Every single solitary person was wonderful, warm, friendly, and made everything not only easy, but fun, memorable, and nothing short of perfect. Sam was very quick to respond, so welcoming, and gave us all the information we needed in emails and at the tour; she made us comfortable and excited right from the jump. Dania was flexible, informative, and extremely helpful in planning. Sean was personable and made sure we were comfortable and everything ran smoothly during rehearsal and day of. Michelle helped keep everything running smoothly day off and was so nice. Renee (bridal attendant) is an angel from above and was so kind and thoughtful— she took care of everything day of and we didn’t have to use our brains because she was a step ahead of us at all times. The venue is absolutely beautiful inside and out. The venue and staff offer a lot to the couple and the guests (I didn’t have to worry about table numbers, a card box, and way more). I cannot say enough good things about my experience with The Mansion. Our wedding day was THE best day of our lives. So many people commented on how beautiful the venue was, how great the food was, and how it was such a fun time. The chef even came out during dinner and walked around to the tables to make sure everything turned out okay. The staff even packed us up food to go to make sure we ate. I can't express how grateful I am and appreciative of the team at the Mansion on Main Street for making my wedding dreams come true. Found the Mansion through the Knot and I am just so grateful I found this place that gave me the wedding of my dreams. The venue is just absolutely breathtaking and feels like you are stepping into a fairytale. The team: Sam, Alyssa, Sean were all so amazing to work with from start to finish. Beyond organized, incredible communication and made the planning process easy. Would not have been able to do everything without their help. Day of the wedding Renee and Amy were AMAZING as the bridal attendants. Guests couldn't stop complimenting the food, staff, and venue after the event. Guests said it was the best cocktail hour food they have ever had. I was hesitant at first to have my wedding here since they didn't have a Saturday in the month I wanted to get married, but Sam assured me we'd be taken care of and it would be amazing, and I just can't express enough how amazing the Mansion is. I just got married here this past weekend and I seriously don’t know if words will scratch the surface of how much of a dream it was. Every single one of the employees at the Mansion helped make wedding planning fun and stress free. The grounds are absolutely stunning and breathtaking and allow for the most incredible photos and memories. I have guests RAVING about their entire night, the food, the drinks, even down to the employees! I seriously don’t know if I’ll ever stop hearing about the cocktail hour- the amount (and quality) of the food was unbelievable. The add ons that were available, like the late night cheesesteak & pork roll egg and cheese bar, were so necessary after quite a long night for many of us! I found a lot of wedding venues wouldn’t disclose taxes, fees, surcharges but at Day 1, I walked out of the Mansion knowing exactly what it would cost, down to the penny. Their quick turnaround for responses and willingness to help every step of the way contributed to our wedding turning into a real dream come true. The Mansion on Main Street is the perfect place to get married. The food is phenomenal, the venue is drop dead gorgeous, and the staff goes above and beyond. It rained the morning of my wedding, but cleared up in time for the ceremony. The staff would have been able to allow us to have an indoor or outdoor ceremony depending on the weather. Since we chose outside, they dried all of the seats for the guests, and the staff even got mud stains out of my dress! On April 27th, 2023 my wife and I said, \"I Do\" at The Mansion in Voorhees, NJ. It Best Wedding Day Ever... Let Me Explain, all the vendors out there had beautiful places including The Mansion. However, The Mansion made a promise, Samantha promised us from day one that it will be the most beautiful day in your life and it will be talked about forever. The Mansion, Samantha, Dania, and All The Staff dedicated their Time, Expertise, Passion, and Love into fulfilling that promise and making our dreams come true. Our choice became apparent not because of the beauty but because of the humble, friendly, motivated dedication that Samantha showed us not only on the first day we talked but everyday til the wedding and everyday after. Our Wedding Coordinator Dania was magnificent. She was very thorough and straight to the point. Her dedication and organizational skills were first class. You want excellence and organization for a Wedding The Staff at The Mansion was Absolutely Incredible... The Venue it self was nothing like I seen before. First, the scenery was beautiful I can go on for days about the landscape, interior, exterior, and amenities. Best advice I can give you is take the ride and see the place for yourself. The staff welcomes you with open arms and allows you to tour the grounds, you will not be disappointed. Second, The outside ceremony was like a movie. The grounds crew/landscapers did such an amazing job we didn't even need flower arrangements. Third, we chose the first floor room called the Madison room. This Gorgeous room was not only spacious but it had access to the outside patio which included propane fire pits. And I don't know about you but my perfectly made Manhattan tasted that much better sipping next to the open fire with my Groomsmen. Last but not least, The Most Magnificent place in the Mansion was the surprise we were promised by Samantha... The Newly Renovated Cocktail Room. This room was nothing but studs and concrete floors when we visited. Samantha promised that room would be the most exciting and talked about experience of the night. Well folks Samantha promised excellence and that was an understatement. From studs and concrete it transformed into Marble and a 180000 individually hung Italian Crystal Lights forming a paradise of excellent dining area with delicious food, open bar, and great memories. My Wife and I found everything we wanted at The Mansion... Our Guests said can not stop talking about that entire night. From the first time we saw it, we knew we found the place to have our dream wedding. And that is exactly what it was. From the start, Sam the sales rep instantly had us reeled in. She is someone we both knew we could go to during these past two years and ask for anything. Throughout the two years of our engagement there were a lot of updates and renovations to the Mansion and the staff was great and transparent with us about everything. All of the staff was exceptional the day of the wedding in particular the bridal attendant Maricel. Everything was perfect and the staff was so easy to communicate with during the day. Everything from being able to change our ceremony from outdoors to indoors forty minutes before because of rain, the food, the drinks, and the atmosphere was perfect. Our guests can’t stop talking about how much they enjoyed our wedding and how it was one of the best they ever attended. I always imagined what a perfect wedding day would look like and I can honestly say ours was just that. I would recommend this venue to anyone and everyone looking for a place to get married. Booking: we live out of state but knew we wanted to have our wedding closer to family. We couldn't make a trip out there just to visit a bunch of venues. Our first point of contact Jessica was very understanding of our situation and accommodated multiple zoom virtual tour calls. Based on the zoom calls, we decided to take a gamble & book without even visiting first.2. Day of crew: this is by far the best part of our experience with the Mansion. We were a bit anxious leading up to the big day since their sales person & event manager who helped with the planning phase are not the same crew that run the show day of. We also didn't hire an additional wedding planner or coordinator. So we were a bit nervous about potential miscommunications. But the day of crew is AWESOME. They were very attentive, took care of everything, and handled our last minute hiccups professionally. My bridal attendant Maricel was so sweet. She took extra pictures for me, made sure I always had something to eat or drink whenever I get a moment, just made me feel at ease right away. 3. The food: like most brides... I didn't really get to eat much of the food. But even my pickier guests RAVED about everything. I did get a chance to chow down on the cocktail hour's lamb chops - amazing. The dessert station at the end also exceeded all my expectations. 4. The venue: incredibly photogenic. The owners recently updated the place and the newly done cocktail hour lounge is beautiful and tastefully done. They do limit your pre-ceremony photography time to 1 hour though, which can be stressful for some brides. I opted not to pay for extra photography time. When we first walked into the mansion we were blown away with the newly renovated rooms and all the plans they had for the future. We booked over a year in advance and some of the renovations were still being done. When we came back for our tasting and saw every room again we were astonished by how beautiful it was and what an amazing job they did with the venue. The cocktail room on the 2nd floor is breathtaking. They have a 40ft crystal chandelier! What venue has that!? Samantha was our sales specialist and she was amazing from the time we toured the mansion till our wedding day. She was very responsive in every single email and helped us tremendously with everything. Any questions i had she would get it right away and even call me when she was off. Sam is the sweetest yet most honest person and we couldn't have had a better experience with anyone else. Sam went above and beyond for us and we are so grateful for working with her and all the hard work she did for us. The mansion is a beautiful venue, a hidden gem for sure! We had our wedding ceremony outside and our reception was in the Waldorf room upstairs. Every single guest at our wedding kept saying how beautiful the venue is and how AMAZING the food was. They were all completely blown away. Cocktail hour was a dream! Who wouldn't want 30+ appetizers?? As for the service. WOW! The mansion staff goes above and beyond for their couples and we truly felt like celebrities on our wedding day. If something went wrong we had no idea because the staff took care of it right away and never let it interrupt our day. Dania was our events manager so everything leading up to the wedding we talked to her. She was extremely helpful with everything and so organized too. She was also very responsive with any questions we had. Dania keptus in line with our timeline and everything we needed to get done before the wedding and I'm so grateful we were able to work with her. Renee our bridal attendant was AMAZING! She was at our sides the whole day, if we needed anything she was there. She was so nice and extremely helpful with everything. Also, Matt one of the managers was extremely helpful with anything we needed as well. He was with us the whole day to make sure everything went smoothly, and it absolutely did. He was so professional, yet so sweet! Also, the chef Vahl was absolutely impeccable too! He went over to every table at the reception to make sure everyone got what they wanted and enjoyed it. He definitely takes pride in his food and you could see it. I could go on for days of how amazing the mansion is and it's staff. The entire venue is newly renovated and it’s absolutely stunning. We booked with Samantha, who is a literal angel. She was very personable, informative, and responsive. She was such a pleasure to work with and we could not think more highly of her. The week before our wedding we were told the newly renovated (second) cocktail room was ready and we could use it. We were so excited, it was such a nice surprise. We booked the downstairs ballroom and it was spacious for our 170 guests. We loved that it had a large patio right off the room so guests could utilize the extra space. The room has up-lighting built in and we got to chose our preferred color. THE FOOD!! The food was delicious!! There were so many choices for guests at cocktail hour. We had over 20 butlered hor d’oeuvres, and multiple chef stations. Everyone loved everything they ate. Our bridal attendant was so sweet and made sure my husband and I had everything at our fingertips. She kept bringing us drinks, kept us on schedule, and assisted in all our requests. My husband and I were so busy talking to guests during cocktail, she was kind enough to make us a HUGE platter for the bridal suite so we could eat before we were announced at reception. It’s been almost a month since our wedding and our guests are still raving! They say it’s one of the best, most fun, weddings they’ve been to. The venue was beautiful before, and with the renovation it is just breathtaking! Every detail is just dreamy and elegant, a fairytale of a vision, from the ceremony space to the banquet rooms. You can not take a bad picture anywhere as each area is just a lovely as the next. And The FOOD was delicious. The never ending variety at cocktail hour. Bartenders and servers were on top of things providing excellent service throughout the night. I still get complaints on how beautiful the wedding was and how everyone loved the food. Not only is the Mansion a beautiful location but the people that work there seal the deal! So I also want to express my biggest gratitude to Dania & Sam (everyone) who helped me plan this amazing day and was there every step of the way. They truly took on my wedding as if it was there own. My wedding attendant was by side the whole time making sure I had everything I needed. We and our guests can not say enough about our wedding. Here are just some of our honest thoughts:1. The Venue Sales Specialist: This was the first venue we visited, and we ended up canceling all the other venue visitations because, basically, it was love at first sight! Samantha, who was our sales specialist, was so warm and welcoming. We visited during the dead of winter and the venue was being renovated, but Samantha did a great job explaining the vision and what it would look like during the summer - I was sold on the beautiful marble interior, twisting staircase, chandeliers inside and the willow trees and pond outside. Samantha was never pressuring about the packages and gave us down-to-earth suggestions (she understands weddings can get expensive). We were so lucky to be one of the first couples to sign for their newly launched Crystal package. Samantha was super responsive in answering any questions and concerns we had even after our visitation. She made it easy for us to decide and sign for this venue. 2. The Chief Chef: We could easily tell that he loves food, I mean LOVES food. His passion shows in the way he explains his intentions behind why he decided to make a dish in a certain way. We loved all of his creations so it was a little difficult to choose just one selection for each fish, beef, chicken plate. I think the food may have been the highlight of this wedding day. Our guests continue to rave about all the food from both cocktail hour and reception. They say there was soooo much delicious food during cocktail hour, they got so full even before the reception- and happy full guests equal happy fun party! Sadly, my husband and I were outside taking pictures and missed out on cocktail hour… so we are hoping to get invited to another wedding at this venue! 3. The Wedding Coordinating Team: We were a little nervous of how the wedding would actually turn out on the day of, because everything was planned with one face-to-face meeting and then through a bunch of emails thereafter. Sean did such a great job helping us during the rehearsal. He gave us good logistical suggestions on the flow of the ceremony, while also being very respectful and patient with our officiant and parents who could only speak Korean. The day- of wedding team was absolutely amazing and made everything run smoothly even when we had to make the last minute decision to move the ceremony indoors, because of the extreme head and pending thunderstorm. Marisel was the sweetest maitre’d a bride could ever ask for. She made sure we were always hydrated with water and champagne, packed us food, held all of our belongings, and even took some pictures and sent them to me directly. All in all the whole team went above and beyond to keep us stress free which allowed us to actually enjoy our wedding! It was truly a party of a lifetime! From the manicured French gardens, perfect for an outdoor ceremony and stunning pictures, to the gorgeous white marble interior of the mansion itself, the Mansion is breathtaking. With two stunning ballrooms, two amazing cocktail hour spaces, and bridal rooms to store your belongings in. The packages they have to offer and their flexibility in helping you plan your dream day. We were met by Samantha, who made us feel so at ease during the \"shopping around\" process. She answered every question via email and phone and checked in throughout the way. We then worked with Dania who helped plan all of the little details for the day. For the day of, we were also greeted by one of their managers, the Matre' D, and bridal attendant. They all made our day run smoothly and it was a dream. Lastly, the food- I can't say enough about the food, and neither could my guests. We were all blown away by the amount and quality of food during cocktail hour and dinner/dessert. During our tasting the chef even came around to discuss how the day typically looks. We booked in 2020 with someone who left during our planning process. At the time the Mansion was undergoing renovations and the pricing was based on an unfinished venue. Due to changes in management and ownership we had a very difficult time making sure that we were given the items in our contract. There were multiple occasions on which we were told our contract did not include something when it actually did. This resulted in us having to fight for the package we originally signed (like an open bar which we were assured would be included) and felt as though we were being penalized for booking early and with someone who was no longer on the staff. This resulted in us not receiving a champagne toast during our wedding, which was written in the initial information given to us when we signed. It is not clear to us if the person who we originally booked with was not supposed to give us those items or if the team did not have accurate or up to date notes, but it resulted in a lot of stress during our planning. The biggest issue we had was that 1 week prior to our wedding the venue called to tell us the room booked for our cocktail hour was not going to be renovated in time and we were offered the lobby or pavilion space instead. We eventually were able to use their 3rd floor ballroom after a lot of discussion, and waiting several days for the answer. This caused a huge deal of stress 7 days prior to our wedding. We were upset because we had gone to the venue in late January and explicitly asked whether the room would be done and were told “it will definitely be ready”. We understand that things happen with construction but it would have been nice to know this more than 7 days prior to our event and have been given time to coordinate with our decorator. Overall it was an unpleasant experience, the team did not seem flexible, and we did not get what we should have based on our original package. Our original venue, One Atlantic closed its doors unexpectedly and we were heartbroken as that was our dream venue. When we thought all hope was gone and we toured a handful of venues we found the Mansion at Main and when we first walked in the doors our jaws hit the floor. This place is breathtaking and we fell in love immediately. We were greeted by Sam who is so full of life, positive energy and compassion. She took us under her wing and really made us excited for our wedding again. We had to move quick to keep our same date and make sure everything lined up and the team at the Mansion made this happen flawlessly. The responsiveness, professionalism and class of the entire place is second to none. Everything we could have ever imagined and more was in place for us on our wedding day and the day couldn't have gone any more perfect. From start to finish everything was smooth, perfect and top notch. Our guests and people who only got to see pictures from our special day are still talking about incredible it was. If you are looking for a a real life fairytale experience, the Mansion is top notch. A month has gone by since our wedding and the reactions of \"wow\" and \"beautiful\" are still the reactions we are receiving on a daily basis in response to our photos. My fiancé and I had a wonderful experience touring the Mansion. The rooms were either renovated within the past two years or are currently being renovated (2022). The rooms are absolutely gorgeous. Samantha Garibaldi gave us the tour and was so energetic, honest, kind, and so knowledgeable. We ended up not choosing the Mansion because we decided we want to get married in Philly and the Mansion would be out of the way for our guests. Everything happens for a reason! Because my date changed I had my wedding in a fully renovated building. The new construction and outdoor scenery is PHENOMENAL for photos and videos. They were incredibly flexible and transparent with all details leading up to The Big Day. The food was exquisite and the venue was breathtaking but it is the team and staff that make The Mansion so special. The team and staff here, from top to bottom, want to make sure your day goes as seemlessly as possible to match your vision. They paid attention to every detail and accommodated almost every request where possible; this can be difficult when you have a mother like mine with grand ideas on top of your own. It was March of 2021 when I got word from our vendor in Downtown Philadelphia, that our dream wedding was not going to be able happen. I as a very type A person, freaked out! We were less than 3 months from our big day, we had invitations ready to go out, and I’m being told it’s not happening. I quickly jumped on the Knot and reached out to every possible vendor. Within 10 minutes of reaching out to The Mansion, Samantha was on the phone with me, calming me down, and letting me know they could accommodate our 320 person guest list wedding. This was a Saturday by Sunday the next day we had toured and signed our contract with them. We knew we were in great hands. 3 months pass and all the planning that goes into a years worth happened in less than 10 weeks. THE MANSION TEAM WAS OUTSTANDING during this whole processes! Finally our day came around. Now with all wedding days nothing goes 100%. Well on that day our party bus decided to not have A/C in 104 degree weather (yes hottest day in June). We had gotten married in our home parish 35 minutes from the Mansion. Our plan was to take pictures in the city but with it being so hit and no A/C, my sister called our wedding planner to let her know we were going to be coming early due to our issue. ( yes I had one besides our coordinator at mansion due to 2 locations for ceremony and reception but the Mansion and her worked together flawlessly) When we arrived there was a group of people waiting outside with ice cold water, beers, and the quickly got us up to our bridal suite where we were finally in A/C. I just have to tell about my experience because everyone at The Mansion handled our situation with the absolute best attitude. Now for the best parts! The food AMAZING! Our guests still talk about our cocktail hour, dinner and desserts. bartenders were quick and super accommodating to our 256 guests. Our photos to this day of the mansion seriously are our favorites! I would give them 5 stars for my Bridal shower in November 2019, but after that the quality tanked. My bridal shower was perfect- the servers were amazing, the Maitre' D made the day go by so smoothly. The food was amazing, and the garden room was perfect for our tea party bridal shower.For our wedding, however, it turned out to be a huge headache. Our first planner was nice when we met for the original consultation, but interacting with her was frustrating after that. We would get 1 sentence emails that were short and didn't answer our questions, or just said 'you have time' to figure out details. We were told when we originally looked at the venue that construction and renovations would be done to a room we weren't using. I found out in November as I was LEAVING my Bridal Shower that it was now OUR ROOM that was under construction. No one ever emailed me or called to tell us- it was mentioned in passing as I walked out of the building from the bridal shower. The original coordinator left in the beginning of January, and we were introduced to a new planner. We went back into the venue in the beginning of February to meet her and go over construction updates on our room. We were told the updates would be done 'by March since we have another wedding before yours in May'. It wasn't until I emailed this planner - 1 week after meeting her- for another meeting to go over details that I got an email from a manager saying she had also left. We were assigned a new planner by mid-February. We had a phone call with her and planned out a few details, and we made plans to come in again at the end of March.When COVID-19 shut everything down on March 14th, we found out on March 16th VIA INSTAGRAM that our wedding was 'cancelled'. They posted that all events up to Mothers day were cancelled, including our wedding. We called and were told they were 'working through the March/April brides so May brides will get a call shortly'. It was ridiculous. We postponed our wedding to August 1, 2020, and in June when we contacted our planner, she told us they 'weren't sure if they could even be open on that date', but offered no solutions. We ended up cancelling our reception, and losing our deposit as a 'future credit' toward events there.Oh, and the construction to our room still wasn't completed in June. Reviewed on 13-08-2020

During the planning process, everyone was quick to answer my questions and very helpful, especially Terri. I felt like the package I purchased was a great deal as it included aspects like the cake and bar that other venues did not. Emmy made sure our room was perfect and the entire night ran smoothly, and Marisol was so discrete but made sure my husband and I were always taken care of. We had plenty of spaces inside and outside to take pictures with easy access to our room, a lobby, and an outdoor area. The ceremony space was also just what we wanted. We used the Crystal sunroom for our cocktail hour and the Vanderbilt room for the reception. The facilities are great. Our sales rep/contact was Amy. She was very accommodating and professional when you can get in contact with her. She might need some additional support in responding to emails in a timely fashion - but if you catch her on the phone she's great. Overall she was very clear and a joy to work with. Our only hiccup with her was 3 days before the wedding wesent a table of the food items we would have liked to see in our doggie bag. She never read it, and thus we didnt get everything we would have liked.The Chef is also very good. Everyone raved about the food. We are vegetarian so it was difficult to find a venue that would provide not just a meal without meat but a meal that was well though of and still had protein. Our first tasting was a bit of a disaster - I think there was some lack of communication between Amy and the Chef about our vegetarian dish. So we provided that feedback, came back for a second tasting, and boy did they hit that one out of the ballpark. I think once the message was communicated effectively - we got exactly what we hoped for. The evening of the wedding the Chef also personally came out to make sure we were satisfied. He's great - your in good hands regarding the food.Matre-D and bridal assistant - AMAZING. On our wedding day we worked with Kim and Marisol and let me tell you, they are absolutely wonderful. Kim kept everything running smooth and on schedule. Marisol was literally my shadow all day. Forgot to put expensive favors on tables, promised personal bride assistant - he was working another party - I had to go into the party and pull him out. Paid for passed champagne before the ceremony for guests. They forgot. As they rushed to serve it was drank by other guest leaving another party. A trusted friend said the glasses were dirty. They do not hire enough staff to make it work. Or they don’t want to pay. They were things that worked that day with this place. My Outside Vendors were awesome . They sell and promise but came up short. This is one day I was expecting my most costly vendor to NOT to do. We decided to hold off on our decision and still look at other venues but that search brought us back to The Mansion on Main. The amenities they provide as well as the how well they work with their couples blew us away. We met the chef (who by the way is AMAZING) the first visit and he brought us out small samples of things and sat with us to ask us if there were any special dishes we'd like to incorporate into our day. We were able to change an entire cocktail table to reflect some of our heritage and everyone loved that station! Little things like personalizing the menu to working with us on time constraints really made us enjoy our day. It all ran so smoothly thanks the coordinators there on that day and everyone who had worked so hard all the months before. My husband and I got married at the Mansion in September, and everything was absolutely flawless. First, Frank and Sojourn made everything so easy for my husband and I. It is clear that they have phenomenal experience, and they listened and helped accommodate the things that we wanted included in our day so that the day was perfect for us. Frank and Sojourn were extremely responsive, helpful, organized, and amazing. While the Mansion hosts several weddings each year, they never made us feel like we were just a number. They took the time to meet with us, make sure EVERYTHING was set ahead of time, answered our questions, and listen to our needs. Day of the wedding, they were on top of absolutely everything! I never had to worry about logistics, the schedule, etc, because they handled everything flawlessly. All I had to think about was living in the moment and enjoying our perfect day. Frank, Sojourn, and the Mansion team made our day seamless. Additionally, the Mansion is an incredible venue to host a wedding. It is an absolutely stunning space with beautiful options for both outdoor and indoor events/pictures. The food and service is phenomenal. The venue itself is beautiful and the staff are very friendly and responsive. We had 3 different coordinators which was a little frustrating, but in the end it was a good thing because it led us to Bobbielyn who was great. Mo was also beyond excellent the day of our wedding. Everyone said the food was good and there was plenty of room to dance. We were on the 3rd floor and there was plenty of space for our 268 guests. The only downside was there is no bathroom on that floor, but guests took the elevator to the 2nd floor. Overall, for the price, it was a great deal. The staff makes you feel as if you are the most important clients and not just one of their sales numbers. They genuinely care about your desires for your wedding day. They were very responsive and everything they promised us during our initial consultation we received. We got married in August and on the day of the wedding the team that worked with us was really great. They worked flawlessly with our photographer and videographer to make sure we were able to get pictures and video footage from wherever we wanted. There were two other weddings going on that day, but I would have never known. The Matri'D helped my mom when she couldn't figure out how to bustle my dress which was a huge help. The bridal assistant somehow was always there when I or my groom seemed to need something and consistently had a new drink in my hand whenever I ran out, he made sure to check to see that mine and my grooms food was okay because we were busy greeting guests. Overall the staff was extremely helpful all night long. The food was AMAZING. Our guests could not stop talking about how much food there was a how great it was. When the night came to a conclusion we did not have to worry about packing anything up the staff handled everything and before I knew it all the decorations, extra cake, and gifts were packed into our car. I have been to weddings where the parents and bride and groom pack up their own things so I thought this was a great touch as we had so many things to pack up and take home. THANK YOU! We worked with Samantha Serenkin, who was an absolute joy. Sam was our only point of contact which made things very organized and easy. There weren't 5 different people on email chains, there weren't multiple people to call or contact. If Sam was out of the office, or busy with a meeting, she was pretty good about getting back to us in a timely manner. It led to one issue, though (described below). Tastings were fun, payments were easy to make, stopping by to grab a picture or measurements of something was easy. They are flexible and so easy to work with.Day of was such a blur, but we were taken well care of by our Maitre D' (Harry) and our Attendant (Rob). We were assigned a Day Of Assistant or something but I honestly couldn't tell you what she did. I saw her briefly right before our First Look, and we never saw her again.We had one issue day of and it's why the Mansion gets 4 stars. At 11am, day of the wedding, my photographer (who had never shot The Mansion before) and I went to do a site walk-through. We took the short drive over from our hotel, showed her the ceremony pavilion, outdoor spots for potential photos (not portraits, as it was 17 degrees F), etc. Then we got upstairs to check out the rooms and on our way up we noticed that they still had full Christmas decor up on the 2nd floor, all the way down to the base of the staircase with a big ol' tree. We were *very* sure to ask this question of Samantha during the planning process (it was even brought up again in a separate meeting by my now mother-in-law). We were assured that decorations are taken down early on in January and we wouldn't have to worry about it.No one we were working with on the wedding was there yet, and Sam was not there as it was a weekend (and she was away). We mentioned it to the front desk on our way out to start getting ready, and I called the front desk and emailed Sam when we got back to the hotel. I guess the only caveat to working with one person on your wedding the entire year is that we only had one person's contact info outside of the main Mansion number.Sam did not call me back, but she emailed to say that she passed this on to her site manager. An hour or so later, while I am putting on my tuxedo, a man named Kareem calls me from the Mansion. The conversation doesn't go well. He says that a number of corporate functions have requested the Mansion keep the Christmas decor up. I expressed that I had an unhappy bride and bride's family, and that we have spent ample money on venue and photographer to have classy wedding portraits done, not expensive Christmas card photos. Again, it was 17 F out. There was no Plan B to take photos with all of our family outside.He continued to argue with me, citing a number of reasons why he couldn't take the tree down with no notice. We were on the phone almost 20 minutes and I wrestled to get my tux on with one hand. The funny thing is if we hadn't done the site walkthrough day of we would have been caught very off guard by this whole situation. The conversation ends with him saying he'll see what he can do.Kareem eventually called me back to say the tree was down and apologized for the conversation, as well as in person. Decor was removed and we got amazing photos in front of the stairs. Still, I shouldn't have been argued with by a man I'd never spoken to before on my wedding day. Reviewed on 08-02-2018

I don't know what happened, but it seems their customer service has gone downhill. On 10/2/16 we signed a contract with Sammy-Jo (who is no longer there) for a vow renewal in 2018. She tried to give us a simple luncheon at first, but I explained we wanted this to be a second wedding. I told her about our original wedding in 2013 and she took one look at our original contract from 2013 and just said \"that should have never happened\". She also explained that our event could not go into the evening hours at all or we would be charged evening prices, so we signed for an earlier event that would end by 4pm because she said that was the latest it could be without being charged more. We felt like the level of service we were getting as returning customers was not very good, but we decided to sign anyway because we really loved it there. I emailed Sammy-Jo on 7/26/17 with a question about the cocktail hour. A week went by with no response, so I called The Mansion only to find out she was no longer employed there. I was told the head of sales would call me back after the meeting she was in was over, but I didn't receive a call so I called back the next day. Then I was told she was actually out sick the past few days, so she was not actually in a meeting the previous day? I was transferred to Caitlin and she answered my question, but I expressed again that I was not impressed with the level of service and length of time(a hour less than we had in 2013) I was getting as a returning customer and no communication about Sammy-Jo being gone. She then asked me if we were married there previously; so the fact that we were returning customers was not even noted in our file. She then told me we could add an extra hour to the event for $5/person. So now all of a sudden we were allowed to go into the evening hours? I then felt like things were misrepresented from the start and was tired of the run around and bad communication. I asked Caitlin if she was my new contact and if I could get her email address; her response was \"Um if you want.\" I felt this was an unprofessional response. My wedding was still a year away and I was feeling like if the communication and customer service was like this now, I didn't want to deal with it when my wedding was closer. I got contact info and emailed the Sales Manager and General Manager on 8/19/17 about my concerns and that we decided to sign with a different venue due to all of the problems. Yet again, a week went by with no response or acknowledgment of my email. I sent a certified letter on 8/25/17 and received a response today from the VP of Sales & Marketing stating they got my cancellation but will not refund my deposit since it is non-refundable. He also brought up how I didn't pay the deposit in March, yet there was no deposit due in March since Sammy-Jo had confirmed with me via email on 1/17/17 that there was a typo in the contract and that it should have said March 2018 instead of 2017. I guess she never updated my file to reflect that. In my opinion, especially as a returning customer who was about to pay thousands of dollars again for a second wedding, they should have refunded my deposit to keep things on good terms. I am very disappointed with this experience. We used to go there for their Sunday buffet brunches too, but will not return after this. Plan your dream wedding while also accommodating 200+ guests, and 2 families of totally different backgrounds? The Mansion was the very first venue we visited - and we fell in love. However, the indecisiveness within wouldn't allow me to make such a BIG and final decision without doing my due diligence, so that's what we did. I dragged my husband (fiance then) to about 12 other venues in the Philadelphia/ New Jersey area and nothing compared to the feeling we first felt when we stepped foot into the Mansion. So, we went back and booked our big day with them - and we couldn't have been happier! Sam made every step of wedding planning so easy, she was so responsive to every call & email; gave amazing feedback and as a detail oriented, list-making person myself -- Sam. was. perfect! Rob was our bridal attendant and as soon as we arrived from our ceremony, he greeted us with trays of DELICIOUS hors d'oeuvres! He always made sure we had a drink in our hands and food in our stomach (not just on our table which typically is the case for the bride and groom). He’s that person that you want around you on one of the busiest days of your life. Kim was our maître’ d and she guided us through all of the formalities of the wedding – from grand entrances to cake cutting! The wedding day is so high energy that it’s important to have someone guiding you so you don’t miss out on the special moments. Shari, Chef Vaje and Michele were the people we met during our first visit to the Mansion, and each encounter with them was always filled with smiles and laughter. Chef Vaje is absolutely amazing at creating the most delicious meals and Michele was always filled with kind and calming words during one of the busiest times of a girl's life! The minute we walked in a for a tour, we knew it was perfect for us. Samantha was EXCELLENT and was there for us every step of the way. She responded so quickly to any question/ email that I had throughout the planning process. Her suggestions and guidance helped put me at ease during planning. I never had to worry about a thing. On the day of, Samantha, Peggy, Rob, and all of the staff helped our day run absolutely perfect. My husband and I had our wedding at The Mansion on 5/27/17, and it was a dream. The whole wedding process can be so stressful but choosing The Mansion made us so happy and we never doubted our choice. We had Samantha as our wedding coordinator and she always made sure we had everything we needed not just that day but during the year leading up to the big day. She was also great with recommending other vendors for music, photo booth etc. which helped us out greatly! The grounds are gorgeous, newly renovated outside pavilions and ball rooms! The FOOD IS AMAZING! Both my husband and I have big Italian families so food is very important to us, and they killed it! Dan who also helped coordinate our wedding was amazing as well, Jay our maitre d' was awesome, Lorrie was my bridal bestie that day and made sure I had everything I needed! The chefs were awesome as well and really cook up the best food and work with any specific menu you may be looking for. I really can't say enough about this amazing place. We used the Mansion for both of my daughters' wedding. One was in 2011 and the other in 2016. We were so pleased with both affairs. The room was beautiful, the food was delicious, and the staff was so wonderful. They have outdoor and inside facilities if you are looking to have your service there. Samantha is the best. From day one Samantha made us feel like we were her one and only clients. She accommodated us every step of the way, even when we threw ideas at her the week before. When the big day came, we made a last minute call to move the wedding inside due to the extreme heat. Not only did they make it happen but it was flawless! The staff made us feel like the world revolved around us the second we got there. They made sure the bridal party had drinks and food any time we needed it. Our guest told us numerous time throughout the night how amazing Peggy and team were. The chef, Vahe, was wonderful, his food was fantastic to say the least, and they were more than accommodating to our guests with dietary restrictions. The rooms (we had the Tiffany room) looked amazing. We had numerous people tell us during the wedding and in the weeks after that it was the best wedding they have ever been to. Throughout the wedding planning process, I NEVER had a problem with the Mansion. Whenever we had a question, concern, or issue, Samantha was quick to respond and, if needed, come up with a resolution.We had our cocktail hour in the Tiffany Room and our reception in the Versailles Ballroom. Both rooms fit comfortably with 225 guests. The Mansion will do their best to accommodate what you need. One of our questions was with the floor plan for the Versailles: one plan the Mansion had was for the Viennese dessert table to be on one side of the room, and one had the table in the lobby right outside. We asked to do a hybrid of the two plans, and it wasn't even an issue. They also were able to match our primary wedding color of royal blue. Just make sure you get a swatch of your color(s) so they can get the perfect match. We even had uplighting that matched our color.On our wedding day, in addition to Samantha, other people made sure that my husband and I were okay and had everything we needed. Lori Harris was my attendant and if I needed anything, she was right there to help me, whether it was to get something to drink or to bring me back to my bridal room. Sojourn Brownlow, our maitre'd, was also quick to step in if something was needed. They were a great tag team! They did their best to keep me from seeing another wedding that was going on at the same time as ours to try making it our own special day (I'm not that type of person who cared about seeing another bride on my wedding day, but it was nice of them to be considerate as I know other people do make it a big deal).The grounds around the Mansion are beautiful! While the fountain was off on our wedding day, there's so much more to choose from! The primary pictures we took were on the bridge overlooking a pond, their gazebo, and a spiral staircase inside. We were pressed for time due to weather, but there are so many other places you could use for your pictures!The food is absolutely incredible! We ended up with four choices: salmon with teriyaki sauce (my choice), walnut and almond-crusted chicken, chateaubriand (which did cost extra, but was so good!), and a pure vegetarian choice of stuffed shells. My husband and his parents also really wanted a crab cake with their beef, so that's what they got! Children under the age of ten were offered either a smaller portion of the main meals or a serving of chicken fingers and french fries. The Viennese table was just amazing! We had so many choices to choose from, including cannolis, chocolate mousse, and a little shot glass of pumpkin cheesecake mousse to name a few. They have specific wedding cake vendors that were included in our package, and we went with Gallos in Mt. Laurel, NJ.When we were saying good-bye to our guests, so many told us that it was the best wedding they had ever been to, and we have to credit the Mansion with that. All 250 of our guests just raved about the food.. the cocktail hour was just INSANE- the amount of food and variety was beyond my expectations. We had 3-4 bars open at one time to accommodate all the guests (one of my worries for new years eve haha), we had a martini bar that had an Ice Luge that was a HUGE hit. The venue was decorated beautifully for the holidays, so the photo ops were great! The STAFF was amazing. Samantha Serkin was who I dealt with throughout the whole process. She could not have been more helpful. Every question/concern I had was answered of right away and any \"idea\" I had, she made reality. She was confident and calm which made me trust her and put me at ease. I had not one worry going into my wedding! They put together a 500 balloon drop for midnight. The chef put together an AMAZING menu for dinner... not to mention the dessert table and the crepe station for after dinner. I still can't get over the amount of delicious food options. I didn't even get a chance to taste everything!! Very bummed about that!! I could not have pictured a better wedding than the Mansion provided for me and my husband. After all our meetings & emails & calls I had complete faith that everything would go off without a hitch. We were told everything we had asked for were things they do for every one of their brides and grooms. We had everything in a written contract & then the day off, many things fell through. We were told that during pictures our \"bridal attendant\" would bring us drinks & hors d'oeuvres while we were getting pictures after the ceremony. I think I only saw him once & that was him bringing me 1 drink as we were walking into the Mansion to walk into our reception. The night before the air conditioning broke- I get that things happen, but they didn't do anything about it until about a half hour before the wedding ended & after my mom & I requested several times for them to open windows & get fans (that they had out but off) going. Our entire cake was cut after I was told I would go home with more than half of it & the only piece I got was a small piece left at our table. An entire portion of desserts was missing. Again, we had literally every one of these details in writing & went out every single detail 1 week prior at our meeting. Again, I understand, things happen. We contacted them & they offered a specific amount for compensation. Then, nothing. My mom showed up one day & they shooed her out promising to call. The last time she called the manager she spoke with said he had our contract & paperwork on his desk & he would go over it then call her back. She called a week later & someone told her our file was sent to storage & they would need to get it. That was 4 months ago. They refuse to return calls or answer emails. After I tried reviewing & commenting on their Facebook, they blocked me from commenting or reviewing. The Mansion is a beautiful venue with excellent food, but they promise things & then don't follow through offer compensation & then give you the run around. Reviewed on 02-01-2016

From our first inquiry by email, Samantha Serenkin was very responsive, enthusiastic and helpful. She really made my husband and I feel like valued clients before and after signing our contract, even though we were having a relatively small daytime wedding. We really felt like she went above and beyond the call of duty and was truly a pleasure to work with.\r\rThe venue was very flexible in creating a proposal that worked for our budget, but still included all of our top \"must-haves\". We did not hire a wedding planner, but the venue made everything really easy for us. They helped coordinate logistics such as vendor setup and provided additional day-of staff such as a maître d’ and wedding attendant. Coat check, valet parking, and a bridal suite were included for a small amentities fee. For everything that was included, the Mansion was definitely an excellent value.\r\rOur wedding ceremony was held outdoors at one of the gazebos, with gorgeous fall colors surrounding us. Cocktail hour was held in the Tiffany Room, with pretty stained glass windows and vaulted ceiling. The reception was in the adjacent Rosecliff Ballroom, which was simply elegant. Throughout the event, the staff were friendly and attentive to our guests. The food was very good and plentiful. The only complaint I heard was that the passed appetizers did not seem to be going around the room very much.\r\rDue to the Mansion's professionalism and event planning expertise, my husband and I were really able to remain relaxed throughout the wedding and enjoy ourselves. When I first stepped into the Versailles Ballroom at the Mansion, it felt like the wind got knocked out of me, and it instantly took my breath away! I knew that was the venue of our dreams! We booked our venue 1 year and 9 months out and were able to get so much included for the price we were paying, compared to other venues in the area. We really had such an extravagant wedding! The ballroom is absolutely stunning and breathtaking, especially when it is set up for a wedding! I worked with Samantha and she was the BEST PERSON to work with. She would respond to my emails immediately, and if she was unavailable, my questions would always be answered in a timely matter. I love Samantha, she really is such a sweetheart and so friendly. She genuinely cared about making our day the best day ever for us. The food was incredible, and yes we actually did eat it! Everything was so gorgeous day of. I will truly miss talking to Samantha because she was more like a friend to me, than our wedding planner. My husband agreed that our wedding day literally went Perfect, there was not one thing that we regret, nor anything that went wrong (And if there was, everyone did such a great job of making sure we never found out, so that is another plus in my book). The entire Mansion is stunning, from the grounds outside to the decor inside. I am so in love with our wedding day, we would definitely do it exactly how it was all over again, with the same exact people and the same exact everything. Matt was our bridal attendant and Soujourn was our matire d' and both were excellent and made sure that my husband and I were taken care of the entire night. We even went back the next day to pick up something and everyone was still so sweet to us and you really could tell they put their heart and soul into ensuring each bride and groom have the best day ever! My best advice, once you get to the wedding day, just let it all go! Being such a relaxed bride and groom on our wedding day helped create our most PERFECT day ever! From the beginning stages of planning to the hectic last days of finalizing the details, the mansion was flexible, helpful and accommodated all of our wishes and requests. When I walked into my reception I was blown away by how well the presentation was. Our Wedding Specialist, Samantha Serenkin could not have been more helpful. Well true to my word I looked at other venues before The Mansion. When I finally went to see it again, I walked through the doors, looked at my mom and said, \"this is it.\" I was thrilled with every detail, the constant and immediate communication with Samantha S. And the attention my husband and I received on our wedding day. Anything I requested was granted and Samantha had great ideas too! I was blown away looking at pictures of our cocktail hour because I wasn't able to see all of it the day of. The room was gorgeous and each station had decorations corresponding to that part of the world. My husband and I chose food that would represent all corners of the globe and the room was decorated at such but with such elegance. There were extra white flowers, ostrich feathers, shells and starfish on the rum bar and more! It was gorgeous! There was an issue with my seating chart, which was the vendor I used fault, not The Mansion, and Samantha kept me calm and fixed the problem within minutes. People are still talking about the food and the beautiful venue. My husband and I couldn't have loved our wedding more and we owe so much thanks to Samantha, Rob and all the staff of The Mansion!!! I had my wedding reception here on 8/8/15 and it was just awesome. From the very start, our wedding coordinator, Samantha, went above and beyond to make sure the reception was exactly the way we wanted. She is seriously the sweetest person and the most professional and accommodating event planner out there! She worked with our budget and answered every single one of my million questions promptly and with a smile!\rThe food is outstanding, and the landscape (as well as the interior) is a gorgeous backdrop for beautiful pictures.\rI would also like to point out that the staff is amazing - the Maitre D, servers, bartenders and the bridal attendants are super friendly and really made me feel like I was their biggest priority. For such a large venue, I never once saw any trace of another event other than my own.\rThe Mansion is a beautiful venue with a well-managed, wonderful staff. The transition was almost entirely unnoticeable. Samantha jumped into our details from the get-go. She responded to emails extremely fast and always had an out-of-office message if she wasn’t in. I attended school 7 hours away while we were going through the wedding planning process and Samantha was always willing to work with my schedule for our meetings. Our guests could not stop talking about how amazing the venue looked and how great the food was, along with the plentiful food options. Two of my guests were vegan and Samantha worked with me to find a meal choice for them. I did have a bit of an issue with the revolving door of wedding coordinators, I had about 4 different people in just over a year. But 6 weeks before the wedding we got our last coordinator who was very nice and helpful. All of our guests had an amazing time. We used EBE to DJ, the combo of EBE and the Mansion was perfection. The Mansion on Main Street in Voorhees, NJ hosted my wedding ceremony as well as my reception. Samantha Serenkin is the best wedding event planner you could ever have! She organized all the details and made sure I was a calm bride as I approached my wedding day. She was able to work with my tight budget and turn it into a fabulous day with plenty of food options. She answers every email in a timely fashion and pretty much becomes your best friend at the end of it all. The Mansion on Main Street’s staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was in order on the big day – they attended to guests, as well as to myself, the groom, and my bridal party. All of the guests agreed that the Mansion on Main Street was an absolutely gorgeous venue and made my wedding that much more special. The food – honest to God – is some the BEST foods I have ever eaten in my life! I would 100% recommend the Mansion on Main Street to host your wedding ceremony and reception…or any event that you may have! Trust me, you won’t regret it! With 6 months left until we got married, the manager and our coordinator changed. At first the change was hard but we were glad that it happened. Our new coordinator was Samantha S. She got back to us promptly with answers to our questions. When we learned that our former coordinator didn’t write down any of our arrangements, she did what she could to work with us. Our wedding went smoothly and everyone made sure that we were happy. The food was delicious. The only thing that really was an issue was at the end of the reception. Leading up to the wedding day, we were told that we could leave our items in the coat room and have someone pick it up the next day. At the end of the reception, however, we were told that we could not leave our stuff in the coat room. Luckily, my mom was able to hold onto everything for us. If not we would have had no idea what to do with our stuff since we were leaving for our honeymoon early the next morning and didn’t have our car to store anything in. Reviewed on 19-05-2015
