The Inn at Hyde Park is a wedding venue located in Long Island, NY. This estate house was built in 1938 and retains all of its classic glamour to this day. The Inn offers several different settings for your Ceremony and Reception, allowing you to create a one-of-a-kind experience for your special day.
The Inn at Hyde Park allows you to celebrate both your Ceremony and Reception on site. There are multiple rooms you can hold your special service in. From the Chapel to the Georgian Ballroom, Ceremonies of all sizes may be accommodated. The lush Gardens located in the back of the building may also suit your outdoor Ceremony needs, accompanied by our large Venetian gates, Koi pond and bridge for photos. After your ceremony, guests may head up to the Tuscany Ballroom, which is inspired by an Italian market, complete with bistro chairs, umbrellas and a feel like no other event space.
This building has rooms of every size to make your wedding dreams come to life. From the boutique Gable Ballroom, which is timeless and classic, featuring marble floors and a grand fireplace with chandelier lighting, to the Georgian Ballroom, which is elegant and spacious complete with double doors, large mahogany bars and chandeliers, oak paneled dance floor, seating for over 350 guests. Each ballroom comes with a bridal suite for you and your bridal party to relax in, on your special day. These rooms are beautifully furnished and spacious enough to accommodate your entourage. Booking The Inn At New Hyde Park was the best decision we ever made. Our wedding was on September 3, 2023. From the very beginning, Julia, our wedding planner helped us stay organized and was present throughout our wedding journey. She is very professional and patient with all our questions or concerns. Julia is the best and an asset to this venue. She became not just a wedding planner but also a friend in this whole journey. Fast forward to our wedding day, all our guests were raving how good the food and service was. Guests said all the staff were courteous and professional. I would like to make special mention to Charilie, our Maitre D and Dana, our bridal attendant. They were both very hands on. They knew what we needed without us telling them. They calmed our nerves and made us enjoy every bit of our wedding day because they handled everything. My husband and I highly recommend The Inn for any event and we would like to celebrate our future events here if given the chance. Where do we even start with the Inn?! The entire venue is beautiful and every space is truly not missing a single detail. The staff is absolutely incredible. Julia was our wedding planner with the Inn and she truly made the process so fun and easy. I was truly never stressed during the planning process! Julia was always there to answer my questions, check a contract, and remind us of what we needed to do. Julia made the day go by so wonderfully for us!! We also have to shout out our amazing wedding day team! Noelle and Alex were our maitre d's and made sure everything ran smooth, every guest had what they needed, and that everything was going how we wanted it to! Courtney and Mary were our bridal attendants, they were EXCELLENT!!! They knew what we needed before we did. We also had a giant bridal party & a lot of our family with us. They made sure everyone was taken care of! All our guests were so impressed with the Inn staff from beginning to end! I truly only have wonderful things to say about The Inn and their staff. Had our Bridgerton inspired wedding at the Inn and everything was truly spectacular. From the beginning Julia, our wedding planner, understood our vibe and recommended vendors based on that. She worked with us and all of our vendors to make all of our wedding dreams come true! The food was great, drinks were flowing and all our guests had such a wonderful time. JC, our maitre’d and Mary, our bridal attendant, were magnificent from the moment we walked in! We were so happy, we didn’t want to leave at the end of the night. The venue is absolutely elegant and classic. The staff are attentive and everything ran smoothly. Julia is especially helpful and understanding and very accommodating. Our guests raved about the food, the venue, the party, everything! I couldn't say enough good things about the venue, the event staff, and Julia the planner. If I had to nitpick, I didn't appreciate the attitude of our sales agent, Cynthia. It was almost like she didn’t recognize us on the day of as she rushed us away from the garden while taking photos, and there was some hiccup when we didn’t get the maitre d’ that we requested and were promised (he was our longtime friend). I had my wedding at the INN at NHP June 2023 – it was truly a magical day that would not have happened without the hardworking team at the INN. From the day we stepped foot in the venue the staff was warm and welcoming. Once we secured our date, like any other bride I was overwhelmed but with the help of Julia, she helped me through every step of wedding planning, we emailed ideas back and forth and as the day got closer, she went over every single detail. Julia truly made my wedding vision come true from place settings to the flow of the day. No other venue offers a wedding planner so having Julia by my side was an amazing perk! The day of the wedding the staff went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. Once we had the room reveal it was such an incredible moment and no detail was overlooked! One important aspect of the wedding for us was the food, we wanted cocktail hour to have a lot of options and they worked with us to customize our dinner menu, the food was amazing!! Where do I even begin with The Inn at New Hyde Park!! From the moment we toured the venue with Giancarlo, we knew we were in good hands and had to book our wedding. Working with Julia was such a blessing and she helped bring everyone one of ideas and vision to life. The day of was perfect with JC, Mary, and Liz making sure that my husband and I were enjoying ourselves, ate, and our drinks were always filled. What a perfect day! From signing our contract with Lynne to working with Julia throughout the whole process to Mary and Liz helping me out my entire wedding day to make sure I had the best day possible. We still get messages about how beautiful the space was and how much fun our guests had because the entire team went above and beyond. The staff at the Inn were amazing to work with through my entire process. It was so easy to get in touch with Julia- the event planner- and she was so helpful during the entire process. This venue was a dream. The food, the staff, the venue's beauty, and the cocktail hour were all exceptional and our guests raved about all of these things. The Inn provided everything you could want in a venue and more! We were especially thrilled with having 2 bridal attendants, a Maitre d’ (in our case, Charlie), and a built-in wedding planner. The entire staff was outstanding. Our bridal attendants, Courtney and Reniyah, were with us every step of the way. Their friendliness and professionalism were not only appreciated by us but also noticed and praised by our family and the entire bridal party. The staff at The Inn worked together seamlessly as a cohesive team, ensuring that every detail was executed flawlessly. Our wedding planner, Julia, provided invaluable assistance. We felt comfortable asking any questions, no matter how big or small, and she consistently provided us with insightful information in a timely manner. When I was searching for venues, the Inn at New Hyde Park popped up on my Instagram. There were 2 things that caught my eye, the gardens and the Tuscany room. I immediately contacted the Inn for a tour and was connected with Cynthia. Meeting with Cynthia set the tone with our experience with the Inn. Everyone I worked with there was professional, kind, enthusiastic, and helpful. Julia is a true helper when it comes to wedding planning! I am very type a, organized, and a bit of a control freak, but having Julia around put my brain at ease. I could always call or email her and she was always available to help me out. There were plenty of times where I would keep her on the phone just to get all of my thoughts together. I am so thankful for her, I don't know what I would have done without all of her help to make my wedding day perfect.The day of our wedding, JC was our maitre'd and Adriana and Rehnya were our bridal attendants. They were all amazing and very attentive! I could go on and on about them. They made sure we ate, had something to drink, helped me get dressed, checked on my florals, whatever I needed help with, they took care of. Both of our families were impressed with how great all 3 of them were. Even though I was pulled all over, I had an amazing time. My guests had an amazing time. The food was so good!! I would recommend the Inn to everyone for any type of event. Between the food, ambiance, and the team of employees, you cannot get anything better than at the Inn at New Hyde Park. My son had a birthday and graduation celebration in the inn at new Hyde park. The service was not great. There's a lot different situations in the service that I wasn't happy about. When we first got there to decorate, the stuff that I asked for that should be ready was not there. The private bathroom was filthy and unacceptable. I have to keep calling the person in charge to get stuff for me on the storage. I told them in advance plenty of times that I need to decorate. During the cocktail hour, the bartender kept serving my son (the birthday celebrant) alcohol too fast. She knew that as an experienced bartender would know when to cut them off and plus it's in there contract. First time that my son had alcohol. The celebrant passed out before we started the main event. I was so angry and very disappointed because he didn't even enjoy his own party. I didn't even enjoy the party. I have a program set up and everything was scrap. We didn't even sing happy birthday and blow the cake. The bartender admitted that the celebrant was drinking too fast and she should have stop or slowed down serving alcohol. I didn't even eat the food and enjoy the party that I expensively paid for because I was so busy attending to my son. There was so much food especially the seafoods that I paid for extra and that was there and I asked them to wrap me some food to take home since I didn't even tasted anything. When I got home, the food that they wrap are the one that are not too expensive. All the seafood that I paid extra for are the one that they did not give me. I saw the seafood was a lot. The seafoods they took them home for themselves. I was not very happy with the outcome of the service. I do like the venue but the service that I encountered was terrible. My guests were happy because they said the food was a lot and delicious and they had a good time and my DJ was playing good music. Too bad I didn't get to taste any of foods that I paid for. From beginning to end, working with the Inn at New Hyde Park to plan our wedding was a dream. It was the first venue we visited, Giancarlo showed us the space and answered all of our questions. We visited many other venues after but I could not stop thinking about the Inn at New Hyde Park. When we made the decision to have our Hindu Ceremony and Reception there, Julia made the entire process so seamless. She answered every question I had no matter how silly, and over 200 emails (yes, about 200, she was very attentive even though she was probably working with other brides as well) in our thread later, the wedding of my dreams was planned. On the day of our wedding everyone was so kind and attentive to us and our guests. Literally everyone was so nice. It was truly the best day of my life- and I had 0 stress thanks to the staff at the Inn at New Hyde Park. Other things I loved: the outdoor space is PERFECT for a Hindu (or any) ceremony- so beautiful with a fountain, there is a backup plan in case it rains, they work with a hotel in the area, the bridal suite is beautiful and spacious (our bridal party has 21 people plus bride and groom), and JULIA is absolutely amazing and so beyond helpful. The Inn at New Hyde Park was our 2nd venue stop, and as soon as we walked into the Tuscany Room where the cocktail hour was going to be, we just knew this was the place! We had 2 other appointments scheduled and canceled them. We booked within a few days. Giancarlo & Julia were absolutely amazing to work with from the showing of the venue to every detail of the day. I would message or email Julia at least once a week with ideas or questions. She was always there for me and made our dream wedding happen.We had Juan & Charlie as our maitre’d’s - I honestly saw Juan all day and he was an absolute dream to work with. Even our guests loved him! Mary & Courtney were our bridal attendants and they were the best! Mary was on point for everything. She made sure we ate, drank and got wherever we needed to be. From the moment we first stepped foot in the Inn I was blown away by its beauty and was impressed by the kindness of every single staff person I encountered. I was so, so, so excited to get married there I literally would cry when I would see photos of the Inn. Despite my expectations and excitement being so high, the day of my wedding somehow went above and beyond my absolute wildest dreams. I cannot get over how hard every single staff person worked to ensure it was the perfect day- and it truly, truly was. I have never in my life been encountered staff that were so dedicated, hard working, and seemingly genuinely cared about not only myself but all my guests. It was truly incredible. The food of course was amazing, the service was impeccable, and the inn was as beautiful as ever. I want to make special mention of a few people in particular - Julia the event planner who worked closely with me in the months leading up to our event and went above and beyond to be accommodating in any way she could. I had a very specific vision of how I wanted the day to look and Julia was so supportive of that. Mary and Paula my bridal attendants- out of this world. Paula literally gave me her own personal eyeshadow out of her purse when I was having a brief panic attack because I had cried some of my makeup off. Mary was on top of everything and everyone before you even knew you needed her, she was there. My dad’s shoe straight up fell apart and the staff were on it like white on rice trying to fix it. This venue was worth every penny we paid and I would do it all over again in a heartbeat. A few people told me to check out the Inn at New Hyde Park for my wedding and it wasn’t until the Spring Showcase 2022 that I truly knew why! What may have been just another venue on Jericho Turnpike turned into the most MAGICAL wedding experience I have ever seen. Not only is the inside beautiful, the cocktail hour room straight out of a street in Italy, the outdoor property stunningly spacious – but the staff is beyond words. From the minute we stepped foot in there on that showcase day, the day of booking, all the planning days in between, the wedding of course, and the post-days, the staff has been nothing short of sensational. My husband and I experienced some unexpected loss in the months/days leading up to our wedding and Julia made sure we were easily accommodated with genuine kindness. I’m telling you, everyone I suggest the INHP to I lead with “the people there are AMAZING”. I felt like I was booking a wedding with friends of mine, not just salespeople. Additionally, everything this place has to offer is super on trend and adaptive with current times, which is exactly what we were looking for. I couldn’t recommend this place enough. BOOK NOW!From our original tour with Giancarlo who walked us through every aspect of what the Inn had to offer, we were hooked. It was only the 2nd place we looked at and we knew it was for us!During our planning Giancarlo and our wedding planner Julia (yes, the Inn comes with a wedding planner) every question we had was answered and every request we had for our day was met with excitement and assistance to get it done. We were able to not only meet with Julia a few weeks before our day to review everything, but we were able to drop off all our wedding items a week before giving us a much needed stress relief knowing it was all in their hands.THE DAY OF TEAM!! I cannot say enough great things about! Juan the Matire'D was fantastic making sure that every moment of our day went according to plan and Jeanny & Mary were an amazing help to the bridal party, our families and my husband and I. They not only made sure we have drinks and food but that my new husband and I got a few moments of privacy to really embrace or day. The staff at the Inn makes you feel like royalty from the extravagance of the rooms to the way you are treated. Even the staff that was not directly a part of our day helped us keep everything moving. The place was a dream come true.If you are looking for the best venue to get married, The Inn at New Hyde Park will blow you away. For starters, when my fiancé and I saw the place, we were so impressed, we didn’t even think twice. We booked the venue for our wedding. Then, we were introduced to Julia, our wedding planner, and she made everything so easy. She sent us all her recommended vendors, and they all were amazing. The vendors went the extra mile to make our wedding phenomenal. The bridal attendants, Dominga and Ashlee, were so caring with everything they touched. We were more than impressed. The staff was spectacular accommodating all of our guest. Charlie, our maitre d’, was perfect. We couldn’t have asked for a better team of people. The place felt surreal. Even though the weather wasn’t stellar, since it was a rainy day, the wedding made all our guest stunned, excited, and overwhelmed with joy. We even had guest saying wedding of the year!!! This is the first venue we visited when planning our wedding, and no other venue lived up to it. From day one, Giancarlo (event coordinator) was friendly, responsive, and had an in-depth answer to every question we asked! Once we formally selected the Inn as our venue, Julia (venue-provided event planner) was equally as excellent with her communication and support. If you choose the Inn, there is ZERO NEED to look at outside event planners or day-of coordinators; Julia handles absolutely everything! She also has an existing relationship with so many vendors on Long Island, meaning we could rest easy knowing we wouldn't be managing a long list of details or unfamiliar details on our wedding day. Julia referred us to several of the vendors we ended up selecting, and we are so grateful for her guidance. We held both our ceremony and our reception at the Inn and both were incredible! All of the staff support day-of (maître d, bridal attendants, bar tenders, etc.) were friendly, helpful, and loved by our guests. After the wedding, we heard so many compliments from friends and family about the staff at the Inn, how gorgeous the venue was, and the FOOD! When I first saw this venue I was stunned and new I needed to have our wedding there. Not only is the place gorgeous, but the staff is unbelievably incredible. Lynne who we first met with was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Every time my mother and I would show up unannounced cause we were just always so excited to look at the venue and discuss ideas she was always willing to accommodate us. Anytime I needed her she was so so so so helpful!! Julia their in house event planner was also absolutely amazing throughout the whole process, always accommodating my every need without question. The whole planning process was just so amazing with them. There is also soooo much included in their package unlike any other venue. The day of our wedding was so absolutely incredible I'm still on a high. It really was so magical. Everyone of my guests were raving over the place and the food. The bridal attendants Dana and Dominga were un believable everyone was in awe over how attentive they were I really felt like a princess the whole night! JC our maitre’d was fantastic as well constantly coming over to reassure we were ok. I really loved everything about the day!! Even our guests noticed how amazing the staff was, they keep saying we picked the best place to have a wedding. I booked the wedding with Cynthia from the Inn. She was kind, caring and very knowledgable. She really wanted my day to be perfect. She answered all my questions and really guided me through every little detail about my wedding. The booking process easy and I was at ease knowing I was in the best hands. She also provided a list of vendors that The Inn recommended, which was a huge help, as I did not know where to begin when it came to booking a DJ, Photographer, etc.. I was not a bride who had a vision for our wedding. Julia at The Inn pulled out of me what I wanted my wedding to look like. I am grateful for her patience and kindness. She really helped me not stress about the small stuff and was a blessing. Needless to say everything about our day was beautiful. The venue is gorgeous to begin with but Julias magic touch, everything was simply perfection. My bridal attendant Mary, was one of the sweetest people I have ever met and was on the ball the entire night. Everything I needed she got it ASAP. Terry was my Maitre D. Her and Mary are neck and neck when it comes to the sweetest person I have ever met. She is the sweetest, it felt like she was family. The reception ran so smoothly and it was simply perfect thanks to Terry. The wait staff was kind and courteous, attending to all of our and our guests needs promptly. The food was delicious, my large Italian family was delighted with the food and that is saying a lot. Compliments to the chef. My overall experience at the a 10/10. It was the first venue we toured and we instantly fell in love and kept comparing every place to the Inn. The food is amazing too. I've gone to my share of weddings at other venues and the food has been mediocre at best, but the options you get for cocktail hour and your entree is limitless. Giancarlo and Julia were a pleasure to work with. They always answered emails in a timely manner and really listened to what we wanted for our wedding. Julia is the complimentary wedding planner at the Inn and I loved working with her. She really brought my vision to light. We were in the large Georgian Ballroom and my god is that room stunning haha. It has two bars in the room, which was great for our guests so no one was waiting long for a drink. The room has high ceilings, a large dancefloor, French doors leading to the outdoor patio. The bridal suite OMG the bridal suite was huge. It had a full bar and the room was so spacious, chic, and updated. Our bridal attendants were phenomenal too. We had Mary and Dana and I hope their boss reads this because they made the evening PERFECT. They were beyond helpful and kind and made sure everything ran smoothly. My dress was huge and made it tough to go to the bathroom in so Dana would assist me in and out of my dress when needed. Mary made sure I got those perfect nighttime shots in their outdoor ceremony area. Our security guy Scott was amazing too! He was looking out for us the entire night with our card box and even found one of our cards lying around in a separate area that someone forgot to bring with them to the ballroom. Our Maitre D was fabulous too and was always asking if we needed anything or checking on us. I truly feel like the Inn went ABOVE and BEYOND for us and I will be forever grateful to all of the staff there. They made our wedding day a dream come true and now I'm just praying one of my friends winds up getting married there so I can go back and enjoy everything as a guest this time lol. They were very informative and upfront about all options and costs. Every guest at the wedding raved about the food- the abundance and variety. Not only were the guests impressed with the food, but the loved the rooms too. The Tuscany cocktail room is stunning and completely won me over!The INN provides a complimentary wedding planner as well. Julia was so helpful in picking out menu styles, table settings, décor and so much more. She made the process seamless and matched my style perfectly. She kept my nerves at ease as she guided me throughout the process and ensured I had everything ready. She is very confident and passionate about her work- and it showed, as everything came out beautiful!We used the boutique at the INN for all of our custom signs and they came out AMAZING! Nicolette is so talented and you can tell she truly loves what she does. She sent me samples and options of different fonts, colors, sizing, etc. We wound up going through the boutique for everything-our welcome sign, signature drink signs, money box, guestbook sign, menus and memory table sign. I was obsessed and from personal experience, it was so easy to work directly with her rather than an unknown seller on etsy.The grounds are stunning and I cannot wait to see more pictures and videos! Between the gazebo, the gates, and the bridge I could have been out there taking different shots all night. The patio is beautiful and they have new furniture, tables and umbrellas for guests. There was plenty of space that provided shade and a nice breeze, even on a 90 degree day. In addition, there were plenty of options for great photo opps inside such as the staircases, the lobby and the GORGEOUS bridal suite.The day of the wedding, I had JC as my maître d. He and his team did an outstanding job! The day ran so smooth and everything was so organized and flowed perfectly. I had Mary and Paula as my bridal attendants and I honestly LOVED them I don’t even know where to begin. They made me feel like a real life princess! They helped carry my dress as I walked throughout the building and went to different locations for pictures, they made sure I was drinking water (since it was HOT!) and eating. They bustled my dress perfect and made sure I was okay with time throughout the day & night. They had eyes on my husband and I at all times- even though it did not feel that way- I in no way felt that they were over bearing. I also felt that security did a wonderful job. My uncle lost his wallet and within 10 minutes, security had found and returned it. The bartenders, James and Lisa did a magnificent job considering the high volume of guests we had. My friends stated they made amazing drinks and were quick to take and fill orders even when the bar was most packed out.We ended the night with an after party at Table 7, which is the restaurant/lounge located in the INN. We had our own music playing and guests dancing, but there were also couches and lounge furniture that allowed some guests to wind down and relax. I loved the atmosphere and am so happy we choose this option instead of the more commonly seen after party at the hotel.Overall, the day was perfect and I cannot thank the staff at the INN enough for the best day ever!! My fiancé never been before and the day we went for our appointment he was sold! He thought the decor, location and value was perfect. We booked with Lynne who answered all our questions and listened to all our requests and needs. The Inn provides planners so you don't go crazy planning your wedding alone. Julia delivered 100% to all of our needs and followed-up on all our questions. Julia helped with any stress and was able to provide recommendations on all your needs. The day of the wedding, everything was amazing! My fiancé told me the look on my face the second we had a peak in our room was priceless. Everything I envisioned came to life. We also had the help of our Maitre D JC. He made sure everything went perfect and anything we needed the night of our wedding. He reminded us and was by our side the entire night. As well as our bridal attendants. The inn provides 2 and at first, we only needed 1 since we had a small bridal party but we have a big family which the second attendant came in handy. They took care of all of everyone needs. They were fully staffed which accommodated all our guests. Food was great! We also had a sushi bar which everyone LOVED. FYI - Everyone was raving about the risotto. We even broke plates (shatterproof places we provided). We had our wedding in the Gable room which was perfect. We worked with Giancarlo when it came to booking, but he was available every step of the way. My parents (FOB immigrants) loved that Giancarlo understood our vision and helped us reach it. Julia was equally as great when it came to finalizing details, she was always available and worked closely with us to work on creating the perfect day.The day of staff really is what blew us away. The bridal attendants, Mary & Kerry were AMAZING. They were so kind and polite and attended to literally every need, they were overall amazing. Leo was so fun and helped our night flow seamlessly. Scott, great personality and was so fun. The food was great; cocktail hour had an abundant of delicious food, everyone main courses were excellent!Overall, they really made our night magical. The Viennese hour was so beautiful and so many delicious treats As the mother of the bride, you want the perfect day for your daughter and new husband. The staff so professional and helpful. From day one, I knew I made the right decision. Starting with Giancarlo, the event coordinator. Giancarlo, is a class act. On our tour of the Inn he was sweet, personable, and so accommodating. He patiently answered all of my questions and worked with me to ensure all my dreams would be possible at The Inn. If you are lucky enough to cross paths with their Office Manager, Nicolette, consider yourself blessed. She scheduled all of my appointments, answered calls/relayed messages, greeted me at the front desk, made my menus and signature drinks signs, and was such a great resource for additional vendors. I don’t know how she does it all!! Once I booked, I started working with Julia, their complementary event planner. Almost no other venues offer the complimentary service of a planner, and when I say I would be lost without Julia, I am beyond serious. Julia is organized, creative, calm, and an all around beautiful person. Every single email was answered within minutes. Every problem I faced was easily solved. My wedding was absolutely perfect, thanks to Julia. The day of my wedding, I swear I was working with superheroes. Juan was my Maitre D, Mary and Paula were my bridal attendants, and of course Julia was there setting up everything according to my specific instructions. The day and night were FLAWLESS. My ballroom was decorated stunningly all because of the ideas and advice of Julia. Anything I needed, Juan, Mary and Paula were there. I didn’t even have to physically say what I needed and somehow, they already knew. One minute Mary was cleaning my dress, while Paula was putting my shoes on for me and Juan was getting me a drink. This team works so efficiently together it’s insane. I am in awe of their teamwork and dedication to their clients. Our friends and family are still talking about how amazing our wedding was. The cocktail hour food was delicious!!! As well as the entrees and the million dessert options at our venetian hour. We also booked our after party at Table 7, a restaurant within The Inn. How convenient it was to simply walk a few feet and be at the after party. We had a full open bar with the most wonderful bar tenders and finger foods (fries, pretzels, sliders) that seriously hit the spot. Everyone is still raving about it all. I had such high expectations when I booked at the Inn at New Hyde Park and they somehow managed to top them. I would recommend The Inn to anyone for any type of event. LeighMarie Regan(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 10-12-2021 Two long years of planning with the Inn at New Hyde Park and we would't have traded the experience for anything else! We got engaged in early June of 2019 and 2 days later days on a whim took a ride to scope out the inn. Neither of us called to schedule an appointment (actually didn't realize we needed to do this) we just showed up. Upon arrival we were greeted by a friendly staff member who told us someone would be with us shortly. Then we met Giancarlo and instantly connected with him. We just asked if we could quick see the ballroom, but instead he gave us an entire tour of the place. Within minutes of touring, I was sold and knew we needed to have our wedding here. Seconds later, my husband was too. The Tuscany Cocktail room and Georgian Ballroom was a no brainier for us! We envisioned all of our guests there and knew it was the right place for us. When Giancarlo went over the menu and EVERYTHING that they offered us, we were completely sold. We were both so excited to be working with such kind people and knew we were going to be in great hands. Fast forward to March of 2020 and everyone knows what happened then. Even through all the uncertainty that 2020 brought, especially after the initial onset of the pandemic, every time we spoke to Giancarlo we always felt better and left every conversation knowing we were still in great hands working with the Inn. Even though we were an end of the year wedding and we thought we would be okay by December, Giancarlo answered all of our questions, concerns and reservations. He never pushed us to the side because we were at the end of the year and what we appreciated most was that we was always honest with us. In early September of 2020 we decided to postpone our wedding to the following December knowing it wouldn't be what we wanted or deserved based on the state restrictions that were in place. Giancarlo made the postponement process simple and easy. Everything that we had agreed and signed for 2020 was moved to 2021. We legally got marred in 2020 and even then, the Inn celebrated our milestone by cheering us on from the sidelines and sending us their love & support. In the spring of 2021 we got connected with Julia, who ultimately resurrected our wedding. There had been such a gap of not planning that we had forgotten where we left off. Julia was so supportive and helpful. She met with both my husband and I numerous times and helped bring the fun and excitement of wedding planning back to us. Whenever I had a small detail or big detailed question, she was there for us, via phone, email or IG messenger; I knew I could always depend on Julia! She was a true gift to wedding planning and we would've been lost without her. Then FINALLY it came time for the wedding to actually happen. Our dream team consisted of Juan as our Maître d' and Mary and Liz as our bridal attendants. To this day our guests our still talking about the service the Inn provided and how everything was over the top and incredible. The 3 of them were so hands on and there for us at every moving point of that day. Through all the ups & downs that were thrown our way, we truly could not have asked for a better experience with better people working with us for so long and for being by our sides for every step of the way. Each of them surpassed any and all expectations we had in working with a venue. They made a crazy process unforgettable and turned a dream wedding into a reality! They were easy to work with over the two years of planning, including re-planning due to COVID. The addition of having their in-house wedding planner Julia was priceless. She was so helpful and responsive to all of our questions (and believe me there were a lot!). You always hear about how wonderful of service people receive at their weddings (and the horrors) and you always hope that it’s the same for you. I can honestly say, the staff at the Inn blew my expectations out of the water. From the moment I stepped off of the bus at the venue, I feel like our entire bridal party was taken care of. Mary and Julissa were- the best bridal attendants anyone could ask for. They literally took care of everything, even things I didn't know that needed to be taken care of. Julissa would come sweep my bouquet out of my hands out of no where so I could walk freely. She held my dress and was in lock step with me as we took pictures around the venue. Mary was incredible. Outside of being the world’s best bartender, whenever I needed something she was there, even when I had to change my shoes. I never had an empty drink glass, they made sure we ate during cocktail hour (which was great, because we didn't eat during the reception). At the reception unfortunately my husband's aunt had a heart attack and I was blown away at the responsiveness and reaction of the staff at the Inn. They were on top of everything. I joke that I felt like the President because they whisked me away into the bridal suite so that I was away from the craziness. They were attentive and helped make sure I did not get upset. When everything settled down, Juan suggested me and my husband go on the dance floor and \"bring the moment back to you guys\" and I really think that was so thoughtful and really did make a difference in the night. Obviously the food was incredible, the space beautiful, but the staff made this the most memorable day of our lives. Again, I can't say thank everyone at the Inn for such an amazing experience!! However, the Inn at New Hyde Park kept me sane during all the craziness. They communicated with me and made my planning process a breeze. There were so many questions and concerns I had and Julia, the event planner, helped me every step of the way and never made me feel like my requests were too crazy or questions were silly. I had mentioned I wanted some type of Christmas tree decor in our ballroom for the wedding. I just meant for them to set up a fake tree or two behind our sweetheart table for the wedding. Julia went ABOVE AND BEYOND and got me two REAL trees for our wedding and decorated them beautifully which absolutely blew me away. Our maître d' Juan was absolutely incredible. I felt like we were best friends by the time the wedding was over. He was able to get my very large bridal party to follow directions and was sweet as pie about it. He calmed my nerves so well and was there for every moment of the wedding to make sure everything ran smoothly. My bridal attendants, Liz and Mary, were there to make sure we were taken care of all night. There was a mishap with our flowers from the florist and Mary took care of everything and fixed it for me which I am very thankful for. Overall, I cant say enough about the Inn. I felt like they really cared about me and I didnt feel like just another wedding to them. The food was amazing, the atmosphere was gorgeous, and there were so many ad ons we used to make the night over the top. My husband and I are SO glad we picked the Inn as our wedding venue. When we first started wedding planning, I knew I wanted to stay away from the outdated look of a traditional catering hall. I fell in love with the Inn at New Hyde Park within seconds. The lobby was beautifully decorated for Christmas, with the fireplace and piano giving it a beautiful cigar lounge/classy vibe. We lost our original banquet manager during the pandemic, but Julia, the AMAZING wedding planner, stepped in to make sure EVERY SINGLE DETAIL was taken care of for our wedding. She reached out about color themes, suggested vendors based on the vision we were going for, and offered her professional suggestions for any question we had. She was even able to make a last minute liquor request the day before our wedding!The day of finally came, and I’m still emotional about how beautiful everything turned out. Julia and the team took care of every single detail, exactly how we’d imagined everything to look. The day/night ran incredibly smooth, thanks to everyone’s hard work. Julia was even there the day of our wedding to make sure everything was to our liking. Our bridal attendants, Dominga and Julissa, were a dream come true! They catered to us hand and foot and truly made us feel like celebrities on our day. Julissa made sure to hold my bouquet and dress train, and was by my side through EVERYTHING! She even made it a point to converse with me between portraits, and before our ceremony to ease my nerves. Dominga steamed my dress before portraits, and even rinsed my shoes off when they got muddy from the portraits outside! I was so grateful to have both of them by my side that night! Our maître d', JC was beyond phenomenal! We had a few last minute changes to the ceremony and reception order, and JC handled our requests and communicated them to our DJ like a champ. He was attentive, professional and honestly, our night wouldn’t have ran as smooth as it did, without him! Dominga, JC and Julissa even took photos in our photo booth and taped it onto our cake box with the sweetest message from them. We kept their picture in our photo booth photo album because they honestly felt like part of our family that night! If you are looking for an AMAZING wedding venue that will cater to all your needs, look no further! My husband and I just got married on 11.12.21, and it was the most incredible day ever. We had booked a few years ago with our original date of 10.23.20, but then COVID forced us to postpone to 11.12.21. We had originaly been working with Sue, but then started working with Julia, and throughout the entire process she has been nothing short of amazing. Julia was there for us whenever we needed her. Of course as an engaged couple for the first time you have plenty of questions, and may be nervous to ask. But with Julia, she makes you feel comfortable and no question is the wrong question! She met with us when we had asked to meet in person a few times, and she also helped us create ideas and inspiration for the ceremony & reception. Julia's mind is full of creativity, and we were blown away by her motivation to create the perfect day for her brides and grooms. The day of the wedding, we had Juan as the maitre d, and we had Mary and Nina as our bridal attendants. These workers deserve the world because they treated us with the upmost treatment and we couldn't thank them enough. Juan was running around making sure everything was going smoothly and making sure that my husband and I were happy with how everything looked, tasted, and timed. Mary and Nina were THE BEST bridal attendants a bride could ask for. These women were busting their butts, running around for myself, my husband, the bridesmaids, flower girl, and family with whatever they needed help with. Mary did not leave my side, she was incredible. My family will not stop talking about how amazing she was, and all the work she did. A moment that stood out to us was when the ceremony was about to begin, and my goddaughter, the flower girl got cold. Mary sprinted inside, grabbed her shawl, and put it on her just in time to walk down the aisle. It really was an amazing moment. Mary and Nina hustled to make our day perfect, and it was. There aren't enough words to thank Juan, Mary, Nina, Julia, and the rest of the staff for our beautiful day. Even when it was raining up until 2 hours prior to the outdoor ceremony, the entire staff was helping to wipe down the chairs, making sure the outdoors was ready to go. When we originally booked with them before covid, we did so because of their hospitality and welcoming atmosphere. The planning process was a breeze. After we had to postpone and change nearly every aspect of our wedding, the Inn could not have been better. Cynthia worked with us and was incredibly generous and responsive when we had to change things and worked with us to arrive at a plan that made my husband and I happy. Julia, the event planner, is absolutely phenomenal at what she does. She answered every single email promptly, talked with me on the phone anytime, and worked with us to make sure our vision was realized. She never pushed anything on us but listened the whole time and made great suggestions. On the day of, the staff was incredible. Shout out to my bridal attendant, Dana who saw to our every need and made me feel so special. Thanks to Barbara, our maitre d,' who made sure everything ran smoothly. From the second we walked in to visit the venue two years ago & had our first tour with Giancarlo we knew this was the place for us. The atmosphere, the decor, & the warmth of Giancarlo helped us make that decision. Fast forward to covid times where we needed to reschedule our original date - Giancarlo was always honest and kind as can be during this difficult time. Luckily, switching our date to 6 months later was no issue at all & we are SO glad we did!!! Leading up to the big day we worked with Julia who helped answer my thousands of emails & helped us with every little detail. She was always willing to help and answer any questions we had & always replied quickly!! Now the big day - from the second we arrived we were greeted by our bridal attendants & Juan, our maitre D - I can’t say enough good things about all of the staff at the Inn. They are so on top of everything & really know how to make a wedding flow. The compliments we’ve been receiving about the food, the drinks, the staff, and the venue itself keep coming!!! The outdoor garden area was gorgeous with all its trees, plants and flowers & the bridge with a pond perfect for picture taking. For cocktail hour the Tuscany room was absolutely beautiful, with rustic brick all around the stations and bar. The Gable Room was where we held our reception & we loved it, from the fireplace where we placed our sweetheart table to the huge wooden bar and uplighting, this room decorated itself. Unfortunately, due to the pandemic we had to reschedule our event for the following year. Giancarlo was able to work with us to secure a new date in 2021. After another year of anticipation and preparation we were finally able to have our special day, but not without some issues. With COVID affecting our guaranteed guest count Giancarlo facilitated a meeting with Cynthia the GM of the INN. Cynthia assisted us with renegotiating our contract to minimize the loss on both sides. This was a great help to us for which were very appreciative. Finally on the big day, the whole process from the ceremony to the exit was seamless. Our team consisted of Carlos (Maître D) and Liz & Dana (Bridal Attendants) and they were all amazing. Dana started by ensuring the groomsmen and family had a drink in their hand and food to start the festivities & Liz did the same for me & my bridesmaids. They assisted us with all our needs no matter what and everywhere we turned they were always nearby. For the reception, the table settings were beautiful and the up-lighting was the perfect compliment to the room. The servers were very attentive to our guests needs. The food was amazing, especially the duck entree and the NY strip steak. We were given food and what was left of the cake to take home as of course we were so wrapped up in our festivities we hardly had time to eat. I forgot to bring flats for myself and by the end of the night my feet were killing me and Liz was thoughtful enough to find me some flip flops to wear. After being postponed twice due to COVID-19, we were finally able to have the wedding of our dreams. Every single detail was absolutely perfect. Our maitre d, Charlie was fantastic. From rearranging table and place cards for us at the last moment before our reception to checking on both my husband and I, as well as our respective parents throughout the whole evening to ensure we were having the best experience possible. Our bridal attendants, Julissa and Dominga were amazing and so attentive! Julissa even went so far as to write a personalized note to us on the box that our cake was placed in.Our guests are still raving about the wonderful selection of tasty food during cocktail hour as well as the delicious choices for entrees! (My husband and I both highly recommend the Pork Chop Milanese!) Our guests could not stop complementing the beautiful decor of the Tuscany Room were the cocktail hour took place as well as the Gable Ballroom were our reception was held. Our in house wedding planner, Julia was incredible. She answered all our emails and was extremely patient and understanding with us throughout the long planning process. She even made sure to include photos from our engagement into our signature cocktail sign at our reception. She is the best! After waiting a little over a year from our originally planned wedding date, we were finally able to have the most phenomenal wedding day. They were the most helpful throughout the postponing process. When our day finally came, they exceeded our expectations. Julia helped me with so many little details leading up to the day and was always so responsive. Our bridal attendants...I would give them a million dollars if I had it (Mary is a God send). Giancarlo was the absolute best to work with from start to finish! 5 stars for him!! He stayed in communication through phone and email the whole way through. We felt SO comfortable knowing we were in good hands. Giancarlo is beyond one of the nicest and dedicated sales director we ever had to deal with!! The day of our wedding our Maitre d' Juan was EXCELLENT! I had a lot of props and moving parts and he really helped to make my vision and wants come to life. He always stayed calm and respectful the week leading up. Juan was friendly and attentive to any changes I requested. THANK YOU JUAN!! A++ for him!! My bridal attendants were beyond attentive, always by my side for whatever I needed. I was so lucky to have 2 attendants and it did come handy. We got married at the inn and had our reception there so we were there from 745 am. From the second I walked in, they never left my side and made sure I had everything I needed at all times until I left that day. They were such a big help!! They also helped calm my nerves because I was super nervous! Charlie our Maitre D was also amazing! He made sure everything was handled. He was super happy as well which was so nice to have him around us. Juan was also great and made sure our day was great! We really had such an amazing experience! The food was great! Giancarlo is an amazing asset to this venue. He gave us 2 tours, answered a million questions, and openly worked with us to land on the package and contract that best suited our needs. Within 5 minutes of talking to Giancarlo, you feel like you are family. He responds genuinely and gives great advice. I think I have sent him over 20 random emails and he gets back SO fast and with a relevant response. We had booked our wedding in January 2020 for January 2021 and the world turned upside down in March 2020. Now, we were not worried at all because who knew this thing called COVID would last this long. We had a soft date on hold, fast forward to January 2021, we did not feel comfortable hosting our wedding reception in January or April so we decided on another soft date of July 2021 and we were FINALLY able to celebrate. Cynthia, was beyond amazing, accommodating, and informative of everything that was going on. Julia is such a doll, she is so responsive and quick to answer my one million questions that I had coming her way. She gave me great ideas to make our reception fun and different. Fast forward to the day of the reception I was BLOWN AWAY by everyone at The Inn, the staff is so nice, kind, and helpful. Dana, Melvin, Chasidy, and Dominga did not leave our side once. They made sure we had a drink in our hands and made sure we ate during cocktail hour and dinner. The bartenders and the rest of the staff blew the guest away with how present they were. We could not be happier with the decision we made of having our reception at The Inn, it is the most beautiful venue, every room is completely different and what blew everyone away was their beautiful Cocktail room, feels as if we were in Tuscany!! Dana, was the Absolute best! She is an a sweetheart. Everything I said, went! My early guests got to eat and was taken care of. I asked to be alone in the bridal suite, and everyone was gone in like 2 minutes. Everything was set up the way I wanted. I wasn’t bothered throughout the day. My wedding felt like a fairy tale, and looked like one too.Barbara and Kerry was wonderful! They knew their stuff. I am one of those girls that always dreamed of her big wedding day. Julia, the inn house planner, was there to make my wedding happen the way I always imagined it. Best of all, I was able to have my fur baby there for our first look. Besides all of the empty promises given, the venue was dirty, under staffed, AC was broken so all of my guests were standing outside because of how uncomfortable they were. The coordinators, managers, staff ( aside from the bartender who was working extremely hard) could care less! They just want your money. We were told two Bartenders would be working out party but we only had one. My guests were waiting more than 10 minutes for a drink. We payed for the platinum bar yet the bartender did not have any of the platinum liquor which is extremely embarrassing when my guests asked for something and were denied. We were supposed to have wine on the tables as well as sparkling water they were not on any of the ten tables. They used appetizer plates for during dinner and ran out of utensils. Let’s not mention the lipstick on glasses that were served to my guests as well. We have cappuccino in our contract but my guests weren’t offered nor were the Italian pastry’s. Nobody is on the same page their. I am embarrassed and disgusted. Oh and let’s talk about being rushed out of our room because of an after party! Lights were on at 10:20 my party did not end until 10:30! Let’s not even get into the process with party coordinator who had no idea what she was doing!!!! We were told so much false information. With a world pandemic causing chaos and closures, we had to switch our wedding date 3 times. We originally booked with someone who was no longer with the inn and LUCKILY got introduced to Giancarlo. If it wasn’t for Giancarlo, i don’t think i would of remained as calm as i did with planning a wedding during a pandemic. He accommodated EVERY request, answered all my annoying texts and switched our dates for us each time we had to post pone. G always gave us his honest advice and treated us like family. Fast forward to our wedding and it was seriously amazing. People are still texting us saying it was one of the best weddings they have e e even to. If you book with the Inn make sure you book with Giancarlo. The day of our wedding our Maitre D was Carlos and our bridal attendants were Kerry and Mary. The three of them are legit the dream team. They were PHENOMENALLLLLLL. Carlos tan the show and made sure our wedding was perfect and I’m seriously obsessed with Kerry and Mary. They were ALWAYS right by us and made sure we had anything we needed. Kerry legit was making sure i drank water anytime i turned around and was a life savior. They were extremely supportive, communicated well through the pandemic, and were flexible on a possible soft hold on a new date, if we wanted to move our reception. Giancarlo (banquet manager) and Julia (complimentary wedding planner) were just so phenomenal and so easy to work with. They were so transparent throughout the whole wedding process and just genuinely love doing their jobs. They put their clients’ wishes first and love to see their events come to life.We had Carlos as our Maitre D, and Liz and Paola as our bridal attendants. Carlos was very professional and focused throughout the whole reception. He ensured that everything was always perfect. Any small issues were resolved right away. Liz and Paola were so amazing and extremely attentive. Liz was always next to me holding the train to my dress and my bouquet while we were walking around the gardens for family pictures. Her and Paola helped bustle my gown before the reception and checked in often to make sure everything was great. At the end of the night, clean -up was a breeze and the staff made sure that we left with everything we came with. They were quick to gather all the belongings that were left in the ballroom and the bridal suite and made sure nothing was left behind.I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who is curious about the Inn! The food was amazing, the atmosphere was just breath taking in all the rooms – especially the Tuscany room, where cocktail hour is held. Just overall an outstanding venue. After going to so many and not being thrilled, we tried the Inn at New Hyde Park. Within mere minutes, by husband and I made eyes at each other and knew this would be our venue. We’re so glad Giancarlo gave us our tour that day. He was so kind, down to earth, and informative and remained that way throughout the entire process. Once the pandemic hit he was totally transparent with us and a great communicator. They even promised us a refund if pandemic restrictions stayed in place preventing us from having our original guaranteed minimum! How many other venues were doing that?! As the wedding drew closer we worked with Julia, the Inn’s planner who is the definition of patient. I had so many questions, updates, and changes and she took all of them in stride. The best part about the Inn (aside from the incredible atmosphere of the Tuscany Cocktail room and Georgian Ballroom and the impeccable food we are still getting compliments about) is the fact that even though they are working with so many couples and parties, they truly make you feel like you are the only one. We always felt like a priority and like we were heard. Because of that, our wedding day was perfect. Not a single thing was out of place or a disappointment. From Carlos our Maitre D and Kerry and Mary our bridal attendants, to the bartenders and waitstaff, everyone was so attentive and so KIND!The Inn lived up to everything we hoped it would. We had Juan as our maître d and Paula as part of the waitstaff for both events and they both are credited to how smoothly are perfectly the events went. This whole experience though was made possible by Giancarlo. From the moment we met him through both events, he has shown such care for all of his couples to ensure everything is done to perfection. He constantly checked in with us and had open lines of communication and I can't wait until we start to plan next year's wedding. If you're thinking about booking with the INHP you will be in good hands!****Coming back to update my review since having our postponed wedding!****Booking my wedding at the Inn at New Hyde Park was easily the best decision I could have made. We booked with the INHP in July 2019 for an April 2021 wedding, postponed to April 2022, had my bridal shower in February 2021, a small COVID wedding in April 2021, and finally our big wedding with them in April 2022, and it was an enjoyable, stress free experience through it all. From booking with Giancarlo, to planning with Julia, to the actual day with Juan (Maitre d), Mary, and Paula (bridal attendants), I truly could not have asked for a better support system and wedding. They made our vision come to life, and every guest we spoke to told my husband and I how beautiful the venue was and how amazing the food tasted. The INHP is a well oiled machine run by the best and they know how to produce show stopping weddings. We wanted to at least look at one venue to get an idea of what we liked and didn’t like. We were able to tour the Inn at New Hyde Park. When we walked in, we were given the most incredible tour by Giancarlo. He made us feel like family and so comfortable. Giancarlo explained every detail we wanted to know and answered all our questions. We fell in love with the style of the venue and could not get over how beautiful each room is. We knew we needed to have our wedding there. We booked our date a few days later! Of course, the following months were STRESSFUL. We had no clue what our April 2021 wedding would look like, but we knew no matter what the restrictions were, we wanted to have our wedding at the Inn. Every step of the way Giancarlo was there to answer our e-mails quickly with any questions we had. As the day approached and we were able to have our wedding with less restrictions, the Inn wedding planner Julia was there to help us get organized and plan our day out exactly how we wanted. She made great suggestions on decor of the room and everything we needed to get for our big day. She was available with any planning questions we had, always getting back to us quickly. We gave her all of our wedding decorations and told her where we’d like everything placed throughout the day. It all turned out perfect! The day of the wedding, everything was FABULOUS. My bridal attendants Kerry and Mary were on top of it all! They were there for anything I needed, making sure I was ok, bringing me water and food, carrying my flowers for me, and fixing my dress for photos. Our Madre’D Carlos was wonderful and so kind! He made sure everything stayed on schedule, which it did, and checked with us throughout the night to make sure we were happy. He checked in with my parents and my husband’s parents as well. The food they served throughout the night was fantastic. It tasted just like it did at our food tasting! All our guests are still raving about the food!My husband and I do not have a single complaint about how our wedding day went. It was the most magical day of our lives. I had my shower there in April 2021 and the planner made me reverse the alphabetical guest list. I thought this was part of her job. The floor was had some wires and it was covered with tape and my son fell, the music was not working good thing we used an iPhone and the ends of the string beans were not cut off. I mentioned all of this via email to the planner and the manager and no one got back to me. I was very disappointed. It is such a beautiful venue but I was not pleased with their customer service. They could do better and I expected top notch but didn't get it. The servers were excellent but the people behind need to be more courteous to their clients. I will not plan anything else there. The rooms are beautiful, the food is amazing and the staff is incredibly attentive and wonderful! I have always loved The Inn at New Hyde Park and wanted to have my wedding there, my husband wasn’t too excited before we did our tour but soon as we went there he loved the place just as much as I did! Right from the start the process was smooth meeting and booked with Giancarlo who was so accommodating, answered emails right away and addressed any concerns us or our parents had! Fast forward covid hit.... this changed absolutely nothing with how great our Venue was through out the entire planning process. Again Giancarlo followed up with us for everything The Inn was doing to make sure they could host events safely especially with all these crazy restrictions and guidelines. We tried to stay optimistic that things would change and then in the 11th hour they did and we were lucky enough to fall on the first Saturday of the restrictions being lifted. Once again Giancarlo followed up right away to give us all the details of what we would need to do to comply with everything to have the wedding of our dreams. Weeks before the wedding meeting with the in-house event planner Julia was also wonderful! She went over with us everything for the day of events, setup everything I had asked and made sure the day was beautiful! Day of the wedding from the maître d’ Carlos to the amazing, bridal attendants Kerry and Mary and the entire waitstaff everyone was an absolute pleasure to work with! Everything went so easy with the covid testing requirement. They completely did right by us during these crazy times and we are so happy we had our wedding here! Our guests had a wonderful time, enjoyed the food and felt safe! The Inn is not only a beautiful venue but the staff truly made it the wedding we had always wanted! I helped my sister plan her wedding and from the moment I spoke with Lynn I knew this was the venue for her wedding. Our next encounter was with Julia who was absolutely amazing at helping with planning of the wedding. From the food choices, to the decor and providing contact information for other vendors. She was patient with all of the emails we sent and phone calls we made. She was able to assist us every step of the way. The day of the wedding the entire staff was extremely helpful. Juan was the maitre d and he was extremely attentive. He knew what we needed before we even asked. The bridal suite team, Mary and Paula were great! When requesting specific needs for our reception, Giancarlo was more than willing to be flexible with us, offering different options in terms of set-up, dinner options, and sequence of events. Ultimately, my fiancé and I chose to hold our reception elsewhere, purely due to proximity to our ceremony church. We recently had a wedding for 50 guest here and it could not have been more perfect. The food was outstanding!! The staff handled the drink orders very well they were fast and friendly. I am so glad we picked them! Throughout the pandemic Cynthia always kept in contact with us and updated us on the latest policy's. She made sure to always answer any questions and concerns we had. Julia was our planner and she helped us with any type of design questions we had about our room and all the details. She was always great to talk to and she set up everything perfectly because we made all of our decor! We had Mary as our Bridal attendant and she did not skip a beat! We had scheduled tons of appointments to look and although we loved them all and everything was beautiful, when we walked into The Inn at New Hype Park we instantly knew this was where we wanted to spend the most amazing day of our lives.While driving down Jericho turnpike one night with my fiancé and mom after looking at two other venues, the Inn came up on our right and my mom said let’s go see if we can get a tour! I told her we needed an appointment but she insisted we go in and try. The front desk told us the sales manager Giancarlo was actually available and he’d be able to give us a tour. He showed us the cocktail hour room and it was just breathtaking, the Tuscany Ballroom is unlike any other room I have EVER seen. The stations, the brick, and the vibe already had the three of us in love!! Next he showed us the Georgian ballroom, this room is STUNNING, the uplighting, two bars, tremendous size, style, everything was just perfect!!! We knew this was it. After discussing with Giancarlo and learning they had our special date October 17th 2020 available, we made the easiest and best decision by booking our wedding at the Inn. Once Covid started and I realized this virus was continuing to worsen as the months went on I became extremely anxious about my wedding. I felt confident from the start and knew that we were in good hands with Giancarlo, but by no means did I expect how much he went completely above and beyond for us. There was 100% transparency with everything, I trusted and believed every single word he said as he would give me weekly (sometimes daily) updates. There was no question too big or small that he wouldn’t answer. No matter what day or time I reached out, Giancarlo was willing to talk to me, give guidance, explanations and help with whatever need be. The Inn is so involved with their clients and genuinely care about them and their events. Once October 17th arrived, I felt not one ounce of stress. I was in the absolute best hands. My maitre d Brett was outstanding. You could tell by the smile on his face and willingness to do anything for my husband, myself and our guests that he was made for this job. He was available at all times, kept the flow of our wedding running perfect and smoothly and made all of my guests feel completely comfortable. He is a great asset to the Inn’s incredible team. Our bridal attendants were Mary and Elizabeth and they were just the best. They were both completely professional and helpful. No matter where I was or what was going on they were there to see if there was anything I needed. Both extremely personable and sweet people. They made sure I was fed and drinking all night!!!Overall my experience at the Inn at New Hyde Park was honestly amazing. I would not have traded it for the world. From the planning process to our wedding day every single team member we met and came across was knowledgeable, friendly and happy to help. We have been getting phone calls for the past 2 days from guests raving about the food and ambiance. If you are planning a special event, please consider this venue. They have taken so many precautions to reopen safely including putting the medical grade air filters in. We left there with such a great feeling that this is where we want to be for our special day. Don't pass this venue up because of some disgruntled brides who are dealing with Covid fall outs. It is definitely one of the nicest spaces we've been to and we went to 15 halls. The Inn at NHP is currently not holding any events until further notice, robbing people of their money, and forcing young couples to take legal action. They have already been on News 12, Channel 4, and have now deleted all negative reviews on Yelp and Facebook regarding this matter. They are refusing to take responsibility for their actions. This place is money hungry and does not care about the couples that are actually being financially hurt by this. They cancelled our wedding 10 days prior in an abrupt 3 minute voicemail and their only response was to \"pick a new date\". Pick a new date?! Do they realize how much goes into a wedding. We had family quarantined here from out of state, my wedding gown was pressed and at home, the mens tuxs that were rented were already delivered- IT WAS 10 DAYS BEFORE!!! We had to quickly find a new venue and contact all of our vendors and guests to inform them of the move. The way this venue has treated us is heartbreaking, disgusting, and absolutely disgraceful. They should be ashamed. We were lucky enough to find an amazing venue in Baiting Hollow who took us in with open arms and treated us like family- It ended up being the perfect day! Tania Bouzy(bride)1 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 08-08-2020 I am so disappointed in this establishment! 5 days before my wedding they notified me that they were unable to accommodate my reception of 25 guests due to Covid issues ( I could say more about the specifics but I wont ) . They said they would only be able to accommodate the 30 minute ceremony. So of course I was disappointed but Covid is an unfortunate situation that has impacted everyone in some shape or form. What hurt most was the lack of sincerity and how short they were when I was asked questions. Since they were only able to accommodate the wedding I asked if I was still able to use the bridal suite 1.5 hrs before the ceremony to take pictures, get ready, go over the ceremony and spend time with my maid of hour and brides maid as was previously planned. Their response: \" I don't understand why you need so much time..you have a small wedding party\". I literally had to justify my point.They truly made me feel that my small wedding meant crap to them. To top it all off , they are unable to tell me when I will receive my refund because all of a sudden they are \"not operational\"!!!! The way they handled the situation was so nonchalant. After rescheduling my May wedding due to COVID, we picked a new date of August 2020. They informed me 15 days prior to my wedding day that they can no longer host the event despite complying with all government orders in place. They voided our contract, did not respond to emails or calls for 48 hours, and are refusing to give me a penny back for what was already paid. We had to quickly find a new venue that would host us since we already have family members from out of state quarantined here to attend our wedding in 14 days. The way this establishment has treated my family and I during this time is absolutely atrocious and such bad business. The Inn at NHP sticks out to us mainly because of the professionalism and amazing customer service from Giancarlo. I reached out to Giancarlo about a month ago when we were in the midst of the pandemic. He has been so courteous and prompt to respond to all of our questions over email and phone. Some venues take days to get back to you so this was really appreciated. We were able to tour the venue last week and he was right on time and said congratulations to us (something a lot of venues don't even do). He gave an amazing tour and was really willing to work with us on what we were trying to achieve with our smaller guest count. The venue is beautiful and loved the Gable room. We even got to meet Julia, the wedding coordinator, who was also very nice. Giancarlo also didn't rush us out of there and let us discuss all of our questions. We all left the Inn with smiles on our faces because we had such a positive experience. We ultimately decided to go with a different venue (only because my family has had a few events there and we wanted something different) but strongly recommend the Inn to anyone looking for a beautiful space and AMAZING customer service. We are so happy with our experience with everyone at the Inn in making our big day so special. From our initial tour with Felicia, to the day of with Carlos, Mary, & Ensue. Everyone was extremely professional and great at what they do. They took care of everything, and instilled great confidence in us, so that we could enjoy the day! While dancing, the train on my dress came loose and ripped - and Ensue stitched it up on site on the dance floor! I didn't have to leave and miss out on the fun - thank you Ensue!! All three made our families who traveled so far feel so welcome and so special, and they really seemed to take great care and joy in being a part of our day. We were so happily surprised, 1 year later, when we opened up the top layer of our Wedding Cake for our first Wedding Anniversary and the three of them had written us the most kind and thoughtful wish attached to the top! We have such grand memories of our wedding at the Inn (and the AMAZING food), and this Mr. & Mrs. highly recommend it!! (We are late with our reviews – but this is how much we still love the Inn!) Sue understood everything we wanted to make our dream wedding come true and made it happen for us! Christine always greeted us with such a warm welcome. Julia who started a week before our wedding made us feel like she was with us from the beginning. Make sure to ask for Mary as your bridal attendant. She knew what I wanted and needed before I did. Fast forward to Jennifer leaving, and we were beside ourselves. We weren't sure on whom else would guide us through our event; after all, this was the first time we were hosting this type of event!The staff and management as well as new Event Coordinator, Olivia, all reassured us that everything will be OK. They work with a fantastic team that has been in the business for many years. As a panicking bride, that's what I needed to hear in order to make sure our wedding day would be perfect. Drop off was very easy, as long as you do your hw! When the day came, it was pouring rain. By the time I arrived at the Inn, Liz, Bridal Attendant greeted me outside with an umbrella to help me inside. Margaret, Bridal Attendant was also there to greet me and immediately asked if I wanted any refreshments. I felt overwhelmed, as I wasn't used to such pampering! We stationed ourselves in the Gable bridal suite to then start the process of preparing for the rest of the day. Both Liz and Margaret were excellent, going above and beyond for us, as well as crowd control of extended family members in the bridal suite.We then met Joe, Maitre'd, who greeted us with a big smile. He made us feel like family, as if he was hosting this event with us too. The night went so smooth under his direction, along with the great staff service. All our guests raved about the food as well! We also met Richard, our security for the night, in which did his job so well-he had stopped my bridesmaid from moving the gifts to the safety box along the way! Fast forward to a successful end to the event and my new husband and I pick up our car... And he realizes he lost our apartment keys! Panicking at that point, we went back indoors to ask Liz and Joe if they've seen the keys during our stay at the Inn. They immediately go to work, tearing the bridal suite apart, as well as diving behind furniture and scrambling for our house keys.Twenty minutes later, not only did they locate our keys, but they found my husband's coat along with it. It looked like they all went through a war zone! Needless to say, absolutely, highly recommend the Inn at New Hyde Park again and again. The Ceremony it was amazing i have no words to describe it, Cocktail hour THE BEST FOOD EVER!.Bridal suite, and Georgian ballroom were just so stunningly beautiful. The venue was amazing from start to finish. The staff was so helpful and kind from the moment we stepped foot inside. I planned the wedding myself but Olivia, who is the event planner there, was amazing and always so helpful and quick to answer my questions. Our bridal attendants, were also great. Always ready to help us whenever we needed it. They even sometimes helped us with things before we knew we needed it! In the end of my reception i couldn't walk anymore on heels my feet hurt and she gave me a pair of flip flops,They were so sweet! The minute we left after touring the venue we knew that was where we wanted to celebrate our special day. From the moment of first booking all the way to the wedding night and beyond, The Inn has been such a pleasure to work with. We worked closely with Daysy as it got close to the wedding, squaring away the final payments, the head count, and our final walk through. She was so fabulous answering any and all questions we had. I called her so many times and each time I called she was so helpful and eager to answer my questions with delight. The night of the wedding was truly magical thanks to all of the staff at The Inn at New Hyde Park. All of the food was INCREDIBLE! Kudos to the chef! Our maître d was Melvin who put on the most incredible night with such ease. He sorted all of the minute details with such ease we genuinely didn’t even notice one thing out of place from what we had planned. Our bridal attendants Kerri & Liz. These ladies were absolutely hands down incredible. They catered on our every whim. The entire night they knew exactly what I needed before I even had the chance to open my mouth to ask for it. My shoe broke during photos early in the night and they already had a pin waiting. They bustled my dress for me multiple times throughout the night, they carried my train for photos outside and fixed the train with each photo, and had fresh champagne in hand everywhere I turned. They brought us the entire spread of cocktail hour. Towards the end of the night I asked for my flip flops and they had already placed them under the sweetheart table without even being asked knowing I may need them. They were the sweetest, most hard working people I have ever met. When the celebrations were over I needed to find my bouquet and one of the staff that was breaking down the tables ran up to the bridal sweet to get it for me. Everyone at The Inn truly has such a level of professionalism that is far beyond average. My husband and I could truly rave for days. The Inn at New Hyde Park is FIVE STARS for sure and if I could give ten out of five I would! They deserve all the praise in the world for making our wedding day truly spectacular!! Our guests raved about the food and keep telling us how much fun they had. We worked with Daysy who answered all my questions with ease! Danny was our maitr d...he was WONDERFUL. I left my change of shoes at my hotel and he got me flip flops right away saving my poor feet. He was always around to guide us where we needed to go and everything ran extremely smooth. Patti and Abby were our bridal attendants...so amazing. My bustle was set up very weird and they still figured it out and helped make sure I wasn't dragging around my dress haha. They were so sweet and always checking on me and my husband, handing us drinks and taking my flowers for me. They brought us so much food, we actually had some time to ourselves to just sit and eat/drink. The whole staff was wonderful and I have no complaints. I'm so happy we booked the Inn over 1.5 years ago :) they were easy to work with and we had the BEST day ever! Reviewed on 21-10-2019

When we toured the venue with Felicia, we were amazed by how big and beautiful it was. More than that, it was also very handicapped accessible, which mattered a lot to us given that my husband's grandmother has a walker and we didn't want her to feel left out or restricted by the venue. We loved the gardens for our ceremony, the Tuscany room for our cocktail hour and the Georgian ballroom for our reception.It was such a blessing to have an event coordinator that we could ask anything of as we went through the process. We started off with Jennifer, who was very helpful up until she left the Inn. Even then, she communicated it clearly to all of the couples she was working with. We moved to working with Olivia up until the day of our event and she was FANTASTIC. Olivia is so sweet and so helpful - no matter how many emails I sent and no matter what time I sent them at, she always responded in a timely manner and reassured me. From coordinating our menu to our drop-off appointment, she was timely and a joy to work with.However, what was most important to us was being able to work with a venue that took care of my husband's severe allergies to both dairy & nuts, which proved to be a challenge for other venues that we had toured. This was literally written into our contract so that everyone would be aware of the restrictions. I was nervous about this, but at every turn - from cake tasting with Giancarlo (who was a DREAM to work with and helped make our amazing nut-free, dairy-free wedding cake a reality) to our food tasting in the Table 7 restaurant - we had NO allergy issues. This was such an immense relief and took so much off our minds the day of the wedding. The bridal suite was dairy and nut free, as were all of the cocktail hour & reception meals that we were personally served. I could not have asked for better care in regards to my husband's allergies. It was one of the first times he could eat cake at any function!As for our day of, we could not have pulled it off without our amazing Maitre D and two bridal attendants. Barbara, Keila and Kerry were FANTASTIC. They kept us all moving and made sure that my husband & I were happy, fed and hydrated. I don't know how I would have made it into my dress without Kerry - no one else knew how to tie my corset! She also had extra tape to keep my dress up when it mattered. While I initially doubted the need for two bridal attendants, my husband and I both agreed that they were the real MVP's of the night as they never, ever left our side - even as we left the venue!Overall, could not have had a more beautiful and happy wedding. By signing with the Inn, we didn't have to worry about the venue, the food & drink or the wedding cake. So glad that we went with the Inn and their gracious staff!! Reviewed on 20-10-2019

We got married here four months ago and our guests still rave about the food, atmosphere, and service from that evening. The cocktail hour and reception rooms were beautiful. Jennifer was so responsive and helpful throughout the year and half leading up to our wedding day. She made sure we knew of all options the Inn had to offer, but still kept us within our budget. Our bridal attendants Abigail and Keila, along with our maître d Marvin were outstanding the night of. Mark and I were stress-free the entire evening.
