Is a beautiful and unique waterfront venue located on historical Old Hickory Lake in Hendersonville, TN! Situated on over 4 acres of gorgeous waterfront land, The Lighthouse proves to be the ideal location for all your special event needs! From rehearsal dinners, weddings, receptions, parties, reunions and more, allow our professional team make your day one that you and your guests will remember for a lifetime! Our dining room climate controlled has a max capacity of 200 people reception inside. Ceremony outside on water. So much is included you must come to see. Make an appt. afterwork is ok too. Some weekends. We can move ceremony inside in case of bad weather. We have two levels one for dinning other for partying.Best prices ever. Starting in 2018 you can bring caterer.

One of the best venues out there. My husband and I rented out the property for our wedding and Jewell, the co-owner with her husband and wedding planner, tools such great care of us throughout the entire wedding planning process. Tim, the other co-owner and Jewell’s husband, was the chef and his food is so amazing. Charla, our decorator did an outstanding job making the space beautiful and Alexis, our pastry chef made the most delicious and beautiful dessert displays. We can’t say enough great things about their staff!

The Lighthouse was the perfect venue for our wedding day! The venue was beautiful and the staff was so great to work with. Danielle was my go-to person at this venue and she was wonderful in answering any of my questions and responding to my texts quickly. We had last minute weather changes and had to move everything inside the day before the wedding, they were so flexible and helpful through the whole process and it took so much of the stress off of our plate. I would highly recommend this venue!

We had our wedding at the lighthouse on 19 May 2019. We couldn’t have asked for a better venue. The place is beautiful. The green landscape outside and the indoor event space are well maintained and stunning. The lighthouse is an exceptional venue because of the staff. They work very hard to make your event a success. We had a few hiccups but Danielle our wedding coordinator handled them so well and no one realized. Fadia their cook is amazing and she made the most delicious hummus and falafel on our request. Danielle helped us with the whole planning process and was always there for advice. We had a very unconventional wedding as we had to incorporate indian wedding elements. The venue graciously accepted our requests. The lighthouse is the perfect venue and we absolutely loved it !

The venue was perfect! It's on the water's edge and already has light decor, just gorgeous. Mrs. Margaret is a delight to work with. The other lady is not as pleasant, but the experience overall was magical. The food was pretty good as far as banquet food goes. You don't get to sample all the food before you choose your menu, but our guests seemed to like our selection alright. Everything was pretty economical too. Everyone is still talking about how lovely the venue was- our day was picture perfect!

I fell in love with the Lighthouse from the first time I saw it. The Lighthouse offers everything you could want. It has an absolutely gorgeous outdoor area, but also enough space indoors in case there's bad weather. It's beautifully decorated already so you only need minimal decorations of your own. They provide catering and bar services, and they'll help you find all your other vendors as well. But what I was most impressed by was how much they helped on the day of the wedding. Due to bad traffic, my groom's grandmother was delayed by half an hour. Danielle swooped into action and made everything so smooth that I hardly even knew what had happened. Since we had to wait half an hour to start the ceremony, she opened the bar and went ahead and got appetizers going around so our guests weren't bored or hungry. Because of this, nobody seemed to mind the delay! She was also so attentive to our needs during the ceremony and reception, making sure we had food and drink. I was so happy to have her there that day and I'm so happy that we chose the Lighthouse for our wedding!

Went to look at this location for our wedding. Haven't made a chose yet but this place can cover all you need. You still need a photographer,cake, flowers, and if you want more decorations but the site/location is nice that not more is need in decor.

Lathams is ran by owner Margaret Latham, when I was pricing venues, she was the most affordable and this was in 2010. She provided tables, chairs, place settings, chair covers, food, drinks, bar tender and alchahol. All at a price we could manage. Now she even does packages with cakes and other items to take away some of the stress. She was there for the entire evening to make sure everything ran smoothly. The only problem we had was an area for the girls to get ready, but my photograper made a chic dressing/makeup room out of a closet!

Margaret Latham (Owner) We are family owned and operated. It is our pleasure to make your big day perfect. We have one family member that is a wedding coordinator and another is the bartender. And myself as manager. We have done hundreds of wedding in the past 10 years. Perfection is our goal in every wedding.
