The Greenery at McKenzie’s Farm is a venue unlike any other. Inspired by spaces like Magnolia and Napa, The Greenery is a blank canvas that can suit any event and vision. Situated 90 minutes north of Boston, 35 minutes north of iconic Portsmouth NH and an hour west of Portland, ME. The Greenery is a labor of love and research into what our favorite wedding planners, stylists, and photographers want and need in venues. A barn, we are not. There is little that is rustic about The Greenery. The exterior has a very Joanna Gaines inspired look with board and batten off white siding, black framed windows and a dark gray metal roof. The interior is the epitome of a blank space, with off white walls and ceilings. The Greenery is the perfect place to create the ultimate wedding.

My husband and I stumbled on the Greenery‘s Instagram one Saturday morning as they were getting up to take our dogs for a walk. We had just come to the conclusion that we were no longer able to have our dream destination wedding in Greece and we’re just going to settle for a backyard wedding as we didn’t think that they would be any venues available just 6 months out. I think I will started to cry when I saw the venue because I knew that it was the perfect value for us and exactly what I have always envisioned my wedding day being like. By some miracle our wedding day was available and we booked the greenery almost immediately. Everything about the process, the owner Danielle, and the venue itself was PERFECTION. The photos of the venue speak for themselves, I think this is probably one of the most amazing venues anywhere but definitely in New England, and working with Danielle put all of my worries to rest. She’s kind, easy-going and so helpful. Our day went off without a hitch, and Danielle was there every step of the way making sure that everything worked out. I couldn’t recommend this venue more!!!

This is a dream venue. Danielle is SO easy to work with and helped make our day a reality. The grounds are SO gorgeous and there are endless possibilities for places to take pictures.
