Kelley Farm is a wonderful place to hold a wedding, I would book them again if we had to choose! Both Elise and Chantal are wonderful to work with and do everything they can to make sure your day is exactly as you want it. The bridal suite and grooms quarters made it so easy for the bridal parties to get ready and relax before the ceremony and the new arbor fits the area so well. The mix of rustic and natural beauty with a touch of elegance was perfect and the flowers that bloomed during July gave so many natural decorations that the grounds don't need much extra! Highly recommend!

Kelley Farm is a wonderful place to hold a wedding, I would book them again if we had to choose! Our wedding at Kelley Farm on December 16th was a dream come true and we are so happy that our wedding turned out beautiful even during the winter. While touring wedding venues, Elise showed us around Kelley Farm and she felt like an old friend. During the tour, she was already giving us decor advice and vendor recommendations that were spot-on. The whole Kelley Farm team was a dream to work with and their quick responses helped take a lot of stress out of the wedding planning. The barn was rustic with grand chandeliers while the bride’s getting ready cottage is one of the biggest and most memorable ones that we have seen. Having a big bridal cottage to hold a big group of people was a HUGE help on the wedding day! It came fully equipped with a kitchen, a bathroom, a living room and 2 rooms. I had my flower girl, ring bearer and bridal party hanging out while my parents were able to rest on the comfortable couches before our ceremony. Callie (Kelley Farm’s venue coordinator) was amazing on our wedding day! She ensured that the barn, bridal cottage and groom shack were heated before we arrived and was working tirelessly to ensure that we were able to get what we needed for the big day to proceed smoothly. Really appreciate Kelley Farm’s help in making our dreams possible and would highly recommend them to any future couple looking for wedding venues!

Our wedding at Kelley Farm on December 16th was a dream come true and we are so happy that our wedding turned out beautiful even during the winter. We are so glad that we got married at Kelley Farm. Chantal was incredibly responsive, helpful, and personable. The venue itself was stunning. Inside the barn was rustic, yet classy - minimal decor needed as it is already beautiful with a few chandeliers. Our ceremony was on the garden followed by cocktail hour on the patio. The flowers that lined the garden and the patio were incredibly beautiful and in full bloom at the end of July! Plus, the cows came out once it cooled off and our guests loved seeing them.

Kelley Farm is the most beautiful venue! We had the perfect wedding day and Chantal, our venue coordinator (who we worked with all year), was amazing and so nice to work with. Everything went very seamlessly throughout the year and on the day of and Chantal was always very helpful and knowledgeable. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because the venue host who was there on the day of was not the friendliest and gave off the impression that we were inconveniencing her with any questions we asked. Other than that, everything was perfect.

My husband and I searched far and wide for the perfect wedding venue and I don't think you'll find better bang for your buck. The Kelley Farm is absolutely stunning in every way, and all of our guests were so impressed with the ambiance. There are a lot of options for either an indoor or outdoor ceremony/reception set up and the bridal cottage was just fantastic to get ready in. We had lots of questions throughout the process and the team was super helpful and responsive in making sure we were set up for the perfect day. They even make finding other vendors and getting the appropriate insurance extremely easy for you. We had 111 guests but could have comfortably fit many more. They had everything we needed. Clean restrooms for guests, a bar fit with kegs and refrigerator space, decorative wine barrels, heaters for the patio - absolutely everything we needed. If you're looking for a dreamy fairytale wedding, this is your spot. Highly recommend.

My husband and I have had a wonderful experience working with the Kelley Farm. We booked our date shortly after we got engaged because the farm was just breathtakingly beautiful. We initially met with Elise who we ended up working with throughout the entire wedding planning processes. I would say I’m definitely a planner and ask more than enough questions. Elise was always quick to respond to may many emails or calls. I appreciated that and her thorough responses. We were allowed to book dates to come out to the venue and look at it again, bring decor with us to see how it would fit etc. This of course was only if there were no events happening at that time. But I will say it was much needed and much appreciated. The staff was AMAZING and so attentive to our needs throughout the planning and the day of. Since we were making all our own décor and needed the time to set up and prep—staying on a strict schedule was most important to us. The staff respected that and helped us in everyway they could. We had to book for the whole day of course, but it was worth it. We had so much to set up. We also wanted to make sure that we left the place just as it was when we got there so we had our friends helping to scrub the floors, wipe the tables, taking out trash, sweeping the ground etc. The staff made such a beautiful effort to ensure that we had a beautiful day and we wanted to make sure we did not leave them with any extra work. Chantal (the boss) lol. She was also amazing. She responded promptly to any emails she was CC’d on regarding questions I may have had about times, rehearsals, décor etc. When we did our final sit down with her, she went through everything that I had mentioned was important to myself or my husband, had all our vendors info, we went through everything with a fine-tooth comb, and it was so appreciated. It really put my mind at ease. They did a fantastic job. She went through our vision with us and ensured that the tables were place exactly where I had asked and even made it accessible for some of the heavier items to be moved. She definitely made it very accessible to all our other vendors. It was perfect! Kellie was the host in the morning, she helped so much getting everything set up everything. She was so friendly, and she did not have to but she took so much stress out with helping with ideas on where to moves stuff to create more space etc. Heidi was the host from who took over an hour before the wedding started to the end of the night. She also helped so much, she was helping pack up, giving feedback on how things were looking. Both women were there the day of to oversee everything, neither one of them had to at all but both were helping to unload the trees in the morning and break them up and reload them at the end of the night, the decor, helping my friends and families set the tables, clean up everything. It was above and beyond any expectation I could have had. They were AMAZING and I cannot share enough how much I appreciated having them there. At the end of the night, Heidi even did a walk through to ensure there was no reason I would not get my deposit back. She checked the bridal suit, groomsmen's area and the grounds. She was so nice! I am so thankful to the staff at Kelley Farms and so blessed to have had the experience and the wedding we did. It was perfect.

We absolutely LOVED having the Kelley Farm as our venue. The grounds were so gorgeous. The managing staff was easy to communicate with, and made the process so easy. Having a bridal house for pictures and to hide away from the groom was a definite plus!

From the moment I saw the twinkle lights at the Kelley Farm, I knew it was the reception venue of my dreams. After we decided to book them for our reception, we received such exceptional service from start to finish. The staff was kind and easy to work with, communication was super prompt, and everything was well taken care of. The bridal cottage was the perfect space for us to get ready in. We also loved how closely Kelley Farm works with their preferred vendors as it made us feel like we had a dream team on our big day. Every part of getting married at The Kelley Farm was perfect! Aside from being a strikingly gorgeous venue, the staff was kind and easy to work with, communication beforehand was great, and everything was just seamless. We didn’t have to worry about anything because they take care of everything and it all works like a well oiled machine. Our guests have continued to make comments about how beautiful the venue was, even months after the wedding! So grateful to have had such a beautiful venue that truly made our day feel like a fairytale.

This could not have been a better venue to get married at! It was a joy working with Elise from start to finish. She understood what we were looking for and how to get us to the finish line. She was understanding on how the whole process of finding a venue was stressful and was more than patient with us when it came time to finalize everything. When it came time for the actual wedding day, everything went smoothly, granted I was the bride and had my blinders on;) But to me, Elise was beyond helpful and even helped the bridal party feel more confident in walking down the aisle and even helped the flower girl and ring bearers. Overall, I can't say enough good things about Kelley Farm and the wonderful staff that work there.

The wedding was Sept 25, 2021. What can I say......everything was perfect.! We had a perfect sunny day which helped. Kelley Farm gave us a list of approved caterers, which worked out perfectly! Since they work together often, everything flowed seamlessly. Ceremony chairs (which was outside, Tables, chairs, food tables, cake tables, guest book, welcome table etc, etc everything was in the right place.Once we approved the floor plan, everything else just happened. The indoor, outdoor area was enjoyed by all guests and being able to set up the bar outside on the deck worked perfectly for cocktail hour and live music.Cute little bridesmaid house worked perfectly for hair and make-up and for 9 girls to get ready. There was also a little cabin for the groomsmen to get ready.If I had to say one thing, we had a band, which was an 8 piece band. (I think this may be a little bigger than most), but the band area was a little crowded for that many band members! But they were fabulous and everyone danced the night away!Over all I highly recommend Kelley Farm for a wedding or any big event for that matter!

The Kelley Farm was always the wedding venue that seemed like it was a bit out of reach for our special day because of the price. It was my absolutely dream! Gorgeous in every way. After learning that the Kelley Farm had amazing accommodations for our guest count, the venue needed zero extra decorations because it STUNNING all by itself, and their vendors list was flexible with our wants, it sealed the deal. I would email her day in and day out and she would get right back to me with answers, or a solution to my problem! The Kelley Farm was always the wedding venue that seemed like it was a bit out of reach for our special day because of the price. It was my absolutely dream! Gorgeous in every way. After learning that the Kelley Farm had amazing accommodations for our guest count, the venue needed zero extra decorations because it STUNNING all by itself, and their vendors list was flexible with our wants, it sealed the deal. Planning a wedding during such an unpredictable time was beyond stressful but the staff at Kelley Farm were so incredibly understanding and helpful throughout the entire process. We booked this venue back in May of 2019 for a July 2020 date but when the pandemic hit we had to delay and then pick another day. She was right with us the whole way. We even changed the time of day after we couldn't have the reception there without blinking an eye. We got married right when the Coronavirus hit hard, thankfully we were able to still have our wedding but we had to go from a large group to only 50 people including the workers. During our final walk through, she asked several questions about logistics of tables, placement of tables, number of guests per table, etc, which helped me to feel at ease knowing she was 100% prepared for our wedding when the day came. I absolutely loved the venue itself! It is a stunning venue with a bridal suite and a small grooms quarters. However, when I first went to the venue I worked with a woman who was not very informational, late, and awkward. Thankfully, she no longer works there. I worked with Jess who was great! She was prompt with emails, very informational and helpful, and very professional. However, I was given a woman who I had never worked with on the day of, which is fine. Except, when I arrived at the venue and started waiting for the woman to come unlock the bridal suite (it was raining) slightly before my official \"time\" started, she came to the door and unlocked it but did not say a word to me or ANYONE in my bridal party. Later in the night when the rain had stopped, the sun came out, and the barn was warming up with all the bodies I had asked 3 times for the collapsible doors to be opened, however it never happened.

Such a gorgeous place and very well kept for how dry of a summer it has been. \rWe got married on a Thursday, which was a cheaper day to get married because it wasn't the weekend (actually half the price). The cost of the weekend days were out of budget, but it worked out perfectly to do it on a Thursday. So any brides out there who don't mind weekday weddings, you should seriously consider Kelley Farm!\rThey do not have an on-site caterer, but they do have a preferred list to choose from. All of the different caterers were wonderful, just depends on what you are looking for and the price point. \rYou get the venue for 10 hours, which includes all of set up and tear down. Us ladies got ready at a hotel before hand and once we arrived at the venue, it was time to do some photos. It was a perfect amount of time for the venue, just mind your schedule and plan accordingly with that. \rAlso, if you want to use sparklers, rice, or other various tossing items during your exit, most of it is not allowed. We used flower petals and biodegradable flower petals (kind of looked like snowflakes) that my family had to clean up afterwards, but it worked out well! \r\rThe staff here is also wonderful and very quick to respond. I could not have asked for a more beautiful and romantic venue. The weather outside was terrible, but inside was cozy, warm and romantic.

I adored the Kelley Farm as my wedding venue. Book early - we got engaged in August of 2012 and booked early September 2012. At this time, they were already completely booked for Saturdays in July and August, but I got a September Saturday. \r\rThe barn is gorgeous. The twinkle lights and variant lighting was perfect for the day. The bar and fireplace are beautiful. The farm is also amazing - makes for great pictures and several areas where you can hold the ceremony.\r\rOnly true downside is there is no \"getting ready\" area for the guys - just one bridal cottage for the girls, but it really wasn't a huge issue - they just came mostly ready. \r\rThe landscaping is beautiful as well - and there is a ton of parking. Cannot rave enough about how beautiful this venue was.

The venue provides an amazing background for photos, and our pictures came out better than we could have imagined. Our guests truly enjoyed themselves and we received many compliments about how great the venue was. We were put in touch with a wedding coordinator named Kim about two months before the wedding, and she was very helpful with finalizing all the details and making sure things ran smoothly. Kelley Farm is on the pricey side, but it was worth it to us to have such a picture-perfect venue for our special day.

I really enjoyed the venue, it was beautiful. The staff was easy to work with. The only downsides were having to buy event insurance and the cost was pretty high.

I can't even begin to describe how incredible this venue is. It's a beautiful location, they are so helpful, all their suggested vendors are amazing...\r\rWe felt so taken care of and wouldn't have changed a single thing about the day.\r\rIt wasn't the absolute cheapest option around but it was worth every bit and more.

We had our wedding at the Kelley Farm this past July, and loved it so much. The huge barn was ample space for dinner & dancing, the yard overlooking the valley was perfect for our ceremony, and the bridal cottage provided us with a great place to get ready and relax before the service. Every part of this venue is quaint and beautiful, and our pictures (the ones we've gotten) are absolutely fabulous. The parking is on site in the huge lawn, so that was also very convenient. While the venue is pricy, I would say it is worth every penny.

The farm was PERFECT! The location and barn are gorgeous but it is over priced. We booked over a year in advance (5000) with the venue saying everything that was there is what we could use. The contract was vague about candle lighting and a month before the wedding they said we had to have decorations that came up to code (how are we supposed to know what code is) After paying for the venue we then had to purchase entertainment insurance($200). The beer tap was not working and they said it was a caterer issue so we ended up having to rent one with our caterer when it should have been included. We had a problem with the seating and table arrangements where in the contract it said the company (being the farm) had to put up and take down the chairs and tables. A month before the wedding they said it would cost $1 per table and $.50 per chair to be put up then taken down. Overall the location and barn were a dream but dealing the the Kelley Farm workers, their rules, extra costs, and the contract were a headache.

The wedding coordinator I was assigned to was great and so helpful!\rOne thing I didn't like was their chairs because they look cheap so we ended up renting. Kelley Farm is a beautiful location. My husband and I received a walk through of the barn from the project manager, who clearly had a passion for what he did, and all of the details and thought that went in to creating a new \"old\" barn. \r\rOur budget for a venue was about half of what we spent. But we had a hard time finding anything we liked as much.\r\rThe venue coordinator was fantastic in helping direct vendors and keep everything running smoothly. She was lovely and worth every penny.

The minute I saw the kelly Farm I was in LOVE. Its a bit of a drive from Seattle but it was worth it.Everyone raved about it at our wedding and the photos turned out amazing because the venue was so beautiful! This was their first year, so they are working out the kinks but it all worked out. I wish they offered a few more amentities and that they let you arrive earlier to the venue but like I said, it all went well!
