Absolutely amazing venue! Everything we needed was made available to us. We even decided to change from an outdoor to an indoor wedding at the rehearsal (due to the heat), and the Luce’s walked us through it seamlessly. Everyone loved our venue! Would highly recommend!

This was such an amazing experience thanks to Kim and Kaleb Luce! They were so helpful with EVERYTHING and helped beyond what any other venue would/could do! The nicest venue owners ever!! WOW, I LOVED this venue! Kim and Kaleb made our special day so wonderful! Due to COVID-19, my husband and I were looking for a small, intimate wedding style and we believed The Lodge would be a perfect spot that would be big enough for our party, but not so big that we would feel swallowed up by size. I felt like the hosts went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with everything and were always available for questions. They were kind and professional.Highlights:-Bride and Groom suites with jack/jill bathroom (perfect for getting ready)-Accessibility to multiple TVs and outdoor sound system-Ability to put outdoor lights up if you so desire-Kitchen and buffet area, perfect for your food vendors-Pretty outdoor setting for pictures; landscaping was perfectEverything about the venue was perfectly set up. Kaleb was there day of to help wherever needed... I needed several things put up on the tv and on the groom's screen and he set that up for me without a hitch. Super thankful for the host's willingness to go above and beyond to help our day go smoothly. I would 100% recommend this venue.

From the very first meeting with Kim and Kaleb, we knew the Lodge on Red Oak Creek was where we were going to be married. We wanted to keep our wedding local, so we searched the internet for venues in our area and came across this truly hidden gem. Kim and Kaleb are total pros! They kept us informed every step of the way. We appreciated the constant communication we received and felt that they both truly cared and wanted us to have the best wedding possible. Not only are Kim and Kaleb amazing, but the scenery and landscape outdoors, as well as the lodge itself, is stunning and photographs very well. We love everything about this place! We wanted to give a super special shout out to Kaleb and Kim because the day of our wedding, we were in a torrential flood and tornado warning, but they kept their calm and prepared for our wedding as if nothing else mattered. Even when we changed plans because we had a window of opportunity to have our dream wedding outdoors, they never once argued or talked us into staying inside. They were by our side helping us set up, accommodating our needs every step of the way. Our wedding would not have gone as smoothly without them.

We fell in love with The Lodge on ROC at first sight. First impressions are everything and Kim and Kaleb made a lasting impression on us with their professionalism and warmth from our first meeting and throughout the entire process. This venue is absolutely breathtaking. The pond features mixed with the cabin feel and the overall openness of the venue was exactly what we were looking for. During the ceremony all of our guests were able to sit comfortably as well and there was still plenty of room if we needed it. The inside area is just as amazing as the outside, with plenty of space to eat and have a dance floor to dance the night away. And having that inside area with A/C was very much needed for a Texas wedding in June! And I can’t thank our hosts enough. Not only did they plan the entire wedding with us, Kaleb stayed around for the entire wedding just in case we needed anything and he drove all the guests that needed to, back and forth from the wedding site to the inside area on a golf cart. Overall just an amazing experience and we couldn’t have landed upon a greater venue.

The Lodge on Red Oak Creek was the PERFECT choice for our wedding. We had a June wedding with a guest count over 100 so we did the ceremony and reception outside, followed by dancing inside. I was a little worried about the heat at first, but the venue offers so much shade, we didn’t have an issue with the heat at all. The owners are extremely nice and were very responsive any time I had a question that I didn’t think of when I toured the venue. The venue is GORGEOUS and was in our budget so The Lodge made our dream wedding come true!

I can't describe how beautiful it is the moment you drive in.My wedding was approx. 175 people and they have many different indoor and outdoor accommodations for a wedding that size. We had our ceremony outside at their gazebo next to the lake and the reception half inside/ outside. I cannot say enough about how accommodating Kim and Kaleb were throughout the whole process of wedding planning. They answer any questions very quickly and have suggestions and tips that make planning much easier. Unlike many venues in the DFW area, they do not limit you to certain vendors and are open to ideas on letting you do exactly what you envision on your Wedding Day. The property is breathtaking and is surrounded by open land and has multiple ponds on-site. The Reception area is rustic and has spacious rooms for the bridesmaids and groomsman to get ready in. This venue is a steal and I had my dream wedding here from start to finish.

The Lodge was the perfect backdrop for our elegant and rustic wedding, and Kaleb and Kim went above and beyond to ensure we had the best day! The whole process was smooth with them, and it made a world of difference; they are a personable and professional lovely couple! The day of our wedding it was raining, and Kaleb knew how much I wanted to be outdoors; once the rain cleared he made it happen with no problem at all! My husband and I, and our large, fun family had an amazing day, and we will always reminisce on our wedding with joy!

My husband and I could not have been more pleased with our wedding day! This venue was very nice and personable. The couple that operate it keep it well organized. The lodge provided everything my son and his new wife needed. The scenery made for beautiful pictures and it was plenty of space for dancing, eating and conversing. Love it

This place is so beautiful! We had our wedding here and we have nothing, but wonderful things to say. Kim and Kaleb are very helpful, great to work with, down to earth people. They had everything set up and ready for our wedding so all we had to do was decorate. The grounds are beautiful for photos, the ceremony site is amazing! During our wedding frogs were croaking, Hawks were flyer around, and a huge fish was swimming towards the top of the pond. The inside space is beautiful without even decorating! We loved the wooden beams inside. The getting ready rooms are perfect for any bridal party and quite large from other venues we looked into using. You will not be disappointed if you choose this venue!

It is magazine quality scenery, the rooms are like hotels, the communication and helpfulness made us stress less and allowed us to enjoy every moment even though it went by in a flash. I would recommend 100/10. I feel bad for other venues, this place has no competition. I’d name my first child Kim or Kaleb. They rocked it! Thanks boss

The place is gorgeous and the host are amazing. They have a newly beautiful constructed ceremony sight that over looks the huge pond. Depending on your taste and weather you can have the reception inside or out. The building is a beautiful log cabin venue that sits by a pond with running fountains. Hands down the best place of all types of occasions. Weddings, renewal of values, birthdays, quinceanera, family reunion, new years party, photo sessions. Again the host are great, accommodating , and have great ideas.

Kim and Kaleb were absolutely amazing! I would 100% recommend them to other couples looking for a beautiful outdoor and indoor space. We had some rain the day before our wedding and they were prepared with a backup plan and ready to do whatever needed to be done to make our wedding as wonderful as I had imagined. They delivered. Luckily we were able to have the ceremony outside still, and had a beautiful reception indoors and on the covered porch. The weather even cooperated and we were able to have the paper lantern send off I had been dreaming of for years. If you're looking for a venue with people who actually care about you and your special day, definitely check them out. It felt like having 2 more family members at our wedding.

I reached out to get information and Kim responded quickly and set me up for a tour the same day. Her husband Kaleb gave us a tour and was extremely nice! The venue price is very affordable!!! We would have definitely book if it was big enough for our guest count.

Pictures doesn't do this place justice. You have to view this venue in person. From the time we went and checked the venue out in Aug or Sep 2016. Kalab and Kim Rocked everything. Being a same-sex couple you look at venues differently as not wanting to be judged or wondering if you are getting the best service that people have to offer. It was NEVER a doubt in my mind that we weren't being treated fairly. For that I'm grateful. There aren't enough words that can express how truly happy I am for selecting The Lodge on Red Oak Creek for everything that have done to make sure that our wedding day was one to remember. Kalab and Kim thank you from the bottom of our hearts. You were a God send. For any bride and groom looking for a great location with exceptional views of the great outdoors, this venue is for you! The wall-to-wall nature surrounding the lodge is nothing short of aesthetically pleasing. The natural beauty alone made it super simple for us to keep ceremony & reception decorations to a minimum so as not to take away from what all the venue truly has to offer. Kim & Kaleb Luce were very accommodating and responsive. They even went above and beyond to help the tent company setup the evening before and the morning of the wedding when it looked like we might be in for a bit of rain. Kim is an amazing asset for any future bride who feels overwhelmed with the planning process. Not to mention that the pricing of the venue was spectacular and very affordable for our budget-friendly nuptials. Good luck in the future, The Lodge on Red Oak Creek!

I can't say enough good things about this venue. The location is great and the entire setup is just beautiful for an outdoor or indoor wedding or any other event. This venue location is absolutely stunning.
