Our recent stay at The Kartrite Resort left much to be desired, and we feel it's crucial to share our experience. Despite a reservation made in advance with a specific note about our Sabbath observance, our expectations were not met.Room 114, our assigned room, was not ready until 4:50 pm, well beyond the requested check-in time of 4:15 pm. Communication with the front desk was lacking, and responses were far from accommodating, leaving us frustrated.General Manager Kim Uczkowski's response did not adequately address the challenges we faced during our stay. While an early check-in was noted in our reservation, it was not guaranteed unless paid for. The offered potential future upgrades or late check-outs did not compensate for the inconvenience we experienced.Our attempts to seek a resolution from Ms. Uczkowski have gone unanswered, prompting us to share our experience and hope for improved customer service at The Kartrite Resort.

This is the 3rd corporate event that my company has had at the Kartrite and we couldn't be more pleased. Our first event was in the large ballroom for about 250 guests with food stations in every corner and a fantastic cocktail hour in the pre-convene area. Our last 2 events were in their beautiful tavern area called Bixby's Derby. Both times, the food exceeded our expectations and they even had dining options for our gluten-free guests. The events sales manager, Danielle, is very responsive to emails and last minute changes. She has always been on site at our events to make sure everything went as planned. Thank you to Dani, Talya and their staff for your attention to detail and personalized service. We will be back!

There is no review that I could write that could put into words how I feel about The Kartrite and their amazing team. I had the most perfect wedding thanks to The Kartrite Resort & Indoor Waterpark. It was exactly the experience I wanted when I chose to have my wedding at an indoor waterpark. It was a vacation for my guests who enjoyed every bit of their stay and my wedding night was perfection! We felt like celebrities!! Every staff member from Elizabeth (the Event Manager), to the managers, and the event staff were invested in making our day special and memorable. I didn't have to worry about a thing!! Not one thing. From setup to breakdown to the flow of our day my wedding day was beyond what I even imagined. My husband and I will forever have the best memories of our day and weekend thanks to the Kartrite team.The food was also amazing! There was so much food. Our guests couldn't stop raving about the food and how delicious everything was. It's one thing to have the wedding of your dreams, it's another thing to have a wedding of your dreams all within budget. And every single guest in attendance all had positive things to say. Our guests that stayed in the hotel all felt like they were on vacation, exactly the experience I was going for. It's a destination wedding without going away.
