The Manor at River Run is an elegant country estate in Westminster, Maryland. Nestled at the end of a winding private lane, the beautiful manor house, charming east lawn, and manicured property provide the ideal setting for couples seeking a picturesque location with ample photo opportunities. Secluded, yet just minutes from hotels, restaurants, and downtown Westminster. This venue can host up to 200 people for ceremonies and receptions. The beautifully landscaped east lawn serves as a ceremony location, surrounded by natural charm and shaded by large maple trees. A glamorous draped tent, nestled among mature trees and emerald hills, accommodates up to 200 guests for receptions and large gatherings. The graceful manor house dates to 1861 and has been thoughtfully and beautifully restored. Each couple and their attendants can prepare for their celebration in comfortably furnished get-ready suites, where they can savor the anticipation of the day, refresh throughout the entire event, and make the most of the unique atmosphere for photos. The ballroom and music room are spacious and filled with light, providing the perfect space for family and friends to gather throughout the day. The manor house features original wood flooring, intricate decorative moldings, and glamorous touches such as crystal chandeliers, taffeta and velvet draperies, Carrara marble, and glittering gold accents. The Manor at River Run welcomes wedding ceremonies and receptions, as well as engagement parties, showers, rehearsal dinners, elopements, and more. The capable management team assists couples with setup, cleanup, vendor coordination, and the use of get-ready rooms, tables, chairs, parking, and wheelchair access. The peak season for this venue stretches from April through October, providing couples with a wide range of dates to select for their wedding.
