THANK YOU to All Our 2023 Couples!! We are fully booked now for the 2023 Wedding Season. Tours for 2024 will resume again in May of 2023. Located in Buckley, Washington, The Hidden Farm is a hillside wedding venue nestled near the shore of Lake Tapps offering 2 days for your wedding. Relax and set up the first day and second enjoy your wedding day! Surrounded by rolling hills and greenery, this countryside hideaway is brimming with rustic charm. As one of Pierce County’s oldest working farms, the venue resides in one of the Evergreen State’s most sought-after marital destinations. Your friends and family are sure to be dazzled by the property’s vintage-meets-chic aesthetic, not to mention the panoramic views of Mount Rainier. The staff invites you and your significant other to say “I do” to a rural celebration at The Hidden Farm. Dating back to the 1910s, this historic barn has provided the backdrop for countless milestone occasions. The venue offers a selection of outdoor and indoor event spaces, ensuring that you can enjoy a wedding here regardless of the weather. You can exchange your vows on the pristinely-kept lawn, an idyllic open-air setting that boasts a stunning mountainous background. Following your service, you can head into the elegant pavilion for your reception. Replete with crystal chandeliers and exposed wooden panels, this space has a nostalgic feel that will surely charm your nearest and dearest. The grounds feature an abundance of bucolic decorations that would complement your couple photos, such as the old-time horse carriage, disused tractor, wrought-iron arbor. The Hidden Farm is happy to welcome a wide array of ceremony types, including secular, religious, and interfaith services. An added bonus are the TWO days for set up, rehearsal and the wedding and reception! Couples will have access to the entire property for up to 12 hours, and complimentary 2-hour engagement photography sessions are available. The venue’s coordinator will help you to plan every last detail of your day, from guestlist creation to logistical arrangements. A variety of event items are included, such as wine barrels, wedding arch, 2 gas fireplaces, 20 Adirondack chairs, tables and chairs for up to 200, and a large dance floor. You and your closest friends can make use of the private air conditioned wedding cottage, a quaint house that features a cozy get-ready room.

When a wedding venue we initially put a deposit on fell through, we couldn't imagine how lucky we were to find The Hidden Farm. If you are looking to find a beautiful and tranquil location, look no further. The property is gorgeous with rolling hills, beautiful and quaint farm structures and sometimes you can catch a view of Mount Ranier when the sky is clear (unfortunately we could not see it on our wedding day). Megan and her husband Phil tirelessly work to make the property picturesque for your special day. About three days before the wedding, we had a walkthrough where Megan showed all of the things they planned to do to prepare for the day of the wedding (e.g. bail/remove hay, replace flowers and plants in gardens, set up boundaries to make private stalls for bathrooms) and I have to admit I had my reservations that all could be done. But wouldn't you know it, the day we arrived for the wedding the property was PERFECT. We had a blast, every guest we had could not stop talking about how perfect and amazing the property was. And we didn't have to decorate a ton because the property was already beautiful. Every dollar spent on this property was well worth it and we wouldn't change anything about it. Megan and Phil, thank you so much for sharing your special getaway for our special day!Special Note: If you are looking for a COVID-friendly location this property is even more worth looking at. A lot of open-air room and the barn that holds the reception is so large with ENORMOUS openings/doors that it makes it open air in itself.

My husband and I were married at The Hidden Farm in July. We can’t say enough good things about this place. The venue is beautiful, complete with a stunning view of Mount Rainier. The property features a cabin which was perfect for me and the bridesmaids to get ready. A short walk away my husband had a “bachelor pad” complete with mini fridge, darts, and plenty of room for him and the boys to get ready. The venue has plenty of room for parking. After the ceremony, the doors to the barn were opened, and our reception revealed. Megan and Phil, the owners, were awesome to work with. So attentive and helpful every step of the way. I would highly The Hidden Farm. It was a perfect place to have our special day.
