The Grandview was the best decision we made for our wedding day. Everyone was so helpful every step of the way leading up and even being so accommodating when we kept changing our minds. The day of wouldn't have been so calm and carefree with our our coordinator Abby and our attendant who always made sure our glasses were never empty and every small detail came to fruition. I will recommend this venue to any and everyone. The drinks were fantastic, the ballroom was a literal fairytale and the food was 100/10. Everyone still talks about it and I still dream about some of the food that we had chosen. It may be uncouth to ask for recipes but being as traveled 3000 miles to have my wedding here, I don't think would be wrong lol.

I cannot say enough good things about the Grandview. My husband and I decided to get married at the venue because of the incredible views- but what we did not expect was the incredible amount of service and attention to detail and warmth from the staff at the Grandview. During the planning process, Abby was super helpful and did not hesitate to talk through any questions we had (big or small). It really felt like a one stop shop and made my life 1000% easier.On the wedding day, the day of coordinator and wedding attendant were so kind and made sure all the details of the ceremony and reception were to our liking. More importantly- they made sure we had food to eat before going out to greet our guests (it becomes impossible to eat on your wedding day which I discovered really fast because everyone is pulling you to talk).Speaking of food... our guests could not stop raving about the sheer quantity AND quality of the food!! I truly believe to throw a great party you need 3 things: great food, drinks, and music. We had 3/3 thanks to the Grandview. Would recommend to anyone of my friends getting married to seriously consider choosing the Grandview.

They made us feel so comfortable and confident in every step along the way.On our actual wedding day, our attendant and maitre 'd couldn't have been better. They were so attentive, so organized, knew exactly what they were doing, and made us feel so at ease and able to fully enjoy our day. My husband and I each had multiple people tell us it was the best wedding theyâd ever been to, and everything that was done for us was so meticulously thought out and special. If I had to do it all over again, Iâd undoubtedly still choose the Grandview!

I love everything about The Grandview! They are kind and professional and they make sure every detail is perfect! The food is outstanding and you canât beat the view! We had our wedding in early afternoon in the grand ballroom and it went perfectly. I highly recommend this venue, you will NOT be disappointed!

Oh my god, the venue is wonderful and the staff is perfect. They were so helpful throughout the entire process and when we got to the wedding day they didn't stress about anything. Any change we needed they were there. The entire staff is amazing.

So amazing. Couldnât have asked for a more beautiful location to marry the love of my life! Our guests RAVED about the view, the food, the service, EVERYTHING. They put everything together for us in just 4 WEEKS so we could have the date we wanted. If I could do this day all over again, I wouldnât change a thing except it was chilly in March! Lol. Highly recommend.

From start to finish the Grandview was very professional, warm and responsive. The General Manager and the sales manager worked with me and made accommodations and modifications as was fitting to make my day perfect. Days later my guests were still talking about the attentive staff, the incredible view and the amazing food. As a bride even when things were occurring ( medical emergency for one of my guests) they handled it do discretely no one knew someone was being attended to by the EMT. The value is worth the price. Look no further than the Grandview for your wedding.

I cannot rant and rave enough about The Grandview. To begin, the venue itself is absolutely stunning. The views of the Hudson River are stellar. We had our wedding in the grand ballroom which is so spacious with a huge dance floor! For the staff, if I could give them 20 stars, I would. Abby and Hayley were so sweet throughout the entire process and helped us so much with everything (we can't thank them enough!). My husband is in the restaurant business so service is very important to him -- he was talking about the service here for the past two weeks. Everyone working is so attentive and nice. The food is SO GOOD!!!! Our families and friends can't stop talking about how delicious all of the food was and how it wasn't like normal \"wedding food\". I have been dreaming about my wedding since I was small, have watched hundreds of episodes of different wedding shows and The Grandview was better than anything I could have ever imagined. They made our day picture perfect!

They were wonderful to work with, and the venue is gorgeous. All of our guests raved about the food. My only (2) complaints would be- 1) They put the wrong table numbers on our tables, and while I was able to see this prior to guests arriving and they were able to correct the mistake, unfortunately all of my photographers shots of the reception have someone else's table numbers on the tables, and 2) The bridal attendant was new and in training, and barely assisted throughout the day. Other than that, the venue did a wonderful job.

Staff was organized and extremely friendly/ helpful during the planning process and come day of, staff was professional and exceptional at running the night (extra shout out to wedding attendants Victor & Diamond). The food was delicious and was served hot. Our guests STILL talk about our wedding saying how great the food was and just how much fun they had. We hope one day to be a guest at a wedding held here so we can experience it from the other end, but overall we wish we could do it again. The Grandview was the absolute best choice for our reception hall and we can not thank the staff enough for making our night wonderful. Thank you for a great night!

I donât even know where to begin! My husband and I got married here on 12/10/22 and it was absolutely the most perfect day! Throughout the whole wedding planning process Ashley , Abby and the whole crew were nothing but amazing! They super responsive and gave great suggestions whenever I asked for them(and trust me I asked a lot)! Our guests couldnât believe how beautiful the venue was and how amazing the food was! Many guests even said they thought the cocktail hour was the actual meal because of how over the top it was! The decorations for the holidays were stunning. The team made the events go smoothly and guided us through the entire day! So awesome 10/10 would recommend!

Genuinely a 5 star wedding. Beautiful venue, amazing staff, spectacular food. It was the best day of our lives. All of the guests including the grandparents raved how good the food was and how friendly the staff were. We could not have asked for a better wedding. Just about everyone hung outside to watch the beautiful sunset and then returned to the dance floor for the rest of the night. We had about 170 people turn out for the outdoor wedding and it never felt cramped. There was wedding going on indoor as well and we never even noticed. The Grandview staff is everything that has already been said and more. It was so much fun, we are still reliving that day 6 months later. We hope to return one day as guests to see everything happening from a different perspective. It was just such a beautiful day and experience! Would recommend 1000x

The staff was extremely helpful, attentive, and made all meetings, payment, and overall experience easy and fun. We had the most amazing time at our reception and so did our guests. The food was incredible, our cake and Viennese was show stopping, and the service went above beyond, there truly was not one detail missed. HUGE shout out to Victor who was our MaĂźtre'd, he was so attentive and really went the extra mile for us. The Grandview made my husband and I, as well as all of our guests feel very well taken care of and like royalty. My husband and I want to say thank you all so much and we will absolutely be recommending The Grandview to any of our friends looking for venues.

The staff was extremely helpful, attentive, and made all meetings, payment, and overall experience easy and fun. We had the most amazing time at our reception and so did our guests. The food was incredible, our cake and Viennese was show stopping, and the service went above beyond, there truly was not one detail missed. HUGE shout out to Victor who was our MaĂźtre'd, he was so attentive and really went the extra mile for us. The Grandview made my husband and I, as well as all of our guests feel very well taken care of and like royalty. This venue was everything we hoped it would be and more. We couldnât have asked for a more perfect day. Victor and Jada were so organized day of and kept everything on time to the minute. We didnât do a first look and leading up to the ceremony the staff made sure that my soon to be husband didnât run into me in the hall during pictures. The food was incredible and cocktail hour (though we didnât get to partake) was complimented over and over. One of our friends was convinced there was no sit down dinner due to the amount of food at cocktail hour. The only âissuesâ we had were a constant turnover of who we spoke with throughout the planning process but thatâs no fault to the venue. We also wish we got more finger foods from cocktail hour to try in our suite instead of the clams and spaghetti/pasta station. The second you book this venue be sure to call the bridge authority and lock in your colors for the night of your wedding. That was also amazing.

We couldn't be happier to have had our wedding at The Grandview. The staff, no matter who we worked with, was attentive, friendly, and accommodating. Nothing was overlooked. They helped us with all requests big and small, and even let us meet with the pastry chef to create a custom dessert table. The views at The Grandview are second to none, our guests are still talking about it and the pictures we got there are stunning. I can't say enough good things about The Grandview, and if you want to be married outside, the tent is where you have to be. Best views in the Hudson Valley!

We couldn't be happier to have had our wedding at The Grandview. The staff, no matter who we worked with, was attentive, friendly, and accommodating. Nothing was overlooked. They helped us with all requests big and small, and even let us meet with the pastry chef to create a custom dessert table. The views at The Grandview are second to none, our guests are still talking about it and the pictures we got there are stunning. I can't say enough good things about The Grandview, and if you want to be married outside, the tent is where you have to be. Best views in the Hudson Valley!

We just had our ceremony and reception here in the outdoor tent and it was FANTASTIC! Highly recommend to anyone thinking about booking here. We had some rain so the ceremony was indoors but with the super high ceilings and beautiful chandeliers, it was still spectacular and the space felt totally different once it was time for the reception.Great food, impeccable service, kind staff all around, and lots of attention to detail. Our main point of contact was Abby and we were very happy to work with her! We'd do it all again if we could!

The Grandview was absolutely above and beyond our expectations. My son and daughter in law were over the moon with their wedding reception at the Grandview. Food was amazing, everyone was raving. The staff were tremendously accommodating and so very lovely. The views of the Hudson and the outside seating on a gorgeous summer evening made it even more spectacular. We are so very grateful for the the special day we had and the heartfelt memories that will last for a lifetime.

I cannot say enough great things about the Grandview! They literally think of everything and they run like a well oiled machine! From the first day we went to tour the Grandview I knew this was the place for me! The outside ballroom is absolutely stunning and if you still have COVID concerns the tent is a perfect option as even if was raining the tent could be open to allow constant fresh air and to take in the beautiful views of the Hudson! The food was fantastic and all our guests raved about it! The service was spot on from the Matre'd to the servers to the bar tenders. They thought of everything! When you book at the Grandview you do not need to worry about hiring a day of coordinator as you are in great hands. We had the best more stress free day and we have the Grandview to thank for that!

They made sure we had everything we needed throughout the night. All of our guests and family members had nothing but great things to say about the food, the staff, the bartenders, and the entire wedding itself. It truly was a perfect day, and we were blessed with perfect weather, so we were able to have our ceremony outside. The Grandview was the perfect setting for our wedding. The after party at Shadows was phenomenal too. It was the perfect vibe for our post wedding celebration. The staff there was incredible as well. The shuttle buses made sure every single one of our guests got back to their hotel after the after party ended and nobody had to take an uber. Again, thank you so much for all of your help throughout our wedding process. We couldn't have asked for a better venue or a better wedding!

Words can not describe how amazing our wedding was. From the moment we had our first walkthrough I just knew we were going to get married there. We booked with Margaret in February 2020 and then a month later COVID hit. Margaret was in constant communication with my husband and I throughout the whole year and a half processes leading up to the wedding. I had many meetings with Margaret, some where I was in tears, so worried about if I was even going to have a wedding. Margaret was always there to listen and be supportive and always reassured us that it would all work out! And it truly did! All of the staff was so great the week of the wedding (I had to make numerous trips to the venue dropping things off) and always checking in to see how I was doing. I never worried about how the venue was going to look because I trusted the Grandview wholeheartedly that they would bring my vision to life...and they did just that. The venue was beautiful. Our guest raved about the food, and coming from a big Italian family that means something. Cocktail hour was everyones favorite. Our guest still talk about how much food was served that night. They also speak about the personalized service they received. Our guest shared that the staff knew everyone at the tables names and spoke to everyone by their name, which made it feel so personal. My guest shared how attentive the staff was throughout the whole night. We had the ice cream sundae bar (which was a great hit) and my Grandma did not have to wait on line for ice cream, her waiter got it for her....just so sweet. My husband and I were treated so well that night. My wedding attendant Shady was spectacular. She helped bustle my dress to perfection and was always there with anything we needed. It rained on our wedding and after pictures, our attendants were waiting for my Husband and I with warm towels...they dried us off so we could get back to the party. Such amazing services. At the end of the night the staff packed up all of our decor, card boxes, everything and helped bring it to my parents car. We did not have to worry about anything with our wedding...they were always there for us. I truly am so thankful for everyone who made our wedding so perfect!

The Grandview really knocked it out of the park for us - their staff were always prompt and professional leading up to the big day and made everything seem so effortless - we really did not have to think about anything but ourselves on our wedding day! The food was a hit for us and all of our guests, and having the cake made on-site was a pleasant (and delicious) plus to the whole package. Our guests could not stop raving over the food options, the beautiful treeline across the Hudson River and the flowers onsite. The maitre d' and captain on our day were on point and seamlessly directed the entire wedding - it was a completely stress-free experience. As an additional bonus, the holding company also owns the Poughkeepsie Grand Hotel and makes it incredibly simple to ferry guests to and from the venue as well as giving access to a honeymoon suite for us on our wedding night.We cannot sing our praises loud enough for the Grandview and their staff. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making our wedding so magical and perfect!!

I canât even tell you how many people told my husband and I that we had the best wedding ever!! I also felt the same way. There was nothing about that day that wasnât absolutely perfect. To start we had 8 passed hors dâoeuvers and 4 stations plus meats, cheeses, etc at just cocktail hour. Then you have appetizer, dinner and cake on top of that. I didnât have to worry about one thing the entire event. The staff was on top of everything, my maitre dâ had our back at every turn. The views are unbeatable. I seriously am obsessed with this event space and our wedding. During COVID, they moved our wedding, no fee, no problems. Kept our original price for us. Weâre so sweet about every obstacle or question I had. On top of all of that they are reasonable with pricing to begin with. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this venue and itâs people. We love you Grandview!!!

Our guests are constantly reaching out to us weeks later to tell us how great the food, drinks, service, scenery etc. all were! Planning - Margaret and Taylor are incredible! Every time I had a question they had an answer (and I had a lot of questions!). In the years leading up to our wedding, they instilled nothing but confidence in us that our day would go wonderfully - through COVID and all! Our vendors were even SO excited to be going to back to the Grandview. Food - multiple guests have told us this was the best wedding food, best cocktail hour food, best steak at a wedding, best wedding cake that they have ever had! Service - I was expecting a lot but they totally exceeded our expectations. Vanessa and Crystal really went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly and my husband and I were always taken care of! We really felt like royalty on our wedding day. Many guests have told us that the waitstaff was extremely attentive, refilling drinks so they didn't have to go to the bar and makin sure food allergies were considered when ordering dinner. The value that we received for our wedding I do not believe can be matched by any other venue. It was truly a dream come true.

5 stars is not enough! From my initial interaction in 2019, i knew the Grandview was the place for my wedding. The Venue is absolutely gorgeous. The outdoor ballroom is where i had my wedding and i tear up just thinking of not only having to reschedule due to covid, but the amazing compassion, empathy and all support from Margaret and Taylor. The grandview emailed cdc updates and of coursed answered my hundreds of questions. They were super responsive and gave me a sense of security that not even my mother could give me about my wedding. When they said the wedding would be fabulous regardless this pandemic they were right. I was fortunate that things started to open up as my wedding approached. The staff are just that \"Grand\" Sonia was amazing. She took care of myself and my husband's every need. Always right there near us and making sure we and our parents were ok. We just love her so much. The entire staff at the grandview was amazing and the food well my guests are still talking about it to this day. If could do my wedding all over again i would because it was absolutely perfect. Let's not even talk about the food. Well the food was absolutely delicious. My guests are still talking about the food too. The cake, Kasey captured exactly what we wanted and for a non cake eater like me... i didn't save the top. I ate it the next morning with my family who were calling asking if i had cake left. LOL LOL. This was my second marriage but felt like my first because it was the first time in my life i hosted a life event that was flawless thanks to the Staff at the Grandview. All the staff, from the chefs, cooks, bartenders, cocktail hour staff, busboys/girls, staff that were assigned specifically to our party and most of all Taylor and Margaret, love them. All the staff, from the chefs, cooks, bartenders, cocktail hour staff, busboys/girls, staff that were assigned specifically to our party and most of all Taylor and Margaret, love them. My mom has celiacs disease and they made sure to label everything and cook her meal separately! The view was beautiful and we were able to use the marina down below for pictures! Margaret is one of the directors who really is just a wonderful person, who made this stressful experience much easier by helping coordinate our Christmas themed wedding. Margaret was incredible, welcoming and so professional. We got engaged right before COVID hit, and throughout the entire planning process, Taylor was there for every question I had. We had no idea what to expect when we decided to have our 50 person micro wedding. But it turned out to be even more perfect than what I hoped for. All of our guests raved about the food and the beautiful views. Our maitre- d and bridal assistant Sonia were absolutely incredible the entire night. Wow! We can not be happier with our choice of venue. The Grandview went above and beyond to make our day so perfect. When we first started wedding planning, we had no idea the roller coaster ride we would be in for. Our original date was in May of 2020. Seven weeks before our wedding, the world shut down. We were devastated, but Margaret and the Grandview team were with us every step of the way. They answered every email and call with such care and compassion. Even during such stressful times, they always made us feel at ease. We decided to go through with a micro wedding on 10/10/2020. The entire week leading up to the wedding was a stress I wouldn't wish on any bride. I was terrified the world would shut down again. But the Grandview always eased my concerns, and when the day came, it was beyond beautiful and stress-free. Our attendant, Sonia, came to great myself and my bridesmaids and was nothing but amazing. Bringing us champagne and snacks and helping with pictures. My husband and I didn't have to worry about anything! Everything was simply beautiful. Our maitreâd, Debbie, was so amazing the whole night. Both making sure my husband and I took a minute to eat or had a drink. Our guests continue to rave about the food and how amazing it was, and how gorgeous the venue was.In the times of COVID, the Grandview went above and beyond to make sure everyone was safe. The Grandview = Grand Perfection. Our magical day was brought to life at The Grandview. The Grandviewâs selling feature is literally the grand view of the Hudson River and exceptional hospitality. We have had a pleasant experience with all the staff starting with the tour to the final good-bye of the wedding night. We consulted predominantly with Melissa from sales. She was highly attentive, answered all of our questions, and reviewed every element in detail at our final meeting. The wait staff is incredible. Everyone is so kind and works hard to make sure all the guests are having a great time and well fed. And the food, my goodness, the food! Two key factors for us to choose our venue were 1) a lovely view, and 2) a knockout cocktail hour. If these are important to you, then look no further than The Grandview. Do take advantage of The Grandviewâs awesome tastings. It really helps to solidify the choices, there are so many great ones! We highly recommend Debbie as the MaĂźtre D and Sonia as Head Server â both took exceptional care of us and made sure the night went off without a hitch. During the uncertain, stressful and ever-changing status of the coronavirus, we were always treated with kindness, respect and flexibility. We had to postpone our wedding to a later date and make a lot of adjustments throughout the months leading up to our wedding due to the virus, and each step of the way, Margaret Brower and her staff accommodated our every request, patiently and helpfully answered all of our (many) questions and ultimately made our wedding day about us. We were not pressured to make any decisions about our wedding that were not in our best interest or within our plan, and I know that is not the case with all wedding venues during this difficult time.Our wedding was absolutely beautiful. The food was fantastic, the atmosphere and view is breathtaking (they don't call it the \"Grandview\" for nothing!) and the attention to detail was unmatched--every small favor or request that my family and I asked for was fulfilled and was handled exactly right. The staff worked tirelessly to host an event that was fun, safe and in accordance with all state and federal guidelines relating to the virus. Despite the climate and the status of things, at no point of the day did I feel like I was sacrificing anything by holding my wedding during a worldwide pandemic, and I have the Grandview to thank for that. The attention to detail, quality of service and friendly staff went above and beyond anything that I could have ever imagined. My husband and I both agreed when planning our wedding that finding a venue that had great food was at the top of our importance list. We had attended one too many weddings with terrible food and did not want that to be our experience. We found ourselves asking, how do we find a venue that understands cooking for hundreds of people rather than showcasing a tasting for two. The answer came with selecting the Grandview! As we talked food, we quickly realized that the Grandview Team (especially Melissa) understood what it meant to be someone who loves food. When it came to food, I do not know any other venue that allows you to select 12+ options for cocktail hour in addition to a sit down multi-course dinner! The best part, they conduct their tasting events as if you are attending a mock wedding! Any doubts we had about venues mastering cooking for large numbers vanished immediately! Even reflecting on our experience, I still find the volume of selection to be overwhelming (in a positive way- trust me!!). To this day (almost 3 months after our wedding) we still have people talking about the food! Our dream of having a wedding with the best food became a reality!The Grandview Team really are masters of all things weddings and not just the food (although for us the food was the priority). Melissa was able to answer all of my questions throughout our year long planning process. I never once felt as if I had a silly question or was unaware of any details. Melissa and Brent made me laugh more times than I can count and helped me bring my wedding day vision to life. I always wanted to have my wedding at The Grandview and from our first meeting I knew this was where we were getting married. Melissa was so helpful in making sure everything was perfect leading up to the big day! Debbie and Sonia were amazing and made sure that our wedding day was perfect. The Grandview exceeded all expectations and everything was perfect! I didnât have to worry about anything. All details were taken care of. Throughout the cocktail hour and reception Debbie and Sonia made sure we were fed and always had a drink in hand! They also packed up extra snacks for us at the end of the night! This was the most important day of my life and everything was amazing!!! So many of my guests were raving about the venue the food and the view. Some of them may not have eaten for a few days after but they sure did have an amazing time! I always wanted to have my wedding at The Grandview and from our first meeting I knew this was where we were getting married. Melissa was so helpful in making sure everything was perfect leading up to the big day! Debbie and Sonia were amazing and made sure that our wedding day was perfect. The Grandview exceeded all expectations and everything was perfect! I didnât have to worry about anything. All details were taken care of. Throughout the cocktail hour and reception Debbie and Sonia made sure we were fed and always had a drink in hand! They also packed up extra snacks for us at the end of the night! This was the most important day of my life and everything was amazing!!! So many of my guests were raving about the venue the food and the view. Some of them may not have eaten for a few days after but they sure did have an amazing time! Thank you to everyone at The Grandview for making this the easiest, stress free and most wonderful wedding for us!!!

There are no words to describe how perfect our wedding was and it was all thanks to everyone at the Grandview. Melissa was so helpful right from the beginning and answered what felt like my 1,000 questions with such knowledge and grace. The wedding itself could not have been more perfect. Victor and the rest of the staff were amazing! Before the wedding my brother stepped on my dress and got a big dirt stain on it (what are little brothers for?). Wedding guests would have never known because within minutes Chady had it cleaned up and looking perfect again. The food, the cake, the service, the view đ it was all to die for. We could not have imagined a more perfect day!

I know my wedding planning went as smooth as it did because I had Margaret and Melissa in my corner. Angel and Sonja were magicians the day of our wedding, making sure my husband, myself and our bridal party were taken care of all night long, always making sure we had a drink in our hand and food on our plates. We had the best day of our lives! The Grandview has our hearts forever. Dan and I got married on Friday Aug 30th, and had our Chinese Tea Ceremony on their outside patio & our Reception in the Grand Ballroom. It was picturesque and could not have been more perfect. The Grandview went out of their way to make sure we had EVERYTHING we needed. From greeting our guests with such hospitality on arrival, to making sure all of our needs were met through the end of our stay. Victor and Shady were on top of their game. They had water & juices ready for my bridal party as we took pictures in the marina with the beaming hot sun. My bustle broke, and the attendants fixed it immediately, so I can continue to dance with my guests all night. Everyone made us feel so loved and so special on our day. Most importantly, THE FOOD! Cocktail hour was incredible! Our guests were so IMPRESSED by the presentation, taste, & efficiency of the whole day. The amenities at the Grandview are truly worth every penny. To top it all off, I cannot say enough about our wedding coordinators Melissa & Margaret. They were such a dream to work with during my months of planning. From the moment we met Melissa, we knew we were in good hands. She is so professional, detail-oriented and executes any brides vision plus some. If you are looking for a venue with not only an incredible waterfront view but also a phenomenal team to give you the wedding of your dreams look no further than the Grandview. My husband and I recently were married here in October and the day couldnât have been more perfect. From the moment we initially met with Margaret up to the day we knew this was were we wanted to get married. She made us feel at ease and answered all of our questions and always made sure she could help us in any way. Our maitreâd Victor and bridal attendant Sonya were the team of the night. They were by our side the whole night and made sure everything went smoothly. At the end of the night not only did they pack up and load all of our belongings into our car but they even packed up all of the food we didnât have a chance to get to during cocktail hour. I have a gluten allergy and the staff accommodated that beautifully without any issues from the appetizers down to the cake. We highly recommend the Grandview to host your wedding, thank you again for giving us the wedding of our dreams!!!

I can't even begin to express how GREAT of an experience I had with The Grandview, especially Melissa. From start to finish, she was ON POINT. We went for our tasting in April and ended up finding our florist (Flowers by Angel) and made a SPECIAL request to have one of the waitstaff (Janine), that we met that night at our actual wedding. Our wedding was in the tent and it was absolutely STUNNING. We have received so many compliments about the venue, it truly is a MAGICAL space. Cocktail hour was PHENOMENAL - we had one of the Italian stations, Mexican...BBQ.. and everything was so TASTY. Our family can't stop talking about how great our daughter's wedding day at the Grandview Outdoor Ballroom was. We have received so many compliments from the new in-laws and guests, too. They loved the beautiful setting, and said that the food and service blew them away. The day was all that we had hoped it would be from start to finish. My daughter and I were impressed with the responsiveness and graciousness of Melissa leading up to the wedding day. She answers every question in a timely manner and is always there to help in any way she can. My daughter and I met with her a few days before the wedding to drop off the decorations and go over the details. I walked away from that meeting telling my daughter, \"Melissa is so organized, and took so many notes. I have a weight off my shoulders. It will be great.\" Actually, let me back up - each vendor that we contracted with was happy that we were having the wedding at the Grandview, who they said was organized, efficient and great to work with. I thought that was very telling, as well.On the wedding day, from the very first minute of our arrival at the bridal suite, all through the day, right up until Grandview staff packed up our trunk with the gifts and decorations (such a nice touch at the end of a long day), we felt taken care of every moment. They were organized, efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable (right down to knowing, fortunately, how to do a bustle!). It was wonderful to turn over the timeline, the decorating and all the details to your staff, and not worry about a thing all day. And the coordination with the DJ and photographer went off without a hitch. We just can't say enough good things about the Grandview and the staff there.My husband and I had told our daughter that something always go wrong at a wedding, so just expect it and roll with it. Usually it's something that the guests won't notice one way or the other, anyway. Words cannot express how amazing our wedding was at the Grandview last weekend. The staff members at the Grandview are absolutely wonderful to work with and very professional. Between Margaret, Melissa, and Ryan, they had everything ready to go for us prior to our wedding day and I honestly do not think the day could have been any better. Our captain, matrie 'd, and personal attendant also did an amazing job throughout the day, taking care of us, as well as our guests. Every guest I have spoken to post wedding has complimented on how beautiful the venue was, how much food was served, and how delicious everything tasted. We had a number of guests with food allergies and the Grandview made sure that all of our guests were taken care of and had foods they could safely eat. Words cannot express how amazing our wedding was at the Grandview last weekend. The staff members at the Grandview are absolutely wonderful to work with and very professional. Between Margaret, Melissa, and Ryan, they had everything ready to go for us prior to our wedding day and I honestly do not think the day could have been any better. Our captain, matrie 'd, and personal attendant also did an amazing job throughout the day, taking care of us, as well as our guests. Every guest I have spoken to post wedding has complimented on how beautiful the venue was, how much food was served, and how delicious everything tasted. We had a number of guests with food allergies and the Grandview made sure that all of our guests were taken care of and had foods they could safely eat. We could not be happier with how our wedding day turned out and truly had the \"best day ever\" experience. I highly recommend the Grandview. Between the incredible views, beautiful ballrooms, incredible food, and amazing staff, they are also affordable with everything they include in their packages. There arenât enough words to describe how amazing our wedding was at The Grandview!!! My husband and I got married on August 23, 2019 in the ballroom and everything was perfect from start to finish. When we first visited The Grandview during our reception search, we knew it was our place. And we canât forget about the tasting event! You feel like youâre at a wedding itself! Throughout the planning process, the staff were so helpful and ready to answer any question. Ryan was incredible! He helped us with so much from decoration placement, tables, and day of logistics - thank you, Ryan! And the wedding day itself was just amazing. Service service service. This is what The Grandview is known for, not one detail was forgotten. Not only were my husband and I cared for the ENTIRE night, but so was every single table. There was never a line at the bar because each table has a server! Our Maitre d, Debbie and head server, Chady, went above and beyond, we canât say enough good things about them. Cocktail hour and dinner were beyond delicious. Our guests are still raving about how amazing the food was and really the best wedding food they have ever had! Then of course you have the views of the Hudson and bridge which are breathtaking. Guests called us after the wedding saying how wonderful The Grandview was and the best wedding they have been too. At the end of the night, Debbie and Chady packed up all of the leftover cocktail hour food that they set aside for my husband and I in the bridal suite to take home! And packed up all of our decorations and offered to drive them to the hotel - just amazing!Thank you to The Grandview and their amazing staff for making our wedding the best night of our lives. We wish we could do it all over again!!!

On the day of the wedding our Maitre de Angel and our wedding attendant Vanessa were great. All of our guests raved about the amazing view and the quantity and quality of the food, especially at the cocktail hour. We added a welcome table with fruit and champagne before the ceremony which was a great addition and Italian cookie trays at each table for dessert. Even with these additions the cost was still WAY less than the first venue we were going to book. Everyone kept telling me to expect something to go wrong at my wedding. I am still amazed that it went completely smooth, thanks to the Grandview! We highly recommend using the Grandview!

WOW! The Grandview is above and beyond. Initially I loved this venue for the amazing view and the great flow from ceremony to reception. We didnât fully realize what an excellent decision we had made until we started planning. Melissa was so helpful in coordinating our day and answered all of my endless questions! She made us feel so comfortable and confident in every detail. We were pleasantly surprised with the menu selections, the food is incredible and there are plenty of options for various diets and needs (some of the best vegan food I have ever had !). We loved that the cake was from the on-site bakery, so convenient and our cake was BEAUTIFUL! The private suite is awesome and comfortably fit our large wedding party while guests were arriving before the ceremony. What really stole the show was the staff the day of our wedding. I cannot say enough. What a team!! My husband and I were truly blown away. Shady and Victor, you two are rockstars. Always 10 steps ahead of us and on top of everything, made us feel like royalty. The whole staff was so excited for us and happy to be there as if they were guests. Professional, accommodating, caring and sincere. We whole heartedly recommend the Grandview!

Our experience with The Grandview was amazing and flawless from start to finish. I knew the second that we saw the venue that it was the location for us. It sits right on the Hudson River so the view is stunning. In the early stages of planning, Melissa Baez made the process a breeze. She was easy to talk to and informative. She was someone we were easily able to get into contact with throughout the entire planning process and helped us with everything from menu picking to napkin colors up until the big day. One of the most amazing things about The Grandview is how much is included in your wedding package. The amount of food that in included in the cocktail hour alone makes the entire package worth it. We get compliments all the time from guests about how it was the best cocktail hour they have ever been to. When it came time for our big day everything was taken care of, and I mean everything! I did not have to think about a thing the entire day other than just enjoying myself. Throughout we had a maitre âd and wedding attendant that literally do everything for you (shoutout to Victor & Sonja!). Sonja, my wedding attendant, literally went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and more. There was one point in the day that I forgot my bouquet for pictures and I turned around and there was Sonja with the bouquet in her hands. They are just that good at their jobs! We cannot thank The Grandview enough for our perfect day and cannot recommend them enough. Everything about our day was perfect from the spectacular views, amazing staff, fabulous food, beautiful cake (which was also included in the package), and just everything!

The absolute best.The Grandview and staff made my wife and I's day the best day of our new journey together. EVERYTHING was perfect. Our guests are still raving about the cocktail hour (which is huge), drinks (3 bartenders on staff for 150 people), the dinner (filet, gnocchi, and chicken all got high reviews), and the entire Grandview location in general. The Grandview was so accomodating for various diets including Vegetarian, Vegan and Gluten Free. They labeled Gluten Free at stations so guests knew what they could and couldn't have. They even made some things that weren't originally gluten free, gluten free such as the quesadilla. The staff was flawless in their transitions and we truly can't thank the Grandview enough.

We would choose The Grandview a million times over again! Really, can we re-live this day at this amazing place? From the start, the entire staff was SO accommodating and helpful. Planning a wedding from out of state in a city where I did not know anyone could have been a nightmare if it wasnât for Melissa and the entire Grandview staff. The bridal suite is just what we needed to cool off and decompress after our ceremony, touch up a little, and enjoy the appetizers in privacy. The entire staff could not have been more helpful day of. We never went without a beverage in our hand or food to eat. On the topic of food.. AMAZING!!!! We received so many complements from our guests about how tasty everything was. I was never worried about a thing, it was a peace of mind knowing all my details would be taken care of and set up perfectly. The cocktail hour was BEAUTIFUL. We booked The Grandview for our wedding in June not knowing much about it, but solely going off of the reviews and pictures. It was the most incredible place with the most incredible staff. Working with Melissa was an amazing experience because she always checked in with us, and kept us on track to have the most perfect day. Every time we saw her she radiated positivity and made us feel like we belonged at The Grandview. The food was unbelievable. We chose to add an ice cream bar for dessert, and there was no skimping. Our guests were receiving goblets of ice cream, and I looked around and could see the joy on their faces. Drinks were plentiful!! We had our wedding in the outdoor tent, and although it was a very warm June day, the fans, cooling vents, and open sides made the temperature perfect. People were having a blast up and dancing the whole time. Sonia was my bridal attendant and I have never met a more wonderful soul. She was so caring and attentive to everything I could have possibly needed or wanted, and was overall so sweet and kind. If you're even thinking of booking with The Grandview, you have to do it!! I would relive my wedding day and over and over again largely in part due to the amazing staff here.

We had our wedding at the Grandview last month and it was nothing short of spectacular. From the entire ~14-month timeframe from booking a date to the wedding day, the staff was always prompt in answering any of our questions, managing our payments schedule, and coordinating the day of for a smooth event.We primarily worked with Ryan and Margaret as our planning coordinators during this time, and Debbie was our main event coordinator on our wedding day. All of them and their additional staff made our wedding perfect.Our guests raved about the food â both quality and quantity! Itâs a total package deal, which I was initially hesitant about BUT once we went to one of the tasting events, I was sold. The price per head includes the venue, furniture, linens, dinnerware/glassware, top-shelf bar, a very generous cocktail hour hors dâoeuvres spread, and a 4-entrĂ©e option dinner (chicken, beef, seafood, vegetarian). It was accommodating for everyone and delicious! The taco and BBQ cocktail hour stands were the biggest hits among our guests and ourselves. Debbie and team also made sure to make full plates of cocktail hour food and brought them back to our suite, so we were reminded to eat between greeting our guests. SO needed! The Grandviewâs packaging setup helped us seamlessly coordinate everything we wanted in our wedding without having to deal with multiple outside vendors (I was anxious about having different people for linens, plates/cups/utensils, beverages, food, dessert â a lot of room for day-of error and planning headaches). It ended up raining on our wedding day, and we had chosen the outdoor ballroom tent. The rain crushed my hopes of having the ceremony under the pergola, but the Grandview staff acted quickly and rearranged the entire ceremony to be inside the reception area â it looked beautiful with the chandeliers and the soft rainy mist outside, and no one was the wiser that this was the rainy-day plan. I recommend the Grandview to host any sort of special event!

Our wedding day and everything leading up to it was absolutely perfect thanks to the wonderful team of people at the Grandview! Our wedding was on 7/5/19 in the indoor ballroom. For over a year leading up to our big day, Margaret was always there to answer any and all questions we had, no matter how big or small they may have been. During all of our visits to the Grandview (initial, tasting, final, and even a few unscheduled visits to see the set up, garden in warm weather, etc.), we were always greeted warmly and openly. On our wedding morning, I expected to feel nervous and antsy about how the day would go, but when the day came I felt unusually calm. I realized that morning that all of my planning was done and it was time to leave things to the professionals....and I could not be happier that I did! Our day was perfect and we were truly able to enjoy every minute of it. Everyone at the Grandview worked together seamlessly and it was beautiful to see all of our planning come together. We didn't have to worry about anything that day. The Grandview set up all of our decorations, transitioned seamlessly from each part of the day, and made sure we ate and always had a drink when we needed or wanted one. During the ceremony, everything ran smoothly even without any prior rehearsal. The team at the Grandview really knows how to do weddings. I can't get over how seamless everything was! During cocktail our, we opted to take photos while the Grandview team stocked our suite with all of the food that was at our cocktail hour. After we were done with photos, we snuck away to the suite for the end of cocktail hour. This was one of my favorite parts of the evening. I would definitely recommend this to any couple not doing a fist look that really want to enjoy the food! During our reception, our maitre'd and bridal attendant were always there to communicate with us and get us anything we needed. They always made sure we had a drink nearby. All of the food was amazing (which we already knew from our awesome tasting!) and the service was incredible. Our guests still can't stop raving about it! We could not be happier with our wedding day. It was truly the perfect day thanks to the team at the Grandview!!

Our wedding day and everything leading up to it was absolutely perfect thanks to the wonderful team of people at the Grandview! Our wedding was on 7/5/19 in the indoor ballroom. For over a year leading up to our big day, Margaret was always there to answer any and all questions we had, no matter how big or small they may have been. During all of our visits to the Grandview (initial, tasting, final, and even a few unscheduled visits to see the set up, garden in warm weather, etc.), we were always greeted warmly and openly. On our wedding morning, I expected to feel nervous and antsy about how the day would go, but when the day came I felt unusually calm. I realized that morning that all of my planning was done and it was time to leave things to the professionals....and I could not be happier that I did! Our day was perfect and we were truly able to enjoy every minute of it. Everyone at the Grandview worked together seamlessly and it was beautiful to see all of our planning come together. We didn't have to worry about anything that day. The Grandview set up all of our decorations, transitioned seamlessly from each part of the day, and made sure we ate and always had a drink when we needed or wanted one. During the ceremony, everything ran smoothly even without any prior rehearsal. The team at the Grandview really knows how to do weddings. I can't get over how seamless everything was! During cocktail our, we opted to take photos while the Grandview team stocked our suite with all of the food that was at our cocktail hour. After we were done with photos, we snuck away to the suite for the end of cocktail hour. This was one of my favorite parts of the evening. The staff the day of our wedding went above and beyond making sure everything ran smoothly. The venue is beautiful and we loved taking our photos by the water. There are no words to describe how amazing our wedding day was. EVERYTHING was perfect. From the venue, to the food, the staff, the entire day was out of movie. After researching a few venues, I came across The Grandview and immediately knew I wanted to get married in their outdoor ballroom. It was love at first sight when we visited. Through out the entire process the entire staff was so nice and accommodating. I read so many reviews and everyone had great things to say, but it wasn't until my own wedding day that I was truly able to relate to these reviews. Our wedding attendants went ABOVE AND BEYOND for us. Our glasses were always full, my dress was always intact, food was saved and kept for us to enjoy while taking pictures; Somehow they did everything for us all day but I never felt like they were in my way, they were like little secret wedding ninjas. The food! THE FOOD!! I come from a very big Italian family, so food was of the utmost importance to us. The Grandview did not disappoint. We still have people raving about not only the quantity, but the quality of food. It was delicious, everything was so good. The views of the Hudson are unmatched, it almost looks fake! I couldn't imagine getting married anywhere else but here. Our guests had the best time and were in complete awe of what an amazing wedding we hosted. My husband and I had the best day of our life and we owe it all to them!! We keep joking to our friends that someone needs to get married there so we can enjoy the day all over again, but as a guest!!! :) Thank you to everyone at The Grandview. Right away they set everything up in the grandball room, the ceremony was beautiful, the cocktail hour was filled with delicious foods and drinks, our guests could not believe there was still a dinner to come. Our cake was beautiful. Our matre D and our attendant were absolutely wonderful. Our guests had such an awesome time at our wedding. Our DJs through MSV, Richie and Nick were fantastic as well. The dance floor was filled all night long, the mirror photobooth was a big hit, and we even had a spot for cornhole set up as well. What an awesome time! My husband and I will hold these memories in our hearts. We are so happy we went with this venue. Every detail was taken care of. Thank you to the Grand View. Definitely a great choice and worth the amount spent.

I have nothing but good things to say about The Grandview and it is difficult to know how to start this review. I had been to the Grandview several times before for another wedding and for corporate events so I know they did a great job but planning my own wedding with them showed me how much they truly go above and beyond for their guests. My husband and I got married in May and everything about this venue was perfect from the moment we booked it to the end of our reception. Communicating with the event planners during the wedding planning process was seamless. Everyone we spoke with was helpful and professional; special shout out to Margaret! We chose to have our wedding in the tent outside which was perfect for a spring wedding. It was beautifully decorated and the views of the Hudson River and mountains are breathtaking. When we arrived at the venue after the church ceremony we went into the private bridal room which had a private bathroom for the bridal party and food from cocktail hour for us to snack on. All of our flowers and decorations were beautifully arranged in the reception area. and THE FOOD. Everyone raved about it from cocktail hour to dessert. As the bride they went out of their way to prepare me duck for dinner despite that not being an option on our menu (and it was delicious!!). We had a funfetti cake made which was the best cake I think I've ever eaten in my life (we are still eating it out of our freezer to this day). The staff was courteous, professional, and made sure everything went off without a hitch. Thank you to the Grandview for making our wedding day absolutely perfect.

Every single guest LOVED their food & was in complete awe of the views! Not to mention the service! Melissa was our wedding coordinator & from day 1 she was professional, super accommodating, friendly, and always responded to emails quickly. Throughout the wedding planning process, it seemed like the Grandview staff was more like my friend than my wedding venue. They really take pride in forming relationships with their clients & take the time to get to know their couples on a personal level. The day of our wedding we had Victor as our maitreâd, and he was top notch! He did a great job at walking us though the day, always made sure my husband & I had a drink or something to eat, and that we were comfortable with every aspect of their set up. He treated my husband & I like royalty! The Grandview went above and beyond to exceed my expectations! I could not imagine having my wedding anywhere else, and I HIGHLY recommend The Grandview to anyone looking to plan a wedding! You will be blown away!

Where to start? We are beyond happy with The Grandview. Our wedding was so much fun, and the process incredibly easy thanks to the talented, and attentive staff. From the beginning, Margaret and Melissa were accommodating, patient, and walked us and our families through the whole thing. Our Maitre d (Debbie) and wedding attendant (Shady) were incredible ( I wish we have taken them home!). The baker Casey outdid herself with the many gluten free variations we requested. The chocolate cake was perfectly moist, sweet, and no one could tell it was GF. I'm having a piece as I type this and it is still delicious. If you're looking around for venues, we highly recommend The Grandview. They have many years of experience and will work with you to make your day as special as you imagined and beyond. Not to mention, the VIEW is to die for. By the way, we had a day wedding, and were a little nervous about the energy not being that of an evening event, but it did not matter one bit! People were dancing, drinking, and enjoying. The best decision we made during our planning process was booking the Grandview as our wedding venue. From the moment we walked in the door, Margaret took care of us and made us feel like the entire planning process would be a breeze, which it really was!. Everyone at the Grandview was friendly and consistently professional - they are proâs and know what theyâre doing down to a science. As we considered other venues, we kept coming back to the Grandview because we both felt like we would be taken care of best there, the planning process would be easiest, and our guests would be happiest. You also get a TON value for your investment at the Grandview - so much was included and we never felt like there was pressure to add on additional things (even though we did), which is a testament to Margaret and what a great job she does at meeting you where you are and helping you to plan the most meaningful day of your life. Weeks after our wedding, people are still commenting on how beautiful the venue was, how amazing and DELICIOUS our cocktail hour was (and how much awesome food there was in general), and what a great party we threw. Huge thank you to Angel and Shady, who took such amazing care of us and ensured everything went completely smoothly throughout the night. The Grandview is absolutely amazing. They are the most helpful people and guide you ever step of the way. The whole staff there is wonderful. Itâs is a beautiful venue (both indoor and outdoor ballrooms) and the ceremony space is gorgeous. I would recommend using them for any event but especially a wedding!

Where do I even begin? The Grandview was absolutely amazing from the very beginning when we toured the venue up until the very end. The Grandview made our wedding day so special. Despite the rain it was still everything we had hoped for and more! It was the best day ever! The Grandview made it all happen. First, we had the pleasure to have Margaret as our coordinator and she helped us plan every last detail so flawlessly. I truly enjoyed telling her all of our wedding planning highlights and freak outs lol. Second, Sonia our Bridal attendant was the absolute best! I like to call her a ninja as she kept appearing out of no where with margaritas, water, and even found my flip flops. She made me feel at ease and that is something Iâll truly never forget. Last, Angel our Maitre D' what else can I say but OUTSTANDING. He is the absolute best and Iâm not just saying that because he provided us with the most beautiful flowers. He was with us EVERY step of the way and made the night run smoothly. From my pre walking down the aisle nerves, to finding my bouquet to toss, to finding my marriage certificate he was an actual ANGEL. The food and service was so outstanding our guests are still talking about it two weeks later. We had so much fun we almost wish we were a guest at our own wedding lol.

We just had our wedding April 6th and our guests could not stop raving about their wonderful experience at The Grandview. From the very first visit and tour with Melissa, Hector and I knew it was the best choice for us to host our special day. Absolutely everyone on staff is polite, knowledgeable, professional, well organized and ready to help you. Choosing The Grandview honestly felt like having an extension of my bridal party. They answered any and all of our many questions, gave suggestions but were focused on the fact that in the end it was about us and the things that we wanted and on the day of executed flawlessly! I have to give some major recognition to Sonia on their staff as well who was with me the day of the wedding and assisted with so much. She is amazing at her job and a major asset to the Grandview. Planning a wedding is hard but The Grandview and their staff make it so easy...I had a stress and worry free experience from the start and I highly recommend them not just for weddings but for any event you are thinking about having!

All I can say is absolutely wonderful!! From the wait staff to the sales team to the bar staff, the service was incredible!! Sonja, who assisted me throughout the night was absolutely fantastic, she really became an integral part of the day and made it much smoother than it would have been without her. The entire staff did a beautiful job with the decor that was brought in. The food was absolutely delicious. I just canât say enough good things about the job they did. They made our wedding dreams come true!!
