The Manor House is by far one of the most amazing wedding venues in Colorado, and it being a full-service venue by providing their own on-site catering is also a major plus. Kylie and her team were truly incredible to work with, and the day went smoothly because of them. Kylie was incredibly responsive and helpful, and I felt confident going into our wedding day knowing that everything would be taken care of because of the trust I had built up in her. The food was also INCREDIBLE. Our guests had nothing but positive feedback for this stunning venue, and it was the perfect place for my husband and I to tie the knot.

This was the best venue we could’ve ever asked for. The team is so organized which made planning from out of state stress and hassle free. Katie was our day of wedding coordinator and she helped everything to run smoothly so that we could enjoy our special day. I would recommend this wedding venue to anyone! If you want a truly seamless, magical wedding day, book the Manor House. Not only is the venue absolutely stunning, but you truly do get so much value out of the packages they offer. We got ready in the dreamy cottage house and this is definitely the move as it has ample space and is on site! We had Amber for our day of coordinator who was excellent, and her ability to lead our day perfectly was so impressive. She executed our vision so well I was blown away. Our guests could not stop talking about how enjoyable our wedding was from the food to the overall experience - this is because the staff here goes above and beyond for every single couple. We felt taken care of, and they even saved the day with silk rose petals for the aisle when we forgot our real ones at home! The venue has tons of common wedding items like easels, blankets for guests, baskets for favors, cake stands. You name it, they've got it. I would pick The Manor House a thousand times over.

Getting married at the Manor House was the absolute BEST decision for our recent wedding. The venue is stunning, my guests were raving about it all day and night and are still commenting now, a few weeks after the big day. It’s a full service venue and comes with a coordinator , which is super helpful if you don’t want to hire a full-on wedding planner. The food is delicious. The planners and coordinators that work here are extremely helpful, prompt, professional, and so fun to work with (shout out to you Kylie and Amber!!) - they never made me feel like any of the millions of questions I had for them were ever a bother and were always very quick to respond. This was the first venue I toured and I immediately fell in love with it. It’s clean, well-run, fully staffed, and has top of the line features to make your day feel glamorous and fancy. The only thing I will say is if you are planning to get married in the high-season and are dead set on a specific time of year, reach out as soon as possible - they tend to get booked up FAST and far out in advance. But it’s absolutely worth the wait. I wish I could Re do my big day all over again - it was magical, and I owe so many thanks to everyone at the Manor House who made it possible !

Overall, the Manor House was amazing and we would absolutely recommend this venue to anyone. They have a lot of aspects of wedding planning that are included that saves time and money such as the food and alcohol, tables, linens, etc. They also provide you with a day of coordinator to support with timing, questions, and some set up of decorations. During our getting ready time on wedding day, they still were completing tours and having a rehearsal which was not ideal, however, the venue is absolutely gorgeous and a great space for a celebration!

Do not second guess your wedding at The Manor House! My guests were raving all night about how beautiful the venue is, especially with many of them being from out of town. The Manor House is a well oiled machine and know just how to operate a perfect wedding. My husband and I worked with Amber, and she was was saint. She was so helpful and pleasant to work with! She answered all 600 questions of mine with a quick response rate. She always had a smile on her face! I wish I could get married again at The Manor House... It was the best day ever!

This venue is gorgeous!! Not only is the house itself beautiful and elegantly decorated throughout, but the grounds are surrounded by rolling green mountains. Let me put it this way, I took a photo of the bathroom, that's how pretty the place is inside. We had a morning outdoor ceremony, which was beautiful, and the reception space is absolutely lovely! The brunch was delicious, and everything was well organized. We planned everything site unseen due to being out of state, and I would 100% recommend this venue.

We loved everything about The Manor House as our wedding venue. Kylie, our day of coordinator, made the wedding day stress free. She and her staff were very attentive the entire day. Several of the guests commented on how smooth dinner was, and their drinking glass was never empty. The venue is absolutely breathtaking inside and out. The food was delicious! You could cut the steak with a butter knife. It’s been almost a month since our wedding day, and guests are still commenting on how amazing The Manor House was.

We had our wedding at the Manor House in June 2022 and we knew the first time we saw it that it was the venue for us. It is a historic, elegant house with gorgeous indoor and outdoor spaces. We felt a true celebration of nature there with 360 views. There is an elegant wrap-around patio with multiple fire pits and terraces for guests to wander and explore, a gorgeous indoor bar, indoor seating areas that are already decorated, and inclusive staff/services/table settings. We had so much fun at the tasting and it truly took so much stress off the wedding planning process to know that all of the coordination, catering, and staffing details were taken care of. Our wedding flowed perfectly from one part of the event to the next and every little detail was taken care of without us having to think about it on the day of. The food was delicious. We could just relax and enjoy the time with family. We live in Denver but most of our guests were from out of town. They were blown away by the venue and the incredible staff. Definitely check this venue out!

It is absolutely stunning in all seasons and completely wowed our guests. It truly felt like a fairytale location. Manor House was just the most amazing wedding venue. They are super professional, easy to work with, and you can have 100% confidence in the fact that they will run your big day SEAMLESSLY! It’s just a gorgeous space, and our guests enjoyed having access to the whole facility, where they could sit out by the fire pits or tear it up on the dance floor. My husband also has a food allergy, and the chefs were able to easily accommodate his needs. Everything ran perfectly on time (rare for a wedding in general!), with zero hitches in anything that was planned. 10/10 would recommend Manor House!!!

The Manor House is such an amazing wedding venue! In addition to the beauty of the landscape and house, the staff goes above and beyond to make your wedding day special. We worked with Amber and she made the planning and day of so much fun. The evening ran without a hitch! The Manor House was the only venue that we toured, but once we stepped on the property, we knew that we wanted to have our reception there. We booked all of our other vendors from their recommended vendor lists and I would highly recommend them all! The Manor House staff has such great relationships with so many vendors in Denver and it made our day seamless and smooth to plan! The Manor House staff and Amber are so amazing at their jobs - we had such an amazing wedding thanks to them!

The Manor House is extremely elegant and they match their elegance with professionalism. When you book with The Manor House they give you a day of coordinator. We were so fortunate to work with Kylie- her confidence and kind demeanor made it extremely easy to hand over such a special day. Both my husband and I felt like ROYALTY. A lot goes into planning a big event and they are very thorough with giving you deadlines to help guide you through the process. I was an out of state bride and they made it easy to contact vendors (ie DJ, flowers, etc). They are quick to respond and that is very important during that final month of planning. I would tell any couple looking to get married in the Colorado area to book a tour of the venue- it will be VERY hard not to fall in love with The Manor House!

We fell in love with The Manor House on a tour 2 years before our wedding and never looked back- they were so helpful in giving us recommended vendors (all that we ended up choosing from and all ended up being fabulous), setting up food tasting, and doing all of the prep work before so our wedding day went smoothly. Being the bride who was also the wedding planner, The Manor House truly made our entire day and process leading up to our wedding so easy. Our day-of-coordinator got stuck in another state during a tropical storm, and Kelly jumped in and ran our entire day so smoothly you wouldn't have even known she wasn't with us from the beginning of our planning. If you really want to find a full-service venue that takes care of all of the details (and does it perfectly), this is the perfect venue, we could not recommend The Manor House enough!

If you don't want to be in charge of literally anything on your wedding day and still have it go incredibly smooth, book this venue immediately! They set up and tore down all of our decor, managed all of our other vendors during the day of, made sure everyone was where they were supposed to be and made sure the day ran on time with nothing needed from us at all. I didn't get a single text the entire day and everything went of without a single hitch! Katie, who was one of our day-of coordinators, made us feel so secure in everything and she and the rest of the staff were absolutely incredible. The food was excellent and they were incredibly accommodating for the differing dietary needs of our guests without charging extra. Our bartender, Josh, was the best and made sure in addition to the guests being taken care of, that we were too. It all felt very personal and it was truly more than we could have ever hoped for!

The Manor House exceeded our every expectation on our wedding day and throughout the entire process. They were professional, great to communicate with and always on top of everything. Not a single thing went wrong on our wedding day due to their amazing staff who goes above and beyond to ensure a smooth day. They had every detail documented and kept everyone on track plus every person we talked to was friendly and eager to help ensure our day was perfect. This location also has the perfect views of the Denver downtown skyline, Red Rocks and sunset mountain views that are breathtaking. Thank you Manor House, we could not have picked a more perfect venue or team!

We are so glad we chose The Manor House for our special day! The venue was perfect and all of our guests loved it. There were so many places for people to be during our event, from in the ballroom, to around the house, to outside. The staff at The Manor House are incredibly detailed and work hard to make sure everything is perfect. The venue was so clean and ready for our day. There are so many places around the property to get amazing pictures. We were lucky enough to have a fabulous sunset and our guests were able to get great pictures. This venue has great views, incredible history, and unique charm. There is something for everyone to love. We are so grateful to everyone at The Manor House who helped make our wedding perfect.

The Manor House is more than just a venue, but a full, well-designed experience. Plan well in advance, as dates book up quickly - but for good reason! We were blown away by the Manor House experience, from our first tour through our wedding day and after. First off, Kylie was simply amazing to work with over the 1.5 years of planning our wedding - kind, funny, attentive, helpful, accommodating, and ridiculously super responsive. On the day, Kylie was always available and continually checking on us to make sure we had everything we needed. The venue is the perfect mixture of beauty, privacy, outdoor space, and A/C (clutch for a July wedding). Both the House and the Ballroom are stunning by themselves, and hardly need any decorating. The ceremony view cannot be beat - it gave our wedding planner goosebumps the first time she saw the view of Denver through the Hogbacks. We also loved all the services provided - it made planning so much easier! All the food was delicious - we had a hard time narrowing down our dinner and app choices. The spaces for getting ready were well-stocked and comfy. We heard from our guests well after our wedding what a wonderful time they had and how impressed they were with the Manor House.

If you want a picture perfect Colorado wedding at an altitude safe for the out of towners and grandparents, it does not get any better than the Manor House! We always knew we wanted to get married here, and had a longer engagement just to get a date here! I honestly could write an entire review specifically dedicated to our coordinator, Kylie, who honestly made our whole wedding! She and the rest of the staff went above and beyond with the ballroom and decor setup, the food and custom menu, making sure we had plenty of apps, and everything in between. We could not be more thankful to the Manor House for everything y'all did and can't wait to pay many visits to our magical wedding venue!

We had our wedding at The Manor House this past month and cannot recommend them highly enough. We worked with Kylie from day one and she was so incredible to work with throughout the entire process. She was responsive, answered all of our questions leading up to the wedding, and took the stress out of the whole planning process. She was our coordinator on the wedding day as well and worked with all our vendors to make sure the day was even more perfect than we could have imagined. The Manor House takes care of food catering, bar packages, and the day-of coordinator, which meant we did not have to search around for all of those vendors separately. This also took a lot of stress out of the planning process as we felt that we could fully trust The Manor House to deliver in all of these areas. The food was incredible and they do a really good job of making sure the bride and groom are properly fed. They were able to accommodate signature cocktails with a few strange ingredients and made them super well. Last but not least, the venue itself is so perfect. You have 360 degree views of the foothills, red rocks, and even the Denver skyline outside. The decor inside is so pretty that you really don't need a ton of additional decoration. So many of our guests came up to us and told us how much they loved the venue, the food, and the drinks. All in all, we had such an incredible wedding and so much of it is due to Kylie and The Manor House!

Amazing experience with our wedding at The Manor House! It was absolute perfection. They make everything so easy with the ceremony, reception, catering & everything all in one. You hardly have to decorate too because the place is already gorgeous (yet you can personalize if you want). Kylie did a fabulous job not only as the day-of coordinator but also in our planning. She was sooo helpful & professional! Rhett is just an amazing chef & any food made there is just top notch. The whole staff & owners are great. The views are amazing. The guest house is great. The only problem is that you won’t want to leave ;-)

AMAZING! We held our winter wedding here on January 2, 2022 - so everything was indoors- and it was incredible. Such amazing support from the venue throughout the whole planning process. At first we weren't sure about having to use their kitchen/catering/bar- but ended up being such a stress reliever. Their staff were incredibly experienced and professional on the day of and we continue to receive compliment after compliment about the venue/decor/flow. One reason we particular chose this venue was the sheer beauty, without any added decor. Every corner is meticulously designed and decorated. The food was amazing- there is a great selection. 10/10 would recommend!

This venue was outstanding. The moment I saw it, I knew that I wanted to get married here. Our coordinator Amber was great with communication on any of my questions leading up to the ceremony! The only critique I would have, which may have been my own inexperience, would be to set out how you wanted the day to go and to see who would be directing the guests to what they were supposed to be doing. I received feedback that the guests didn't know when we were doing family photos, when they were supposed to be seated for dinner and when they were supposed to line up out front while we were doing our exit. Having someone to conduct this would have made the day run smoother. Otherwise, the venue, the food and the decor was much more wonderful than I could have ever anticipated!

Had the wedding of my dreams through the Manor House. The staff and coordinator included is so experienced and handled everything flawlessly. I was ready for at least one thing to go wrong on my wedding day; and it went perfect start to finish. Most beautiful, care-free, and happy day. Pricing is transparent from the start which includes price per head for both food and drink. Entire process put planning at ease. Very responsive to all emails and helpful throughout. Food was great :)

After seeing the Manor House, there was no doubt we were booking it for our wedding! The venue and surrounding areas are absolutely gorgeous. No extra decor is needed. The staff at the Manor House are all incredibly helpful and were very professional on our wedding day. The venue provided a day-of coordinator, and our coordinator, Kylie, was amazing. She helped us even in the month before the wedding with floorplans, day-of timeline and other details. The catering and bar packages are included in the venue and we were very happy with our food and drink selection. We held our ceremony outdoors and the reception indoors and it went perfectly! Huge thank you to the Manor House!

Wow wow wow WOW. The Manor House blew our expectations away. It is such a beautiful venue, and we knew right away it was the place we wanted to get married. Communication was easy and everything ran smoothly. Amber was our day-of coordinator, and she is simply the best. She made sure that everything was in place and that each part of the wedding moved at the right time. She was always on hand if I had any questions or needs. The entire staff was so kind and helpful. The food was some of the best wedding food we've had! So happy that we were able to have our wedding here!

THE BEST! I have so many positive things to say about The Manor House and truly believe that it is the best wedding venue in Colorado. From the accommodations to the food to the house it self, everything was perfect. We LOVED our coordinator, Amber. I can not say enough good things about her. She answered every single question (and email) I had and put me at ease about whatever I needed. She was attentive, kind, and smart as a whip. The food was incredible and every guest enjoyed cocktail hour and their dinner. The bartending staff was also great. At one point in the evening I needed a safety pin and the bartender got it to me in less than 5 minutes. All of our guests were \"wowed\" by the grandness of the venue and kept commenting on how beautiful it was. If you are on the fence about booking the guest cabin, DO IT! It was cleaned, fully stocked, and a great place to get ready. My husband and I loved waking back up to the venue and being able to talk about all our favorite things the night before. We love The Manor House!!

I can not stress this enough, this is the best wedding venue in Colorado!! And this is coming from a previous wedding venue coordinator of another wedding venue :) I am going to be leaving quite the review, so to summarize, everything could not have been more perfect. They met and exceeded every expectation I had. They are worth every single penny and I can't recommend them enough. I am going to try to focus on 3 main categories: Investment Value, Planning Process, and Day of Experience. Investment Value: Right behind our photographer, choosing The Manor House as our wedding venue was the 2nd best investment we made on our wedding day! Not only are the grounds SPECTACULAR, with endless views, incredible rooms, the coolest bar, and a beautiful reception space, but the staff is also above and beyond. They made everything absolutely PERFECT. My guests were commenting all night about how accommodating and professional the staff were. Also, The food was SUPERB!!! I have been to a few weddings where the food was good, but Chef Rhett has something special going in his kitchen. Our steak was cooked to perfection, mashed potatoes were perfectly flavored and creamy, the vegetables had just enough bite in them and the chicken was juicy and seasoned just right! He also made no fuss about accommodating several vegetarian guests, and vegan guests! We received endless compliments on the food!Planning Process: Kylie was the most EXCELLENT coordinator we could have ever asked for. She was patient, kind, well seasoned and vetted, and simply put wonderfully. She went above and beyond to make sure our wedding day was everything we envisioned. I sent her 50+ emails, with often small or seemingly silly questions, and she was incredibly responsive to them all, taking the time to make sure all details were clear and concise. She was communicative, and helped make sure we stayed on track with payments, guests count, and tastings! She was perfect and exceeded every expectation we had. She made planning a truly stress-free process and it was a HUGE blessing planning a wedding. She made us feel like we were the only couple she had!Day of Experience: The day of was something out of a dream. I know it sounds cliche, but getting married at The Manor house was out of a fairy tale. Staff was attentive the entire day to my husband and me, making sure we had whatever we needed. Our guests were wowed by the grounds and the house itself, as well as the staff. Everything went seamlessly. I have heard of any problems or hiccups that anyone experienced. Choosing The Manor House as your wedding venue is something you will always feel great about and never regret. The Manor House is worth every penny, 10 fold. I can't recommend this venue enough!

The Manor House is the most incredible venue. They are extremely organized, welcoming, and experienced in all aspects leading up to the wedding as well as the day of coordination. We worked with Amber throughout the two year process (covid delays) and she was always quick to respond to questions and had great insight for planning the inside decor. Her and her team set everything up PERFECTLY before we even arrived the day of. Some other highlights that our guests have been mentioning are the food (in house chef with amazing options), the setting nestled in the foothills, and the number of places guests can hang out throughout the night (ballroom, living rooms, library, etc). Truly a magical day and my husband and I recommend this venue highly.

We loved working with the Manor House! They made our day feel so special and truly helped us every step of the way! Kylie was amazing to work with and answered all our questions. It poured on our wedding day but Kylie and her staff were well prepared! They had staff wiping down seats, umbrellas ready and constantly checked in with our vendors. The wedding was executed very well. We received so many wonderful compliments on the venue. Highly recommend them for your wedding!

Kylie and the Manor House team are incredible!! We originally booked the Manor House back in 2019 for an April 2020 wedding, then a July 2020 wedding, and FINALLY just had our wedding on July 8, 2021! They were with us every step of the way and through all the stress of rescheduling, made it as stress-free as they possibly could. The staff, the communication, the food, the service, could not have been any more perfect. Our guests also can't stop raving about how beautiful and flawless everything was. Thanks to the Manor House for making our wedding day even more beautiful than we had hoped it'd be!

The Manor House.... words just cannot be expressed how much myself, my husband, and my guests LOVED this space. The whole team was absolute, hands down, the best in the business. They were kind, compassionate, and honest with my postponement and took the time to reach out during an obviously stressful time for both of us. I am SO proud that I chose them for my wedding venue. I heard of other venues who were not so great to their brides during 2020 and that is one thing I didn't have to worry about. We were a team and they were just stellar. On top of everything, wow was my day magical. The place is beautiful in general but my wedding was just perfect. Seeing my friends' and families' faces when they saw the venue for the first time (and going through the gates). Worth it all. The food, incredible! And getting help during the tasting from the chef, again, perfect! Their wines are still talked about at family functions. The spaces to get ready and photos. I mean, I could go on and on. I am forever grateful for them on making my dream wedding come true.

Every time we talk about our wedding, my husband and I say it was the most perfect day ever! A big reason is that we were able to have it at The Manor House! Just 1 week before our wedding, our original venue offered to switch us to The Manor House (it was COVID’s fault and not theirs) and we just about burst into tears knowing how gorgeous and historic it is! The Manor House and team quickly made sure we were all set-up for the big switch and made it so easy to work with them and adjust to any changes. They also threw in some perks for the inconvenience 🤩 Justin was the most organized coordinator on the day of! I was so impressed at his clear communication and how he kept us, the family and bridal party moving along. We loved that they did set up and tear down...it made the day feel like such a breeze! Our guests raved on the mimosa bar, appetizers and exceptional food! And of course the venue itself is just gorgeous and the best place to capture photos. We could not recommend The Manor House enough!

I am BEYOND happy and grateful for our experience with The Manor House for our wedding on August 18, 2020. When we got engaged in January 2019, I started doing my venue research and filling out my spreadsheets (as all of us Type A brides do) and instantly fell in LOVE with The Manor House. I was hard pressed to find a more beautiful, welcoming, and unique venue in Colorado, not to mention one with the glowing reviews and reputation that this venue held. It was the first and only venue we toured and we knew it would be the perfect location for us to celebrate our special day!Throughout the planning process, Kylie was exceptional to work with! She was always very professional, friendly, responsive, and willing to work with us and accommodate our special requests. Honestly, with the amount of weddings they host every week, I was shocked at her timely responses and genuine thoughtfulness into my questions and concerns. Then the PANDEMIC hit and all hell broke loose for our wedding - all of my corona brides know exactly what I'm talking about. However, The Manor House handled everything with grace and flexibility and I am SO thankful for their management team. I received regular communication regarding state regulations and what they could accommodate for our wedding. At one point, the manager even called me on my cell phone to simply check in and see how I was doing/feeling with everything happening. If that isn't going the extra mile, I don't know what is. : ) When we finally made the decision to change our original wedding date from May to August, The Manor House was quick to offer us new dates at no additional charge/fee and work with us to find a new date that would allow us to keep all of our vendors as well and as many guests as the state would allow.In the weeks leading up to our wedding, both Kylie and Amber (our day of coordinator) made themselves very available, communicated regularly, and supported us in an otherwise stressful and overwhelming time. They made several accommodations for us due to COVID19 and handled everything with a smile and kind word. I am so grateful for both of their hard work and effort, as I know this is not an easy time for them and they never let any stress or frustration seep into our interactions. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect, in large part to The Manor House, and I would HIGHLY recommend them to any bride looking for a venue in Colorado! A HUGE thank you to Kylie and Amber for helping us succeed in having our dream wedding during the pandemic - You both were exceptional and a joy to work with throughout the entire experience!

We worked with The Manor House for over a year to plan our wedding. When the Coronavirus closures started happening we were assured multiple times from coordinator Kylie that a refund would be given if they could not host our event. About a month out from our event large gatherings were still banned in Colorado. We reached out to request a refund as it was obvious they would not be able to host our 150 person event. The General Manager Kelly informed me that they are giving no refunds and that we could either reschedule (only weekdays were available) or host our event with 25-50 people depending on guidelines and adhere to social distancing rules during the event. I knew this was not right as we had signed our contract for at least 150 guests. I reached out to a couple different lawyers for consults who all advised that the venue is incorrect and we are definitely due a refund per our contract. I informed the General Manager of this and she reached back out to say that I was correct- we are due a refund. I feel that she initially tried to pressure or bully us into rescheduling for a weekday as opposed to postponing. She said that they have no money to use to provide us a refund, however. They “may” need to make payments to us and it “may” take up to a year but they have no idea when they can even issue a first payment. We received no services from them but are now out thousands of dollars with no wedding to show for it and no date in sight of when we will receive these funds. We are so disappointed with how they’ve treated us. All of our vendors have been extremely accommodating and empathetic but the service from The Manor House has been a nightmare. If you’re thinking of booking there I definitely recommend rethinking and finding elsewhere to host your wedding.

I absolutely loved having my wedding at The Manor House and I cannot recommend it enough! We had our wedding here this past weekend and it was the best possible experience I could imagine with a venue and day-of coordinator. Our day was perfect. Most of our guests had not been to The Manor House before and they were blown away by the setting, the service and atmosphere, and the food and drinks. Kylie was a dream and so kind, supportive, flexible, quick to answer any questions I had, and took care of pretty much everything on the day of the wedding. After months of planning, it felt really great to have Kylie in charge on the day we had been thinking about for so long. We had looked at a few other venues and The Manor House really had it all. It's close enough to Denver that we were able to accommodate reasonably priced transportation for our out of town guests but easy enough for our local guests to drive to. The food and drinks were delicious and the package pricing really helped to work with our budget. 10/10 would recommend!

Best. Venue. Ever. We knew the second we walked in that we wanted to get married at The Manor House, we didn't look anywhere else and picked a date that they had available. We ended up with a December date and an indoor ceremony and wow... it was just breathtaking! The location and venue itself is stunning, but what sets them apart is their incredible staff. We worked with Amber and were blown away by her hospitality, professionalism and how much she went above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect. It was such a relief knowing that we could literally show up and enjoy our day and know that Amber and her team were taking care of everything. And I mean everything! We had an entire table show up at 9pm because they were stuck in the mountains, without even hesitating Amber asked if they were hungry and went to the kitchen to grab their meals. She always made sure my husband and I had a drink in our hands, that we were enjoying ourselves and truly was the reason our day was so perfect. It's been almost three months since our wedding and our friends and family still can't stop talking about how perfect it was.

The Manor House was perfect! Amber was such a great help throughout the whole planning process from start to finish. They run a well oiled machine the day of taking all the stress away! We didn't have to worry about anything as the staff was amazing and the venue was stunning. Amber and her team worked so hard to get everything ready and provided our guests with the best service possible. As the happy couple, we were able to enjoy our day with our family and friends, including our pups! It was a dream to get married at The Manor House and we highly recommend this venue!

My husband fell in love with the location and look of this venue before we’d ever visited. I knew not to get my hopes up until we interacted with the staff and they answered a few of my questions (mainly if they would do an all vegan menu). Being a destination couple, I was really worried about communication, but from the moment we started communicating with them it was a breeze! When we finally did our first site visit I was stunned, the house and the grounds are splendid. There is lots of space, but it is decorated in a way that creates plenty of spots for small conversations and the ballroom has pretty great acoustics. When it came to discussing the all vegan menu, I was pleasantly met with “this is something we are seeing more requests for and we would love to work with you on this”. After a little bit of time, as the chef created a menu and tested different options, we were given options for our tasting that I would find at any vegan restaurant of caliber. When we came back for our tasting, I was blown away. Every single thing we tasted was incredible and even my omni and picky mother was delighted. For the mains we went with a carrot osso buco and mushroom risotto, and we are still receiving compliments from guests about the food. We worked with Kylie for the majority of the time leading up to our big day and she was with us during the rehearsal and all day during our wedding. She was always pleasant and professional the whole time. There were a couple of times where we wished she’d given a little more direction (the grooms party was a little lost - but the bridesmaids were extremely well attended to, none of our guests were invited to watch us cut our cake, and we had to direct everyone to our big exit), but overall was attentive and understanding of our needs. She worked with us to make sure all of our handmade details were showcased exactly as we wanted them and that my special requests were met.

WOW. That is the first word that comes to mind after just having our wedding at this marvelous venue. I think we can all agree, if you have been there, that this venue is a show stopper from the moment you see it sitting on top of the hill, to when you pull through its luxurious gates and finally the moment you walk in the front door. This place has more character, charisma and coziness (especially with all of the fireplaces on) than any other venue I looked at. Your guests will be gawking the whole night about how wonderful the venue is, heck, I am still receiving calls and comments about it. Plus, they are an all-service venue so food and drink are done in-house. Perhaps you pay a bit more for that, but to have the ease of mind knowing food, drink and all of the servers it takes to run a smooth wedding, are things you do not have to plan for or worry about makes for less brain-drain. Seriously! Now, if you think the venue is WOW, wait until your wedding is over and you reflect back on the service you received at said spectacular venue. WOWZA! Kelley and her team are true professionals that have been running this well-oiled machine for some time now and it shows. I never for a moment worried about something not going right, food not being hot, guests not being served drinks in a timely manner. The night was beyond smooth. I cannot talk enough about how smooth it was. Flawless. Again, so many of our guests kept commenting on how good the food was, how impeccable the service was (start to finish) and how quick the bar was. This is truly the BEST establishments in Denver to have your wedding at.

The Manor House staff was incredible. We booked them over a year in advance and it was totally worth the wait! The decor outside the reception hall during christmas was gorgeous! The staff was friendly and helpful throughout the weeks leading up to the wedding. Kelley the coordinator is amazing and everything was done perfectly on the day of. The food and alcohol here are also good. Wedding food has a bad reputation but the steak and mashed potatoes were good and there were so many compliments on the bacon wrapped figs! My mother in law had specific wines she wanted and that was easily accommodated. We also had many guests with food allergies and this could not have been easier to coordinate from my perspective. Clean up process was easy! We stayed in the guest house which I can not recommend enough. Overall a dream wedding venue. My only critique is that as an anxious bride with over a year to kill with planning it would have been nice to have more check ins throughout the year. Thank you guys for the best day ever!

What a great experience. As the father of the bride, I was concerned we picked the best venue. But, the Manor House is more than a venue! They made the whole experience so easy and wonderful. From the great location (love the views) to the great service (Kylie was amazing and she always had us in the right places at the right times without being pushy, just helpful and nice) and the wonderful food, this was by far, the best choice for us. I highly recommend the Manor House!

This venue is absolutely stunning! My now-husband and I were sold on it from the moment we set foot on the property for our first visit. Kelley and Kylie were very accommodating and extremely helpful throughout the planning process. They were so patient with me, answered all of my questions, and responded to emails in a timely manner.I planned our event without a designated wedding planner, and these ladies helped fill in the gaps and assisted with many of the details. When my RSVP fell through for our tasting, they made accomodations for our party of 4 without a hitch. The day of our wedding, it rained. And then it rained again. I am so appreciative of the hard work Kelley and her team put in to keep our guests comfortable and entertained while we waited out the storm and that she realized how important it was to us to have our wedding outdoors. Kelley worked very closely with the rest of our vendors to make changes and accommodations to our timeline to ensure that everything still ran smoothly, despite the delay. We received so many compliments on this venue and would highly recommend it for your CO wedding!

We were so impressed with Manor House & wish we could go back for another wedding next weekend! The process they lay out is so straightforward and easy as a bride dealing with so many other details. They took on all of set up and break down, allowing my friends and family (esp my mom) the ability to actually enjoy the day. All our of things were nicely packed for us the night of, and even loaded into our car! The venue’s beauty speaks for itself, our guests cannot stop talking about the grounds and how lovely everything was. We also received a ton of compliments on the food!! I’d recommend this venue to anyone looking to stress as little as possible. Kelley and her team were full service starting one month out and very attentive and flexible the day of. We’re so happy we chose Manor House!

Obviously the setting is beyond beautiful!!Kelly was our Day of Co-ordinator and she was wonderful!!!! We brought everything; signs, containers for glow sticks, jam jars, candles and she took care of ever detail. You don’t need to be concerned about anything.The couple chose food stations. The food was FANTASTIC!!! We got so many compliments on the entire evening. If you are considering The Manor House, Book it!!! I can not image a more beautiful wedding.

I don't even know where to start, what a great experience and absolutely perfect wedding. We decided on The Manor House after a trip out to Colorado to visit eight different venues between Boulder, Denver, Winter Park and Vail. Although Manor House was the most expensive, it stood out as being the best, by far. For us, planning a wedding from California on our own (no wedding planner), TMH's [almost] all inclusive system worked well for us. We didn't have to worry about the smaller details like tables, tableware, food, alcohol, etc. Kelly was our day of coordinator, she did a fantastic job. I came to the the wedding weekend very organized with a timeline, vendor contact info, etc and she executed all the day of details like getting vendors in and set up. She even handed out the cash tips that I had organized to each vendor at the end of the evening. The food was fantastic, the service was top notch and the execution was perfect. All of our wedding guests were amazed by the venue and service, not a single shred of negative feedback. BOOK THIS VENUE, SERIOUSLY

The Manor House was the perfect, all-inclusive venue for our big day!It was very high on my list just from the pictures, but we had seen very similar venues that didn’t live up to their pictures online. When we pulled up to the venue, we were very impressed. The Manor was just as grand in person, and was obviously very well maintained. Once we stepped inside the reception hall, I knew it was the one. We wanted an outdoor wedding, but needed a venue that had a good plan B indoors as well. The reception hall was gorgeous and we both would have been happy to be married in front of the fireplace (luckily we were able to get married outside). We worked with two amazing women that helped us with every little detail. Kylie helped us from the very beginning to nail down the logistics and get an estimate on costs, etc. We worked with Amber the final weeks leading up to the big day, she really helped us nail down our timeline, and all the details we had overlooked! Both Kylie and Amber were very responsive and patient – I probably asked them over 100 questions – but they answered every single one of them. We had a great rehearsal and left all of our décor the night before the wedding. On the big day I barely gave it another thought – I knew Amber had everything taken care of. My bridal party and I didn’t have to lift a finger! Amber came into the cottage while we were getting ready and gave us updates throughout the morning. When we went to the main house – all the décor was perfect! Amber did such an amazing job! All afternoon and evening, the staff was very thoughtful and attentive. All of our guests raved about the service, and the food was incredible!After the reception was over – we had cake packaged up in our cottage. This was the perfect thoughtful touch because neither of us had any cake – the night just went too fast! By morning all of our décor was already packaged up (and with care – all of the items I had wrapped up were returned to me wrapped up, which I really appreciated). I can’t think of a single thing I would have done differently, or anything the staff could have done to make it any better. The staff really made our big day perfect!!

As soon as we drove up the road to The Manor House, my (now husband) partner and I fell in love! Everyone we worked with was wonderful, and everything in the wedding planning and process went so smoothly. They answered all our questions quickly, and many things are very common sense. The property is stunning, the food was AMAZING (esp. the beef wellingtons), and all our pictures turned out so versatile because everywhere you go is a new shot with so many possibilities. The whole space was ours so we weren't sharing with another wedding, and we really felt like we were the most important and only people there. My husband and I had drinks in hand from their staff as soon as the ceremony was over while we took pictures during cocktail hour. They made sure to bring us some of the appetizers as well, while our guests mingled. Then they had a plate of apps waiting for us at our table, and brought us our dinner (while we had buffet style for all our guests). Those little things just made the whole night smooth and amazing, and it made us feel so special. Now I hope we get to be guests of a wedding hosted here so we can enjoy this venue again!

I’m not really sure that I can put in words how incredible this venue is but I will try. From the location to the views to the food, omg the food, to the staff and to the wedding coordinator Kylie (highly IMPRESSED with you), this was the most beautiful day of my entire life and I will never forget it. I literally didn’t have to worry about a SINGLE thing on my wedding day- it was absolutely perfect. All of my guests were truly BLOWN away by this venue and said it was the most beautiful wedding they had ever been to. I even had a guest tell me that he has been to extremely lavish weddings that were over $100,000 and said that our wedding blew theirs out of the park! Thank you Manor House for everything and giving us a day to remember for a lifetime! 💕

The Manor House was seriously the best venue we could have ever imagined for our wedding! From the picturesque views, experienced staff, delicious food (prepared by the chef on site), they will make your wedding go as smooth as possible! We had rain the morning of our wedding, but decided to have our ceremony outside (5pm ceremony). Despite it still sprinkling when guests started arriving at 4:30pm, the Manor House staff still made our wedding outside possible! They were prepared with towels to dry the chairs off as well as tons of umbrellas to provide to our (mostly out of town) guests. Luckily it stopped raining just as I was about to go down the aisle! Kylie was our day of coordinator and made us feel so comfortable with everything!From the perspective of the bride and groom, we made a point to go around and say hello to each table during our reception and every time we left our seats, the waiters made sure to cover our food to keep it warm. The little touches of customer service went a long way and meant so much to us! The venue itself was perfect for us and our guests because people could find a quiet room if they wanted to get away from the party, sit outside near a firepit, or go enjoy the photobooth. Looking back, I'm so glad and thankful we booked the Manor House for our wedding!

This was the only venue my husband and I visited before decided the Manor House was exactly where we wanted to get married. Seriously, this place is like a fairytale! If you are looking for a venue that works seamlessly to give you absolutely everything you dreamed of- this place is it. Upon looking at pricing, you may be overwhelmed, but listen to me when I say EVERYTHING is included in their cost. Tables, chair, plates, silverware, a stress free experience, amazing day-of coordinator to be there every second, incredible wait staff for guests, everything you can think of. This venue is a one-stop shop and they have great recommendations for other vendors that do a great job. Our florist (Kimball floral) and DJ (Perry Washington) do so many weddings at the Manor House that we truly did not have to coordinate anything. This venue is like a well-oiled machine. We are so pleased with our venue coordinator Amber and how incredibly helpful she was. We brought extra items/decor (guest book, signs, seating chart, dessert table extras, etc) to our rehearsal and she set it all up for us-it was exactly like I had envisioned. Any questions or concerns we had, she was there with a solution within minutes. The other ladies we worked with (Kylie and Kristen) were so amazing too. The staff is amazing and are as excited as you are about your wedding! If you have the opportunity to attend a showcase event at the Manor House, I highly recommend it. That is when we fell in love with the venue. Thank you everyone at the Manor House for an unforgettable experience!!

I will never stop raving about the Manor House. Our wedding was handled with such kindness, professionalism, and genuine helpfulness from start to finish. The venue is absolutely gorgeous (it's always nice to have a space that doesn't need much extra decoration!) and I honestly wish I could move in tomorrow. It has multiple different spaces that are all available for your guests so people can mingle and relax by a fire or party by the music depending on their preferences. The staff is so helpful, very responsive, and do an amazing job with every detail. I honestly didn't have to worry about a single detail the whole night, which is an incredible gift as a high-anxiety bride. Kylie was so wonderful to work with as a coordinator and the rest of the staff was flawless. Their contract is very specific, so be prepared to read the fine-print, but having such tight guidelines up front does make it a lot easier when you start thinking of the nitty-gritty detail questions. I cannot recommend the Manor House enough.

Beautiful, Fairytale Venue We knew we wanted to have our dream wedding at The Manor House as soon as we walked into the Fall 2017 Showcase Open House...this venue is the most stunning, breathtaking place I have ever seen. Our winter, January wedding, ceremony and reception were both held in the Great Room, and it couldn't have been any better. We added winter wonderland elements to the incredible architecture that makes up The Manor House. Kelley Case was wonderful. She worked with us to coordinate everything, all the way through the planning process. She was also our Day-Of Coordinator. She personally kept the gorgeous Christmas decorations up, as she knew that is what I wanted, even though she needed to take them down in one night before the next day's bride who did not want the decorations left up. Kelley kept everything moving smoothly, even with the first snowstorm of the season. She was so sweet and helped to bustle my dress when there were issues. I couldn't have asked for a better Wedding coordinator. The food was delicious and met our dietary wishes, the setup was perfect and timely, and the entire Manor House team was so friendly and wonderful. The Manor House made for an incredible backdrop for our photos. Definitely THE place to get married!

From the moment we stepped foot on the Manor House property, we knew it was the perfect venue. We worked with Kylie throughout the planning process, and she is absolutely incredible! She answered every single one of our emails and questions so quickly and was extremely helpful throughout the planning process! On wedding day, the ladies all got ready in the Manor House cottage, which was the perfect amount of space and a wonderful, cozy spot to spend the morning in! We then traveled off site for our church ceremony and back to the Manor House in the afternoon for pictures, cocktail hour and the reception. The foothills behind the Manor House make for an absolutely stunning, unmatched backdrop for pictures! As guests began to arrive, they were all in awe of the beauty of the house and it’s setting – so many guests told us throughout the night that this was the coolest wedding venue they’d ever been to! Guests mingled through all the rooms during cocktail hour – people relaxed on couches by the fire in the two cozy living rooms, ordered drinks at the gorgeous bar, took pictures in the classic library, and little kids were able to run around upstairs to get their energy out! Food throughout the night – appetizers during cocktail hour, the salad and the entrée - were absolutely amazing. Everyone raved about the food! And staff was absolutely incredible – they were there for anything we needed, were always around the corner with food and drinks, and always had a smile on their face. We could not have dreamed of a more perfect wedding venue and more perfect team to pull off our wedding day!

Breathtaking - our wedding was absolutely breathtaking because of The Manor House. From our first call with The Manor House team, Joe and I knew our wedding was going to be perfect. Kylie and her team made everything so easy for us. I felt as if I had to simply show up and everything was already handled. Kylie was so helpful with the decision making process, especially with us being out of state. I felt completely taken care of the entire planning process. I stepped into the space the afternoon of our wedding and was instantly blown away. The venue is immaculate. The fire places were roaring, the space was so welcoming and cozy, every detail down the the flatware and lanterns were absolute perfection. The staff that handled our wedding was incredible. Countless guests commented on how inviting and polite The Manor House team was that evening. I did not have a single worry the day of our wedding because I knew it was all handled. Just had my wedding in this amazing venue. Other than the jaw dropping views and the beautiful historic feel of the venue, the service was also impeccable. Amber was our bridal coordinator and she was super helpful getting everything ready before the wedding and during our rehearsal. We dropped off our boxes with decorations and other things we wanted around the venue and it was all ready to go the day off, which was definitely appreciated! All of our guests were super happy with the amount of attention to detail and with the high level of organization during the entire event. We booked our wedding over a year and half prior to the actual wedding day because The Manor House is such a popular wedding venue in Denver. I would definitely recommend attending the open houses that The Manor House hosts in the spring and fall in order to find your vendors and help with your planning. Sue Kimball is the best florist! We had our wedding in October of 2018 and The Manor House was absolutely wonderful! We live in California and had to do everything from far away, but they made it seamless. We even booked and reserved the date without ever seeing the venue. They were an absolute dream to work with and made our day incredible. We worked with Kelley and Kylie and they handled everything. They truly are a full service venue- they do all the day of coordinating, bar, and food. The venue is absolutely stunning by itself, but the service made it even better. Our family was hesitant about the distance it was from downtown Denver, but it was an easy uber ride and the local hotel we used provide shuttle service. I was also nervous about the fact that we could not get into the venue until 3:00 PM because of a morning wedding, however this was not an issue at all. We had the entire venue space from 3-11 and it was more than needed. I had many small details that I asked to be remembered and they did every single one! They delivered cards to our parents at the reception, had my tennis shoes for dancing waiting for me under my seat, and even brought us appetizers during cocktail hour while we took couple photos because they knew we wouldn't have time to eat any. I could go on and on about this venue and the people- they made our day incredible and guests keep telling us about how beautiful the venue is and how good the food was!

Chef: accommodating although small changes will cost a bunch. Ex: on additional sauce was $3 per person. Fabulous Charcuterie tables! Meats well cooked, not over or under cooked. Everyone raved about the food. We did Salmon - unsauced, Steaks - unsauced. And a teriyaki siracha, A chimichurri, and a tomato basil sauce. Everyone could sauce as they wished.Bar and drinks: plenty and priced like a Bronco game per drink. Service: Amazing staff and Kelley and Amber were so easy to work with.Landscaping: Well tended and rotated out. You will have no need of additional decor outside. Twinkle lights on trees and the fire pit tables on the wrap around porch are wonderful. You'll love the upper deck (new) near the bar area. Kent's Cottage: Definitely spring for this!!!Vendors: We used DJ Maestro, Biscuits and Berries, Ruffly Rose, and Two One Photography, Gig salad for cellist and pianist. All 5 star. They have a piano... use it. The Manor House is Fabulous!!!!

The Manor House is a dream but it only starts there . My husband and I first found our venue online since we are from NYC and wanted to narrow our search before seeing sites in person. We visited 6 sites in total but as we drove up the hill through the M & H gates we were blown away. The exterior is stunning and speaks for itself. Inside is equally as spectacular and will ensure you have an incredible plan B should you need one due to weather. The site has amazing history, everything looks incredibly clean and up to date and each room you enter has a unique vibe and feel than the one before. We had 123 guests in total which was extremely comfortable and allowed for space for our 7 piece band and enough room on the dance floor. At the start we were thinking we may get 180-200. Although this would be tight Kelley and Kylie came up with 3 different floor plans and went back and forth with us several times to ensure we were comfortable with the layout while also continuing to plan from hundreds of miles away. Speaking of the staff, the real beauty and perfection of the site is them! Kelley, Kylie and all the wait staff and bar tenders are top notch. They answer in a timely manner, go above and beyond in terms of service and blew me away with their professionalism as a fellow event planner myself. Kelley who is the GM was there through it all, kept me calm while my stress creeped in during the rehearsal two days prior and was on the reception floor serving meals to our guests on our wedding night. We truly can’t believe we were fortunate enough to find the Manor House and have our wedding there. Thank you to all involved , and please if you have any doubts about where to book know that the Manor House in Littleton, CO will not disappoint.

She was very professional and polite from our first interaction at our menu tasting event to the actual day of our wedding. She was very prompt to respond to my emails in between, which I greatly appreciated. She was also very accommodating in working to make sure all of concerns that popped up were addressed. This venue is gorgeous, and our day could not have been more special. I highly recommend this venue to someone who is looking for a mountain/city view/vibe without actually traveling hours into the mountains. I consider this a hidden gem, and the daylight from our morning wedding allowed us to capture stunning photos that we will cherish forever.

I saw this venue on TheKnot and fell in love with it instantly! But the pictures do not do it justice! This venue is gorgeous! Not only was the place beautiful but the staff is incredible! They walk you through the entire process and are quick at getting back to you. We had multiple meetings with them to go over ALL of the details of the wedding. Our event coordinator, Kylie, was so sweet and took down a lot of notes to ensure that the details were exactly how we discussed them. Everything went perfectly and I didn't have to do a lot. The Manor House staff handled everything from set up to clean up and everything in between. The food and drinks were also amazing! My friends are still talking about how beautiful our wedding was! I highly recommend getting married here, they will make your wedding dreams come true!

The Manor House is everything.... and more! Literally couldn't have chosen a more beautiful venue to get married at. The staff was friendly and attentive from day one - we never had any issues throughout the entire planning process. I did not have a wedding planner - so any time I had specific questions or concerns I sent a quick email and was responded to within a week. They know what they are doing and there was never any ambiguity when it came to what they provided. The fact that they give you a day-of-coordinator is awesome in itself because it made the whole day stress-free for me. The Venue is stunning and our ceremony and reception were wonderful. The food was something that everyone talked about. Where the 3 stars came from.... The SERVICE during our reception was awful. I had several guest complain to me about how poor of an attitude the bartender had and the wait staff. This was news to me after the fact and very disappointing. Considering how much you pay for their services. We paid for the 4 hours of beer and wine and heard of our guests being charged during that four hours. This was shocking! Not to mention they only had one bartender for the 100+ party we RSVPd for. Now to the wedding coordinators Kelly was such a pleasure to work with and Janae always made us feel as though were asking too much of her or that we were an Inconvenience . There was confusion the week leading up to the wedding due to the lack of communication we would receive in return. overall, the venue is gorgeous the stress all went away and the work to create our dream day happened. that I am thankful for!

This venue is fantastic! We knew from the moment we walked in that it would be where we got married. We had a brunch wedding on a Sunday morning and everything was perfect! The food was AMAZING and everyone was in awe of the amazing views on the property. Many people at our wedding were from out of town and had never been to Colorado and this was a great place for them to capture some mountain and city views. Kylie was our coordinator and was great at keeping in contact with both my husband and I about our needs and I never had to worry about anything! I would highly recommend to book out well in advance if you want to get married here because they book up quick! We booked ours a year out and were thankful to get the date we chose. The Manor House is a wonderful place to be married and I am so glad we got to have a big day there!

The Manor House was exquisite! The venue itself was breathtaking, and the in-house chef prepared a delicious meal for our wedding reception, including separate meals for our guests with special food requests. The event planner, Janae, took care of all the little details so we could enjoy the day. We had planned to have the wedding ceremony outdoors, overlooking Red Rocks. The day of the wedding was sunny, but incredibly chilly and windy. Janae called us two hours prior to the ceremony to ask if we'd prefer to hold the ceremony in the ballroom instead. We finally made the decision to move the ceremony indoors, and the staff quickly re-set the ballroom for the ceremony, then changed it over in minutes for the reception. Everything was beautiful! I love the French doors in the ballroom - the sun shining in all the windows made it feel like we were still outdoors, but without the wind and cold. So grateful to the Manor House for a perfect day!!

The Manor House is an absolutely beautiful venue. We appreciated their flexibility with customizing certain parts of our wedding. For example, we did not have to let them know until the day of the wedding if we were going to do the ceremony inside or outside. We also really liked the convenience of having all the catering done in house since it was one less vendor to think about. I am only giving 4 stars instead of 5 since they were unresponsive at times, which was frustrating. I expect this was only because of some turnover during the busy summer months, but it did lead to some extra stress.

The Manor House is such a historic and beautiful place to have a wedding. When we were looking at venues nothing else compared for us. On top of having aesthetic appeal the staff was amazing! I was out of town for my wedding and they were flexible with my timeline so that the tasting and final walk through were convenient and manageable. Kelley was our main contact and she was wonderful. She made sure that we had all of the details and that everything was perfect. She really took the time to make sure that it was the best day and it was so exciting to see her there the day of as well to guide us through anything we needed. In the beginning stages of planning they provide you with a preferred vendor list to help with everything and all of the vendors that they recommended and we used were wonderful! They also have on site catering and bar staff which helps so much with the planning. All of the pricing was very up front and considering everything was of amazing value. There were no hidden fees or extra costs like there can be at other venues. On the day of the wedding we rented the cottage and I highly recommend doing this. We were able to be on site at noon since there was not another event the day prior and it was so much fun to bond with the families and there is plenty of room for everyone to get ready. They even brought over champagne for everyone! The Manor House also provided an amazing backdrop for photos the day of the wedding. After the wedding, the staff boxed everything up that we had brought with us and brought it over to the cottage right away which was easy to gather everything to take home. They provide a full set up and take down service which made it so easy to just relax and enjoy the day!It was beyond all of my expectations and it was so exciting to see everything come together and looks so amazing! I have nothing but good things to say about The Manor House and the staff. Wonderful place to get married!!!

We had our wedding at the Manor House on 9/22/2017, the first day of fall. There are not enough superlatives to describe how incredible the entire staff is at the Manor House. From Kelley and Janae, to the bartenders and others, it's the staff that makes this place so wonderful. Oh, and there just so happens to be gorgeous, jaw-dropping views in every direction you look. Even though the weather wasn't the \"most cooperative\" on our wedding day, guests still gawked at the magnificent vistas and beautifully cared-for grounds. If we received a dollar for each guest that came up to us and told us that ours was the BEST wedding they've ever attended, Neal and I would be quite wealthy! If you can, definitely rent the guesthouse the evening before [and day of] your wedding day. It makes for the most convenient and beautiful place for your bridesmaids to enjoy getting ready. The moment we saw the Manor House we knew we had found the perfect place for our July 2017 wedding! The House itself is stunning and well decorated and the panoramic views of the foothills and the Denver skyline are spectacular. The majority of our guests had never been to Colorado (and some had never been to the US!) so we wanted a venue that showed the beauty of the Colorado landscape without the altitude or being too far from DIA. The Manor House was the perfect choice! We worked pretty much exclusively with Janae, who was FANTASTIC and went above and beyond to ensure that everything worked out perfectly. I wish I could give more than 5 stars for the whole experience!

From the moment I set eyes on the photographs I knew I wanted to get married here. My husband took no time at all to convince once we walked onto the property and into the historic house! He literally said, \"Where do we sign?!?\" This was all before we even met Kelley and Janae! The house and surrounding property definitely speak for itself. If you want a mountain wedding, without the drive from Denver, this is it! It's gorgeous!!! To top it off, the service is exceptional. Kelley, Janae and their staff are amazing. They are professional, kind and super helpful. It is a full service venue and they did everything from the food and drinks, to the set up and tear down. I'd give them 10 stars if I could. Our wedding was absolute perfection. Everything went so smoothly. We couldn't have asked for anything better. We had our wedding at The Manor House, April 15th, 2017, we could not have asked for more. Kelley, Janae and crew were amazing the entire way through! This was the one and only venue we looked at because is has everything, views, beauty, charm, space, options. There were services that they provided that were invaluable to us, like coordinating and taking charge of the timeline the entire day. I didn't have to worry about who was where, when. Or how things played out, Kelley took care of all of it (huge stress off the bride)! Last minute I asked for changes and they were so accommodating, no questions asked (huge relief)! Looking back I would have not changed a thing, it blew away my expectations! And I can be very hard to please, just ask my husband. Bottom line, on a scale of 1-10 they get a 15! I had Dawn Sparks as my photographer and Perry Washington as my DJ, hire them both, do yourself a favor and trust me, they are amazing to work with! Their work is amazing and made my job not much of a job. I want to throw more parties just to have Perry DJ, and I fully expect to use Dawn for all of my future photography needs, and I can not wait! And talk about value and service, they blew it out of the water. All of my guests said that this was the BEST wedding that they have ever attended!Want a bridal tip? In the months leading up to your big day do yourself a favor, breathe and realize that when you hire any of the vendors that I have mentioned, they are and will take care of business. They are the professionals and they do this often, trust them, you don’t need to hassle them over small things. Gahhhh!!! I wished we could fit in this venue. Gorgeous southern plantation home in the middle of Colorado with INCREDIBLE views. You can see all of downtown Denver as well as beautiful red rocks that make Colorado famous. This would have been perfect for us if we could get our numbers down to 100-150. The space was just too divided for a wedding with higher numbers. We loved the feel of the venue as well as all the amenities that it had. And it has the best bridal house to rent for the day of and the night of. Such a great feature to have.

My wedding day was perfect! We had our ceremony and reception at the manor house. The wedding planners are great! They make sure the day runs smoothly and get everyone where they need to be. They did an amazing job setting up and tearing down my decor. I didn't have to worry about a thing!! The food was all amazing!
