terrace bar, which overlooks the garden, after the earlier storm had cleared. It was really nice to have access to the cocktail hour room and the terrace bar/garden during our cocktail hour. The reception hall was stunning. We were able to fit 16 tables, a full band, a DJ, and all of our guests still had more than enough room to dance all night. The staff at the Grand Bethwood were incredibly helpful and made sure we got everything we wanted. Our event planner, Jason, helped to coordinate our event and made sure our plan was followed through to perfection. He helped us pick out the best food for the cocktail hour, gave us stellar recommendations on how to organize our tables and flowers, and even made sure all the personal touches we wanted were included in our ceremony and reception. Sal and Julie were excellent maître des and made sure both my wife and I were well taken care of. The entire staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. They showed our guests outstanding hospitality and made sure that the celebration went smoothly. Eric, the owner, was also extremely helpful in making our magical night a reality. We would HIGHLY recommend to everyone who is getting married to seriously consider this venue for their celebration!

I don't even know where to begin! From the very first appointment with the Bethwood staff, my husband and I fell in love. We were treated like royalty and Jason and all of the staff have now become part of our family. We had the absolute \"dream team\" on the day of our wedding- Jason, Captain Carlos, and Joanna. They guided us through every step of the way, from the first appointment, to picking things up the morning after. We sat in awe during dinner and just watched everything that was going on and tried to soak it all in. It was the most magical, amazing day. Their attention to detail did not go unnoticed- anything and everything that we hinted at or could have asked for was there the day of our wedding. I had what I thought were a lot of \"silly questions\" but Jason never flinched. He was very patient, kind, and helpful. He always responded with \"not a problem\" or \"I'll figure it out.\" He even found a way to give us a \"Smores Bar for dessert!\" When I had a concern about lighting or decor that was in the room when we took our tour but was no longer there as we got closer to our big day, he had different décor/lightning reinstalled for me for the night of our wedding- all at no cost to me. Not only were they affordable (great for large weddings!), the food and cake were delicious (they even tweaked the menu for us based on what we tried at their complimentary brunch) and all of our guests agreed! Most importantly the entire Bethwood staff (no matter who you work with) makes you feel apart of the family, they are always looking out for you and your guests. They are very sweet, helpful, and are always willing to respond to calls & emails within 1-2 days, if not hours. We still have guests telling us how wonderful the food was, how amazing all of the staff were, and what an unforgettable time they had! We cannot wait to go back and visit! We definitely HIGHLY recommend The Bethwood to everyone who would like to have their fairy-tale ever after wedding (in a castle type building too!) Just had our 140 person wedding at the Bethwood on April 30, 2016. I couldn't wait to write a review because our night was perfect. The staff at the Bethwood made us feel like a king and queen. (Our maitre'd was Todd). Even though there are other events going on - we never saw anyone else - and it felt like we had the place to ourselves. The food was spectacular and all drinks were heavy pours. It speaks to the quality of the Bethwood that all guests were happy at all times - smiles all night. They did not rush us out at 11pm and let us take our time saying goodbyes and changing clothes.We worked with Steve, the general manager, to plan the wedding. THE BEST. He was always quick to respond to an e-mail and he made us feel anything was possible - my bride wanted some small changes to menu/cake and he did them all at no extra cost. My new husband and I spent many nights of our honeymoon reflecting on how wonderful this venue was and how it was definitely the right choice for us! Not only was it very affordable, but it was top notch in every aspect. They have been doing weddings for decades and YOU CAN TELL based on the level of service you get from them. Manager Steve has been our co-pilot since the first day we booked with the Bethwood. He helped with every detail and provided excellent customer service. He even stepped in the day of the wedding to help with a last minute emergency (nothing to do with the venue - but one of our vendors), he made some calls and saved the day! The food is delicious but even more appetizing was the amazing garden which made for fantastic wedding photos. Our pictures are beautiful and our guests were very happy. We got many compliments about how delicious the food was and how friendly and kind the staff was as well. If you want first class service book with the Bethwood - you won't regret it! They also have an awesome castle feel, which makes you feel like a princess! A++++++ experience. THANKS BETHWOOD!

From the first time we spoke with Dominic to the end of our wedding day we were treated with respect, understanding and professionalism that every bride should have. We wanted it outside in the garden but on our day it rained so i was disappointed but the staff made the inside chapel so nice and comfortable for all our guest that i forgot about the rain. From the first time we spoke with Dominic to the end of our wedding day we were treated with respect, understanding and professionalism that every bride should have. We wanted it outside in the garden but on our day it rained so i was disappointed but the staff made the inside chapel so nice and comfortable for all our guest that i forgot about the rain. I am so grateful and so happy as to how well the Bethwood has been to me, my husband, and to my daughters in holding such a beautiful wedding. Our manager, Jason B, was professional, kind, attentive, and just wonderful and breaking down the details. I want to hold any and all kind of ceremonies at this establishment in the future. \r Our maître D, Andy, was outstanding! Andy was all smiles and organization and he made sure that I was happy at all times. My youngest daughter was my little flower girl and she was starting to get tired and cranky so Andy open up the bridal suite room for her so she can rest on the couch and always checked on her to make she was comfortable. My husband, Carl and I received so many compliments about how delicious the food was and I told them go to the Sunday Brunch because you can never get enough. If you live in the North Jersey area than please consider the Bethwood because the treat you like family from the beginning to the end.They have an outdoor gardens, an indoor chapel with glass walls to bring the outdoors in. Beautiful rooms that can accommodate whatever size and budget. You will not be disappointed!

My husband and I had our wedding at the Bethwood last month and I have to say they are amazing there! Jason helped us make sure every detail was set the way we wanted it and on the night of he was so accommodating to all of my needs. A few times he saw my drink was empty and brought me over a new one. He was amazing! They are so organized and kept everything on schedule (like cake cutting, bouquet toss, etc). Also, the place was set up beautifully. It is a great value. You get the wedding cake and an ice sculpture all included in the great price. It is truly an amazing wedding venue. Then rooms are set up so nicely and the outside garden is a great place for wedding photos. I highly recommend the Bethwood to everyone!

First: Jason B., our guide throughout this entire process, is probably my favorite human being on the planet (after my new husband, of course). He was so helpful throughout every step. He made a lot of the planning easy & fun. We felt like he went above & beyond to accommodate every detail we requested. Pretty much everything we asked about was met with \"not a problem\" or \"I'll figure it out.\" And very importantly, he responded to calls & emails within 1-2 days, if not hours. At our wedding we didn't have to worry about remembering anything, he guided us & the bridal party every step of the way. And at the reception he even took us over to the buffet & put food on the plates for us!\r\rThe food was amazing. They accommodated so many food requests to allow us to have a half vegetarian wedding.\r\rThe staff set up all the tables for us & we had a lot of stuff! After the wedding was over they packed up all our stuff! And let us pick up every thing I'm the morning.\r\rWe truly didn't have to worry about anything at our wedding. And it was really affordable as well! Everyone had a great time.\r\rMy only negative review would be that the cake didn't hold up very well and some flowers were falling off by cutting time.\r\rAll of the wait staff was very friendly & helpful.\r\rWe loved every minute of working with and celebrating at the bethwood!!!\r

My husband and i cannot say enough good things about the Bethwood. We recently had our wedding there and we are more than convinced that we made the right decision when we signed that contract. Even though we walked into the Bethwood without an appointment, the one lady at the office was able to get us to talk to a very kind man named Steve Goodman. Steve was extremely nice, he showed us the facilities, he gave us different options and explained pricing in detail (not to mention that he was very funny) . Other people worth mentioning due to their kindness and professionalism are Jason and Carlos who were there to make our ceremony and reception truly unforgettable. I also like to mention that the pricing was very reasonable considering everything that it included (cake, food, beverages, ice sculpture, chair bows, free night at a local hotel and much more). In conclusion, we fell in love with the Bethwood not only because of the extremely kind staff, beautiful facilities and the reasonable pricing but also because they truly made us feel like king and queen for a night. My husband and i absolutely made the best decision by booking our wedding at the Bethwood.

People are constantly messaging me and telling me that it was one of the best weddings they've been to in years if not the best one in their lives. The Bethwood's experience as an event venue makes them a very valuable resource and partner when planning an event. I had my wedding at the Bethwood and it was the most amazing and perfect experience. Everything was top notch. Jason Baldanza was a major contributor to the success of my wedding - I would not have changed a thing. I bombarded Jason with emails and calls and he answered every single question I had, gave me great advice and brought up important aspects I hadn't thought of and would have completely overlooked. Everything about the Bethwood is amazing and wonderful - each room is elegant, tastefully decorated and extremely well maintained - they only additional decoration I brought were my centerpieces, which was not only convenient but also economical; the rooms vary in size making the Bethwood perfect for ANY size and type of event; they have an abundance of private suites, each in a different style to accommodate anyone's and everyone's style preference; the staff are extremely helpful, responsive and friendly - the Bethwood really has cultivated an outstanding group of people - throughout my wedding they attended to every guest with such extreme promptness I received at least 10 comments on how great they were throughout the night; the food is DELICIOUS - any doubts or questions can be easily answered/resolved by attending one of their Sunday brunches that will blow you away. My sister-in-law had her wedding at the Bethwood and it was just as perfect - so their excellent is not a fluke but the standard. I have and will always recommend the Bethwood to anyone looking to host an event at a venue that does EVERYTHING well and exceeds even the highest expectations!

Although my husband and I missed most of the wedding, which is to be expected, all of our guests had a great time. The ceremony took place in the gardens which was beautiful. The food for cocktail hour and reception was good and the space and the way they set it up was just how I wanted it. The only downside was that I requested a specific liquor a week before because I had open bar and knew most of my guests drank that and was told by the maître d that it would be ordered and taken care of. Turns out for 140 guests there were 2 bottles and the bar ran out after 2 hrs. So the guests were pretty bummed out about it. Also instead of place cards I gave a seating chart in which the maître d was suppose to seat the guests yet I was told by numerous guests including my mother and father that the staff nor maître d knew where anyone was suppose to sit so I was disappointed in that because the seating chart in alphabetical order which they requested took me so long to do yet it wasn't followed so it was almost like a waste of time. Other then those 2 things. My husband and I were happy with everything and even happier that the wedding is finally over. Now on to married life!

We used The Bethwood for both our ceremony and our reception and I am so glad we did. They know what they're doing and they take care of everything. \r\rOur Maitre D was Steve R. He is a great guy to work with and he was always available to work with us. We met with him at least once or twice every month up until our wedding month, when we probably talked with him every other day. He was extremely patient and did everything he could to get what we wanted.\r\rMy bridesmaids and I arrived at The Bethwood at 10AM to get ready. The Bethwood has several rooms available for the wedding party to get ready in. We took one of the rooms on the top floor so there wouldn't be any chance of my husband and me seeing each other before the ceremony (we went very traditional). We had the room to ourselves all day and it was perfect for getting ready. We had plenty of room to get hair and makeup done, get dressed, eat (we brought sandwiches) and drink mimosas. The photographer was also able to get some great images in there because of the stained glass windows.\r\rThe only way I could get my husband to agree to an outdoor wedding was to find a place where we could have a backup plan for an indoor wedding. The Bethwood gave us exactly that - they blocked off both the beautiful outdoor garden and the indoor chapel for us. \r\rOn my wedding day, it rained off and on all day. About 15 minutes before our wedding was suppose to take place, they strongly encouraged me to move indoors. When I saw the rain pick up again, I decided they were absolutely right. I was a little disappointed that we couldn't use the garden (it is really gorgeous), but I couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. \r\rOnce everyone was inside the chapel and our flowers were in place and the music was playing, the chapel was better than perfect. The chapel doesn't look like much when there's no one in there, but once it fills up and the sun comes through the stained glass, it is a wonderful place to get married.\r\rAfter our wedding, the weather cleared up and we moved into the gardens for pictures. We got the best of both worlds with the indoor wedding and the outdoor photos.\r\rAs for the reception, we chose the Madrid room because the room for the cocktail hour actually overlooks the gardens. We figured the guests could watch us take pictures if they wanted. While we didn't get a chance to make it to the cocktail hour (which we actually turned into a cocktail hour and 15), everyone said that there was so much great food that they thought it was the dinner (which was 4 amazing courses still to come).\r\rWhen we were done with photos, we retired to the prep room from earlier in the day. It was so nice because they brought up some of the food from the cocktail hour and had a bottle of champagne waiting for us. My husband and I were able to relax for a few minutes before we joined our guests.\r\rSteve coordinated the rest of the night - he told us how to line up, where to go; he showed us how to cut the cake, when to throw the bouquet and garter. He took care of everything. We would have been lost without him.\r\rSo a few things I want to highlight, in case I didn't say them before - \r\rThe Bethwood is a gorgeous place to get married.\r\rTheir food is absolutely delicious and there is a lot of it.\r\rThe people working at The Bethwood know exactly what they're doing. Our wedding day went smoothly because Steve and his staff are awesome at their jobs.

My cake was beautiful and very delicious. They also made sure I was able to enjoy my favorite kind of vodka (a brand they normally don't carry). My cake was beautiful and very delicious. They also made sure I was able to enjoy my favorite kind of vodka (a brand they normally don't carry). They catered to my every need and exceeded all of my expectations. I am very particular and there isn't one single detail I would have changed. I visited various locations prior to visiting the Bethwood and I must say that I was taken back by Bethwood. The food is amazing. The cake was included in their package and it was beautiful and tasteful. The Staff is very friendly. We got married at their garden and I must say that it was definitely a \"Dream come TRUE\" of how beautiful it all looked.

If you want amazing quality for your wedding budget, this is the place. My husband and I were impressed with their service from the start—our coordinator, Steve Ranieri, was just so professional. We wanted to be married in the outside garden, and were reassured that the indoor “just in case” room would be available in the event of any last-minute weather issues. For the same price that other NYC-area venues wanted for a Sunday brunch with a limited bar, we got a three-course meal, crazy bountiful cocktail hour and full open bar. Steven responded to my random questions so quickly, and the answer was always that the idea (signature cocktails, practice time on the dance floor, etc.) was easily arranged. He, and The Bethwood, made planning the wedding so easy. On the night of, all our guests were impressed. Steve kept everything running like clockwork, which was no easy feat with our large bridal party of 19. All of our other vendors said The Bethwood was easy to work with, in arranging deliveries and setup. The food was delicious (get the Chicken Monterey at brunch—it’s so tasty!), so much so that a large contingent went back the next day for brunch. I’m so glad we discovered this place.
