**PLEASE READ** The biggest shoutout to The Woodside Club especially SARAH MATTOLA! Let's start by saying, my husband and I were a COVID wedding couple. Original wedding date: 10/10/20. Throughout the entire process, Sarah and the Club was WONDERFUL! Sarah let us select a second date due to COVID without any problems, so we landed at 5/15/21. Sarah was the best person to work with throughout this entire process. From start to finish, she was ALWAYS there. Responded to emails immediately, let us come to the Club to walk around whenever we needed, and in the end, I couldn't imagine my wedding being MORE PERFECT. Everything from the décor, food, employees, EVERYTHING was literally perfect. We received SO MANY compliments the night of, and of course post wedding about how perfect everything was. The food is ridiculously good, so shout out to their chef. From presentation to actual tastes, we have ZERO complaints. Cocktail hour is insane, the presentations are beautiful and the RAW BAR is INCREDIBLE!!! I promise you will NOT be disappointed booking your wedding with Sarah at the Woodside Club. My husband and I are STILL talking about all the amazing food, and how we can go there for dinner, even though we aren't members :) The grounds around the club are gorgeous - so we took our pictures after church there at the venue. So many beautiful spots. PLEASE BOOK YOUR WEDDING HERE !!!! YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED.

Got married here in September 2023 and I can't say enough good things about the venue and working with Sarah!! Sarah was so so easy to work with and I can't say how appreciated her efforts were. My guests keep complementing the food being delicious and how much of it there was! Unfortunately we got a rainy day so we didn't get to appreciate the grounds as much but our pictures still turned out awesome! If you're thinking of booking here do it! Your wedding/event will be wonderful and working with Sarah will help everything turn out just how you want it!! Absolutely say yes to this venue!!!

Got married here in September 2023 and I can't say enough good things about the venue and working with Sarah!! Sarah was so so easy to work with and I can't say how appreciated her efforts were. Our wedding at Woodside Club was absolutely perfect and exceeded our expectations. The venue is huge and beautiful in season. There are many places, both outdoors and indoors, for amazing photos. The ceremony takes place outdoors with a pool as a backdrop; weather permitting, this was the most scenic ceremony area we saw out of a dozen different venues across Long Island. To top it all off, the venue only caters one wedding per day, so your wedding party will have their undivided attention. As wonderful as the venue truly is, the service is where they shine. Sarah was a pleasure to work with throughout the process, and what a long process it was: we had to postpone our wedding one year due to COVID regulations. Sarah gave us our new requested date without issue. She is very experienced, responsive, and understanding of all the stress that comes with planning a wedding. Rest assured, you are in good hands with Sarah. Our bridal attendant, Cassidy, was enthusiastic and did an amazing job keeping us on schedule and making sure we took a few moments for ourselves to enjoy our special day. Even our guests commented on the great bar and reception service they got from the staff. The venue is one of the most important decisions you will make when planning a wedding. We are fortunate and grateful that we had our wedding here, and we highly recommend them to all couples!

I cannot rave more about the woodside club and Sarah Mattola, Tom Manetta and team!! We toured 10+ venues for our wedding and it was a no brainer when it came to choosing the Woodside Club. Not only is the property and mansion absolutely stunning (look at the pictures!!!) but we mainly chose the Woodside Club because of Sarah Mattola. Every other venue we viewed we felt like they were “wedding factories” hosting 3+ weddings PER DAY making us feel as if we were just another number to them. Sarah made us feel like we were truly apart of the Woodside Club family and was genuinely invested in making our special day perfect. Since we weren’t getting married in a church it was extremely important to us to have access to the bridal suite the entire day and they were super accommodating of that. Sarah allowed up to drop off everything days before (and there was a lot of stuff) and everything was perfectly set up when we showed up at 8am that day. She had a full breakfast and lunch spread for our entire wedding party and was so caring that she even wore gloves while handling my dress! A lot of friends suggested hiring a day of coordinated because of all the moving parts on the day of and I looked into them but they were all very pricey but luckily I didn’t because Sarah does it all (and more) so you will save a lot of money with that! The venue itself is absolutely stunning!! We had our dream fairytale/Gatsby-esque wedding outdoors and the property itself has so many beautiful flowers surrounding the ceremony area so we saved money on flowers! The indoor/outdoor cocktail hour area was picturesque and the ballroom is absolutely stunning! All our guests raved about how we found the best hidden gem on Long Island when it comes to weddings.

Words cannot describe how special and flawless Sarah and the fabulous team at The Mansion at Woodside created for my August wedding. The entire process was so smooth. It truly was a fairy tale wedding. Sarah was incredibly attentive, helped answer any and every question at all hours. This venue has the most incredible food and a beautiful tasting experience! The grounds were breathtaking and our photographs were beyond beautiful. I HIGHLY recommend this venue to create the most breathtaking wedding experience. Thank you!!

*STOP SCROLLING* and look no further. This is the place you want to have your wedding. It's thanks to the incredible team at Woodside, mainly Tom Manetta and Sarah Mottola, that my husband and I were able to have our fairy tale celebration. We changed and postponed our reception nearly 4 times throughout COVID, and yet it turned out perfectly. We were originally supposed to be married on 3/21/2020, so right at the very beginning of the pandemic, but my husband is from England and all his friends and family are still there, so needless to say our celebration plans were very tricky. Sarah, the maître d' at Woodside and our contact throughout the process, was incredible. She was kind, patient, friendly, and unbelievably organized, even with all the revisions and changes throughout the process. The food was outstanding, the venue (indoors and outdoors) was immaculately kept, the bridal suite is stunning, and the grounds were unbelievable. They even accommodated a recorded video \"speech\" from the groomsmen and a Cinderella carriage that came to the grounds for photos. Every friend and family member is raving and keeps saying we should publicly publish the photos. We only have positive things to say about our experience and that's all we keep hearing from our guests as well, nothing but outstanding reviews and remarks. It was complete chance that we happened upon the venue and I thank god that we did. Right from the start we were taken care of and felt incredibly special. The ballroom is unlike any other, with a stunning center chandelier and fabric ceiling. There is a spiral staircase leading up to the bridal suite, plenty of space for hair and makeup, and folks, that's just the tip of the iceberg, I could go on and on about all the details that came to life thanks to the team at Woodside, all their hard work, and all their advice, suggestions, and recommendations. They're pros, they know exactly what they're doing. We were even able to facetime in his parents for the ceremony and have Pimms (an English drink) as one of our signature drinks. Also, the bartender is so full of life and love, we loved her too. The last thing I want to make sure to mention is, I'm not an easy customer to please. I have an eye for perfection and an idyllic imagination, as well as a strong willed (and opinionated) family, but this team deserves all the praise. It was a day beyond my wildest dreams and everything was perfect down to the after party by the magnificent wooden square bar. Oh, and how could I forget to mention the BANG you get for your buck, truy unreal. The least we can do is give them the recognition they so deserve. We LOVED it there and we love the people there too. I'm so happy we chose them. So PLEASE , do yourself a favor and book your wedding at Woodside. You'll feel like royalty, I know we certainly did.

***Please Read*** I honestly don't even know where to begin. The short of it, I was a covid bride and despite not being able to have all the people my husband and I wanted, in the end it didn't matter. The staff made the wedding so wonderful that we forgot it was only 50 people. Let me also say that my husband and I paid almost the whole wedding for 170 plus people up front. Unfortunately, only being able to have 50 people due to covid, we were left with a large deficit with what we had already paid out. We were so nervous about being out money due to paying up front, the contract we signed for 170 people, and the horror stories from other couples saying their venues were essentially holding money ransom . However, the Woodside Club without hesitation, gave us our money back for the difference without a fight. Very few venues we do right by people that way, and needless to say we were blown away by their customer service. Sarah, the wedding coordinator there is also so patience, kind and informative, she is truly amazing to work with. Now let me get to the grounds; it is truly Long Island at it's finest. Gorgeous grounds, amazing front entry with a storybook staircase, and a ballroom that is a show stopper to say the least. They made my entire day and experience absolutely wonderful, and I still have guests talking about the food. This place is an undiscovered gem and I'm so happy we picked them for our wedding day. They treated us like royalty, and I could not say one negative thing about this venue or their services.

(Disclosure- I ended up not booking my wedding here. Space was too large for the amount of people I’m having. About 100) I reached out for a quote and to set up a visit. A friend of mine is a member and suggested the venue. I was blown away driving in. Sarah was extremely nice and informative. Inside was the most picturesque venue I’ve seen. Very old school Long Island mansion. If I hadn’t ended up with a venue out east I would have seen if I could have done my phots here. Must see!!!
