Owned by HGTV's Cari Cucksey (Cash & Cari); Cari has fused her passion for repurpose to provide unique and memorable moments for every couple. Whether it’s our circa 1860’s bank building renovated as the original Holly Vault or the number of unique antique props available, the Collection continues to be inspired by things of the past. Each location resides within walking distance in the quaint town of Holly, known as Oakland County’s home for antique boutiques, historical landmarks and frequent train whistles. We got married at the Holly Vault this past October after postponing our wedding twice due to COVID. We had to switch venues last minute and luckily found Holly Vault which made planning so easy! They are very helpful and responsive while planning. The chapel and bridal suite were great too..nice and modern. The venue itself is beautiful and the new chef is great. Prices were pretty reasonable for catering and venue rental. The only downsides I would say are that to have a day of coordinator (which is totally needed), they charge $2000. This should be included in the venue rental cost because their coordinators are on site the day of anyway! I found my own coordinator for a fraction of the price that did an amazing job. Also, the bar is pretty pricey compared to other venues and you have to use their bar. Other than that, we had a very good experience. Everyone we worked with was very nice and helpful..they even helped us with our seating chart and provide a lot of different decor or tables you may need. I would recommend this venue for a cozy but industrial style wedding!

I am so glad we chose the Holly Vault to have our wedding reception and ceremony! Choosing a venue was one of the hardest things for us as after so many tours we felt like something was missed.. until we got to the Holly Vault! As soon as we toured it my husband and I knew it was the perfect venue. The getting ready loft is absolutely beautiful and so spacious. The Chapel is simple and gorgeous. And the vault was the perfect mix of intimate and warm but rustic as well! The food was great, especially the salmon, so many positive comments from our guests! The planning team is absolutely amazing and our coordinator Samantha was my actual lifeline during the planning process, she is a must!! Everything went so smooth on the day of. If I could do it all again, I would choose the Holly Vault a million times!

Venue was gorgeous. The coordinator (Alisa) was great at communicating! Lots of emails and calls exchanged to make sure my vision was everything I wanted. They did amazing providing just that. We did have some issues with the staff working that day, but I did talk to Alisa about it right away to bring it to their attention. Alisa called me from her personal cell and wanted to discuss with me the issues I had and apologized. The food was excellent!

Absolutely perfect! We researched a lot of venues and toured 1 just before touring The Vault. I walked in and immediately knew it was the right venue. They don't even have to \"sell\" anything when they're giving tours, because the venue sells itself.The staff:Aside from how beautiful it is, the staff could not be better. 100% recommend hiring a day of coordinator through the venue. Alisa S. was our coordinator, and we could not have asked for a better person. Alisa was so on top of everything! She had everything running smoothly, went above and beyond in everything, was incredible during the planning process, and helped add special touches that were personal. Alisa and Cari (the owner) know how to run a business, make everyone happy, and ensure their staff is on top of everything. They are always 10 steps ahead.The venue:The Vault and the chapel are stunning, spacious, cozy, and elegant. The chapel has audio set up so you can play your own music. We had a friend do it from his phone, which saved us a lot of money on a DJ.The food was delicious. So many of our guests said how great the food was.We stayed in the cottage suites (a house you can rent from the venue) and that was a lot of fun, too. It is super nice and fits so many people and cars in case you want to stay there with your bridal party or if you have a lot of out of town guests.Cannot recommend The Vault enough!

We used the Holly Vault Chapel for our ceremony, and it was absolutely perfect. It was very difficult to find a chapel-type ceremony space that could hold 200 people, so we were incredibly excited when we found the Holly Vault. They were super easy to work with and accommodating. It was a great price for just renting the space for the ceremony only.

We are so grateful that we found such a beautiful wedding venue close to our home. Venue One Eleven was perfect for our winter wedding. I loved the concept of being able to move from room to room and not be stuck in one room the entire day, especially with almost 200 guests. The fact we were able to have our ceremony, cocktail hour and reception all in different areas was amazing since none of the events were held outside since we had a winter wedding. Many positive notes - The staff was extremely accommodating as far as tours and walk throughs went! Kerri, the Sales Manager who held our tour was what helped ‘sell’ the venue to us, she was a very positive and pleasant person! We even saw her on our wedding day and she assisted where needed, which definitely was a huge help that she stepped in and was involved in our wedding day even though that wasn’t planned or expected. Alisa, the Venue Director was extremely prompt throughout the entire experience. Responding to emails/calls/texts, at all hours, on any day (weekends/holidays included). I never expected to have immediate replies but the fact we got such prompt turn around, made many aspects of wedding planning easy. In addition, there was a hiccup during our actual wedding day and Alisa went out of her way to help solve the problem. Thank you, Alisa! Ashlyn, who was on site the day of our wedding was very sweet, kind and helpful. The staff overall were very hands on, even serving us our food even though we had buffet style. Food was AMAZING, especially for a buffet. We received many compliments on the food. Everything that was planned, was executed exactly the way we needed it to be. There was a few ‘cons’ but the pros definitely out weighed them significantly. There was multiple instances with miscommunication between staff members. We would be told one thing by one person, and then we would speak to a different person and they would tell us a completely different thing. This happened leading up to the wedding and even the day of. It was definitely confusing at times that not everyone on the team was on the same page. More concise and clear communication would have been a huge help to keep everything running seamlessly. More salt maintenance would have gone a long way too, we had multiple guests fall walking in the parking lot and on the sidewalks. Overall, our wedding day was truly magical. A lot of factors go into a wedding to make it beautiful but the aesthetic of this venue is ‘picture perfect’ and one of the many reasons we chose the venue. Cari and Cash have a wonderful design eye!

The entire team went above and beyond to accommodate us and captured our vision for everything perfectly. The day was completely stress free for us and everyone was great to work with. We received so many compliments on how beautiful the space was, how great Samantha did coordinating, and how amazing the food was. Would highly recommend!

From the moment we met with Keri, we knew it was the perfect wedding venue for us. Every step of the way they were so accommodating, from random days when we would be in downtown Holly and pop in to see the venue or last minute additions to tasting events. We would definitely recommend looking into the bridal suite/loft and the team of day of wedding coordinators. After being bumped around between a few coordinators (we missed you Miranda!!), we landed with the team of Alisa, Samantha and Ashlyn. I can’t send enough praise to Samantha. When we met Samantha the month before the wedding, we knew right away she was amazing. She put in so much work and time to bring my vision to life, and oh my did she execute. Samantha quickly became a household name in our family, and we can’t stop talking about how great she is. If you’re wanting a wedding venue in the Holly area, The Holly Vault Collection is the best place to look. ALL AROUND AMAZING!

Stop looking for the perfect venue because you just found it....THE HOLLY VAULT! Schedule your event there today because it will be one of the best decisions you ever made, and surely one of the most memorable occasions! My son and his wife were married there last weekend. IT WAS EVERYTHING WE HOPED FOR AND MORE!! The absolute best wedding coordinator to work with was Samantha Breckenridge...she was so professional, knowledgeable and wanted it to be perfect for us. There was no limit to what she was willing to do for us. Not only was the space beautiful, but the people were incredible to work with. They made us feel like the most important family and it was clear they wanted what we wanted...an experience of a lifetime! The food was awesome, the servers were professional, the advice was spot on. The guests who came were so impressed and kept commenting on what an awesome place The Holly Vault is. I can't say enough positive things about our family's experience. We are so grateful to all the people from The Vault, who helped us. They are an incredible team...every single person.

Venue One Eleven was a beautiful place for our wedding. My husband and I got married on 12/3/22 and have no complaints. The venue is beautiful and functional. The staff was very friendly. A huge shout out to our coordinator, Alisa, who helped make our wedding dream a reality. She worked closely with us and made the days leading up to and the day of the wedding, as easy and stress free as possible. The food was also delicious! You will not regret having your wedding with The Holly Vault collection.

I’ll start by saying, the venue is absolutely gorgeous and has so many amenities. The #1 reason my husband and I picked The Holly Vault was how all-encompassing it was, eliminating a lot of stress from our day. The wedding party stayed in the Crossing House (also where the guys got ready in the morning), the girls got ready in the Lofts above the Vault, we were married in the Chapel, and held our reception at the Vault. Catering (for rehearsal, breakfast, lunch, and reception dinner) was done in-house and received many many compliments from our family and friends. The bar staff was friendly, engaged, and the drinks were strong and nothing ran out all night long. Leading up to the big day, our assigned coordinator was responsive and very helpful. We navigated small issues (which are bound to happen) quickly and without headache. Not only does the Vault offer a number of standard, helpful add-on services, but they were also able to quote me for additional unique services that we requested as well. The location and aesthetic are historic and unique, complimented by an exceptional experience and venue team!

I’ll start by saying, the venue is absolutely gorgeous and has so many amenities. The #1 reason my husband and I picked The Holly Vault was how all-encompassing it was, eliminating a lot of stress from our day. I just had my wedding at the Holly Vault this past weekend and I am so happy we stumbled across this venue. It’s a unique venue that fit our style perfectly. The collection has two venues and the vault fit our style more (it was rustic and intimate). But honestly either venue is beautiful. The food was amazing! I got so many compliments on dinner and even my vegan mom loved her food (I was shocked, she’s so picky!). Anyone with food allergies are taken care of (they take that very seriously and have a chef on staff who prepares celiac friendly meals). One of the apps that people loved were the spinach pies! Our late night snack, the fry bar, was so good too. The bartenders and waitstaff were top notch- my drinks were on point and better than what I would typically get at weddings. We rented the upstairs space to get ready and all of my girls and family loved it up there. It was so nice to walk downstairs and check out the decor. We weren’t being bothered either. When I needed water, a staff member went out and came back with some for us and we ordered lunch from the holly cafe downstairs so everything was very easy. If you are booked with this venue, I would highly recommend adding on a coordinator. Alisa was our coordinator and she was beyond amazing. She has so much experience and I trusted her with everything. She set up my decor and it was better than I could have imagined. One of my requests was I wanted high noons to drink, so when I walked into the venue and saw my guests had high noons too… I was blown away (Alisa you rock!). Holly is a beautiful historic town with so many photo opportunities. From the very beginning, communication was top notch and they even helped recommend vendors like our DJ Tom who was amazing. If you want a stress free day, check out the vault. We stayed at the Airbnb across the street so the next morning, I ran by to pick up my decor (by adding on a coordinator, you just show up and they pack everything up). I can’t tell you how much fun I had at my own wedding! Thank you Alisa and the team at the Holly Vault for making this past weekend so stress free and memorable. I wouldn’t change one thing!

When my son and his fiancée’s wedding venue burned down 4 days prior to their wedding, Cari Cucksey reached out to help. Her team was nothing short of spectacular pulling together every detail very quickly as they worked to meet the goal of the original date and time. The fact that Venue One Eleven was able to deliver a flawless wedding under such a time crunch is a testimony to how well this organization functions. The Wedding Coordinator, Alisa was amazing. Her knowledge and confidence reassured the bride-to-be in a very chaotic time. There are not words for how much that was appreciated. The entire team stepped up to save the day. The rose garden provided an exquisite backdrop for the ceremony and photos. The reception decor was beautiful. The chef was very accommodating and the food was delicious. Me and my husband got married here in July, 2022. Overall we had a positive experience! We used both the Holly Vault Chapel and the Holly Vault and both were beautiful venue spaces. The brand new bridal suite is absolutely incredible!! We used the inside of the chapel and the bridal suite as our main places to get our photos taken as there aren't many surrounding areas outside of the venue for pictures that we could find since it's downtown with surrounding shops and houses. I think the outside of the chapel could use some love so that better pictures could be taken outside of it! As other reviews have said, a day-of coordinator is needed and thankfully we got Miranda at a discounted price because we went to a food tasting from the chef (or else we couldn't have afforded it). A downside though for us was after already going to the tasting and selecting our food, the main chef suddenly overbooked himself before our wedding and we weren't wowed by the food the day of the wedding from his sous-chef. I would recommend skipping on a late night snack as well as it was put out early and not announced when ready and was soggy/underwhelming. The chapel could've used a deeper cleaning before our ceremony... and only other negative was in the Holly Vault the air conditioning wasn't very powerful so it was hot inside during dancing in the summertime. We recommend getting DJ Jason Spranger from Alpha Z Productions if you have your wedding here - he was affordable, and really was a highlight of the night on the dance floor... he even checked on me during dinner to see if he could get me anything! Overall, I loved the charm of this venue and we enjoyed our day despite any little hiccups! Our pictures inside both venues turned out beautifully and for a wedding of 120 guests we found it to be moderate for pricing and a perfect, comfortable space to hold us all! Again though, a wedding planner is a must if you have your wedding here!

DO NOT GET MARRIED HERE.If I could do zero stars I would.This venue completely ruined the excitement of getting married.Save your time and your money.We signed the contract with them, immediately after we paid the deposit they were rude. I reached out asking more questions and the response I got should have been red flag number one, they were completely unhelpful and told me that they were no longer in charge of the parts moving forward and that I needed to get in touch with one of the other staff members as what I was asking questions about “wasn’t part of her job” which I find crazy considering she was so helpful beforehand in regards to the same things. After we signed we noticed an additional service fee. This we were confused about as nobody had explained that to us when I did call and ask about it I was told “I’m sure you were told about this and it’s pretty industry standard” red flag number two. So I decided to call and try to push the date to next year as we’ve ran into some financial situations and aren’t able to get married this year. Mind you I was told that I wouldn’t receive the retainer I paid back if I did cancel but I could push my date back need be. I was NEVER informed of a fee to do so. And I don’t see it anywhere in my contract either. But they wanted an additional 2500 to push my date due to “loss of business” which I was also told is pretty “industry standard” I said now if I were to fill and rebook my date for you, like sell that date to another bride would I still have to pay that, I’m in a lot of bride groups and almost all vendors will do that with you and try to work with you, to that will as told “umm we do not do that here” ok perfect. So after the immense attitude I got about that I decided to cancel my date with them all together. I was told there could be a cancellation fee if my date is not filled by someone else. But I’m not allowed to find someone to take my date over to avoid that 2500 fee? Makes zero sense. Money hungry, unprofessional, and beyond rude. No compassion whatsoever and so many hidden fees. This venue nickel and dimes the crap out of people and show no remorse doing so. Do not give them your money. Because you won’t stop getting new fees and crap from there.

What an incredible venue! The food was delicious, there was plenty of space for a dance floor and the separate rooms were great for gathering at the bar or in the dining room. The event planners where so helpful and the staff was amazing! We could not have picked a better location for our holiday party. Highly recommend The Holly Vault for any event.

We picked this venue because it hand linens, china, tables/chairs and other props included, and also it’s just absolutely beautiful! We had our wedding at the Holly Chapel and Holly Vault. It was everything we dreamed of! The Vault is a beautiful and unique venue that our guests were very impressed with! The food was delicious and the staff was great! We also used the suites above the vault to get ready that morning. That was such a great space because it was large enough for both the groomsmen and bridesmaids to get ready in, and the bride and groom could still stay separated and not see each other. Also, being located at the venue made getting ready and packing up so easy! Miranda was our coordinator and she hands down is the reason our wedding was so amazing! Leading up to the wedding, she was so helpful while planning! She was quick to respond to all of our questions and always offered to help in any way she could. Even when we had some guests back out at the last minute due to COVID, she helped us get creative and use our money we had already pay for those guests, towards something else. The day of the wedding, she took care of all of our needs and took care of all the little details so we could relax and truly just enjoy the day. I cannot recommend the vault, and especially Miranda, enough!

The Venue is amazing! We had about 105 people this weekend and the event was a complete success! We rented the penthouse above the Vault venue the day of the wedding and that made the experience that much better. Very large loft area with full kitchen and multiple area's for both the bridal parties and family to hang out before the ceremony. As any wedding it takes much more work than just the venue choice. The mother of the bride added all kinds of special touches to make the evening spectacular! Special decor items like candles, table settings, balloons, desert items and even the most awesome Taco Truck for late night snacks. But each event always comes up with (in our case) little hiccups. But it is how the venue handles them. Our wedding planner for The Vault was Miranda C. and she is nothing short of INCREDIBLE! She was patient, always around for helping out and even when serving staff was short she kicked it in high gear to fill any and all gaps to make our event the best it could be. Thank you Miranda....your hard work and calm presence was outstanding and much appreciated! Cari she is one of the most valuable staff you have probably next to the chef. We were suspect of the food since they had a new chef but we were pleasantly surprised! Took some time to get out but without Miranda's direction and jumping in, it would have been totally a different story.Regarding temperature of the venue it was wonderful as we had really the first fall day of the year so I cannot comment on any issues there.

My daughter held her wedding at Holly Vault this summer. Cari, the owner, was so sweet and attentive before we booked but once she had our money she was impossible to get ahold of and communication stopped. We had issues the day of the wedding and staff was unable to help. Cari was no where to be found even though she lived above Venue! We tried for over two months to get ahold of Cari via email, texts and phone messages but she has ghosted us. Took our money and ran!! BRIDES BEWARE! The positive reviews shock me since my experience was far from positive. There are plenty of wonderful venues in Michigan. Please save yourself heartache and pick a different venue. 1. The owner of the vault lacks empathy. She seems nice, but I found out it is not genuine. Once they have your money they treat you like dirt. 2. Communication is terrible!!! Good luck trying to get ahold of anyone. 3. The air doesn’t work, so if it is a hot day you will not have ANY relief. Many of my guests left early due to the stagnant 85 degree air air in the reception space. Despite being incredibly uncomfortable, none of the employees did anything to rectify the situation. Fans would have been nice (working AC would have been better). Memories of my first dance are clouded by how hot and miserable we felt pressed up against each other. We just wanted it to be over. Not a great way to celebrate the start of a marriage. We were sad guest left because it was so unbearable. Especially after paying all the money. We wish the vault did something to help, even slightly, but that was not the case. PS. The gold chargers they use are from the dollar store. But they will charge you a dollar to rent. 100% profit for them every time someone uses them.

My husband and I went through quite a bit with our wedding in 2020 including a previous venue's bankruptcy, after which we were taken into the amazing care of the Holly Vault in their new space, Venue One Eleven. Then came the pandemic in which we were forced to postpone our plans several months. The team at Venue One Eleven and Holly Vault were the most professional and down-to-earth staff we could have worked with. They were always several steps ahead of my planning process, even as the uncertainty of the pandemic changed our plans countless times. We worked with Cari, Taylor, Miranda, and Kaitlyn, who went above and beyond answering all of my questions about the details and they all knew exactly how to make us and our guests feel welcomed. Their spaces were so unique, rustic, and beautiful and made for INCREDIBLE photos, especially because Venue One Eleven is a renovated schoolhouse from the early 1900s. 10 out of 10, two thumbs up! We started looking at wedding venues in 2019 and we knew The Holly Vault was our number one option instantly. We were looking for a classy and original venue mixed with a staff that strived to provide us the day we had envisioned. There is a lot of communication that happens once booked and they are always quick to return our email/call even about the smallest of details. Once covid hit they certainly had their hands full as did all couples trying to plan around restrictions or trying to reschedule. Lucky for us the team had been working on another venue called Venue one eleven. We visited the venue the next day after being told the original location was limited to 10 people by the state. While most people had to change their wedding we got to move forward with the amazing newly remodeled venue. They, as always made smart and elegant choices on the remodel while increasing their inventory of furniture/tableware/chairs/chair covers among other smaller details. The bridal sweet is stunning and they happen to purchase a newer massive tent for the courtyard that truly was a difference maker for our now tented outdoor venue. We were able to incorporate the courtyard with a few indoor rooms to give our guests a lot of space to spread out. The Holly Vault staff worked great with all of our vendors as well which makes the day go that much more smooth. For our ceremony they offered many indoor and outdoor options, all of which would have been stunning but we had our eyes set on their chapel just a few blocks away. The hard wood floors and benches mix well with the very white walls and ceilings. The chapel is very simple and clean, and with a touch of your own decore at the alter it was extremely beautiful. All of our guests were stunned at the chapel and Venue One Eleven and we cannot imagine having had made another choice. There were also many great spots for family and bridal party pictures all around town and around the venue. We really apricate the support from The Holly Vault staff and they were very flexible on all of our requests. We look forward to spreading the word of their great work. At the end of the day the bride got her dream wedding which was our main goal!

The Holly Vault did an amazing job hosting our dream wedding ceremony and reception. Owner Cari was with us every step of the way, especially during the uncertainty around COVID-19. They have an absolutely beautiful venue with plenty of indoor and outdoor space to keep everyone comfortable and having a good time. Between our wonderful planners Taylor and Miranda, we always felt like we received more attention and information throughout the whole process than we ever anticipated. All the preferred vendors, including Cass with Cass Catering did an outstanding job with a food menu that everyone talked about all night long. The Holly Vault did an amazing job hosting our dream wedding ceremony and reception. Owner Cari was with us every step of the way, especially during the uncertainty around COVID-19. They have an absolutely beautiful venue with plenty of indoor and outdoor space to keep everyone comfortable and having a good time. Between our wonderful planners Taylor and Miranda, we always felt like we received more attention and information throughout the whole process than we ever anticipated. We have already recommended the Holly Vault as well as their new venue to our friends who have weddings coming up in the next few years. Choosing the Holly Vault was by far one of my greatest decisions. The venue is drop dead gorgeous and the entire staff goes above and beyond. We had to reschedule our wedding due to COVID and Cari was honestly so fair and accommodating with everything. I have heard horror stories of weddings with COVID and I can honestly say that our experience was FAR from bad. It was everything we had dreamt of and more. The staff is so amazing and made our day so perfect! There are all sorts of options they offer and are so willing to work with you and make your wedding EXACTLY what you want! This venue is gorgeous, as you can tell from the photos. It is beautiful, industrial, vintage, and rustic which requires as little outside decor as you'd like. The staff was helpful every step of the way and especially the day of. We had our dream day thanks to this venue!

We were very impressed with the team at The Holly Vault. Taylor was my main contact through the planning and up until the big day. She was so attentive and accommodating. I couldn’t have done it without her! The day of... the venue looked incredible. The staff were personable and always checking in to make sure I didn’t need anything. My guests were floored by how beautiful everything looked. I would recommend this team and venue to any bride-to-be! So impressed and pleased.

We got married at the Holly Vault on 12-28-19. Everything about our wedding from the venue, the photographer, DJ and caterer was all fantastic. The venue of the holly vault is beautiful but the service was not impressive. My husband and I were interrupted during our first look pictures by the holly vault event coordinator telling us we hadn’t secured event insurance yet. She told us an hour before our ceremony. The bathrooms were not consistently checked by the staff and the trash cans got to be overflowing. Our guests had to tell the staff at the holly vault to empty the bathroom trash. The bartenders were not personable, they ran out of limes and beer as well. We loved the venue but as far as service goes with the holly vault staff, I would rate them a 1/5 and probably recommend that brides look elsewhere if top notch service is a priority to you. They don’t really care about making a last impression. Pretty dissatisfied with them.

The Holly vault was the perfect place for our wedding day. The staff was amazing and beyond easy to work with, if there was ever a question while planning the wedding Cari and her team were just a phone call away and promptly got me an answer to any question or concern I had. They put so much work into the details of the day to make sure it was more than perfect and ensure there was nothing to worry about leading up to the day and most importantly the day of. I couldn't picture a better place to of had my wedding and will never forget the perfect night thanks to the Cari and her amazing team!

We had a wonderful wedding at the Holly Vault this past May. Cari was amazing to work with and the space is so great! Let me tell you how perfectly this worked for our wedding...There is the front area where you walk in that has these open rooms and a big bar with the background of the bar being an old bank vault. We had the appetizers in here for the period between the wedding and the reception. This is also the space that during the reception people could hang out and talk without having to yell over the noise of the band. Also the space that during dinner the mom's could go to take their baby's away if they needed to breastfeed and didn't want to do that in the main reception area.There is a hallway with a room in between the front area and the large dining/reception area in the back. We had our sign/guestbook here for people to sign and some cute signs. They had couches and chairs here too and this is where our older relatives camped out after dinner. They could talk over the noise of the band but still feel like they were a part of the action and could stop the people walking by to catch up with them. The reception area was nice and big. They have a hidden kitchen for the caterer to use and the band had space as well as a dance floor for after dinner. It really worked out as a great venue!

We could not be happier with our choice in the Holly Vault for both our ceremony and reception. Cari and Emily are both so easy to work with, and they helped so much on the day of and the day before. Their Bar staff was so friendly and really made great impressions on the guests. They helped us make our day uniquely us and it is a day we will never forget. We loved having our ceremony outside utilizing Battle Alley! It was great to have an indoor and outdoor element! I would recommend The Holly Vault in a heartbeat!!
