With oriental rugs, crystal chandeliers and a sweeping grand staircase, the Valley Country Club provides the perfect backdrop for your special day. From the time we started planning our December 2023 wedding until the moment it was over, we have nothing but glowing things to say about Mansion at VCC. Our first point of contact was Susan who gave us a tour and all of the information we needed to get started, and she was there for us every step of the way. We also hired her as our day of coordinator which is the best decision we could have made. She is kind, thorough, knowledgeable, and now a lifelong friend.We fell in love with the traditional elegance and modern amenities of the mansion itself but what is perhaps more stunning than the venue itself is the amazing staff. Everyone we worked with along the way was so kind and knowledgeable, willing to answer questions and allowing us to put our own special touches on the day.The all inclusive pricing is something that is rare to find and our guests absolutely raved about the quality of the food and service. In terms of value, Mansion at VCC truly cannot be beat. Planning a wedding is an exciting and emotional experience and we truly felt so special. Even days later, we are still on cloud nine. All of the staff showed up on wedding day with smiles on their faces and were so accommodating - they went out of their way to make sure they checked in on us and that we always had a drink in our hand.I'm sure everyone thinks their wedding is the best wedding of all time - and I may be biased - but we truly felt like we had the wedding of a lifetime thanks to everyone at Valley Country Club.

The Mansion was such a personal venue- it felt like we invited our friends and family to our house (if we lived in a stunning classic mansion). We had our wedding there this August and we worked with Susan throughout the planning process. We booked Susan as our coordinator during the reception and it was worth every penny. Susan and the team went above and beyond on our wedding day, keeping track of time and even helping me re-bustle my dress. We are SO LUCKY to have picked this venue. We also got the candle package. The candles and votives throughout the venue made it so beautiful and warm. The Mansion is a gorgeous classic venue. It is breathtaking. The porch was perfect for guests during cocktail hour, the dark wood stairs are stunning and perfect for pictures, and the bar area looks like its from a movie. It was also very reasonably priced for such high quality. Everyone loved the crab cakes! We would have picked this place a million times over!

We could not have asked for a better wedding venue. Susan is so on the ball and handled my questions and concerns quickly and kindly. ALL the staff is so sweet and practically waited on me and my husband hand and foot, coming directly to us with drinks and appetizers. Our guests were so impressed with everything, from the decor to the food. You will not regret picking the Mansion for your venue!!!!

The Mansion and its staff are truly deserving of more than just 5 stars .My Husband and I could not be more pleased with our decision to hold our ceremony and reception there If you want an outstanding venue with beautiful outdoor grounds and elegant indoor furnishings that can please the most demanding tastes, look no farther. We never felt that we were in a commercial facility. We were the guests of honor in a gorgeous home and we, as well as our guests, were treated as family. If you are looking for a seasoned wedding coordinator who can make your day perfect and stress-free without making herself part of the scene, Susan Schloeder is that person. Her coordination, direction, and concern for detail was flawless. You will leave feeling that she is part of your family. If you want a place where the entire staff is friendly, skilled and highly competent, and completely attentive to you and your guests, look no further. And did we mention that the food is impeccable, Delicious!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars!!! The minute we walked into the venue my husband and I knew right away this was the place for our wedding!!! Ms. Susan and Ms. Debbie treated us like family right away. Ms. Susan was my wedding coordinator and her care and professionalism nothing short of top notch!!!! Every phone call or text or email was responded to right away and never once was she annoyed by all my questions or needs. Everything was perfect. Unfortunately 5 minutes before my ceremony it started pouring and the ceremony had to be moved inside. Ms. Susan and her team of wedding angels moved everything around in seconds for the ceremony to happen inside and never once were we behind schedule. Throughout the entire evening the entire staff was attentive and made sure that my husband and I were taken care of but also that our guests were taken care of and happy and having a good time. Every decoration that we brought extra was placed exactly where I asked to have it placed. If I had to say one bad thing it would be I wish we were able to take more pictures outside but that was because of the rain unfortunately. This venue was everything we were looking for and wanted for our wedding. I highly recommend this venue for anyone who is looking for a venue for their happily ever after. ❤️ Here are some pictures of the venue inside and some outside pictures we were able to take in between rain showers.

I cannot express how amazing the Mansion is. It's beautiful, inviting, and just a great space to host a wedding. We did our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception here. We had butlered hors d'oeuvres, a candle package that was stunning, an outdoor ceremony with perfect weather, and Susan (our day-of coordinator). I had been texting Susan questions for what seems like a full year leading up to the wedding, so she was much more than a day-of coordinator. I can't thank her or the Mansion enough. When our blessing was done and the doors opened with the wait staff all carrying dinner salads for our guests, everything felt so magical. My bride and I were waited on hand and foot all day, nothing went wrong, and we had a perfect wedding. 100/10, I fully recommend the Mansion and Susan.

We got married at The Mansion in May 2023. Susan and Patty were absolutely wonderful and made sure we had everything thought out. Patty was our day of coordinator and she made sure the venue looked absolutely beautiful when our guests arrived. I honestly have no idea what I would’ve done without her! All night long (and days after) guests were complimenting how beautiful this venue was. Luckily the weather cooperated and we were able to have fireplaces lit for the perfect cozy touch to our winter wedding. Friends and family are still raving over the MD crab cake served with dinner (it was delicious and definitely a true MD style crab cake). In addition, this was the best reasonably priced venue we found that was still beautiful, accommodating, and inclusive of services (such as catering, bar, and certain decor).

Susan, and the entire team at The Mansion at Valley Country Club made our entire wedding dreamy, memorable, fun, and truly the best day! Everyone was incredibly kind to work with and talk to. They even helped with recommending other amazing vendors that we were struggling to find as well. The Mansion is so beautifully kept that we fell in love with the venue immediately. It truly felt like we belonged there and it felt like a home, not just a reception building. The staff was welcoming, the food was immaculate, and the jumbo soft pretzels offered at the end of our reception were a game changer! Two months later, and family and friends are still telling us it was their favorite wedding they've been to! Susan, the day of coordinator, was the best addition to this reception team, always had our back, and we feel like we've become part of the Country Club Family. I hope to have another reason so that we can go back there to celebrate with these great people at this great place again soon! Much love from the Pastorfields!

I was a Type A bride and my husband was very excited about making our wedding detail-oriented and beautiful for our guests. We looked at 30 venues in the area and we did not find a venue that seemed like it would encourage our guests to feel welcomed while being in a beautiful space. OUR WEDDING WAS A DREAM COME TRUE AND THE DANCE FLOOR WAS JAM-PACKED ALL NIGHT LONG. SUSAN CONTINUED TO RESPOND TO ALL OF MY QUESTIONS IMMEDIATELY AND MADE ME FEEL LIKE FAMILY! SUSAN IS THE DAY OF COORDINATOR AND SHE IS WORTH QUADRUPLE THE AMOUNT YOU PAY! She provided us with suggestions, tips, and gave us honest feedback that helped tremendously! The food was delicious, make sure you have crab cake as one of your options (Susan told us to do this and she was spot on!). The staff is incredibly attentive throughout the entire night and Susan makes magic happen. She sets up everything for you the day of your wedding and makes you feel comfortable. She ensures that there is a timeline in place and will smile while helping you. Susan continues to be in my heart and was part of the reason our day was perfect! I also love the owner Debbie and the sweetest woman alive, Pat - she surprised me with a charcuterie board even though my wedding day was her anniversary! The staff makes you feel like family and will also make your guests feel welcomed. I would use the venue 1000 times again and would still never get sick of it - IT IS A STUNNING VENUE with even more beauty on the inside of their staff members. Also, there is ample amount of parking, it is handicap accessible, and allows the couple to have choices! LOVE YOU MANSION AT VALLEY COUNTRY CLUB but love you even more SUSAN!

The Mansion at Valley Country Club is such a hidden gem! It was the perfect wedding venue for my wedding, creating an atmosphere both elegant and intimate that I could tell made my guests feel impressed yet comfortable. There were so many places for guests to disperse to lounge around or enjoy dancing in the beautiful ballroom, and the bar really is worth paying a visit just to see it.Our main contact and day-of coordinator, Susan, was always a pleasure to work with. She was personable and real, and made sure she took our preferences into account but wasn’t afraid to give informed feedback to make sure both us and our guests were happy and our decisions were practical. She was always very responsive to our messages, and she worked with the Mansion’s staff to ensure accommodations could be made where appropriate, which really made our wedding less stressful and more personalized. Every other member of the Mansion’s staff was a delight as well, especially the day of the wedding: they checked in on me often and even made sure I got to try the Mansion’s fantastic food and hors d’oeuvres. Some of the waiters even joined us for some dancing! (After they made sure everyone was well-fed and satisfied, or course.) I wish more people knew about the Mansion, because it’s such a charming venue that offers so much to make your wedding day magical. It was the best day of my life and I’d do it again in a heartbeat!

Perfect venue! From the moment we stepped in the door, we knew this was where we wanted to have our wedding. Susan was amazing! She was so patient and professional, answering our many, many questions. The ceremony and reception went off without a hitch. We were able to incorporate some items which made it personal. The mansion is beautiful and elegant but also very comfortable. The food was extremely tasty ( wish I could have eaten more but I was busy being newly wed!). Highly recommend The Mansion for a wedding. The setting is beautiful both inside and out and elegant without being uptight. Food was very good as were drinks. The service staff was fabulous with the exception of one cranky bartender who didn't want us doing shots (hello, I was MOG, I can do a shot thanks!) Susan was the coordinator and was so terrific with my son and daughter in law - super accommodating and gave all of us the confidence that the day would move smoothly and it truly did! My only concern was the bathroom situation. I did not like that guests had to go upstairs and that the ladies room had access to the brides room (where we all left our valuables). There is a first floor bathroom which should be made more accessible to guests. That being said, no one complained!We had approximately 165 people and the ceremony was outside. Its hard to imagine when you look at the space but our guests fit perfectly - it felt intimate and comfortable all at the same time. It was also really beautiful seeing the whole bridal party come through the doors and down the stairs.This was truly the perfect place for the wedding. I cannot imagine our families anywhere else and would not hesitate to recommend it!

Our wedding was on October 16, 2021, and it really was perfect! The only downside was the weather. We had planned to get married outside but were unable to because of the rain. And truthfully, it wasn't even that much of a downside. Everything went off without a hitch and the ceremony was beautiful inside. The food was great! They were accommodating for everything we had asked and I absolutely don't know what we would have done without Susan as our day-of coordinator. She was amazing. If I had to do it all over again, I wouldn't change a thing!

My now husband and I got married at this location a couple of weeks ago, and let me just say how much this venue, food, and staff exceeded our expectations. Despite us pushing our wedding back a year due to Covid, and having literal last minute changes the day of the wedding, this venue accommodated us PERFECTLY. I truly wouldn't have changed a single thing. For other couples considering this location, my advice is one: do it! and two: use Susan as your coordinator because she rocks!

The Mansion at Valley Country club attracted us with its history and character. We barely had to bring any decorations because of the beautiful character that the mansion has! We had a guest list of about 150, with an outdoor ceremony and reception in the beautiful ballroom. Susan Schloeder at the Mansion made us feel so welcomed and we really enjoyed building a relationship with her as we planned our wedding. We chose her as our day-of coordinator and we were not disappointed. Every crazy idea that I imagined, she brought to life. The rest of the staff is so incredibly kind as well, and would literally walk across the yard to make sure the bridal party could enjoy cocktail hour. They were extremely accommodating to the needs of guests. I highly recommend the Mansion!

The one thing I heard consistently after our wedding was, \"that was the best wedding I've been to!\" The location was so lovely - we really felt like The Mansion at Valley Country Club opened the doors of their home to us. Susan in particular helped us navigate all the practicalities and made a big project seem very manageable. Everyone at The Mansion was easy to work with and we truly felt like they wanted us to have the best day of our lives. We could not have been more pleased with the location, food and service we received. I would highly recommend The Mansion to anyone who is looking for a warm, friendly and special place to celebrate their special day. We looked at other lovely venues but we instantly felt that The Mansion would be someplace that truly cared about making our day special - and they succeeded!

Our wedding at Valley Country Club was beautiful, but also came with many stressful months of planning and postponements. In terms of what’s included in the wedding venue package, the venue includes all food and alcohol, which all tasted great, but dessert is not included. This was great for us because we didn’t want to do a full cake, and instead opted for a dessert table! I loved the included wedding décor as well, which included chivari chairs, beautiful table settings and linens, cocktail tables, and the use of an archway to a tree-lined altar. I also loved the curtains and string lights in the ballroom. Additionally, the actual mansion grounds and interiors are maintained beautifully. I specifically liked this venue because it felt like an experience (grassy lawn for lawn games, big porch, grand staircase, fireplace, antique sitting areas, football themed bar, big fancy ball room, etc.). Also, each piece of décor felt purposeful, and all was cohesive looking.The package includes 1 hour of early access before the ceremony, but I highly recommend adding 2-3 more hours ahead of that for getting dressed, first look photos, bridal party photos, detail photos, and relaxing before guests arrive. Susan provided us day-of coordination services, which she did a great job – she helped run the rehearsal and ceremony, grand entrances, keep the reception timing, and did all the set up and clean up, including packing up all the items in cars at the end of the night. The price of the day-of coordination service did end up going up quite a lot from her quote, which was surprising, but it was well worth it in the end. The waitstaff and bartenders did a great job as well. As far as Covid-19 was concerned, we were originally scheduled for spring 2020. We were adamant about postponing due to Covid-19, but had to wait several weeks before the VCC board let us consider postponing, which was very stressful, as many of our friends were able to postpone right away. When they finally let us postpone, they only gave us the option of postponing to another 2020 date (and not to 2021), which meant we were left with a random assortment of less-than-ideal 2020 dates for us and no Saturday dates. We were forced to pick a fall 2020 date, even though we wanted a 2021 date. When the second 2020 date came around, we were still not comfortable going forward. By this time, many of the ideal 2021 dates were also taken because VCC had continued booking new 2021 clients instead of accommodating covid-affected clients who wanted to postpone. After a few contract negotiations, we ended up picking a third 2021 date. Working with VCC during Covid-19 was a bit stressful due to postponements, but by the end, we were able to agree on a 2021 date, and as I mentioned above, the wedding still went off beautifully despite the scheduling mishaps. I believe is Covid-19 had not happened this would have all been moot point, but I do find it important to leave this honest review surrounding Covid-19.

I fell in love with this venue as soon as I walked through the door and booked the wedding date right away. Then Covid came along and threw us a few glitches but we knew we didn't want to wait until next year to get married. Susan worked with us every step of the way to make sure our wedding day would be just as wonderful. The staff was amazing and the food absolutely delicious and the day couldn't have been more perfect. Thanks again Susan and the wonderful staff.

My husband and I visited this mansion almost a year to the day before our wedding. When we got in the car after our tour, we looked at each other and knew it was our place! First, the mansion itself is stunning. SO many of our guests were just blown away by the beauty and elegance inside and out. There is room to sit, chat, take a step outside for air or a drink, the staircase is a perfect photo spot. No matter the season, it is a stunning location to get married. We had an entirely vegetarian menu, as my husband and I are both vegetarians. Dinner was a hit with everyone! Even down to the salad & rolls, the mansion served well prepared dishes that left everyone content. The bar- what an awesome addition to a wedding reception! The extra space, having room to chat away from the dance floor, and just the cool vibe it has brings a fun aspect to the day. The bride and groom suites are really a nice touch, and another great place for important photo/video shots! I absolutely loved the ballroom. The size is great and it looks beautiful all lit up with the draped fabric. We met Susan on our tour, and she was absolutely one of the reasons we booked. Throughout our year of planning to the big day, she was there to lend a hand, offer support and suggestions, crack a joke, and remind you that this is not meant to be stressful! We also worked with Mary as we got deeper into the process and they are both pros at what they do. It was so reassuring to have a good team to work and plan with. I drove past VCC thousands of times before knowing about this hidden gem tucked away in Towson. I am so glad we chose to celebrate our big day in this wonderful place.

A stunning venue with a gorgeous elegant feel! The service and amazing food are still being talked about three weeks later...I recommend the filet and crab cakes! Mary and Suzanne coordinated everything that day and made sure there was nothing for me to think or worry about. I recommend the candle package for an evening reception, absolutely beautiful as well as the extra bar on the porch. Their DJ recommendation was incredible and we danced the night away! This venue is absolutely amazing! Definitely the best wedding decision we made was booking this place. Our wedding day was perfect mostly thanks to Mary, Susan, and the rest of the staff at Valley Country Club. Firstly, the mansion is so beautiful. We bought very few decorations of our own since the venue is already so beautifully decorated. There were so many great places to take photos, inside and outside and even in the bridal suites. Secondly, and most importantly, the staff is amazing. We met with Susan when we first toured the venue and she was so warm and friendly and welcoming. We continued to work with Susan and Mary leading up to the wedding and they were very responsive and made me feel so confident that everything would go just how I wanted. We had them coordinate our wedding which I would highly recommend. It's an additional fee but sooo worth it. They took care of EVERYTHING. I was not stressed or worried at all on my wedding day. The staff treated us like royalty. They always made sure we had a full drink and whatever else we needed. Third, the food was delicious. We had the steak and crabcake (highly recommend) and our guests are still telling us how good the food was. Lastly, the price we paid for what we got was honestly a bargain. It's so nice that they cater their own food and it's all included so less things for us to worry about. I could really go on forever about how amazing it was. I just can't say enough. Every detail was perfect. Exactly what I wanted my wedding day to be, even better actually. Thank you Susan, Mary, and the staff at Valley Country Club!

Among all the different venues we looked at for our reception, The Mansion had the best pricing, location, and overall feel that my husband and I were picturing for our big day. Where to begin!! The Mansion was the first and only venue we saw. Susan was incredible & so helpful. We clicked immediately and the rest was easy breezy. Susan and Mary were our coordinators & made everything run SO smoothly - I’m amazed at how organized and wonderful the entire day was. They listened to our ideas and plans & gave input where they had opinions & experience. We got an incredible amount of compliments from guests on the food & service. Our bridal party got drinks & apps delivered to us while we were taking pictures during cocktail hour. They checked on me & my husband during photos to bring us anything we needed. They were there to help all night but you couldn’t “feel” them there. Just easy as pie- the entire night. They were not only accommodating but went above & beyond for us. Our photos at the venue are to die for. Honestly, just a perfect day!!

Where can I begin? This was the second venue my husband and I looked at for our wedding and we were sold instantly after meeting with Susan. I'd make a list of pros and cons, but I truly have no cons. So here's what makes the Mansion an amazing place to have your wedding:The mansion itself: whether you have your wedding indoors or outdoors, the backdrop is absolutely stunning. And with our early spring wedding and weather in Maryland being totally unpredictable, they even offered us the flexibility to decide the morning-of if we wanted to do it outside if weather was nice. The amenities: Our bridal party getting-ready room was two huge rooms and a full bathroom that we had use of beforehand, complete with bottles of champagne and water. We were able to leave our gowns there the night before at the rehearsal to save time and space in the morning.The food: The Mansion does its own catering, which saves couples from having to find an outside vendor. And I cannot tell you how many comments I've gotten from guests about how good the food was! Seriously. We did the filet of beef and the salmon with dill sauce [with options offered for our few vegetarian guests and our kiddos]. Affordability: Listen, weddings are not cheap. But when you find a place that offers everything at a great rate-per-person and the only other things you need to coordinate are a photographer, DJ, cake, and florist, it's unbelievably helpful.The PEOPLE: This is what made our night more special than any venue or view or food ever could. Mary and Susan were in constant contact with us throughout the planning process and they both helped with day-of coordinating (another little optional perk the Mansion offers). These women took SUCH good care of us. Everything was literally perfect. They played with my daughter (5 years old) and had made a scavenger hunt to keep her busy and calm as the night got later. I felt like these ladies were truly thrilled for me and my family and that meant so much. The other staff (shoutout Ricardo!) were all pleasant and willing to go out of their way to help! We got ice for our champagne but then were happily brought an already-cold bottle for the bridal party. At one point I couldn't find a bridesmaid to run upstairs to get my phone for the reception and Mary took care of that for me. No grumpy catering servers or bartenders here, just happy people working to make our night special. At the end of the night, instead of worrying about packing everything up, we were allowed to leave everything there and come back to pick it up Sunday morning (after they'd already gone through the rooms and gathered and boxed up anything we'd left). This was truly the most special day of my life and the team here made it all happen. Take a minute to check them out and meet with them; you will not regret it!

Before we found the Mansion, my wife and I never imagined we could afford such a beautiful, compromise-free wedding. The historic venue is stunning and elegant while projecting a warm and familial atmosphere. The food is fantastic - all the wedding staples you’d expect are there and done to perfection, but the Mansion’s unique dishes may be even better. And whatever your drink of choice may be, the bar is fully stocked to deliver. We couldn’t believe how much was included with their standard package (a rarity in the wedding business). They take care of so much that the rest of our planning felt like a breeze. But what puts the Mansion beyond compare is the service. Mary, Susan, and the rest of the team don’t just treat you like their most valued clients - they treat you like family. They helped with nearly every aspect of our day, even those totally unrelated to the venue’s services. They eased all of our concerns leading up to the wedding, and on the day of, they delivered flawlessly. Susan’s day-of coordination ensured everything ran like clockwork. The food was served quickly and came out perfectly. All of our personalized touches were there. And my wife and I were never left without a full glass of our favorite drinks. Our guests haven’t stopped raving. We did a fair bit of research before choosing the Mansion. Comparable venues cost more, are loaded with hidden fees, and can scarcely match the Mansion in food, atmosphere, and service. But more importantly, they don’t have the wonderful people that make the Mansion what it is. Pick the Mansion and put all your worries aside: Your wedding will be spectacular. When my daughter and I were originally looking at venues, we walked into the Valley Country Club and just knew that it would be the perfect wedding venue. Over the months leading up to the wedding, we found Mary and Susan so helpful and easy to deal with. The wedding was so much more than we could hope for! The mansion was so beautiful when lit with the candle package. and beautiful linens and art. So very elegant, yet warm and inviting. Mary and Susan went out of their way to add special touches for my daughter. The guests were treated with special care and attention. I recommend including Mary and Susan as coordinators during the wedding. As mother-or-the-bride, quite early in the evening, I realized that I didn't have to worry about a single thing. They took care of EVERYTHING!!! Also, their entire staff is so professional and welcoming. And the food.....a week later and people are still commenting on how delicious the filet and crab cake were. My sister-in-law commented today that it was the best wedding food that she ever had! It was really the wedding of my daughter's dream. But most of all, I will remember the kindness and extra efforts that Mary and Susan put forth when we had a difficult vendor situation to work out. They not only are running an amazing wedding venue, but are truly exceptional people. We were so fortunate to have selected this wedding venue!!! It was perfect in every way!!!

I can not say enough how WONDERFUL this venue is for a wedding! The mansion and the grounds are gorgeous, all of our guests agreed, but the staff is also beyond professional. They take care of everything even before you realize it needs taking care of, and having Mary and Susan as our day of coordinators was a must! They were so helpful in the months leading up, answering all of our questions, taking care of handling everything dessert bar and cake related, and helping us plan the details that are many times overlooked like a timeline to make sure that everything gets included in the day with enough time left over for dancing. They also then made sure that all the details were taken care of like cueing the DJ so he knew when to introduce us for our first dance, which was choreographed, so our music started on time - very important! They made the day of smooth sailing! We had planned to have an outdoor wedding but it poured all day lol but not to fear - they have a FABULOUS PLAN B. They dimmed the lights in the ballroom so there was just light shining on us as we said our vows. It was more intimate, no stairs to worry about, no guests complaining of heat stroke, no sun in the eyes, no limited views, and it ended up being perfect. So definitely know if you are planning an outdoor wedding, always have a fabulous plan B in mind because Mother Nature does not always agree with your plans. They also have a great list of vendors they work with regularly who are top-notch like Bradley Images and DJ Dustin Prievo, and who know the venue well, so they are right at home and no time is lost figuring things out. The food was so DELICIOUS! And the decor was fabulous. Our wedding day was magical and gorgeous and perfect and we truly had the best time, and it's in large part thanks to Mary, Susan, the fabulous staff and their fantastic venue!

My husband and I got engaged August 2017, and began venue hunting in January 2018. The Mansion was the first venue we looked at and fell IN LOVE. From the warmth we felt from Susan during our tour, to the beautiful decor and vintage designs, we knew we would be married here. We looked at one other Mansion after VCC, and my husband could barely make it through the tour because we just knew VCC was it. Then, Susan threw us a curve ball of an opening in May 2018- that’s right, only 5 months to plan. As apprehensive as I was as the bride, we agreed, and if it weren’t for Susan and Mary’s guidance, support, and expertise I don’t think it would’ve worked at any othe venue. The entire day surpassed my wildest dream of a perfect wedding day, and that is wildly because of the amazing staff at VCC. Our pictures are incredible and I couldn’t be more happy with our venue choice. Highly HIGHLY recommend!! Mary and Susan are wedding planning angels. We would get married at the Mansion time and time again!

I'm so disappointed in this venues professionalism. My fiance and I sat down with Susan and were highly excited about all the things we saw and were told about this venue. As we are funding this wedding ourselves we wanted to make sure the little extra details we wanted could be met as well as we're still within our budget. Susan encouraged us to put in a two week hold for the date while she checked on the other details we wanted. The whole point of the hold, in her words, was to make sure if someone came in and requested the date it was ours unless we breached that time without a contract. I was leary because I knew we wouldn't have the deposit money until the very last day of the hold, so I simply expressed our concern. I was assured it wasn't an issue that because of fully explained circumstances they would work with us. Fine. So about three days in we were sent a basic price quote not including our extra details. I guess I made the fatal flaw of not responding soon enough to correct the issue because four days later I was contacted because another couple wanted our date that we held on the basis that our issues weren't issues. When I inquired about the things we wanted I received a return email less than 24 hrs, again not including a quote for the things we wanted. With the lovely detail that our hold wouldn't be honored. I understand that this is a business, but I have an issue with being pushed into a decision without all the facts. No one likes being told one thing and shown another. Even if these things work themselves out, my wedding is special to me and for the amount of money being put in to it, I expect complete and total HONESTY!

Five stars isn’t enough for this amazing venue. From the very beginning everyone who works here has made this process so incredibly easy and stress free. During the planning process Mary was quick to answer any and all questions I had. As the big day got closer, I continued to be grateful I picked this as my wedding venue. They did not mind last minute changes in organization. The rehearsal was smooth and relaxing. The day of the wedding was absolutely perfect. We had beautiful weather and got married on the porch, and I cannot wait to see the pictures. Waiters constantly made sure that myself and my husband always had a drink and whatever food was being served. I’ve heard a lot of people say they didn’t get to eat on their wedding day, but the staff here made sure we got to sample everything from appetizers, to dinner, and the exact flavor of cake we wanted. The ladies coordinating the wedding could not have done a better job.

My sisters and I all had our receptions at the Mansion in different years and times of year but each experience was absolutely amazing. I am the youngest sister and had already gotten to know Debbie and the staff and felt so comfortable with them. They always treated me and my family like royalty and were so accommodating. Not to mention how gorgeous the venue is! It was absolutely perfect for my December 29 wedding. They provide the most excellent service and the food is SO delicious, some of the best I’ve ever had at a wedding. We went with the filet and crabcakes which were to die for but some of our guests even commented on how tasty the vegetables were, something you don’t hear often. It just goes to show how attentive to every detail they were to make my wedding the most amazing night of my life that we will never forget. I will recommend the Mansion to everyone I know!!!

Absolutely loved this venue. First off, it’s beautiful. Very elegant inside, enough that you don’t need a ton of decoration which is always nice to not have to worry about. We purchased the mantle package which included lots of candles and decorations for all of the cocktail tables, which really added a lot to the ambiance. The staff was wonderful- accommodating and contacted vendors so that it was one less thing that I had to worry about. We were treated like royalty on the wedding day, staff were always there to get us whatever we needed. We had the filet and crab cake pairing, both of which were outstanding. I will forever cherish this day, and I wouldn’t have wanted to get married anywhere else!

Once we found it there was no need to search any further. Mary and Susan were FANTASTIC! They gave us help with the decisions we needed help with and let us ask questions when they came up. They were easy to deal with and so nice. They made the entire experience and our day very special and memorable. The food, ambiance and staff were incredible, helpful and unintrusive. Throughout the planning process, Debbie, Rosa, and Mary were very attentive to any questions or concerns I had and they were very knowledgeable. Mary and the staff were incredibly attentive to my husband and I, as well as our guests, the entire night. I can't tell you how many people commented about this the night of and still weeks later. I️ think the only thing we liked about the venue was the food, the staff, and the venue itself. We had a Saturday evening wedding and as we were arriving the earlier wedding guests were still lingering. (They make time to have 2 weddings on Saturdays). Vendors were told to wait beyond the time they were told they could arrive, the aisle was so narrow that we had to walk in front of each other (even though we were at the low end of their capacity), and they didn’t even notice they were a table short until 15 minutes before the ceremony started. The way they serve dinner is unprofessional and tacky. If we could do it all over again we wouldn’t have chosen this venue. .

I can not say enough great things about our wedding. We were in a pinch to find a venue in 3 months and Deb Donovan and her team rolled out the red carpet for us every step of the way. Our wedding wad held on Valentines day. A beautiful snowy evening! The fireplaces were roaring and the staff was on point the entire evening. I had my own personal \"butler\" as did my husband. Anything we needed was just a request away. The team of coordinators had every detail I requested done to my very precise expectations. My photos turned out A.M.A.Z.I.N.G. The Mansion is really a very special place that photographs impeccably. I highly, highly suggested this venue. Price was totally reasonable for all we received and the service was top notch! If I had to \"rate the mansion, and the food, and staff and my overall experience hands down a 10!

Out of all of the venues my fiancé and I looked at before deciding where we would have our reception, the Mansion at Valley Country Club was by far the most beautiful venue and exceeded all of our expectations. From the beginning of the planning process with Debbie, Mary and Rosa up until Ingrid and the staff packed our belongings in our cars to leave at the end of our reception, our experience was seamless and stress free. It was awesome working with Debbie, Mary and Rosa and they were very prompt in answering all of our calls and emails. The mansion offers the best value for a great price. We selected the filet and crab cake pairing for dinner and it was incredible. The hors’ d’oeuvres were also amazing and the service was wonderful. Each member of the staff tended to our every need throughout the reception and Ingrid was a fantastic help to myself and the whole bridal party the entire night. Our dreams came true on our wedding night and we completely owe it to Debbie, Mary, Rosa and the rest of the staff for making it happen. We highly recommend this beautiful historic mansion.

The Mansion at Valley Country Club was the perfect place to have our wedding. We wanted somewhere that would be unique and stand out, and the mansion was definitely the right choice. The front lawn and porch made for a memorable and scenic location for the ceremony, and the ballroom gave an almost mystical feel to our reception. The rest of the interior was great as well, lending a classy, old-fashioned look to cocktail hour and our photos. Not only did the whole place look great, the food was also delicious. The paired filet and crab cake entree was well-received by all of our guests, and we got numerous compliments on the choice of meal from them. The only downside we experienced was that the venue stopped including coordination services between the time we signed our contract and when our wedding was to take place. Had we known we needed to budget for one in advance it would have been fine, but as it was there was a bit of stress leading up to the day as we tried to determine if anyone was available to assist in that capacity day-of. But that is not a difficulty that we would expect anyone new to have to deal with as long as they are ready to bring their own coordinator. We're still hearing compliments from our guests at how fantastic the bartenders were, how well everything was organized, and what a great time they had. If you want an authentic vintage vibe for your wedding, you can't do better.

I don't even know where to begin. I had the most amazing experience having our reception at the Mansion at the Valley Country Club. From the moment I walked in and met Cindy and Debbie, I immediately knew I wanted to book the venue. Their customer service is unmatched. The venue itself is gorgeous. The packages are very affordable and of great quality. So much is included in the price. They walk you step by step through decisions and I could have not felt any more supported. Everything about our day was perfect from start to finish. Packages with the Mansion are all inclusive! They truly take care of everything. Prices are reasonable and they are willing to make your day what you want. I can not say enough about the beauty and size of the venue. Logistics worked perfectly! The staff was incredible the day/night of the wedding. My parents were blown away by the assistance and care that we received by the staff. They didn't miss a beat - and it really helped our day run so smoothly. Pictures at this venue turn out great! I couldn't ask for a place that was more of a mix of my husband and I than the mansion. They really are experienced in hosting weddings there and leave no room for confusion or error. Thank you to all of the staff and everyone who made our day amazing! I highly recommend hosting a wedding (ceremony and reception) at this venue. *They have a gorgeous outdoor ceremony space with a good back up option when it rains. This was something that separated this venue from the others that we toured.

I am so glad we went with this venue! First, working with Debbie and Cindy at the Mansion at Valley Country Club could not have been easier. They were so welcoming and made sure to take care of every detail of the planning process. I was a bit of an anxious bride, but Cindy answered my constant stream of e-mails with such kindness and helpfulness! The day of the wedding was perfect! All of our family and friends still rave about the location. The food was DELICIOUS, including the passed appetizers. The location itself was so beautifully decorated with uplighting, candles on the mantles, and lovely tablecloths that matched our wedding colors. I didn’t have to bring in much décor of our own, which was super helpful on our budget, and the place just looked so classy and romantic! I still cannot believe that everything was included in the package. It made my planning so much easier and was a huge weight off my shoulders – not to mention truly a bargain for what we got. The bar was also a highlight – the bartenders kept our friends and family laughing throughout the night, and the guys just thought the sports theme was so cool. It made for a great hangout! Finally, the service on the night of our wedding really blew us away. As the bride, I felt like I could really relax and let someone else handle all the details – our day of attendant even reminded my maid of honor to bustle my dress! My dad still talks about how one of the wait staff was there with a fresh drink every time he turned around. We were really treated like royalty and it made my wedding so much fun and so memorable!

My wedding day was absolutely perfect. The mansion is a beautiful venue and we received so many compliments on it. Ingrid, the day of coordinator, was fantastic. Our only complaint was the lack of communication and organization from management in the weeks before the wedding. This made things a little stressful at times, but in the end everything was great!

The decision to go with this venue really depends on whether you are a results or process person. My wedding day was absolutely gorgeous, and the venue staff helped me feel at ease throughout the event. But during the planning stages, a couple of issues cropped up on responsiveness, and staff being at the venue during appointed deposit drop-off times. Although these issues were promptly dealt with by Debbie, it still caused a lot of unnecessary stress at the time they were happening. In addition some small details were forgotten day of, but really did not impact the overall picture. Again depends on how detailed you are, and what types of things are going to stress you out on your wedding day. Overall recommend the venue, and I think they did an amazing job day of.

I used Valley Country Club for a corporate/private function and the stars here are not enough to describe the great service I received, Cindy and Debbie make a fantastic team. The venue itself came to life the night-of the event... the lights, the candles, the linens, everything looked stunning. The food was AMAZING. Juan Carlos and Ingrid were so pleasant to work with and their staff really impressed our guests. Its hard to find an event manager who can \"roll with the punches\" when/if something does not go right and Debbie just blew all the competition out of the park! I truly felt their family oriented staff listened to me, the food was great and the venue didn't need much in the way of decorations. It was a perfect evening...

This place was absolutely the perfect setting for our wedding. We did reception only, as we were married in a church, and it was beautiful. Working with Debbie and Cindy throughout the whole process was a breeze. They were very reasonable and definitely delivered. The food was delicious, my guests are still raving about it, the drinks were good, and the venue provided the perfect setting for our special evening. With that said, a few “day of” details were not delivered as promised. I dropped off everything to the venue, however, some of my guests place cards ended up missing; our head table had all the names out of order; some place cards were ripped on the sides, and some tables did not have enough chairs/place settings at the table. Obviously we got everyone a seat and place setting, napkins, etc.; but this was a big disappointment to our night. I had everything labeled in the box, went through it with the gentleman that was supposedly setting everything up. Overall, I’m happy with our choice, but just a bit disappointed in the delivery of everything. Don’t shy away from booking here, as it’s absolutely beautiful, just be sure to triple check everything more than once and even send someone over the day of to check everything early.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!! Cindy and Debbie are amazing! My husband and I got married April 29, 2016. I have known for quite sometime that I wanted my reception at the mansion. Everything was perfect! The decor of the mansion is beautiful! Absolutely perfect for my vintage themed wedding. Cindy and Debbie were so incredibly helpful during the entire process. Ricky and Ms Ingrid were incredible during our reception! They made sure our glasses and plates were full! The food was delicious! So many of our guests said that it was the best wedding food they ever had. We opted for the filet and crabcake. So many guests said that the filet was cooked to perfection! Both Debbie and Cindy came to the bridal room before the introductions to congratulate me. It was so many little things that made the evening perfect. I will never be able to thank Debbie and Cindy for everything they did!

This venue was perfect for us and our guests! After looking around the area, we got so frustrated with venues that are just that, the venue. Places that only offer their property for a ridiculously steep price, then give you a short list of approved vendors. As a couple on a tight budget, the unknown of trying to figure out if we like/can afford the vendors before we go back to the venue with our fingers crossed that our date was still available, it was all too much. That's when we started to focus on inclusive venues and we found The Mansion at Valley Country Club. They could accommodate all of our guests, were available on the date we wanted, provided food and alcohol. We even were able to have the ceremony and reception there. Cindy worked with us throughout the whole planning process and Ingrid was a godsend on the wedding day. The place is gorgeous, so we didn't need any additional expensive decorations. Our guests are still raving about the beauty of the mansion, how delicious the food was & how much fun they had. Added bonus for sports fans is the bar fully decked out in Donavan family football and boxing memorabilia. I'd recommend this venue to anyone who's looking to get married in a huge gorgeous house.

I worked with Cindy and Debbie for about a year and overall, it was an excellent experience. We held our wedding on December 5th and the Mansion was absolutely beautiful and provided a warm, wintery feel that was everything I envisioned for my special day. We had our ceremony in a church and cocktail hour/the reception followed a few hours later. Cindy was able to adjust our start time to help diminish the gap for guests, which really made for a much smoother day of. Cindy could be difficult to get in touch with via email but was more responsive to phone calls. \r\rOn the day of the wedding, everything ran very smoothly. Guests really liked the bar and the overall feel of the venue and LOVED the food (some said it was the best wedding food they've ever had, etc.). Our guests had a lot of food allergies (you name it, it was represented) and the VCC did a great job accommodating them and making sure that they had \"safe\" food to eat. Ingrid was great on our wedding day making sure that everything (and everyone) was where it was supposed to be when. Ricardo was also a huge help in making sure that the groom and I were well taken care of all evening (he helped make sure we actually had an opportunity to eat and had drinks in hand). \r\rI would absolutely recommend the VCC to a friend as the day of went off flawlessly. The communication could be trying but if you're diligent and trust that they will absolutely come through. it's a relative non-issue.

Just like everyone says, this place is wonderful! Debbie and Cindy were very helpful and prompt at returning emails and phone calls. They were flexible and easy to work with when there were some last minute changes to the guest list. \rOne of the best things about the Mansion: the day of attendants! They were wonderful all throughout the reception. They were constantly checking on the groom and myself and making sure we had everything we needed and that we were happy. Cannot recommend this place enough.

Debbie and Cindy were great in the beginning, answering all of our questions quickly. They provided everything we were looking for for a great price (site, setup, food, coordinator, and breakdown). Cindy was wonderful helping us set everything and making sure we had everything done. Unfortunately they have no set office hours, and the times people were in the office changed in the middle of trying to setup and pay which made it difficult at times.\r\rWe ran into one major issue when they tried to make us pay for 150 people (which they stated was the minimum for a Saturday night) or pay for a site fee (which all of the paperwork and website say the site fee is complimentary). However, they never mentioned this minimum at any meeting or in the contract until the final payment was due. We confronted Cindy about this. Cindy stated she would have Debbie call me about this. Instead of getting any call back, Cindy sent an email to my wife telling her to tell me Debbie refused to waive the site fee. This was very unprofessional. The following week James (the Director of Operations) called me and was very helpful sorting this out, especially since he was out of town. James agree with us and we ended up only having to pay for the guests we had coming.\r\rThat being said, the rest of the process was wonderful. Our wedding was beautiful. All of our guests loved the food. The bridal attendant, Ingrid, kept everything flowing and helped us make sure we did everything on a reasonable time frame, even though dinner ran late. All of the staff at the wedding were extremely polite and helpful, especially the guy who made sure my wife and I had fresh drinks throughout the evening.\r

Staff was super attentive; they made sure I always had a drink in my hand and something to snack on. I cannot say enough nice things about them. I am super type A and everything was perfect down to the very last detail. I highly recommend their services.

The mansion was the first venue of many we looked at and it's without saying that it is gorgeous and has the romantic, rustic feel that is perfect for any time of the year. What made this venue the most memorable for us was the staff. They treat you like family from the minute you take the tour. Every step is worked out with detail and professionalism. That was just the planning. James, Deb & Cindy made our wedding flawless! The staff is there for you're every need. EVERY need. They cater to you and your guests and their every needs. We can't say more positive things about the mansion, the staff and their team, and they make you feel apart of their team as well. We would definitely recommend the mansion to anyone who is considering them.

My husband and I had our daughters wedding here this past weekend. When we meet Debby over a year ago we knew we had found our venue. The Mansion is just beautiful and the staff felt more like family. They were very helpful and made it very easy to plan. Ingrid was on point through out the wedding and Debby was there to greet us and introduce us to the staff working throughout the wedding. All our guest had a great time and thought the venue was just beautiful and the food excellent! The Mansion will always be remembered fondly!

What more can I say about The Mansion at Valley Country Club. They are absolutely phenomenal people. Debbie and Cindy were a blast to work with during the 10 month planning period. I seriously dont know what I would have done without them. They keep you organized while making the entire process so much fun. \r\rOn the day of, Debbie was on hand making sure that I had everything I needed and that we remained on schedule. The staff was so on point. They made sure the bridal suite had any and everything that we needed. \r\rThe guest still tell me about beautiful the grounds are, the friendliness of the staff, and how amazing the food was. My day was a dream come true thanks to everyone at the Valley Country Club. \r\rThey will always be family to me and Chuck. Thank you!

a.\tI was married in August 2015, and it was the absolute BEST day of my life. Part of this is because of the staff from the Valley Country Club. I worked closely with Cindy, James, and Debbie to plan my picture perfect wedding. On the night of my wedding, Ingrid and Ricky took such great care of my husband and I. The Valley Country Club is one of the most beautiful mansions/wedding venues I’ve ever seen with the most affordable prices. We got the filet and crab cake option, which was DELICIOUS. 5 stars for this venue. I also constantly was emailing and calling their team with different questions, and I received a follow-up always within 24 hours. That means A LOT when planning such a large event. Having our wedding at the mansion was the best choice we could have made. During the initial stages of the planning process we were living in California so my husband was the only one of us to see the venue before we booked it. I was mainly going by pictures and his take on things. I could not be more pleased with how everything turned out. Debbie and her staff did an excellent job leading up to our wedding, but especially on the big day. Everything went so smoothly, and the mansion itself is just a beautiful place. The food was fantastic, and our guests could not stop talking about it. We did the pairing of crab cake/filet of beef. They also made sure we were completely taken care of before the ceremony and while we were waiting for our introduction the reception. Our wedding day could not have gone any better.

The mansion was a wonderful place to have our wedding! We searched high and low for a mansion in our price range that could accommodate around 150 people. We finally found the mansion and were sold as soon as we walked in! The staff was always very kind and the day of the wedding, Ingrid was so helpful and made sure the timeline went smoothly. She even packed up meals for my husband and I because we didn't end up eating much of our food. Our guests were so complimentary of the venue. The only negative things I could say is during the summer you will hear people at the pool during your ceremony. Also, somehow our anniversary layer of our cake was lost, but luckily our baker is so wonderful she agreed to make us another one for no extra cost. I would highly recommend the mansion as your wedding venue. They set everything up for you and it's beautiful!

My husband and I are so happy that we chose the Mansion at Valley Country Club for our wedding Venue. Not only is the landscape beautiful but the staff is amazing. From day one, they have been responsive with my many emails and very quick to answer any questions that I had. I was able to visit the venue on several occasions and I was always greeted with a warm smile. Having a venue that sets up everything for you is such a breath of fresh air; it completely eliminates stress on the day of the wedding. I was able to walk into the Mansion and see my vision brought to life. James was amazing during the rehearsal as well as on the wedding day; he kept me calm and made sure everyone knew what they were doing and what to expect. Thanks to the staff, during the reception, my husband and I were never without a drink, and we were encouraged to eat and enjoy the company of our guests. I have had all of my guests say how beautiful and flawless the wedding was and that makes my husband and I ecstatic; to know all the hard work we put into the wedding paid off is a HUGE relief.

Do not have your wedding here unless you want to deal with stolen possessions. I was a bridesmaid in a wedding this past weekend at the mansion. I was directed by the staff once I arrived to a bridal suite. I was told we could keep our personal items in this room. The only people in the room that evening was the wedding party and the staff. After the event was over I returned to the room to find that my winter coat had been taken. There wasn't any management there that evening to report the incident to so my husband called the next day. After several calls and an email we were informed that they couldn't find the coat and they would not compensate me for the coat. I totally disagree. I was told to leave my coat in the room; I was not given a locker, or any other way to secure my personal belongings that I clearly could not take with me as I was being announced into the ballroom. This is their responsibility.

My husband and I fell in love with the venue the first time we visited and we knew it was going to be the place where we would hold our wedding and reception. It is gorgeous inside and you do not need to do a lot of personal decorating, as guests will love everything that is already there. The staff that you work with are all wonderful and helpful people. Cindy and Debbie are great to work with and are very prompt in returning calls and emails. From all the weddings that they hold there, they have a very good system in place and are very efficient and know what they are doing.\rThe bar service that they offer in their package is wonderful as it is all inclusive. The food that they serve is all delicious (including appetizers). It's a little bit hard to make a decision, especially when you are able to try everything at the tasting. But know that whatever you pick, will be awesome. \rI would highly recommend getting married and or holding your reception with them. They just make the whole process a lot easier and are able to put your mind at ease for such a big event in your life.

The Mansion at Valley Country Club is an all-around gorgeous venue, perfect for a fall wedding! Our wedding was in November 2013. The mansion is charming and vintage, something out of a magazine. Our guests could not get over how beautiful the venue is - especially the bar area! Our guests were very complimentary of the servers, bussers, and bartenders, as well. Fantastic service from start to finish! Abby and Debbie were wonderful to work with and provided great advice and suggestions. Highly, highly recommend!!

I can't explain this day and this venue without crying happy tears. This was the most magical day of my life and it was all because every moment was perfect at The Valley Country Club. I chose this location because of its beauty obviously, but there was much more to it that I didn't see for myself until the day of... That's what all brides worry about... how is this all going to come together?? Well, it was perfect. Deb and her staff were beyond accommodating, I had so much help along the way, and Deb was even texting me ideas for my centerpieces when I was lost on what to do. I had my own personal assistant for the day and she catered to my every need. They were prompt and on a schedule and stuck to it, which is so important because that's the last thing I needed to remember! The food was OUT OF THIS WORLD. All of my guests were raving about it....That's huge. The bartenders were awesome and my guests clearly had a great time in the football themed Art Donovan pub...super cool. The setting was intimate but large enough for lots of dancing. Our photos turned out amazing too because there are so many places on the grounds to take pictures with natural backdrops. I've already recommended this venue to someone else and she's getting married there in February. I wouldn't have changed a single thing.

I was asked by a friend to accompany him to the wedding of his niece. The wedding was held at the Mansion at Valley Country Club and it was not only beautiful but a wonderful time. The staff was attentive and professional and the food was delicious. The transition from the ceremony to the cocktail reception to dinner went very smoothly and before I knew it, the evening was over. It was a very enjoyable event. I have been to many weddings and this one was one of the most beautiful and enjoyable.

We had a wonderful wedding ceremony and reception at the Mansion. Debbie Donovan and her staff were excellent to work with, understanding, caring & personable! The food was delicious and asking my guests what they thought, they said the same...delicious! We had the split menu with crab cake & N.Y. Strip...crab cake made with lump meat & the NY Strip cooked perfect. We were made to feel at home as soon as we arrived with the warmth of the staff and the ambiance of the Mansion. It was truly a wonderful wedding that made my daughter and son-in-law all smiles the whole night! Thank you Debbie for a wonderful night!
