Welcome to The Little Cottage. Located in Smyrna Georgia just minutes from anywhere in the Atlanta area. 9 miles to downtown Atlanta, 15 miles to Hartsfield Jackson International Airport and 4 miles to The Battery Truist Park where you'll find great hotel and activity options. Little Cottage is located on two private acres with a 9,000 ft2 venue, three separate outdoor patio spaces and over 100 parking spots. Located in the safe and easy to get to City of Smyrna. The building has high pitched ceilings throughout and is constructed of brick, stone and large cedar timbers. It contains many windows and a built in stage centered in front of a fireplace with a large mantel perfect for a ceremony focal point. We boast two distinct rooms each with their own character and built in bars allowing plenty of space to have the ceremony in the main room, cocktail reception in our back room and patio and then have the front room "flipped" to host your incredible Reception. Little Cottage also contains a private Bridal Suite well appointed with a full length mirror, lighted makeup vanity, well stocked mini fridge and coffee maker. Little Cottage also offers Full Beverage service for all of our events, both alcoholic and non including hot beverage service. We offer open bar packages including premium brands, experienced bartenders and use of our full line of glassware. Little Cottage offers our rentals beginning with an eight and one half hour block of time. This allows for 3 hours of setup, four and a half hours of event time and one hour for your vendors to load out. Also included in all of our rental packages is the full use of our extensive furniture collection of banquet chairs and tables with the ability to accommodate up to 200 guests. Little Cottage strives to offer our customers a great value with a high level of service in a comfortable, uncomplicated and friendly atmosphere.

The Little Cottage Reviews
We had the best experience with booking The Little Cottage for our wedding reception. Stephanie helped us so much and was so responsive to our many questions. She also met with us several times at the venue to answer questions and allow us to make tweaks to the floor plan. We also booked their catering services (Endive - they were delicious!). The inside of the venue is so versatile - a true blank canvas, so the venue can be transformed into anything you could ever imagine. The fireplace served as a beautiful backdrop for our sweetheart table, we utilized part of the space for a dance floor, used the outdoor patio with tables and chairs, and the wooden patio to set up cornhole boards. Chef Drew was on-site the night of our event and my wedding coordinator just kept giving me compliments about him and his whole team on the service they provided for the evening. I just had to pass that compliment along!! We have no regrets booking with Little Cottage, and I loved being able to have a reception venue local to my home. Little Cottage exceeded our expectations!
