Alainna and the entire Events Team at The Kentucky Castle were great! They were accommodating, communicative, and really cared that my husband and I, and our family and friends had a wonderful experience. When there was a hiccup, the team addressed it with care and professionalism. All of us where out-of-towners but couldn't have felt more welcomed. Everyone, including us, had an amazing experience and we can't wait to go back to celebrate our 1yr. anniversary. Thank you isn't enough for the work the team did to ensure we had a really special day!

We had our fairytale wedding at the castle. The picture alone makes this venue worth the cost! They catered all our food which was nice. We stayed in the cabin the night before and the chalet the night of. They were both beautiful. We had a few bumps in the planning but the day of was fabulous. The castle staff worked hard to make everything perfect for our special day.

We booked our venue a year in advance. We went through 5 event planners in that year. Rhe castle cant keep people apparently. The last one was assigned 28 days before our wedding knowing very little about what we had gone over with all the previous event planners. They nickel and dime every little thing. They illegally changed the contract 20 days before our wedding. We were forced into things we shouldn't have been. They didnt serve the kids meals that i specifically asked for. So we had hungry kids and guests left. All in all it was a terrible yr of planning because of the castle. We paid them over 25k and we got married and are still finding out things they didn't do on our wedding day that they should have. It's pretty but not worth it! Horribly unorganized and terribly ran!

Getting married at the Kentucky Castle was an absolute true fairytale, not only do you feel like a princess in the castle, but they make you feel as if you are one too. The staff and coordinators make sure you do not worry about one thing! They are there every step of the way wether you are emailing, calling or going in for a meeting. I highly encourage brides to rent out the chalets it makes getting ready, rehearsals a breeze. All you do is step out of your room door and you’re there. It’s a truly magical experience and wouldn’t want to get married anywhere else!
