Located in La Grange, KY, The Lawyer's Overlook is a beautiful architecturally designed home with stunning 360º views. This charming property has been lovingly restored and is now fit for use as an affordable and romantic wedding venue. The property is also perfect for corporate events, family gatherings, wedding showers, parties, and much more. Situated on a hill overlooking the Stewart family farm, The Lawyer's Overlook offers stunning views of its natural surrounding for couples and their guests to enjoy on the day of their celebrations. The large fields encompassing the property provide options for a fully outdoor event, and they provide ample space for a large tent to be set up. A newly constructed wedding in the woods area with a platform, arbor, pews, and string lights underneath a tree canopy provides a romantic backdrop for wedding ceremonies. There is also a cabin available for guests to rent and a lovely arbor in the woods adjacent to the cabin available for small wedding parties. In the spring and summer months, a well maintained pool behind the house is available as part of certain rental packages. The spacious kitchen on the Main Level is a caterer's dream, and there is a Bridal Suite and a Groom's Suite, as well as two full upstairs bathrooms, that clients can choose to rent to prep for their big day. The dining room and living rooms are spacious and well appointed for entertaining. The team at The Lawyer's Overlook allows couples full control over their wedding events, allowing them to print in the vendors they wish for their day. The property offers overnight accommodations for those looking to extend their stay before and after your event. The Lower Level is equipped with a fully furnished bedroom and a full bath that is available for bridal parties to rent overnight, as well as two cozy seating areas with TVs. There is also a spacious game room complete with a pool table, a dart board, slot machines, a bar, and a gaming table.

This is your venue and place for an experience of a lifetime. Our daughter asked us if she could have her wedding celebration here. Well... she, and her husband are active duty Marines. She has never, since she graduated high school, has asked me for anything special. But, she did this time. After only 14 years of service to us and our country, we couldn't do anything but grant her dream. And our hosts came through with a lifetime memory.You need to stop looking anywhere else and book The Lawyer's Overlook. This truly is the place where dreams come true and we tell the experience stories for the rest of our lives.

The owners are very accommodating and will work with you to make sure you get the most out of your day. Freedom to choose whatever vendors you want and to make your day as casual or elaborate as you wish. The owners are easily reached by phone or email and were always courteous. The price point is unbeatable compared to other venues in the area and their policies allow for plenty of flexibility too. Definitely worth checking out!

My daughter was married in October of 2022. The space and the intentional hospitality of the caretakers was amazing. Nathan and Channing put their heart and soul into accommodating everything we needed. This is our first wedding and we were coming in with very little idea of what we really wanted. What we were able to pull off with this space was absolutely a blessing for our daughter and our family. We met several times to go over the plans, arrange flowers, food and staging for the wedding day. Communication was priority and Channing was so responsive and helpful for us \"newbies\". She and Nathan swooped in to provide what we needed and didn't hover. They let us have a blast and create a wonderful memory for our daughter. The property and accommodations are a recipe for any memorable occasion. Do not wait to book this space, there are no other venues like it in Louisville. Best wishes!!

Channing Stewart (Manager) Hi! I am Channing Stewart. My husband, Nathan and I, lovingly restored our venue in order to keep our family farm intact. I love working with people, and I most certainly hope to help you create beautiful memories here at The Lawyer's Overlook. Our venue is a canvas of sorts for your special day, and we look forward to curating a memorable and special event for you! We welcome couples and families of all types on our farm at at our venue.
