Words cannot express how grateful I am for the amazing staff at The Highlands at Dove Mountain. First and foremost, Claudette is the BEST! She made the wedding planning process so easy and fun! The space is absolutely beautiful, surrounded by desert, and Tucsonâs natural beauty. We received so many compliments on the venue and the venues food. Our guests had so much fun, and better yet, so did we! My husband and I cannot imagine a better place to get married to start the next adventure in life. I highly recommend taking the time to tour the venue and meet with Claudette. I promise, you will not regret it.

The Highlands at Dove Mountain delivered us our dream wedding! First, let me thank the staff, especially Claudette and Katrina. They went over-and-above to make our wedding incredible. Claudette is an incredible and very professional wedding coordinator. She helped us from start to finish and made sure we thought of the little things that would make this day special. Claudette made our wedding day easy and seamless. That allowed us to focus on the event and each other. We really appreciated that.We were married in late October in 2022 and the weather was incredible. We had an outdoor wedding and outdoor dinner on the patio / pergola area. The venue is very inviting, newly remodeled, and modern. Our wedding dinner table was magical. There were hundreds of candles which made the table, and the patio area, look amazing.The club views were incredible. The mountain backdrop is breathtaking. The wedding pictures were everything we could have wished for. There were colorful October backgrounds, waterfalls, and sunset silhouette photos. We highly recommend this venue! We cannot say enough good things about The Highlands at Dove Mountain! The true gem of this place is Claudette. We went to about a dozen venues in town and knew we had to have The Highlands based on the views and Claudette. The views for the wedding and cocktail hour were absolutely breathtaking. The food was incredible. The drinks were delicious - and guests did not have to wait in long lines (and trust me - my guests were up there a LOT). Claudette made the whole day (and every day leading up to it) seamless. She was a real professional and made getting married and throwing the most expensive party of our lives easy. We were a wedding that was impacted by COVID (original date 4/4/2020), and she worked with us to get a new date -- not once but TWICE since delta variant came for our second date. She made us feel like the most important couple to her. HIGHLY recommend!

I just had my wedding at The Highlands a few days ago and it was nothing short of amazing! Claudette was so kind and incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. She took away a lot of the stress of wedding planning. Also, not to mention that the decor was stunning. It was everything that I had hoped for and more. The ceiling decor is a real show stopper, but all the little details including the center pieces were beautiful. Overall, I am so grateful to Claudette for helping me put together such a wonderful wedding and I would recommend anyone to The Highlands!

Claudette used her event planning and design expertise to turn our inspiration photos into the beautiful event we had envisioned. On the day of the wedding, she went above-and-beyond to ensure that everything ran smoothly. When we had an issue with our transportation vendor, she even offered to drive her personal car to pick-up the wedding guests. We received numerous compliments from our family and friends about how beautiful the venue was and how great the event staff were. Thank you so much Claudette and the entire Highlands team for truly making our dream wedding a reality!!

I believe that there is no better venue that captures every aspect of Southern Arizona beauty than the Highlands at Dove Mountain. From our experience there--and being married during COVID--I am confident in saying that amid the ongoing saga of COVID this venue was exceptional! Despite our November 2020 wedding date, we were able to move forward with our wedding and implement multiple precautions that maintained safety while never once detracting from the beauty, design, or intent of our event. Claudette worked with us to ensure social distancing at the ceremony and reception while still creating a beautiful setting, cocktails and dinner service was plated with servers utilizing masks and PPE throughout the night, beautiful hand sanitizing stations that matched the décor were provided, and through it all, considerations were communicated with us to find out how we would best like to proceed. Claudette truly personifies the feel of The Highlands at Dove Mountain. She possess a calming, elegant, genuine demeanor which is complemented by her unmatched wedding planning knowledge, her connection with a multitude of Tucson wedding vendors, her own floral/decorative skills, and her perfect attention to detail and organization. She remains ever engaged for the couple and will work to make each step as clear as possible. Despite being out of town, she worked via email and over the phone to understand our ideas and vision. She demonstrated an ability to communicate well and capture the ideas we were hoping to achieve. This site is spectacular, it is a must consider, 100% recommend from a very Happy COVID couple!

We began our venue search in January 2018. We toured probably 8-9 places and \"the one\" still hadn't popped out at us. I met Claudette and Katrina at a bridal expo and booked an appointment there to visit The Highlands . Honestly, that same day, we had appointments at 4 other places and I was EXHAUSTED. I actually begged my fiancee to reschedule or just choose one we had already seen...he said, \"no, this will be the last place we visit and make a decision from there\". I AM SO GLAD WE WENT!!!I can't put into words the instant connection we had with Claudette. We walked the venue, (which is beautiful), she described the cermony set-up, cocktail hour, reception and flow of it all. As she did, I could envision it all in my head. THIS WAS IT. We left that meeting, my fiancee and I just looked at each other. I asked, \"what did you think?\"...He had the biggest smile on his face, we both said, \"this is the place!\". From that day, January 29, 2018 through my wedding date exactly nine months later, Claudette and Katrina were more than what I could have ever asked for. The two work in tandum and are on top of it ALL. We were in constant communication and bounced ideas off of each other, working within our budget. My nickname for them is now \"The Dream Team\". The day was spectacular, everything flowed like it should, the food was delicious, our reception was gorgeous and an amzaing time was had by everyone. The compliments that night were non-stop and are still coming. I am so glad we found The Highlands and Claudette. She truly brought our vision to life and made the day one we will never forget.

Having our wedding reception at the Highlands was the best decision we could have made! From the minute we toured the venue and met Claudette, we knew that it would be perfect and was exactly what we were looking for. The entire experience was so fun and enjoyable, and Claudette and her team really made us feel at ease. Her professionalism and attention to detail leading up to the day were amazing. Then on the night of the event, we were blown away! Not only was the food amazing, but the friendliness of the staff and the decor and ambiance of the whole venue really put it over the top! We are still getting compliments from our guest talking about what an amazing evening it was and how it was one of the most fun weddings they had ever been to! Thank you!

The entire experience was so fun and enjoyable, and Claudette and her team really made us feel at ease. Her professionalism and attention to detail leading up to the day were amazing. Then on the night of the event, we were blown away! Not only was the food amazing, but the friendliness of the staff and the decor and ambiance of the whole venue really put it over the top! We are still getting compliments from our guest talking about what an amazing evening it was and how it was one of the most fun weddings they had ever been to! Thank you!

My wedding reception was located at Heritage Highlands and it was exactly was I wanted it to be. The staff, and more specifically Elizabeth the coordinator went above and beyond my expectations. She made sure everything ran according the plans we had made, down to getting us out to sunset pictures on time with golf carts lined up and ready to go. We got so many compliments on the venue, food, and decor. I had an amazing time at our reception and I wouldn't change a thing.

My husband and I fell in love with Heritage Highlands almost immediately. There are numerous beautiful places for pictures; our outdoor ceremony had a beautiful desert backdrop; the food was fantastic; our coordinator, Elizabeth, was always calm and on top of the planning process as we prepared for our big day. We enjoyed every bit of working with Elizabeth from the day we met her to the day we got married. While we did look at a few less expensive venues, we have no regrets about choosing Heritage. Their professionalism and attention to detail made our wedding an absolutely perfect day for us and our guests.
