The Legacy Club gave us an amazing experience for our wedding reception. We got married in a private intimate setting, but threw a big party 6 months later to celebrate with our friends and family. We booked the Legacy Club within about 4 months of our event, so the planning went fast, but the staff knew exactly what to do and helped us along the way. They made sure it was not overwhelming and we got exactly what we wanted. Thanks Tori and Jamie especially!!! Our guests raved about the food!!! It was absolutely delicious. They put out an amazing spread, especially for the cocktail hour. The only downside of the Legacy Club for us was they were undergoing renovations and their new atrium space was not ready for our early October reception. Even though we were a little bummed we didn't get to use the Atrium space we were blown away by how beautiful the event turned out. To make up for it the staff even allowed us to use the bridal suite, which made the day of flow a lot easier as we had a nice place to be with snacks and drinks.We are not golf people in the slightest, but the grounds and venue were the perfect backdrop for photos.As a lesbian couple it was so important to us that we felt not only comfortable with the venue having us there, but that we were celebrated at well. The legacy club definitely hit the mark!

Exceeded all expectations! The Legacy Club at Woodcrest made some major renovations during our engagement. We were worried we would not be able to enjoy our cocktail hour in the new atrium, but they made it happen. We continue to get compliments about how amazing our venue was and how awesome their food was. The cocktail hour was unreal and so delicious. Still dreaming of the food! The staff was attentive, always prompt with responses and really listened to our concerns of what was most important to us. Literally a dream of a wedding thanks to the staff. I can not thank them enough for how considerate they were of us, the bride and groom, as well as our guests. Highly recommend!!!!

Exceeded all expectations! The Legacy Club at Woodcrest made some major renovations during our engagement. We continue to get compliments about how amazing our venue was and how awesome their food was. The cocktail hour was unreal and so delicious. Still dreaming of the food! The Legacy Club at Woodcrest is a beautiful venue! We were so happy to be married and have our wedding photos somewhere with amazing scenic opportunities. The ceremony area was lovely and the food was absolutely phenomenal! [Amazing pescetarian and vegetarian options too!] Our guests kept gushing to us about how much food was there and how great it tasted, and just how great the place looked. The staff were so friendly, professional, and accommodating, we almost couldn't believe it! We felt so cared about, like our special day was just as special to them; we were so lucky to find this gem of a venue and its staff! Also, the set up was so convenient- ceremony, reception, and afterparty all had a special place set up on location- no shuffling my huge family to a second destination to keep the celebration going haha! Hi! Not a bride yet but I've attended my fair share of weddings in the past few months! I'm writing this because your venue was the best food and service of all, and your staff goes above and beyond to take care of everyone. I literally watched your bartender Laura talk 2 of the guys in the bridal party into drinking water and soda for dinner!! LOL she told them to pace themselves for the 5 hours and they loved her!! Had my wedding here on August 20th 2022 we had almost 200 people and there was more then enough space!!! The cocktail hour room is huge with a lot of seating and gorgeous big windows to look out on the golf course! A lot of outdoor seating also for cocktail hour which was a plus! The reception room is huge and has a bathroom in the room and also another set of bathrooms right in the hallway! The package we chose had a martini bar ice sculpture that our guests can’t stop talking about! Don’t even get me started on the food…IT WAS ALL DELICIOUS! Received all compliments from our guests from start to finish on how amazing all the food was! Our event coordinator was Grace and she was an absolute pleasure to work with. She’s honest, caring, attentive to all of your needs no matter how little or big and very experienced in this industry!! My wedding there was absolutely mind blowing it really was an amazing day! Everyone should definitely consider The Legacy Club for not only a wedding but any big event you’re having!!!!

We got married at the legacy club May 28, 2022. This venue was amazing from start to finish. We had Grace as a our coordinator and she made everything so simple for us. The day of she was amazing and made sure we kept in our timeline. Every guest told us how much loved the cocktail hour and the food. Our wedding day was truly the best day ever! I would recommend them 10 times over.

We got married October 2021 and the staff at Woodcrest (especially our coordinator Tori) was amazing. They took care of everything for us. The grounds are so beautiful and there are many locations for portraits outside. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about the food at cocktail hour. Also highly recommend including the after party option as it was so convenient to continue the party without having to travel after the reception. Overall an amazing day with amazing service!

First off, our family and friends cannot stop raving about the food. It is not typical “wedding food,” it was delicious!! During cocktail hour-our guests felt like they ate around the world. There was an Italian grazing station, tacos and a variety of Asian food. Not to mention the butlered hors d’oeuvres and dessert were unbelievably good. The entire staff was a joy to work with.The days surrounding our wedding were 60 degrees and sunny, our wedding day was FREEZING with snow and rain. Grace, our day of coordinator played such a huge rule in making sure I was calm, having fun and the part I appreciate most-she listened to what my husband and I wanted. We were adamant that we didn’t want to miss our cocktail hour because of photos and she made sure that we were there!! Grace even bustled my dress and made sure I was comfortable. The facility is beautiful and clean. The spacing of the tables was great, no one felt claustrophobic. We dropped off decorations the day before and Grace and her crew executed perfectly.To everyone at the Legacy Club, we cannot thank you enough! It was the best day!Mike & Briana Paradise

Everyone at Woodcrest was so helpful and easy to work with during the process, especially Grace. She was always so responsive and quick to answer every question we had. I can't put into words how amazing Woodcrest CC is!! We booked our wedding in October 2018 and had to postpone our wedding 3 times. Woodcrest was absolutely amazing during the entire process and honestly made things so much less stressful. There staff is the absolute best and made all of our wedding dreams come true. All of our guests could not stop talking about how amazing the food was, especially cocktail hour. They were just blown away with how delicious the food was and that there were so many options. The food just kept coming. I honestly can't say enough how incredible our day of staff was. Tori, our coordinator was incredible. She had absolutely everything under control and I truly was able to sit back, relax, and enjoy the day because I fully trusted her. We were married at the Woodcrest Country club this past Friday 11/19 and I cannot tell you how many compliments we have received about the service, food, and atmosphere! From the time that we decided on the WCC as our venue, the staff have been nothing short of amazing. They have made themselves available through phone and email with any questions or concerns that I had, reassured me how perfect the day would go, were extremely organized and direct the day of, supportive and comforting through the cold and when I was becoming emotional, caring and so extremely thoughtful (reminded us about our food and even bagged up our food to go and guests!), and always had smiles on their faces (even through the chaos). We feel so thankful to have celebrated our love here for all of the reasons listed above and more. They were absolutely incredible and I cannot express how many people are STILL raving about their whole experience. Tori, our coordinator was absolutely amazing and accommodating. Anything that we needed throughout the day, she got it or was making the day so much easier for us. She did not want us to stress at all and she had everything under control. It was honestly the best day of our lives!

I can’t say enough about the team at the Woodcrest. Planning a wedding during a pandemic was challenging. Grace and Nicole made the process seamless and supported us through every up and down. Our rehearsal and wedding day were amazing thanks to the professional, talented, and caring Grace. We have a bridal party of 20 people and she managed all elements of the wedding perfectly! The food was amazing and our guests are still commenting on how it was the best wedding they have ever been too. Great people and great food at a beautiful venue!

Woodcrest Country Club is elite. We originally worked with the old staff before and during Covid. They were so accommodating, flexible and communicative throughout that process. About 3 months before our 3rd attempt at the wedding, Woodcrest had some new staff members; they didn't miss a beat. Olivia, Nicole and Tori were an absolute pleasure to work with. Due to the circumstances, I didn't even get to meet my main point of contact, Olivia, until my rehearsal, but not once did I feel skeptical about the service we were receiving. On my wedding day, Olivia was absolutely wonderful. Whether it was holding my train, driving me in a golf cart, grabbing me water since it was 100 degrees, or shooing the bugs out from the skirt of my dress, she was on-point and a HUGE help. (thanks, girl!) Although there were some heat issues that day (I think the air conditioner broke) which made some people pretty uncomfortably-hot at the reception, the team seemed to do everything possible to improve the situation. Not to mention the food at woodcrest is top notch - all of our guests were raving about it. Woodcrest Country Club is elite. We originally worked with the old staff before and during Covid. They were so accommodating, flexible and communicative throughout that process. About 3 months before our 3rd attempt at the wedding, Woodcrest had some new staff members; they didn't miss a beat. Olivia, Nicole and Tori were an absolute pleasure to work with. Due to the circumstances, I didn't even get to meet my main point of contact, Olivia, until my rehearsal, but not once did I feel skeptical about the service we were receiving. On my wedding day, Olivia was absolutely wonderful. Whether it was holding my train, driving me in a golf cart, grabbing me water since it was 100 degrees, or shooing the bugs out from the skirt of my dress, she was on-point and a HUGE help. (thanks, girl!) Although there were some heat issues that day (I think the air conditioner broke) which made some people pretty uncomfortably-hot at the reception, the team seemed to do everything possible to improve the situation. Not to mention the food at woodcrest is top notch - all of our guests were raving about it. Overall this venue is a 10/10 - from service, food, gorgeous landscape and tent option for ceremony, we couldn't have been more happy.

We had our wedding 6/12/2021 and Woodcrest was PHENOMENAL! We had Amanda as our coordinator and she was so attentive and helpful during the planning process. The whole evening ran smoothly because of the Woodcrest team. Everyone raved about the food and cocktail hour. The martini bar was also a hit! Had the most amazing wedding thanks to Woodcrest. We had to reschedule it twice due to Covid-19 but they were always super helpful. I would highly recommend the bridal suite since it made getting ready so much easier. Grace was our day of coordinator and made everything run super smoothly. She always answered all our crazy wedding questions very promptly through email prior to the wedding too. She was great! Amanda and Tori helped set up on the morning of which was awesome. We cannot say enough wonderful things about WCC! My husband and I had an amazing wedding experience from start to finish. After being extremely disappointed that our destination wedding to Mexico was cancelled, we thought for sure nothing would live up to our expectations. We couldn't have been more wrong! After searching for open venues, we came across WCC and contacted a woman named Lauren. She was professional, polite, friendly, and so helpful! She quickly set up a date for us to look at the venue and we immediately fell in love! We only had one date that would could get married with family traveling from out of town and Lauren worked everything out for us. We also worked with another woman named Nikki who was kind, hospitable, and very accommodating. They both worked their schedules around my schedule and created an unforgettable day for my husband and I and our guests! Everyone raved about the beautiful scenery and venue. I still have people telling my how gorgeous our ceremony was a week later! Our pictures came out beautifully and at the end of the night, both my husband and I said what a magical day we had and it couldn't have been more perfect. We chose the Woodcrest Country Club for several reasons - the beautiful grounds, classy feel, and professional event-planning team...and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get married! Due to COVID19, our wedding celebration got postponed. We still wanted to get married and ended up holding a \"micro wedding\" ceremony with just family on our original wedding date, and it worked out perfectly! The WCC allowed us to use their outdoor ceremony tent; they even set out the ceremony arch and chairs for us to use. We took pictures around the grounds and they came out beautiful! George, Lauren, and the rest of the team were so flexible in working with us to postpone our wedding and we are very grateful to them.We can't wait to have our wedding celebration in 2021! We've already had our tasting and their food was top-notch (fyi we ended up going with the sea bass, petit filet/lobster tail duo, and chicken breast with roasted peppers). We also LOVE the family-owned bakery they use for their wedding cakes - Sweet Eats Bakery - and have used them on several occasions since our cake tasting. Their event planning team members are very professional, competent, and easy to communicate with. Definitely check them out if you're looking for a great place to get married!

I am so glad we chose them, because we ended up with our wedding date right in the middle of the COVID pandemic. Everyone at Woodcrest was so understanding and helpful, always willing to talk with me about concerns and options, and making sure we were taken care of with a backup date and plan. When we needed to reschedule due to state decisions, they made everything so effortless and simple, taking away so much of the inevitable anxiety of the situation. I don’t know what we would have done without Woodcrest and I would book with them again in a heartbeat!

If you are considering Woodcrest Country Club for your wedding, look no further. We have not even gotten married yet, and I could not recommend them more. From the first day we walked into the venue and met with George, we knew it was our place. They had everything we wanted: indoor and outdoor space, several rooms to move between, a place onsite to get ready, a GREAT food and drink package and it was conveniently located for our friends and family! Since signing, every time we met with Nikki or George, we walked away feeling more and more affirmed we made the right choice in Woodcrest. That has become even MORE obvious since the pandemic of COVID-19.For all the couples having to deal with the heartbreak of postponing their wedding, I would be surprised if anyone has had a more seamless postponement process. From the very first phone call about whether we should postpone our June 13, 2020 wedding, George and his team have been there every step of the way. They have been professional, empathetic, and proactive. And for that we could not be more grateful. Throughout a very unknown time, they are always available to respond to emails or to just pick up the phone and chat. Each time I email and speak with them, Nikki always ends that they are here to help and they truly deliver on that. I cannot say enough good things about Woodcrest Country Club!

It was heartbreaking for us to have to change our wedding date, however Woodcrest made this process as seamless as possible. I am so thankful for how quickly things could be arranged and changed. Nicole Howell, there is not a better coordinator out there. Her professionalism, organization and kindness made our planning process a breeze. She brought our vision to life, giving the Flynn Ballroom a romantic, organic, simplistic feel which was what we were going for. Her responses was always immediate, questions were always answered, timelines were planned perfectly. Nicole, for wiping away tears, for holding my gown, laughing with us, supporting our vision, and just being there on our wedding day, we couldn’t have asked for a better human being to help us plan our special day.To the entire staff at Woodcrest – our guests are still talking about our food! Our daughters wedding was amazing, from the beginning George,lauren, and Nicole made us feel so comfortable, starting with the bridal suite for the day, ceremony, cocktail hour (we did 1.5 hours), an abundance of food and so good, the view sitting outside over looking the golf course, the reception, the venue was beautiful, the dinner delish, desserts overflowing, the staff became your friends. I can't say it enough. Woodcrest was PERFECT. We just had our reception here on Friday 9/6. From the day I booked our wedding up until the minute we left the reception, everything was amazing. The event staff (I worked mostly with Lauren who was so great and helpful) are extremely organized and keep in contact with you throughout the whole planning process. The FOOD! Oh man. I've never been to a better cocktail hour hands down. We had so many guests tell us how great the food was too! Entrees were just as amazing which is sometimes hard to do when making meals for 150+ people! The staff was great all night. They continuously checked on me and my husband, they were efficient and fast in getting each course out, and were super accommodating to our guests.The grounds are beautiful, the ballroom is beautiful, the bar is beautiful, the cocktail hour room is beautiful, the bridal suite is also...beautiful! We loved every single second of our wedding and I wish I could do it all over again!

Not sure where to begin with the Woodcrest and how amazing our wedding was. Our wedding was several days ago, and we are still receiving compliments and congratulations. The staff was attentive, stress-free, informative, and an overall delight to work with. The food was delicious and the cocktail hour blew our guests away. Even the decorations, which I left in Nikki and Lauren’s hands, were beautifully arranged. The bridal suite allowed my girls and I a comfortable environment to get ready in ALL day. And the outdoor area allowed for a beautiful backdrop for all our photos. I HIGHLY recommend the Woodcrest to any couple considering this lovely venue.

Not sure where to begin with the Woodcrest and how amazing our wedding was. Our wedding was several days ago, and we are still receiving compliments and congratulations. The staff was attentive, stress-free, informative, and an overall delight to work with. The food was delicious and the cocktail hour blew our guests away. Even the decorations, which I left in Nikki and Lauren’s hands, were beautifully arranged. The bridal suite allowed my girls and I a comfortable environment to get ready in ALL day. And the outdoor area allowed for a beautiful backdrop for all our photos. I HIGHLY recommend the Woodcrest to any couple considering this lovely venue.

Woodcrest was the first venue that we visited and we knew as soon as we walked in that we had to have our wedding there. We cancelled all of the other venue visits that we had scheduled and booked right away. Lauren, Nikki and George are such an amazing team to work with and made our planning and wedding day absolutely perfect and stress-free. They made us feel like family every time we walked in, which was very comforting when planning something as big as a wedding. We were pretty laid back with our wedding planning and let them do what they do best. We were open to suggestions and they were open to hearing about, and accommodating, the special touches that we wanted to incorporate into our reception. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. All of our family and friends can’t stop talking about our big day and neither can we. The martini bar and cocktail hour were such a big hit! The food was absolutely amazing and that is something that everyone will always tell you about an event at Woodcrest. We had the most amazing experience and wouldn’t change a thing if we did it all over again.

The cocktail hour food was outrageous. The martini bar was a huge hit. The bridal suite is so cute and was such a great start to our morning. Nikki, you made sure every email with every silly question was answered thoroughly and timely. I’m not sure how you keep everything so organized, especially after some chaos on my end the week of the wedding. George, we only met a few times but as soon as I met you I knew we were in good hands. The food is amazing, so that alone is a great reason to book now. Nicole, we only met the night of but you knew exactly how to get a distracted bridal party where they needed to go haha! The country club itself was cozy for our 160 people, just big enough to spread out and have sitting for cocktail hour and just small enough to make it feel so cozy and intimate. Every single worker we encountered was so happy and genuinely happy for us. If we did it over I would not change a thing, thank you all for the best and most memorable night of our lives!

I had my wedding at Woodcrest Country Club in July, and it was the perfect day due to the wonderful staff who works there! Throughout the planning process, our coordinator, Lauren, was prompt with answering emails, patient and responsive to any questions I had, and an extreme pleasure to work with. George was very helpful when deciding on food options as well as very accommodating for our group's various allergies and food preferences. On our wedding day, Sue was attentive and assisted us during every step of the reception. Every staff member that I encountered there from the first visit, the food tasting, to the big day were friendly and as helpful as could be.The Fountain Ballroom was the perfect space for our wedding due to its contemporary feel and wall of windows overlooking the golf course. The grounds at Woodcrest are breathtaking and make for a perfect backdrop for photos. Additonally, the bridal suite was an ideal place for the bridesmaids and I to get ready. There is plenty of space for everyone along with a salon style room that the hair stylist and makeup artists raved about!With all of that, the food was also incredible! People are still telling me, weeks later, how much they enjoyed the cocktail hour as well as the reception dinner food and that they want to go back for future events. I cannot recommend Woodcrest enough and I am so grateful for Lauren, George, Sue, and all of the staff that we worked with for making it the perfect day!

Our experience from the first day we went to woodcrest to book the wedding with George was amazing! He was so great with all our questions and extremely friendly and helpful! Just when we thought things could not get any better we meet Nicky! She was there for us for the last 18 months! The day of the wedding was absolutely perfect! This was all possible because of Nicky! My husband and I were lucky enough to have our Wedding ceremony, reception, and after party at Woodcrest this past weekend. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the Venue and staff. From our very first visit to WCC to the last minute of our party, we were blown away by the kindness and accommodating nature of everyone there. The food and drinks were fantastic, the grounds were immaculate, and George, Lauren, and Nikki were nothing short of amazing. We started our morning getting ready in a beautiful bridal suite, took pictures on breathtaking greens, had a ceremony under a tent in front of a gorgeous arbor, and had the party of a lifetime in the Flynn ballroom. I leave this review happily remembering the best night of my life at Woodcrest and hope that others reading this will be as fortunate in the future to do the same.

Our daughter was just married at Woodcrest Country Club on 9/22/18. From the moment we met with George and Lauren we knew that we had chosen the perfect venue! The wedding and reception were amazing! From beginning to end, it ran smoothly! The food was fabulous-I am still getting messages from our guests! George and Lauren were so kind and easy to work with! The club and grounds are beautiful. The cocktail hour was so much fun. Not to mention the after party-being able to sit outside with the fire pits enjoying cocktails. The bartenders and wait staff were kind and courteous. Woodcrest Country Club was an absolute dream of a wedding venue. My husband and I toured two total venues, Woodcrest being the second, and the minute we walked in, we knew this was it. It was the only thing we agreed on immediately. The staff was very accommodating throughout the whole process. I cannot say enough good things about George, Nikki, Lauren, and Nicole! They are very responsive. They answers emails within minutes. They make you feel as if you’re the only wedding they are prepping for the entire planning process. Our friends and family have been calling us all weekend to tell us how amazing the food was and how beautiful and FUN our wedding was. The cocktail hour is to die for, and the entrees were delicious! You cannot forget the dessert setup! We had the pleasure of working with Nikki and George a majority of the time, and the day of our wedding. Everyone kept telling me how calm I was the day of, and it truly was because we were in the best hands. I had nothing to worry about!!!! Lauren and Nicole were amazing also!! No matter who you work with or encounter at Woodcrest Country Club, you are treated as if you’re their only event or customer! I highly recommend this venue for your wedding. The breathtaking photo ops are incredible, the service and food are unbeatable, and the staff is super helpful and pleasant!

Where do I even begin? I cannot thank the entire staff at Woodcrest for an absolutely perfect and magical wedding that my husband and I had on Sunday, September 2, 2018. From the planning and coordination, to the decorating/set-up, ceremony, cocktail hour, reception and even after party, everything ran smoothly and perfectly. I have to specifically extend my thanks to George, Lauren, Nicole Howell and Gab. For starters, George blew my family and husband away from the start upon first meeting him and touring Woodcrest. He takes such pride in hosting weddings and we knew we were in good hands. Secondly, Lauren was SO easy to get in contact with throughout the entire planning process and was super responsive and easy to communicate with. I was never wondering what the next steps were or stressed thanks to her organization. She also did a beautiful job setting up all of my décor throughout the venue for the wedding. I loved how everything was set-up and displayed. And lastly, Nicole and Gab were our wedding coordinators the day of and boy did they have their work cut out for them. With a large bridal party of nearly 20 people, they were able to keep everyone calm and organized and the day flowed perfectly with ease. Our flower girl even took a mid-day nap in the bridal suite, and everything went smoothly and as planned. Nicole was always coming up to me throughout the day asking if I needed anything and attending to the girls in the bridal suite. Gab was also great at lending a helping hand and both really did contribute to the day running so smoothly. We had SO much incredible feedback from our guests, a few even said it was hands down the best wedding that they have ever been too. The food was incredible, the venue was gorgeous, all wait staff was courteous and polite and we owe it all to your incredible team. I could honestly go on and on, thank you so much for making our wedding day such a day to remember.

Woodcrest Country Club is a stunning venue and has the most dedicated and kind staff ever. Through the planning process Lauren was always available and really helpful (making suggestions for certain cocktail hour stations and things like that) and truly made the planning process a breeze! Nicole was with us for the rehearsal and the day of and I cannot stress enough the level of dedication we felt from her! First, I completely forgot to invite the officiant to the rehearsal (so many things to keep track of!) but Nicole jumped in and didn’t make me feel dumb, she just ran the rehearsal for us which was great! Then, It ended up raining on our wedding day so we had to make some changes to the plans but We we’re still able to have the ceremony outside under the tent (instead of on the grass as initially planned). While it might be a short walk from the building to the tent and the guests might have remained dry that’s only because Nicole was sacrificing herself, getting soaked to hold umbrellas and escort the bridal party and guests to and from! I seriously would not expect that from anyone and am so thankful for her! Everything else was smooth sailing from there and I didn’t have to think about timelines or making sure everything was functioning as it should be, Nicole took care of everything. An additional plus, the food here is OUTSTANDING and our guests are still talking about the food almost a month later. Seriously, amazing food and SO MUCH of it! Lastly, they offer an afternoon party right at their bar on premise so you don’t have to worry about shuffling to a different location - that was clutch! I absolutely recommend Woodcrest to anyone looking to get married in NJ on a golf course with stunning views, beautiful interior, delicious food and the best staff! I can’t wait to go back and visit woodcrest’s bar for dinner one night!

That feels wonderful!Our wedding was in late August, and we found WCC team in early May, which didn’t gave us much time to prepare for the big day. However, the amazing sales team George, Lauren, Nicole and Nikki assisted us with the preparation from head to toes and our wedding turned out to be perfect! Especially on the wedding day and the day before that for the rehearsal. Everything went smooth with the help of Nicole.she coordinated everything so well! Everything was under her and her assistant Gab’s control.The price of the packages is so so worth it given the food they offer! After we decided our package, we had a food tasting. Delicious!! Thanks to Sue, Glenn and the team.We talked to the Lauren about our number of guests, menu design and floor plan etc. She helped us figure out a lot of puzzles whenever we felt lost.We really enjoyed working with them to celebrate our day! I wish I could give Woodcrest 10 stars. This venue is unbelievable, and the event coordinator & staff are even better. We had our ceremony and reception there and it was far beyond our wildest dreams! The ceremony tent is modern state of the art with beautiful detail and chandeliers, and both ball rooms are gorgeous !!! George and his team are top notch and the food was unbelievable!! We had people left and right telling us it was the best wedding they had ever attended! There was nothing George or Lauren did not perfect and everything ran so smoothly! I was smitten before even entering the building, The tree lined entrance road as you approach the club house is pure bliss!

Woodcrest= Amazing! If you are looking for the best wedding venue, I say you check this place out! My husband and I just married there on site with our reception on site as well 2 weeks ago. Everything was beautiful. The start off the staff blows you away in a good way! We worked mainly with Lauren & Nikki and they are there from the day you book until the night of your wedding. They were so willing to be helpful and open for everything I asked. Everything i needed, wanted, and asked for was done with 110% and with a smile! The picture location is just breathe taking! We have a few photos we received as a sneak peak and the backdrop of everything is beautiful! You get to sight see prior with your photographer to pick places for the day of, which makes it so much better and less timing floating around during the cocktail hour! The food was phenomenal! To this day we have friends and family wanting to go back for another event for the food! The cocktail food was delicious and so much food to go around. No one was looking for food as it was coming out! We included slider station and seafood station and those were hits! People come hungry for sure! The dinner for buffet was over the top good! Fresh salad, veggies, meats were delicious! The desserts are on fire! You have so many to pick from so the list is just so hard to choose! The take home table= another huge hit! Who doesn’t love tasty cakes and pretzels! Our group was leaving full and pleased! Another hit was the martini bar and ice sculpture! It was beautiful and a huge thing for our group. Everyone loves beer and mixed drinks but martinis of all kinds - BOOM! Everything you would want, need, and have to have is there! And the STAFF one more time/ hats off to them! Perfectly amazing from start to finish! We booked our wedding 2 years out and they were extremely responsive to all of my emails, throughout that whole time, as if it was just around the corner! As the actual day approached they were so thorough, reliable, and personable as they reached out to us to set up all the little details. They double, maybe even triple checked our details were in order and even gave great advice when we weren't certain how things would look or work out. They worked with our budget and they always made sure my guests and us were happy. The food was beyond delicious, and all of our guests have repeated this over and over. On more than one occasion I have heard more than one person say \"This is by far the best wedding food that I have had, and I've been to a lot of weddings\". They always seem to be interested in improving, both for the couple and for the Country club/future couple's experiences. We were assigned one Wedding Coordinator, Nikki, who was so organized, thoughtful, creative, and overall fantastic! But at the same time, we were also pleasantly greeted by another coordinator, Lauren, who was not even working our event. George, is phenomenal too! He really knows what he is doing and has the nicest personality! The serving staff were also amazing! A few of our guests mentioned that this is the first wedding that servers asked for drink orders from the bar, delivering to the table, rather than guests constantly going to the bar. The servers also helped us pack up all of our things, deliver our gifts to the car, and insured that all was well throughout the night. You really get the sense that the whole staff works like a cohesive team whose efforts were well coordinated from start to finish! I hope that I have the privilege to either host or attend another event with them in the future! Our photographers also mentioned that they would love to work with them again (it was the first time they worked there)! Thank you Nikki, George, and all staff!

Choosing this venue for our reception was one of our best decisions during the wedding planning! I wanted something local, pretty, and convenient and my groom wanted really good food.. with Woodcrest Country Club, we both got MORE :) Our wedding was on a Saturday in April, scheduled about 12 months in advance. We were the only event at the venue this day. From the beginning, the event team at Woodcrest was so involved and helpful, beyond words. Nikki, Lauren, and George met our every request. In the planning stages, they invited us to taste test the menu with our parents, they added my groom's favorite gin to our already long list of alcohol to be served and his favorite appetizer without an additional cost, although it should have been. They informed me on music, lighting, pictures, set up, etc from their experiences at the venue. I never waited long for an answer from Nikki, Lauren, or George, in our many emails during the months of planning. They were in close contact with all of my vendors and kept me on point to cross all t's and dot all i's! The facility is beautiful. I initially was hoping to get string lights in the Flynn Ballroom where we had our reception, but was absolutely happy with the in-house uplighting. Pretty flowers from the florists and happy faces of our guests were some of the most beautiful decorations anyway 0:) The team allowed me to drop off decorations about a week in advance and kept great care of them, setting up all decor for us, better than I could have done myself! They even were accommodating to allow me to bring last minute decorations that we used at our ceremony 2 hours prior to our reception start! For the food... my groom can be quite picky, and he was SO pleased! Our guests RAVED about cocktail hour, which was enough to write home about, let alone the entree of surf and turf- earning us 5-star snaps from our guests :) Even my guests with allergies were well cared for, despite a count of almost 200 mouths to feed!! We took pictures on site and even when my groom thought he lost something out on the course, the team at Woodcrest searched high and low until they knew it was found! (A lot is on your mind on your wedding day! They helped us so we had no worries!) Honestly, I am so glad we had our wedding at Woodcrest! It is absolutely beautiful! The food and drinks are absolutely delicious! Our wedding guests (all 234 of them) still can not stop talking about how much food there was at the wedding and how good everything was! The Martini Bar was a HUGE hit! Many of our guests said it was the best food they have ever had at a wedding! It kept coming all night long no one left hungry! The Cheesecake bar was SO good!! Everything was fresh, hot, and tasty. We got married in December so the club was decked out for the Holidays which made the reception even more beautiful! George and Nikki were so helpful the entire time. They gave us wonderful suggestions from food items down to the table cloth color. The bar tenders and all the staff are truly amazing! I really hope one day I can attend another wedding at Woodcrest because I know how amazing it is!! I made all my centerpieces myself and Nikki could not have made it easier!! NO stress!! HIGHLY recommend!!!!

From the first initial meeting to the final hour of our wedding, George, Lauren and Nikki did everything and anything within their power to make our experience as well as our actual reception hands down the very best. From decorating to picking the menu to the photo opt on the property everything was just perfect. Even the waitressing/waiter staff the night of the wedding was amazing. George, Lauren, and Nikki were so personable and knowledgeable. And were really able to help our vision become a reality. The actually food was incredible and so delicious. From the cocktail hour to the reception dinner to dessert, the food was endless and top notch. The facility/rooms were beautiful. Everything was so beautiful. I can't say enough about Woodcrest CC and their amazing team of planners, coordinators, chefs and attendants! The food and drink tasted like they were made for each individual as opposed to how some other wedding food tastes when it's churned out en masse. I recently held my wedding at Woodcrest Country Club, and it was absolutely amazing! George and Sara were attentive and responsive to all of my questions and concerns throughout the planning process. All of my emailed questions were answered either that day or the next morning. All of my guests raved about the quality and quantity of the food, both in the cocktail hour and in the dinner. The cocktail hour setting was beautiful and many guests commented on the view towards the golf course. The bridal party was able to relax in their private room before cocktail hour and the girls were able to fix their hair and makeup in the full salon! My husband and I were able to utilize the golf carts to drive around the course to take many beautiful pictures. Sara was amazing in helping me with my dress and veil while I was walking around the course! She definitely went above and beyond to help me during our picture session. I also really enjoyed the flow of the cocktail hour into the reception. All of the waiters were very smooth in the transition and herding the guests out of the cocktail room to start the reception. The reception was phenomenal! None of the guests ever complained about waiting in line for drinks and all had high compliments to the chef. I really cannot say thank you enough to all the staff. From booking the venue last year, through this year, through the reception Woodcrest made it easy for me and my husband! They were able to store our decorations and items a couple days before the wedding and locked them up that night so we didn't have to lug everything back on the bus. It was all these smalls things that made everything run so smoothly! I highly recommend their services for your wedding!!

I recently held my wedding at Woodcrest Country Club, and it was absolutely amazing! George and Sara were attentive and responsive to all of my questions and concerns throughout the planning process. All of my emailed questions were answered either that day or the next morning. All of my guests raved about the quality and quantity of the food, both in the cocktail hour and in the dinner. The cocktail hour setting was beautiful and many guests commented on the view towards the golf course. The bridal party was able to relax in their private room before cocktail hour and the girls were able to fix their hair and makeup in the full salon! My husband and I were able to utilize the golf carts to drive around the course to take many beautiful pictures. Sara was amazing in helping me with my dress and veil while I was walking around the course! She definitely went above and beyond to help me during our picture session. I also really enjoyed the flow of the cocktail hour into the reception. All of the waiters were very smooth in the transition and herding the guests out of the cocktail room to start the reception. The reception was phenomenal! None of the guests ever complained about waiting in line for drinks and all had high compliments to the chef. I really cannot say thank you enough to all the staff. From booking the venue last year, through this year, through the reception Woodcrest made it easy for me and my husband! They were able to store our decorations and items a couple days before the wedding and locked them up that night so we didn't have to lug everything back on the bus. It was all these smalls things that made everything run so smoothly! I highly recommend their services for your wedding!!

All of our guests were raving about the food and we are still getting so many compliments about how great everything was! We also had so much fun at the after party at the upstairs bar. The manicured and picturesque grounds to the beauty of the historical clubhouse, this country club is the place for an event! I've been to so many events here, but my wedding day was the most memorable. From the start, the staff at Woodcrest was accommodating and professional. After touring almost every wedding venue in South Jersey, my fiancé and I stumbled upon Woodcrest Country Club. From the day of the tour we knew we were in good hands when we met with George. The venue and grounds are stunning, clean, and well kept. Unlike some other golf courses in the area, we were able to take the golf carts out for pictures after our ceremony and were able to walk on the grounds. My guests have been raving about the food and the service, everything was excellent and I cannot think of one thing that they could have done better. The bridal suite is newly renovated and was a perfect place for the girls to get ready. Thank you Woodcrest for making our day perfect! I would highly recommend.

Choosing Woodcrest Country Club as my wedding venue was the BEST decision I have ever made. From the first moment we stepped on the property to our reception, we were treated like VIPs. Everyone that works there is so kind and welcoming. It's very apparent that they want to make the process of planning and executing the reception as easy as possible. We just had to bring some centerpieces and decorations to the venue and they set it all up for us. It was so simple. The food is absolutely delicious. We received a ton of compliments from our guests saying how much they loved it. The property, both inside and out, is well maintained and lends itself well to great photos. On the day of the reception, we had the assistant to the Gen. Manager with us for a good portion of the evening to ensure things were going smoothly. She even brought us some hors d'ouevres while we took a break between photos and the beginning of the reception. In addition, Woodcrest has a bridal suit complete comfy couches and chairs and 3 hair and make-up stations allowing you to do touch ups (or get ready there). This venue has thought of everything to make your wedding reception perfect and I can't recommend it enough!

\"Hidden gem\" and \"Best kept secret,\" were the phrases I heard over and over again from our guest raving over every aspect of Woodcrest. Being from PA, many of my guests had never heard of Woodcrest, but I am certain many will be back. The club and golf course are absolutely stunning, the food is to die for, and the staff is so prepared and organized that the entire night ran so smoothly.From the beginning my new husband and I knew we wanted to do things a little differently, and when Woodcrest presented us with the idea of doing stations rather than a sit down dinner we knew we found the right place. Rather than being stuck at their tables our guest were able to walk around and socialize, take a trip to the dance floor, or grab some food at one of four stations: Meat carving, Pasta, Seafood, and Tour of Asia (or a drink at the Martini Bar that was a big hit!). Usually at weddings the food is average, which is understandable when making such large portions, but the food at Woodcrest is by far the best I, and many of my guests, have ever had. I also cannot thank the staff at Woodcrest enough for all their hardwork and attention to detail. Throughout the whole process George, Nikki, and Sara were there to keep me informed and answer any question I had that the planning ran so smoothly I barely had time to stress because by the time I thought of something they already had it handled. The day of the wedding I did not have a care in the world because I knew I was in such good hands; I was able to enjoy myself and know that everything was being taken care of and on your wedding day that is priceless.

Woodcrest listened to what we wanted and did what was necessary to make it happen: the layout and flow of the event was tailored to our specifications; the food was very good (our guests are still giving us rave reviews) and made us feel confident in our menu selections; and the bar was everything that you would want the bar at your wedding to be (plus, the bartenders had personality). Before our wedding, a lot of our friends (none of whom held their events at Woodcrest) advised us that invariably, one thing will go wrong on one's wedding day. However, we can honestly say that we did not detect the slightest flaw on the part of Woodcrest during our event. We highly recommend.

Woodcrest was a dream come true for me and my husband. George and Nikki were beyond exceptional in helping me to get the dream wedding I always imagined. I was unsure of certain decor and dinner choices for the reception and they were able to guide me in the right direction. As a result, the cocktail hour was a hit with all the guests and the dinner is something my guests still rave about (halibut was to die for!) George and Nikki always seemed genuinely interested in helping my wedding be the best it could be and always had constructive criticism that I needed to help me out and give me advice when I needed it. The grounds are beautifully manicured which made for great pictures and the newly renovated clubhouse was the perfect size for my wedding. Emily Grech (Manager) Born in raised in Pennsylvania, Emily Grech began working in the hospitality industry at age 17. She worked part-time while getting her degree in psychology at Millersville University in Lancaster PA. Beginning her career in hospitality management, she worked for Country Clubs and Wedding venues, honing her skills to create beautiful special events for all her clients. Emily joined The Legacy Club team in the beginning of 2022, and prides herself on excellent customer service and client relations. Her greatest passion is helping couples plan extraordinary weddings!
