A short drive from New York City, Union Vale Estate offers a peaceful alternative to the hustle and bustle of city life. Now a sought-after venue, hosting one event per day, our staff is dedicated to ensuring you and your beloved undivided attention to detail, aiming to realize every aspect of your vision. Ceremonies can be held on the expansive West lawn that boasts picturesque scenery including uninterrupted views of the Catskill mountains, meticulously manicured greens, and enchanting sunsets amidst and award-winning championship golf course. A truly memorable storybook setting for your Hudson Valley wedding. Following the ceremony, cocktail hour will begin in the private members lounge lined with French doors that flow out to an oversized open-air veranda where you can enjoy cocktails, hors d'oeuvres, and each other's company. As you and your guests make your way to the reception area, you will be greeted in the grand ballroom with formal black-tie service. Our experienced on-site full-service event planners will help guide you through the process and organize every detail from your first tour to your last dance. On our first visit into The Links for our initial inquiry, we knew we had to look no further. They have it ALL! From its gorgeous views, to its welcoming staff, we were sold. Later, we learned of its deliciously prepared food (\"The best we've ever had at a wedding!\" was said by many guests.), and its versatility of the space (There was a point in the day that we thought that Mother Nature was not on our side and that our ceremony would need to be moved inside!). But, most importantly, Dani's communication, approachability, and willingness to accommodate ALL of our requests make her stand above the rest. Dani exhibited profound professionalism all while making us feel completely comfortable, too. Dani, and ALL of the staff at The Links is truly amazing at what they do for their bride and groom's big day! They engrossed themselves in the day and were so excited right along with us. Anyone would be beyond lucky to have their ceremony, reception, after party, AND rehearsal dinner (all as we did!) at this beautiful location with wonderful staff. I am so grateful to have had The Links share in our special day with us and recommend it highly.

We used The Links for our wedding reception and had the best experience. It was the first venue we toured, and we knew The Links was the place for us right when we saw it. The staff is so accommodating and friendly. They have EVERYTHING you could need and no gimmicks. Our guests told us the food they had at our reception was the best food they’ve ever had at a wedding. Would definitely recommend any couple to use The Links as their venue. We will definitely be back for other events in the future!

First off if you are undecided whether or not to book the Links.... just do it. Not only was the venue gorgeous, but the staff was just as amazing. We originally went with another wedding venue in 2020, but that venue shut down due to covid leaving us to find another venue. Fran is absolutely wonderful in every step of the way with planning. She even recommended our signature drink, which was a hit. The day of, Fran was very attentive to my whole bridal party and went above and beyond to help us. The only issue was there was barley any AC on a 90 degree day, but that was it. Still everyone had a fantastic time. Fran even made sure my husband and I ate dinner and enjoyed the wedding. My husband and I got married at the Links on 4/9/22 and it was truly the most amazing day! Look no further! We felt taken care of as soon as we visited the venue the very first time. Fran, the maitre'd is an absolute gem. She is kind, flexible, and fast to respond to calls and emails. I did not stress at all because she was so great with details and keeping everything organized. The morning of the wedding, she set up everything as needed as my girls and I got ready in the bridal suite, and I didn't have to worry about anything! I would not have felt so relaxed that morning if it wasn't for Fran. The staff was flexible with weather - it was raining on and off throughout the morning so instead of the ceremony on the grass, we were able to do it on the back porch which is covered. We still got the beautiful views without worrying about muddy grass or rain. The food is amazing! Guests came up to me and my husband all night, and are still telling us a few weeks later about how much they enjoyed the food. Chef Mark is so talented! We had some vegan guests that we told him about at the tasting and was able to provide food for both cocktail hour and the meal that they could have. He checked on our families all night to make sure everything with the food was going well. He also had breakfast and snacks for me and my bridesmaids in the morning was which awesome! All the staff was helpful, friendly, and made the day go so smoothly. If you want amazing food, cocktails, views, and staff, the Links is the perfect place for you! We would do this day over a million times because of how great everything was.

My now husband and I didn’t know exactly what type of wedding vibe we were looking for when we started planning (pre-covid) but after visiting the Links, we knew we had found the right place. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained, the ballroom was the perfect size for our 135 guests and had a large dance floor that was packed for majority of the night. I received so many compliments on the food - there was a wide variety of options for our guests, the chefs did an amazing job. We dropped off decor items the day before and Dani, the Maitre D’ and her staff did a great job of setting everything up in the space. On the day of the wedding we were able to drive golf carts on the course and get beautiful photos by the silo and other areas. Leticia, my bridal attendant, made sure we had cocktail hour food in the bridal suite and that I had a drink in my hand at all times which I appreciated! The reception flew by in the blink of an eye and I was happy that we booked two hours at the bar after. I just wish some of the desserts were kept out because my husband nor I had a chance to eat any. I assumed that the bar area had a sound system so we could continue dancing at the “after party” but that wasn’t the case - this was an oversight on my part. Regardless, our guests enjoyed chatting inside and outside since it was a beautiful night. Overall, everything was wonderful and I wish we could go back and relive the night all over again!

If I could give more than five stars for The Links, I would! It was the first and last venue that my husband and I visited for our October wedding. I was in love at first site. I highly recommend having your ceremony on-site as the view is incredible! We first discussed our available dates and packages with Rob, the manager there. From there, the Maitre D’, Dani, took over. She is awesome! She kept us up to date on all Covid restrictions throughout the year leading up to our wedding. She put together our tasting for us which was amazing! With it being such a tough and nerve wracking year for weddings, she really put us at ease. When it came to the big day, Dani couldn’t have been better. She kept me a calm and happy bride, her and her team set up all of the decor I brought with us beautifully and just as I had envisioned. I can’t say enough good things! I also want to mention that the entire team at the Links did an amazing job; the bar team (Woo Fran!), the chef, the wait staff… you made our wedding day a dream come true!

My husband and I couldn't be more grateful to Dani and the staff at the Links for making our day incredibly special. The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous with golf course views overlooking the Catskill Mountains. We utilized the beautifully traditional bar area, the covered patio, and the ceremony setup on the grass. Dani worked closely with us to create a reception that ensured the safety and comfort of our guests. She is professional and knowledgeable and helped us obtain several of our vendors as well as rent a dance floor and tent that we wanted for our outdoor party needs. The staff went above and beyond to create the cocktail-style and buffet-style reception that we envisioned. The food, both during cocktail hour and dinner, was phenomenal! The setup of our homemade decorations was flawless and I even had help bustling my dress! Dani and her staff communicated very well with our other vendors (DJ, officiant, and photographer/videographer) to make the transitions throughout the night go smoothly. Most importantly, our guests couldn't stop talking about the kind and professional staff who ensured that everyone was having a fantastic time. My husband and I felt cared for and truly celebrated by the Links staff!

We worked with Rob in the beginning. He set us up with everything and was always very responsive! We also had Dani as our day of wedding coordinator. Although, she was with us along the whole way! She has been a saint! Having to deal with all the covid restrictions has been a headache for all of us, but she always kept us up to date as soon as she got updates to keep us brides a little sane through these times. She always answered in minutes/hours any time we had a question, whether it was email or text. She helped our day run so smoothly. The rain definitely put a damper on picture taking throughout the night, but we were still able to get some before the ceremony! We got so many compliments on how beautiful the venue was. It really is a site to see! The team was so accommodating, through a golf day for the guys (thanks to Pat Sullivan), to rehearsal and keeping patience with us through it (being that we had a big group), and through the wedding night. On top of all of that, they were super flexible with all of our requests to make our day unique to us and had given many helpful tips that made our day run smoothly. I couldn’t have asked for a better day. It was so perfect - thank you, Links for giving us a night to remember!!

My husband and I had our wedding reception at the link on 10/12/19 and it was an amazing day ! Dani,Rob,Ron , and the links staff help to make our wedding day a dream come true !! It was a perfect day with no complaints at all ! Dani made all my wedding visions come to life . Dani made my day worry free and I knew we were in good hands !! The food was amazing !!! Our guests left our reception with fully bellies and plenty to drink ! My family and wedding guests still talk about how great our wedding was to this day , and how amazing the food was !! The links is contracted with Adams Fairacre Farm for wedding cakes and I was truly blown away by the amazing and tasty cake we had ! For the venue itself , was breathtaking !! My wedding photos are beautiful !! We had a 70 degree day in October and was able to have cocktail hour as an indoor/outdoor ! I will recommend the links over and over again !! I was so pleased by the service !! The links was the perfect venue that made my wedding day dreams come true !!!

The Links at Union Vale is the perfect place for your wedding! Not only is the scenery beautiful, and perfect for pictures, but the food and staff are amazing! We booked our venue with the Links over 2 years ago, we just knew it was perfect! Our maitre d Dani Plastini was just outstanding! She made us feel comfortable and made sure all of our questions were answered leading all the way up to our special day. On our wedding day, she helped us and the day went so smooth and I’ll use the word again: PERFECT! She checked on us and made sure everything was great. My husband and I could not recommend the Links more for your wedding you will be so happy!

We got married on October 13 of this year at the Links and to say it exceeded our expectations would be an understatement. Not only does the venue offer a reasonable, almost all inclusive package, but the venue is beautiful! It is classy, clean, and rustic, and the views over the golf course is breathtaking, especially in the fall. The food was absolutely delicious, the dance floor was spacious, and the staff was beyond attentive and friendly! The best part was our maitre d-- Dani. Dani was the glue that held the day together, very accommodating, and was always available to trouble shoot ideas, offer suggestions, and put our minds at ease. She was extremely flexible and was able to work closely with myself and my family to make our day perfect. We could not have had a better experience at the Links! Highly recommend.

First off, the Links is BEAUTIFUL! Set up on top of a hill overlooking the golf course, mountains and a silo! Just stunning.Up until the day of our wedding, Dani, the maitre d', answered all of our questions promptly so that we had everything we needed. Come the day of, the event went down without a hitch, EVEN with the rain. Yes, unfortunately mother nature didn't hold out for us and it rained right as our ceremony started but (with no surprise to me) Dani, was calm and collected and helped us make it through. Looking back, I would not have wished it happened any other way! Throughout the rest of the night Dani worked great with the rest of our vendors and always made sure my husband and I had what we needed. We felt SO taken care of.One common thing that guests continue to tell us was that the food was DELICIOUS! The chef and staff did a fabulous job with cocktail hour and dinner service. If you are looking for a venue with a stunning setting, great service and delicious food, at an amazing value, then the Links at Union Value is for you!

Come the day of, the event went down without a hitch, EVEN with the rain. Yes, unfortunately mother nature didn't hold out for us and it rained right as our ceremony started but (with no surprise to me) Dani, was calm and collected and helped us make it through. Looking back, I would not have wished it happened any other way! Throughout the rest of the night Dani worked great with the rest of our vendors and always made sure my husband and I had what we needed. We felt SO taken care of.One common thing that guests continue to tell us was that the food was DELICIOUS! The chef and staff did a fabulous job with cocktail hour and dinner service. If you are looking for a venue with a stunning setting, great service and delicious food, at an amazing value, then the Links at Union Value is for you!

But I honestly never would have noticed the difference! Everything was excecuted perfectly despite the staff issue. Also, they are incredibly affordable for how great everything was. We looked at other venues before putting a deposit down here and those other places wouldn't offer half as much and for significantly more. As soon as we walked around the beautiful grounds and met the staff, we knew right away and booked on the spot. The Links truly did give me the wedding I dreamed of. Our wedding was on 6/23/18. Rob and Doreen were amazing throughout the entire process. From helping us decide on vendors, to executing a perfect wedding day. From our very first meeting with Rob, he was so kind and genuine and was able to answer every question we had. We saw the venue on a day when it was down-pouring so we were able to see the worst case scenario day and we were still in love with the venue. From inside to outside, everything was absolutely beautiful and the waitstaff was incredible. Our wedding day started out overcast and I was so worried we wouldn't be able to get married outside. Doreen was perfect and had everything under control. I never even had to worry about the actual ceremony, Doreen made the decision for us and the day was absolutely perfect!!! All of our wait staff made sure my husband and I ate and always had a drink in our hands. Our parents and family were treated wonderfully and I was so happy with how the day went. We got married on July 2 of this year, and The Links at Union Vale is the place to have your wedding/reception. The value is something you cannot beat at any other location in the Hudson Valley. The food was incredible and the fantastic layout with a dance floor, separate bar area, and outdoor patio, made us and our guests extremely happy. The views for pictures is will have you overlooking rolling hills, a silo, and more! We continue to get compliments from family and friends on how amazing the food was, and how professional the staff was throughout the course of the evening. Both Rob and Doreen made themselves available to answer any questions that we had, and were able to come to the ballroom and site whenever we needed to check things out, and were able to schedule a tasting with no problems. As we approached the wedding date. Doreen was in constant communication with us, making sure everything was perfect for our day, and during the wedding she worked to make sure everything went smooth. Of all the things to worry and stress about during the process of wedding planning, our reception at the Links at Union Vale was truly not one of them. The views are to die for and growing up in upstate NY on a small family dairy farm it was perfect that the links is on all old farm land with silos in the distance !!! Our wedding was perfect and we the staff at the links helped make that happen! We ended up hiring most of the suggested professionals from the links too and are glad we did. Teri and Doreen have such connections and everyone works so well together !!!

My husband and I had our wedding at the Links at Union Vale in October of 2013. Throughout the wedding planning process, the event coordinator at the Links was incredibly helpful. She had suggestions for how to arrange the tables within the room, ways that we could arrange the dinner service to maximize dancing time, and great local vendors for guest accommodations, entertainment, photography, etc. Also, we had our ceremony at the Links. It was planned to be outdoors, as there is a beautiful outdoor ceremony space. We were lucky and had great weather, but we didn't have to worry because the Links had backup plans for how we could have the ceremony indoors in the event of bad weather. The staff there is prepared for any eventuality in terms of the weather, which is very helpful.\rThe food provided by the Links was spectacular. The appetizers during cocktail hour included something for everyone, even the most selective eaters. And the Links was able to accommodate our guests who required vegetarian,vegan or gluten free meals and any other special dietary requirements. The selection of draft and bottled beers was excellent, which everyone in my big Irish family really appreciated. The bartenders were also very efficient and friendly. The same can be said of all the servers, who were quick, polite, attentive and all around excellent. This was great because no one had to wait for food while everyone else was already eating. Also, the Maitre'D coordinated with our DJ to ensure that dinner service did not interfere with the first dance, parent dances, or maid-of-honor and best man toasts. \rEverything was so well organized that the evening went very smoothly and we had no stress on our wedding day. Our guests had a fantastic time, enjoyed the food and drinks, and spent the whole evening dancing and conversing with friends and family. Wedding planning can be stressful, but working with the experienced and professional staff at the Links made the process easy. I would highly recommend the Links to anyone who wants a spectacular wedding at a very reasonable price.

We were on a tight budget, so we decided to have a Sunday wedding to save money. We picked Labor Day weekend so our guests would have the following day off. Best decision! We had our Sept 5th, 2010 wedding here. I can't say enough about how amazing the staff was. They made sure everything was PERFECT. Everyone went above and beyond here and it showed. We were on a tight budget, so we decided to have a Sunday wedding to save money. We picked Labor Day weekend so our guests would have the following day off. Best decision! Wedding Date 11-07-2009
I got married here July 11th, 2009. Terri and the staff at the Links were amazing in every part of the wedding process. Terri is a very warm, bubbly and comforting person who is very experienced in her job. \r\rThe site was absolutely beautiful. The grounds are amazing and we had TONS of beautiful shots outside. We also had a ceremony on site and it went so smoothly and perfectly. \r\rThe staff were also amazing. People kept on talking about how they would go out to dance and they would come back to their napkin folded for them again. Little things like that go a long way. Oh also - ONE WEDDING AT A TIME!! They make it 100% YOUR day and you don't share it with anyone else! One last thing - the prices were very competitive and were quite affordable. But you don't sacrifice quality! The food was A-MAZE-ING! Loved it!!! \r\rI recommend this site for ANYONE looking for a medium sized wedding (I believe they cater to up to 175 although it gets a bit tight at that point) and especially if you want a ceremony on site as well. Perfect day!
