Upon walking onto the grounds, I knew Manor House was the location of my dreams. There are so many amazing features the grounds have to offer from the water, to the stone bridge, to the barn, and to the classic lighting features topped off with the most beautifully decorated tent you could imagine. My day was spectacular. The Manor House made every transition as smooth as possible with my day of coordinator Kathleen at the helm! She even helped me bustle my dress and kept me at ease with various concerns that came up throughout the day including when my hotel shuttle with a majority of my guests was running behind. With that being said, the reason I provided 4 stars was due to the poor overall communication that went continuously down hill after booking. I felt as though once I was booked, I wasn't a concern and getting replies and on top of that replies that were easy to understand and make crucial decisions from were lacking. As a bride from out of state, on a day when I had taken off of work for a meeting that I was told had to be in person, I woke up to a text saying it had to be rescheduled with no contingency plan or way to contact another person to develop that plan. Many emails had incorrect dates and information as well as that information previously confirmed had not been noted appropriately or communicated properly amongst various team members resulting in last minute scrambling to look at original contracts for agreed upon pricing. If I had to change anything, I wish there was a different primary contact; otherwise, the venue itself, the food, decor, the day of, etc could not have been better!

Just got married here 12/2/23 and it was the most perfect day. I can't say enough about the staff, the food, the grounds, Amanda the point of contact/planner, everyone and everything was just truly a dream. The byob bar was amazing, bartenders were great. The staff was amazing with helping pack DIY decor and left over cake at the end of the event, and everything was truly just perfect.

As well as the inside has several rooms that just give the venue a different feel from any other ballroom weāve been to. Food is GREAT ! The staff was absolutely wonderful to us! From the moment we saw this venue, we knew it was something special! This place has so much to offer. The grounds are gorgeous and the perfect backdrop for wedding pictures. The food was absolutely amazing - from the cocktail hour, to dinner, to the milk and cookie bar at the end of the night.Amanda was incredibly organized and helpful in the planning process, which helped take so much of the wedding planning stress away. She, along with the amazing staff -- day-of coordinator, waiters, bartenders -- made our wedding day incredibly special. 1000/10 would recommend this venue :)

Book this venue for your wedding day! We got married on 9/16 and it was the most wonderful day of our lives. We booked two years in advance and had a generally larger size wedding (about 255 guests attended). With this, there was a lot of planning involved to be able to have our dream wedding. Yes, the venue is absolutely gorgeous. If you ask me itās picture perfect and every single one of our guests agreed. The food was also amazing (not your typical wedding venue food either) every plate was done well and absolutely delicious. To me, the food and venue was wonderful but what really made our dream wedding come true is the staff. I just want to give a big shout out to Amanda because she truly was just so amazing leading up to our wedding day. She was responsive and organized and listened to usā¦and at the end our dream wedding came true. Also thank you to everyone else who made our day, our guests could not stop talking about the serviceā¦the bartenders, to the wedding coordinator, to how the servers knew their names! Just incredible. I highly recommend if you want a perfect, beautiful wedding book the Manor House at Prophecy Creek. They will personalize you and your groom and make sure you have your perfect dream wedding, which does not happen at most venues!

The Manor House is such a nice venue! The outdoor space is beautiful, but the indoor space is beautiful also so the rain plan isn't terrible. A big decision factor for us was that they had a giant dance floor, where other venues had tiny spaces. We had a very pleasant experience working with Amanda (the venue coordinator)- she helped us plan everything from A to Z, gave great suggestions, and was a rockstar on the wedding day. Very accommodating! Food was delicious and the service was friendly and timely (they even butler drinks during cocktail hour!). Plenty of space to get ready for both bride and groom parties. The only negative thing I can think of is that you have to pay $250 extra for each hour before 11 AM you want to use the venue. We ended up paying for 3 extra hours :(

Amanda, our primary contact, was thorough and attentive and knowledgeable from the moment we toured the venue right up through our big day and every moment in between! We had a lot of very specific layout details we wanted both outside and in and Amanda was super flexible and incredibly helpful each step of the way. Our experience on the day was just as great. Everything was set-up perfectly and our day of-coordinator Kathleen kept things running smoothly and efficiently even when there were last minute pivots (like ill-timed rain). We canāt recommend the Manor House at Prophecy Creek more highly!

We had the best day at the Manor House at Prophecy Creek! It's a beautiful venue with kind and helpful staff (especially Amanda, who answered all of our questions and kept us calm/on track throughout the planning process!). Heard from so many guests that they loved the food and space. Everyone left with a stunning photo and a hotdog, lol! My only critique is the quick cleanup at the end of the night. I know it's not always possible for a venue to let you pick up decor/alcohol/etc. the next morning, but it would be helpful for a reminder during the day (when there's a lot of waiting around) to pack and clean up at least the bridal/groom suites before the fun begins.

We got married at Manor House in August 2023. We had a great experience, some of the highlights are the coordinators who help you the day of, the food was delicious, the servers/bartenders are great, and the DJ we hired who was recommended to us by them (silver sounds). The day-of coordinators are there for you every step of the day and make sure everything is perfect and runs smoothly. All I had to do was show up and get ready (lol) which was perfect! I believe our day-of coordinator was named Savannah, and she was so awesome. She made sure everything was perfect and every detail was triple-checked. We loved our wedding, and our guests had such a great time. Not to mention the grounds are so scenic and beautiful, there are so many great photo ops for you as a couple as well as your guests. Would recommended manor house for your wedding!

We had the most beautiful wedding at The Manor House! This hidden gem was the most perfect wedding location. The grounds are gorgeous and the staff and owner were so helpful. Amanda helped us plan every detail- she was organized, helpful, and so easy to work with. The day went by flawlessly and everyone had an amazing time! I loved that we were able to get ready at the venue. Since our wedding, we have received so many compliments about our venue and how beautiful everything was! Our only disappointment was that the venue failed to communicate that the person who we had been meeting and planning with from the beginning, was not going to present for our rehearsal and wedding day. It was a bit frustrating, as the new day of coordinator did not seem familiar with the details of our day. Despite this, we still had a wonderful wedding and would recommend this venue!

Not only is it an absolutely breath taking venue with beautiful spots for pictures. Amanda, Haley and the rest of the staff were THE DREAM TEAM!!! Everything I wanted and dreamed of for my wedding was made possible because Amanda and Haley truly took the time to listen to what/how I wanted things, gave advice, suggestions, and honest thoughts when asked for some guidance, and the day of was beyond smooth. I truly didn't stop smiling from the day I found The Manor House to the day of my wedding!! To put the cherry on top, The Manor House food is literally the best wedding food I have ever had...that's a fact!! I got married in April, 2023 and even still my guest are talking about my wedding and just how overall perfect it really was!! I would honestly do it all over again because it was that amazing! Manor House at Prophecy Creek is a hidden gem! The grounds are gorgeous and make for incredible photos. The staff is a joy to be around. They are available 24/7 to answer questions and you can always make an appointment to pop into the venue as you see fit. The venue takes the extra time to make sure the little things are just right. They place all your decor the night of the rehearsal. They clean the grounds so they are pristine. And the owner is great! He makes sure to come to every wedding he can and he's super friendly.Oh and I cannot forget about the food! Everything is absolutely fabulous! From the or d'oeuvres to the main course and you certainly cannot forget the dessert. It'll all melt in your mouth. Manor House at Prophecy Creek is a hidden gem! The grounds are gorgeous and make for incredible photos. The staff is a joy to be around. They are available 24/7 to answer questions and you can always make an appointment to pop into the venue as you see fit. The venue takes the extra time to make sure the little things are just right. They place all your decor the night of the rehearsal. They clean the grounds so they are pristine. And the owner is great! He makes sure to come to every wedding he can and he's super friendly.Oh and I cannot forget about the food! Everything is absolutely fabulous! From the or d'oeuvres to the main course and you certainly cannot forget the dessert. It'll all melt in your mouth. This was the first and last venue we looked at! My husband and I fell in love with the upscale yet laid back atmosphere that it provided. The staff, nothing short of amazing! I decided to be a DIY bride and they were so helpful with answering all, LITERALLY ALL, of my silly questions that came at random. On the day before the wedding we brought all decor over for setup and Amanda and her team took care of it for us! It was amazing! I had an entire team of my family ready to setup and they took care of everything for us! As an event planner myself, it was truly a life saver to have everything taken care of for us to make it a super easy day! Thank you so much!!!!

We had a beautiful outdoor wedding at the Manor House at Prophecy Creek. There are so many picturesque locations on the property, and our guests loved walking around outside during cocktail hour. Even if the weather doesn't allow for an outdoor ceremony, this venue is still worth it! There is only 1 wedding held per day and staff is experienced, attentive, friendly, and responsive. The space was more than adequate for our 150 guests. There is a beautiful bridal suite and a groom's room as well, which we had access to starting at 11am. The food was also well presented and delicious! I cannot say enough good things about this venue! Highly recommend!

I know they are super busy during peak wedding season but Iāve always had phenomenal communication from start to end and Amanda answered any and all questions I had. I didnāt even bring up the grounds itself that are meticulously maintained. One time we stopped by for a meeting and Robert himself was out in the middle of the pond working on stuff. He truly cares about everything and it shows. Would I recommend this venue to someone else? ABSOLUTELY! If you want an amazing venue, with an amazing coordinator and minimal worry from you I couldnāt recommend this venue more. Side note: their donuts are bomb. The food is 10/10. And the bridal suite is 20/10 šš

From our first visit, I knew this was going to be THE PLACE!! The grounds were gorgeous, even in the middle of winter! Our first meeting with their event coordinator was so comfortable and easy! She really made us feel like they would be able to deliver on our special day! The entire planning process was a breeze. The outline and suggested list of vendors they gave us really made planning easy! The day of the wedding, we were greeted by cheerful staff members! It really felt like they were genuinely happy to make our day the best it could be! The whole day was wonderful! The grounds were beautiful, the suites for the bride and groom were awesome! The location options for the ceremony are great! I particularly loved the location next to the water! It was stunning! The reception went off without a hitch! All of our guests really enjoyed all of the appetizers and main courses! The food was excellent! Everyone I talked to, after the wedding, couldnāt believe how much food just kept coming and how good it was! I loved the set up for the reception! We could see everyone and we had plenty of room to party, after dinner was over! Clean up was a breeze! The staff were super helpful! I could write so much more! We instantly knew that The Manor House at Prophecy Creek was the wedding venue for us! The grounds are absolutely beautiful and the owner, Robert Fair, was constantly improving them with each visit. The venue is gorgeous and didn't disappoint for our July wedding. Our guests are still raving about every little detail. The Manor House at Prophecy Creek does it alI, in-house catering, bakery to work with for your wedding cake, on site parking, linens & tables & chairs. This made our job much easier knowing the amazing venue we chose was handling all of that. The Manor House at Prophecy Creek also has a great list of creative partners. We found our photographer, Andrea Krout Photography & our DJ, Party Scene Events through them and we couldnāt have been happier. I also want to shout out Angela, one of the wedding planners, who helped us a lot with answering any little question we had during this planning process. She was professional, kind and allowed us to feel like everything was taken care of. This venue is beautiful and allows for endless photoshoot locations. We would recommend it to anyone!

Love the Manor House staff and our day couldn't have been more perfect. From planning to execution nearly everything was handled promptly, professionally, and with wonderful customer service. They are constantly improving the grounds so the Manor House you see will always have something new each time you take a tour or visit. The fact that they take care of nearly every important aspect onsite (catering, tables, chairs, all the important and expensive rentals) is absolutely incredible and a total money-saver. They also have wonderful recommendations for vendors, which we used almost exclusively.My only critique is that sometimes communication can be a bit lacking, especially in terms of how payment should be rendered, or how certain details pan out (i:e what you as the bride are responsible for figuring out on your own versus what the Manor House will manage, the micro-details). We had a few miscommunications between us and the planning staff, but everything worked out beautifully in the end. Be prepared to have venue tours happening the morning of your wedding as well! I was married in the afternoon and the entire morning tours were walking through. I personally did not mind, but would have liked to have been notified in advance. Again, I really cannot say enough about how incredible my wedding day was from start to finish. A ton of the stress in planning the wedding was taken off my shoulders because the venue handles all of the really big and expensive details. They have really helpful checklists that can help you with your other details and every vendor they recommended was incredible to work with. Thank you so much to the support staff, grounds team, and Robert Fair for creating such an amazing environment. Our wedding was an absolute fairy tale.

The way the house (impressive itself!) seems to open into the beautiful garden, pond, and barn outside, it's absolutely made for the kind of pictures and memories you'd want on your wedding. The dance floor area was perfect for our band and guests, the food and service excellent (I didn't know filet could be cooked that well at that scale!), and everything we imagined the day would be there it ended up delivering, and more. The owner and event managers were involved from start to finish. This place is absolute beauty and class with a great location: enjoy it!

I can't put into words how incredibly memorable our wedding was at The Manor House! I knew from the moment that we visited the venue that this was the place where our vision would come to life. We only visited one other venue and knew immediately that this was the one! We had the challenge of originally planning our wedding for August 2020 and due to COVID we were forced to reschedule to August 2021. Throughout the entire process, the staff at The Manor House was incredibly accommodating and supportive of all of the changes we were making and continued improvements to our special day. We had a very grand vision and I'm a person who is incredibly detailed oriented and Madison/Amanda dealt with all of my insanity when it came to planning our day and I'm forever grateful! The day of the wedding was flawless and the staff completely had a handle on absolutely everything. Jo-ann was wonderful to work with and coordinated everything from the drop-off to every detail the day off. Kayla was our own personal concierge for the day and was always there to get us a drink or do anything we needed which was incredible. Our guests said that they were never at a more beautiful wedding and that the grounds and venue were breathtaking. Everyone also couldn't stop raving about the food! They said it was the largest portions and the most delicious meal they ever had at a wedding. Despite having 3 different coordinators throughout our planning process everything went smoothly. Every person on staff was an absolute pleasure to work with. Katherine was our day of coordinator and she really took our vision and made it a reality. Her calm and knowledgeable demeanor kept us all moving on the day of. Her creativity added bright touches throughout our ceremony and reception. The entire process was easy to plan with provided check lists and timelines. The food was out standing, portions are huge! Our guests had nothing but compliments and positive feedback about their experiences. If youāre looking for a stress free planning process, great food, the ability to personalize your wedding and wonderful staff this is your place. We highly recommend getting married here!

Despite having 3 different coordinators throughout our planning process everything went smoothly. Every person on staff was an absolute pleasure to work with. Katherine was our day of coordinator and she really took our vision and made it a reality. Her calm and knowledgeable demeanor kept us all moving on the day of. Her creativity added bright touches throughout our ceremony and reception. The entire process was easy to plan with provided check lists and timelines. The food was out standing, portions are huge! Our guests had nothing but compliments and positive feedback about their experiences. If youāre looking for a stress free planning process, great food, the ability to personalize your wedding and wonderful staff this is your place. We highly recommend getting married here!

Holding our wedding celebration at The Manor House at Prophecy Creek Park was a dream come true! After planning (and re-planning!) several different weddings from 2019-2021 as a covid couple, we feel so happy and blessed that we ended up finally being able to celebrate and having the perfect day at The Manor House! The team was absolutely phenomenal... Amanda and Madison helped us with every step of the planning process and kept us organized while making sure we had fun and enjoyed the process at the same time! Catherine was the most incredible day of coordinator we ever could have asked for! She made sure our day ran smoothly and was there for us every second to make sure we didn't have to worry or think about anything (including helping with my bustle, keeping us on schedule for table visits, gracefully handling the sparkler send off, etc.!) Kayla also made sure we had any food/drinks we needed all night and was so attentive to us! In addition the amazing team, the grounds and the venue are stunning! The creek is a beautiful backdrop for the ceremony and reception, and we loved having the barn and silo in our photos!! We really cannot thank this team enough for making our day so incredible. We are forever grateful for the entire team at The Manor House at Prophecy Creek Park! I cannot say enough amazing things about this venue. From the moment we saw the grounds during one first tour, we I instantly knew that it was the one. It is absolutely gorgeous and the staff is outstanding. Madison was fantastic from the start and helped me stay organized and on top of everything throughout the entire planning process. She was always there whenever I had questions (and I had a lot) and was so responsive. Our day of coordinator, Catherine was absolutely amazing. Unfortunately, it rained on our wedding day so we couldnāt have our ceremony outside like we had originally planned. Catherine assured me that everything would be okay, and that the ceremony would still be just as beautiful. She wasnāt lying. It was absolutely stunning and you would never even know that it was our backup plan. From the moment we arrived on the day of the wedding to the moment we left, she made sure we didnāt have to worry about a single thing. She kept us on schedule, made sure we had everything we needed in the bride and grooms suites, helped bustle my dress for me and made sure we were taken care of and got to enjoy every moment of our reception. She was honestly incredible and just made the entire day flow effortlessly. Whatever we needed she was there. We canāt say enough good things about her and how fantastic she was. Our attendant Katie was also outstanding. She was always there with drinks, food, anything we needed and just made sure we didnāt have to go up to to the bar or really lift a finger at all the whole night. She was incredible. Our overall experience with The Manor House was amazing. Our wedding was a dream come true and I canāt thank all of the staff enough for making that happen for us. All of our guests raved about every detail of the day. How attentive the staff was, the food, gorgeous grounds and how much fun they had. I could go on and on about this venue, but Iāll just wrap it up by saying if I had to do it all again there no place Iād rather get married than The Manor House. Do not hesitate to book this venue for your wedding, itāll be the best decision you could make for your wedding day!!!

The Manor House is by far the best venue to work with, and that is coming from the bride, family, and even guests who noticed the incomparable service. Madison was so on top of things and organized during the whole planning process. You won't forget anything because they're always making sure you are on the right track to planning. They have so many plan A, B and C's for any situation (coming from a covid bride). So many traditional ways to plan a wedding were affected, and they were more than willing to work around that every step of the way. Kerry was so great in helping set up the way you want your wedding to go, and he was so helpful in helping plan our menu despite choosing it during lockdown. Catherine was the best coordinator you could possibly want for the day. She focuses on the big details, but even reminds you to enjoy your dinner or focus on time with your spouse throughout the day. The day flowed so smoothly and I could not be more grateful to the whole staff. Robert Fair, or Poppop, was so sweet and caring throughout the whole process as well. We did not regret for one second choosing this venue. They are without a doubt the most caring, detail oriented, professional, and kind venue you could choose for your wedding.

We initially toured Manor House after my mom's friend from work tipped her off and we fell in love immediately. We booked it the same day and I am so glad we did. The pandemic made our planning process very stressful (to saw the least) but The Manor House was on top of things. Chelsea and Madison always had answers and Catherine was a god send on the day of. I didn't have to worry about anything. We haven't received all our photos yet but I know they will be stunning. All our guests are still talking about how gorgeous the venue was and how good the food was. The photo opportunities are endless. I cannot say enough good things about this venue. We also loved it because the groomsmen had their own space to hang out pre-wedding instead of just a small area or nothing at all like at other venues. The bridal suite is 2 rooms and it is STUNNING. I had 7 bridesmaids and my mom and MIL were there in the morning and we weren't crowded at all. I wanted to not worry about anything day of and I can say that happened. Everyday leading up to it was stressful (never knowing if the governor would change rules at the last second) but it all worked out. Catherine told me where I needed to be, she brought everyone their favorite beverages (including our parents), bustled my dress, brought me water at the end of the night, I could go on. She is amazing. All the COVID related anxiety that lead up to this day was alleviated immediately when I arrived at Manor House the day of our wedding. It was so beautiful and perfect and I would recommend this venue to anyone.

Wow, where do I even begin. Being also in the wedding industry, I knew it was not going to be easy being on the other side as a client. We toured only one other venue before the Manor House at Prophecy Creek Park. When we arrived in the parking lot, I turned to my now husband and said \"this is it, this is the venue\" before we even walked in. Kerry's presentation blew us away and the next day we signed the contract in January 2019 for April 17th, 2020. It is the perfect balance of elegance for people who envision that outdoor wedding in a manor house but have the rustic accent barn next door. Also the entire landscaping, ponds and my favorite, the white lamp posts are so unique. Comparing prices to other venues, we were VERY happy with what is included in this venue regarding food, the separate bride and groom suite, grounds, parking and more. The tasting was wonderful as well as the final meeting leading up to our April date. I had a specific vision and they really worked with me and listened to what we wanted for our wedding day. Unfortunately as many other couples this year, we had to reschedule our wedding due to COVID19. Let me tell you... some of my clients have been jumping through hurdles, paying thousands, in legal battles with their venue with rescheduling etc. That was completely the opposite experience for us with The Manor House at Prophecy Creek Park. They were kind, understanding, gave us quickly the available date and made the process easy. Leading up to our newly rescheduled date, we had many talks with Catherine (who is AMAZING) regarding their COVID19 policies, steps we can encourage social distancing and cleaning. We ended up have 108 guests on 8/30/2020 and the best wedding day we could have despite rescheduling and replanning. Not only the beauty of this venue being outdoor/indoor and the STUNNING grounds, but our guests felt so comfortable with the tent sides being up and able to walk around the grounds. Our guests RAVED about the food at cocktail hour and dinner. The bartenders were efficient and there was never a long wait at the bar. The venue was clean and even in the suites, we truly felt like we owned the house for that day. I could continue on and on. They genuinely care about you. You will not regret choosing this venue and staff for your wedding day. We cannot thank the Fair family and their staff enough for all they have done to make our wedding day/ process easy, beautiful and safe.

My husband and I got married on 11/01/2019, and I still can not get over how wonderful the Manor House and Fair family was. Catherine was the best event coordinator my type A personality ever could have dreamed for. She is so kind, and made sure us and our parents were taken care of all day. She truly went above and beyond to keep my calm and make sure everything went off without a hitch. Our family and friends raved about the food and the wait staff. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The whole planning process was made easy by Kerry and Peter. Kerry put up with my MANY emails, and always reassured me and made sure I was listened to. I could never say enough wonderful things about The Manor House. They made my dream wedding come true!

Kerry and the team make planning extremely easy and communicate so quickly. Any question I had, I would receive and my answer within a few hours, no matter the day of the week or time of day. The entire team truly understands this industry and knows how to make a wedding perfect. The second our wedding started all of our guest complimented how beautiful of a venue this is and asked how did we find somewhere like this. To top off their team, Catherine completes your wedding day from start to finish. Any simple question or need she gets it done right away. In addition to Catherine, Joanne made sure my glass of champagne was always filled. Leaving our wedding in the hands of the Manor House staff was the best thing we could have done. This team knows how to make your dream wedding a reality, not to mention the venue is picture perfect.

We just hosted our daughter's wedding at the Manor House-From the first time we saw the Manor, our daughter fell in love with the gorgeous grounds. Started out rough the morning of the wedding after a tornado , power outages and debris threatened to make our day a challenge, but their amazing staff worked so hard to ensure the outdoor wedding we were dreaming of. Our guests raves about the wonderful staff and beautiful venue. And Catherine ~ I donāt think we could say how much she completed our day. She made us so comfortable from beginning till end. We cannot rave enough about how comfortable the staff made us feel, how delicious the food was or how beautiful the grounds are- perfect from beginning to end.

The Manor House was a wonderful experience for our family. The facility is beautiful, the management was very kind and helpful, and the food was delicious. I have received so many compliments from our guests.We wanted to have the wedding outside and it started to lightly rain right before the wedding so we had to shift to an inside wedding. The shift happened quickly and the guests did not notice. The inside venue is just as beautiful as the outside.We also loved the rooms that we were able to use before the wedding. It made the day more casual and less stressful.

The Manor House was a wonderful experience for our family. The facility is beautiful, the management was very kind and helpful, and the food was delicious. The only way to describe my daughters wedding day would be that it was absolutely PERFECT! This venue was beautiful. Our guests felt like they were at a destination wedding. The entire staff was amazing; all went over and above our expectations. The food was delicious and enjoyed by all. From the time we arrived to the end of the night everything went smoothly. The preparation for the ceremony was handled by Catherine who is so organized and made this day very special for the bride and groom and all of our guests. She is a huge asset to this venue. The owners, Kerry and Peter, were a delight to work with. Always responded promptly to any questions we may have had. I wish we could do it all over again as the evening went way too fast. If I had to rate this venue I would give it 10 stars; not 5 stars.

The owners, Kerry and Peter, were a delight to work with. Always responded promptly to any questions we may have had. I wish we could do it all over again as the evening went way too fast. If I had to rate this venue I would give it 10 stars; not 5 stars.

Kerry, Peter and the event manager, Catherine made this the perfect place to have my daughter's wedding. Every detail was discussed and although they are managing many weddings at once, you are made to feel extremely special. They return emails instantly and no detail is too small to discuss. They know their business and you can relax and rely on them to make excellent recommendations. Because our ceremony start time coincided with a thunderstorm (!), we had to move the ceremony inside, but the unique set up lent itself to everyone being comfortable and able to view the ceremony. The food was delicious and presented beautifully. Allergies were considered thoughtfully and there were so many individual touches. They are such a kind group of people and easy to see why the family have been in the business for many generations. Thank you for all you did for us!

Thank you manor house and all the vendors involved in our daughters fairy tail like wedding! We had the best experience with everything, all plans were seamless and beyond our expectations. Our guest were very complimentary about the food and exceptional service. From the moment of our tour, booking and multiple questions along the way, we were treated with the upmost curtesy and respect. They were ready for any weather condition, fortunately were had the perfect weather conditions but we never worried about it because there was alway a back up plan in place. We highly recommend any event there!!

We just had our wedding at the Manor House at Prophecy Creek, and we had an amazing time! Our guests could not stop raving about how stunning the venue was. With the walls of the tent open to let the air in during most of the reception, it almost felt like being outside. Below are a few points about our experience with the Manor House in more detail, but the takeaway is, they are a wonderful wedding venue, and you would be lucky to hold your wedding at such a fabulous space! The bridal and groom suites are perfect. Theyāre spacious, nicely laid out, and easy to relax in. My wifeās mother cried as soon as she walked into the suit ā she said it made it feel real that we were getting married. It is a wonderful place to begin your wedding day.The ceremony venue is gorgeous! Surrounded by water, you stand on a slightly raised stone platform and gaze out at the beautiful ponds, fields, and trees (at least until your beloved arrives).The Manor House is very well-managed and staffed. They have got everything figured out. Kerry, the main point of contact, was always prompt with responses to our questions and had everything lined up exactly like we wanted it on the day. He also had a great sense of humor about everything, which comes in handy when the stress level gets high. We loved working with him the whole time. Catherine, our day-of-coordinator, came in like a champion. Within half an hour, she knew our wedding plan and dĆ©cor better than we did, and she kept us on track the whole night. She was warm and fun, and it felt like weād known her for months, even though we just met her a few days before the wedding. The whole staff at the Manor House was lovely, kind, efficient, and polite. The food at the Manor House is awesome! Beef, chicken, fish, veggie, vegan: it was all good. In fairness, youāre unlikely to be able to taste anything the day of your wedding (I didnāt believe it either, but thatās a real thing), but the guests loved everything they ate, and everything we tried at the tasting blew us away.Dance Floor: I add this because it was our main concern with the venue. Itās an L-shaped dance floor, when you count the area in the tent and the band room together. The band is recessed back from the main floor almost out of sight from the tables. The spacing and size made us nervous. As it so happened, it worked perfectly. The room with the band became the main dance floor. People who wanted to sweat and rock out packed in there, and we had a fabulous time. Older/calmer members of the party hovered and danced just into the tented area, still easily able to enjoy the music and the party, but far enough outside to avoid the crowd gathered closer to the band. We even managed to run a 190-person Hora up there (which admittedly devolved into insanity, but what hora doesnāt?) If you like to dance, and people in your party like to dance, that dance floor wonāt get in your way.Did we mention that you can bring your own alcohol? You can bring your own alcohol! What a massive savings that proved to be! We looked at places that wanted $25 per person or more for alcohol that we couldnāt choose. We saved at least a few thousand dollars on liquor and could bring whatever we wanted.In conclusion, we loved the Manor House throughout the whole planning process, and especially on our wedding day. We know choosing a venue can be unbelievably stressful and overwhelming, and you wonāt go wrong if you choose the Manor House for your wedding day.

I chose this venue on a day when it was raining because even on a rainy day, the site was gorgeous. Luckily, my wedding day was sunny and in the 70ās which allowed guests to walk around the beautiful landscape. There are so many unique spots for amazing photo ops. We took barn photos, field photos and of course pond/fountain and bridge shots. Another deal breaker- and I didnāt realize until rehearsal night, was their day-of coordinator. Kathryn will keep you at ease from the minute you step on site to the minute you leave. I felt SO confident in her abilities. No need to go with an outside wedding coordinator, she is top notch! The service was remarkable. The bridal party and immediate family were catered to which was lovely, but what I wasnāt expecting was the number of guests who continually reach out to me to express their satisfaction with the food and service they received throughout the night! The Manor House team treats each person as a VIP guest. Could not have wished for a better day or wedding experience!!!

Wow! A bride and groom could not pick a better, more beautiful venue than The Manor House at Prophecy Creek. The food was outstanding, and the setup perfect. Our guests all mentioned that it was the most beautiful, fun wedding they had ever attended. Kerry and his staff are top notch, courteous, and efficient. Their vetted vendors are stellar. Every detail was attended to so that the bride and groom and parents of the couple could relax and enjoy an unforgettable wedding ceremony and reception. On a picture perfect day our guests enjoyed cocktails while strolling through the pristine grounds. The food was delicious and expertly served.The photographs are magnificent! The Manor House at Prophecy Creek Park was everything we were looking for in a wedding venue and more. When planning our wedding, we wanted everything in one location (ceremony / reception) but a place that gave everyone the feeling that there were different parts to the day and the Manor House truly delivered in an amazing wedding day. We had our ceremony outside, which we were complimented by many that it was one of the most beautiful backdrops for a ceremony. After the ceremony the wait staff (who are all very professional) great the guests with drinks/ appetizers and the same for the bridal party. We had lawn games outside for guests to play. The food was wonderful, even better than I remembered from the tasting. I had concerns that the dance floor was small (we had 190 guests) or that being two levels it could be distracting for many, but neither were problems- everything flowed beautifully. Our guests had a great time and some even told us that if they could do it over, they'd have their wedding at the Manor House.The staff is very professional and attentive to needs throughout the day. I had a long train and the day of coordinator and head of waitstaff had it bustled for me before my bridesmaids made it up to meet me in the bridal suite. I loved that in one way you could customize a lot about the venue- they have a library that we put pictures telling the story of how we met and other facts about us/ the wedding; but I also loved that it didn't need a lot of decor because the grounds and house are so beautiful on its own! I highly recommend brides & grooms to visit the Manor House and let the views, location, and beauty speak for itself!

I could not have hoped for a better venue. It was so pretty and the staff were great. The wedding day went great and there is a wedding coordinator there to walk you through the whole day. Kerry helped us with all of the up-front planning and preparation for the big day. He was calming and reassuring and helped make the wedding planning process stress-free. Our day-of event manager, Catherine, was incredible. She was cool, calm, and collected the entire day. She made sure everything went exactly as we had imagined, down to the smallest decoration details. Our huge bridal party (10 bridesmaids and 13 groomsman) knew exactly where they needed to be at all times thanks to Catherine's awesome organization and communication skills, and we had personal servers who followed us around with drinks and appetizers throughout the evening. Catherine even reminded me to stay hydrated throughout the night and made sure we had plenty of time to enjoy our delicious dinner. We were the third of three weddings she worked that weekend but she made us feel like we were the only one! We can't thank her enough for all of her hard work during the night. Our guests could not stop raving about how beautiful the venue was and how wonderful the service was. The food was a huge hit and the portion sizes were great! If I could redo my entire wedding, I wouldn't change a thing. Everything was perfect. We can't thank the staff at The Manor House enough for making our dream wedding come true!!

Our huge bridal party (10 bridesmaids and 13 groomsman) knew exactly where they needed to be at all times thanks to Catherine's awesome organization and communication skills, and we had personal servers who followed us around with drinks and appetizers throughout the evening. Catherine even reminded me to stay hydrated throughout the night and made sure we had plenty of time to enjoy our delicious dinner. We were the third of three weddings she worked that weekend but she made us feel like we were the only one! We can't thank her enough for all of her hard work during the night. Our guests could not stop raving about how beautiful the venue was and how wonderful the service was. The food was a huge hit and the portion sizes were great! If I could redo my entire wedding, I wouldn't change a thing. Everything was perfect. We can't thank the staff at The Manor House enough for making our dream wedding come true!!

We got married at The Manor House at Prophecy Creek this past weekend, and it was a dream. From the very beginning of the planning process to the day of and days following, they were communicative, organized, personable and overall incredible. The venue itself is stunning. We wanted an outdoor wedding, and the Manor House offers both outdoor and indoor options, and the historic house itself is beautiful. Our ceremony was originally planned for outside, but the chance of rain was too high so we moved it inside. They kept track of the forecast for us all day, allowing us a game-time decision and different options. While our guest number was very large and not everyone had a great view during the ceremony, it still offered a lovely intimate atmosphere. The food is exceptional, and the service even better. There's a lot that goes into planning a wedding, and it can be stressful, but Kerry, Peter and our coordinator Catherine made it seamless. Catherine was extremely organized, kept things moving and on time, without ever rushing us or pressuring us to be somewhere at a certain time. There is not a negative thing I can think of to say. We wish we could run our wedding back and experience it all over again. Thank you to everyone at the Manor House for a truly perfect day.

We owe a HUGE thank you to Kerry, Pete, Catherine and the whole staff at the Manor House for our amazing wedding on 05/04/2018! It was truly beyond our wildest dreams and the entire experience/service was phenomenal from start to finish. They connected us with two of our vendors (Nicole Leigh Photography and Soundscape Entertainment for a photo booth), which took stress and worry off our plates since they were highly recommended and were beyond familiar with the grounds and staff. The venue and grounds are absolutely beautiful! We received amazing compliments from our guests on the venue and the care of the grounds. We had a 80+ degree day and were able to have the tent open for the reception and it was perfect to be able to have semi-indoor coverage, while enjoying the weather. The food, staff, and overall experience was seamless and Catherine, who is the day of coordinator, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She made sure the entire bridal party was taken care of with food, water, drinks, etc. A huge bonus to this venue is the top floor bride and grooms suites that they have available prior to the wedding. It was great to get dressed onsite, take pictures and be able to have a private space during the wedding day for the bridal party to enjoy and keep their personal belongings in. We couldn't be any more happy with our wedding day and this venue/staff made it all happen for us! If you don't get married here, you're missing out on a perfect experience.

When we met with Kerry, he was extremely thorough, kind, professional, and accommodating. Everything just felt right to us, and it was evident that the Manor House was where we were going to have our Wedding Reception. The feeling of home and family extends beyond Kerry. Peter Fair, Catherine and all the Staff at the Manor House were beyond what we could have asked for on a service level. Working in the Hospitality industry, my (most often high) expectations were surpassed by the Manor House Family. Peter was such a delight every time we wanted to stop by, always taking a few minutes to chat with us. His love of the property is obvious in the way that he takes care of the land. Catherine, our Event Manager was a gem. We met on the day that we dropped off all of our items and to say that she put my mind at ease regarding all of the items we were dropping off and where I wanted everything to go is an understatement. She even texted me the morning of the wedding to check in on me and remind me not to stress and that everything would be perfect. When we look back on it all, our day was beyond amazing and we didnāt have to worry about a thing. We knew that our Wedding Day was in great hands with the Manor House staff. We are still hearing from our guests that it was one of the best wedding venues that they have been to, that the staff was great and the food was awesome. If you are looking for a venue that exemplifies beauty in its structure, surroundings and staff, this is the place for you. I also highly recommend the other vendors that the Manor House will refer to you, as this is where we found our photographer, videographer, florist and DJ. It was the second venue that we visited, and we knew that our search was over minutes into our tour. The grounds are beautiful, and that was what immediately sold us on The Manor House. We happened to get married on the coldest day in November - temperatures reached record lows - but Kerry and Catherine made whatever accommodations necessary to ensure that we had a lovely ceremony indoors. No detail was left unturned at The Manor House! Kerry told us to treat it as if it was our own, and we really tried to do that. Make sure to fill the library with photos - our guests said that they loved looking at our pictures. Kerry was wonderful to work with, and on the day of our wedding, Catherine was the absolute best. She even helped with bustling my dress! We highly recommend The Manor House at Prophecy Creek - I hope one of my friends or family members selects this venue so I can return as a guest!

My husband and I got married on September 9th 2017. This was the first venue we looked at and we just fell in love! The grounds alone at the manor house would have been enough to sway us over however, the staff here and ownership is truly amazing. Robert, Kerry, and Peter were so helpful and kind and made sure everything was exactly how we pictured it would be and were all very accommodating leading up to and on our big day. Catherine is one of their wedding planner/organizer's and she was also fabulous! Very sweet, attentive, and had everything set up and looking beautifully the day of and then down and packed up in what seemed like minutes at the end of the night. The wait staff and everyone who was there to help out were GREAT!We happened to luck out and had the most perfect day weather wise however, I have a feeling that it still would have been picturesque even if we hadn't lucked out weather wise. The enormous pond that this venue is built on is beautiful with fountains, lights, a bridge, gazebo,and an adorable swing off their huge tree in the back. Definitely lots of opportunity for gorgeous pictures! Start to finish with the entire process I was very impressed. It's been almost 2 months and our families and friends are still raving about our wedding. Everyone seemed to really enjoy the sights of the venue and were thrilled with the food and service they received. I would HIGHLY recommend this venue for your wedding day or any special event for that matter. Everything was simply perfect!

Kerry was incredibly helpful, allowing us to make the night our own while giving his expertise when we needed it. He was never more than an email or phone call away. To say that he is organized is an understatement, every detail has been thought of. Our event manager, Catherine, was phenomenal. From running our rehearsal to overseeing setup, she had everything taken care of. On our wedding day, we felt comfortable and at ease. Catherine made sure Nicole and I, our bridal party, and our family had an incredible day. She was always there when we needed her; answering any questions we had, providing anything we needed, all while keeping the reception running smoothly and effortlessly. The rest of the Manor House staff were equally exceptional. We had many guests tell us about the standout service they received. We couldn't be more pleased with the experience. The icing on the cake is the food. Everything is delicious. We'd choose their entire menu if it was an option. My wedding at The Manor House Prophecy Creek was 9.22.17 & we are still in awe of how magical it was. This sounds clichĆ© but we truly had a Dream Wedding. Although on the high end of our budget, it was worth it! The location is versatile w/many space options. They offer a 2nd Fl for the use of the Wedding party. 2 Charming rooms & private bath for both Bride/Groom. The house is uniquely beautiful & is handicap accessible to accommodate any of your guests needs. The Manor House at Prophecy Creek is a hidden gem which we stumbled upon while searching for a venue & fell in in love with it immediately. The place has an amazing character that is perfect for any wedding style. The gardens are gorgeous & in my opinion, the main attraction, although the house is rustic yet elegantly charming. For my wedding, the weather was delightful & the open air ballroom was perfect for our reception. It was a pleasure doing business w/Fair Family. Peter Fair keeps accurate records & helped us stay on budget. Robert Fair takes great pride in this picturesque estate & stunning gardens. As soon as you come down the pathway you forget that you are smack in the middle of Blue Bell, PA, it feels like you are at a destination wedding. The grounds are impeccably landscaped with a variety of flowers, trees & streams w/stone wall bridge. The pond is set up w/lighting & fountains that turn on at the appropriate time creating a peaceful setting for our ceremony & reception. I have to say that Kerry Fair was incredibly helpful, patient, informative, & overall just a really great guy. We communicated primarily through emails w/the occasional phone call when needed. Every question & every idea I emailed him was answered within a day. His ability to provide an honest yet professional & always supportive opinion helped to make my wedding absolutely stunning-it was simply gorgeous, & exactly how I had envisioned it to be.Katherine the wedding coordinator is truly amazing at what she does. She, personally, stayed on top of things throughout the night making sure we had everything we needed. She is truly invaluable & while the dazzling space is amazing in itself, having the support of Katherine is certainly the icing on the cake.Thank you. The staff was exceptional, they tended to every minute detail w/the greatest of care & set the stage for the most amazing wedding reception I could have ever hoped for.Hats off to Fiona, a great bar tender, who kept the bar line to a minimum & introduced our guests to some very interesting drink concoctions. The transition from ceremony to Cocktail Hour was seamless. As soon as we said our āI Doāsā the servers magically appeared w/trays of drinks to offer our guests. For the cocktail hour our guests were able to wander around the gardens with their drinks & enjoyed the beautiful gazebo & explore the other focal points or could go inside the historic house to experience the indoor bar & well-appointed sitting rooms. The food was delicious & we got lots of compliments, especially on the scrumptious hors d'oeuvres. Our overall experience of the day was elegant yet a relaxed & FUN reception! Weddings by the Pond Catering did an amazing job wowing our family & friends w/delicious food & impeccable service! If you're looking for a \"classic\" feel for your wedding & ease of planning this event then book your wedding at The Manor house at Prophecy Creek Park. The place has an amazing character that is perfect for any wedding style. The gardens are gorgeous & in my opinion, the main attraction, although the house is rustic yet elegantly charming. For my wedding, the weather was delightful & the open air ballroom was perfect for our reception. It was a pleasure doing business w/Fair Family. Peter Fair keeps accurate records & helped us stay on budget. Robert Fair takes great pride in this picturesque estate & stunning gardens. As soon as you come down the pathway you forget that you are smack in the middle of Blue Bell, PA, it feels like you are at a destination wedding. The grounds are impeccably landscaped with a variety of flowers, trees & streams w/stone wall bridge. The pond is set up w/lighting & fountains that turn on at the appropriate time creating a peaceful setting for our ceremony & reception. I have to say that Kerry Fair was incredibly helpful, patient, informative, & overall just a really great guy. We communicated primarily through emails w/the occasional phone call when needed. Every question & every idea I emailed him was answered within a day. His ability to provide an honest yet professional & always supportive opinion helped to make my wedding absolutely stunning-it was simply gorgeous, & exactly how I had envisioned it to be.Katherine the wedding coordinator is truly amazing at what she does. She, personally, stayed on top of things throughout the night making sure we had everything we needed. She is truly invaluable & while the dazzling space is amazing in itself, having the support of Katherine is certainly the icing on the cake.Thank you. The staff was exceptional, they tended to every minute detail w/the greatest of care & set the stage for the most amazing wedding reception I could have ever hoped for.Hats off to Fiona, a great bar tender, who kept the bar line to a minimum & introduced our guests to some very interesting drink concoctions. The transition from ceremony to Cocktail Hour was seamless. As soon as we said our āI Doāsā the servers magically appeared w/trays of drinks to offer our guests. For the cocktail hour our guests were able to wander around the gardens with their drinks & enjoyed the beautiful gazebo & explore the other focal points or could go inside the historic house to experience the indoor bar & well-appointed sitting rooms. The food was delicious & we got lots of compliments, especially on the scrumptious hors d'oeuvres. Our overall experience of the day was elegant yet a relaxed & FUN reception! Weddings by the Pond Catering did an amazing job wowing our family & friends w/delicious food & impeccable service! If you're looking for a \"classic\" feel for your wedding & ease of planning this event then book your wedding at The Manor house at Prophecy Creek Park. We highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a dream wedding!

I can not say enough positive things about our experience at the Manor House. Kerry and his was AMAZING helping us plan and Catherine kept everything running calmly and smoothly all day. This venue is absolutely gorgeous and it was everything I was hoping for. We had plenty of time to take pictures and get ready on site before the ceremony. We also started the wedding with cocktail hour, which is unconventional and the team was happy to accommodate. On wedding day, Kerry was monitoring the weather and made a suggestion to move it inside and to the dining room, which isn't how it's normally done. I'm so glad he suggested it because it was perfect and flipping the room was easy and it really did start to rain right before we started. He was extremely conscious of every tong we asked for and made it happen.Catherine, the day of coordinator, was AMAZING! I don't now what I would have done without her and words cannot describe how wonderful she was. I hadn't even met her until the day of and it was thanks to her that everything ran so smoothly. My only complaint is that the sound system isn't loud enough and you could barely hear the dj when the music was playing.

We loved the Manor house at prophecy creek park! The venue was absolutely beautiful and the food was amazing! Every detail of our wedding was perfect except the wedding director, Kerry, showed up to our wedding in shorts and a tee shirt, which wouldn't have been noticed if he hadn't yelled at the bartenders in front of our guests and the proceeded to yell at a few of our guests at the end of the night for requesting another drink. I wish that I could give a 5/5 rating because every thing else was perfect but I found it very disrespectful to treat your employees that way especially in front of guests and then to treat guests that way.

They are extremely detail oriented which really helped me in the planning process. The wedding itself went incredibly smoothly -- Catherine (the Maitre D) did an amazing job running everything. Not only did we get fantastic people to help with the planning and execution, but the venue could not be more beautiful. Our guests loved walking around and taking pictures, and everyone loved the elevated dance floor. It really was a dream wedding and we have absolutely no complaints!

I have very mixed feelings writing this review... On the one hand, our actual wedding day was beautiful. The staff worked so hard to make sure everything went smoothly. Catherine and Rita were constantly making sure my family and I had enough water, drinks, and food. The grounds of the Manor House are absolutely stunning, especially at night when it is all lit up! The food was delicious and Rita even offered to make my husband and I plates with samples from all the food stations! They packed up all of our belongings that night and allowed us to come by the next morning to pick them up. We had a Friday wedding, which was great because we could set everything up Thursday and not stress about it the morning of the wedding!On the other hand, there were some issues during the planning process. The Manor House has a lot of rules and were not very accommodating with a lot of our requests. For instance, we asked to keep our Tuscan station downstairs for cocktail hour, which they only allowed after I essentially said I no longer wanted it. If you want a venue where you can have your hair/makeup done on site, this is not the place for you. The earliest they would allow me to come was 12:00pm which would not have left enough time for everyone to get done before pictures. One other thing to note is that if you decide to leave the air conditioning on in the tent, guests are not supposed to be allowed to use the exit next to the bar to get to the outdoor area. Instead, they would have to use the front door and walk all the way around the building. In the end, Robert came to our rescue and agreed to leave the side door unlocked for us. However, it caused some tension when we found this out on the night of the rehearsal. One other thing... I was told by Kerry at our planning meeting that they would pack up the leftover food from the food stations to give to me at the end of the night. When I asked for it, the staff said this was not the case.At the end of the day, the wedding was incredible and the venue was a big reason why. It was just getting to that point that caused a little stress. You won't find a more beautiful venue for both ceremony and reception. Robert and Catherine were great to work with. If you aren't picky with the logistics of your event and don't care about doing hair/makeup on site, it's a great place to have your wedding.

From the moment we set foot on the grounds, my mother and I knew that The Manor Place was where I would be getting married. Catherine, my day-of coordinator, was incredibly organized, sweet, and absolutely perfect at her job. The venue is gorgeous; my only critique would be that it would be nice to be able to see the band in the tent instead of having them play in the house; however, I understand logistically why is has to be that way. The rooms are awesome for those personal touches that truly make the wedding unique, and the two-tiered tent and grounds are breath takingly beautiful and well maintained.

We just got married at the Manor House on Saturday June 17. Unfortunately, the rain took over and we made the decision to have our ceremony inside. Despite the unreliable weather, we cannot express how attentive and calm Catherine, Kerry, and the rest of the Manor House group was when we made a decision 45 minutes before the ceremony was to start. We knew the risk we took having a wedding with an outdoor ceremony, but this venue is so spectacular we took the risk. The back-up plan was on the terrace overlooking our friends and family who were sitting at their tables to watch. Everything was perfect!In the year and a half leading up to our wedding, Kerry was incredibly easy to work with and made any planning adjustments we needed. We worked directly with Catherine at the rehearsal and on the day of the wedding. She was amazing and we couldn't have asked for a better event manager.Our guests raved about the food. We had chicken, salmon, prime rib, and veggie lasagna. The fresh salad was also a hit. Although my husband and I took advantage of breaks in the weather to get pictures outside, our guests also raved about cocktail hour. Hors d'oeuvres were everywhere (the beef tips and swedish meatballs were banging!) and guests never had to look for an appetizer. As soon as cocktail hour started, my bridal party went up to our private suite where we had drinks and hors d'oeuvres waiting for us.To add little touches to our wedding, we utilized the library for family photos. Catherine displayed generations of marriages in the best way. We also had a candy bar that Manor House set up just the way we wanted.We cannot express how happy we were with Manor House and the entire family that made our wedding so memorable and truly the best day of our lives. This venue runs a tight ship and clearly knows what they're doing to make a newly married couple elated. We rate Manor House the highest rating possible, because even though we had to go with backup plan #3 for weather (yes, they have multiple backup plans!), there was absolutely nothing that we would change or complain about. It was absolutely perfect and we couldn't be more pleased. Thank you to Kerry, Catherine, and the entire Manor House family. You guys rock!Love, The Baileys

On the day of the wedding, the staff couldnāt have been more professional, helpful and efficient. Robert, Kerry and Peter Fair were all present to make sure everything went smoothly. Catherine, the Maitreād, was very pleasant, professional and wonderful to work with. Fiona, Larry, Dean and the rest of the staff were equally terrific. The weather was threatening, but we managed to have the ceremony outside as planned. Contingency plans were in effect which minimized the stress of the day.The food was plentiful and delicious, the staff was wonderful, and the venue was beautiful. Our daughter was married at Prophecy Creek the end of July, but we waited until now to write a review because we thought the euphoria of the day would slant our opinion - no such luck, we are still as thrilled with the event as we were that day.The grounds are magnificent and the staff amazing. We tour the facility with Robert , his love for the venue and his job came shining through. He asked the couple to call him Grandpa, which I found a little strange at first, but he put the effort into everything as if they truly were his grandchildren. Kerry, Peter, and Catherine continued the feeling that we were all family. Their care and concern that we have the day the couple wanted was amazing. They worked tirelessly to make the entire day run perfectly. The day was beautiful, in spite of the rain shower during the ceremony (for which the staff gave our guests umbrellas!). Kerry was always available for any questions we had during the planning, and responsive to all our daughter's desires. The day of the event we did not need to ask for a single thing the day of the event, Kerry and Catherine were, unobtrusively, with us every step of the way, handling things before we even realized we wanted/needed them.To this day we are still hearing compliments about the beauty of the day. One of the groom's family members even put in their annual family update letter that they attended the \"most beautiful wedding\" they had even seen.One small complaint was the band's sound system during the reception (which the venue provides). When we went down to visit with our guests we did not hear the band leader when she was speaking; the band and music were at a volume that perfect and did not interfere with conversations which is probably why we missed the request, but none of our guests seemed to mind.We would not hesitate one second to recommend the Manor House at Prophecy Creek to family and friends. We are confident they would get exactly what they wanted.

Our daughter was married at Prophecy Creek the end of July, but we waited until now to write a review because we thought the euphoria of the day would slant our opinion - no such luck, we are still as thrilled with the event as we were that day.The grounds are magnificent and the staff amazing. I could not have asked for a better place to have my wedding! It truly was a wonderful experience, from the day we met with the Fair family back in March 2016, to the day of our wedding in November 2016. Everyone was extremely helpful and quick to respond throughout the whole planning process. The days leading up to the wedding, and the actual day, I didn't worry about a thing. I felt very confident in their expertise. The grounds of The Manor House are absolutely beautiful and well kept throughout the entire wedding season. We chose the beginning of November for the Fall background and we lucked out that most of the leaves were still on the trees. And, the weather was fairly mild (upper 50's), so we were still able to do our ceremony outside. I just wish we could do it all again! It sure does fly by. Thank you, thank you, thank you to Kerry Fair and the entire staff and The Manor House at Prophecy Creek Park! It is a day that my husband and I will never forget.

We recently had our wedding here and it's hard to put into words how amazing the Manor House is! I was debating between 2 venues before I visited here and there was no question after we saw the grounds (and this was even during the winter!). Not only is the Manor House stunning with such a unique type of venue (we didn't want a traditional ballroom), but the outside is breathtaking. Further, the staff are incredibly responsive, personable, knowledgeable of the industry and so easy to work with. Pete and Kerry were a delight to work with during the planning, and were so helpful with my many many questions. Catherine, our maitre d, was a total rockstar the day of our wedding. She had total control over every single detail, and was so helpful with setting up our decorations. She also took great care of my husband and I. She made sure we got to try the hors d'oeuvres, had time to eat our entrees, and drank water throughout the night. Lastly, the food is out of this world! Our guests are still raving this was the best food they've ever had at a wedding. I HIGHLY suggest you tour this venue, you won't regret it! THANK YOU for helping my wedding dreams become a reality. Now I'm hoping I'll have the pleasure of being a guest here someday!

They did a wonderful job with our wedding. My husband and I got married there about three weeks ago and we have nothing bad at all to say about this venue. Not only was the venue beautiful, but all the staff were very helpful and so nice. The owner Robert and his son Kerry did a great job with keeping things organized and was around for everything which we greatly appreciate it. The maitre d was wonderful too she was so helpful and made us feel very comfortable. The whole staff did a great job and we highly recommend this place to everyone we know. My husband and I fell in love with the Manor House (and Robert Fair AKA Pop Pop) the second we walked onto the grounds. We visited it in the middle of winter and it was beautiful, but seeing it the day and night of our wedding (it was a beautiful fall day) was nothing short of breathtaking with the ponds, gardens, and the lights at night. If the weather allows you to raise the sides of the tent up, definitely do it! Our guests are still raving about the food (we got the salmon, polo fromaggio chicken, and the prime rib) and the atmosphere. The prices are very fair, especially with everything that is included in your wedding package. And the staff is absolutely amazing. Our maitre'd, Catherine, made sure everything was flowing smoothly and that my husband and I were able to eat & drink. One of the waitstaff even chased us up the hill when we were taking pictures to make sure we ate some of the hor oeuvres! And Kerry was so responsive to my millions of questions and very helpful! The venue, food, service and staff were all way above our expectations and I would recommend the Manor House to anyone!

Amanda Paone (Director of Sales) Amanda has been in event planning her entire career. She started when she was just 14 in the event industry doing off-site catering and helping run a family-owned business. This encouraged her passion further to go to Temple University for Hospitality Management and Event Planning.
