Amanda Eckelberg(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 25-06-2022 Maria had excellent communication throughout the entire time we worked with her. She made sure our day was just as special as we envisioned. Maria always responded to our emails and calls. Hands down one of the best vendors we worked with. Reviewed on 25-01-2023
Cassie Sotello(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 05-09-2020 Ironworks was an incredible place to have our ceremony & reception. We heard all through the night and in following how days how beautiful everything was and how people were excited to return for their own personal events or celebrations. Tanya was exceptional in the weeks leading up to the wedding. Both the hotel and Tanya reached out to me to check in prior to the event even after being patient with virtual meetings, phone calls and email threads (mostly related to covid concerns). The day of ran incredibly smoothly and the staff at Ironworks were incredibly professional and efficient. I very much recommend Ironworks for any future events/weddings you may have. Holly Faurie(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 25-07-2020 I just want to start off by saying being a covid bride sucked, but Tanya was super helpful during the whole situation. She would be quick to respond to emails, and was super open to have face to face meetings. For the rehearsal she was super helpful, telling everyone what we an expect the day of. For the actual wedding day, it was beyond perfect, the ceremony was beautiful, the reception hall was absolutely gorgeous, and the food was AMAZING! The staff is beyond helpful and lovely. I would totally recommend this venue/hotel/restaurant to anyone. Reviewed on 03-08-2020
Morgan Johnson(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 24-11-2018 We booked the Ironworks hotel for our wedding block. Almost all of our guests from out of town stayed here and they loved it! The staff is amazing! If you don’t stay here on your wedding night then your are crazy! Reviewed on 15-12-2018
Elizabeth Lipowski(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 21-07-2018 I cannot say enough about Carly M. and the Ironworks staff for making our stay perfect. We used a suite to get ready for our wedding, which was a few blocks away. Previous to our stay, Carly made sure every detail was taken care of: making sure the groom and groomsmen would be across the hotel on a different floor as to not see us getting ready, making sure the correct rooms had the amenities we requested, delivering chairs while we were out at the rehearsal dinner so we would have enough seating during hair/makeup, and even making sure the MOH and my parents were nearby so we could all be close for getting ready. The room was great, too. To top it off, when we returned from our wedding reception, there was a lovely handwritten card with a bottle of chilled champagne and two keepsake glasses waiting for us. It was an absolutely amazing experience that I would recommend to anyone! Thank you so much to the Ironworks for making my wedding weekend perfect! Reviewed on 25-07-2018
Jill Harp(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 19-08-2017 My husband and I cannot rave enough about The Ironworks! We were married August of 2017 on a hot sunny day and everything from start to finish was perfect! The atmosphere was exactly what we were looking for - warm, industrial, and rustic. The staff was attentive, helpful, professional, and beyond friendly. The food, which was courtesy of Merrill & Houston's, exceeded our expectations. Everything was cooked to perfection, came out hot, and I remembered seeing a lot of empty plates around the room. To this day, people will still comment that it was the best wedding meal they have ever eaten. I would recommend this venue again and again! Reviewed on 18-06-2018
Stephanie Loomis(bride)1 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 05-05-2018 Spoke with the event coordinator, Darla about our plans to have the ceremony and reception at this location. I asked specifically about the costs to ensure I was accounting for ALL of them. Other than the pending catering menu as the current menu was out of date, she confirmed my numbers were accurate. I received the contract and to my surprise, there was an additional cost of $4 a person for the ceremony. Why wasn't this disclosed when I specifically ask if my numbers were accurate for what we had planned. The costs are justified - don't get me wrong - but why weren't they disclose to me when asked instead of letting me find out on the contract?! What else was hidden? Darla quickly advised this is alway the case - I'm a first-time bride and this is my first venue tour... I'm sorry this isn't tribal knowledge for me. She stated she'd call me back by end of day - this is Friday and she only works Mon-Fri and my contract is due to be signed by Saturday. Guess who didn't call me back. Saturday I called her assistant who wanted to get me in touch with the GM, Stephanie. She didn't call me but Jamie the restaurant GM called instead. She stated she'd fix everything and have resolution and with her team by Wednesday. Today is Friday and I haven't heard anything from anyone. My friends and family kept telling me these were all red flags but I was insistent that I wanted it here. I tried to call yesterday at noon and the phones were disconnected. I finally took the sign from the universe that this was the wrong place for us. If they cannot handle solicitation process let alone an email or phone call back how could they handle a wedding?! How can a location like this thrive let alone survive with this bad of service?! Needless to say, I do not recommend this location for your wedding. Take the lesson from my experience - then again maybe this review will help them to get their act together and be better for you if you choose them. Reviewed on 05-05-2017
Kathryn Moller(bride)4 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 26-11-2016 Overall I loved our wedding and the staff was very helpful. There were a couple things that didn't go as planned and if I had my wedding to do all over again I wouldn't went with a bigger dance floor. I was stressed out about fitting everyone in that space. The hotel is super nice though and there are great places to take pictures right outside the door. Reviewed on 10-12-2016

Bethany Kitzman(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 14-10-2016 My partner and I got married here three weeks ago and it could not have gone better. We booked the Ironworks a week after we got engaged, knowing we wanted to have our wedding in Beloit. We loved the look and feel of the place, and especially loved the fact that it was so beautiful it didn't need much decorating! Everyone there was very responsible to all of our numerous emails and helped figured out every detail. We had our ceremony outside on their patio and reception inside. The food(buffet) from Merrill Houston's was FANTASTIC! We are still getting compliments on it! The wait staff was extremely helpful that night, checking in with me a couple times over the night. We stayed the night before and night of, rooms were beautiful! Honestly picking the Ironworks was the best choice we made out of all the wedding decisions! Reviewed on 27-10-2016
Megan Mussomeli(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 24-09-2016 My husband and I got married and had our reception at the Ironworks Hotel on September 24th, 2016. We had about 170 guests. This was the first stop of our list when we were touring venue options right after we got engaged and we absolutely fell in love with the vintage and industrial look this venue had! Nothing else we looked at even came close. It wasn't your typical hotel conference room, it was absolutely gorgeous reception hall with big sliding barn doors and all the wrought iron and cooper tones. Our ceremony took place on their patio that overlooked the river which was gorgeous! The patio was then changed over with a fireplace and cushioned seating that my guests could use for a break from the reception if needed. The Staff and Caterers took care of every little detail the day of the wedding so I didn't stress at all. Tiffany - the caterer - was fabulous and was very easy to get a hold of. She was a tremendous help throughout the entire process, especially as the wedding date got closer. Darla – the event sales coordinator was also amazing with making sure my husband and I took care of all the details when it came to our rehearsal and reception. The hotel is pet friendly so I didn't have to worry about our furry children over the weekend which took a lot of stress off my shoulders. They got to hang out in our rooms for the night. The only hick-up we came across was blocking enough rooms for our family and friends. The hotel books up FAST, and I had to block rooms at other hotels for my guests. But the venue accommodated us at the last minute with a 6 passenger suburban to transport my guests to the venue at no extra cost!!My wedding day was absolutely perfect and went by so fast, but I could not have achieved this without the help from all the staff at this venue! They truly made everything so much easier. I would absolutely recommend this venue in a heartbeat! Thank you Ironworks Hotel for an absolutely amazing wedding day! Reviewed on 09-10-2016
