This space offers you a \"one stop shop\" for your event! I would highly recommend them for someone who has a lot of out of town guests coming in. Plus, because of the location, it offers a mini getaway for your guests. They can stay in the hotel, shop, eat, and go out without having to drive anywhere. Reviewed on 28-03-2020

Cannot say enough! They were wonderful! Sarah Latham is a star wedding coordinator! She’s professional but easy going and low key - helps you not stress! Her attention to detail, anticipation of our needs, and creative spirit make working with her just wonderful! The whole staff made everything so fun and easy! The food was delicious, the party was great! Every step of the process was expertly organized! We had the best experience, and our guests enjoyed the reception and their stays at the hotel. I booked a hotel suite for two nights to have for my girls to get ready in and then for my husband and I to stay in after the wedding, and was very impressed. The staff worked hard to make sure all of our rooms were ready early for us to check into. Brought us everything we asked for, and flipped the suite I booked from a mess after hair and makeup to a romantic newlywed package! The hotel also handed out gift bags upon arrival for all of my guests. And the breakfast was cheap and absolutely delicious! Only thing I was disappointed in was the fact that in order to get the shuttle to take the guests to your venue, you had to have 10 rooms booked. I had 19 rooms booked and was told they would only make one trip- but the shuttle only held 11 people. If I wanted a second trip I had to pay. I had already spent so much money to get the suite AND had a total of 28 rooms booked between the two nights. How in the world would 19 rooms of people fit into a shuttle that holds 11?? I worked very closely with Sarah Latham, the Event & Group Sales Coordinator, and she was so fabulous I don't even know where to start. The whole planning process with Sarah was not only easy and efficient, but enjoyable. Sarah and the staff at the Hilton had been so thorough, that I had the utmost confidence that the event would be flawless. We had over 200 guests, and each guest that we spoke to raved about how wonderful the food was. The wait staff members were polite, attentive, and fun throughout the evening. The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure that we and our guests were accommodated in every way and I can't thank them enough. I highly recommend the Hilton Garden Inn - Dayton South for an event. Reviewed on 06-12-2016

I started off as a banquet server and moved up to the Sales and Catering Coordinator position. I have a meeting and event planning degree as well as a business management bachelors degree.
