The venue was absolutely beautiful and the staff were incredible to work with! Jamie did such an amazing job helping to coordinate our special day. She was able to work around our crazy schedules to make sure our day was perfect. Jamie was very easy to contact and always kept open communication to make sure everything was ready. The decor was exactly how I had imagined and we received multiple compliments on the venue and the food. Megan was our coordinator the day of and did such a fantastic job making sure everything went smoothly and helped take some stress out of the day. She was such an incredible help and really did make sure our day was perfect! I would highly recommend working with this venue and their coordinators, you will not be disappointed!

We would highly recommend having your wedding here. Ceremony and reception. Jamie was wonderful to work with and answered all of our questions leading up to the big day and was there to help make everything run smooth day of. The outdoor ceremony space was beautifully set up for us. Right after the ceremony the staff transformed the ceremony space and pulled out multiple fire places, chairs and tables for out guests to sit at and relax. The food was great and the reception space was perfect for the cocktail hour and actual reception. It's been one week since our wedding and people are still reaching out to us saying how great the space was and how good the food was-definitely not the typical \"wedding\" food you hear about. All the staff we interacted with were lovely to work with. Plus the staff handled all decoration set up and tear down for us so we could take the time to enjoy our day without rushing around that afternoon to make sure everything looked like we wanted it to and ending the party early to tear everything down. The staff at the Bristlecone made our wedding the success it was and we are so happy we went with them. Just for reference we had 120 guests, which was on the smaller side for the space I feel like. It definitely didn't feel empty in the set up by any means but the space felt like it could comfortably fit at least another 25 people without it feeling overcrowded. They were also very reasonably priced in comparison to the other similar venues in the Milwaukee and surrounding area that we originally toured. We were able to have unlimited appetizers, three awesome entrees and then a custom late night snack mashed potato bar that Jamie made happen for us. The rest of our money went to a bar tab that lasted well into the night for everyone. Jamie was really good about making sure we got to have what we wanted and gave us options that fit our budget.Definitely reach out to Jamie and take a look at this space (or one of their other locations that also look amazing) you won't regret it. We had the best day and couldn't have done it without them!

We LOVED our ceremony and reception held at the Legend at Bristlecone. We had 165 people at our wedding and we could not say better things about Bristlecone. First, the venue is gorgeous. You can tell that the building is cared for and the space feels extremely high-quality. Second, working with Jamie Sandin throughout the entire wedding process was a joy. Jamie is on top of everything, was kind and communicative, and gave us a top notch experience. Third, the venue has great experience with weddings and it shows through their professionalism and attention to detail. It was especially helpful to have Bristlecone set up all of our decor and take it all down. We loved the ceremony space and it turned into a great patio with electric fires on it during the reception. Also, the food provided at Bristlecone was delicious. They worked with us to ensure dietary restrictions were met and we got so many compliments on the food. We had the most fun at Bristlecone and would highly recommend having your wedding here! Our entire day was absolutely beautiful. The wedding went off without a hitch. From the ceremony to cocktail hour to the reception everything was amazing. The food was delicious. The Legend at Bristlecone was the perfect place for our wedding! When selecting our venue, we cared deeply about communication, budget-friendliness, on-site catering, ceremony site & linens included. The Legends at Bristlecone checked every single one of our boxes. Jamie Sandin, the director of events, responded promptly to every single email we sent, and was essentially our wedding coordinator throughout the planning process. She was absolutely amazing! When she went on maternity leave, Megan Haynes, filled in & was also incredible. She fluffed my dress before I walked down the aisle to give you and idea of how much attention they pay to detail & care for their clients! The staff accommodated us, so we could drop all of our decorations off earlier on wedding week, they set all of our decorations up for us, and took everything down. They even stored our decor in a safe space overnight, and we were able to pick it up early the next morning. The food was absolutely phenomenalâwe got a lot of compliments on it. Our guests loved that our ceremony & reception was all on-site, so they didnât have to travel. The club members are super kind, and did not make us feel like we were intruding. Many congratulated us & offered us monetary gifts actually! Thank you for making our wedding day as special as could be!

We are so glad we chose Bristlecone as our wedding venue. We were really impressed with the professionalism of the staff. They made the process of planning/setting up very easy, and they were on top of everything throughout our ceremony and reception. The food was delicious too! Our first point of contact went on maternity leave and we were a little nervous when we found out there would be a switch, but Megan was amazing.

Megan was our venue contact and coordinator, and I cannot say enough positive things about her and our experience with this venue. We live in Florida and never had an issue getting ahold of someone to answer our questions. One regret was not renting chair covers (the chairs are older/stained). Thank you so much for the perfect day!

Really cannot say enough positive things about The Legend at Bristlecone, Jamie, the Bristlecone managers on duty, and our entire experience. You will not find better/faster/more welcoming service out there - It does not exist. Living in Chicago and planning our Wisconsin wedding with Jamie was an absolute breeze. My husbandâs family is from the East Coast as well and ALL (both ceremony and reception) went off without a hitch with so many coming from out of town. 2 weeks later and our guests are still commenting how good the food was, how FAST everything was prepared, served and ready, how drinks and apps were available and everywhere, how NICE everyone was, and how stunning and well-kept the venue itself is (bathrooms and pool area included :)). Get married here... you will not regret a thing. And if there's anything you havenât thought of in the entire process, Jamie and the rest of the staff will have it covered. They'll also be extremely supportive the day of, checking in multiple times, making sure everything is up to par. We want to do it all over again!!

The Legend at Bristlecone exceeded our expectations at every step of the wedding planning process. Jamie was fantastic to work with and was especially flexible after we had to postpone our original wedding date due to COVID. We were drawn to the gorgeous outdoor ceremony space and loved all the natural light the reception space offered. Our guests loved the extra lounge space that the patio offered later in the evening to cool off and enjoy drinks in a quieter space. The grounds are beautifully kept and offer a beautiful backdrop for photos. The food was superb and we were really pleased with the variety of main dish options, both meat and vegetarian. The locker rooms were ideal for the wedding party to utilize pre-ceremony and throughout the evening. Megan kept our rehearsal and wedding day running smoothly and efficiently. We had a fantastic experience choosing Legend at Bristlecone for our wedding venue, and I could not recommend their service enough!

We cannot express how truly amazing Bristlecone is. Jamie is amazing to work with and will make you feel totally at ease. She is so on top of everything and will likely answer your questions before you even know to ask! She responds very quickly as well and is extremely accommodating. From day one of touring Bristlecone to saying our final goodbyes at the end of the night, we have nothing but fabulous things to say and so many wonderful memories to look back on. This venue has outstanding service, delicious food, and a gorgeous space. Not to mention it was very reasonably priced... far less expensive than what we initially planned. All of our guests thought we spent a fortune based on how classy Bristlecone is! I could not imagine a better place to have our wedding and highly recommend Bristlecone for your reception. The venue was beautiful for our reception and there was a place for each guest throughout the night: on the dance floor to enjoy the music, in the bar area for a quieter place to talk, or out on the patio to enjoy some fresh air. Our pictures turned out gorgeous with the golf course in the background and all the food was delicious. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a perfect place to celebrate your special day!

My husband and I had a prefect evening here and am so glad we choose this location for our wedding! The staff set up ask the decisions just as I had envisioned. The guests raved about the food! We truly had a perfect evening with little stress because the staff was so helpful. On the day of, Megan was a huge help to making things go smoothly. The outdoor patio was perfect for the happy hour and the fire pit was a great alternative for people that didn't feel like dancing!

We chose Bristlecone without ever seeing it in person and it didn't disappoint! We lived in Texas when we got engaged and my mom actually went and looked at venues for us. She Facetimed and showed us Bristlecone and she ensured us that we would love it so we booked it! We wouldn't end up seeing it in person until our food tasting 6 months later! We kept in contact with Jamie who answered all of our questions and once we finally saw it we knew we made the right decision! When COVID hit Jamie kept us in the loop and helped answer all of our millions of questions! We felt supported from day one up until the end of our wedding day! Our wedding day went off with out one single problem thanks to the staff at Bristlecone! I could not have asked for a better wedding experience! Bristlecone is a stunning venue and our pictures are breathtaking! I was so excited that the fall leaves on the course had started to turn by our wedding which made for such a beautiful back drop! I highly recommend The Legends clubs in general but Bristlecone is by far my favorite of the ones we toured! I highly suggest you consider choosing this venue and staff for your wedding day!

We kept in contact with Jamie who answered all of our questions and once we finally saw it we knew we made the right decision! When COVID hit Jamie kept us in the loop and helped answer all of our millions of questions! We felt supported from day one up until the end of our wedding day! Our wedding day went off with out one single problem thanks to the staff at Bristlecone! I could not have asked for a better wedding experience! Bristlecone is a stunning venue and our pictures are breathtaking! I was so excited that the fall leaves on the course had started to turn by our wedding which made for such a beautiful back drop! I highly recommend The Legends clubs in general but Bristlecone is by far my favorite of the ones we toured! I highly suggest you consider choosing this venue and staff for your wedding day!

Our September 19th wedding at The Legend at Bristlecone could not have been any more perfect! From the ceremony space to the reception/bar area to the food, everything was AMAZING! Our guests could not stop talking about how delicious the appetizers (we went with the Caprese Skewers and Mini Mango Chicken Quesadillas) and the entrees (mushroom ravioli was a crowd favorite) were! Jamie was incredibly helpful through the planning process and so quick to respond to any of our questions. She made planning our wedding during a pandemic less stressful and for that we could never thank her enough!! They even decorated the ceremony and reception areas for us so we never had to think about decorations the day of our wedding (and they did a fabulous job!)! Megan was the manager for our rehearsal and on our wedding day. She made sure everything ran smoothly and checked in on us throughout the night. I was so grateful to have her knowledge and experience at our wedding! The venue itself was beautiful! We had our ceremony outside and reception indoors. The staff moved the ceremony chairs out of the way so our guest could enjoy the fireplace outside during the reception which was so nice on a cool September night! We took pictures outside over looking the golf course and by the waterfall.I really can't think of a single thing I would change about this venue! We selected this vendor about a year before the wedding and Jamie made the entire wedding planning process extremely easy! Even through the ups and downs of coronavirus, Jamie was always easy to communicate with, stayed on top of all the changes thrown at her, and helped us get the wedding we always dreamed of! We booked The Legend at Bristlecone for our June wedding, for both the ceremony and reception.Jamie, the wedding coordinator for The Legemd Clubs, was very helpful and responsive when it came to answering my (many) questions along the way! Overall, we had a great experience working with her and with The Legend at Bristlecone overall. The staff all seemed very professional and friendly, and they all helped make our day come together the way we had hoped/dreamed. It was super convenient and a huge relief that the staff did all of the decorating and setup (aside from live floral arrangements) for us because it meant we didn't have to scramble to do it the night before or the morning/day of (when we already had several other little things to worry about).The staff was also supposed to do the take-down for us, but that wasn't how it actually worked. We were told we could come Sunday morning and everything would already have been taken down for us and ready for us to pick it up. That was not the case. When we got there, some of our stuff was together, but a lot of it wasn't. There were some things still set up; for example, our artificial archway flowers were still on the arch, the photo booth backdrop was still set up, the sand and stuff from our unity ceremony were still outside, etc. There were also things missing that needed to be found; for example, the funnel we used for our sand unit ceremony was never found, I had to send multiple staff members to search for multiple different decorations that we had brought (and they had set up), etc. I was also surprised to find that we had to \"undo\" our floral arrangements - someone literally gave us garbage bags to throw out the flowers and a big bucket to dump the water in. Overall, we were extremely frustrated with our take-down and pick-up experience. We thought it would be as quick and easy as the decoration drop-off process, but it ended up taking MUCH longer and was incredibly frustrating.In the end, I would still recommend The Legend at Bristlecone because the place is absolutely beautiful, Jamie was easy to work with and very helpful, the food was great, and the staff overall were nice and helpful.Overall, though

We could not be happier with Bristlecone Pines and the fantastic job they did for our Wedding. Jamie was with us every step of the way and planned the whole wedding perfectly. It was way better than anything we could have ever come up with! The service was top notch. The unlimited appetizers were delicious and the servers were always available. The dinners were all amazing and we had trouble picking only two. Jamie and her staff also checked up with us constantly throughout the night to make sure we were happy with everything and getting anything we needed. Jamie even brought out drinks and appetizers to the wedding party while we were taking pictures! I had my ceremony and reception at the clubhouse at The Legend at Bristlecone. It was absolutely perfect! The coordinator there, Jamie, was extremely helpful through the entire process. Any question or problem I had at pretty much any time of the day she answered quickly. The food was fantastic and large portions. Many of my guests came up to me and said it was the best food they ever had at a wedding. The reception space is amazing with windows everywhere. After the ceremony, the outside space got turned into a terrace for people to relax. Everyone continued to comment on how beautiful the space was! The views were fantastic and I couldn't have asked for more. It was a wonderful place to get married and great staff to work with!

We literally cannot say enough good things about the staff and the venue at the legend at bristlecone. They were the first venue that we looked at when planning our wedding and we almost didnât want to look anywhere else. The venue is just gorgeous- floor to ceiling windows, a wrap around patio with firepits that guests can use during the reception (assuming you have nice weather), a beautiful bar area and dance floor. The whole venue is clean and well kept. The staff is phenomenal. They handled everything for us and made it feel stress free. They set up decorations for us beforehand and took everything down and boxed it up after the wedding. They allow you to come back the next day to pick everything up so we didnât have to stay and do that after the wedding. They also handled everything the day of. If anything went wrong on our wedding day, we never knew (and likely will never know). All of our guests commented on how perfect the day was and how beautiful the venue was. Bristlecone also does their catering in house and has many bar packages to choose from, simplifying the bar process and making it easier to budget on the front end. There are tons of choices for food and you get to choose 3-4 for your guests. We did the kids meal chicken tenders for the kids, butternut squash ravioli, bacon wrapped pork medallions, and the lemon oregano chicken. They also have a bunch of appetizer options (both passed and stations) and late night options that are great. Everyone raved about how good the food was and it was super affordable. Our grandmas really appreciated having a plated dinner instead of a buffet. I highly recommend this place to everyone for their wedding reception!

Honestly, this was the first and only venue that we toured. I loved this place the moment we walked in. (Part of that had to do with the Christmas decorations, I suppose). Abby, the wedding coordinator, was fantastic. Very quick to answer any questions, and wonderful to work with the day of. The service was great, the food was good, and the venue was perfect. We had 200, and I'm not sure if I would have liked to push that number much higher. I really enjoyed having the dance floor available without having to move tables.

Abby, the new coordinator was very helpful - if she didn't know an answer, she would figure out as soon as possible. All of our guests RAVED about the food - we had passed appetizers, plated dinner, and late night pizza, and all of it was AMAZING! We were able to drop off all our decor the Wednesday before our Saturday wedding - I went through everything with Abby and on Saturday when I came in everything was perfect! Abby was there for most of the wedding night, and when she left, made sure to let us know who we should contact that night with any questions or concerns. There was only one thing I heard complaints about - that one of the bartenders was a bit snippy with a few guests. Overall, this was a fantastic venue with great service, great food, and it is gorgeous! Also I have to say... the fire pits outside on the patio made for a very relaxed space for people to chat and cool off throughout the night as well!
