The Hacienda includes a beautiful red-brick inner courtyard where you can hold your ceremony under the lush foliage. Here, string lights twinkle from the trees, ivy drapes from the balcony above, and a stone fountain gurgles. Chairs and benches can be set up to face the outdoor altar, an elegant wooden structure complete with stained glass, candles, and potted plants. Afterward, host your cocktail hour in the Taos Courtyard, a covered patio dotted with terracotta planters, hanging chili peppers, wrought-iron light fixtures, and wooden beams. You can serve drinks from the Southwestern bar before your guests head inside to the ballroom for dinner. This tiled banquet hall is furnished in Santa Fe style, decorated with colorful artwork, and features lots of natural light. A staircase takes you up to the get-ready suites, beautifully-appointed apartments that reflect the traditional Spanish architecture of the building.
The Hacienda’s all-inclusive wedding packages come with event planners, a live pianist for the ceremony, fresh floral decorations and centerpieces, tables and chairs, and linens. Catering is provided by the in-house restaurant Tivoli Terrace, whose servers will pass appetizers during the cocktail hour. Dining includes a buffet spread or sit-down dinner, the wedding cake, and tables set up inside or outside. Beer, wine, specialty cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages are all available. The ballroom is set up to accommodate bands, DJs, mariachis, and more so that you and your guests can celebrate together late into the night. This place is beyond beautiful! It is so unique compared to the classic country club weddings you typically see. My in-laws actually got married here 25 years before my husband and I did. The coordinators there are absolutely amazing and made the whole process so seamless. And so much is included which helps check off a lot of boxes all within one venue! Looking back Art in particular was doing so many different jobs on our actual wedding day! He deserves such a huge shout out for serving food helping put out little disasters here and there while also keeping me calm on the day. The Hacienda is a beautiful venue. We had our wedding on 5/5/23, Cinco de Mayo, and it was the absolute perfect venue to have a fiesta themed wedding. There are so many picturesque photo ops. We got so many compliments from our guests on how beautiful the venue was. We absolutely loved the venue. Here is a list of pros and cons of The Hacienda:Pros:-Beautiful scenery, you hardly have to decorate yourself since it's already set up so beautifully-Friendly staff-Coordinators were professional and answered questions in a timely manner. They also did an amazing job keeping us on schedule.-Includes separate bridal and groom suites to get dressed in.-Food and free flowing beer, wine, and champagne are included. So you don't have to worry about hiring a caterer or bartenders.-Cake is included-Large, safe parking lot-On site security-We were originally told that the mariachis we were gifted to perform were only allowed inside where cocktail hour was taking place. We were pleasantly surprised that they allowed them to continue to perform outside as guests were being seated for dinner.-The venue sets up and cleans up. This is such a plus because I was so surprised by how beautiful everything was set up and didn't have to stress about cleaning up after the wedding.Cons:-You can only hire a DJ from their approved list. Thankfully we really liked our DJ we chose, Showcase DJ. But some DJs from their list were very pushy.-I had issues with contacting the bakery to set up a cake tasting. But the coordinators were very helpful and handled the communication with the bakery.-They have no vegan options. I knew that when I signed the contract. But I myself am vegan and I had 4 guests who were vegan. I had to order Chipotle from down the street and had 2 of my guests pick up the order. You would think that they can accommodate since we are paying $100 per plate. But they refused to. I also had to have a separate wedding cake made because the bakery they are contracted with does not offer vegan options, even though their website claims that they do.-Although having a pianist play while you walk down the aisle is beautiful, be prepared to pay for songs that are not traditional wedding songs. There were a couple issues with the pianist. Originally they gave me the information for the original pianist scheduled to play. When I contacted that pianist, we had a plan on songs that were not on their approved list that we would pay $40 each song for them to learn. 1 week later the original pianist, not the coordinators, let me know that there was a scheduling error and gave me the new pianist information. I was upset with the coordinators for not communicating that information with me and they seemed aloof to the scheduling error. The new pianist was sweet and was able to learn 2 songs that were not on their approved list, costing $80. -For the rehearsal, they do not allow the officiant to come rehearse. We had a lasso ceremony and during the wedding I felt awkward and uncomfortable because we never rehearsed how and when to put the lasso on and take it off.So as you can tell, I have mixed feelings about The Hacienda. It's a beautiful venue with friendly staff. It's a sort of all inclusive venue, but I wouldn't recommend it for people who are particular about details. Reviewed on 02-07-2023

I got married at The Hacienda recently and I can’t express just how wonderful my experience was working with them. First of all, the space itself is stunning and the price is very reasonable for everything included in the package. I worked with Art several times throughout the planning process and he made it so easy and stress free! Art and Kristin were the coordinators on site on the day of my wedding and they did a wonderful job putting together my vision and making sure everything went smoothly. My only regret is not purchasing more time for the reception because the day flew by! If you are looking for your fairytale venue with the best event staff around, at an amazing price point for OC might I add, The Hacienda should be at the top of your list! Reviewed on 09-06-2023

Elena Acevedo(bride)4 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 24-02-2023 The Hacienda is such a gorgeous venue and my now husband and I knew it was perfect for us the moment we walked in. In addition to its beauty, it also seemed like one of the best deals considering we were on a budget. We had our ceremony and reception there which included a live pianist for the ceremony (Rita Merlo was ours and she was great), a day-of coordinator, the drinks and appetizers for cocktail hour, the linens, dinner, the cake, and some small desserts (wedding cookies). It technically also included centerpieces, usually a single white orchid, but we decided to work with a florist instead for more colorful options. On the day of the wedding, everything went smoothly with the help of our coordinators (Art and Christin were great!) and the staff. For food, we chose the Southwest Buffet package and it was all really tasty, salad included. Overall, our immediate families and other guests were impressed and had a great time and we were very happy with how it all turned out. Despite the stormy weather, which caused a few changes to the original plan, everything turned out great. Now, just a few criticisms. First, you should be aware that this is a historic venue and has a lot of strict rules that the coordinators really stick to. The bride and groom and bridal party are allowed into the venue at the same time as guests, and even though our wedding happened during a big storm, which meant we couldn’t get the pictures outside the venue that we wanted, we weren’t allowed in much earlier. If you really want to get into the venue earlier to take advantage of the beautiful photo ops, you have to pay extra. There were also some concerns leading up to the wedding. Even though our contract stated that our rehearsal would be at 6:00PM the day before our wedding, they ended up booking another wedding and had to bump our rehearsal to earlier in the day which caused issues for our party traveling from out of town and some missed the rehearsal. Lastly, their customer service could use some work. It seemed like we had to reach out to them first for things that we really shouldn’t have had to reach out for and some of the coordinators we spoke to were not the friendliest or most helpful. There were moments it felt like we were being treated like a couple of kids rather than an adult couple about to get married. Still, overall, a great and memorable experience. Reviewed on 06-03-2023

My husband and I wanted a pretty easy one stop shop, all inclusive wedding that would hook us up with all the equipment and support needed to have a nice wedding without any of the stress. The Hacienda more than delivered. We had a planning meeting about 3 months out, where we decided little details like the layout and the napkins, and then at our rehearsal we gave them all the personalized items we wanted displayed at the wedding and the seating chart, and they set them all up! The day-of coordinator, Keisha, was patient and kind and made sure the day went smoothly very gently. At the end of the day, they packed everything up and helped my parents load them into the car. Beyond just the excellent coordination and service and low stress, it is BEAUTIFUL there, incredibly charming southwest feel with magical-feeling twinkle lights that made me feel like a princess. You can't try the food before the wedding due to their policy, so it was a risk, but we chose the Southwest buffet and everyone raved about the food! I had been told countless times that on your wedding day, you'll be too busy to eat, but the coordinator made sure we got a taste of the appetizers, the salad, and a little of all the entrees and that we both had a little time to eat them all, and everything was SO good. We were worried about rain having a January wedding, but lucky we were blessed with good weather. Hacienda reassured us though that they have heaters and options to move the seating indoors if needed. I highly recommend that you get married here, it was simply perfect. Reviewed on 14-01-2023
Natalie Toyer(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 02-07-2022 From the outside, it doesn't look like much, but once you walk inside, you are transported into a beautiful hispanic hacienda with a very lush, green courtyard. We had our wedding here about 2 months ago (July 2022) and had a fantastic experience. The wedding coordinators were super helpful, the food was great, and it was so convenient that their \"all inclusive package\" included almost everything we needed (they even included the wedding cake). All we had to bring in was the photographer/videographer, florals, DJ, and photo booth. You have to use a DJ from their preferred vendor list, but everything turned out wonderful. All of my questions were answered with ease by the coordinators (one of which is provided/available same day - shout out to Christin - she made our day easy and took care of us the entire night) and they were open to any special requests I had. Even one of the banquet servers let us borrow his vintage car for photos (one of which is blown up on a canvas hanging in our living room). We felt that ambiance was a huge factor in choosing which venue to book and it took us less than five minutes to decide that it was perfect for us. There isn't one unsightly corner in the entire place, it was all so beautiful. Every staff member who helped us each step until the big day were so kind and professional. The communication was quick and responsive which put us at ease since all other aspects of planning a wedding are stressful as it is. Almost everyone had told us to expect at least one thing to go wrong during our wedding but The Hacienda and their coordinators ran everything so smoothly. All of our friends and family raved about the food which was so good to hear. We had been to a few weddings earlier in the year that the food was not very good but if The Hacienda were open as a restaurant regularly, we would definitely eat there often. We anticipated the day to be hot so we bought some accordion hand fans last minute and when we brought them to their attention they immediately had their staff put them on all the seats before the ceremony. If our glasses were empty at any point during the reception, there was someone always there to grab us a new champagne flute or ask if we needed anything else. They were so incredible at anticipating all of our needs. My husband and I literally have nothing negative to say about The Hacienda and would recommend it to anyone for any occasion. Did have a miscommunication where things had to be changed after our final meeting which was a bit frustrating, but that was one person is the grand scheme of things mistake. It was nice having cake, food, and planner handled through them. Less to think about. I wish we could have had a little longer at the venue but we knew that going in. We decided to check it out after a friend who got married here told us about it. The outside does the inside no justice. When we walked in, we felt like we had been transported to a beautiful and quaint Spanish town. There are twinkling lights and plants everywhere, and it is the perfect mix of being inside and outside. One of my favorite things about the venue was that we didn’t have to spend a lot on flowers or decorations because The Hacienda is naturally beautiful and already has everything you need. They take care of everything and made the wedding process easy and stress free. They were so helpful leading up to the wedding with answering questions and meeting with us to decide on everything that made our day so amazing. On the day of our wedding, we didn’t have to worry about anything, which was very important to us. They did a fantastic job of keeping us on schedule and guiding us through everything. It was very obvious that everyone at The Hacienda is very well rehearsed and knows exactly what they’re doing. My wedding planner was always there when I needed her and we were treated like royalty. Immediately after the reception, our guests were handed appetizers and champagne, and we got so many compliments on how classy it was. My husband and I constantly suggest this venue to people we know and we would love to be a guest at this venue someday haha. Rachel See(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 19-12-2021 Wow. I am still reeling from our wedding this past weekend. It seems like so long ago that we found The Hacienda and booked our wedding. We were still in the middle of a somewhat lockdown so I didn't see the venue until months after we were already booked. The venue is quite unsuspecting from the outside and where it's located. Once inside, it's a beautiful historic-looking hacienda ranch. It was affordable, local, and fit the kind of intimate and homey vibe we wanted for our wedding. I understand how hard it is to be working from home and not full-time in the office during the pandemic, so while emails may not have been answered right away, I always received a response and it was always courteous. Another thing is, you might not always be communicating with the same coordinator; however, nothing was ever lost in translation and all notes were accounted for when it came down to the final event. After months and months of correspondence by email, I had my details appointment in September (for our December wedding) and it was nice to walk through the venue and talk through the details for table settings and where to have the ceremony, reception, et cetera. I was pleased to know I had a whole selection of cake designs. Right now, the popular trend is the plain frosted cake with flowers but I am not a huge flower fan so I got a pretty cake with scrolling detail. They were also accommodating to allow me three meal choices as we have some vegetarians in the family as well as ensured us of no peanuts in the food due to a severe allergy. Of course, I thought of more things after the fact and continued to email them over the next few months until our wedding. I'm pretty sure I even emailed them the night before with more last-minute changes. During the rehearsal a few nights before the wedding, we worked with Amelia and she was so sweet with helping walk us through the ceremony and collecting all our items for the big day (e.g., cake topper, toasting glasses, decorations, seating chart, guest book, etc.). I didn't see most of the venue until dinner started (the rush of the ceremony and dances, I didn't have time to look around haha). They truly brought my vision to life! If you're not set on getting married during \"wedding season\" in the summer months, I would highly recommend December around Christmas time because the decorations elevate it to another level! I was nervous about how the food would taste because we never had a tasting but everything was delicious during dinner.One thing to note is the wedding party can only access the venue 30 minutes prior to the ceremony. I didn't get to take any \"getting ready\" photos as we had arranged with our photographer to arrive to the venue an hour early and take photos on the outside (there are a couple of nice walls and decorative doors that are cute for photos). We had booked the entire venue so we had access to two dressing rooms which was nice to have a moment to collect ourselves before walking down the aisle. All night, people were telling us how surprising it was to see the inside of the venue because it's so unexpected when driving up and parking in the small lot outside (btw, they have an attached parking lot and security patrolling the area, nice added touch). Everyone seemed to enjoy the food, the decor, and the whole night. The coordinators and staff kept us on schedule and checked in with us throughout the night. Here's a detailed account and review of our experience working with them:To start, the actual location itself is gorgeous and our wedding was stunning - the fountains, the plants, the lights, the decorations - all of it, perfect! Second, the food - it was really, really good. We chose the Sunday night \"buffet\" style option, which cost us a little less than $100 a plate, and we and our guests loved it. Third, the service - and this is perhaps the biggest section. This is the only area we have mixed feelings about, so let me elaborate:The administrative office is kind of a mess. They are hard to get a hold of, can be slow to reply, and are kind of inconsistent with information provided to us (slightly conflicting answers from different people, etc) but all this is ENTIRELY a management issue. The biggest problem we had here is that they didn't tell us until like a week before our wedding that we couldn't have the dance floor indoors, like we wanted, due to Covid concerns. That's totally reasonable, of course, but the problem is... why wait so late to tell us?? Lol. That was the only stressful part of our wedding week, to be honest... but in the end, having it outdoors proved to be wonderful anyway; in part because of the beautiful location, and in part due to our DJ (Showcase DJ) making the dance portion of the night lively and fun no matter where it took place! :) So, not that big a big deal in the end. Overall, this venue seems very popular and therefore very busy, so just make sure you follow up on the details with them and are aware of what's going on at all times, and you'll be fine. That all being said, the STAFF was just... amazing. To start, our wedding coordinator, Laurelee, was seriously the best. Throughout the entirety of our wedding, she was present, attentive, friendly, helpful, and completely dedicated to helping us with whatever we needed. She even helped politely ward off any well-meaning but overwhelming guests that tried to visit us as we scarfed some dinner down during the reception! The rest of the staff was helpful, professional, and attentive to our needs as well - every time I began to think \"hmm, I think I'm kind of thirsty,\" miraculously there was a waiter right next to me handing me a glass of water (or champagne, lol!) Sorry this review is so long, I just wanted to make sure it covered all the important stuff for anyone reading this looking for a detailed account of what it's like to work with The Hacienda. It is a beautiful venue with great staff and awesome services for a reasonable price, and I would recommend this venue to anyone looking for their wedding to be as smooth and enjoyable as possible. From the day we went to tour the property, to the day of our wedding, the staff were all so helpful and friendly. We fell in the love with the the romantic aesthetic of this venue and knew it fit our vision for our special day. This is an all-inclusive venue besides, DJ, photography, personal flowers and officiant. I ordered flowers from a wholesale website and had my bridesmaids each make their own bouquets and the bout's. It worked out perfect! We had my aunt officiate, so our only extra vendors were the DJ and the photographer. We chose to do the Southwest Buffet and from the food we did eat on our wedding day, it was delicious! Our family and friends LOVED the venue and everyone was raving about how beautiful and well things were ran. We had no issues and I was never stressed or worried, besides it being a pandemic and not knowing when or if our venue would open in time for our wedding lol Our pictures turned out so amazing because every spot in this venue is pure magic! Every staff member we dealt with was so nice and went above and beyond to make sure things went smooth for us and our questions got answered. Due to covid-19, I had to postpone my wedding three times this year, and every step of the way the Hacienda and their wonderful coordinators helped me figure things out and made it a breeze to reschedule until our wedding day finally was able to happen on September 11th, 2020. The coordinators are very kind and respond quickly if there are any questions or concerns. This venue is the most beautiful place and it's exactly the right vibe of romantic and dreaminess that any couples getting married would wish for, for their special day! It is full of greenery and lights so you don’t need to hire a florist for extra decorations. I recommend doing the Southwest Buffett (the food is amazing) and trying to get a minimum of 150 guestlist to reserve the entire venue. If you do less than 150, you will still have a beautiful portion of the venue. The Hacienda is so buttoned up that they can run 3 weddings at the same time! I am so impressed! My wedding was perfect. Our coordinators were always there to help, via phone or email, and were amazing the day of. Everything went smoothly. Many of our guests said it \"was the most beautiful wedding they've ever been to\". Planning was a breeze, as most things were included. Can't wait to go back for future events. My husband and I got married here in a small wedding ceremony with brunch at the end of December and things went very well. Beautiful venue, good food, beautiful cake, flexible people, and I did minimal work (important and also notable as I never saw the venue or met anyone before the wedding rehearsal since I don't live in California, so I was really just going off of people's reviews). It was also much more cost-effective than some other places I'd browsed through, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. I never felt pressured to 'upgrade' to anything as with some other locations, nor did they make me feel bad for having the cheaper brunch ceremony rather than the dinner one. Reviewed on 24-01-2020

They are so impeccable with their attention to detail and you'll work with several different people, but you would never know that b/c they make it feel so easy. The food is so good and the cake is BEYOND. They provide the center pieces or you can choose your own, the food and cake is included in price, and the flowers placed on the cake and sweetheart table also included in price. For 100 people we paid 11,799 including service tax and sales tax. The venue feels so so so intimate even though we had 100 people there. They require you use a dj from their list, but they have so many options. The venue itself is indoor/outdoor. It's legit perfection and will transport you to a Spanish style party feel, beautiful. Plus the venue was gorgeous-there are plants, trees, flowers, and lights everywhere. The coordinators and staff were very kind, helpful, and accommodating! Their all-inclusive package made wedding planning nearly stress free! Their recommendation helped us to find the best wedding dj we’ve ever experienced! The food and desert that was served was delicious and the cake came out better than I could have imagined! On the day of, the coordinators were extremely helpful, accommodating, and kind. Our wedding day was amazing because we got to get married, but this venue is so magical and enchanting and made for the most absolutely perfect wedding day. The one compliment we got most on our wedding day and for days after was how beautiful our venue was and how amazing everything turned out. Let me just say, I hardly had any decorations for our wedding because this place is already perfect on its own. I only added a few things to accent their amazing decor and to add a touch of personalization. Not only is this place magical, but they practically do everything for you which relieves so much of the wedding stress. It was really important to us to have a wedding that was stress-free, so that we could enjoy every moment. The Hacienda delivered on that and so much more.It was such a joy to work with their team from start to finish. They made us feel so comfortable and conveyed at every turn that they had everything covered. Because of that, we were able to be present with our family and friends and enjoy every minute of our special day. We also couldn't have asked for a more beautiful venue. The atmosphere was so romantic - and their staff is incredibly attentive. A huge bonus for us was the all-inclusive pricing, including food, alcohol, linens, chairs, tableware, centerpieces and even the cake!We chose to have breakfast for dinner (because that's the first meal we made together!) and had a delicious Mimosa bar with fresh fruit. I wanted something vintage, unique, rustic, warm, and romantic - The Hacienda was all of those things :) All of my guests raved about how gorgeous the venue was, attentive the staff was, and delicious the food was - over and over we were told how this was the most beautiful wedding guests had ever attended, and how many found it to be a wedding out of a movie - some guests even told us they were waiting for something to go wrong, but nothing ever did!! What an amazing memory, beautiful time for my husband and I. No complaints - worth every penny. This past February, my husband and I held a brunch ceremony and reception in the Taos Room and Courtyard and words cannot express how wonderful The Hacienda is. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful. Everywhere you turn is picture worthy and has a romantic historical feel. The food is great, it is Mexican style buffet which features everything you can think of from omelette station, tamales, carnitas, and enchiladas. Most importantly, the venue is one of the most affordable venues I found in the area for the quality of service and all inclusive package. The all inclusive package is a price per person which includes use of a designated area of the venue, buffet, unlimited champagne/alcohol, cake, linen, tables, etc. There is no additional venue fee. You cannot beat that anywhere! The best part of my wedding experience at The Hacienda were the event coordinators that are included in your wedding package. From the beginning stages to the day of, The Hacienda event coordinators consistently work so hard to ensure that your day is perfect and that your wedding vision is happening. I am a bit of a control freak and explained exactly to the coordinators how I envisioned my wedding day and all the details (favors, name placements, seating chart) and they took care of all the set up. The day of the wedding, they guided me throughout the process and all the details went perfectly. The venue and decor is so full of charm. I cannot over emphasize that you do not need anything else to enhance what is already provided as part of the wedding package. I was very pleased with the level of service the staff and wedding coordinators provided leading up to - and the day of - the wedding. We had a 75 person champagne brunch wedding and 4.5 hours was adequate timeslot to complete our ceremony, formal pictures, welcome speech, host a first dance & a mother son dance, cut cake, and best man/maid of honor toasts. I highly recommend the hosted bar if you do not think all your guests will be drinking. My family from out of town are quite picky eaters and I was a little worried about what they would think of the food but many of my aunts and uncles complimented the fancy breakfast food, and went back for seconds on the carrot cake.My recommendation is to host a daytime wedding and bring in entertainment instead of the typical DJ/dancing that comes with evening weddings. We surprised the crowd by bringing in a magician and a caricaturist - which was a huge hit all around. Instead of a DJ we opted for Cale Music (which came recommended from The Hacienda) and they were truly a remarkable duo. We had lots of children and hired an event chaperone and brought in activities for the Kid's Table (a must do for families with LOTS of children). I brought in favors, guestbook, a ton of extra \"day of\" items to set up and provided the coordinators with the latitude to set up how they please without much instructions - I'm so glad I did because they did it beautifully (pinterest worthy).I would say The Hacienda is a perfect fit for anyone looking for ease, fun, and fairytale without the pricetag. They were prompt with responding to my emails. They answered all my questions and were able to direct me with what to do and when. They were also very helpful the day of the wedding! The grounds and ceremony site are beautiful. I got married during the holiday season, and the holiday decorations looked lovely at the ceremony site and at the reception! Many people commented how beautiful everything was. The food and cake was great. I was just too excited to eat much! They laid out my pictures and sign-in book for me and gift table. Fantastic job! First off, it was such a blessing to find a venue which is all-inclusive and within our budget! It makes the planning much less stressful. Other places were asking much more money for the same services. The hacienda has a beautiful indoor and outdoor feel which is exactly what we wanted and it was able to comfortably fit our large (170+) guest count. All of the coordinators at The Hacienda are very knowledgably and experienced and are incredibly friendly – I think I called them 200 times during the wedding planning stages! My Husband and I got to pick out our food options, alcohol options, cake, and décor which really allowed us to personalize the venue. A very special shout out to Cristen, our talented coordinator, and Art, a true wedding specialist, because they truly made our day magical. On the wedding day, I did not have to worry about a single thing or lift a single finger – they handled it all! I simply got to enjoy the wedding and I can’t thank them enough for that. Bonus points because our guests cannot stop talking about how amazing our wedding was! Everyone said the food was fantastic, the drinks were great, and they had an amazing time! Another shout out to our bartender that night (I wish I knew his name), he was also amazing and served the crowd wonderfully – my guests had wonderful things to say about him. We decided to plan our wedding during December based off of the holiday photos depicted online of this venue. The decorations did not disappoint! Our venue was decorated BEAUTIFULLY and it entirely complimented our vision of having a Christmas themed wedding. I cannot express enough how amazing the venue looked. Additionally our wedding coordinator, Laurelee Bunnell, was absolutely phenomenal. She was entirely professional, organized, and also very caring. My sister got married last year at a different venue and we had such a negative experience with her wedding day coordinator, I was happily surprised that my coordinator was the complete opposite. Laurelee definitely made the day 10 times less stressful and kept us on track of our plans. Overall, the experience was very positive and I would definitely recommend this venue to others! As soon as we stepped into the restaurant, it felt like we walked into a magical fairytale land. The space is just gorgeous! What appealed to us the most was their very simple package deal, unlike other venues where they add a bunch of costs on top of each other and come out with a very complicated quote (like F&B, servers, bartenders, tables, chairs, decorations, cake cutting, sound system, venue hourly rental fees etc. etc....) The Hacienda is an all inclusive package INCLUDING centerpieces, cake and cake cutting, live pianist for ceremony, full lunch or dinner service, hor' dourves during cocktail hour, open bar+ bartender, event coordinators, wedding planning and a coordinated rehearsal!! Where else can you find a venue like this that simply includes EVERYTHING! All you have to provide is your headcount and you have the final price. I also didn't have to hire an outside wedding planner or wedding coordinators cuz they do that all for you! The other big draw was the beauty and functionality of the whole space. I dislike empty ballrooms because you have to bring in all of your decorations and it's a lot of $$. But this place is naturally so full of greenery and flowers everywhere that there's no need to bring in any extra decorations (other than your personal decors like photos, gift card box, place cards... personal things like that) They even provide beautiful orchids as centerpieces! Where can you go to save cost on centerpieces?? It's almost unheard of. I only had to spend floral money on bouquets, bouts and corsages, spent ZERO on florals for venue (cuz there's no need to!) Their food is amazing, and their wedding cake (included in the package) is a delicious carrot cake and I couldn't believe it was included too! There was no cake cutting fee either, all included! The functionality of the space was amazing, the ceremony courtyard is BEAUTIFUL and a dream place to get married. All the other spaces were beautiful and big, lots of space to decide where you want the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception to be. We had all 3 in 3 different spaces, our guests were very impressed! Another huge perk was the parking, there's ample free parking so guests don't have to worry about that at all. The team! They were terrific and so helpful, gave a lot of guidance and always were very responsive. If I wrote, someone always wrote back, if I called and they weren't available, I always got a call back. They are a very professional and organized team. I want to thank the team members that we worked with: Art, Laurelee, Claudia, Robin & Melissa. They are all wonderful at putting together our dream wedding. Through the 6 months of planning, we went there to take meetings with them 3 times, and each time, they were very patient and worked with our vision to get the logistics right. I want to give a special thanks to Art and Laurelee, our 2 coordinators for the wedding day, they were so great and guided everything and everyone to be on time and everything was where it should be, literally nothing was out of place or missing. I can't recall a single flaw! A special special thanks to Art, a very very kind man and professional wedding planner/coordinator, he took our last 2 meetings and also conducted our rehearsal smoothly. You are the best Art! We booked our date a year in advance and the coordinators were so great and informative the entire process. They really broke things down and had amazing suggestions. Our wedding theme was \"Spanish Rustic\" -- the venue could not be more perfect. There is so much greenery and artistic details through out the entire property I really did not have to spend much on flowers or additional decorations. Claudia, the manager was fantastic and was always available to answer our questions. Also, Christin was very helpful when we dropped off all of our party favors and extra things, she did a great job passing on all of our details to her team. LauraLee was the coordinator for our wedding night, she was so sweet and on top of everything! She was constantly checking on my Husband and I making sure we were ok, she was a total rockstar! Not only was it affordable but with the venue's basically all-inclusive package it made planning so easy. We ended up picking their Sunday Brunch option. Everyone from the coordinators to the hosts to the waiters we met at the venue were so professional and friendly. The venue itself as a renovated Spanish home is so beautiful. With all its natural rustic elegant charm, we hardly had to use any decorations. The food was amazing to say the least. Guests were raving about how it was the best wedding food they had ever had. The coordinators really worked as a team and walked us every step of the way from the day we booked them to our actual wedding day. They are so professional and organized and made the whole process go so smoothly. We did not feel stressed out at all and on the wedding day, we were able to have fun with our guests! We are so happy we picked the Hacienda and really could not have imagined our wedding to be anywhere else. Aimee Pham(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 28-01-2018 Holy cow, The Hacienda is something else. We planned our wedding in 5 months so had to hunker down to get all the details in motion. We looked at a couple venues beforehand but as soon as I sat down with the staff at The Hacienda, everyone was so nice and the atmosphere was so pleasant, that it instantly felt inviting. Logistically speaking, pricing was incredibly fair especially as everything was included. I chose linens during a details meeting and then swapped them out 2 weeks prior to the wedding and the staff didn't even bat an eye. I called/emailed probably 5 times in the week leading up to the wedding and everyone I spoke to was so accommodating. On the actual wedding day, the staff at The Hacienda are such pros and so thorough that I felt completely at ease. Also, the sweetheart centerpiece was stunning and the southwestern food was delicious and their house wines are great and I thought I'd hate the centerpieces they had on hand but the white orchids are lovely. And ultimately, our guests had a great great time. Our wedding was pretty massive for the venue, but The Hacienda did a phenomenal job of accommodating all 240ish of our guests to make the evening feel cozy yet not crowded. If you have not been to The Hacienda, we highly recommend a site visit for Sunday Bruch to start. Not only do the grounds/facility look amazing, the people and management are what makes this place FIRST-CLASS. The endless compliments from our friends and family speak for themselves. As the bride and groom, we were confident that we picked the ‘right’ place to tie-the-knot, but once we returned from our honeymoon and still hear the compliments come pouring in, we are positive The Hacienda exceeded every expectation. From the attention from LeAnne during our first consultation, to the numerous requests and phone calls leading to the wedding day with staff, we felt confident the whole time that we were in good hands. The process and planning is all done in-house and everyone works as team to make sure all details are handled. Our wedding coordinators at our rehearsal took diligent notes and even handled last minute changes. The day of the wedding, we moved through the day like a new king and queen due to the tireless and absolutely professional wedding coordinator (Christian), decorators, keyboardist, staff, servers, bartender, chefs and manager. Let’s not forget to mention the delicious food and cake. Art, the manager, was an exceptional host. He was so warm and kind from the moment we entered the property. He went well above and beyond by asking if we enjoyed our evening and needed anything. After a few requests, he eagerly obliged, by hunting down one of our lost items and packing up a couple extra pieces of wedding cake since we never got a chance to eat it. The Hacienda maintains a high quality that is unmatched. With the unwavering attention to bringing a superior service and experience, this place absolutely entitled to the accolades and awards. As soon as we walked in, we knew this was the place for our wedding. The venue is beautiful with historic elements of the original hacienda that survived the buildup of Santa Ana. Everything compliments the setting and very little decoration is needed which is a huge benefit. Before we made an appointment, we went on a Thursday night to have dinner. It was fantastic! At that point, we decided that the Southwestern Buffet was going to be our food of choice for the wedding. Everyone was a pleasure to work with especially LeAnne and Christin who were our coordinators the day of our wedding. Knowing that nearly everything (food, most drinks, cake, linens, tables, chairs, etc) were included in the price made it so easy. The feeling that all we really needed to do was just show up took the pressure off of organizing the “must haves” and allowed anything we decided to add to be the “nice to haves”. By the rehearsal night (when you drop off your personal decorations) came, I knew I could hand them a box of items and trust that wherever they decided to place them would be the right choice. What a relief after months of decision making!Heck, they even make the rehearsal dinner a pleasure to arrange by offering a couple of different meal options if you choose to have dinner on site after your go through the ceremony logistics. We chose the steak and our bridal party loved it! They definitely showered us with food and excellent service!It’s been a few weeks since the wedding and we are still receiving so many compliments from our guests. It was truly a dream wedding for us! We are looking forward to establishing a tradition of celebrating our anniversaries at The Hacienda with a Thursday night dinner or Sunday brunch! It was a real hidden gem and had everything we were looking for and the staff was so friendly, accommodating, and understanding. They were very flexible with wanting to assist and make sure our vision came true. We loved that it came with tables, linens, chairs, cake, open bar, bunuelos and wedding cookies as well as coffee bar, and a choice of food according to the vision we had. We personally opted for a Southwestern Buffet but they also have plated dinner options. We were invited to taste the food before actually deciding on the venue and that was definitely what sold us! The carrot cake was also absolutely delicious and had the best frosting I had ever tasted. The enchiladas were just the right amount of cheese and sauce. There was also a groom and bride suite that was so convenient to have during our event. After so many things that had already gone wrong the day of our wedding, our day of coordinators were such a blessing and such a huge sigh of relief and weight off our shoulders we instantly felt like we were in good hands. They were both so professional and were so understanding even when we didn't make it to our extra photo hour due to some car troubles and let us stay some time afterwards to take pictures with friends and family. We truly felt well taken care of and loved the fact they kept us on track for our wedding ceremony timeline. Our Guests were all raving about the food and how delicious it was and what a beautiful wedding and venue it was as well. We are so happy with our choice and we really could not have chosen a better venue, and believe us we browsed about 5-6 other places and this was so well worth it with the level of service, professionalism, and expertise. Hacienda provides their own list of vendors for you to choose from. I am not sure how flexible they are when it comes to working with vendors outside their referral list but we had a nice experience communicating with those on the list. Our guests loved the food and raved about the nachos and taco bar. We are very satisfied hearing that our guests enjoyed themselves as much as we did! We were amazed at the beauty of the venue, a garden oasis in the middle of Santa Ana. Lush greenery, golden lights throughout the property, and white canopies give off a very romantic feel. The multiple wedding coordinators were so helpful and quick to respond to emails. Our specific day-of-coordinators Art and Christin were a joy to work with and they made sure we were fed and had drinks (margaritas are awesome!) throughout the night. The coordinators set up our decorations for our sweetheart and welcome tables even better than we had planned. Our wedding guests had a wonderful time and gushed about the delicious taco/enchilada buffet, wedding carrot cake, and strong drinks. We first visited the venue at one of their open house nights, which I would highly recommend to couples interested in using the Hacienda for their wedding venue -- it gave us a chance to meet some of the staff and also see how the venue looks at night, decorated as if for a wedding. The staff, especially our coordinators Art and Christin, were exceptionally friendly, professional, and organized. Throughout the planning process they did everything possible to make things stress-free for us, and on the day of the wedding they kept the program and other vendors on schedule. The venue itself is beautiful and the Hacienda provides much of what you need, which helps keep planning simple. As soon as we stepped foot in the venue, my wife knew it was the right place and I was surprised to see such a great spot in the heart of Santa Ana (the whole venue is really beautiful but you would never guess it from the outside). The staff was very friendly and helpful while we toured the grounds and answered any questions we had. I work within the wedding industry as well so I was very discerning with what they provided and how it would all be handled. They put our minds at ease and as soon as they were finished with the tour, my wife and I put the deposit down to secure the place.The Hacienda is very reasonably priced with included food, many of the flowers and cake which made our planning that much easier. We really didn't have to worry about much which eased the stress of an already stressful occasion. When the wedding day arrived, everything went as smoothly as it could go. The coordinators were there to handle the flow of the day and make sure the night was moving along at a good pace. They were very attentive to our needs and we literally have no complaints about how the day was handled. All of our guests were impressed with the space and in awe of how everything looked and we didn't have much to do with that! (The Hacienda provided most of the decor we needed). There are so many great things to say but I will point out the most important for me:The staff is amazing! They have this down to a science, I did not have to worry about anything as the wedding coordinators are so organized and really know what they are doing. I worked with Leann the most and she was with me every step of the way making sure we had everything we needed. I never had to ask for anything, My husband and called her a ninja because she was always right there making sure we ate and had a drink throughout all of the many things you have to do as a bride and groom during the reception. The servers and bartender were amazing as well.Price, for everything that was included at the Hacienda the price was very reasonable and worth every penny spent.Grounds, the venue is just is just beautiful! No need to overdue it with floral, there is so much already on the grounds.Lastly, the Hacienda is not just a wedding venue, you can have lunch and dinner on thursdays and also Sunday brunch. My husband and I love that we can go back on anniversaries and special occasions to enjoy a meal because the food is very good, all of my guests are still saying how much they enjoyed the food. It is such a beautiful and romantic location, sort of like an Italian courtyard. I loved the tent with the white fairy light strung across the ceiling and all the beautiful plants and flowers throughout. The staff (Katie, Dulce, Troy, and Marcella) are incredibly helpful and friendly! Any question asked was answered quickly and thoroughly. They took the stress off of planning a wedding by making everything so organized and easy. Thanks to Dulce and Troy who were our day of Wedding coordinators everything ran so smoothly that I never had to think about anything other than getting married and having fun. And a special thanks to Dulce who helped me with my veil when it fell out right before I was to walk down the aisle. Our guests all commented on how lovely the venue was! One thing I didn't like is the fact that we didn't get to try our food ahead of time. We selected the salmon and Beef wellington, both with garlic mashed potatoes. The day of the wedding the salmon and beef were cooked perfectly and very tasty. Everyone I spoke to said the food was delicious. The carrot cake is amazing! Also be aware that if you want to keep any of the decorations that you brought to the venue you will need to take them with you at the end of your wedding. I was able to meet my budget because of the price of the venue. The staff were very easy to work with. I can't say anything bad about this place. Includes food, beer, wine, champagne, all the silverware, centerpieces, and much more. I was able to get a lower price by having my wedding in the winter. It rained right before my wedding but everything was perfect. There are options and accommodations if there is rain during your wedding. The guests were not cold in the areas that were outside. Plenty of heaters, drinks and food to keep everyone warm. They don't offer a food tasting for all of the dishes that have for weddings but you will not be disappointed. I had a beautiful rustic winter-themed wedding that beautifully matched the venue's winter decorations. I had both my ceremony and reception at the venue. In the winter months, the reception takes place in an elegant, heated tent with glamorous chandeliers and lots of romance. The transition from the ceremony to the reception was seamless. The staff are so supportive during the planning stages and leave you stress and care-free on the day of. The venue provides staff, catering, bartending, cake, decorations, centerpieces, etc., so all you really need to take care of are any extra decorations that you choose, as well as ceremony/reception extras. They even have recommended vendors (DJ, photographer, florist, photobooth, etc. etc.) that know the ins and outs of the venue and flow of events that help provide a seamless experience! On her big night our coordinator was Katie Brown, and she was amazing! At the rehearsal she was a little strict in regards to what she wanted out of the wedding party, but that ended up working out very well for everyone involved because we all knew what to do, how to do it and when to do it. The night of the wedding went PERFECT! everything was amazing. The salmon was delicious, the beef dish was cooked medium rare, and the pasta dish was excellent! There were these wedding cookies sitting innocently by the coffee, some guests didn't pay much attn to them, but the guests who did were treated to an amazing little delight! During cocktail hour the drinks were flowing and the line moved quickly I was told by several guests that there was not enough appetizers passed around. But the appetizers they did try were amazing. Towards the end of the night a guest spilled red wine on the bride, and I was told Katie was gone, but I found her exiting the venue and told her what happened, she put down her stuff and came and helped us! I was beyond impressed with her! Can't explain in words how amazing she was all night! And she was very nice, that went well with her \"strict\" first impressions! Tivoli Too! handled everything we needed that night. We had brought in decorations and they set it up beautifully! I was thrilled that they took my daughters visions and made them a reality. It's been almost 3 months since the wedding and I go through my memories of that evening and the only not positive thing I can remember was that the beef dish had bell peppers in it(lol). I looked it up and saw everything they provide in one package and thought that it might be pricey, after all they provide EVERYTHING! We were so surprised when we walked in and saw how beautiful it was. The Hacienda is over 100 years old! And the price was amazing! We got married in the off season, had the southwestern buffett and had about 100 people, and it was priced less than $10,000!!!! I was looking at venues that started at that price, and it would just be for the space! All of the coordinators were very professional and friendly, I felt welcomed and taken care of. The planning process was so easy as well. The year leading up to the wedding, people kept asking me how planning was going and all I could answer was “It’s done, there is nothing left to do!” For a DJ, they gave me a list of 10 DJs to choose from, which took the stress away from having to look for one. The DJ I ended up with, American Mobile Music, worked with the staff so many times, that they worked seamlessly together to bring a fun and exciting wedding. At the end of the day, I was not stressed out, enjoyed myself and it was the best wedding I could have hoped for. From the incredible staff, to the whimsical setting and the prime location, it was an absolutely perfect fit for our big day! It represented us both so well, and Ashley and the entire staff were amazing to work with! It was the first venue we looked at, and after 14 venue tours later we came back full circle. As time passed during our engagement period, we only became more and more confident in our decision to marry at this venue. It is so magical at night with all the lights and the waterfall, and was more beautiful than we even anticipated. After 163 days of no rain in California, it not only poured down rain, but thunder stormed on our wedding night. The staff was so flexible, calm and understanding, and despite the fact that it was still raining, lightning and thundering at the time of this decision, they respected our choice to still hold our ceremony under the waterfall. They quickly and efficiently flipped our ceremony from inside the tent to outside (IN THE RAIN) without any questions asked. We were so blessed to have it magically stop raining from beginning to end of our ceremony. All throughout the ceremony and reception the staff was so on point, organized and kept us to our timeline, and it made for the best wedding we could have ever hoped for! From the very start of the planning process, Tivoli Too made things so easy. Leading up to the wedding, Ashley and Katie answered every question we had thoroughly and thoughtfully. They always had a plan for everything (from rain to last minute invites!). On the wedding day, we could not have felt more prepared. Everything went so smoothly and all our bridal party and guests knew where to go and what was happening at all times. Every single person I've talked to, the first words were \"your wedding was so beautiful.\" This is the only venue we looked at, it was gorgeous and the price was insanely low for what you get. The venue itself has so much character and an outside feel, even though technically you're covered, it doesn't feel like it. Which was perfect for us. I wanted an outside wedding but we were going to get married in the winter and it would be too cold for that. There are two sides you can use, which was hard to decide because both sides are so beautiful. Especially at night. All of the staff there are incredible, everyone who we spoke to was so insanely nice and helpful. LeeAnne originally showed the property, and you could tell she was genuinely excited about working there. For the details and everything else we worked with Christin, who was so nice and knowledgeable and sweet. You may not work with the same person every time but you would never know! They must keep impeccable notes!They include so much in their pricing, which is already amazingly low. So low, we decided to spend some more and do our own centerpieces and table decor to make it more our style. Everything except photographer, music and personal flowers are included. You did have to choose from their vendors just for music, but there were so many in several different price ranges and styles. We were engaged and married in 5 months and I think the only way this could have happened is because the Hacienda makes it so easy! The day of was PERFECT! They keep everything running so smoothly you really just have to show up and follow them when they tell you it's time to do something. They even make sure you have your own special moments before and after the ceremony which was so nice. I honestly can't rave enough about The Hacienda and our experience with them. They were absolutely wonderful to work with and I could not have had a more perfect wedding. We loved...\r\r1. The Ambiance: When you drive up to the venue, don't let the outside surroundings make your decision because as soon as you walk inside, you'll feel like you are in another world. It was an actual, working Hacienda but has since been converted into an event space keeping many of its historic architecture with lovely foliage. You're not really allowed to bring in much outside decor but you will not need it. This was the first venue I visited and I loved it and after visiting some other venues, I knew I had to have my wedding here.\r\r2. The Pricing: As we were visiting different venues, budget was one of our main concerns. The Hacienda has different packages depending on the day/time and is inclusive of A LOT of items. We chose the Sunday brunch package which including the buffet for all guests, unlimited champagne, table linens plus centerpieces, ceremony pianist, wedding cake and wedding coordinators. Honestly, the only outside vendors I needed were a florist for bouquets/boutonnieres and a DJ (as my photography/video were taken care of). I cannot tell you how helpful that was to me and how much stress that saved me.\r\r3. The Food: We loved the buffet...all of our guests commented on how the food was great and came out fresh. We also loved the option of getting omelettes and desserts as well. The unlimited champagne was also much appreciated by our guests as well. Our wedding cake was very good! At first we were going to have carrot cake (which my husband & I loved) but then opted for white cake with the choice of different flavored frosting for each layer. I thought it tasted yummy and looked beautiful as well.\r\r4. The Coordinators: Wedding planning was so easy with The Hacienda! They are incredibly easy to work with and answered my many questions with assurance that my wedding day would go well. When you contact them, they respond promptly. There's a team of coordinators but LeeAnn was my main coordinator - she was the best! They are definitely on top of everything and on the day of your wedding, you have two coordinators working with you. Everything ran smoothly and I never worried about a single thing on my wedding day. All of the items I brought in at our rehearsal were set out exactly as I asked them to be and all of the tables were decorated exactly as I imagined. \r\rFor anyone searching for an affordable venue with great food, service & ambiance in Orange County, the Hacienda is perfect. When we were looking for venues last spring we were looking for a place that gave us \"that feeling\". The minute we walked in there we both got chills and I got tears in my eyes. We knew it was for us. We looked at a few more venues but none compared to The Hacienda. We were on a budget and so having pretty much everything we needed included was a huge factor. We also wanted to make sure that the food was something our guests would remember. I can't even begin to explain how incredibly amazing our wedding was. The service from every single person we worked with was outstanding. Any time I had a question or towards the end when I was stressing about details the staff were responsive, assuring, comforting and so incredibly professional. The day couldn't have been more perfect. So many people told me how calm I was that day and I genuinely owe it to the coordinators. I am so grateful for everything they did to make our wedding day so special.When I pictured my wedding I could have never pictured it being more perfect. The venue is gorgeous, the staff is amazing, and even days after people are still talking about how delicious the food was! The Wedding Coordinators at The Hacienda were wonderful to work with from the beginning to end. I was a little nervous during the planning process since every time I emailed or called I spoke with someone different (they all work together on every event). But to my relief our Wedding day could not have been more seamless and perfect. Every detail that was discussed was in our files for the next coordinator to review with us. This venue is already beautiful so minimal decor is required. Plus there is so much included in their packages that it helps to keep additional costs down. We ordered the Southwest Buffet and our guests keep telling us how much they enjoyed the food. Also their wedding cake is included which is carrot cake. Not being a huge sweets fan the carrot cake was perfect! I would 100% recommend this venue to any body looking for a beautiful and simple Wedding. They make everything so easy, and have a great team of coordinators that answer emails (and I sure sent a bunch) usually same day with a clear answer to any question I had. \r\rIt's crazy how much is included in their package... ceremony, pianist, coordinators, linens, cake, beer/wine/champagne all night. Even centerpieces. Some of these things can be personalized, others cannot - thus the 4 stars for flexibility. But if you are fine with not controlling every single aspect, this place is a god send. We did bring in our own centerpieces, and they will cheerfully work with you where they can. Only thing I didn't like is the fact that we didn't get to try our food ahead of time. We selected the salmon with roasted red pepper sauce and chicken wellington, both with garlic mashed potatoes. I thought the salmon was well cooked but just a hair bland, and the chicken was delicious. Potatoes very garlicky and great. \r\rOverall, the venue is BEAUTIFUL, even when it is smaller in June for Art-a-Fair. You can get a GREAT deal on summer weddings (June/July/August) here as long as you are a bit flexible and have a smaller wedding. The location is much bigger the rest of the year. Our wedding was more beautiful than I could have ever dreamed. Everything went so smoothly and perfectly! The food was absolutely amazing! The venue was beautiful and the staff will go above and beyond for you, I feel so lucky I found them!! Everyone working was super sweet and helpful. You can tell they really love what they do! The venue grounds are magical and gave us the gardenesque setting we wanted. The heated winter tent was roomy for our 140 guests and the decor throughout complemented our look and feel perfectly. \r\rAs a type A bride, I had endless rounds of questions - some so minor I feared I would be that obnoxious, annoying bride who tried to micromanage everything, but each conversation was welcomed and promptly answered. The entire staff is so well informed, organized and happy to help. The specifics I had requested, such as placing favor cards on plates or setting up the tables to my liking were carried out to a T. \r\rThe week of our wedding, weather reports of 50% rain caused me to stress out and overthink back up plans, yet Riley doubled as a therapist and comforted me to know, it wouldn't rain and in the off chance it did, Tivoli had a rain plan of attack ready to roll out. Of course, as he assured me, the weather was fabulous. \r\rAnother small gesture that meant the world to me - I have food allergies and Tivoli went the extra mile to substitute items with my allergy in mind. We still had the cake cutting in front of our guests, with a hidden slice of gluten free cake behind the big cake so we could feed one another a bite; my bridesmaids and I entered the bridal party room pre-ceremony and toasted to apple cider, in place of champagne,so I could partake; Our dinners were delivered to my groom and me at the sweetheart table with a reassurance that mine was prepared gluten free. All things that were such a delight to not have to worry about. \r\rAbove the service and the beauty of the venue, the price was phenomenal. I can't thank Tivoli enough for making our big day such a smooth and memorable experience. We can't wait to find an excuse to visit Tivoli again in the future. Reviewed on 19-11-2013

Riley was amazing explaining the details (even what the foliage would look like in July!)plus everything that was included in this all inclusive package without being pushy.\rOn the day of, Kate and Nancy made sure everything was in place and kept everything moving in time without us even realizing they were really there.\rOur bartender was happy, fun and pleasant...\rI was most impressed when one of my guest told the staff of her food allergies (which are a lot of them!) the kitchen whipped her up a meal on the spot and even made sure she got a fresh bowl of fruit when everyone else was served cake! \rI would without a doubt do it all over again at Tivoli Too! It's so pretty especially at night when all the lights in the house are turned on and the twinkle lights outside. They offered a perfect package for us price and all. The food was delicious, the service was outstanding, the wedding planners (Alexis and Art) were attentive and on top of things. Our guests had nothing but rave reviews about everything! If you are someone who can give up having too many options for your wedding then this is your place. It's an all inclusive venue so food, cake, alcohol, and center pieces are included. You can't substitute the cake out for another vendor's cake for a discount on the price. It stays the same price if you choose another vendor's cake. Being all inclusive gives you an opportunity to relax and not worry about getting all of these things done. Besides, the beauty of this place makes up for the control you give up. If you want a venue that will wow your guests for an affordable price...this is your place. And the area isn't as bad as people made Santa Ana sound like! Reviewed on 16-04-2013

I may be biased (since it was my wedding) but it was the most beautiful wedding I have ever seen! I would recommend anyone get married here. The staff always are prompt to respond and are very professional and a pleasure to work with. I have known several brides who spent almost double what Tivoli Too costs and were not half as nice. The wedding coordinators kept everything running smoothly. I didn't have to worry about anything. The venue is also really pretty, especially at night. I got some great pictures. They provide close to everything; tables, chairs, tablecloths, dinnerware, flower arrangements, a delicious wedding cake, VERY delicious food, free flowing beer, wine, and champagne, and on site wedding coordinators. The venue itself is spectacular and romantic, covered in vines, flowers, lush greenery, and there is even a fountain in one of the courtyards. This place needs no decoration whatsoever, it's absolutely breathtaking at night, covered in twinkling lights. My wedding ran so smoothly, and I was totally able to enjoy every moment because the coordinators do everything so the bride and groom can just have a good time! The only things I had to book on my own were the DJ, Officiant, Photographer and Videographer. That staff is professional and they executed my wedding flawlessly. Ashley Williams(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 15-09-2012 I can only add to the countless amazing reviews for this venue! To be fair, I'll point out the only things I wish I could tweak a bit. Firstly is the time. I feel like there just wasn't enough time to really hang out and dance after all of the traditional stuff (first dance, toasts, meal, garter/bouquet toss etc.) so don't even hesitate to purchase the extra time. IT'S WORTH IT! The other thing I wish was that they had more cake flavors. I really wanted a chocolate wedding cake HOWEVER, the carrot cake really was to die for and the presentation (both whole and then served) was beautifully done. I would also recommend going to see the venue in person. They really have outdated and poor pictures on their website and we had no idea how HUGE the venue and space was or how breath taking all the plants and statues were until we went (note:Art-a-fair is a different experience all together). The staff is amazing. Truly. 100% at their best to make sure everyone was happy and taken care of. I was married on September 15th, the hottest day in 30 years and had a noon wedding. After the ceremony every single glass was filled with ice water and they kept bringing out more and more umbrellas to shade my guests. This is truly an outstanding venue. They know what they're doing, and they do it well. Well done Tivoli Too! Oh and EVERY single person I've talked with since our honeymoon has told us either it was the best wedding they've ever been too, the best wedding food & cake they've ever had or both! I watched the stress brides went through before me and I was committed to having a more enjoyable experience. \r\rThe package offered by the Hacienda is very inclusive. A wedding package includes the linens, food, staff, two wedding coordinators (having two is a blessing!), unlimited beer and wine, centerpieces, champagne/ cider for toasting, cash bar, pianist for the ceremony... basically everything but the partridge and the pear tree! The staff were all very warm and helpful. Food was tasty. The venue was intimate, beautiful, and had the character that hotels and more modern venues could not compete with. If you like to make all the micro-decisions that come with wedding planning, you can still do that at the Hacienda, but there is no discount on the price for doing so. Kate and Vanessa were calm and professional and paced and handled the night perfectly- my husband and I never had to think once! The place was PERFECT and everyone who lookes at our wedding pics comments about how romantic and charming the venue was! My only suggestions: Tivoli provides some items that you definitely want to upgrade! We did our own table linens (believe it or not, that made a HUGE difference), flowers (we did simple white tuplips in glass bowls that were classic elegance; they were providing a red rose in a vase which just didn't do the place justice), and we got rid of their pianist who was to play during the processional (she played for me on the phone and it was not the vibe we were going for; we hired a guitarist off of Gigmaster (he played before the ceremony, during the ceremony, and during the cocktail hour after- I walked down the a gorgeous, live rendition of \"Marry Me\" by \rTrain!). BUT...those were our only changes. My husband and I just can't stop talking about how happy we were with Tivoli Too. The staff made arranging my wedding here a breeze, so much of the details were taken care of in a package deal...what a load off my shoulders! And SUCH a beautiful place. My only sadness is that I wish it was a place my husband and I could return to year after year to celebrate anniversaries and remember that special day! Reviewed on 02-07-2012
