OUR STORY The Madison was built in the early 1900s as the home of Republic Brass Company, a luxury faucet manufacturer. After years of disuse, the space caught our eye, and we fell in love with its history and its potential future. As event professionals, we knew we could merge the space’s historic industrialism with modern minimalism and create a space as unique as the people who would fill it. The new space was designed to blend the best of the past and the present, and in 2018, The Madison officially opened in the heart of the Midtown district as the premier location for Cleveland’s top events. A BLANK CANVAS At The Madison, the sky’s the limit. The style may be minimalist, but don’t let that fool you: we’ve thought of everything, and we’re ready to create an event that exceeds your expectations. From the aesthetic to the design, every part of The Madison is designed to foster creativity. The white brick walls, twenty foot ceilings, and open layout serve as a beautiful minimalist backdrop for your event or as the perfect blank canvas to tell your unique story.

We just got done with our wedding at The Madison and we could not have been more happy with EVERYTHING. Daryl and Anthony went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. They also went out of their way make sure our family was happy and having a good time as well. Everything with planning at The Madison was so stress free. I seriously don’t know how I can fit all the amazing things I have to say into one review. Daryl, Anthony and Jana went ABOVE and beyond to make our day so special. Daryl and Anthony had taken over director positions the spring leading up to our wedding and let me just say that was the BEST thing to ever happen for us and The Madison!! They are beyond amazing. Planning with them was so smooth. We left every walk through feeling so relieved because of them. They are truthfully experts in what they do. All of our problems were solved, questions answered and anything we wanted they made happen with no questions asked. They were always available to talk or answer any questions that may have come up which I was very appreciative of. They gave us access to the venue the day before for set up since they had nothing booked which was extremely nice. I know some venues won’t offer this or they will have you pay more for early access. Since they also had nothing booked the day after we were able to pick up our things on that Monday. We were able to avoid large same day pick up fees from some of ours vendors since they allowed us to come back Monday which was so nice of them and saved us a lot of money! Unfortunately it rained all day and we were not able to have our ceremony outside. They helped us create our rain backup plan and worked closely with our wedding planner to do everything they could to make it perfect! We had a larger guest count which made the inside ceremony a little more difficult since we needed to do a room flip after to be ready for the reception. Daryl and Anthony were there helping set up the ceremony space and helped with the room flip after the ceremony was over which was beyond nice of them.Once it was time for dinner they both continuously checked not only on us but on our parents as well. They wanted us to be able to focus on each other and be in the moment and it really showed. Daryl even brought us drinks so that we could sit together and just enjoy our dinner. We were completely blow away at how much they truthfully cared about us on our special day. Our guests have not stopped talking about our wedding and how amazing it was. Everyone loved the venue because of how different it was compared to any wedding they have been to before. We had 260+ guests and no one ever felt crowded or on top of each other. Oh, and the drinks at the bar were phenomenal!! Such good bartending staff!! If you’re looking for a venue to wow your guests and staff that is going to do anything to make your day perfect then this is the place for you!! If I could give them a million stars I would. Daryl and Anthony have created one of the best wedding and event venues in Cleveland! From the site itself to their dedication, professionalism and pure love for what they do, it was so fun and easy to host our wedding at The Madison. The space itself is a dream, so much open space that is waiting to be filled with whatever your heart desires! The bridal suites are beyond beautiful and industrial chic. We had a few handicapped family members in attendances and they raved about how this truly was an easy experience for them. When I walked into the Madison this summer I was greeted by Anthony and Daryl Licursi, I was blown away by their incredible professionalism and kindness. Every time I’ve seen them they have treated myself and my staff with the utmost respect. They are so much fun, they truly care about the clients event and the vendor teams they work with! It’s stress free and hassle free with them. They are the best thing to ever happen to The Madison. Not to mention their outstanding bar services company, Licursi Bartending. We can’t wait to go back and work with them in the future!

I had the most fantastic experience working as a planner with the Madison Venue! Daryl and Anthony are true professionals. Working with Anthony and his crew was amazing. What a tremendous help they were. They made everything so simple and easy on my end being the mother of the bride things can get very stressful. My whole experience with them was 100% stress-free. They made all my visions come to life. I would recommend the venue for any event… Not only is the event space great, but working with Anthony and Darrell… They just can’t be beat. They are top notch!

Working with Anthony and his crew was amazing. What a tremendous help they were. They made everything so simple and easy on my end being the mother of the bride things can get very stressful. The Madison was the perfect venue for our wedding. It was not only beautiful but the team is absolutely fantastic. Anthony and Darryl made sure everything was perfect from the first walkthrough and worked with our coordinator and vendors to make sure we had the best day. Kim was there the day of and worked the whole time making sure everything was taken care of and we were able to focus on dancing the night away with family and friends.Denise and the bar staff handled every detail for the bar. We got so many compliments on the drinks and the level of service they provided. I would highly recommend The Madison and The Madison team. I couldn't have asked for a more perfect day.

My daughter's wedding was at The Madison this month and I cannot say enough positive things about our experience. Anthony and Daryl were so easy to work with, very helpful, provided great suggestions and the day was perfect. We had the wedding ceremony in the main area, with the cocktail hour in the smaller room that leads to the enclosed beautiful patio. The main area was quickly flipped while our guests enjoyed appetizers and drinks. We have so many wonderful memories from this special day that we will always treasure.

Had our wedding at The Madison. They did a terrific job. Leah was awesome to work with. Very helpful throughout the whole process and was instrumental in making sure our big day was amazing. The venue looked great for our wedding; and the bartenders and crew worked their tails off the whole evening. The Madison worked really well with all our vendors. Would 10/10 recommend anyone looking for a wedding venue to check out The Madison. It’s a really cool space, big, can accommodate a large crowd, and the staff will go out of their way to take care of you.

I would reconsider booking your wedding here. The contract has been altered multiple times and the beautiful rooms they advertise to use to get ready are NOT air conditioned. This was not disclosed to us. We did not find out until our final walkthrough when we realized the rooms were too hot to use. I don’t want another bride to have to go through this.

Maggie, Emily and the rest of the team at the Madison worked tirelessly to make every last detail perfect. Although they have preferred vendors, you’re allowed to use any vendor you would like. There are multiple rooms and areas for a full service event. We had our ceremony in the Foundry Room, cocktail hour on the patio, and the reception in the main room. Our guests raved all night about the space and couldn’t believe they hadn’t been to a wedding here yet. I can’t recommend spending your day at the Madison enough!

I played in a band at the Madison. My $10,000 vintage Selmer saxophone was stolen. It's been a month and the Cleveland Police and I have yet to obtain the security footage. No cooperation from the venue. No phone calls returned. When I did get through to Maggie the manager she lied and said she wasn't there the evening my saxophone was stolen so she didn't know what happened. That was a lie, i spoke with her that night before I filed a police report. You would think a business would be more sympathetic to their vendors in a case a grand theft. Maybe they have something to hide? It's in a sketchy part of town. You and your guests deserve better. If you are a vendor, stay away from this venue as well. I've been in the wedding industry for more than 20 years and have never experienced this level of disrespect...

We booked our wedding at The Madison and we loved it. The Madison is a beautiful refurbished warehouse location. In addition to being a stellar location, the staff working this venue was world-class. They were very accommodating to work with and helped us put together our perfect event. I can't recommend the Madison highly enough.

We booked our wedding at The Madison and we loved it. The Madison is a beautiful refurbished warehouse location. In addition to being a stellar location, the staff working this venue was world-class. They were very accommodating to work with and helped us put together our perfect event. I can't recommend the Madison highly enough.
