The Manor on Lake Juliana is a wedding venue in Auburndale, FL. Initially constructed in 1933, the historic lakefront estate specializes in all-inclusive romance-filled wedding events, designed with the couple in mind. Newlyweds and guests alike can enjoy relaxing views and celebrate their big day surrounded by the beauty of nature. Beneath a charming white gazebo overlooking the water, couples can say âI Doâ officially marking the first day of the rest of their lives. Managed by professional event coordinator Gwen Allen, The Manor strives to create the perfect wedding ambience for newlyweds and their guests. Gwen and the coordinating team's commitment to detail and wealth of experience make an invaluable addition to the wedding planning process, allowing couples to relax before their big day. The estate is brimming with photo-worthy backdrops such as the pier or beneath the heart-shaped topiary, giving newlyweds ample opportunity to capture precious memories in style. A red-brick interior juxtaposed with sparkling chandeliers and crisp table linens creates a beautiful reception setting that is sure to enchant couples upon first entrance. The Manor on Lake Juliana offers all-inclusive wedding packages beginning with comprehensive planning services. Our in-house planners liaise with couples regarding every detail, from table centerpieces to the menu, and the team of coordinators provides full-day coordination, ensuring a seamless flow of events. Wedding parties can enjoy custom-made wedding cakes created by the in-house pastry chef, among many other culinary delights from The Manor's own Chef! Town Manor is a beautiful venue by the lake. I had a small wedding about 50 people, and it was perfect. Gwen and Christine were the best! The details made everything. If you want a generic wedding, you may want to move on. My wedding was personalized and reflected us as a couple. The food was amazing! I have to say I did not go hungry at my wedding. Not only did we get a private set up of appetizers and drinks before the pictures, but we also got a private meal after the wedding incase we didnât get a chance to eat during the reception. Our drinks were never empty. The staff are amazing and never left us wondering how to get more of something. We did not have a traditional cake and the pastry chef on site was willing to work with our vision and it turned out amazing. I was hoping I wouldnât have to go the traditional route and I she worked with our flavors and even created a unique display of our desserts! The only thing I wish I had was more time, everything was perfect and flowed. Christine the day of coordinator was calm and positive throughout the day. If something went wrong or out of order, I had no idea! I cannot thank them enough for making my day one of the best and most romantic days! If you are looking for an all inclusive venue this is your place! We didnât have to stress over anything until a few months before when everything was coming together and even then we had Gwen and Christine answering all our questions and guiding us every step of the way!

This beautiful place is now known as The Manor on Lake Juliana, and it is truly the most magical place. When they say \"all inclusive\" they really do mean it-the team at the Manor helped us so much just by taking care of so many things for us, we had less things to manage and therefore really got to enjoy our planning experience and our wedding day. This venue provides not only a stunning backdrop to your wedding day, with getting ready rooms on site for both bride and groom, but also provides the food, cake, bar, DJ, day of coordinator and planner, your table linens and centerpieces and more! Even their recommended vendor list was incredible-both our photographer and videographer came from those lists and we had the BEST experience with both of them. This is truly one of the best deals in all of central FL for couples looking for an intimate, garden and lake view venue. We cannot say enough about the team at The Manor, everyone from Julie and Gwen, to the wait staff and bartenders, multiple family members and friends told us after how wonderful and attentive everyone on site was. They are superheroes over there, we cannot thank them enough for creating an amazing, memorable day for all of us!

Town Manor was a dream come true! From day one we knew it would be amazing but honestly amazing is an understatement! Our wedding here on March 6th was absolutely incredible and breathe taking! The whole manor staff was amazing. Nandy started with us and then Gwen took over planning with us. I can not say enough nice things about them but the real MVP was Christine, she was our DOC and absolutely AMAZING! She made sure we had everything ready and got us whatever we needed. She kept us on track and told us where we needed to be. Her assistant Paula was so nice and helpful as well! The DJ Ray is the sweetest person and played my favorite songs on the dance floor! I can not say enough nice things. We enjoyed our day and have not stopped hearing from our guests how beautiful and amazing everything was. Our guest rave about the food, cake and venue. I honestly am so glad we chose Town Manor for our wedding! Maybe one day we will renew our vows there as well.

Town Manor on the Lake is seriously a hidden gem. My husband and I chose this venue not only for the absolutely STUNNING scenery, but we loved that it was all inclusive! We loved that everything was all in one: The venue for the ceremony and reception, the pastor to officiate the ceremony, chef, cake, DJ, linens, center pieces, and most of all, a WEDDING COORDINATOR!!!! Gwen made the wedding planning SO easy. She is absolutely AMAZING and made our wedding day go flawless and kept us right on track. I promise you, it is DEFINITELY worth the money because they literally take care of everything for you! You tell them what you want and they make it happen. Our experience was better than we could have ever imagined and our guests were blown away and couldn't stop saying how beautiful our day was. If you are looking for a beautiful, elegant, and stress free wedding, Town Manor is your place! They will not disappoint.

Nandy, Gwen and the Town Manor crew aka the Dream team were amazing! They helped us through so much especially during the stressful planning and dealing our crazy families. The venue was beautiful and the decor was lovely! The food was delicioussss even though we didnât have much time to eat they packed us to go boxes for us to eat after which was super sweet of them! Our cake was also beautiful and so tasty, we got the Italian wedding cake and the red velvet and they were both so good that everybody got seconds and ate all of our cake. However Town Manor and the dream team gave us an extra top layer just for us so we can actually enjoy it for ourselves! The ceremony was wonderful and the manor magic they talk about is true. Definitely would recommend!

On May 29th we were blessed to celebrate our wedding at Town Manor. It was a magical evening thanks to Nandy, Patty and the entire TM staff. Our original cruise wedding was cancelled earlier this year, but fortunately we heard about Town Manor, and they showed us a new vision that came to life without a hitch. I didnât have to worry about being a âgroomzillaâ because TM took care of everything. They anticipated our needs and guided us through every step of the process. Our friends and family were in awe of the lovely venue, and the pizza action station before dinner was a big hit with guests as we stepped away for photos. We ended the evening with a delicious plated dinner, dancing, and a farewell sendoff in the rumble seat of a classic model A car. We now have extra special wedding memories that would never have happened on a quick cruise ceremony. Thank you TM! So if youâre looking for a wedding venue, this is the place--you wonât be disappointed!-Andres and Doug

Just had our wedding 5.29.21 and let me just say I could not imagine getting married anywhere else that is not Town Manor on the Lake. I fell in love with the venue the moment I drove up. The grounds and house are absolutely, impeccably beautiful. I even cried during our tour!Apart from the beauty of this perfect venue, I fell in love with the staff. Nandy, the owner, and your contact throughout the whole wedding is an absolute angel. She works with you from beginning to end. I love that woman! She was made to be in this business. The venue is an all inclusive but I promise they are worth every penny. They take care of everything from beginning to end and I could not be more happy we choose to have our wedding here. Weddings can be stressful and they make it as stress-free as possible. The venue is run by Nandy's family and they truly make you feel like family since day #1. The day of we had an assistant wedding coordinator with us, Patty, to tend to the bride and groom's needs. Let me just say I felt like royalty all day. That woman was either holding my champagne glass or my bouquet or bringing us food. I felt like a princess and my husband felt like a king all day. She was amazing! I cannot emphasize enough what a beautiful day we had and our experience was that much more beautiful because we chose Town Manor on the Lake. Hands down the best money ever spent!

I planned my couples Destination Wedding to Florida at the Town Manor on the Lake. I worked with Nandy Town to create their special day. We had several changes including a covid wedding date change. Nandy was as accommodating and understanding as possible. She went above and beyond to make the day, (when it finally came) as special for our couple as possible. The day was perfect and all I had to do was get the bridal party there, Nandy and team did everything property.

We had an amazing experience with the Town Manor Dream Team. Nandy and her staff are extremely professional and supportive. We loved that it was a family run local operation. We had to move our wedding due to Covid and they worked with us the entire way through. I cannot say enough good things about our wedding. The setting is absolutely gorgeous. We got so many compliments on the venue, and Nandy and her staff made planning a breeze. I really appreciated how much was included with the venue. I didn't have to stress over finding multiple vendors and keeping them all organized. The food was phenomenal - we heard from quite a few Guests that it was the best wedding food they had ever had. And our to go cake tasting was delicious and made for a very sweet at home date night. It's clear from beginning to end that this team loves what they do, and that positive energy is contagious. Do not hesitate to book with Town Manor!

We felt so comfortable with them, that we actually changed our wedding date because our date was already taken. If youâre looking for a place that truly does it all (makeup/hair, photographer/videographer,flowers & transportation not included, but they provide recommendations) and treats you like family, look no further. They are great about responding to your emails and or texts quickly. Also, youâre able to customize the decor and menu when you pick the diamond package. Don the DJ, also works with you to create whatever music you want for the cocktail hour, ceremony and reception. Our wedding day was absolutely amazing, just wish it didnât go by so fast. Weâd love to relive that day again and again!! Advice for future brides - take a deep breath and enjoy every minute because it truly goes by in the blink of an eye. After 2 years of touring venues in the Central Florida area, the minute we stepped foot on The Town Manor we knew this was it! What other venues were lacking, the Town Manor has it all. We didnât have to compromise a single thing on our special day. Not only does the property look pristine every time you visit, in our eyes and even our guests, it is magical in every way. Meeting Nandy and her professional staff we knew we were in exceptional hands. Every step of the way we were guided in the process. As a couple that wanted to have a 1920âs / Art Deco / Great Gatsby themed wedding, the Town Manor had the vintage flare we wanted and allowed what we were envisioning to make happen! Our guests were blown away!The owners make enhancements year after year to have the property be even more special for years to come for Brides and Grooms! We were able to enjoy and utilize the newly installed brick oven for one of our action stations. Thatâs right, our guests enjoyed handmade pizzas throughout the night! They were also gluten free. Even the updated terrace by the pool we were able to utilize as the perfect spot for our jack black tables we rented for our guests.Worried about dietary needs? Donât be! The dream team and chef accommodated our wishes to have a shellfish and gluten free menu. Donât want a sit down dinner or deal with a seating chart? You donât have to! You will want to book this venue!! Itâs basically a one-stop shop and the whole place is too gorgeous to put into words. Nandy and Emily are with you from day one. They answer all your questions, ease your mind, take special requests and really understand how to make you feel happy and satisfied. Nandy even made sure to keep track of our 6-month oldâs feeding schedule so we could continue to have a good time. The food is amazing. We picked a flowing tapas style reception, and it worked out perfectly. All our guests complimented the food and couldnât stop talking about how beautiful the venue is. Don, the DJ played exactly what we wanted - all we had to do was tell him a genre and a few artists and he took it and ran, in a really good way. I was worried about âthe gates open at âsuch and suchâ timeâ but it wasnât an issue. We had a lot of out of town guests and a lot of early arrivals. No one gets turned away, they just have a gathering area out front. It was not a problem like I thought it would be. I also thought that weâd want to add on extra time and was concerned it would be too short, but 4 hours is exactly the right amount of time, even if you donât think so, it works out so well!! Get married here! Theyâre the best and made our perfect day actually perfect

I had my wedding and reception at this beautiful B&B and it was perfect! Nandy and Emily were excellent through the planning process and my day went perfectly. DJ was awesome too! I wouldn't change one thing. My guests were asking how we found this hidden gem and kept telling us how amazed they were by the venue and food. My husband and I stayed the night and had a wonderful breakfast prepared by them in the morning. I would recommend this venue to everyone.

Everyone at Town Manor is absolutely fantastic and I wish I could give them unlimited stars. Town Manor is the all inclusive resort of wedding venues and they made my wedding absolutely wonderful. I was looking for a venue that said âold style Floridaâ and this fit it perfectly, with the gorgeous lake, beautiful garden and vintage bridal suite. The grounds are gorgeous, the food and cake was delicious (and they easily made it dairy free, since Iâm allergic!) and they made my wedding day so easy. With Nandy and Emilyâs hard work, I just showed up on my wedding day and EVERYTHING was arranged. No having to worry about catering, the flowers, the DJ, the cake; they took care of it all. I had a very small wedding, less than 10 people were there. It felt gorgeously intimate and special and my husband and I felt so special. Their enthusiasm for making our day the perfect one really made everything go above and beyond, from arrival to our departure in the Town Manorâs vintage car and breakfast the next morning. Stop your search for a venue, because this is it.

Traveling all the way there sealed the deal for us as the manorâs charm and elegance stood out unlike any other. Nandy and her team made us feel more than welcome as we personalized our special day and were always ready with whatever we needed and took the weight of stress right off our shoulders. Our special day was absolutely breathtaking as we chose to do our ceremony in the afternoon the sun was setting exactly as I walked down the aisle with my father at my side. I couldnât have dreamt up such a magical day and all the while everyone had fun and enjoyed the exquisite food that the manor served. It was a spectacular location to have and be photographed. I am so glad and most grateful I had the chance to have my dream wedding and so thankful to have such a wonderful team at town manor on the lake to make it happen! The cake was done by them (part of the planning) and since we didn't need a special cake, what we got was spot on. The hors d'oeuvres (also done on the website) came out perfectly and per our choice. Music was great and appropriate to the flowing reception we chose. Couldn't have made a better decision that to pick Town Manor and the beautiful environs for a wedding!

Nandy and her team truly blew us away from the moment we toured the property. From the moment we stepped on the property, we instantly knew this was the venue for us. It had the best of both worlds â a garden and gazebo along with water views (without having a beach wedding). It was everything we were imagining and more! During the planning process, Nandy and Emily were always helpful and willing to answer all my questions (and there was a lot!). I loved being able to communicate easily and efficiently â it helped the planning process move smoothly, which any bride loves! I also loved how accommodating they were with my requests as well as the hauls of decor I brought to the manor! Our wedding was so beautiful and everything came together so wonderfully! As a bride, it was everything I dreamed of and so much more! The gazebo, the water views, the dinner, the cake, the staff â everything was impeccable! More importantly, the dream team is up for anything. They will move mountains to make your special day even more memorable! Plus, your guests will always be raving about the property by the end of the night. Ours are still talking about it! When my husband and I started looking for venues in Florida this was the first one we saw and my heart fell in love. We looked around at different venues but this one always stuck out. When we went to go and view the venue for the first time I was sold. Emily led us around the venue and it was a magical experience. You could feel the romance and magic in the air. When our big day finally came, it was more than I had ever expected. Nandy, Emily, and all of the staff were phenomenal. My husband and I felt like royalty for the day. When my husband and I started looking for venues in Florida this was the first one we saw and my heart fell in love. We looked around at different venues but this one always stuck out. When we went to go and view the venue for the first time I was sold. Emily led us around the venue and it was a magical experience. You could feel the romance and magic in the air. When our big day finally came, it was more than I had ever expected. Nandy, Emily, and all of the staff were phenomenal. My husband and I felt like royalty for the day. I will never forget this magical experience. If you are planning on having a wedding in central Florida you NEED to check out this venue. You will not regret it!

It is charming and beautiful, drawing a lot of praise from our guests who gushed about what a special place it is. One friend told me she wanted to redo her wedding there. Nandy and her team want you to be happy, and anything we asked for was met with a cheerful yes. I canât imagine wedding planning being any easier - they do it all for you. Most everything is handled in house (cake, DJ, bar, delicious food, decor, etc), and it's delightful that you only need to book one or two vendors. Truly there wasnât one thing missing from our entire experience, thanks to this stellar team. Our wedding day was incredibly magical.

Town manor truly is wow. Me and my husband flew all the way from Scotland to have our wedding at town manor. My husband is Canadian so we had a good mix at our wedding. The food and cake were delicious and our guests had so much fun on the dance floor! This venue was absolutely amazing. Everything was taken care of from food,DJ, cake, and night stay. They made the venue a dream come true. It was everything I could have hoped for and more. We even went out after the wedding and came back to the room all cleaned with wine and pizza waiting for us. It was so very thoughtful and appreciated. Our wedding on November 30, 2018 at Town Manor was hands down the best day ever. Town Manor on the Lake was the first and only venue we visited. From the second I stepped on the property I fell in love. It was December 2017 and was beautifully decorated with festive Christmas décor and so beautiful. After giving the down payment I had some concerns that maybe we decided too quickly or acted on emotion and should have looked into more places, but I have absolutely no regrets about our decision to have our special day here. Working with Nandy and Emily was an absolute breeze. The days leading up to the wedding were 100% stress free, which was actually stressing me out. I thought I should be so overwhelmed right now, somethings not right! I had my doubts that something, anything would go wrong the day of the wedding. Everything from the weather to the food and guests were perfect and magical. When they say the take care of everything, they mean they take care of everything! I am still in awe about how magical our day was. I would recommend this place 100 times over and over again! Thank you to all of the staff at Town Manor for the perfect day! I cannot wait to see our beautiful photos from the wedding.

The Town Manor on the Lake was the absolute perfect venue. I was blown away at just how amazing the crew at the Town Manor is. The ceremony happened just before the sun was getting ready to set and this led to us having some truly spectacular photos. After the ceremony and photos came the food which I should mention we got plenty of (the crew will be bringing the bride + groom food the whole time). There was plenty of food and it was phenomenal (we primarily had Asian dishes, but we also had the Pizza from their brick oven outside). The venue also gave plenty of space for those who wanted to dance and party (dance floor) and also those who wanted a more relaxing setting (outside or at the tables inside). Overall, I honestly can't say I've been to a more perfect venue with such a great group of hosts. They'll truly made it a night to remember and I would highly recommend you plan your special night with the Town Manor on the Lake!

First off, I'd like to say that I couldn't have had a better, more beautiful day thanks to Nandy and Emily. The service was perfect, from planning to executing the day of. The food was delicious according to guests, but I wished food was packed up as saved for the bride and groom to take home! With all the socializing and dancing, I never got a chance to sit down (not fair!). The cake was beautiful and tasted delicious, and the signature champagne was to die for. Nandy was great with helping us with the planning process and was quick to provide answers to any questions we had! Up until we arrived in Florida we had only seen pictures of the Town Manor and were already in love with it. Well, the pictures do not do this place justice at all! The venue is absolutely breathtaking. From the ceremony area with the grand gazebo, to the reception area, the terrace and the secret garden- itâs all so elegant and intimate. The trees and greenery are absolutely gorgeous - as is the dock on the lake.The service we received from the town manor team was second to none. The food was delicious- all of our guests were raving about it. The cake looked amazing and was so tasty too! The attention to detail definitely didnât go unnoticed by us and our guests. They were also extremely accommodating to our daughter, Sarah, who uses a wheelchair. They made sure we had everything we needed for her - she felt so comfortable and had the best day ever! Our day went so smoothly. It was perfect! We canât wait to visit the next trip we take to Florida!

My husband and I fell in love with Town Manor immediately online and then again when we walked around the manor. We highly recommend this all inclusive venue to provide a stress free wedding. We did the Diamond collection which provided us with all the options available. Nandy and her staff are simply amazing! They made what could have been a very stressful process super easy! We only had to tell them what we wanted and they handled it to perfection. The Manor Magic is a real thing It was suppose to rain during our ceremony (thank you Florida haha) but an hour before the ceremony, the rain vanished and a cool breeze came off the lake. Our wedding day couldnât have been any better!

My husband and I fell in love with Town Manor immediately online and then again when we walked around the manor. We highly recommend this all inclusive venue to provide a stress free wedding. We did the Diamond collection which provided us with all the options available. Nandy and her staff are simply amazing! They made what could have been a very stressful process super easy! We only had to tell them what we wanted and they handled it to perfection. The Manor Magic is a real thing It was suppose to rain during our ceremony (thank you Florida haha) but an hour before the ceremony, the rain vanished and a cool breeze came off the lake. Our wedding day couldnât have been any better!

It was the most beautiful setting I had ever seen. This led me to Nandy and her team at Town Manor. We thought we would have about 50 guests in attendance as we had decided we wanted a \"Brunch Affair\" as our wedding theme. As it turned out we enjoyed the attendance of over 70 guest where all but 4 could not attend. This made us very happy after we saw how the day unfolded. Beautiful weather was on our side that day but even had it not been the Town Manor team has covered all their bases in making sure that whatever obstacles may present themselves they have solutions. The setting, the food, the absolute perfect cake just like I imagined, the amenities, the staff, the organization, and the ease of it all made our day one that we and our friends and family will always remember.

My husband and I didnât have to worry about ANYTHING except saying our vows and performing our first dance! The Town Manor team really impressed us and our guests with their professionalism, and they made our day special because we got to enjoy all of it. Also, my husband and I didnât have time to travel back to Florida to taste test the menu, but everything on our wedding day tasted amazing, from the starter salad to our beautiful wedding cake. I have to admit that a couple of our guests were doubtful about why we chose Auburndale of all places in Florida for our wedding, but during and after they were all raving about Town Manorâs gorgeous lake view and garden, the delicious food, and how amazing and friendly the staff were. We canât recommend Town Manor enough!

From the moment you step foot on to the manor property you will hear one phrase over and over and that is âmanor magicâ. Well if the manor is magical then Nandy and Emily were our fairy godmothers. When you speak to couples about their wedding day they will express feeling many emotions, excitement, nerves, happiness, and for some stress. Those couples that felt stress on their wedding day clearly were not under the watchful eye of Nandy and Emily. My wife and I are not planners by nature in fact other than having a color for the bridesmaids dresses we had nothing in mind for our wedding day. Seeing the Manor on the Knot led us to want to check it out, it was the first and only venue we toured. When we arrived on our tour day we quickly noticed the stunning lake and how tranquil the manor is. We knew at first glance that this location was destined to be apart of the happiest day of our lives. Having no idea what went into planning a wedding or even where to start Nandy took us under her wing, and guided us from the first day we met all the way until our guests had left the reception. During the planning of our wedding every request we had was promptly addressed, and every problem was quickly figured out. This leads me to our actual wedding day. We were told what time to arrive, and were permitted to bring both of our dogs for wedding photos which was awesome (They even got a wedding gift!!) Once the ceremony started I knew that Nandy wouldnât let me do anything embarrassing, and she kept everything right on schedule. There wasnât a problem or issue that she had not already addressed and made potential contingencies for. Emily was right by my wifeâs side to attend to anything that she needed or wanted. Emily had a calming presence about her that helped my wife to know that everything was taken care of and she could simply enjoy her big day. Truth be told no matter how many weddings you participate in, your own wedding will be a blur. Nandy and Emily were there to help keep everything running smoothly. The food was amazing and everyone really enjoyed the build your own taco bar, as well as all of the other selections we had picked for our guests. The reception hall was beautiful and had plenty of room for all of our guests to fit comfortably. The Music was perfect and their wasnât a dull moment on the dance floor, everyone was entertained and happy! Itâs a little over a month later and our guests are still finding things to compliment. My wife and I could not have in our wildest dreams imagined the manor staff being able to take a couple who had no idea what they wanted in a wedding, and help us to have the greatest evening we have ever had together. If you are not like us and you know exactly what you want Nandy will make everything you have ever dreamed of come true! The cake we had was perfect and exceeded our expectations it was absolutely beautiful and tasted even better! Nandy and her staff love challenges and if you can dream it they will do everything humanly possible to make it happen! Overall we are so thankful for meeting Emily and Nandy. We will always look back on our wedding and know that Manor magic is real, and our fairy godmothers helped keep us stress free. Victor and I had a stunning and unforgettable wedding all thanks to the fabulous one and only Nandy. Having gone through quite an emotional time in the past sixth months leading up to our big day, she was a godsend. We are so grateful for how incredibly well Nandy and her wonderful team had organized the wedding for us. From the food to the cake, decor to lighting, music to surrounding and ceremony to reception; everything was orchestrated far beyond our expectations. I, personally, want to thank Nandy and Emily for their expertise and care. I remember having caught the flu four days prior to the main event, but we absolutely had to meet one last time for the final walk-thru. I looked like death in my bathrobe with cough drop wrappers stuck in my hair. Nandy was not afraid to see me. She gave me strength to soldier through, and I got better in two days. And still she gave us complimentary champagne to toast at our wedding. Seriously, who does that?! Leading up to the event, Nandy surprised me again with an elegant fruit platter paired with strawberry champagne in my sweet bridal suite. Emily was by my side every minute, and I appreciated her so much! She was truly a gem. After our wedding, Victor and I received several compliments from our guests on how beautiful the venue was- even our photographer was amazed. We're just so happy that we chose Town Manor to be our one-stop venue. Every bride should have a wedding planner, and it's not easy to find one. Nandy understands that it's not only about getting the venue booked and feeding guests food as there are countless detailed things that make a huge difference in this special occasion. She has what it takes to come up with creative and magical ideas, and can foresee problems from all angles. Simply put, Nandy delivers. For two grooms, Nandy and her team went above and beyond to be sure that everything was perfect! Our experience at Town Manor was wonderful due to the amazing customer service, the beautiful space, and the personalizable options. Nandy made every step of the process--from choosing our package to selecting the cake, from deciding what time to arrive to keeping me blissfully unaware of the rain showers passing through before the ceremony--all happy, user-friendly, and fun. She responded to my emails and phone calls quickly and with a personal touch. For a Virginia bride doing everything long-distance, that efficient and personal customer service was perfect. I never felt forgotten or \"lost\" in the wedding planning process, as I was confident in the timeline Nandy had in place.The grounds and facilities at Town Manor are gorgeous. The ceremony space is incredible. We loved the white benches and red brick of the aisle. The garden surrounding the ceremony space is lush and beautifully maintained. We also loved that the property is waterfront with a dock and palm trees. The reception space and the bridal suite are gorgeous, as well, and all well-appointed and close together.We also loved that we were able to customize and personalize so many elements of the day. We added our own garland to the gazebo, our own centerpieces to the tables, our colors to the chairs, and so on. We loved that many elements were handled in-house, like the menu and the cake, so we selected all of those options through one point of contact--and the food and cake were delicious! The things we may have forgotten to personalize or think of, Nandy already had a plan for and she often offered suggestions of ways we could add touches. Our only complaint is that we wished the night had lasted longer!Overall, our wedding was blissful from the moment we became a Town Manor couple, and we're grateful to Nandy and Tom for creating a perfect day.

My wife and I cannot say enough how much Nandy and everyone at Town Manor did for us. We were incredibly stressed about planning a wedding to the point we considered just running to Vegas. Reluctantly we made a list of venues and set up appointments. This was our first stop. After meeting Nandy and touring Town Manor we cancelled the rest of the appointments because it was perfect. The team's energy and passion showed throughout the entire experience. They handled everything for us down to giving us templates to fill out. For the items we wanted customized they handled it with ease. The venue is beautiful, the food delicious, and the cake, let's just say I can't wait to eat the rest on our 1-year anniversary. Not only do you not have to track down 10 vendors, but the Manor does every service above and beyond. Our Guests are still commenting on how impressed they were. On the wedding day we didn't have to lift a finger. It ran like clockwork and we had an amazing time with no stress. On top of all that the prices were incredibly reasonable. Highly recommend!!

The team's energy and passion showed throughout the entire experience. They handled everything for us down to giving us templates to fill out. For the items we wanted customized they handled it with ease. The venue is beautiful, the food delicious, and the cake, let's just say I can't wait to eat the rest on our 1-year anniversary. Not only do you not have to track down 10 vendors, but the Manor does every service above and beyond. Our Guests are still commenting on how impressed they were. On the wedding day we didn't have to lift a finger. It ran like clockwork and we had an amazing time with no stress. On top of all that the prices were incredibly reasonable. Highly recommend!!

Our guests just raved about the venue and staff, all things went as planned on our wedding day, and we were able to just relax and enjoy the very, very special moments. And talk about details! My husband and I had our wedding at the Town Manor on 10-21-2016. It was by far the best venue I have ever seen. I knew it was the place for us the minute we pulled up. Nandy had greeted us and I have to say she is just amazing. From the beginning to the end she was always there to answer any questions and to calm the very nervous bride. lol. Our pictures (which was very important me) were perfect. This place is so beautiful. Our wedding was at 4:00. WOW. It could not have been a better day. We got pictures in the sun, sunset and evening pictures all in a 3 1/2 hour window. AMAZING. Our guests complimented so much on the beauty of our venue. Our cake was exactly designed as we requested. The music and DJ (Nandy's Husband) was spot on. We hired a photo booth as well to add to the fun and Nandy was a huge help with that as well. We spoke many times by phone, email, and text. Every time, she answered all my questions or concerns and every time she calmed my nerves. Nandy is exactly where she belongs she was born for this. What an AMAZING woman. It truly is the place where dreams come true.

The day before my wedding was also my birthday and right before we cut the cake, they surprised me by bringing out a cupcake and having everyone sing Happy Birthday. The venue is absolutely beautiful, the food exquisite, and the staff are the friendliest and most helpful people I think I have ever met. My (now) wife and I were looking for a venue that was beautiful, personable, all-inclusive and had upfront pricing. Town Manor accomplished all of this, but also so much more. Upon our first visit in meeting Nandy (owner/point of contact/orchestrator of all things wedding at Town Manor), we knew this was where we were getting married. Our package included the ceremony, officiant, cake, food, champagne toast, DJ, B&B accommodations after the reception and so much more. Nandy had a timeline for when all items necessary for the wedding needed to be complete. I can't say how much stress it took off of our shoulders to have a simple email with a gentle reminder that another milestone, such as sending invitations, was due. By the day of the wedding, we felt confident that everything was coordinated, taken care of and paid for. Our officiant, Nancy, couldn't have been more perfect and worked so hard to perfect our vows. Our DJ, Don, made sure our guests were dancing and engaged. The food served was hands down the best meal I've ever had at any wedding. Our server, Jessica, was attentive toward our every need. Our cake looked like it could have been on the cover of a upscale wedding magazine and tasted even better. At the end of the night, we retired to our suite and did not have to worry about clean up. We woke up and shared what felt like a 4-star breakfast with my parents (guests at the bed and breakfast on the far end of the house - less awkward than it sounds!). I know a lot of couples walk away from a wedding regretting how much they spent; my wife and I walked away not wishing we had changed a thing. Our day (and next morning) was absolutely perfect. We felt like we were truly part of the Town Manor family and will definitely spend future anniversaries at their B&B. Thank you Nandy, Don, Nancy, and all other staff at Town Manor that made our day possible.

The majority of our family is from Jamaica and also the Bahamas so we were most concerned about the cuisine for the night but honestly the food turned out to be one of the biggest hits amongst everyone. I could not recommend this place enough as the perfect wedding venue. It is an all in one wedding package with all the bells and whistles to make you feel like king and queen on your day!

What a wonderful wedding we had at Town Manor. When we toured the venue we had this feeling we'd be celebrating our big day here. We couldn't have been happier, it was a perfect day and the planning was so easy and stress free! We went with the highest package and added on an extra hour and we are SO glad we did as we needed it!! The food was outstanding (so I was told) and our cake was better than we could have dreamed! The setting for the ceremony is also breathtaking and there is some Magic around because even though it was a warm spring day it didn't feel hot during the ceremony! There were a few minor details that were missed but weren't enough to even consider giving the manor a negative review. We were given a plate of food after pictures and the first dance and I wasn't hungry and asked several times for a to go box of everything from our buffet and was told no problem but never got it at the end of the night. Instead we got a pasta dish (which was delicious) but we had a tapas style reception and some of the food look unreal! Also, the dock makes for BEAUTIFUL pictures but it needs to be maintained a little better. There were cobwebs and bird poop on it. My photographer actually cleared out some cobwebs so we could take some great pictures out there. Overall, it was a fantastic night we'll never forget and Nandy is always quick to respond and help guide you through decisions.

What a wonderful wedding we had at Town Manor. When we toured the venue we had this feeling we'd be celebrating our big day here. We couldn't have been happier, it was a perfect day and the planning was so easy and stress free! Having your wedding on Valentine's Day can be very romantic and for the husband, easy to remember the date for future anniversaries. That is why my better half and I choose this date for our wedding. We spent many trips to look at venues in our area and could not find a place that fit our style and most of all were we felt comfortable about having our wedding there. That is until we came across Town Manor in Auburndale, Florida. We arrived to the Manor and was taken by the wrought iron fence and gates which opens to a brick lay pathway. The first thing that catches your eye is the lush landscaping and the old antique car, you just know you want to go for a ride in it. The manor is also a bed & breakfast and the home is set in an Victorian style that my wife and I love. We met with Nandy who gave us a tour and we loved the wedding gazebo with the lake in the background. We knew this was the place we want to have our wedding. Nandy told us she will do everything for our wedding and it would be a perfect day all we needed to do was find the florist and the photographer. I must say, she was true to her words. Our wedding was beautiful, from the brides room for dressing, the lovely decorated gazebo, which included a surprised wedding guest (an osprey) who oversaw the wedding, no problem he came with his own meal, a fish he just caught in the lake. The service was great and handled with care. The reception was classy and grand at the same time. The banquet room was set up with the colors to match my wife dress. I being a comic book geek had to find a way to incorporate my love of this media into our wedding but in a tasteful way. I did this with our wedding cake, it was a special order with half of it being white with rose pedals and the other have being Gotham City design. We gave Nandy a photo of the cake we wanted and again no problem in having it done. Our cake toppers were of Batman & Catwoman. It was so perfect we did not want to eat it, but it was delicious. Speaking of delicious the meal was wonderful and our reception was a hit and our guests had a good time. Our photographer (Peter & Christy Obetz) of Obetz Photography did a wonderful job both with his choices of locations but most of all moments. He has a great touch of captioning those intimated looks and moments. We look at our photos with joy and fond memorizes. I can not express our thanks and appreciation of the job that Nandy and her staff did for our wedding. If you are looking for a place to hold your wedding, there is NONE better then the Town Manor. That is until we came across Town Manor in Auburndale, Florida. We arrived to the Manor and was taken by the wrought iron fence and gates which opens to a brick lay pathway. The first thing that catches your eye is the lush landscaping and the old antique car, you just know you want to go for a ride in it. The manor is also a bed & breakfast and the home is set in an Victorian style that my wife and I love. We met with Nandy who gave us a tour and we loved the wedding gazebo with the lake in the background. We knew this was the place we want to have our wedding. Nandy told us she will do everything for our wedding and it would be a perfect day all we needed to do was find the florist and the photographer. I must say, she was true to her words. Our wedding was beautiful, from the brides room for dressing, the lovely decorated gazebo, which included a surprised wedding guest (an osprey) who oversaw the wedding, no problem he came with his own meal, a fish he just caught in the lake. The service was great and handled with care. The reception was classy and grand at the same time. The banquet room was set up with the colors to match my wife dress. I being a comic book geek had to find a way to incorporate my love of this media into our wedding but in a tasteful way. I did this with our wedding cake, it was a special order with half of it being white with rose pedals and the other have being Gotham City design. We gave Nandy a photo of the cake we wanted and again no problem in having it done. Our cake toppers were of Batman & Catwoman. It was so perfect we did not want to eat it, but it was delicious. Speaking of delicious the meal was wonderful and our reception was a hit and our guests had a good time. Our photographer (Peter & Christy Obetz) of Obetz Photography did a wonderful job both with his choices of locations but most of all moments. He has a great touch of captioning those intimated looks and moments. We look at our photos with joy and fond memorizes. I can not express our thanks and appreciation of the job that Nandy and her staff did for our wedding. If you are looking for a place to hold your wedding, there is NONE better then the Town Manor. I can't thank Town Manor enough for my dream wedding! My wife and I got married there on February 20, 2016 at sunset and the staff was beyond words spectacular! From the first day, I fell in love with the location. It is right on Lake Juliana in Auburndale. The grounds are very well kept and the location is to die for gorgeous. As a Disney nerd, I was also informed that the grounds have hidden Mickey's all over it! Nandy was amazing through the whole process. She took the time out of her day to talk to me about any of my concerns or questions. She was very patient and understanding with everything. Her and her staff went above and beyond to make our day as special as can be! We even asked for songs that were not on their list they have on the website and Don made sure we could have those played at the wedding. We are a lesbian couple and with Florida just passing the law to allow my wife and me to wed, we were so grateful to find such a perfect location to do it at. If I had to do it all over again, I would choose Town Manor over and over! Thank you to everyone there! We love you!

What a wonderful venue! We wanted something outside and something that could be a little less formal and more casual. As soon as we saw the patio, lake, and gazebo, we knew we found the place! Unfortunately our wedding day ended up being freezing so the outside patio couldn't be utilized as much as it could have, but Nandy and her staff accommodated everyone and got everyone hot soup when they went inside after the ceremony. And the food? DELICIOUS! The cake? OMG SO GOOD! I keep opening my freezer and seeing the top of the cake saved for our anniversary, and it can't come soon enough! I loved how everything was taken care of- we just had to show up. Nandy and her team coordinated everything beautifully so I didn't have to worry about what was going to happen next. Before the day, Nandy kept in touch over phone and email and I never had to wait long for a response if I messaged her with a question. She's amazing! I honestly don't know how she does it. I would recommend this place to anyone that wants a stress-free experience where things are planned out for you. The grounds and manor are gorgeous to ensure a beautiful wedding.

Our wedding on March 6, 2016 was literally fantastic at Town Manor and was a fairytale come true for us at this venue. My husband and I would recommend this venue to anyone as one of the absolute best! From the very first interaction with Nandy the wedding planner I knew that we had picked the perfect spot. She made planning a wedding incredibly easy and never once for a minute did I feel stressed during the entire wedding process even though we were planning a wedding in Florida when we live in Pittsburgh, PA. Nandy offers a list of recommended vendors for flowers, makeup, hair stylists, minsters (Nancy is literally an Angel) photographers (pick Mindy Mier photography she did an AMAZING job!) and this helps tremendously for out of town folks who might need some extra help like my husband and I. Nandy and her staff were beyond helpful, caring, kind, and made my family and friends feel like they were right at home at Town Manor. Words cannot even describe how beautiful this venue is until you see it in person, pictures just don't do it justice. This venue is a perfect combination of an outdoor wedding ceremony with an indoor wedding reception. We had never seen such an amazing garden until we stepped foot at Town Manor. The wedding venue is ideally located on a lake and the sunset is breathtaking. All of our guests raved about how they had never been to such a picturesque wedding where it really seems magical. We felt like a Disney prince and princess getting married. The food is out of this world, absolutely delicious and the cake is also made on site. I sent Nandy a picture of a cake that I found off of Pinterest and her staff matched our cake to that picture 100%, it literally looked like the same exact cake, I was so pleased! Don the DJ (Nandy's husband) allows you to pick all your own songs and he has a great DJ personality, he got everyone on the dance floor with props, a fog machine, light show, and bubbles! Everyone had a spectacular evening dancing. If you really want to end the night on a magical note, they have a 1920s vintage automobile that you can ride away in as you wave your goodbyes as a married couple and I highly recommend it!! My husband and I felt like we were in the Great Gatsby novel as we rode away waving to all our guests and took a chauffeured ride down the street at night....truly fantastic! I couldn't believe that planning a wedding could be this easy, but Nandy and her staff make it possible. My guests are still raving about how this was the best wedding they have ever attended and that truly speaks volumes about the venue and its wonderful staff. If you want to get married in Florida, this is your spot! The memories we made that night at our wedding are truly monumental and it was by far the best night of our lives.

My husband and I chose Town Manor to get married at because hands down it was the best choice for us. Nandy and Don were so friendly and accommodating, we knew from the moment we visited that we wanted to be married at the Manor, experience the Manor Magic, and to become apart of the Manor Family. We loved the fact that at the Manor most every thing you need to get married is provided for you, and then some! The Manor offers a \"one stop shop\" wedding experience with the ability to provide services to you that at other venus you would have to seek out, research, and book for yourself. Some of these services include, catering, with both a sous chef and pasty chef on location, DJ services, Bartending services, and on site tables, chairs, and linens so there are no rentals to be done. Also, we liked the idea of the a la carte package options like on site overnight accommodation, driving off as husband and wife in the antique Town Manor car, and the littler things like a chocolate fountain, a champagne toast, and a pre-recption h'or dourves hour. The Manor was also able to provide a local preferred vendor list for the other services needed for a wedding, like photography, an officiant, and floral needs. At the Manor Nandy has her own dream team that she uses to help your day go as smoothly as it possibly can, and thats exactly what they did. Not to mention how responsive Nandy herself was whenever I had a question, always answering an email or the phone right away. Our guests were also so pleased with the experience they had at our wedding, and still let us know all the time. Not only do they talk about how beautiful the Manor is, but we got amazing feed back on the food and our cake. Some of the pickiest eaters in the world (my husband included) filled themselves with Chef's food, and I have heard that the cake was \"the best I've ever had\" from a particularly food savvy guest. We were very impressed with how the team at Town Manor executed our exact dreams and wishes for our wedding, and we experienced the Manor Magic ourselves when rain was forecasted all day long, but not a single drop fell until we drove off the property. Where do I begin?? Town Manor was the absolute perfect spot to have our wedding! I am awful at planning and was seriously dreading having to do everything...then I met Nandy, the wedding coordinator!! From the moment I walked into the venue, I knew I had to get married there. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous and the inside reception area had the perfect look for what I wanted for my wedding. The planning process was so incredibly easy. I emailed Nandy countless times, sometimes at midnight and she always got back to me immediately, sometimes within minutes! She worked with me on many special touches I wanted to add to my day and always made sure I was happy. My wedding day is a day I will never forget. The moment I walked in the day of I was greeted with champagne and I couldn't believe how gorgeous the ball room looked. My wedding day flowed perfectly. There was plenty of time to do everything but yet there wasn't any of that boring down time that so many weddings I have been to have. The food and cake were literally amazing--have never had cake that delicious in my life (and I've had a lot of cake!) People are still telling me how much fun they had and how beautiful the wedding was. If I had to do it all over again, I would do it here in a heart beat!

Town Manor was everything we imagined it could be and delivered so much more. It is hard to put into words our feelings, but really our wedding was perfect in every way! The venue and setting was so romantic, and left us and all of our guests speechless. When our friends and family describe our wedding, the same thing continues to be said in that is was a beautiful wedding and breathtaking.\r\rNandy and all of the Town Manor Happily Ever After Team were so helpful and right on point. Having our wedding at Town Manor was the best decision we could have made. Town Manor was everything we imagined it could be and delivered so much more. It is hard to put into words our feelings, but really our wedding was perfect in every way! The venue and setting was so romantic, and left us and all of our guests speechless. When our friends and family describe our wedding, the same thing continues to be said in that is was a beautiful wedding and breathtaking.\r\rNandy and all of the Town Manor Happily Ever After Team were so helpful and right on point. Having our wedding at Town Manor was the best decision we could have made. I almost can't find the words to say how wonderful the Town Manor team is. Throughout the planning, and on wedding day, they truly jumped through hoops to make sure the event was perfect. Every time things started to get stressful on my end, Nandy was right there taking care of it and picking me back up. Since the Manor provides inclusive services I didn't have to worry about much. On the big day, I felt calm and confident that everything was done flawlessly. I was greeted that morning with champagne and a handful of helpers, and from that moment on I stripped my worry and was able to focus on what was important; my new husband and the love we share. I am truly grateful for Nandy, Don, Nancy and the rest of the team for their genuine enthusiasm and desire to make our day delicious fairytale perfection.

I am not a girly girl by nature, so the whole process of piecing everything together for a wedding was quite frankly terrifying to me lol. Thankfully we came across Town Manor. How do I even begin. Oh, I know! Absolutely magical comes to mind. I had my wedding here on September 26 2015. As soon as I stepped out of the car I was greeted with a flute of champagne. The staff was wonderful and so helpful. Everyone was there to help with the decorations and to keep me calm. I'm pretty sure if I had asked for a back rub I would have gotten one. Nandy was amazing. She knew what I needed done before I even said it. I'm pretty sure her super power was speed, because she was everywhere at once. (the walkie talkies probably helped) None the less! Thank you! \rI had so many people come up to me after the ceremony saying how beautiful and magical the venue is. Our ceremony was on the water and our first dance was on their brand new terrace! Talk about special! \rThe food and cupcakes (that's right cupcakes) were to die for. I didn't see an empty plate in sight. That's probably because the staff were there to clean up any messes. So no half eaten food laying around. \rI loved that I was able to give the DJ a list of some songs I wanted to have played at the reception. We were all on the dance floor shaking our booties. Which was a little hard in my dress! \rOnce things started to slow down a bit, out came the coffee to pick us back up again. Our grand exit was wonderful. We were greeted with many bubbles and bells ringing. \rI am so grateful to Nandy and the staff of Town Manor. I will have beautiful memories to share with my husband. They made our day special and I couldn't ask for anything more. If you are looking for a place to have a beautiful ceremony and a fun reception you should consider Town Manor.

My daughter got married at Town Manor in March 2015 and it was as close to perfect as you can get. The venue was breathtaking and the food was excellent. The owners were wonderful and did an awesome job. I've been told from most of our guests it was the best wedding that they have ever been to. Nandy definitely delivered the \"Best Day Ever\" for my daughter and son in law as well as the proud parents.
