History
The Little White Church was originally built in 1906 on the corner of Los Robles Avenue and Walnut Street. The structure was later moved to its current location some time in the early 20th century. The church has developed some wear and tear throwout the century, but it has recently undergone some renovations to restore it back to its original beauty. While some changes have been made to the building, The Little White Church still retains its original stained glass window in the sanctuary, walnut floors throughout the building, and iconic arched windows throughout the space.
Adriana Valle(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 17-07-2021 I cannot express how deeply appreciative my husband and I are to have met Holly and Julieth from The Little White Church. WOW. First of all, I want to acknowledge these ladies for their extreme kindness, patience, and professionalism. My husband and I visited the venue several times before our big day to check measurements, equipment, and to design our overall wedding vision. Julieth was more than accommodating. She was an absolute delight! She helped us with the entire process and was SO EXTREMELY PATIENT. I cannot express how much I appreciated her help from start to finish. Additionally, Holly, the owner of TLWC, has one of the kindest hearts I have ever met. She sincerely cared about my wedding and made sure all of my needs were met. This team of ladies made my wedding spectacular and I cannot thank them enough. Some highlights from this venue include: 100% responsiveness, totally adaptable to a unique vision, vintage beauty, clean, charming, remarkable space (we utilized every room at the venue and there are SEVERAL), and utmost care and professionalism. I love this place and these people. I cannot recommend them enough. THANK YOU, TLWC! Reviewed on 27-07-2021
Marisa Moonilal Montes(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 22-10-2022 Holly and Julieth offer an incredible space and service! We loved having our outdoor wedding reception in the courtyard of The Little White Church. Julieth was available, responsive, and very patient with all of our questions and last-minute changes. The venue itself is beautiful inside and out and was priced just right for our budget. We opted to take some couples’ photos inside during the cocktail hour, and I love them so much! It was tremendously helpful that they have tables, chairs, and other items available free of charge. We did end up needing more than what they have, but it helped us cut some costs. Even with the unanticipated downpour that evening, it was an amazing night that we’ll remember forever! Reviewed on 03-01-2023
Samantha Graaf(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 07-10-2022 The Little White Church was the perfect venue for my wedding. This venue is very flexible, you can use any caterer you want. you can also use the space however you would like. I chose to have my wedding ceremony inside of the church and my reception outside in the courtyard. We had around 80 people, and plenty of space to spare. This venue is beautiful, affordable, and in a great location. Would highly recommend. Reviewed on 08-12-2022
Julia Griswold(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 25-06-2022 We had our wedding here last month and I'm so glad we did. The space is beautiful and you can customize it as much (or as little) as you like, and Julieth was incredibly helpful anytime we needed anything. One advantage to having an event here is that a lot of the stuff you need to rent or pay extra for at other venues (chairs, tables, speakers to play music, etc.) is included in the rental fee. We were able to bring in the caterer of our choice too, which not every venue will allow.I had almost written this venue off because it's RIGHT next to a highway overpass and I thought we would see it (and hear it and smell it) from here, but we really couldn't.Overview:-picturesque, historic building-pretty easy street parking in the neighborhood-full kitchen with oven and dishwasher that caterer can use-not restricted to specific caterers/bartenders/vendors-private getting-ready area for bridal party off to the side-shaded outdoor area (we used for dining)-medium-sized indoor room, ideal for dancing/bar -parking lot can be used for a few cars or additional dining/lawn games/etc. -good acoustics in the church-piano included (if you want it moved out you have to pay extra, which is reasonable) Reviewed on 28-07-2022
Ana Quintana-Wysocki(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 10-04-2021 This venue is absolutely beautiful. Julieth, the venue’s point of contact person was extremely helpful and she’s just a sweetheart. We had our wedding and reception here. Everything was just beautiful. The patio bistro lights really added that little something extra to the reception. This is a fantastic venue for a rustic wedding. They are budget friendly and their packages are amazing . We’d definitely refer anyone to get married here. Thank you again Julieth, this was such a wonderful experience Reviewed on 12-04-2021
Jessica Weber(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 24-01-2021 This venue is such a dream. My husband and I really wanted to have a church wedding but wanted it to be very homey, comfortable, and intimate. Due to COVID-19, we were not able to have the reception along with the ceremony but the staff was very accommodating. Julieth is responsive and willing to work with changes to the plan. Our wedding was small and families were able to social distance themselves. In the end we went without decorations because our plans changed so many times but the church is so lovely on its own it did not make much of a difference. There is plenty of set up space for the bridal party and groomsmen to spread out and stay separated for your big reveal :) I felt so special and beautiful with nothing to worry about in this venue.Thank you to TLWC for making our day so special. Holly was raised both protestant and Catholic as a child. She now is a mother of 5 children. Her children attended vacation bible school at this church every summer for over 10 years. The summer of 2017 they were told that the church would be sold and possibly be torn down or converted into a business site. Holly and her family decided to purchase the church and restore it. Holly’s dream was to have a sacred chapel where all are welcome to celebrate God’s good will.
