The Main Event can accommodate up to 299 guests, making it suitable for gatherings of various sizes. Our event space has a blank canvas design, perfect for adapting to your chosen decor and vendor rentals. We are committed to eco-friendly practices, including using energy-efficient equipment, to help you celebrate your special day in an environmentally responsible way. You can use our rental equipment, including tables, chairs, linens, cutlery, dishware, photo booths, and AV packages, ensuring your event is fully ready. We offer both all-inclusive packages and a la carte services, giving you the flexibility to choose what suits your preferences and needs. I can’t begin to tell you how perfect my wedding was at The Main Event! Brittany and Sara took the worst situation and spun it into gold! My fiancé and I had been scammed by a local chef.We were left without food, a venue, our deposit or a plan. Without hesitation, they stepped up to the challenge and delivered the best day we could have imagined! Their venue is gorgeous, the catering they recommended was delicious, their bartenders were top-notch.Brittany and Sara were there for us like family and never hesitated to respond to us or answer any questions we had. You truly could not choose a better team when planning your event. Not to mention the location in downtown Hendersonville is so cute! Our wedding day was everything I could have dreamed and more!
