My husband and I were married here in July of 2023. Everyone talks about how much stress goes into planning a wedding, but I truly felt none of that. Adrienne and her team offer the most complete package you could want. The cake, the food, the DJ, the decor, the hospitality, and the bar were all taken care of by the venue. After one meeting of decision-making, everything was done perfectly and exceeded my expectations. The best part of the experience was the cost. To have all of the things we had (2-choice dinner, cake, DJ, open bar all night, floral centerpieces, chair covers, bridal suite, etc.) would have cost more than double what we paid. Our experience was exceptional, and my husband and I talked about how we wished we could re-live that night over and over again. People still talk about the fun they had, and there is not a single thing I would change about our wedding ceremony + reception. Adrienne is amazing and knows everything there is to know about weddings. She handles absolutely everything, including day-of coordination, and I did not have to lift a finger. It was truly an incredible experience. Reviewed on 08-11-2023

Everything we could have hoped for and more! The venue was beautiful with brick and stone and wood with a beautiful meadow behind the property that made for gorgeous photos! The food was phenomenal and they accommodated my allergens which was really important! The DJ (that is included in the price) was awesome and felt like he had been part of our group for years…. But let me tell you about the best part of the Holiday Inn at Six Flags and that is Adrienne!!! Wow just wow! She helped me through every step of the process, was timely in communication, made any stress or worry that I had melt away, and was the absolute sweetest! She became like family to us and I couldn’t have imagined my day without her! Highly highly highly recommend her and this Venu, you will not regret all they have to offer!! Reviewed on 05-08-2023

We received a ton of compliments regarding the food from our guests and I can confirm, it was delicious! The DJ that was included did a wonderful job getting our guests up and moving! Sarah Crudden(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 15-05-2021 This venue is none other than an absolute gem!! My husband and I had our reception at the Holiday Inn last weekend. For couples discerning where to have their wedding/reception in the greater STL area, consider these points for the Holiday Inn in Eureka:1. Adrienne will be your contact. She, herself, had her own wedding in the historical barn years ago, and she is the definition of a pro. She is experienced, honest, genuine, and will treat you as if you were her own daughter getting married. There was a last minute issue before our wedding, and while breaking the news to me, she began to tear up because she knew I was upset about the detail. But that's not where things ended -- she pulled off a miracle to fix the problem in time for our reception the next day. THAT's how much she cares. I'm not kidding - she gets it done. I trusted her every step of the way.2. This place is the BEST VALUE IN TOWN. There are NO HIDDEN FEES, yet you get basically everything you need in the package. At first glance... and second... and third... it seems too good to be true. But trust me, it's not a joke and there's no catch - just a massive WIN. My husband and I looked at a lot of venues in the greater STL area, and the Holiday Inn ended up costing less than 1/2 the price of every other venue we looked at even after we added on all the bells and whistles that we wanted!3. The charm is unique and we and our guests LOVED the atmosphere. The history of the building is really cool and our guests enjoyed learning about it and telling us about it.4. My husband and I are biased, but our wedding reception was probably the most fun reception either of us has ever been to. And our guests made sure they told us the same thing! I think our slogan became \"funnest wedding/reception EVER!\". 5. The food was excellent -- choose the chicken cordon blue!Thank you Adrienne and Holiday Inn Six Flags for making our day so beautiful. It meant the world to us and I don't think we will ever stop raving about our experience with you! Reviewed on 20-05-2021

The dining room was so beautifully set up, and they put out all the decorations as we hoped. The staff was what set them apart. Nothing I asked was a burden, they were all so willing to help, to get things, to unlock doors, to make special arrangements for some handicapped guests, to accommodate all the things we wanted to do, and even one lady that went out of her way to make sure we had things we needed. Kyle Lairmore(groom)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 22-08-2019 We hosted our wedding ceremony and reception at Holiday Inn at Six Flags St. Louis on August 24. Both of my husband's sisters held their weddings at the same venue 7 and 15 years prior, so we know what to expect when working with Adrienne Rind and her staff.Adrienne is a pro in her field. She provides great wedding-prep service in a one-stop shop venue. All the basics were taken care of except officiant, bouquet/boutonnière and photographer. Everything else was included in the package. The venue is historic with old-world charm from the stone/wood work and stained glass windows. It provided easy onsite lodging accommodations for our guests, conveniently set-up in a room block until 30 days prior to the event. (Side note: be sure to contact hotel frequently to add rooms to block, they will not add more automatically.) Hotel is dog friendly, which was a must since our pups were our \"Best Pup\" and \"Pup of Honor\".The hospitality suite was included on Friday and Saturday night at no charge (Friday was included because we booked in January at their open house which was the booking bonus). The booking bonus also included a veggie tray during cocktail hour and extra hour of open bar.The four packages offered differed by food menu options. We chose package #4 which was the buffet option (other three packages are plated meals). Our menu included protein choices: pepper steak au poivre and chicken with sherry wine sauce. The other pre-chosen sides included: tossed salad, pasta salad, fresh veggies and dip, marinated mushrooms, fresh fruit, rice pilaf, angel hair pasta with pesto and broccoli, oven roasted potatoes, grilled veggies and rolls. No one walked away hungry from our wedding and everyone raved about the options. Many said it was the best wedding menu they have enjoyed and can't believe how perfect the steak was cooked! The venue also cuts the cake and serves it with french vanilla ice cream, delivered to the guests at the tables.Venue has many great location for photos both indoors and outdoors.Atrium area provides great spot to hang out the night before the wedding with friends and family. Also, it keeps families busy while pre-wedding prep is conducted the day-of.A big thank you to Adrienne and her staff for making our wedding day stress and hassle free! Lynne Litzau(wedding party)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 03-12-2018 First and foremost, Adrienne and her staff did an outstanding job on our daughter and son-in laws reception!!!!! Adrienne was incredible throughout the entire planning stage, set-up stage and of course the reception itself. We could not have been happier with her hard work and dedication to seeing that our daughter and son-in-law had the reception they wanted and a night full of wonderful memories. The reception hall was breath taking when we walked in to see the beautiful chair covers and table runners. The florist had willingly used my daughter's centerpieces for the flowers which were beautiful. Adrienne had placed the extra mason jars on the tables for the bridal party's bouquets. The champagne toast glasses were ready and waiting. The Hershey kisses and Koozies favors were by each plate. The screen was ready for their picture presentation. The cake was gorgeous and the knife set was monogrammed with their names and wedding date. The gift table and card box were inside the reception hall as requested. At the bar were my daughter's hand made bar menu and dinner menu signs. Outside the hall Adrienne had their memory table, their guest book, their welcome sign and their seating chart prominently displayed. Adrienne's attention to detail was phenomenal!!! Everything was exactly as our daughter and son-in-law had requested.Once the evening began, everything continued to go very smoothly. The food was delicious from start to end. The service was very efficient whether serving the food or clearing the tables. Eric Burns(groom)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 28-09-2018 Where to start? Many people explain their wedding day as \"amazing, but...\" However, I can say that there were absolutely no ifs, ands or buts about our wedding day. Everything went exactly as planned. I will try to answer all of the questions that we had in this review. We had both our reception and ceremony here! The food is delicious. I highly recommend doing the buffet style dinner and also adding the chicken cordon bleu. The cake is some of the best cake you'll have and they use real icing, rather than fondant! If you have a request for the cake (within reason), it can be done. We also received an extra sheet cake. This is done to accommodate larger weddings. We had a seashell cake and it was beautiful!! They will set up and tear down everything for you. If you're bringing your own decorations, all you have do is set up an example table for them to go off of . The venue is very beautiful and spacious enough for large weddings. I heard nothing besides compliments on the night of the wedding and afterwards. You will receive the wedding suite the night of the wedding. Overall, if you do everything that you could possibly want for your wedding, have a guest list around 150, including tax and gratuity you'll be under $10,000. Anyone who has looked around for venues knows how much a venue, food, open bar, cake, set up and tear down, dj, a 5-6 hour reception, and all the other stuff included can cost. Weddings are expensive regardless of where you go, but you will definitely get the best value here!! We are incredibly pleased with everything! The DJ included was a hoot and added the most wonderful energy to our dance floor. We danced until the very end! A special shout out to Adrienne for being so helpful in the entire wedding process - we live in Milwaukee and were making arrangements from out of town, but she was always quick to respond by email or phone. Though there was a lot of action going on during the reception, I saw Adrienne walking around and making sure things were running smoothly. Brittany Broski(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 25-03-2017 My wedding and reception at the Holiday Inn Six flags was perfect. It was absolutely stress free and Adrienne made sure everything went as planned. Certain months the hotel offers a few extra perks which we took advantage of. We had the hospitality suite on Friday night before the wedding and the night of the wedding. It was perfect for myself and all of my bridesmaids to stay at Friday and then for my new husband and I on our wedding night. The room has three beds, two baths, a sitting room area and a little bar. It was the perfect space for getting ready and even taking pictures. It unfortunately rained on my wedding day, but there were ample opportunities for pictures inside. The stone walls and archways are stunning and natural. There are many mirrors as well as a large staircase. Hands down the place is beautiful. The banquet hall has the same stonework as the rest of the hotel and has so much natural beauty. The place really requires little to no extra decorating which decreases stress. The hotel takes care of just about everything; dinner, bar, dj, cake, centerpieces, table cloths, and settings. Like I said, there is little that the bride really needs to do. No hassles of cleaning up or the fear of family shutting your reception down before it's over because you have to be out and cleaned up by a certain time. For the price, you can't beat all the luxury the Holiday Inn Six flags has to offer. I wouldn't have done it any other way. My wedding was really a dream come true. Thank you! Reviewed on 29-03-2017

Melissa Hatfield(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 21-12-2012 My husband and I just got married on December 27, 2014 and the event manager, Adrienne Rind was absolutely wonderful to work with! We had a very small budget but you never would have known it. They pulled out all the stops to make my dream wedding come true. The hotel was decorated beautifully for the holidays and the ballroom carpet and chairs matched our theme of burgundy, gold and cream perfectly. The meal we selected for our sit down dinner was elegant and delicious and the bakery the hotel used for our wedding cake did a fantastic job creating a very unique and festive three layer red velvet and cream cheese filled cake decorated with dozens of tiny round Christmas ornaments. The florist the hotel recommended was able to do all of our flowers for under $450 and they were absolutely breathtaking. Adrienne was with me every step of the way and even though our wedding was two days after Christmas and fell during her vacation from work, she was still there that night with a smile on her face, making sure everything went off without a hitch. Even though our wedding was four months ago, our family and friends still talk about it all the time. Many of them said it was the best wedding they had ever been to! Originally, we had planned to elope, but had a last minute change of plans due to work schedules and had to cancel our trip. We figured we only had the budget for a courthouse ceremony and small dinner for immediate family only. On a whim, just a few months before our big day, I contacted this hotel and made an appointment with Adrienne. She sat down with me and patiently went over all of the options and prices. I was almost embarrassed to tell her that our budget was only $1,500 when I know the average US wedding costs $30,000, but she always treated us with the utmost care and respect. She genuinely seemed interested in helping us and offered numerous suggestions. The hotel provided the smaller ballroom and tables, chairs, linens, china, silverware for our wedding and dinner, and included the cake stand, the centerpieces, the Christmas tree, wreaths, and a podium for our officiate at no additional charge. I highly recommend this venue to future brides or anyone else looking for a place to hold a special event. It was so convenient to be able to have both the ceremony and dinner in the same building which our guests really appreciated. The staff was topnotch and really kept dinner and dessert service on course so that my guests never had to request a thing. The hotel is historic and simply beautiful. It is Tudor style and reminds me of a castle with its stone walls, high ceilings, wood beams and huge rock fireplace. Of course, for all its old world charm, it is not lacking in modern conveniences, especially the indoor pool and restaurant. There is plenty of parking and it is convenient to the highway. The Six Flags theme park is located right across the street making it a perfect place to hold a family reunion in the summertime and avoid costly parking fees. If you are having trouble deciding where to have your wedding and/or reception and are getting frustrated with all of the added costs some other places tack on, do yourself a big favor and contact Adrienne Rind at Holiday Inn Six Flags. Complete Music was the included DJ (excellent). We added on a photo booth through Complete for extra cost (I think $800). The catering was done by Holiday Inn. The entrees were good (not amazing, but very good) with very good sides, salad, bread, fruit, veggies. The room was set up beautifully. We paid extra for chair covers and room decor and it was worth it to me. I seriously had never seen a more beautiful reception. The room was very spacious and they set up the dance floor in the center of the seating which was a great idea. The AC worked great (that's important in August). \r\rI wish I had written this review last year so I could remember more details better. There were other inclusions as well as a few small surprises that made the experience so fun. Oh, and the included hospitality suite was awesome. A very rustic and relaxing large space to retreat to after a long day.\r\rThe only negative that I can remember is that my husband and a groomsman stayed in a room adjacent to the indoor pool the night before the wedding and they said it was terribly humid to the point that the room felt \"wet.\" I would recommend not staying near the pool to avoid this possibility. I was fine in my room down the hall. Also it cost $250 for us to rent video equipment (to show a video). This seemed overpriced to me.\r\rWe had our reception at 6pm on August 10, 2013 with 130 guests. Working with Adrienne to plan was also great. She was quick to respond to my emails.\r\rFinal note-the pics on Holiday Inn's website do not do justice to the venue. It is better. I suggest checking them out. Reviewed on 17-06-2014

Adrienne was very friendly and super helpful in planning the reception. She went above and beyond for our reception and will try to make anything happen you want! I love that everything is included in one price, much easier then trying to find each vendor separately. My guests all had a great time as well! Kimberly Fry(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 12-10-2013 The Holiday Inn at six flags is NOT your average holiday Inn...It's absolutely beautiful! My husband and I were sold on having our wedding here from the historical facts alone. It was built onto an 18th century barn so it has loads of character. The day of our dreams went perfectly! The staff was very professional and on top of everything leaving us stress free and making it easy for us to enjoy our big day. Adrienne (the catering manager) was unbelievably helpful. She was always happy to answer any and all of my questions and she was beyond helpful the day of our wedding. I'm so grateful for all of her, and the rest of the staffs hard work! Food was delicious, drinks were great, room looked incredible, and the day went off without a hitch! Price was beyond reasonable for the amazing wedding and reception we had here. Jenny (bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 19-10-2013 We had our reception here in October 2013. Everything we needed for the reception was offered here - the DJ, catering, drinks, cake, linens, flowers, and of course the accommodations. It was such a relief to not have to search around for all of these vendors! Adrienne does a great job coordinating everything and was wonderful to work with. The food was fantastic, the DJ was phenomenal, the cake - omg! The hospitality suite was great for our flower girl and ring bearer to hang out with the babysitter during the reception. We are so happy we chose the Holiday Inn for our reception. It fit our personalities and everyone was comfortable and had lots of fun. Highly recommend the Holiday Inn to anyone! The Holiday Inn at Six Flags made planning my daughter's event less complicated than I could have imagined. They asked all the right questions, and could not have been more helpful. Adianne was attentive and helped immensely with her many great suggestions and ideas. She was always willing to let us proceed with our own flourishes and special touches. She always did just what she said, and was so dependable. I had not anticipated the way the whole staff looked after us and did everything to ensure that our event was perfect. They met our party at the front door and knew us by name the evening we came to sample food for the reception. You really feel like you are well taken care of and the staff will help with anything. The room for the reception looked so elegant with the flowers and tables set up. The Hospitality Room is absolutely the most fun! Our experience was the best. You want so much for your daughter's wedding to be everything she has dreamed of, and I can say that Adrienne and the staff at the Holiday Inn at Six Flags help make it come true. Tiffany Hancock(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 22-03-2014 My wedding was in March and it could not have gone more smoothly. The Hospitality Suite was perfect to get ready, plenty of room for some of my guests to join me and right across the hall from where our ceremony and reception was. Adrienne was amazing and kept the whole evening flowing right on time. If we needed something she was there and if we didn't know we needed it she suggested it. The atmosphere was perfect and I loved the natural stone and brick. After researching other places this is the most bang for your buck! I would recommend it to anyone wanting personal attention and a great value. Reviewed on 21-05-2014
Allison McFarland(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 27-09-2014 I had my wedding in January at the Holiday Inn Eureka and it was beautiful! Almost everything was included. The rustic, warm, stone and wood ballroom was perfect for my winter wonderland theme. Hardly any decorations were needed, besides uplighting, just to add to the theme. The food was wonderful, and everything flowed smoothly. It is a great place for a reception because your guests don't have to worry about driving home, and the price was hard to beat. Alison Tsacoumangos(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 20-11-2010 I had my wedding ceremony and reception at the Holiday Inn Six Flags in Eureka, MO. We had 200+ out of town guests, so it was a great place to have everyone together for the whole weekend. We had 285 guests total. The hotel claims they can hold 300, but I don't think we could have fit a single other person in the room. That was the only drawback. Otherwise, the location is perfect for a ceremony and reception, the wedding coordinator was fabulous, and the hotel worked very hard to make sure the weekend was wonderful. Food was very good. The wedding package includes a lot: centerpieces, the cake, the DJ, and a few other things are included in the per person cost. Prices are also very reasonable compared to other venues in St. Louis. Kelly Schneider(bride)2 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 21-08-2010 My biggest complaint was the temperature in the hall. They brought in box fans at some point. Pretty tack, and they didn't help. They said there was nothing they could do about the temperature because it was August, poor excuse. The DJ that came with the package deal (because you can't bring in your own), didn't have most of the songs we wanted played. Seriously they didn't have Dave Mathews Band! The package includes only 4 hours of open bar so they close the bar down during dinner. No choice bakery for the cake. And the bakery didn't get the cake flavor and fillings right, or the color of the icing. The wedding coordinator Adrienne, did not really go out of her way to be helpful. And that was their big selling point, that she would do everything. Well everytime I called her I felt like she was rushing me off the phone. Dinner was served in a timely manner and to my knowledge the servers were friendly. So that was good. Reviewed on 14-09-2010

Willing to rearange the reception hall to have our wedding there since our church did not have power.;The 'wedding coordinator' did not stay for the event to make sure we had everything we needed.
