Tara Marcum-Snowdon(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 04-05-2019 The Keeler Property was amazing! Diana and Michelle were amazing with communication throughout the entire planning process answering any questions I had in a timely manner. Michelle was amazing as the day of coordinator and made sure that everything flowed smoothly so I didn’t have to worry about a thing. The venue is gorgeous and I cannot wait to see all my photos! Every one of my guests made sure to tell me that the property was beautiful and fit my husband’s and my personality perfectly. I would recommend if you have your wedding in late spring, summer or fall to take advantage of the fan rental as it can get pretty warm in the bridge and barn. Everyone loved it and so did we! An amazing location for a special wedding day! Thank you to Diana and Michelle for helping to make my wedding dreams come true! Reviewed on 22-05-2019

This venue is beautiful! It is what I hoped for in a venue and is what gave my day that special something. People say theres always something that goes wrong on your wedding day, but nothing did thanks to the staff. the bridge is gorgeous for the ceremony and photos. There's plenty of space at the reception barn for dancing, seating and games. Thank you to the Keeler property staff for making my wedding day perfect! Reviewed on 15-11-2018
Rachel Dubendorff(bride)3 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 28-04-2018 I absolutely love the venue itself. It was beautiful and exactly what I wanted for my wedding. However, I did not have such a positive experience with the staff. They were not very helpful or accommodating, especially for how much it costs. They told us they didn't have a few of the tables we needed 2 days before the wedding (we provided the detailed seating plan 3 weeks before the wedding) and I had to rent them and pick them up elsewhere. As beautiful as the property is, I don't know if I would use them if I had to do it all again. Reviewed on 02-06-2018

Angelica Engel(bride)4 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 24-06-2017 This venue made the wedding of my dreams!! I absolutely loved this venue's views and buildings! They made for stunning photos and a great memories! Diana and Janie are great to work with as well. They do whatever they can to make your event as special as possible. The only thing I was disappointed in was how much extra I needed to provide after spending so much money on renting the space. For example, there are no fans or any AC in either of the buildings. I felt that I had spent a lot of money not to have something like large fans provided by the venue. Also the cleaning up after is was an issue. Again, I felt that having spent so much money on renting the venue, that this could have been part of their services or that other arrangements could have been made to clean up the day after if there wasn't an event the following day. Even with the cons, you will not regret having your wedding (or any event) at the Keeler Property! Simply beautiful and fun. I cannot express how this venue helped to make the wedding of my dreams come true! Reviewed on 10-07-2017
Kasey Yaeger(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 13-11-2016 They were AMAZING! We barely had to decorate to reach the \"rustic\" look I was looking for. We used to covered bridge for our ceremony, which we only had to decorate with a few mason jars and metal milk cans filled with flowers, as well as a runner. We used the barn for the reception which has these really cool barn doors that can be left open or closed. The barn is completely renovated so you don't feel like you're im getting dirty. The lighting was perfect, with large Christmas lights strung up everywhere. They have a list of recommended vendors which they have worked with. We used MOJOs who were also awesome! They have a day of coordinator option (Janie) and it is well worth it! She helped us set everything up, and made sure our vendors stayed on track. I would recommend this to all of our friends! Reviewed on 08-12-2016
Crystal Randall(parent)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 13-03-2015 The Keeler Property was so beautiful. We fell in love with this property for our daughters wedding. The bridge is gorgeous, especially with the surrounding trees and plants. Everytone who came thought it was perfect and such a beautiful property. The barn was huge and gave plenty of room for the reception with the perfect mix of formality and rustic/country atmosphere. Diana was great to work with during the planning and Rebecca was excellent on the day of the wedding. Rebecca was visible and helpful all day and then allowed us to enjoy the ceremony and reception without being obvious. Professional and well worth the cost. Many people said the property looked like it came straight from a postcard!!! Professional, helpful, accommodating and overall a pleasure to work with. I would recommend the Keeler Property to anyone looking for an indoor but yet outdoor look/feel. Reviewed on 22-03-2015

Rachel Jensen(bride)4 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 03-03-2013 Beautiful property and very unique to Jacksonville. Was a little expensive for me but we got some awesome photos for it. The barn was a little darker than I thought it would be so keep this in mind for your event. I wish the bridal suite had been finished but I'm sure it will be so beautiful when it is. Shaina Tillman(bride)4 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 21-12-2012 The Keller Property made my wedding beautiful. If it wasn't for the naturally breathtaking scenery, my pictures and my ceremony/reception would not have been how great as it was. I am thrilled with the venue. Diana, the coordinator, was a little too hands off for me and communication wasn't the greatest but all in all I loved it!\r\rI also don't like that you're forced to go with one rental company. That jacks up the price a lot! And I couldn't let me aunt cater the wedding because she wasn't licensed. Reviewed on 21-01-2013
Lauren Wetmore(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 12-05-2012 We fell in love with this property the second we drove onto it. It was a bit of a drive to get out there but it is definitely worth it! The bridge provided a romantic, natural setting for the ceremony and it didn't need a lot of extra decor. We were unable to use the barn for our reception but a tent by the lake was perfect! There was a beautiful breeze and the view was fantastic! Reviewed on 10-06-2012
