The Mansion at Mountain Lakes is a glamorous wedding venue located in Mountain Lakes, NJ. The town was founded in 1910, when the lush wooded area was developed into a suburban garden community dotted with large stucco houses. The venue was designed to pay homage to these luxurious and iconic homes and many of its rooms are named after Mountain Lakes landmarks. Boasting hand-painted ceilings, chic furnishings, and an elegantly-appointed get-ready suite, this venue is a dreamy setting for your special celebration of love. The expansive Grand Ballroom at The Mansion at Mountain Lakes can seat up to 375 people for your unforgettable night of dining and dancing. The ballroom also includes a sweeping wood staircase, which you can make your show-stopping entrance. The venue is adorned with crystal chandeliers, classic architectural details, atmospheric lighting, rustic wood bars, shiplap and wood floors. Each event also provides two cocktail rooms that open up to landscaped sitting areas where you can enjoy drinks with your guests. Jim was fantastic through the whole process. He listened to our needs and was open to working with us to create our vision. He treated us like his children throughout and always met us at the door when we were coming in for a meeting or to drop things off. He took so much of the weight off our shoulders leading up to the wedding and we fully entrusted him to make our day special and they certainly did. Everything about our wedding was fantastic; everyone was so attentive to our needs as well as our guests. His team answered all of our questions in a timely manner and were easy to reach. They worked with our vendors and were in constant communication with us regarding our day. On the day of our wedding, their bridal attendant was very attentive and made us feel comfortable and taken care of. She was able to communicate with our family and bridal party and ensured that we didn't have to do any thinking on our big day. We were so pleased with the entire team at The Mansion at Mountain Lakes and recommend them to anyone for their upcoming event. Thanks to Jim and all the staff for making our dream day come true!

My husband and I had our South Asian Catholic-Hindu wedding here in September 2023, and we have guests still raving about the venue. The venue itself is beautiful and convenient: there is a enough space for a 350-person indoor ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. The bridal suite was fantastic, and many guests complimented the staircase in the ballroom. Nancy and Jim were a pleasure to work with, and our special day went smoothly thanks to them and the Mansion staff. The bridal attendants were also so helpful and sweet. We would highly recommend this venue to anyone!

From the first time we visited this venue we were in love. It was so beautiful and spacious which was important to me since we were getting married in October and sickness starts up! Nancy helped me every step of the way even when I was slow to return my “homework”…she was patient but focused and helped keep me on track! The day of…I with there was a word that could sum up everything I felt about the day! It was nothing short of everything I dreamed of. Nick was outstanding he was so pleasant and helpful and my family raved about how attentive he was to them and all the guests loved him! My bridal attendant Gabriella was amazing she kept us where we needed to be and made sure we had everything we needed all day. The food was endless, the guests were surprised to get dinner after the cocktail hour since there was so much food at the cocktail hour! My family and friends are still talking about the wedding and said we need to throw one every weekend and claim it to be the best wedding ever! I’m sure it wasn’t only because my husband and I were beaming and in heaven all night but because of the property, the food, the BAR, and all of the people who worked so hard to make that night pure perfection! The only thing I wish was different was that it went on for four more hours.

Our wedding was on October 8, 2023 and it was a perfect wedding day! The Mansion at Mountain Lakes is a gorgeous wedding venue, the food is amazing, and the staff are incredible to work with. Nancy, Jim, and the rest of the MML team were incredible throughout the whole wedding planning process and the day of. Our wedding was October 14, 2023 and the Mansion at Mountain Lakes made all of our dreams come true. Jim, Nancy, and the rest of the staff made us feel like family from the moment we walked in. The venue itself is beautiful and truly did not disappoint in anyway . The food was delicious! Our guest talked for days about how great everything was. The staff was attentive and helpful. They were accommodating to anything we asked throughout our very long engagement and especially on the day of! No doubt I will be used the Mansion for so many milestones events for our family!

Married 9/15/2023 at The Mansion! Truly cannot recommend them enough. Nancy & Jim were on top of everything from the minute I stepped foot in the building. The maitre'd Nick is incredible. He truly knows how to handle a wedding party. Our ceremony was a dream and was so incredibly done, the cocktail hour was amazing, so many different options to eat and many rooms to mingle. The ballroom was gorgeous with a large bar to serve many guests at once. We had about 185 guests and everyone was specifically catered too. Our guests raved about the food, drinks, and service. Please consider them for your future wedding!!

My husband and I got married at the Mansion at Mountain Lakes this summer and cannot say enough good things about this venue! From the first time I visited I was just wowed by how beautiful the place was. The ballroom is absolutely gorgeous. Very elegant, awesome bar, huge dance floor, and a really cool stair case to make your grand entrance! It looks modern and classy and they do a great job setting up the space. We used the front and side rooms for our cocktail hour and loved how much light it let in and how open it felt. We had our ceremony on site as well and our maitre d Nick was on top of everything making sure we all knew where to be and felt comfortable and confident. That was so huge for us as we hadn’t been in any wedding parties before so really appreciated his guidance and great attitude! My bridal attendant Maddie was also super sweet and helpful, and really saved me by pinning my dress more before the first dance so I wouldn’t trip. Nancy and Jim are so kind, real, and so great at what they do! They know how to put together a spectacular event. I appreciated how honest they would be, never once trying to upsell us or anything, they really just tried to help us create the night of our dreams and they did! The food was delicious, people loved the cocktail hour so much a lot of people thought that was the main event! So many unique and tasty station options, there’s something for everyone. One of my favorite aspects of the venue was the bridal suite. I visited other venues that had a “bridal suite” that was really just a room with a couch that you could only use 2 hours before the ceremony. At the mansion they have a gorgeous double suite with salon chairs and mirrors and plenty of room to spread out, and we could use it all day! We absolutely loved getting ready there it was really special and super convenient not to have to run around at different places the day of the wedding. All in all, I can’t imagine a more perfect place or better hosts to help us through the most important day of our lives! They helped us relax (as much as you can when it’s your own wedding haha) and have the absolute best time. I would absolutely 1000% recommend to anyone and everyone looking to have your wedding here!

Nancy, Nick, and Jim were an absolute pleasure to work with! The night of our wedding Nick and Jim were constantly checking in on my husband and I and making sure we didn’t need anything. Our bridal attendant was also phenomenal. I honestly have no complaints about the planning process with them the months leading up or anything the night of our wedding. I would highly recommend the Mansion to anyone who is looking for a great wedding venue with amazing food and an even more amazing staff with incredible customer service!

Nancy, Nick, and Jim were an absolute pleasure to work with! The night of our wedding Nick and Jim were constantly checking in on my husband and I and making sure we didn’t need anything. Our bridal attendant was also phenomenal. I honestly have no complaints about the planning process with them the months leading up or anything the night of our wedding. Our family hosted a beautiful Indian wedding and reception at The Mansion. Right off the bat, EVERYONE loved how beautiful the venue was! Also, it is a huge bonus that all weddings are treated like exclusive events at this venue - meaning, you will not share your day with someone's baby shower or anniversary party... (very big advantage!)It was also a pleasure working with Jim and Nancy! Nick was a great maitre'd who worked well with our day-of-coordination team to pull off our wedding and reception seamlessly. Shout out to Maddie, who was an awesome bridal attendant, going so far as to give me massages in between events as it can be exhausting to wear such heavy Indian outfits and jewelry. The entire team works very well together!Few things to be aware of... we invited a little less than 300 guests and that was a perfect fit for the ceremony and grand ballroom. Anything over 300 will definitely feel very crowded. Also, the start and end times are very strictly enforced at this venue. Doors opened at 7AM for everyone (vendors and family), meaning we had to find elsewhere to get ready and decorator had to come in day before to set up our mandap.

We had our wedding at the Mansion almost two weeks ago (May 6th) and we haven't stopped talking about how amazing and special the staff at The Mansion made our day. From our first meeting, Jim and Nancy made us feel like family and all along the way, their helpfulness and responsiveness made it feel like we were their only wedding. Our guests LOVED the cocktail hour, and raved about the quality of dinner and dessert. Our maitre d Nick was amazing and attentive, and made sure that our day went without a hitch. Our bridal attendant, Geraldine was the best and made sure that my husband and I had everything we wanted and needed throughout the day (and provided emotional support/hype-up throughout the day). She also made sure that we actually sat down and enjoyed our dinner, as well as making sure we always had a full drink. Jim, Nancy, Nick and Geraldine were familiar with our vendors since they've worked with them before and were very communicative and helpful in making sure everything was moving along well throughout the day (though I'm sure that they would've gone above and beyond even if they weren't familiar with our vendors). We are so appreciative to everyone at The Mansion for helping to make it the best day ever; 5 stars isn't enough! The Mansion was an absolute blessing. From the food, to the organization of the day, to the service, to the beauty of the ballroom, The Mansion really has it all. Nancy, Jim, Nick, and the rest of the staff really made for a seamless day. The bridal suite is the perfect spot to get ready - it is big, clean, beautiful, and Nancy ensured we had champagne, water, coffee, tea, etc. They also took our bagel order and cut everything up/put on platters for us. The team also spent a lot of time planning out the timeline for the day, and although I was a little nervous for it at first, Nick really nailed it! We had multiple people come up to us complimenting how good the food was and how over-the-top the cocktail hour was (\"best cocktail hour ever\" was the comment we got from many people). The ballroom and ceremony space are gorgeous and the acoustics in the ballroom for a band are wonderful. There is also a large bar in the ballroom that was easily able to accommodate the 240 guests we had. I actually can't think of anything that they could have done better, because we walked away saying how perfect the day was. A huge thank you to the entire Mansion team, and for anyone looking for a venue, this is the place!

They were honest and transparent during the planning process and helped to guide us in the right direction anytime we had questions about the process. I really feel like they cared about us as a couple and our wedding day. As far as the day of, the day was PERFECT. The bridal attendant, Maddie, was on top of everything. Anything I needed that day, she did it before I even had to ask. Nick, the maitre d' was so organized and made sure the ceremony and reception were seamless and ran smoothly! The entire staff was so friendly and helpful. We are still hearing compliments about the food, drinks, and service. I was also very happy that my husband and I had some private time after our ceremony enjoying our cocktail hour food that we had picked. The staff really focused on us and our families to make sure it was an enjoyable day for all of us. We really felt like VIPs. I could not recommend The Mansion enough! The food was amazing, our guests still rave about the cocktail hour (both the quality AND the quantity of food!). They were also very accommodating to our guests with specific dietary needs. The whole time we were there we didn't have to lift a finger, all my husband and I had to do was show up! As Nancy reminded us a few days before our wedding, they do this all the time and know how to make everything run like clockwork. Nick, our maître d' did an amazing job coordinating with all of our vendors and family members. And our bridal attendant, Maddie couldn't have been more amazing! As soon as we arrived she whisked us up to the bridal suite and had food and drinks ready to go. She even bustled my dress. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better day and we have the Mansion to thank for that!

This venue was exactly what I imagined with a rustic yet elegant and modern vibe! The staff was absolutely wonderful to work with throughout the entire process. Though I am from the area I was not local throughout most of the months leading up to my wedding due to the military and they did a phenomenal job of communicating with me as well as coordinating with my parents and keeping everyone in the loop. We received probably over 100 compliments the following day of how amazing their wide variety of cocktail hour food was as well as the main course. We paid extra for the early morning use of their bridal suite and it was a girls dream with three vanities, two rooms with two bathrooms. I had a large group with 6 bridesmaids, a flower girl, and two mom's getting ready (along with three hair/MUAs) and it was spacious and comfortable. Upon returning from our church ceremony our bridal attendant was on point with everything and thought of things we never even realized. The entire staff made our day just what it should be, less stress and more party! So many photo opportunities within the venue as well that will make for stellar pics. Do not hesitate to book here, I would easily book there again in the future for more events.

If you are looking for a wedding venue to completely take care of everything for you, make you feel like the most important couple they have ever had, make your requests happen, then the Mansion at Mountain Lakes is absolutely the venue for you. Not only is it a beautiful and stunning venue, Jim, Joanna, Nancy, Nicky, Geraldine, and the ENTIRE staff is just as amazing. Jim and Joanna made all of our dreams come true with truly the best night of our lives. They were able to give me vendors for things that I wanted if they could not do it themselves, they were able to come through with any requests we had, and just made the entire place absolutely perfect for us. Jim and Joanna were so kind to my family and I and I felt like they were family as soon as we met them and work with them. They answered all emails and phone calls almost immediately even the morning of the wedding! We had Geraldine as our bridal attendant and Nick as our maitre'd. Both made sure that my husband and I were taken care of all night long, whether it was helping me up in the bridal suite, making sure we had enough food during cocktail hour and during dinner, making sure we had a drink in our hand the entire night, bringing me cold towels when I got too hot, I am telling you they did absolutely everything. I really cannot wait to go back there for another wedding in the future. They really made our day the best day ever.

Joana supported us throughout our entire wedding planning journey with such calmness, kindness, guidance, and expertise. We never once felt stressed out communicating with her and she was always so prompt and helpful answering any questions. The whole team is tremendous as well - Jim, Nancy, Maddy, and Nick. On our big day Maddy, our bridal attendant, took care of EVERYTHING! My husband and I hardly felt any stress which was unbelievable given the kind of event! Everyone took such good care of us the whole time. Every single detail was carefully thought out, our vision was stunningly brought to life, and the team's organization allowed our day to run so smoothly. All of our guests commented on the venue's gorgeous inside and outside spaces (we selected the more rustic rooms but they also have a traditional grand ballroom), delicious cocktail hour and dinner food, and how naturally and seamlessly the night unfolded! Save yourself future time and energy and check \"Find wedding venue\" off your list because you've just found it! :)

Wedding planning is tough enough so THANK GOODNESS for the people at the Mansion. Nancy is an absolute wedding angel and when my husband and I met her, she made everything seem so easy and within reach. One of the biggest factors was how easy it was to accommodate halal meat in their menu, which many other venues could not do or did not understand the meaning of. The attention to detail on my wedding day was so apparent. The way things were organized and arranged without me having to ask or clarify made it easy for me to just focus on my actual day! I can't thank them enough and I'd love having any event here in the future!! Thank you for everything!!!

Our wedding day was truly the best day ever and we are forever grateful for our experience at The Mansion at Mountain Lakes, both the day of and entire wedding planning process. Jim, Nancy, Nick and all of the staff are professionals through and through and genuinely awesome people. They were always extremely responsive and accommodating which really helped to make the planning process easy and enjoyable. We used the entire venue - the bridal suite during the day to get ready, the outdoor garden and various indoor rooms to for pictures before and after the ceremony, the Bellhall Grand room for the ceremony and the ballroom for the reception. The large bar in the reception room was one of our favorite parts of the venue - very modern and chic look in the ballroom, and easy for our guests to get drinks throughout the night without needing to leave the room / music, which was important to us. The food and drinks were also great. Two months later and our guests are still raving about the cocktail hour. Also, during the night of our wedding, Jim came over to us to check-in on us and see if we needed anything, which was very thoughtful and genuine. 10/10 recommend!!!

You cannot go wrong getting married here! We got married on June 24th of this year and the day could not have been more perfect. Maddie the bridal assistant was there for me every time I turned around and was such a sweetheart. Nick the maitre'd was also amazing and made sure the day went perfectly! Their wait-staff is also absolutely incredible. My guests went on and on about how amazing the waitresses/waiters/bartenders were. It's been two months and I have so many people still telling me it was the best wedding they have ever been to and how the food was absolutely incredible. You get so many options and so much food! The entire venue is also just absolutely breathtaking. I knew as soon as I stepped foot in The Mansion that I would be getting married there, and I would make that choice over again a million times!

My husband and I got married at the Mansion on 5/28/22 and it was absolutely amazing! It was everything we could’ve dreamed of and more! From the very start Nancy was so easy to work with and was always quick to answer any questions I may have and always put me at ease during the planning process. Every time we visited the Mansion we got more excited for our big day to come thanks to their staff who was always so welcoming and not to mention the grounds are always so beautiful! It down poured the morning of our wedding, but Nancy and Maddie, our maître d’, helped to keep me calm and reassured me throughout the morning that the day would be perfect, and it was. Maddie was always right there throughout the entire day whenever my husband or I needed anything and she made sure we were always keeping on time with our schedule and that our day ran smoothly. She was beyond great to work with and we were so thankful for her! All of our guests raved about how amazing cocktail hour was and how much food the mansion offered, and the same went for dinner!! We are still getting so many complements on the venue, the staff, and the food about how incredible everything was! We were sooo happy with everything the Mansion offered and how absolutely perfect the day was because of them! We couldn’t thank them enough and wish we could do the day all over again with them!

From the moment we walked into The Mansion and saw how beautiful it was (inside & out) then met Jim, Nancy and Nick we knew we were in good hands and that The Mansion was the perfect venue for us. They make you feel like family and treat you like family, as well. They were patient with us (rescheduled Covid wedding!) during the planning process and going over all our options. Nancy is so organized and very fast to respond to emails. Jim is laid back and honest. It was great to be able to deal directly with the owner. Nick went above and beyond for us. Maddy, my bridal attendant was the best! She was sweet, kind and hustled! She was always there asking what she could do for me, cleaned the bridal suite, organized all of our stuff we had and made us feel at ease. We utilized basically the whole venue. We got married in the Bellhall Grand room and it was everything I wanted, formal yet rustic. Our guests raved about our cocktail hour, there was so much food and it was great to have 2 fully staffed bars and plenty of seating for guests. Our reception was in the Grand Ballroom and it was perfect. Huge dance floor, enough room for our guests to sit comfortably without being on top of each other and a huge bar. Our guests are still talking about how great the filet was at dinner. The grounds are beautiful for pictures and extra space for cocktail hour. The venue was very easy for our guests to get to. Honestly, we do not have enough good things to say about everyone and everything at The Mansion. Highly highly recommend!

My husband and I are so happy to have choose this as our wedding venue - we truly knew this was the place the moment we walked into it. You can feel the abundance of love the company has for not only their job but for their couples as well. We really felt the love the entire night- The Mansion made our day the most perfect day ever. The venue works amazing with their vendors & the set up was exactly as we imagined it. We continue to be told how amazing the service was to all guest, the attentiveness, the delicious food & how clean and beautiful the venue itself was. Both rooms they provide are stunning - although we loved the rustic look, the ballroom was spacious and still gave us a more modern feel without too much glitz & glam. My husband and I wish to relive the moment over and over again. This is truly an amazing place and should not be overlooked!

From the start the planning process was so made so easy with the help of Nancy, even planning from another state. Any questions or requests we had she happily answered right away and was able to work with us! The day of was amazing!! Nick, Jim, Maddie and the rest of the staff were beyond helpful and did the best job keeping everything together and flowing smoothly. Words cannot describe the AMAZING day we had! Nancy, Jim, and Joana were amazing through the entire planning process! They made everything a breeze! I emailed Nancy a million times and she never made me feel like I was bothering her! Joana was amazing as well!! There were times where we couldn't meet with Nancy so Joana was there to answer our questions. Joana was amazing the day of and the night of as well! She made sure everything was perfect! I felt as though Jim treated me as one of his daughters! We met with Jim when we picked our menu and he as amazing! He gave us his opinions on what he thought would be a huge hit and what wouldn't! He was awesome through the whole process! Nick and Maddie were amazing the day of the wedding as well! When you turn around and need something they were right there! Maddie was an AMAZING bridal attendant! After the ceremony, we went up to the bridal suite and she was right there waiting for us! She asked what we needed within seconds of getting up there! You know she is an AMAZING bridal attendant when she helped me change my shoes! (No way would I ever touch someone else's feet!!) Nick was a great maitre d!! He was right there with the guys when they arrived to the Mansion! During our pictures he got my husband and I water and made sure there was a straw in mine so that I didn't mess up my lipstick! He even held the glass while I drank from it!! Everyone is still raving about the food!! From the cocktail hour to the sit down dinner! I could rave about the Mansion all day!! Look no further and book the Mansion for your wedding!!! They are AMAZING!!! They treat you like family!!!

Words cannot describe how happy we are that we chose the Mansion for our wedding. We actually were almost under contract for another venue before touring the Mansion. However, we fell in love when we stepped on the Mansion grounds for the first time.Not only did we fall in love with the decor and atmosphere, but they made us feel like a family from the beginning until the end. The staff were all so accommodating to us and our immediate families. Nancy and I communicated often and she always took her time to answer quickly and accurately. Jim helped us with things that he didn’t have to help with, like situations that involved other vendors and sitting with us when the shuttle forgot us 😂. Nick and Maddie are seriously the best! They made sure we were taken care of every second of that night. We couldn’t be happier!! We 100% recommend to every couple!

This venue was an absolute dream from start to finish. We worked with Nancy who was extremely knowledgeable and a true pleasure to work with. I truly appreciated her guidance and input throughout the entire planning process. We had Maddy as our bridal attendant and I don’t know what I would have done without her. From making sure we were on schedule, to making sure we were fed, and fixing my dress and bustle throughout the night, I can’t thank her enough! This venue has the most incredible staff and really made the event go off without a hitch. The food is incredible and there is so much at cocktail hour to choose from. The open bar was amazing and they allowed us to do two signature drinks as well.

The crew at the Mansion is beyond amazing. My husband and I were a covid couple that was supposed to be married in June 2020 at another venue that cancelled on us. We were able to call up Nancy and Jim during the rescheduling process and they told us to come that day to tour the venue. My husband and I fell in love at first sight with the Mansion! Nancy and Jim made us feel taken care of throughout the whole process, even when we had to reschedule again due to covid. We felt like they truly listened to us and cared about our wedding. The staff the day of the event was perfect and attentive, even when we ran into problems with other vendors. I am also gluten-free and Jim even took the time to get gluten-free desserts for me so I did not feel like I was missing out on anything! Nancy and Jim were always quick to respond to our emails, calls, or concerns. Our friends and family still tell us how amazing the Mansion was from the venue itself, the staff, and the amazing food! We cannot say enough good things about the Mansion. My husband and I are so happy we found this venue and would do it all over again in a heartbeat!

We had to postpone twice due to Covid and they were accommodating and didn’t raise prices which we were extremely grateful for. The night of our wedding everything was amazing. Guest are still raving about how beautiful the space was and how much food there was and it was all delicious! We had a lot of guests with food allergies and they made sure each of them had something safe to eat. Our bridal attendant Maddie was perfect. She was always right there and made sure we were having the best night of our lives. Like Jim and Nancy, Maddie also could not do enough for us. I could go on and on forever about how everything was just perfect. There is nothing we would change. If you are considering having your wedding at the Mansion, do it! You will not regret it.

Talk about quality! The food was terrific, and my husband and I appreciated the moment we spent alone in the suite eating after the ceremony. We will always appreciate The Mansion!

We had an amazing wedding thanks to the help of Nancy for all the pre-wedding preparations and Nick and Annmarie for the execution on our day. They made everything stress-free which allowed us to enjoy our day as much as possible. They were accommodating and incredibly attentive! We were frequently checked on to see what we needed and really felt spoiled! The decor and food were also great as well. We are so glad we chose the Mansion for our special day!

As soon as I walked into The Mansion I knew we had to have our wedding there! Room after room was perfect in their own way and I felt like we were in reliable hands with Jim and Nancy. They just make you feel special throughout the whole experience, know what they are talking about, and do not leave a stone unturned in the planning/execution process. The whole team made the day special with no worries for us or our family. With Nick and Kaitlyn ensuring everything was set up beautifully, taking care of us and our family with drinks & food, and being pleasurably to be around all day! With each room having its' own special appeal there are many options for photos throughout the night. I was always warned as a Bride/Groom you will not eat on your wedding day, but that was far from true here. We had our own mini buffet of food prepped and ready for us to enjoy at the beginning of cocktail hour before heading down to mingle with our guests. All the food was delicious and happy we did not miss out! If you have any questions or requests, do not be afraid to ask because they will work with you and try their best to make it happen! We wanted a New Orleans themed food station and it great! The whole day was magical, I honestly can not say enough kind words about everyone and everything The Mansion has to offer. People are still talking about the beautiful rooms and the delicious food! Things were crazy this past year, but we were able to reschedule to ensure we had our memorable night at The Mansion and it was well worth the wait!

Words / feelings / emotions all collided on our day because of this beautiful venue! With dreams coming true, this crew knew exactly what to do! Jim, Nancy, Kaitlyn, Nick and all the staff were on their game! My husband and I loved every second of every detail and when Nancy and Jim say “you don’t have to lift a finger” THEY MEAN IT! beautiful people inside and out that dedicate the day to you! They are happy to lucky people that works with their couples in all different ways! I couldn’t hold back tears towards the end of the night because of how amazing everything was! My bridal attending Kaitlyn had such a fun loving bubbly personality (we had a lot of fun haha) that she took care of everything ... to our place cards, refilling the champagne and her 10 second quick bustle of my dress this was literally the only person that knows the bride!!!!!! Nick, wow our maitre’ D, he is sooooo spectacular .. guys and gals put faith trust and pixie dust in his hands and he’ll make your dreams come true! No need to do a rehearsal walk down or line up at the ceremony, he was on it like white on rice with precise time and accuracy! He was making sure my man had a drink in hand and fun in his eyes! The emotions of love joy and every lasting happiness was soooooo fulfilling this day I will forever remember all the amazing events and experiences we shared especially with our loved ones, this is ALL THANKS TO the Mansion Jim Nancy Nick and Kaitlyn because they made our happily ever after come true! Can’t wait to have future parties and gatherings there and hoping they find the love and joy in their future couples as we sure did the morning of our day! Ensure you make the right choice and if you are looking for ballroom / elegance/ rustic (barn door) vibes ... this is YOUR VENUE! Oh I didn’t even mention the food because our guests couldn’t stop talking about it! Cocktail hour = THE BOMB... unlimited supply of choices - hot passed hors d’oeuvres, carving stations, pasta stations, charcuterie etc you will get the works include premium open bar!!!!!! I was married at the Mansion at Mountain Lakes on 8/7/20... in the middle of the Covid craziness. Jim, Nancy, Nick, and this entire team of wedding experts were so AMAZING to work with. They did everything they possibly could to make sure my day was perfect, and it was. It was a miracle truly, considering the obvious pandemic, but also that Hurricane Isaias hit the area hard only a few days before, destroying tents and knocking out power. I would do it all over again, knowing I'd get to work with the team at The Mansion!

After seeing the rustic ballroom for our already small-medium sized guest list, it was a no brainer to choose The Mansion. Nancy was fabulous through the process. They have an intimate menu with moderate pricing that fit perfect in our budget. We booked pre-pandemic and original date had to get moved. Jim was phenomenal during this process, leaving it up to our decision with what we ultimately wanted to do. We chose to move four months out. We had our day on January 31st, 2021. Nick and Kaitlyn were the ABSOLUTE BEST. they made sure we had nothing to worry about and took care of us the whole night. They even helped take care of our son who fell asleep mid reception!! Our guests cannot stop saying how our wedding was the highlight of the year ALREADY and everyone felt a sense of normalcy and that just added to it. Food and drinks were amazing. There’s so many places to take pictures at the venue and they all came out so perfect, even during the blizzard that came!! I cannot say enough good things. I would do it all over again in a heartbeat.

Nancy was very helpful, friendly, and spent the time to answer our questions without making us feel rushed to book. Jim was extremely understanding and patient with us through a COVID-19 related postponement and went above and beyond for us. Together, Nancy and Jim gave us a fantastic wedding - the food was amazing and there was plenty of it, and Nick helped the reception run smoothly and set up everything just as I wanted it. Kaitlyn was my bridal attendant and the server for me and my husband at the reception. She got us drinks, made sure we had plenty to eat, and helped me keep track of my phone and other belongings so I didn't have to worry about a thing! My dress's bustle kept falling throughout the evening and she was always ready to help with pins. Jim, Nancy, Nick, and Kaitlyn - thank you so much for giving us an amazing unforgettable wedding! We did an extensive search for where we would have our reception, like 15 venues and we were getting exhausted. We wanted a specific style to our day and wouldn't settle for anything less than perfect. The minute we walked into the Mansion we knew we found THE place. The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous and I loved the subtle differences between the cocktail hour space and the ballroom. It was so different yet cohesive. While the rooms were gorgeous it was the people that sold us. Your wedding is such an important day and while the space and food are important so are the people. Throughout the process, Jim and Nancy were fantastic. Even though COVID required us to make some changes, Jim and Nancy made us feel comforted that despite these changes we would still have a beautiful day. They did not disappoint! Jim and Nancy worked with us on all the specifics we wanted even going as far as getting us gelato (it's how my husband proposed), which was not as easy as you would think. The extra effort they put in just made it all that more special. They day of our wedding was perfect! Jim, Nancy, Bianca, and Nick did such an incredible job, we didn't have to worry about a thing, it was all handled for us. We always had drinks in our hands and everyone made sure we were fed, which is very difficult when you are being pulled in a million different directions. The staff was incredible and the food, OMG! Everyone raved for weeks after the wedding about the food. We had people telling us it was one of the best weddings they have been to and that would not have been possible without the care and attention to detail that Jim, Nancy, Nick, Bianca, and the rest of the team put into our day. We couldn't recommend the Mansion more. It should be at the top of your list of venues to look at!

My husband and I got married at The Mansion at Mountain Lakes on December 27, 2019. We actually booked our wedding two years early prior to the renovations being done. We trusted from day one that it was going to be beautiful. The wedding and everything leading up to it was perfect, and we could not have been happier with our day. Jim & Nancy are absolutely amazing and very accommodating. The planning process was extremely easy. In fact, it was the easiest part of our wedding planning process. We knew from the moment we walked in that we wanted to get married there. Nancy was always available to answer any questions we had, and she worked with us to make sure we had the best day ever! The food is superior to other venues and all the rooms are beautiful. We had our ceremony and reception all at the mansion. Jim, Nancy, Nick, and Bianca were all amazing. I personally would not have survived the day without Bianca! Our guests could not stop talking about the venue, especially its overall look, service, and food! We can only hope that we get to attend a wedding there so we can experience it as guests.

I will never forget the Sunday when we went to go visit the MML. It's was venue #10 that we were seeing and my fiancé (now husband) was getting restless (hahaha) The minute that we met with Nancy, I knew that she was the real deal. Her emails and details were always easy to understand, in our best interests and kindly thorough. The \"Chip and Joanne Room\" was our selling point for the ceremony & that big long bar in the ballroom was a GREEN LIGHT GO!When we took my mom to see the space before we reserved, \"Uncle Jim\" as I call him, walked her out to the parking lot as she had just recently had hip survey. Point being, you feel like family when you are working with them. (Hi Olivia!!!<3)I work in events as my full time job, so (Mike) and I both gave Nancy and Jim a heads up that I was going to be a PIA, but they didn't make me feel that I was :) Chef came in helped us in our food choices meeting as I was trying to incorporate figs - so he was able to create a special salad for us that was perfect for the season. There was no request that didn't get met & no laugh that wasn't had in the process. Olivia was awesome with drop off the Thursday before our big day and took complete control of making sure everything was out and certain spots...THANK YOU LOVE!The bridal suite was incredible - it was a huge plus that we were able to get ready on site & bring our hair and make up ladies there. We ordered trays from Wegman's which we were able to keep in the 2nd room which spread everything out really well. Our bridal attendant and MaitorD Nick were all over us, making sure we had a fresh drink and hot food whenever we sat down or went back to our area.... Major shout to the appetizers before intros and for helping with the dress malfunction!Our guests said that cocktail hour was amazing -- We kept getting feedback about the tartare shooters, the short ribs and the Ocktoberfest station were out of this world. We are big NJ brewery people & they even let us bring in some of our favorite local beers as that was really important to us. We served a filet and stuffed shrimp for dinner & multiple guests said that the filet was perfectly cooked -- YAY!Our cake was from The Little Cake and included in our package, it was the most beautiful cake I've ever seen and we loved working with them as well! MML Team -- Thank you for your hard work, attention to detail, love and awesome memories! I will never forget the Sunday when we went to go visit the MML. It's was venue #10 that we were seeing and my fiancé (now husband) was getting restless (hahaha) The minute that we met with Nancy, I knew that she was the real deal. Her emails and details were always easy to understand, in our best interests and kindly thorough. Like many couples my husband and I saw several venues, but I just couldn't picture my wedding day at any of those venues. Once we walked into The Mansion and was given a tour all I could do is picture my wedding day. It just felt right, the look and theme I was going towards just worked so well with The Mansion. Our wedding was amazing . Great environment, great food, great staff. if you are looking for a venue for any event The Mansion is the place.

We honestly couldn’t have imagined a more perfect day! Jim & his staff were kind, helpful, and made everything so unbelievably easy. Jim made us feel like family from the first day that we went to see the venue. They were so flexible to work with and made every vision that we had become a reality. The food, the decor, the elegant beauty of each room makes it the perfect venue! 3 months later and we still have guests commenting about the wedding!

We had our wedding in Nov 2019 and we couldn’t express how amazing the mansion was. From day one of our meeting with Jim and Nancy they make you truly feel like family. Every email, concern, problem etc they can handle in a quick minute. There staff is one of a kind. When our guest walked into the mansion they were in true shock of the beauty of the place and the renovations that were done. OMG the food was out of this world! We had a little of everything Chinese’s, Italian, Spanish, fish and our guest were amazed by how delicious it was. If your looking for impeccable service, great food and wonderful staff this is your wedding venue. Can’t wait to host our future events at the Mansion. As soon as we saw The Mansion, we knew it was the place for us. Our wedding was beautiful and such a dream. The entire team at The Mansion made everything so easy for us (seriously, I was not stressed once in working with them)! We have had people tell us it was the best wedding they have ever been to, even months later. The entire planning process was so seamless for me and my husband. They accommodated all of our requests and timeline. Our maitre d and bridal attendant knocked it out of the park for us. The bridal suite is brand new and so gorgeous. Everything was taken care of, everything was so beautiful, the food was delicious, and the staff was amazing! You feel like you are part of a family when you work with this venue. We just got married at the Mansion at Mountain Lakes this past Friday and I had to make sure I wrote a review as soon as possible because they were amazing! I’ll confess, my now-husband and I originally said “no ballrooms” when we started our venue search. When we came for our first visit that quickly changed because they had everything we were looking for and more. From the very start Nancy was responsive and amazing to work with throughout the booking process. Then the venue coordinator, Olivia, took over in answering all of my (very many) questions. Despite my extremely type-A personality wanting to know everything they were never anything other than helpful and polite. Fast forward to the day before- I dropped all of my DIY projects off with the Maitre d’, Nick, and was told to relax and enjoy the next couple days as they would take care of everything…and they did! Between Nick and the bridal attendant, Bianca, all of our needs were taken care of. Bianca acted like my Secret Service making sure I got where I needed to be and even keeping me calm as I waited to walk down the aisle. My husband and I agreed that we want Nick and Bianca around all the time just as our friends! Everyone who worked there made us feel like a part of their family and looked after my husband and me all day long.Besides my excellent experience, our guests have also remarked on how much they enjoyed the whole evening. We’ve heard from multiple people that it was the best food they’ve ever had at a wedding, that the venue was gorgeous, and the staff was on top of everything- from making sure water glasses were never empty to providing any special meals or needs for our guests. No wedding day ever goes exactly according to plan, but if anything did go wrong my guests and I never knew- I can only assume that the staff at the Mansion at Mountain Lakes quickly and quietly fixed any problems that arose.The space itself is all brand new and decorated in a neutral color palette that allows your vision to come to life and stand out instead of competing with what is there. Each room is filled with lovely natural light which makes your pictures look great!Go take a look at the Mansion at Mountain Lakes if you’re at all considering it and Nancy, Jim, Olivia, Nick, and Bianca will all convince you that this is the right place for your special day!

If you are starting your venue search, I HIGHLY recommend going to look at the Mansion at Mountain Lakes. I just got married there on 10/18/19 and I still can't get over how amazing they made it. I am still getting so many compliments on how beautiful the venue was, and also how much food there was! Someone said to me, \"I thought the cocktail hour was the meal!\" Jim, Nancy, and Olivia were awesome to work with as well! They answered all my questions in a timely manor and worked around my schedule for calls and visits, since I live in TN. Nick and Bianca, who were my Maitre D' and Bridal attendant on the day of, knocked it out of the park! Anything that I wanted or needed, they made happen! The flow of the wedding from the ceremony to cocktail hour, to the reception went so smoothly. They know what they are doing there! I would recommend The Mansion to anyone!!
