The Manor at Mountain View is a wedding venue situated in Harrisburg, PA. This rustic yet modern property flawlessly combines its historical past with twenty-first-century celebrations. For those seeking to make the most of the Keystone States’ sunshine, ceremonies can take place in the outside garden. This intimate area is complete with a three-tiered pergola, rustic charm, a fountain, and pond. As you exchange vows, the trickling sound of the fountain gently adds a tranquil note to proceedings. The celebrations can continue outdoors at the patio. Ideal for cocktail hours, this two-tier patio allows your guest to converse while marveling at views of the Dauphin County mountain range. This full-service pub with a dressing room allows you and your friends to enjoy each other's company before the big moment arrives. The pub also features a large TV, PlayStation, and foosball table. The staff at The Manor at Mountain View aims to make your planning preparations run as smoothly as possible. They can assist with the complete layout of your day and help set up all of your event items and decorations. At the end of the evening, staff can clean up, leaving you to celebrate long into the night. A full on-site is also provided for your chosen caterer. If I could give 10 stars I would. I booked Manor in 2021 for my 2023 wedding. Throughout the planning process, Angie was the most helpful in answering questions that didn't always pertain to her role in just being a venue owner. I absolutely love the bridal suite- with every bridesmaid having their own space, plus the grooms suite. Even bigger bonus, they have ALL the decor you possible want or need!!! Fast forward to the day of, Angie was tentative to the myself, my bridesmaids, family and friends. 15 minutes prior to my ceremony, the skies opened up and began to rain-- when I already agreed upon an outdoor ceremony. Angie wasted no time and made it happen to have it indoors and it was soooo seamless my guests didn't even realize what was going on. The apps you can share privately to ensure you're eating, how thorough her team is and seamless in their transitions.. if I had to do it all over again, I'd never pick any other place. 10/10 recommend!!!!!!

If you are looking for a wedding venue in the Harrisburg, PA area, look no further! The Manor at Mountain View is TOP of the line! After my now husband and I toured this venue we knew it was the one for us! Angie (owner and your personal wedding coordinator) has everything you need included with packaged price. You don't have to worry about bartenders, food, decor, linens, etc. Angie was so kind and all of her staff are also amazing! On my wedding day, Angie kept checking in on me to make sure everything was OK. She had everything the way that I wanted it and even showed me pictures of the decor set up downstairs. My wedding timeline was flawless and Angie was there every step of the way to make sure everything was on time! She even bumped cocktail hour by 30 minutes to make sure my husband and I got all the photos we wanted! I seriously didn't have to think about anything because Angie and her team were on it! There was even a small misunderstanding at the end of the night and Angie's wonderful husband helped handle it which he did not have do! I have family and friends all raving about this venue, the decor and the food! You seriously cannot beat this place. I had the most amazing wedding day and I couldn't have asked for anything better! You are in great hands with The Manor at Mountain view!!!!!

We were coming back from seeing another venue in State College and took a detour and found this gem! I looked up the name and got in for a showing that same week on Friday! I knew from the moment Angie (Owner) and I met that she would have the answers to all my questions and definitely have my best interest and vision In mind! I felt so at ease from starting to ending that I could not leave without booking our date! Angie and her staff are know how to create and execute a Magical and Amazing wedding from start to finish! Knowing that all Decor, Table, Chairs, Linens and even there own Food Catering (WGC) was on site and there for us made our day even more easier and stress free! If you are looking for a STUNNING venue and for your wedding to be stress free and smoothly! Look NO further The Manor at Mountain View is your venue! Wow. I cannot believe our wedding was a little over a week ago and I am still basking in the glow of how perfect it was. Angie and the team at the Manor were amazing throughout the whole process. The day was literally flawless. I am not a crafty or visionary person when it came to our wedding and the Manor had all of that covered. From the beginning they asked if we had any thoughts and they were able to pull together our entire wedding vibe and that was INCLUDED in the price! We had to set up NOTHING. We did not need tear down at the end of the night. The Manor made our day so magical from the beginning to end. PLUS they made it snow on a 60 degree day in December just for the ceremony and it looked beautiful. I appreciate so much how well they took care of us and were attentive to us the whole time. My husband and I keep saying we love that we were able to actually sit and enjoy the appetizers and food. I was worried the day was going to go by so fast and we weren't going to have any moments to breathe together but you made it happen with the first look and the pre-walk out to the reception. The food was delicious. The space was absolutely beautiful from the ceremony to the reception. Everyone was extremely complementary of the venue, the flow of the day, the professionalism of the team team - having our wedding at the Manor was the best decision. Thank you so much for helping to make our day so unbelievably special.

This venue is beautiful and our guests had a good time. Everyone said they enjoyed the food. We got to enjoy our appetizers privately, which was one of my favorite parts of the day. There’s lots of good places to take pictures. The flexible outdoor and indoor options were great to have. It was convenient to have the bridal suite and groomsmen’s tavern in the venue and not have to get ready at a hotel. The venue coordinator was wonderful at running the show at the rehearsal dinner and the day of. She helped the bridal party and parents get where they needed to go. She also went out of her way to come to our rehearsal dinner, which was very helpful. This venue comes with decor and other wedding essentials, which was amazing. I did not have to waste money on centerpieces or table runners that I will never use again. My biggest issue, and why I can’t give this venue five stars, is the lack of communication. We booked this venue back in October 2021, and we did not start receiving regular replies from the venue coordinator until late June 2023. During my planning process, I naturally had a few questions come up that I needed to ask. When I sent an email, I had to send 2-3 follow up emails before I was answered. Sometimes, I was never answered at all. No one ever answered the phone or responded to voicemails. It was very difficult to schedule appointments. We always had to initiate scheduling appointments, they never reached out to us. As a bride, this really added to my stress and anxiety. We brought up our concerns, and we were not taken seriously. I think the lack of communication is because the venue coordinator is overwhelmed. She would benefit from hiring an assistant to help with emails and scheduling. Because of her being overwhelmed and little details being missed, certain decor I had chosen for my day was wrong. You don’t get the venue for the whole weekend, you get it for a day. So just keep that in mind when booking. You can’t have your rehearsal dinner there the day before. We had a good day, and the staff is very nice, but these are things to consider before booking.

The manor was absolutely amazing. Me and my now husband, Gideon, had a wonderful day and could not have asked for anything better. All decor, linens, china, table settings, the coordinators, the staff sets everything up, they were just so helpful!! My day was stress free and super calm.

My wife and I cannot say enough good things about The Manor at Mountain View, Angie and Ella. Everything about our wedding day was absolutely perfect. 10 minutes before our ceremony we had a surprise rain storm come through and Angie could not of handled it better. Angie and the whole team at the Manor made our wedding day stress-free. When we toured and I saw how organized they are I felt comfortable booking. They offer so much in the package, from yummy food and décor, to small details like guest baskets in the bathrooms. I can’t imagine finding a better value in central PA. Plus, their skilled team meant we did not have to lift a finger for setting up the space! We did have a small issue with scheduling, but Angie more than compensated for the mistake. She was always available to answer questions and reassure us that everything was going smoothly. She even brought photos of the reception space set up into the bridal suite the morning of the wedding so I could see everything as it happened! She is incredibly detail-focused and had options for everyone's needs, including a golf cart service for my elderly grandparents and a one-off vegan meal for my cousin. The grounds are beautiful, the inside is beautiful, and the team makes you and all your guests feel so at home. I highly recommend hosting your Big Day here!

We LOVED The Manor at Mountain View!! Angie was the sweetest, most helpful, and caring person and we appreciated it so much. The entire process was seamless and they did everything. They are affordably priced, make decoration decisions so easy for you, the venue is gorgeous, and the entire staff is super sweet and organized. The Manor was the first venue we viewed, and it was a no-brainer from the moment we arrived. Angie and Randy (owners and operators) made us feel like family from the very beginning. Not only were they warm and welcoming, but they knew what they were doing. They had all the answers to all of our questions and they made us feel so confident about their event management abilities. We knew right away we were in great hands! We booked about a year out, and over that time they were always available to us to answer questions and help us get our ducks in the row. They never once made us question our choice in venue and on the day of the wedding they were supporting us at every step. The Manor was the first venue we viewed, and it was a no-brainer from the moment we arrived. Angie and Randy (owners and operators) made us feel like family from the very beginning. Not only were they warm and welcoming, but they knew what they were doing. They had all the answers to all of our questions and they made us feel so confident about their event management abilities. We knew right away we were in great hands! We booked about a year out, and over that time they were always available to us to answer questions and help us get our ducks in the row. They never once made us question our choice in venue and on the day of the wedding they were supporting us at every step. The staff at the Manor care so much about their bride, groom, and guests, you can feel it in the air. Our day was special for a lot of reasons, but having this team with us along the way is without a doubt the biggest reason we will remember it always as the best day!

We looked at 6-8 places and this one crushed the competition… So inclusive with decor, food, small details etc. She even gave us a sparkler send off because that’s just how generous they are! They read the room and our needs perfectly. We couldn’t ask for a better team.

Throughout the morning on the day of, I got picture updates on how the set up was looking and knew exactly what to expect going into the ceremony/reception.Angie is hands-down, the best person to have on your side for your wedding day. We had one situation (outside of all of our control) that Angie took care of for us. Bartender is awesome too. Very personable and all of the staff as well. At the end of the night they pack up all your gifts and leftover alcohol and help you load it up! Berry memorable day !!!

Angelique was running around all morning checking on me and my girls in the bridal suite and then checking on my husband and his guys in the grooms tavern all while making sure the ceremony and reception area looked great! This venue is also an amazing deal!! You get a beautiful venue with fantastic space and scenery, pick of whatever decorations they have available, and a built in wedding coordinator plus her team, set up/tear down and clean up! Everyone loved the food and it was so convenient that it was on location and served to our guests. You can not beat that!! We have received tons of compliments from our guests that it was such a beautiful wedding. I was so grateful to Angelique for helping to make our day just the most stress free special day we could’ve imagined!! There are so many more positive things I could say. Highly recommend! Not only is the venue beautiful, but the staff were amazing on my wedding day. It rained, and I had to make the decision to have my wedding inside (which they let you decide that day which is great). They did a beautiful job setting up the inside ceremony space and I was shown pictures ahead of time of that and all of the other decor. Angie really does think of everything, which let our day be as stress free as possible. They also have a lot of decor that is available for your use which saves a lot of money.

I am admittedly a very detail oriented, type A, overachiever, control freak that is very hard to please. That said, Angie and her staff exceeded all of my expectations. I cannot believe that I was able to enjoy every moment of the planning and execution of my daughter’s wedding. Anything I thought of Angie already had handled. She took so much of the stress away and I will be forever grateful. Everything is clearly spelled out in the contract. There are no surprises, no hidden fees. One price for an all-inclusive experience with so many perks. It is hard to believe, but it is true. Their focus is always on the bride and groom and making their day spectacular – and they succeeded in spades. When the guests arrived everything was immaculate. The food was phenomenal and plentiful. We knew from the moment we took our first visit at the Manor that we could stop looking for other venues for our wedding. The value you get for your dollar is truly unbeatable - you are not just getting a beautiful venue with both outdoor and indoor options for your ceremony and/or reception, but you receive a wedding coordinator(s), Jamie or Angie, included in the cost of the venue rental, who go above and beyond to make your day stress-free and memorable.They are exceptional coordinators with years of experience who make you feel as special as your loved ones do on your big day. They kept us on schedule, adjusted to last minute changes, and I truly felt like beyond choosing my vendors and wedding attire, they did all of the rest of the planning. The only decorations we bought that they didn't already have were our floral arrangements. We saved so much time, money and stress by choosing this venue.While my girls and I spent hours getting ready in the beautiful bridal suite on-site and my now husband and his groomsmen were spending time in the unique grooms tavern which is also in the venue, Angie and Jamie set all of our tables and decorations up exactly how we wanted and touched base with each of our vendors all much before our guests started arriving. They ensure every detail of your day is exactly how you envisioned. Not to mention how absolutely breathtaking the entire property is inside and outside. They are constantly renovating the area so from the time you see the venue until the time you have your wedding, there will probably be at least one addition to the already beautiful property. The exclusive caterer Manor uses, WGC Catering, had so many options to choose from and our guests raved about the cocktail hour appetizers and the entrees we chose for dinner. We knew from the moment we took our first visit at the Manor that we could stop looking for other venues for our wedding. The value you get for your dollar is truly unbeatable - you are not just getting a beautiful venue with both outdoor and indoor options for your ceremony and/or reception, but you receive a wedding coordinator(s), Jamie or Angie, included in the cost of the venue rental, who go above and beyond to make your day stress-free and memorable.They are exceptional coordinators with years of experience who make you feel as special as your loved ones do on your big day. They kept us on schedule, adjusted to last minute changes, and I truly felt like beyond choosing my vendors and wedding attire, they did all of the rest of the planning. The only decorations we bought that they didn't already have were our floral arrangements. We saved so much time, money and stress by choosing this venue.While my girls and I spent hours getting ready in the beautiful bridal suite on-site and my now husband and his groomsmen were spending time in the unique grooms tavern which is also in the venue, Angie and Jamie set all of our tables and decorations up exactly how we wanted and touched base with each of our vendors all much before our guests started arriving. They ensure every detail of your day is exactly how you envisioned. Not to mention how absolutely breathtaking the entire property is inside and outside. They are constantly renovating the area so from the time you see the venue until the time you have your wedding, there will probably be at least one addition to the already beautiful property. The exclusive caterer Manor uses, WGC Catering, had so many options to choose from and our guests raved about the cocktail hour appetizers and the entrees we chose for dinner. The manor not only comes with Angelique who is priceless but HUNDREDS of items you can borrow for free like signs, lanterns, china options, arches, fake greens, candles, and much much more. They also set everything up for you just drop it off with notes and walk in on your wedding day to perfection! Even on the wedding day, they help keep you on schedule and deal with issues that come up so smoothly you can tell everyone there are pros. I recommend anyone in any season to get married here! I had a winter wedding and even the small things like putting a blanket on me when we took the golf cart to pictures was so amazing. They let you do engagement pictures onsite as well which was so nice! I loved getting pictures at the same places in the engagement pictures and the wedding pictures they still look so different but look so great together. They are the absolute best!!!

Then came the planning and the wedding it self. Everything was lovely. To this day we continue to get comments about how lovely her wedding was. The venue, the ceremony (on-site), her dress, the food and the dessert bar....WOW! Angie and team were a pleasurer and so easy to work with. We appreciated everything so much. Lastly, I was the florist, but they have so many items available to use for decorating purposes, which was so helpful.

Even if I wrote a million words for this review it wouldn't be enough to convey to you how wonder Angie, staff and this venue are! I booked The Manor At Mountainview for my youngest daughter's bridal shower on 8-29-2021 (see my older daughter's review below) and everything was perfect. Not only did they deliver on what they said, they went above and beyond to deliver whatever we needed day of. I only wish they would have been open for business before my daughter & her finance had already booked their wedding venue and made their nonrefundable deposit.From my first FB pm to her right when they opened (unfortunately almost exactly as the word Covid was first spoken), through planning, on shower day and even after when I had to contact her to let her know the bride-to-be and I tested positive for Covid Angie has been the most professional, 'human' caring and kind person I have ever met in the wedding industry!If you do one thing when you start planning your event, schedule a tour of this venue and book them. Angie and Randy are so personable and you can tell the genuinely want you to have the best time. You can also tell by how much they offer with the venue, they have everything you could need! When I would be planning and thought of something I forgot I would need I checked with Angie first and she said \" Oh i have so many options for that don't go and buy something!\" My husband is the one who actually found it because of their unique Men's Tavern for the guys to get ready, and the ladies couldn't have had a better area in the multi roomed bridal suite! From all that big stuff to the smallest detail that you wouldn't think of but they do, they take care of all of it. I was so against an outdoor ceremony because of the fear of bad weather and not wanted to use a muddy tent but they have the ability to move everything inside even the morning of in case you change your mind and that put me so at ease! And I haven't even touched on the location yet! It is absolutely gorgeous and everyone told us all night how much they loved it. To top it all off two days after our wedding I get an email from Angie checking up and letting me know that I forgot my bouquet but she kept it in water for me!! I know this is long but we really just had the best time ever! You will not regret booking The Manor at Mountain View!

Angelique and Randy really take you under their wing and do everything in their power to make your day perfect. Their attention to detail and passion really make the whole experience so enjoyable. We couldn’t have asked for a better venue or better people to host us. The food was delicious and it was great it was prepared in-house. All I can say is after having such a crappy year Ang and Randy delivered is the happiness me and my wife thought Covid-19 had taken. Book with them you will not be disappointed

Words cannot describe the wonderful experience we had at the Manor at Mountain. Angie & Randy are truly amazing owners who went above & beyond to make our day special. My husband & I had to replan our wedding since our prior wedding venue cancelled due to COVID. We were very fortunate that The Manor at Mountain had an opening on our day and as soon as we saw the venue, we jumped on it. The views of the mountain are breathtaking. The pergola for outdoor weddings is a perfect backdrop. The inside venue has been newly renovated with beautiful chandeliers and flooring with natural light/windows surrounding the room. The food from WGC catering was delicious and reasonably priced for all budgets. Our guest loved the dinner buffet & mixed dessert options. The servers were pleasant & respective. It was an added bonus that we could use the venue the entire day with separate rooms for the bridesmaids and a sweet tavern with video games & Foosball for the groomsmen. There were numerous gorgeous picture locations throughout the property including a pond, two bridges above Fishing Creek, a downed tree and mountain backdrop. The curved stairs were perfect for our first look.The Manor at Mountain View will not disappoint! Highly recommend for any bride & groom out there! Check them out!

Let’s start with the beginning! Even with my crazy schedule, Angie was easy to set up a time with to view the beautiful ceremony and reception space. She walked me through all the options on layouts and truly listened to all my concerns. After booking, Angie was a phone call away to answer all of my questions (I had many!). I felt relaxed after speaking with her. Fast forward to the wedding day! The morning of went absolutely smooth. She made sure we had everything we needed. We were able to get ready in the beautiful bridal suite. What an amazing space! It was a great area for the girls, the moms and myself to get ready with the hair and makeup team. When it was time to get lined up, she was right there directing everyone where and when to go. The view was straight out of a fairytale. The beautiful mountains in the back and the fountain behind the pergola made for a stunning backdrop and a serene place for a wedding. The reception area was decorated gorgeously. Our jaws dropped when we saw the centerpieces, the layout, the candles, EVERYTHING, including the mountains outside of the large windows. It was a sight. Throughout the evening Angie and the rest of the crew made sure my husband and I were taken care of. The were extremely professional and were so friendly with our guests. To sum it up, this is by far one of the most beautiful venues and we were so lucky to have booked with Angie. If you are looking for a venue thats got it all, this is it. A place of beauty with a stunning Mountain View.

As a covid bride there were many other stresses that came with our wedding. Angie stepped in and made sure everything for our day was perfect. We can’t thank her enough for everything she did for us. All of our guests kept commenting on how beautiful both the outdoor and indoor spaces were. The venue and property was so spacious. There was plenty of room for the bridal party to get ready on site. She thought of many last minute details that we would have forgotten. She took so much stress off of our wedding planning. We actually had a different venue booked before here and ended up switching due to covid. To say that the switch is as a blessing is an understatement. If you want a gorgeous venue with wonderful owners this is it.

I don't even know where to begin! We used the The Manor at Mountain View for our surprise proposal dinner, wedding rehearsal dinner, and our wedding. This venue was absolutely breathtaking! Completely remodeled, gorgeous decorations, and very spacious. The owners Angie and Randy are extremely professional, knowledgeable, patient, courteous, and passionate about their industry. The entire staff were helpful, attentive, respectful, and pleasant. For our wedding, Angie truly brought our entire vision to life! All I had to do is say what I wanted and she provided everything! She exceeded ALL of our expectations. Angie is extremely talented when it comes to planning and has an eye for design. She has extensive food options which everything tasted so delicious. All of our guests raved about how delicious the food was. They continue telling us how beautiful the venue is. We will continue using this venue for future events. It has the best location and the best views for photography purposes. If you’re hosting an event, make The Manor at Mountain View be your choice! I highly recommend this venue to EVERYONE and I PROMISE you will not regret it!!!
