Welcome, we are truly always looking forward to hosting your wedding and event! Please note, The Inn is currently not taking reservations for events for 2025 until we can finalize renovation details. If you are interested in connecting with us regarding your 2025 wedding, we will have more information in November of this year. The Inn at Longshore is located in Westport on Connecticut’s idyllic Gold Coast. The sole waterfront event space in Westport, Connecticut only one hour outside of New York City. The Inn faces the Long Island Sound and offers incredible views of the picturesque Connecticut shoreline.

As the owner at Aliza Noelle Beauty I cannot say enough good things about this venue. The staff is always so accommodating and welcoming. I’ve done several dozen weddings here and the space they have to get ready in is really spacious with great lighting, tables and chairs. The grounds and the water are also stunning. One of my favorites!

As the owner at Aliza Noelle Beauty I cannot say enough good things about this venue. The staff is always so accommodating and welcoming. I’ve done several dozen weddings here and the space they have to get ready in is really spacious with great lighting, tables and chairs. The grounds and the water are also stunning. One of my favorites!

We are so happy with our experience planning our wedding at the Inn at Longshore! Kristen was so easy to work with and really helped us turn our wedding day vision into a reality. Because she was so hands on, we did not need to hire a planner or day-of-coordinator. Kristen was always available to answer our questions and was quick to respond to all communications. The venue itself is stunning and the food selection was delicious. Once we booked our date, the venue provided a great list of vendors, several of which we ended up booking. It helped eliminate the stress of searching for vendors and we trusted any recommendation the Inn at Longshore gave their positive review of.

BOOK THIS VENUE! I cannot recommend the Inn at Longshore enough. The staff, the view, the location, every single thing about this place blew my expectations out of the water. From the moment we toured the venue with Christine, I knew we had to have our wedding at Longshore. Leading up to the wedding, our coordinator, Kristen, was so helpful in answering all of my crazy detailed questions without batting an eye. I felt so comfortable by the day of the wedding; Kristen made sure even the finest of details were paid attention to. We got married at the beginning of September, and the staff worked tirelessly to make our day absolutely perfect. That’s not to say things didn’t go wrong the day of! Our best man ended up ripping his pants and one of our bridesmaids split the zipper on her dress. Immediately, one of the Inn’s staff members, Angelica, jumped in and sewed everyone’s outfits back together! I couldn’t believe it. During cocktail hour, an espresso martini was accidentally spilled on my dress, and once again Angelica jumped in to help right away! She spent a solid 30-45 minutes with us scrubbing the stain out in the bathroom, steaming and ironing my dress, to the point that you would never even notice something had happened. I will be telling the story of how Angelica saved our wedding day for the rest of my life. The staff at The Inn at Longshore truly treated us like members of their family, and it’s safe to say we all felt it.The phenomenal staff aside, the food was INCREDIBLE! For cocktail hour we had eight different types of passed hors d’oeuvres, pizza, bruschetta, and a raw bar! People have been raving about it to me constantly since the wedding. The dinner food was consistently delicious, and the desserts were a huge hit. Multiple people have told me they kept going back to ask for more dessert!I cannot think of a single thing I would change about our wedding day. The Inn at Longshore made it the best day of our lives, and I will never get over it! Like I said, BOOK IT!

Longshore did an absolutely amazing job with our wedding. From the start out wedding coordinator, Kristen, was a pleasure to work with. She was so responsive- sometimes even responding to our questions within the hour. Her advice was always so knowledgeable and helpful. She was so detail oriented and reliable.During off-peak wedding season, they host a tasting for many couples at a time. The tasting was awesome as we got to get a feel for a wedding at longshore and got to try many of their dishes. For our entrees we ended up choosing the grouper, ny strip steak, and gnocchi primavera. For our cocktail hour we chose the duck, lobster rolls, spicy tuna tartare, beef profiteroles, brie and truffle mini grilled cheese, chilled jumbo shrimp cocktail, crab cakes, and pulled pork sliders. All of them were delicious. The cocktail hour also included the pizza station. We chose the crispy goat cheese salad as our first course which was delicious and the tiramisu for our dessert which was also delicious. My guests and I could honestly not get over how good the food was! I had guests approaching me during the wedding complimenting how delicious their entrees were and then talking about how great the food was the week after. Unsurprisingly the pizza station was also a huge hit. We were able to have our cocktail hour outside and the pizza oven was a great touch.The service during the wedding was top notch. Our coordinator Kristen kept offering to bring me our signature cocktails and noticed it was hard for the groom and I to grab a bite during cocktail hour due to all the photos / mingling so she brought us a designated platter of all the appetizers for just the two of us. When my mother in law made a comment that it was chilly on the patio due to wind the staff immediately brought over heat lamps. The bartending staff and waitstaff were also great. Could not recommend Longshore and our awesome coordinator, Kristen, enough!

The Inn at Longshore was the second venue we saw. As soon as we were there we knew this is where we had to get married and ended up cancelling all other tours! We worked with Kristen for our NYE wedding and had the best time. Everything was seamless - the food was delicious, staff was amazing and the bartenders were so much fun. From the bridal party getting ready in the dressing room with tons of support from Takeya - she made sure we had all that we needed and calmed any nerves. To family staying the night and the day after wedding breakfast - it was the best weekend we could have imagined. If you are thinking of getting married here, this is your sign to do it!!

We had an absolutely magical experience at Longshore for our wedding. It was everything we had envisioned and more! The venue is just stunning and we got many compliments on the amazing location, views, food, etc. My dream was to get married by the water, and even being a winter wedding, it was still possible at Longshore! We even had a beautiful sunset behind us during the ceremony. So dreamy! Laina our coordinator was beyond amazing! I'm not sure how she does it, but she remembers every detail we discuss and ensures our day goes smoothly and as envisioned. From our first meeting, we knew we were in great hands with Laina. She is super detail oriented and the day of we were so relaxed and able to enjoy every moment knowing that everything was going to go just fine. Highly recommend Longshore for your wedding!

We were absolutely thrilled with our experience at the Inn at Longshore - highly recommend this venue! The location and venue itself are stunning and the staff is wonderful.Laina, our day of coordinator, was so wonderful! Being the first in my family to get married we had absolutely no idea what we were doing and could not have done it without Laina’s incredible expertise. The planning process with Laina was the perfect balance of advising us on timelines, etc. while being flexible with the details (i.e. swapping out a wine option). Laina worked directly with our vendors to coordinate delivery, set up, timeline, etc. which was a huge relief leading up to the wedding. Our original coordinator left the role when she moved out of state and I was really impressed with the transition process. She and Laina were both transparent about the change and proactively communicated with us - a potentially high stress situation was totally seamless.The event coordinators at Longshore are the real deal, very responsible and reliable. They provided a list of vendors to consider but did not push us towards using them at all - definitely a “vendor friendly” venue. Given how much was included in the wedding package (day of coordinator, drawing room to get ready, etc.) the pricing was very fair - certainly not inexpensive but money well spent for the quality of the experience. We chose a Friday (9/30/22) so we would have the venue for the whole day and absolutely loved it. Thank you to Laina and the amazing staff at the Inn at Longshore for the incredible experience!!

Laina was the best coordinator we could have asked for - so thoughtful, detail-oriented, and just a great person. She remembered every detail from our multiple meetings and did everything to ensure our day turned out exactly as envisioned and went smoothly. On wedding day, she even brought me my own, allergy-free platter of appetizers during cocktail hour while taking photos! My (now) husband and I aspired to get married on the water and Longshore was the perfect destination that checked that box. Get married here! <3

We just had our wedding at the Inn at Longshore on 10/7/22. I cannot put into words how amazing everything came together thanks to Laina and the staff at Longshore. I am a control freak so relinquishing control and handing that over to Laina and her team put me at ease. Leading up to the day Laina sat with us to go over the entire menu in detail as well as all additional details. She is organized, calm, and just a truly genuine person who you can tell loves what she does. I dropped off all of the additional decor, signage, etc. a few days prior to our wedding and she sat with me again to finalize everything. The day of the team did not miss a beat. Laina personally grabbed two of every cocktail menu item and brought it over to my husband and I to make sure we got a chance to have everything on our menu. She even brought me deodorant when I needed it from dancing the night away...who does that?!! It was a bittersweet moment having our wedding there when my in-laws got married there 35 years ago, and I wouldn't change a thing!!!

She really took the time to get to know us as a couple before the wedding and answer all our questions. On the day of the wedding she was so wonderful at making sure every little detail was perfect behind the scenes and helped to ensure we could enjoy our own moments as a couple as well! I was not aware that a wedding could go so perfectly! The team at Inn at Longshore works cohesively with one another and your vendors to ensure a flawless experience. When we first met Christine while touring the venue we were immediately confident that we would be in caring and capable hands at the Inn at Longshore, which was one of the main reasons we booked (not to mention the beautiful venue and views!!)Shortly after we were introduced to our wedding coordinator Laina who was absolutely delightful. She was wonderful to work with- quick to reply to an email or call, organized, gave great advice on all our questions like timeline, etc, and all around both fun and calming to be around from planning to day of! Takeya was also so helpful with our room block and during the morning of while getting ready at the Inn. It is clear that the staff works hard to ensure that your wedding day is beautiful and stress-free so that you can truly enjoy it! The Inn took care of all of the little details, like setting up our personalized decor, guest book, seating cards. We used mostly preferred vendors which was a plus as the Inn knew those teams very well too. The food was absolutely delicious and the team was so helpful with menu choices and dietary restrictions. We had so much fun at the tasting, meeting the team and other couples getting married. I grew up just a town away from the Inn at Longshore, and never imagined I could have as beautiful a wedding as I did there. Laina was so incredibly helpful from start to finish. The venue is stunning, the food was amazing, and there were 0 bumps in the road. The getting ready rooms were beautiful and the staff so attentive throughout the day (and leading up to the day). Nothing but great things to say about our experience here!! We will be frequent visitors at La Plage, the restaurant next door, and will always pop in to say hello to our new friends at Longshore!

Our coordinator Laina was super helpful all the way through, keeping touch with the vendors and making sure the actual day ran as smoothly as possible. The food was incredible, we never had to ask for a drink, and we even got to try all the apps. Every little detail was perfect and we got to enjoy every minute of the day without worrying about anything thanks to Laina and her staff. Highly recommended!

We had our wedding at the inn at longshore in 2022. We decided to do the sunday package. The venue is absolutely stunning and the food options were one of the main reasons we chose this venue. Our guests raved about the food it was all delicious. Overall my wedding went smoothly. The tasting they put on prior to the wedding is really cool and you meet other couples getting married in the same month you are. It was neat to discuss how we all were using the space differently. Rating this venue 3 stars because our wedding coordinator showed up at 2:30 when pictures were at 3:30. My family/friends had to spend the entire day setting up all the decor. It took them hours. I dont know how the wedding coordinator couldve set everything up in 1 hour. It wouldve been impossible. Many of the things the wedding coordinator was in charge of she did not address and kept the saturday night wedding options instead of our options (i.e., pizza choice sign) she also did not set up a few things we had discussed. She also took our cake after cutting and never brought it back to be consumed. While the sunday wedding option is semi-affordable double check that these things are done and not the saturday night options. The wedding coordinator also allowed our guests inside the venue prior to the ceremony and once again family had to direct them to the lawn for the ceremony. She also gave family attitude and showed apprehension at any request we asked of her. Mainly my 3 star review is in regards to the wedding coordinator we were assigned.

We recently got married at the Inn at Longshore and I cannot give any higher recommendation for a venue than this incredible place. The setting is absolutely stunning with it's waterfront location and gorgeous grounds, but more than that the staff is just unparalleled. Kristen was the coordinator assigned to us and she was the absolute best - she was so responsive / detail-oriented, answered ALL of my questions, and worked with me to make accommodations for guests! The templates they provided me made planning a breeze and helped keep us organized. All in all, the team at the Inn at Longshore went above and beyond anything I could have expected and I am eternally grateful to them for their time, patience, and professionalism! When you are working with the team there, you know you are working with the best of the best - they have done this for years and they will do anything to make sure you have the best day possible! I didn't have a wedding planner and being able to reach out to Kristen whenever was the greatest help and the perfect balance. Separately, the food is INCREDIBLE! My guests can't stop raving about the quality of the food (wide selection of hors d'oeuvres, super fun and delicious pizza station included, awesome entrees, and incredible passed desserts) - we also had the option to add additional stations if we wanted, but the food was more than enough for my 250 guests!! In short, i cannot give a better recommendation than the Inn at Longshore - you are guaranteed to have an incredible wedding day and you will be continually impressed by everyone including the coordinators, decorators, and waitstaff!

Our wedding at the Inn at Longshore was like a fairy tale! We picked the Inn at Longshore for its charming ballroom and outdoor cocktail area with gorgeous backdrop overlooking the ocean. Outside of the Inn’s beauty the food at our wedding was delicious. The Inn provided us with so many fun options to choose from especially for our passed hors d’oeuvres and desserts. The menu that we were able to create felt very personal and we received so many compliments from our guests on how tasty our food was. If the gorgeous venue and outstanding food was not enough, what really puts this venue over the top are all the amazing people that work there. We cannot say enough great things about Laina, our wedding coordinator. She responded quickly to all our questions and was so patient with us, offering great advice as we went through the planning process. Laina was very accommodating making sure our dream wedding became a reality. On our wedding day, Laina took care of us and our guests making sure that event ran smoothly. She is so easy to get along with and while working with her it felt like we were working with a friend that we had known for a long time. We also had the pleasure of working with Christine, Takeya, Adam, Gabriella, Ty, and countless other staff at the Inn who went above and beyond to make our day so special. We could not thank each and every one of them enough for their hard work and support. We truly had the best day ever and wish that we could do it all over again.

The food was amazing (all our guests keep telling us how good the appetizers were!), and the venue itself was gorgeous. The Inn at Longshore is a gorgeous wedding venue with an incredible staff! My husband and I got married on New Year's Day 1/1/22, at the height of the COVID Omicron spike in our area. We lost nearly 70 guests the 2 weeks before our wedding. Laina was our coordinator, and she was more than understanding and accommodating during the extremely hard process of trying to throw a wedding in all of this chaos! After touring the venue, we had no doubt it was the perfect fit for us - waterfront property with Westport charm. They only host one wedding at a time and it more than comfortably fit our ~200 guests. The selection and quality of the food is unmatched! Our guests could NOT stop raving about the menu, especially the cocktail hour. Our venue coordinator Laina went above and beyond to make sure our day went off without a hitch and we couldn't have done it without her guidance and support. Huge shout out to the kitchen, bar and wait staff who were incredibly attentive to our party, another thing noticed by our guests! The venue also has great relationships with most of the vendors we used so that was one less thing to worry about during the day of - their execution was flawless (again, thanks to Laina!) and we were blown away when we entered the ballroom for the reception. I honestly cannot recommend The Inn at Longshore enough, I so wish we can do it all again!!

My wife and I are so happy that we picked the Inn at Longshore. The wedding went off with out a hitch even though it we pushed the wedding back twice because of Covid. Laina was awesome to work with. The entire staff was very professional and they are very easy to work with as well as making it as less stressful as it can possibly be. They are there if you have questions, or need to talk about details to the tasting to the actual wedding. The wedding was so enjoyable and my wife and I are so happy to have chosen such a great venue to have hosted our wedding. My wife and I are so happy that we picked the Inn at Longshore. The wedding went off with out a hitch even though it we pushed the wedding back twice because of Covid. Laina was awesome to work with. The entire staff was very professional and they are very easy to work with as well as making it as less stressful as it can possibly be. They are there if you have questions, or need to talk about details to the tasting to the actual wedding. The wedding was so enjoyable and my wife and I are so happy to have chosen such a great venue to have hosted our wedding. I would definitely recommend anyone thinking about having there wedding here to chose this venue.

Everyone at the Inn at Longshore truly made our wedding day so special, it exceeded my expectations! Adrienne was our event coordinator and she quickly answered emails, supported us throughout the planning, and made sure everything ran smoothly on our wedding day. She communicated well with the other vendors and it truly was more than we could have imagined. The food was amazing, from cocktail hour to dessert, people could not stop talking about how good the food was. The venue itself was so quaint and the outdoors made a wonderful place for photos for both us as the couple as well as our guests. We had a 200 person wedding, but even with that many people, it all felt very intimate. There honestly isn’t anything negative to report, it was the best venue and experience we could have asked for!

Not only was she incredibly supportive and understanding in our various date changes, but she made herself available for me throughout the entire process, even providing her personal cell number for all my last minute random questions. Leading up the wedding, Laina thought of every small detail so that I did not need to worry and coordinated with all the vendors. On the actual wedding day, she was incredible. She was extremely organized, communicative, and patient with all the various requests and last minute changes I made. She made the day feel truly special and always made me feel like my wedding and happiness truly mattered. She went above and beyond in her planning and execution of the whole event, all the while being a pleasure to talk to at every single step of the way. The Inn at Longshore was hands down the venue of our dreams down to every last detail! My husband and I would like to give a special thank you to Laina Mills, our wedding coordinator who went above and beyond to ensure everything went smooth on our wedding day. Laina is outstanding, she even curled my hair when I had a hair emergency from it raining when we said \"I Do!\" Laina was an essential part of our day in making it the best day of our lives and provided endless support throughout. We cannot thank you enough, Laina!!!!The food. I can't say enough about the FOOD! Our friends and family, weeks later are still talking about how delicious the food was. From the cocktail hour (nonstop rotation of food!), antipasto station, brick oven pizza station to the delectable main courses then passing desserts = perfection. The drinks were flowing and delicious!!The Inn at Longshore is breathtaking. The views outside overlooking the water for the ceremony & cocktail hour were beautiful. The best way to describe the experience we had with The Inn at Longshore is perfect. From start to finish; from the day we booked through the wedding, everything was exceptional. First of all, the venue itself is breathtaking. The back lawn ceremony and cocktail hour overlooking the Sound was beautiful. The food and drinks were top notch (not to mention that you get a lot of bang for your buck... I'm referring to the 10 passed appetizers and the wood fired pizza station!). The food for dinner was also incredible. We have guests coming up to us almost two weeks after talking about just how delicious all the food was. The staff was also incredible to work with. We had Laina as our wedding coordinator and she ensured the wedding would go off without a hitch. She was also remarkably friendly and easy to work with. At no point was there any stress and worry from our end with the venue. Everything was under control and our guests were ranting and raving about the venue and all it offered! 2 weeks later from the wedding and we have nothing bad to say, we keep going over in our heads about just how perfect everything was. I felt completely special on my wedding day and taken care of. I felt I didn’t have to worry about a thing on my wedding day. Laina, our wedding planner was absolutely amazing, from the very beginning she gave us honest advice, and helped us along the way, re planning our wedding and all! I was so happy she was able to be apart of our day. I want to also give a shout out to the Banquet Manager and team - flawless execution and attention to detail, Front Desk; Mary and Takeya- totally the sweetest human beings, so beyond helpful and caring, and back of the house; housekeeping and culinary team! Everything from check in to check out was perfect. Our wedding was flawless. Hospitality holds a special place in my heart as I worked in hospitality for 9.5 years. I appreciated all of the details that went into the execution of our wedding! Longshore also holds a special place in my heart, as I grew up in Westport and spent many hours working at Longshore as well as enjoying the park for leisure. There is no word for how great the food was, our friends and family are still raving about the appetizers and food. Thank you so much! Adrienne is an amazing event coordinator who makes everything seamless and stress free and is there for you every step of the way from the start of the planning process throughout the whole day. The staff at the Inn are also all amazing. Everyone is so friendly and attentive, and available to help anyone at anytime. The food by On the Marc is phenomenal, all of our guests were obsessed with the food, and hasn't stopped talking about it, especially the passed apps and pizza! If you want a perfect day at a gorgeous venue, the Inn at Longshore is the way to go!

Laina and the whole staff at The Inn at Longshore truly made my wedding day perfect. From my initial meeting with Christine, my experience was top-notch. Our wedding coordinator, Laina, was so responsive, even answering emails late at night! She was also very honest and gave me great recommendations as I planned the big day. I did all the planning myself, so having a coordinator included as part of the experience was a game changer. Laina was so kind and laid back, which helped keep me calm throughout the planning process. The tasting we attended was TO DIE FOR! The staff did a wonderful job making a romantic and fun dinner, even with all the Covid restrictions. Everyone was so flexible with us as details changed with the pandemic. On the day of the wedding, the staff was super responsive and helpful. They had ice, water, coffee, and tea waiting for us as we got ready. They managed all the different vendors as they arrived, so all I had to do was focus on getting ready and enjoying the big day. We got lucky with the weather and were able to have our ceremony and cocktail hour outside. The location is simply STUNNING. I never imagined I’d be able to get married in such a gorgeous setting. The cocktail hour was incredible - my guests are still talking about it being the best they have ever attended! The wood fired pizza station is INCLUDED and delicious! Our signature drinks were also delicious and refreshing - perfect for an early evening in July. Once inside for the reception, the staff had extra food for our bridal party while everyone was seated - they made sure we were well fed and had drinks all day and night. The service during the reception was outstanding and the ballroom was GORGEOUS. I can’t say enough good things about Laina and everyone at The Longshore who made our day truly picture perfect! I am sad it’s over! I wouldn’t change a thing! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

I am so so so happy we made the last minute decision to do a very small wedding. I wanted to elope after we already paid a down payment on another venue in Derby because i was over the stress of wedding planning. But family members were not happy about it. SO we went to see a new venue that can safely host a 50-60 people wedding. We visited the inn and FELL IN LOVE! within 2 months of visiting it, we got married there this past April. Christine made this micro wedding possible and all within my \"elopement\" price range. She was so amazing with every little detail and kept me up to date with everything. The venue itself is very updated and new and has no carpet in the ballroom ( big plus i hate carpet), and we got use of both ballrooms ( one to get ready in the AM and other to party in) , the staff was all super super nice and helpful. Only not great thing was the bridal suite which was very 1990s New England and didn't match the updated decor of the venue itself so i didn't love how the bridal suite photos turned out ( photographer did amazing but the decor bugged me). Honestly, I can't wait to host another event with Christine at the Inn. Do yourself a favor and call them already!Now i have to find an excuse to cancel the other venue because even if we do a large wedding next year, we're going back to Christine!

Laina was so helpful with countless phone calls and emails. I thought she had gone above and beyond in supporting our planning before the day of, but on the day of the wedding she and her team were beyond helpful. It rained in the morning and yet I was totally at peace knowing the Inn was all set to make sure everything would go smoothly. Laina was connecting with our vendors until the moment the ceremony began, and was so helpful and supportive during our reception - even sitting with me to make sure I ate something! There are simply no words I can say to express how extremely wonderful our experience was at the Inn at Long Shore! We got married there this past Saturday (2/15/2020), and it was nothing short of perfect. The entire planning experience was so organized and thorough - we got engaged about 20 months prior to our wedding, so we spent a LOT of time with all of the staff at Long Shore, and they were always so patient, helpful, and kind. Adrienne was our day of coordinator, and she was the BEST! I think the weeks leading up to my wedding, I sent her tons of emails PER DAY, and she always responded with a detailed answer and a smile! Everything was perfect - from the night I checked in on the 14th to our ceremony and reception on the 15th. The Inn at Long Shore truly made our day so perfect and magical!

There are simply no words I can say to express how extremely wonderful our experience was at the Inn at Long Shore! We got married there this past Saturday (2/15/2020), and it was nothing short of perfect. The entire planning experience was so organized and thorough - we got engaged about 20 months prior to our wedding, so we spent a LOT of time with all of the staff at Long Shore, and they were always so patient, helpful, and kind. Adrienne was our day of coordinator, and she was the BEST! I think the weeks leading up to my wedding, I sent her tons of emails PER DAY, and she always responded with a detailed answer and a smile! Everything was perfect - from the night I checked in on the 14th to our ceremony and reception on the 15th. The Inn at Long Shore truly made our day so perfect and magical!

I wanted to review this because I was in shock that this place had such high reviews! I want to help out my fellow brides here before they go view the place...I did not end up getting married here because I was so disappointed with my tour. First off I would say that location is beautiful and the view out back would make a beautiful setting. First off that big white dome seen in the pictures appear to be completely rusted or visibly worn. It really was an eye sore.The outside cocktail area is really nice. My issue with is was that it was mostly a lawn. Thinking about my ladies with sinking heels into the grass. I was also concerned about the rain or mud...which brings us to the indoor cocktail hour back up room.They had a side room with the bar and said that it was where the back up was and the can fit 250 people in. Okay - let me put this into perspective by saying that that is where the bridal party gets ready before the wedding - and that is it's size. I looked at her in disbelief and she said that people can kind of \"pour into the venue\" if the space was needed. For a larger wedding you would need to put a few tables up on the separate ledge on the same level as the bar. This was not the worst thing in comparison, but I didn't love that.We were looking for somewhere with onsite accommodations for our guests and the inn only had around 6 rooms or so (not their fault). I felt that the rooms are very dingy and old. I believe they really need to update their amenities and the rooms are a tight squeeze for their capacity.Hopefully my review will help out some brides and impact management to make some necessary changes!

On the first day, we held our Hindu wedding ceremony outside on the gorgeous, sprawling green lawn overlooking the Long Island Sound, followed by dinner and dancing inside the ballroom. On the second day, we held our Catholic wedding ceremony at a local church and returned to The Inn at Longshore for an amazing cocktail hour and reception. Food, beverages, and service were amazing and our guests are still raving. The team's attention to detail, coordination, and availability to communicate were SO appreciated! We feel so lucky to have celebrated our marriage at this little slice of heaven in Westport with such a fabulous team of event coordinators and caterers!

We had the most amazing experience with The Inn at Longshore for our wedding on 11/9/19. From the amazing views, beautiful space, and more than helpful staff everything was what we hoped it would be and more. Our guests could not stop talking about how beautiful the place was and more than anything, how incredible the food was!In addition, Laina was our coordinator and she was incredible. She had the place decorated exactly, if not better, than I envisioned it. She was attentive and constantly checked in with myself, my husband, parents, etc. to make sure everyone had what they needed. She was on top of everything and communicated with not only us but our vendors also to ensure everything ran smoothly, not just on the day of but throughout the entire planning process as well. She responded almost immediately to any and all of our questions we had, even on her days off. She even helped one of our guests who broke her heel glue the heel back on with a hot glue gun! I could go on and on.I really cannot say enough great things about Longshore. If you're looking for a place with an incredible staff, beautiful views, and amazing food this is your place!

We could not be happier with our choice to have our September 27th wedding at The Inn at Longshore! The moment we saw the venue & the outdoor space for our ceremony and cocktail hour we could not think about any other venue! We booked Longshore almost 2 years out from our wedding date & our assigned wedding coordinator, Laina, could not have been more helpful through the wedding planning process. She was immediately available for any questions or concerns I had while booking our vendors & made us feel like we were the only wedding she was working on!We attended the tasting (with the other Fall 2019 wedding couples) at the beginning of the year & were blown away at how beautiful the event was. We sampled what felt like 100 AMAZING cocktail hour appetizers & they had a violinist to help set the atmosphere. Inside the Reception room, the tables were set perfectly with options for table cloths & napkins, beautiful floral arrangements supplied by Longshore's favored florist vendors & the Longshore staff treated the entire night as if it was an actual wedding. I highlight this because the tasting was just another reminder of why we chose Longshore. At this point we had already locked in all of our vendors, color scheme and design details & this event allowed to really visualize our wedding day. & of course, the food was INCREDIBLE! Laina & the entire Longshore team could not have made our wedding weekend easier! The night of our rehearsal dinner we brought in an overwhelming amount of extras - 9 ft farm tables, acrylic displays, signs, 150 + candles, favors, linens, etc. - and the team could not have been more helpful. Within minutes our 5 car caravan was emptied by the Longshore team & they were organizing for the following day. Laina & I walked through every single detail so that there would be no questions on the day - she introduced me to the team that would be working directly on our wedding & got rid of any of my nervous thoughts about wedding day logistics! Our entire wedding day went perfectly from start to finish - Chris and I were truly able to just enjoy the beautiful weather & our BEST DAY EVER! About a week ago we received our wedding photos back & we were really able to see all of things that the Longshore team did to make it our dream day!! Seeing all of the detail shots from inside the ballroom and from the ceremony makes me smile SO big because I can see all of the hard work that Laina & her team did to utilize ALL of our things and display them in such beautiful & thoughtful ways. They are seriously the BEST of the best. It all looked perfect & I wouldn't have wanted one thing placed differently! Our day was truly the most amazing day ever & we could not be more grateful for everything that Longshore did to make it a dream! We LOVED working with Laina (& the entire Longshore team) & will genuinely miss her!!! We highly recommend Longshore as a venue for any event because of our incredible experience with them. We will ALWAYS hold a very special place in hearts, for Laina & the Longshore team, for doing so much to make our wedding day everything we could have hoped for & more!

We are SO happy that we chose the Inn at Longshore for our wedding. We looked at around 10 venues before visiting the Inn. The moment we walked in we knew this was the perfect venue for us. The setting is exquisite. We worked with Laina during the planning process. She is the best. We planned the wedding from Colorado and Laina was very responsive and helped make the planning process simple and stress-free. For day of the wedding, I don't even know where to begin. It was absolute perfection. Laina was so attentive and I could trust that she had everything under control so I didn't have to think about a thing. We had great weather so we enjoyed the ceremony and cocktail hour outside. Cocktail hour was wonderful, it's just the perfect setting. The staff was very attentive. The food was delicious - we chose the filet mignon and the chicken as the main course choices. Again, we are so happy we chose the Inn and we thank the team for making our wedding day so special.

Our guests are still raving about the food - especially the hor d'oeuvres and outdoor pizza oven during cocktails - and the reception space is perfect for both a beautiful dinner and a raucous dance party. This venue, and its staff, were absolutely incredible from start to finish. Without Laina, I'm not sure how we would have managed everything that apparently goes into planning a wedding, but she handled every single detail in a flawless manner. She coordinated our vendors, helped us through some of the trickier decisions in the process, and even was able to secure tee times at the venue's golf course the morning before the rehearsal dinner. Mary, Takeya, and others helped book out the rooms for not only the wedding party, but also my parents when they realized they wanted to stay there after recognizing that the venue overlooks the water and is a short walk from the beach. I'm honestly surprised that my parents ever left they loved it so much there. In the hundreds of decisions we made leading up to our big day, hands down the best decision was going with Longshore. Beyond the obvious beauty of the venue both inside and out, we haven't been able to keep up with all of the compliments from our guests about how incredible the food was, how friendly the staff was, how good the drinks were, on and on and on... Whether you're from the area and considering Longshore as a local option, or if it will be more of a destination, this is the only place you should get married. Zero regrets from our end, we would do it again in a heartbeat, and we can't express enough our gratitude for how hard the Longshore team worked to make our day absolutely perfect. I just got married at Longshore on Sep 1st, 2019 and it was hands down the best decision I've ever made! This venue is absolutely flawless and the staff really goes above and beyond to make the day super special. Our coordinator Laina was extremely helpful throughout the planning process and helped us tailor everything to fit our style and vision. If you're lucky like I was to have the ceremony and cocktail hour outside, you won't be disappointed- the pictures are gorgeous! I'd say 80% of our wedding guests were traveling in from other parts of the country and were truly impressed by how beautiful this venue was. The food was so AMAZING that we're still getting a ton of compliments on it. Everyone was really impressed with the level of variety and options for all different dietary restrictions. All the reception food was served at the same time and cooked perfectly, which we've seen issues at with other venues. I think the part my husband and I were most happy with was how attentive entire staff was all day and night to make sure we had everything we needed (as well as the other wedding VIPs like parents of the bride, grandparents, etc). They also did a great job of pacing the day out and keeping us all on schedule. They really are a well oiled machine here and I would highly recommend to anyone looking to get married in the Fairfield county area.

I just got married at Longshore on Sep 1st, 2019 and it was hands down the best decision I've ever made! This venue is absolutely flawless and the staff really goes above and beyond to make the day super special. Our coordinator Laina was extremely helpful throughout the planning process and helped us tailor everything to fit our style and vision. If you're lucky like I was to have the ceremony and cocktail hour outside, you won't be disappointed- the pictures are gorgeous! I'd say 80% of our wedding guests were traveling in from other parts of the country and were truly impressed by how beautiful this venue was. The food was so AMAZING that we're still getting a ton of compliments on it. Everyone was really impressed with the level of variety and options for all different dietary restrictions. We worked with Adrienne Miller, who is truly one of the most organized, talented, and professional individuals any of us have ever met. She made us feel like the world revolved around us and my daughter's wedding day. By far the best was the Asian food station at the cocktail hour I really cannot believe how good all the food was!Only two down sides the event was 5 and 1/2 hours and we could t have an after party on site so the night went by really really quickly. But it was still a wonderful event and evening. My husband and I really can’t recommend this place highly enough!!

The Inn at Longshore was the only venue I visited that felt absolutely right. It is situated in a beautiful park, on a golf course, and on the Saugatuck River. We were advised by many people who had been to events at Longshore that the food was excellent. In making our venue choice, it was also the ONLY venue we visited that did not charge a site fee that basically gets you absolutely nothing. The Inn only institutes a food and beverage minimum to host an event depending on the time of year, and day of the week. We were less than four months out from our wedding and my now husband was in a car accident that forced us to postpone our wedding. Christine was so sensitive, kind and helpful in getting us a new date. We had already started working with our incredibly fabulous planner, Laina, who also was so sweet and supportive through our difficult decision. As our new date finally approached, working with Laina was SO amazing. She is SO organized, helpful, warm, and kind, and gives amazing suggestions! She literally made me feel like I hired an outside wedding coordinator in the way that she worked directly with my vendors, genuinely cared and went above and beyond with every detail. I could not have felt better cared for. She also has a very calming presence that can make a nervous bride feel at ease! After working with her for months, I consider her a friend and will miss the day to day wedding-related back and forth. Everyone raved about the food at the wedding - especially the cocktail hour pasta station, passed appetizers, ice cream sundae bar, and passed desserts. Picking a location was the first step in our planning process and falling in love with the Inn at Longshore was the easiest part! Laina and her team made our big day truly magical (and not just because we love disney). The Inn at Longshore provided us with a flawlessly seamed wedding. My coordinator Laina, was on top of everything, organized and a delight to work with. I had nothing I had to worry about. The outdoor setting, cocktail hour and ballroom setup were elegant and just perfect. Would HIGHLY recommend!

The Inn at Longshore provided us with a flawlessly seamed wedding. My coordinator Laina, was on top of everything, organized and a delight to work with. I had nothing I had to worry about. The outdoor setting, cocktail hour and ballroom setup were elegant and just perfect. Would HIGHLY recommend!

Where do I even begin? The second I visited the Inn at Longshore I knew that would be my reception venue. We worked with Christine initially on the contract and dates and she was super helpful. Then I was notified that Laina was my event planner, best news ever, Laina was absolutely amazing! Over the year of planning any questions I had, she answered so quickly and with so much thought. Having Laina alongside really made the journey of planning that much easier, you didn't have to worry because she personally invested in making it the best day ever for us. The night of the wedding, walking into the Longshore it took my breathe away. Everything looked absolutely amazing, even the weather! Pictures on the property, cocktail hour outside was a huge hit, and the reception was just even better. Eddie was also amazing the night of the wedding, tending to me and Brendan throughout the night, we couldn't have done it without him. Also having Laina there just make me at ease! I have heard from many many people that they loved everything about the Longshore including the venue itself, the food, and the staff. I can't say enough amazing things about this venue and staff, it truly was an amazing experience from start to finish!!

We also cannot say enough great things about the Inn at Longshore and our wedding coordinator Laina. We were floored by the level of flexibility and responsiveness of all of the staff and how smooth they made our day. It is clear that everyone who works there is a seasoned professional! The food was also unparalleled - our guests are still raving about how good it was over 6 months later. You will not regret having your wedding at the Inn at Longshore - it was worth every penny!
