I had my wedding at the Imperia and it was amazing!!! They offered so much in the package, and were very helpful in the planning stages and were so helpful answering all of my many questions. The food was great, the employees were great ( I was worried due to former bad reviews) and everything worked out amazingly!!

Please do not trust this venue with something as special as a wedding. The team members were unbelievably rude, incompetent and disorganized. And please do not trust the Maîtron D with helping the situation as she is just as rude and incompetent. The food was cold and inedible, allergy restrictions were blatantly ignored and treated with sighs and eye rolls. Clearly this venue is here for their check and not creating a special, once-and-a-lifetime experience. Do not book this place under any circumstance. They do not deserve your money and the privilege of hosting your wedding night.

Please do not trust this venue with something as special as a wedding. The team members were unbelievably rude, incompetent and disorganized. My fiancé and I got married there this weekend and it turned out so beautiful! The only reason I give it a 4 is because our tables were in not in the order we requested, there was no manager or maitre D in attendance for our first look, and email communication is very slow. Other then those small hiccups (which our guests did not care about) we had a beautiful wedding with great food! I cannot thank Arlene and Brenda enough for helping us on our big day.

Run, don’t walk away from this horrible venue. If I could give a zero stars I would. They refuse to issue refunds for a wedding that cannot take place due to covid restrictions. We paid for a wedding under certain contractually guidelines which cannot occur due to governors orders. Their corporate office, John Langston, stonewalled is time and time again. It’s heartbreaking to have to deal with a pandemic and wedding planning but now out thousands of dollars to no fault fo our own. They are scam artists and no one should book with them.

This was not my original venue but due to Covid had to switch to have an all outdoor wedding. So happy with the results! Everything was smooth and Arlene was amazing. The day of there were minor hiccups but Arlene took care of them as soon as they were brought to her attention. I was their first 100% outdoor wedding with no buffets allowed and I can honestly say they not only did their best but they really pulled through. Everyone had a great time and was STUFFED by the end!!
