Located in Bloomfield Hills, MI, The Iroquois Club is a banquet hall and wedding venue. This expansive site was established in 2006 and offers refined elegance to the surrounding community. With the ability to accommodate up to 150 guests, this property is great for one-of-a-kind weddings with close friends and family. The Iroquois Club has been decorated with a beautiful blend of rustic and modern decor. This includes the wooden beamed ceilings, a stone fireplace, large windows, and hardwood flooring. Complete with a neutral color scheme, this hall can be transformed into a place that flawlessly showcases your personality and style. The room can be configured in a variety of ways for ceremonies, banquets, cocktail hours, and receptions. You and your loved one can stand proudly at the foot of the stoned fireplace adorned with charming blooms and drapery. Here, you can exchange vows in front of all of those who mean the most to you. After you’ve tied the knot, this hall can be rearranged into either a spacious cocktail party or a traditional banquet. A dance floor can then be fitted ready for a reception full of laughter, dancing, and unforgettable memories. Upon booking your wedding at The Iroquois Club, their dedicated staff will be on-hand to ensure that everything runs smoothly. They can assist you in the complete setup and breakdown of all decorations, leaving you to focus on more meaningful matters. Our wedding reception at the Iroquois Club was PERFECT! I am so happy! Food was excellent; service & planning was excellent and made easy. Katelyn and Nikki rock! We just got married November 18 so the Christmas decor was up and it looked amazing 🤩. I didn’t have to plan a thing in regards to the decor which was a huge plus and it looked beautiful and elaborate; I wouldn’t have changed a thing. All our guests were gushing over the experience! The Iroquois Club offers so much for an amazing price. I would absolutely do it again. And I will definitely consider the IC first for another big event.Thank you to the team!!!!!

Our wedding reception at the Iroquois Club was PERFECT! I am so happy! Food was excellent; service & planning was excellent and made easy. Katelyn and Nikki rock! I am so happy we had our wedding here! Katelyn and Nikki were a huge held throughout the whole planning process and promptly answered any questions I had. The staff was brilliant on the day of. Special shout out to Dan, who was not only easy to work with but who also helped to distract me when something went wrong with the DJ and I was getting frustrated. The space might be snug for larger weddings, but we had about 100 people and it was perfect. I would definitely recommend!

I am so happy we had our wedding here! Katelyn and Nikki were a huge held throughout the whole planning process and promptly answered any questions I had. The staff was brilliant on the day of. I couldn’t have picked a better vendor for my wedding. We went to multiple vendors but this one far exceeded all of them. Every detail was addressed and our wedding ran smoothly. Nikki and Katelynn are wonderful to work with; very organized and answered every question promptly. This venue is absolutely astonishing for a wedding! Everyone at the venue is super friendly, and very organized and accomodating. They all worked hard to help ensure our day went smoothly and it really made a difference. They were on top of communication and had a lot of great options for making our day special. We also loved that the venue was decorated for the holidays, which made for a beautiful atmosphere (the venue is beautiful on its own too!). On top of all of that, everyone at our wedding had nothing but high praise for their food. A few of them even said it was the best wedding food they've ever had! Having our reception at the Iroquois Club was the best decision we could have possibly made! From the very first tour we felt so welcomed and taken care of, and the service the entire way through was top notch. There is an old-school swanky vibe when working with the staff, even our guests commented \"you don't get service like that anymore!\". We worked with Katelyn and Nikki from the tour all the way to the big day. They were absolutely incredible in capturing every detail and knew what special touches would make a difference for us and our guests. They were exceptionally professional and responsive, and always made us feel at ease. We also really appreciated the excitement they both seemed to have when planning our event, we felt they were genuine and truly cared about us. The next best thing after the people is the food!! We had an amazing private tasting that blew us away. It was such a fun memory to make and I'm still drooling over how delicious the options were. It was difficult to choose because everything was so good! Our guests agreed, telling us how much they enjoyed the appetizers and main meal. A lot of our guests specifically enjoyed The Iroquois Salad, which is equally beautiful and delicious. Thank you so much to the IC team for giving us the perfect experience and a perfect wedding.

I cannot say enough amazing things about this venue!! This is not your typical banquet hall! Every single staff member was incredible to work with, the food was to die for and they made sure our wedding was a complete hit! I even had part of the waitstaff approach me to let me know they set aside hot appetizers for me and my husband because she wanted to make sure we ate before dinner. The event coordinators accommodated every request we had and went above and beyond!! If anything went wrong on my wedding day, I never knew it!! If I could give this venue 30 stars I would!

When we first toured, we were told that they prided themselves on their lighting, their food, and their service. That could not have been more accurate. All night I received so many compliments from our guests about how beautiful the venue was, how delicious the food was, and how kind and accommodating the staff were. Everything was just perfect and we're so thankful for Katelyn, Daniel, and the rest of the staff at the Iroquois Club. We could tell that they genuinely cared about making it an amazing experience for us. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we wanted and needed every step of the way. The venue was absolutely stunning. The staff were far above average in their attentiveness and their hospitality. Our guests raved about the incredible food and drink options, how beautiful everything looked, and how smoothly the entire evening ran thanks to the incredible staff. From the initial tour to our reception, everything was top notch! The venue itself has a romantic, elegant, rustic charm to it that was unique from any other venue we looked at. The food was absolutely to die for; all of our guests couldn’t stop raving about how delicious everything was! And the staff is a joy to work with, making planning our reception & even decorating for the event so easy. Katelyn is the absolute best to work with, as she made our wedding reception a dream come true…but everyone else I came in contact with was amazing too, from Tanya to Nikki…and even Dan, who was assigned to us the day of the reception to make sure we had everything we needed. Also, we had to delay our reception a year due to COVID, and the owner accommodated our request to move our date with absolutely no issues at all, also working with us to add on a vow renewal ceremony. I can’t say enough good things about the Iroquois Club…they are reasonably priced for what you get too. The value for the money is incredible, in my opinion. If I could do it all over again, I would in a heartbeat, and I wouldn’t change a thing! Everything was absolutely perfect!

Katelyn is the absolute best to work with, as she made our wedding reception a dream come true…but everyone else I came in contact with was amazing too, from Tanya to Nikki…and even Dan, who was assigned to us the day of the reception to make sure we had everything we needed. Also, we had to delay our reception a year due to COVID, and the owner accommodated our request to move our date with absolutely no issues at all, also working with us to add on a vow renewal ceremony. I can’t say enough good things about the Iroquois Club…they are reasonably priced for what you get too. The value for the money is incredible, in my opinion. If I could do it all over again, I would in a heartbeat, and I wouldn’t change a thing! Everything was absolutely perfect!

We booked this venue for my nieces wedding shower. The room was cozy and warm feeling. We brought in our own linens and the tables were set beautifully. Their dishes are elegant. The entire process of planning with Tanya was fluid and easy. They are very accommodating and willing to give you exactly what you want. On the day of the shower the staff was pleasant and most helpful in every way. I would highly recommend this venue for any occasion!

I'm still blown away at how perfect everything was. We only had 9 weeks to plan a wedding and wanted it be Lord of the Rings theme. I'm not talking a basic wedding with some themed decor; I'm talking everyone in renaissance garb, cutting the cake with a steel longsword, having a 9 foot tall dragon greeting guests at the door, themed. They made it possible, when other venues looked at us like we were a weird burden.Katelyn is a goddess.... Seriously. She accommodated everything in such a short timeline and was so optimistic regarding everything we asked about; \"You want to have a giant dragon on the grounds! Yeah! Absolutely!... You want a Mexican Food Bar! We can make something custom!\". She was so kind, understanding, and helpful. We were introduced to the people who would be helping us with the wedding, so we were comfortable and never dealt with someone new. The best part was that the venue was all to ourselves. At a friend's wedding, two weeks before mine, at a different venue, guests from weddings going in other rooms just waltzed right in. Iroquois was gorgeous and we felt like the most important people in the world.The food was unbelievable (Even my very picky family members loved it) and they accommodated for gluten free, vegan, and vegetarian guests; and because we did a build your own taco bar, none of our guests felt segregated or separated out. They went up with everyone else and picked exactly what they liked. We also added on Fresh Baked Cookies for a late night snack and our guests RAVED about them. They let us create custom cocktails for the bar too! So much flexibility and kindness. I don't know many brides that can say their wedding went 100% perfect, but because of Iroquois, mine did. I cannot recommend Katelyn and her team enough. All of my family was impressed and we had members come in from New Zealand, Europe, and all corners of the states. The rehearsal went smoothly, the food tasting was wonderful, the wedding was a dream come true. I'll never forget the faces on my guests when Katelyn presented the massive sword for cutting the cake. Best day ever. Don't hesitate to check it out for your wedding; and definitely spring for the late night cookies.

The staff was wonderful, including my \"personal assistant\" who made sure I always had a fresh cocktail in hand and that I was having a blast. It was a perfect fit for our number of guests, plus a band and DJ, and the team made sure everyone had a place, and comfortably. The food was amazing and OMG THE HONEY BUTTER. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place and team. Thinking about everything they did to make my night absolutely perfect brings tears to my eyes. Never once have I seen a venue be more attentive, Nikki and Tanya helped keep our day running smoothly since we had to flip the big room from the ceremony to the reception space. Since we are both professionals, we had limited time for wedding planning; Katelyn was amazing at coordinating all of the little details for us and working personally with our out of town vendors. The venue looked stunning, the food was beyond delicious, and the service was top notch. Our family and friends will be talking about our wedding reception for a long time to come! Our wedding was a total blast thanks to The Iroquois Club! The space was beautiful and every detail was perfectly planned and kept on schedule without any stress on my wife and I. We had a 9-piece band and I was concerned about starting them on time when our speeches took longer than expected, but Katelyn had a plan ready to go to get us back on schedule. I have no idea where to even begin. The Iroquois Club took what is supposed to be one of the most memorable days of our lives and exceeding all expectations. The staff here is unreal! The take customer service to a whole different level. The entire time working with them was honestly a delight. They removed any stress we could have had the whole time. In every single aspect of our wedding they went above and beyond to make our day as memorable and truly magical as possible. All that is just the staff, the venue itself is breathtaking. Just like any other couple we looked at countless venues and saw some that did not impress us at all and some that were great and were contenders up until we saw Iroquois. The moment we walked inside and spoke with staff there was no question in our mind. Easiest decision of the whole wedding (besides the decision of having a wedding and marrying my wife). This place manages to pull off and outdoors and rustic feel in an incredibly elegant and timeless way. Finally, the food. Don’t even get me started. We are huge fans of all the restaurant that they also own in the area so I had high expectation for the food. They did not disappoint. The food was remarkable, even better than I was expecting. I would hands down recommend The Iroquois Club to anyone! We worked with many different people from the staff over the year and all were incredible but I have to take a moment to mention Katelyn. Holy crap this girl is amazing!! She truly makes you feel so incredibly special and is remarkable at her job. If choose The Iroquois Club for any event you will not be sorry. We had looked at a few different places to have our wedding and we knew this was the one the moment we stepped foot inside. We were greeted by Katelyn, who was going to be our wedding coordinator for the event and felt a strong connection with her. Her and her entire team was so amazing to work with. They were incredibly kind, helpful, flexible and knowledgeable about everything. They made everything personalized and executed our vision perfectly.The Venue was also amazing. It was so cute and all of our guests loved it. It's great to have a private space where it's only your guests in the entire building. The wait staff was incredible, the bartenders were perfect, the whole day was perfect.Now to the food... It was, by far, the best food that I have ever had at a wedding. It was incredible. All of our guests had mentioned that the food was the best they have had at a wedding as well. We loved it and all of the appetizers, late snacks, etc. It was great. They had a great variety of drinks at the bar as well including putting my favorite beer on tap for the event. I HIGHLY recommend the Iroquois Club. The food, presentation, decor and service are hard to find in such a beautiful wedding venue that is so reasonably priced! We just had our wedding here at The Iroquois Club on September 23rd and could not be happier! Everything from the beautiful venue itself to the amazing staff was just perfect, we had both our ceremony and reception here and received a ton of compliments on the environment, flow, and how delicious the food was. Such a beautiful venue. They can accommodate a large group but it still feels so intimate, which our guests loved (and us of course). I booked nearly everything from the club's preferred vendors list and they were spot on. If you need recommendations for anything they know the right people, this made our planning process run a lot smoother. Working with Lisa O'Shea and Tanya Coudret was just amazing, and they couldn't have been more help. Any time I had any questions whether it was about decorations, food choices, or even little budget details Lisa and Tanya were incredible. They went out of their way and duty to make me feel as relaxed as possible leading up to the big day. I am so thankful for them turning my vision into a reality! This is beyond a five star venue.

Everything from the beautiful venue itself to the amazing staff was just perfect, we had both our ceremony and reception here and received a ton of compliments on the environment, flow, and how delicious the food was. Such a beautiful venue. They can accommodate a large group but it still feels so intimate, which our guests loved (and us of course). I booked nearly everything from the club's preferred vendors list and they were spot on. If you need recommendations for anything they know the right people, this made our planning process run a lot smoother. Working with Lisa O'Shea and Tanya Coudret was just amazing, and they couldn't have been more help. Any time I had any questions whether it was about decorations, food choices, or even little budget details Lisa and Tanya were incredible. They went out of their way and duty to make me feel as relaxed as possible leading up to the big day. I am so thankful for them turning my vision into a reality! This is beyond a five star venue.

We knew from the beginning The Iroquois Club was the venue for us with the cozy fireplace, delicious food and friendly staff! They went ABOVE AND BEYOND throughout the entire wedding planning process and made the night so magical! A lot of our guests keep saying it was the best wedding they have been to and the food was amazing! Here are a few things that I appreciated the most about The Iroquois Club..- Amazing staff including event managers, coordinators, bar tenders, wait staff. - Willing to work within your personal budget- Amazing food! We chose chicken for everyone, because it was just soooo good! - Drinks were served at the tables so there was NEVER a line at the bar. - Answers questions via email quickly- Able to have ceremony and reception in one setting- High quality liquor, wine and beer selection (two hearted IPA on tap!)- I could keep going!We truly had such a wonderful time at our wedding and a HUGE part of that was due to choose The Iroquois Club as our venue! From the beginning, Lisa and Tanya have been amazing. They have been so easily accessible, always available by phone or email. My husband and I had our wedding reception at the Iroquois Club and it was one of the best decisions we made! The venue is gorgeous, the staff is nice and very attentive (always made sure we had a drink in our hand and made accommodations for any guest that needed them), and the food was amazing!!!! Guests are still talking about the food! They set up the decorations for us so we didn't have to worry about a thing! We had a special waiter just for the head table so we never went hungry or thirsty! And when we had extra cake, they provided boxes to let guests take some home! We had 154 guests and it was full but we could still move around! They had to break down our head table before dancing because it was on the dance floor, but the staff did it so fast and efficient! It didn't cause any disruption at all! We ABSOLUTELY recommend the Iroquois Club for a wedding reception!

Our experience with the Iroquois Club was amazing! The venue speaks for itself. Katelyn was so great to work with, always very prompt in answering any questions. We had both our ceremony and reception on-site. The staff was able to flip the space in a very short amount of time and it look beautiful. The waitstaff was absolutely wonderful. We choose the Rosemary Chicken with green beans and mashed potatoes along with the Caesar salad in a parmesan bowl for dinner and we received so many compliments from our guests. Everyone loved it! My daughter had her wedding ceremony and reception here, and it was absolutely perfect! We had a limited amount of time to put together a wedding for my daughter and her fiancé who were coming from out of state. Tanya and Katelyn were consummate professionals who helped us with every detail every step of the way. They even thought of things we hadn't considered and were so flexible with the many ideas thrown at them. They worked well with all our vendors, even contacting the florist to work around his schedule for setting up. They were also very responsive to my numerous emails and questions. They exuded calm and professionalism the day of the wedding when it seemed some of the wedding party were getting nervous. I was so relieved and grateful to the staff for their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail. They were also very friendly! The staff at the Iroquois kept everything on track and made things run so smoothly, we were just amazed. Considering how easily things could've gone haywire with just one little misstep, it was such a relief to know that the Iroquois staff were ready and able to handle practically anything. I was so impressed with the detail and solicitous service provided by the Iroquois. They worked well together and planned every little thing ahead of time so we didn't have to think of anything. All we had to do was enjoy the party! They coordinated with the bride and groom, the photographer, and the DJ, the food was delicious, the venue was elegant and beautiful, the rooms had a gorgeous atmosphere, the staff were present and responsive, and the whole evening was an absolute success. I can't thank them enough for making my daughter's wedding day so special. Because of the Iroquois, we will have wonderful memories of that day with family and friends forever. I can't imagine how it could've been any better because it was an absolute dream come true. Some special touches that I just have to mention: my daughter noticed Listerine in the ladies' restroom and thought that was great; one staff member noticed I didn't have a drink during the cocktail hour, asked me what I wanted, and brought it right to me; this same gentleman noticed I was having trouble videoing the father of the bride speech and trying to include the bride and groom sitting at their sweetheart table because the bouquet was blocking one or the other because of the angle I was shooting, so he moved the bouquet off the table until after the speech; the Iroquois also had vegetarian, vegan, nut free, and children's meal options for the respective parties; we had sparklers for the grand exit and the staff had the sparklers and lighters ready and waiting when it came time to go outside for the grand exit, and they also made sure all the sparklers were put in a bucket to prevent a fire when we were done; they boxed up the bride's dinner because she hadn't eaten much of it; they also boxed up our cupcakes at the end of the evening and helped us collect our items so nothing was left behind; I requested an estimate of our bill about three weeks before the wedding when I was pretty confident about our head count and it was exactly what they said it would be, so I had no issues with the cost. It was absolutely worth it! If I could give ten stars, I would. The Iroquois Club was the best choice, hands down.

WE LOVED THE IROQUOIS CLUB!!! You will not be disappointed. The hall is so beautiful. There's a fireplace, vaulted ceilings, chairs that DON'T need to be covered, classy plates/chargers/glasses, AND table decorations provided!!! I got married in December and the hall was decorated with garland, lights, candles, wreaths, and so much more. It was a winter wonderland! This venue was cozy and intimate. The food was AMAZING!! Every single guest commended on how delicious the food was. I also had my bridal shower at The Iroquois Club, and the brunch food was so good! The food alone should make you book this place! The staff is amazing. Katelyn responded to my phone calls and emails quickly. She answered all my crazy questions without hesitation. She was there on the day of my wedding to greet me at the door and to make sure everything went smooth. She set up all my decorations!!! You don't find many places that do that. During my wedding the staff was polite, accessible, and treated me and my husband like royalty. The bathrooms were so so nice!! They were clean an they provided the women with hair spray, tampons, etc. I cannot say enough about The Iroquois Club! WE LOVED THE IROQUOIS CLUB!!! You will not be disappointed. The hall is so beautiful. There's a fireplace, vaulted ceilings, chairs that DON'T need to be covered, classy plates/chargers/glasses, AND table decorations provided!!! My husband and I had our wedding reception at the Iroquois club on September 9th, 2016. It was absolutely perfect! When we were looking for a venue, we wanted something with a lot of character and not the traditional banquet hall. The Iroquois Club was just that. With a gorgeous fireplace, exposed brick, exposed wood beams across the ceiling, and a cozy atmosphere. Even their chairs are pretty AND comfortable! I was able to do minimal decorating because the Iroquois club is so beautiful on it's own. Kaitlyn, Tanya, Lisa and the entire staff at the Iroquois Club are wonderful! They make every step of the planning process easier. My emails were quickly answered, follow-ups were made, and every single detail I asked for was taken care of. We were able to bring our decor items the day before on our way to the rehearsal and anything we didn't do was done for us exactly how we wanted. The wait staff were excellent and a pleasure to work with. We had a custom salad then their port reduction filet and rosemary chicken combination with asparagus and dutchess potatoes. Our cake was accompanied by large chocolate covered strawberries... The food was absolutely DELICIOUS!!!! Many of our guests (we had around 150 total) complimented the quality of the food and the seamlessness between courses. They were also very accommodating for special dietary restrictions (1 gluten free and 1 severe nut allergy) I cannot say enough good things about this venue. Thank you so much for making our wedding reception absolutely perfect and one our family and friends will remember!

If you’re having a wedding, I think you should strongly consider the Iroquois Club.With that said, I’m deducting one star here for three reasons: First, we agreed to hold our wedding here in Nov., 2015. From then until June, we dealt with almost half a dozen different representatives. Although they always responded in a timely fashion, it was occasionally confusing and disjointing to reach out. Second, we requested and were told that the beer Oberon would be served. It was not available. Third, you should note that their 20% service charge applies to every single thing they bill you for (setup, etc), not just food and drink. I understand now that this is a common practice in the industry, but we had not budgeted under that assumption, and were not given a final bill until only a few weeks before our wedding.

We were looking for a venue that was both rustic and intimate and found that at The Iroquois Club. We chose to have our reception, as well as our wedding ceremony at the venue. Lisa, Tanya and Katelyn were all great to work with and very accommodating. They all made the planning process much less stressful and really helped us feel comfortable and confident the day would go as planned right from the start. During the planning process, if we ever needed to stop by the venue to look around (since sometimes you need to physically be in the space the ceremony/reception will be held to better visualize your plans for linens, flowers, etc) we were able to do so without any issues and someone was always right there with us to answer any questions we had. The day of the wedding everything was perfect. I have always heard horror stories of things going wrong on your wedding day and we both had prepared ourselves for the unexpected but everything was perfect! Like, so perfect that we couldn’t believe that not even the slightest thing went wrong. We even made some very last minute changes during the actual reception and the staff handled our requests without a second thought. The venue looked ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL and was set up EXACTLY as we had envisioned. The food was AMAZING! We still talk about how good the food was. Our guests still talk about how good the food was. Cooking filet PERFECTLY for 140 people is nearly impossible but they did it. The choice to have both the ceremony and reception at the venue was the best decision we made. Our guests loved the ease and smooth transition between events (cocktail hour makes everything better) and we felt like we really got to see and talk to everyone which can be hard on your wedding day. We truly loved everything and cannot thank Lisa, Tanya, Katelyn (and the rest of the staff) for their role in our perfect wedding.

At first, I was reluctant to think that a wedding venue of such high demand would be willing to accommodate such a short engagement - my husband proposed in August and we were hoping to be married in November. Our first consultation could not have gone more smoothly. Without a second thought, the team at the Iroquois Club was more than happy to book us the weekend before Thanksgiving (and give us all the wintry/autumn decorations we were envisioning!). Little did we know they would continue to exceed our expectations in making our autumn wedding a dream come true.I am so thankful for Katelyn Likins and her staff for working with me in not only making my vision a reality, but for also making the whole process as smooth as possible for my family and I. They took care of the entire setup and teardown, every last request of mine, and all the while exuding professionalism, yet treating us like good friends. I am a designer and wedding calligrapher myself, and I had many different details and signage. The staff took care of everything for me, down to the very last pinecone :) We trusted them with our vision, and they went above and beyond to make it happen. I could not have been more satisfied with how everything looked.The word that best fits our reception is “magical.” We are a couple that had a small, close group of friends and family (about 75 guests) and wanted them to have the feel of being cozy and “at home” rather than a swanky, stuffy “banquet hall” feel. Between the warmth of the fireplace, the moody lighting, and the cozy seating, we more than achieved this feel and that made our guests feel incredibly appreciated. The Iroquois Club was so unique and reflected our style and personalities as a couple, something that we seriously could not have had anywhere else.Almost a year later, I cannot even begin to explain how many compliments I still receive about how wonderful the food was (it is, to this day, our favorite meal we have ever had - DELICOUS!) and how wonderful and beautiful it felt/looked. We had both our ceremony and the reception at The Iroquois Club. We worked primarily with Katelyn Bojanzyk and Lisa O'Shea. From the time we booked (about a year prior to the wedding) through the wedding both were very responsive to all emails and phone calls. They were very accommodating and helped us choose different décor options to keep expenses a little lower. They were willing to move their décor around from the typical to a new location at our request. The day of the venue was stunning. We were married while their holiday décor was still up and it's really beautiful. We had so many compliments on the wedding and venue. Several people said it was the most beautiful wedding they had ever been to and commented on how it didn't feel like an impersonal hall like some of the bigger venue feel, but had a more intimate feeling. We used mostly the venue's décor and didn't have to buy flowers for all the guest tables because of this which was another money saver. People loved the hot appetizers that we had. We chose to have only 3 hot appetizers passed (instead of 4) and a veggie tray display during the cocktail hour so we could have a late night snack (warm chocolate chip cookie and milk..amazing!!) passed later in the night for no extra charge which was a big hit with the guests. I would highly recommend this venue, esp when the Christmas décor is up as it is really very pretty. We had about 100 guests and the venue was the perfect size.

We were married while their holiday décor was still up and it's really beautiful. We had so many compliments on the wedding and venue. Several people said it was the most beautiful wedding they had ever been to and commented on how it didn't feel like an impersonal hall like some of the bigger venue feel, but had a more intimate feeling. We used mostly the venue's décor and didn't have to buy flowers for all the guest tables because of this which was another money saver. People loved the hot appetizers that we had. We chose to have only 3 hot appetizers passed (instead of 4) and a veggie tray display during the cocktail hour so we could have a late night snack (warm chocolate chip cookie and milk..amazing!!) passed later in the night for no extra charge which was a big hit with the guests. I would highly recommend this venue, esp when the Christmas décor is up as it is really very pretty. We had about 100 guests and the venue was the perfect size.

Where so much of the wedding industry fattens itself on hidden fees and appeals to the \"emotional importance\" of the day to get an extra dime, the staff of the Iroquois Club truly distinguishes itself through an authentic spirit of helpfulness and excitement for our special day.\r\rFrom the moment we first contacted Kaitlin, we knew that the Iroquois club would be our choice. My wife and I wanted a no-nonsense, one-time price for everything which is not easy to find in wedding venues...unless you're the Iroqouis Club. Their rates are very affordable (our budget was about ~$9K) for what you get, and are simple to understand with no convolution.\r\rTheir staff was always available, and happy to accommodate the complex apparatus that was my bride's decoration scheme.\r\rThat's to say nothing of the venue, which is beautiful, classy, and the perfect size for our 100-person reception. My wife and I did a lot of custom decorations on top of the lights and candles that the Iroquois Club offers for a small upcharge (totally worth it!). Overall, I was amazing at just how flexible the staff was about letting us decorate. Often, they would make suggestions to improve upon it!\r\rFor months after our wedding, I had positive comments from my family and friends about the event ranging from \"I'm having my next party there\" to \"Wow, I really wanna know how they make that honey butter.\" The bar served Oberon, which was a great nod to many of the craft beer drinkers among my friends.\r\rAfter our event was over, I realized we had forgotten to pay for the use of their TV and contacted them to make the payment. The response: \"Don't worry about it.\" A few days later we receive a gift card from the Iroquois Club to one of the affiliated restaurants. Wow, I was already happy with my experience, but that just put you guys in the stratosphere.

Our whole experience with The Iroquois Club was great! The Staff was extremely helpful, friendly, and quick to respond to my many questions. I got so many compliments on the uniqueness of the Venue, it was just what I was looking for. I didn't want an open/empty, steril Banquet Hall. I wanted something with character & this place had it. The Rustic Beams, Real Stone Fireplace, & overall coziness of the entire place was perfect. The food was delicious and presented beautifully. The wait staff was attentive. It was a great help that even though we couldn't get in to help decorate, it's in their contract that their employees will decorate everything for you, just tell them your ideas & they'll make it happen! We had around 150 ppl and for everything that is included in the package our final price was reasonable. Thank you so much to everyone at The Iroquois Club for making our special Day & Night one that everyone will remember!

We wish we could do it all over again! We've received a dozen messages from guests saying the same thing. :-) Everything was so beautiful. We were married on August 29, 2015 and we were their first official same-sex wedding reception! They were almost as excited as we were! We had such a positive vibe with this venue, very kind. The Iroquois Club, in our opinion, can be described as \"upscale lodge\". It has character and exactly what I was looking for in a reception venue. I didn't want my guests to get lost in a huge boxy room like a typical reception hall. The exposed brick, wood, beams, slate/rock, and vaulted ceiling with hanging ornate metal chandeliers make for an elegant look. My husband made a wooden table fencing for the skirt around and above the dessert table. Even the chairs were nice - I was happy I didn't need to cover them. That saved us $ as well as table linens were included in the rental fee - another savings. We rented decorative branch like shear overlays from Luxe Linens in Troy to drape over the provided table linen just to add to the \"lodgy\" feel. The location is perfect being off major roads and I75 for guests to find - especially those that attended from out of town. The staff is wonderful! Katelyn was amazing and very easy going to work with. The wait and bar staff were friendly, helpful and seemed to really enjoy our special evening too! I think that makes a real difference in the success of an event. Every employee was smiling and engaging with our guests. Anything we needed was provided with a very positive \"sure we can\" attitude. Our guests were absolutely amazed with the facility and the service as well as the food! Our food was amazing, really amazing. We were so happy with the buffet. It was so good and special orders were no problem for vegetarians. We ordered a special venison meal for my brother-in-law and he loved it. The amaretto chicken was my favorite. The amount of food was right on spot with several choices for our guests and I'm still shocked that it was so affordable - at least affordable to us. Affordable is a relative term of course. However, I shopped around and their costs really were outstanding compared to other venues. The bar package was a shocker - again affordable and premium shelf. I really didn't think we could afford the venue when I walked in but I'm very glad I took the time to meet with Katelyn and go over the costs. If you have a smaller wedding (we had under 100 guests) and you want affordable elegance so you can spend a few bucks on the extras (like DJ, photo booth, flower center pieces, etc...) look no further. I think really trimming down our guest list and inviting the people that really mattered in our lives, gave us the wedding we wanted...and that's really what it's about. Iroquois helped us complete an important and memorable day in our new life together.
